New York Post for iPhone App Reviews

Always crashes and Refreshes unexpectedly. This app is so glitchy. I’ve had it for years and is usually one of my top go to news apps. It was always and ok app and I was never really annoyed enough with its intermittent glitches to write a review but recently the glitches have only gotten worse rather than better. It’s always intermittently refreshed pages while I’m in the middle of reading an article or just scrolling but now it also actually crashes and kicks me out of the app while I’m in the middle of reading an article or even while I’m only scrolling. I’ve cleared the cache several times and deleted and reloaded the app. Please update this apps bugs sometime soon as I’m ready to permanently delete it and I’m sure I’m not the only user experiencing this amount of frustration.

Content is Excellent; App is too slow. I really love the Post in general. It is the best NYC paper by far. I just wish this app worked better. Sometimes the content loads fine but lots of times it takes too long for an article to load or it just doesn’t load at all. It is a free app so it is selfish of me to complain but I just think if ur going to go through the trouble to create an app it should load content relatively well. I’m disappointed at times with the app but at least I can mostly see the headlines of the articles to get a general idea of the news at the current moment. I’m glad the app exists and thanks for creating it. Hopefully the speed and efficiency of it will improve soon.

One of the Worst Paid News Apps – A Total Disappointment. I’ve had it with the NY Post app. Despite paying for their expensive annual subscription and an additional Sports+ subscription, the user experience is now completely ruined by their shameless money grab tactics. Pop-up ads are everywhere — even for paying subscribers — making it nearly impossible to use the app without constant frustration. The ads are not only intrusive, but they’re also hyper-sensitive and glitchy. Try to scroll, and you’re redirected to a web browser. Try to close one, and you accidentally trigger another. It’s maddening. The app has become so ad-heavy that it feels like I’m using a free trial version of some knockoff tabloid site, not something I’m paying a premium for. This is a textbook case of disrespecting your loyal subscribers. I will absolutely not be renewing either subscription. Shame on the NY Post for putting short-term ad revenue above reader experience and loyalty.

STOP WITH THE ADS and THE HORRIBLE NOISE!!. What is wrong with you guys! What is wrong with your development team? Do you like your app going down the drain? Your ads are incessant, and horrible. Now, you have an extremely extremely terrible banging noise of some kind, it sounds like some horrendous pounding ad of some kind, but…..it’s invisible! There is nothing that I can find to turn it off, it’s just there. Moreover, you said you would cut down on your ads. You lied. It’s worse than ever. I loathe your site now. Please put in a pay function and I’ll pay it to go ad free. It’s horrible. Your site was once #1. Now, it’s terrible with an ad every other news story. Pitiful site. STOP THE ADS, or add a pay function. PLEASE!!!! Your ratings are sinking like a stone, and I don’t write reviews like this to sites I like. I like your content, but it’s becoming next to impossible to enjoy it.

Great app & news but a REALLY annoying refresh problem. This app is constantly now refreshing without the annoying message mentioned below. WHAT GOOD IS A NEWS APP THAT DOESN’T LET YOU READ THE NEWS???The NYPost app is great and has really decent coverage of local to global events. Recently though a really annoying message continually interferes with reading the stories. Often a “Show Latest Updates” button is far too aggressive. Sometimes you can’t even scroll past the FIRST story before it pops up. Who knows why? The first story hadn’t of updated, maybe it’s to force more ads into a readers face? Overall though it is really low class and constantly annoying!!! Hopefully whatever person built this in is replaced with someone far more professional. They have great content, but the reading experience is constantly, now a days, just nightmare. It would be nice if it never appeared again, or maybe it does only if the very end of the feed is reached. But give us a break!!! Popping up within seconds of actually just looking at the feed is pathetic!

Awful app hijacks. I finally figured it out so this is an addition to my review below. The reason everything is changed is the Post now has an app for the iPad that they forced you to pay for so that’s why they’re hijacking. Done! Love the New York Post and I’m at the point, that I’m done with it. Of course they want to make money so they have ads however, the ads take over your browser. Don’t let you out of it, do not let you go back to the content you were reading and Force open the other apps from the ads. I wrote to the post a few times to tell them. Of course they don’t give a hoot for one person complaining so I finally had enough and deleted the app. I then try to access the New York Post via a web browser because I do like the post and sure enough it even locked up my iPad so bye-bye New York Post there’s plenty of other places to get my news from.

Keeps refreshing. I have a love hate relationship with this app. I usually don’t leave reviews but the frustration I have with this app when I’m just trying to catch up on some of the latest headlines literally gets me all kinds of irritated. I’ll be scrolling through the stories to try to find one I want to read and suddenly the app refreshes on its own and brings me back to the top! So I’ll start scrolling down again trying to get back to where I was just a minute ago, and as I’m reading the next headlines the app rudely interrupted me from reading earlier, the stupid thing does it again and brings me back to the top!!!!

Free is always the beat. Granted, if you want to buy the paper you have to pay for it - but sometimes all one wants is to read an article or two and that’s it. I like the fact that this digital newspaper is free. There are way too many things in America that costs money when the service or the product isn’t worth the price of bubblegum. I don’t even live in NYC anymore and I still read this paper. Thanks NYPost for giving the little guy a break in these subscription wars! I’ll keep reading!

App no longer works. I've had the app for a year and other than not being able to view pics or play videos in articles, worked fine until today. Would not refresh new articles and kept crashing so I deleted and reinstalled. Now the app won't load at all. All I get is an error saying that the server is apparently down. Way to go NYP. Now I have to read a real paper and get my fingers dirty. *Update Works great. No complaints. Would like to have ability to comment on articles. That would make it a 10 star.

A Rightest Rag. Shame on Rupert Murdoch for allowing the Post to become the voice of the GOP. The political reporters clearly have an agenda and write more about their personal opinions then the news. They only choose to write articles that demean democratic figures. The writers could learn a lesson from the WSJ, another Murdoch paper, that is significantly less partial and opinion-filled. If you want to get some local sports news or find out about Kanye’s pending divorce, the Post is fine. But if you want to read about actual current events, this is not the paper to pick. I am actually a registered Republican. But the overly rightest articles are even too much for me.

Obnoxious ads akin to PC maleware.. Seriously. Content viewpoints aside, the NY post app has never been “great.” It was laggy and crashed randomly until somewhat recently, when it received a welcomed makeover and stability fix. But with that came the worse ads I’ve experienced in any app. Autoplay videos, automatic open to App Store ads, ads placed predatorily near scroll areas so you’ll hit them, name it and the post has implemented it. This would be considered malware if it occurred on a desktop computer. Until they fix it, if you’re like me and need NY sports and local news, read the website in a browser with an ad blocker, or even without because the website ads aren’t a tenth as bad as the app.

Great content; privacy concern issues. Very timely news with a good mix of informative and entertaining articles. My only real issue is with the location tracking feature of the app. There does not appear to be a way to deactivate location tracking through the app itself and the app does not appear in the location services section of the iOS settings. The only way I’ve found to stop seeing ads tailored to my specific location is turning location services off completely, which I prefer not to have to do. I’ve withheld deleting the app thus far due to the great content and timeliness of the newspaper. I am eager to see an update which adds settings in which users can opt out of location tracking (which is not necessary for this app in the first place).

Was good for a while, but quality has declined significantly. My biggest issue with the most current version is how easily it crashes and freezes, and how unresponsive it can be. Clicking on a menu takes at least 30 seconds before the action is performed and that section opens. Then another 15 seconds till you can start scrolling through articles. Click an article and it won’t open for 30 more seconds. Then when the article opens, the wheel spins for a bit before the actual article appears. Support was contacted, they responded once suggesting clearing the cache, I did that and it didn’t work, and never got a second reply after I let them know it didn’t work. The ads also dominate the pages, and sometimes run on repeat, forcing a closure of that article. Too bad, because I used to love reading the Post this way, but the overall quality of the app needs a lot of help to compete with other news sites.

Getting worse on every update. Every update your dev guys miss the mark. I’ve been an app reader for years and have endured many ups and downs. First it was the well known delete the app and reinstall when it glitched out, then the feeds would or would not update randomly and you got it, another reinstall. Now some idiot approved them forcing videos to open when selecting a headline, I don’t want video jag offs! We’re in the subway or a tunnel, we want scrollable news to read and digest. Every morning now I click on what looks like an article and bam, loud video ad and video news. I vote to go back to having a videos section so those with lots of time can have their videos and I can read a quick article between subway or train stops. Please stop trying to be something you’re not, your a newspaper, we come to you for articles. It’s really that simple.

Good not great. I generally like the app and would give it more stars but for a few extremely annoying aspects. First, pop up ads and videos that are impossible to stop and/turn off without clicking on them, which takes you to the advertiser (advertisers - hope you don’t pay by the click). This has gotten increasingly worse. I used to be able to control this but no longer. Second, is the Top News and Latest Stories tabs, combined with failure to refresh with new articles. Instead, they are usually just shuffled over the course of a day. Plus there is no real difference between top news and latest stories - it is the same 10 articles, just in a different order. The other categories rarely change their stories over the course of a day, which defeats the purpose of an app. Need some variance and more updating in all of this. Also need more content checking - misspelled words, missing words at times is understandable with breaking news but not when the article is up for more than a few hours. Despite the foregoing, I still use this app all the time and like it because, overall, the content is different from what you get elsewhere. But the increased pop ups and videos may cause me to delete the app.

Literally my most used app by far. I love the New York Post, and I really love the new version. I read it on my phone at least 5 to 10 times a day, easily. It feels smart, witty, and balanced without coming off as overly liberal or too conservative. Honestly, I’m not even sure what the paper’s political point of view is, and that’s a good thing. It shouldn’t hit you over the head with one. The new app is faster, the format is clean, and it’s just easy to read. It’s a great New York City paper to have in my hand anytime I want it. Thank you.

Latest update replete with pop up ads. The NY Post is the last of several news apps that I still use but the latest update has gone too far with pop up ads. I regret updating and will probably end up deleting this his app all together. It was nice while it lasted but all good things must come to an end and so has the ny post. Update Oct. 6, 2022: Well I tried to keep it but one of the latest pop up ads is the annoying “stop saying very” ad with music. There’s no way to stop it other than closing and quitting the ap. After the third consecutive time this morning I deleted NY Post. I hope the fractions of a cent you made for each pop up that drove a loyal follower away was worth it. I’ve always hated it when they say “when it’s gone it’s gone” but that’s exactly how I feel. I’m gone and when I delete an app I never reinstall it.

Hunter Biden. Are you not at all embarrassed at your refusal to concede that Hunter Biden’s laptop DOES exist, until you couldn’t deny it any longer. Now you refuse to admit there is actually evidence of the link between Hunter and his worthless father’s entanglement with the Chinese government and the transfer of millions of dollars to line the Biden family pockets while granting special consideration. Since it only took you 2 years to finally admit your failure to provide the PUBLIC with the actual truth, I’m sure you will avoid any semblance of honesty in reporting the latter. This is not about political affiliation. JUST report the truth, oh, I forgot, you are in the business of subverting the truth until you can no longer deny it, then you merely push it to the side writing that you just discovered new evidence. You would do the world a great service by closing you news network down. And by “NEWS “, I mean that in the lowest bar possible comparing your information reporting, to the rag papers sold in supermarkets.

The Pose never ending technical Issues. It seems that The Post is constantly getting error message leaving the public not to be able to leave comments because the post is always having technical difficulties therefore not giving the general public to leave their comments. Seems to me The Post should hire more experienced IT techs to handle their never ending technical issues. Or pay the hired iT personal more money so they can perform a better job.

Trash fake news. Being from NY I was actually a long time fan of the post until recently with all the political issues going on to see that the staff and editors value there own opinions more then true journalism is truly unfortunate now I am not a fan of Trump by far I believe he’s racist and a bigot and completely wrong for America however that’s my opinion and I honestly don’t run around tryingTo share it I believe my vote is my voice and my opinions should be my own or mentioned in conversations I choose to share with my family and friends however your journalist you have a much higher calling them political brown nosing we don’t read your paper for your opinions your personal opinions we read support and buy your paper for news we expect impartial news not Article after article of you campaigning for a racist president who is not popular with millions of American voters who is disrespectful to woman and supporters White supremacy and other extreme movements see that’s my opinion unfortunately for you I will be deleting your app like millions of other subscribers you’ve already lost because your opinions don’t matter to me I want to read true upstanding news from true journalists who keep there opinions to themselves and report news seems like your whole paper has stopped reporting news and got into campaigning Hope that works out for you but we won’t forget we’ll remember when it’s all said and done that your paper voice your personal opinions to much you can never get back lost integrity and I expect the Exodus of your subscribers and supporters to continue and get worse till your left as a shell of your former glory

A Very Good Newspaper. The site is refreshed often, even on weekends, witch is refreshing (pardon me) so the readers are kept current on breaking news stories. In addition, I love the writhing style of the reporters and editors. The unbiased reporting gives the reader the facts and allows the reader to draw their own conclusions without struggling through opinions of the reporters. We have found the New York Post a refreshing alternative to biased opinion pieces mislabeled as news reporting. That other once great tabloid known as the Gray Lady could well use the New York Post as a tutorial on proper reporting. We absolutely enjoy and rely on the New York Post as one of our daily news sources.

New York Post.. It’s great to get news from another source other than the media. I need some truth about what is happening in our country and world that is important. I can’t watch the media for the fact they are so negative, they cherry pick on videos and what people say. They are the definition of a true narcissist. They deliver in a nasty and anger filled way. When I have watched it ruined my day. I feel like I went into a very dark tunnel. I also feel they delivered non truths, bias and condescending way. I can certainly think for myself. A narcissist has no power over me.

Pop up Ads Stink. The ads are right in the middle of the articles, they constantly open even if you don’t click on them, they are extremely annoying and useless, I NEVER, NEVER pay attention to them or read them, all they are doing is ruining your brand, ruining the experience. What we do need is more photos that exactly mimic the print edition. There are a dearth if photos as compared to the print edition. Native New Yorker but I’ve started to read the UK’s Daily Mail for US and NY news instead—just to get more applicable photos and longer stories. Also—need more photos, like the print edition!! Daily Mail has all its photos and tons of them. AND when you click on story the thumbnail photo on the main page of list of stories—disappears!! You need to have that thumbnail photo loaded into the story as well!!

The NY Post is The NY Post. I’ve been using the app for several years now and for the most part it works just fine. There were some big updates made earlier this year that made the app nearly worthless to use - content would take FOREVER to load, the app wouldn’t launch all the time on alerts, it would “bomb out” to the home screen for no reason, and other little “buggie” things that drove me crazy. The developers have done a very good job in addressing most of those issues and the app is ALMOST back to 100% - I’m still experiencing “bomb outs” though less frequently. As for content, well as the title of my review says It’s The NY Post. The paper itself is a mix bag of informative articles and editorials that come across more as gossip than opinion. And there ls Page Six 🙄. The sports section is one of THE BEST in the biz.* 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Overall I like the app And there are no doubts that I will continue to use it for as long as The NY Post is around. *( just don’t take their fantasy football advise 😒)

Longtime NY Post Reader- unbearable ad load. Been a huge fan of the post my entire life and used to love the app… however, the new ad loads make it almost unbearable to read. Interrupts the reading experience constantly, they change the close-out button/exit function depending on the ad(which almost seems as an effort to trick readers into clicking to other pages within the ad)— coming from someone in the ad business who fully understands the need to open up new inventory, it seems like you completely ignored the reader in this move. I would spend significantly more time in the app if the ad experience wasn’t so intrusive. (Also, I rarely write reviews like this so it’s saying a lot…)

Becoming worthless. Thankfully this is a free app... I don’t write many reviews but this app deserves one. I live out of NY but remain a loyal NY sports fan and honestly NY Post has the better sports section for covering the Rangers, Giants, Mets and Yankees. I used to be able to click and article and have it open almost immediately, certainly within 5 seconds. Since an more recent update I click an article and it takes 60-90 seconds to open and sometimes, it isn’t even the article I clicked on. Apps are supposed to be fast, who has time to waste when opening an article only to get presented with a different article. Then there are the resets... I don’t know what else to call them. I’ll be scrolling down the page of headlines in the sports section to suddenly be brought back to the main screen of the app. It didn’t crash, it just reset. If an update doesn’t resolve the load times, I’ll will improve them by using a different app.

Awful App. I hate the way this App makes me watch 30 second videos just to continue reading articles. I will purposefully avoid buying those products that make those ads. Another annoying feature that recently started is the pop-up adds that stay on the screen for like 10 to 15 seconds before you can hit the X in the upper right hand corner to get rid of them. What is especially annoying is that these adds display gross pictures like teeth, gums, or fat stomachs or almost pornographic pics of large breasts and the like — anyone sitting along side you would think you are a weirdo or pervert with those kind of pics on your screen. These changes in advertisements annoy me so much I think I will cancel my NY Post subscription when it comes up for renewal. PLEASE STOP!!!!

Notification number on app?. I’ve enjoyed this app for years. Recently both myself and my wife have seen the appearance of a notification number next to the app icon. It seems arbitrary and I can’t find away to remove it. In my alerts I only have breaking news selected. I assume this is when I actually get a text or banner notification but it’s certainly not equal to the number I’m seeing next to the app icon. Something has changed and I’d like to be able to turn it off. That would get 5 stars!

Every update is a crime in itself. every update is like a masterclass in how to make an app worse the my activity button hasn’t worked in months it just sits there mocking me like a broken elevator button you keep pressing even though you know it’s useless and the notifications don’t even get me started I signed up for true crime because I wanted big stories about murders trials serial killers actual crime and instead I get spammed about some guy stealing a toaster or a squirrel breaking into a 7/11 how is it 2025 and your algorithm can’t figure out what I actually care about every other app has this down but you’re out here throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping it sticks fix the basics fix the features stop trying to be clever with the ads and autoplay videos you jagoffs fix the my activity button only giving 2 stars because the news is the best in the biz

Does losing readers in droves actually mean anything???. Excessive pop up ads with strategically placed ‘x’ on finger scroll, delayed ‘x’ forcing reader to wait out the annoying malware ad, the ‘x’ being in different places, the impossible to remove and annoying auto play music when you attempt to read an article, the same recycled stories as you scroll the app, and the freezing of my screen. I could go on and on, but I believe my experience duplicates that of many long time users of NYP. No more of this trash and tactless ways to monetize NYP. Either make it a subscription or provide a product readers will use without all the irritation and annoyances. There are far too many choices to be a fool and put up with this. Was mere pennies a click really worth it? I. Am. Done.

Giving my favorite entertaining news app an uno hurts, but it’s not my fault,… read why. It’s astonishing how poorly this app has come along from its first release to now. There’s virtually zero improvements whatsoever. The app itself is very glitchy, resource hogging (and constantly crashing due to enormous memory hogging of what I can only suspect are endless cookie injection attempts that are blocked by Apple but nobody has bothered to write exception codes in their web services buildout to properly convey their web content for their iOS app) and all in all poor performance on the iOS platform. The Page Six app is just a clone that narrows into Page Six and has different branding colors, but to be fair I’ll save that review for that app listing. They could’ve hired me to do this app as a joke and it would’ve been better for the iPhone 4s years ago.

Needs work. I finally deleted this app after about seven years, the app constantly freezes for long periods of time (seconds to minutes) while loading advertising leaving the front page frozen and/or making it difficult to view the stories - the problem is much worse if you travel outside the NYC area. The app also consumes a ton of CPU while idle (if I leave the app open it will make the phone run hot and drain the battery). I can’t imagine a legitimate reason for a news app to burn that much CPU, I have long suspected the mobile ad networks they use try to mine crypto or something like that. For now on I’ll use Safari to browse the NY Post mobile web site which seems to solve all these issues.

Great. It’s good to have another opinion, even if it’s only one that’s allowed. I think we’re in a very strange America that’s copying the countries that everyone left for The great America. Some people who are not used to freedom and not used to the style of the United States don’t care or notice what others might call it the downward spiral. I don’t see people moving to Canada and that would be one of the easiest moves a person could make... Other countries want to know who’s coming in they protect the people that are currently in that country who came in the way the country asked them to... we lock our houses and we lock our cars?????

Good Content but Predictably Unstable App. I read 30 minutes or so worth of articles on the app every day. Thoroughly enjoy the content and the layout. There is one constant glitch that needs to be addressed. Each day as you scroll down the time line of articles in Latest News and you pass an advertisement along the way.....poof! The entire day’s content of articles reverts back to yesterday’s catalog. The only way to get back to today’s articles is to completely shut down and erase (not delete) the active version of the app and reopen it. Then you must start all over again scrolling through all of the current day’s articles you’ve already read to get to where you were before the glitch occurred.

Breath of fresh AIR!. Ever since the 2016 elections I have been getting my news from you exclusively and ready you all day several times a day! What made me such an loyal follower? The day you broke the Hunter Biden laptop story! Purely genius! And when they started attacking you it made me even more of a fan because you didn’t buckle under the onslaught from crazy the progressive left!!!! You spoke and to this day aren’t afraid to report the truth! Love you guys for keeping me informed since I am a news JUNKIE!!!

Great except for annoying refreshes. As I’m scrolling down through headlines, all too frequently the app refreshes the page and returns the display of the page to its top, negating all the progress I’ve made down through the page. I then must quickly sweep back down through all the stories on the page to get back to where I was taken away from. In addition, I have no interest in all the celebrity gossip. I wish they could all be kept in a separate category, removed from all the rest of the stories. No celebrity means more to me than Joe Schmoe on the street. UPDATE: I’ve lowered my original score because the Post has done nothing to improve this annoying behavior. If it’s changed at all, it’s gotten worse. I’m going to uninstall if they don’t improve it soon.

SO Long to load !!! - update. Does the Post even READ these reviews?? EVER? Post after post - after post - after post of the app being so freakin SLOW I am a news junkie. I admit it. I read a lot of news from a lot of different apps. This app by FAR is the worst. Takes FOREVER .... and ever .......and ever....and ever ...to load a news article!! Click on a story - then go get a cup of coffee... come back and the article just might have loaded: added - and get this - i PAY for it! Not anymore!! Note: Nov 21 - tried to read article about Target employee dying on the job. Didn’t load. Killed ALL my background apps & a hard reboot on my iphone. Closed ALL Safari windows open. The article NEVER - ever - opened in 5 minutes of waiting. I’m moving on from the piece of trash they call an app. Before you ask - YES - i have the current version from the App Store on Iphone 6 with all current updates. Absolutely - completely Ridiculous in this day and age. And to be completely honest i like the Post and the writers and the articles(when i can read them) I’d like to know who in their IT Dept wrote the app - AND are they still employed? Or was it contracted out to some kid living in the basement in his parents house.

App itself is not good. The Post is the Post, and for the most part people know what they’re gonna get in content when they read it. The app’s biggest issue is that when I scroll through the article list, it will randomly go back to the top of the scroll. That is utterly insane when I have to find where I was when it bounces back to the top. I’m addition, when it does bounce back to the top, many times it “refreshes” to an older version, so I have to reload to get the current article list. Also, it seems rather odd that many times you’ll never see the front page article as a top featured one in the list. It’s ridiculous that an app that should be relatively simple to build has this many issues. I look forward to a response from the developers.

Love the stories but slow loading at first. I love reading the NY Post. Most stories are very informative and I believe very fair and most importantly, primarily written from a conservative viewpoint. Which is very rare these days with most news organizations. Only complaint is how long it takes to load some stories. Literally, it can take nearly 5 minutes. It’s only first thing in the morning or at night when the news cycles change. At least that’s what it appears. Fix that and I will make the rating 5 stars.

Great app, a bit glitchy. Great app, far better news,op-eds & content than most free news apps. Latest update has a weird glitch where, when reentering the app (not closing it fully but coming back to it at a later point in the day) the fresh articles will appear but when you attempt to open them they never load (not just on LTE but in strong WiFi as well). When app is closed and reopened 1-2 times the fresh articles will open immediately and be readable through the bottom of the article. Small glitch but fantastic writers with unparalleled NY Sports content! 5 star app when glitch is gone

New Ad integration is a bit much. I don’t mind watching a few ads in apps that I feel bring good and valuable content. If the monetization assists in maintaining the delivery of that content it is well worth the few minutes of advertising then so be it. But the Post’s newly rolled out ad strategy in the iOS app is a bit much in terms of the length of some of the ads. I realize that these aren’t necessarily curated by the post but forcing me to watch a god-knows-how-long advertisement for a game (multiple times) as I use your app is painful. By all mean monetize … but maybe work with your ad platform to ensure shorter ads.

New York post app. I’ve had this app for a very long time and I am very very disappointed on it… So many times when I go on the app in the middle of being on it The light dims on it meaning the New York post app turns the whole iPhone much darker ...,That’s number one.... Number two so many times I am on it and in the middle of being on it it goes blank and I have to start from all over from scratch......Number three it’s repetitive in other words I can read five articles and right after that is the same exact five hour articles,…So altogether I am very very dissatisfied with this app… I would like to continue reading the New York post but this app on the iPhone is extremely extremely bad I hope that my constructive criticism will not be taking personaly and I hope that you guys can fix all this issues thank you so much looking forward for New andNewYork Post appPs

Closest you’ll find to unbiased reporting. The fact is, we’re all biased. If you disagree, it’s obvious that you’re incredibly biased. Bias is natural. Unfortunately, CNN, ABC, MSNBC, etc., have taken an “if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em” response to Fox News’ ongoing bias. So we have to take everything with a grain of salt nowadays. NYP is one of the few publications I’ve found that goes after both sides, which is so important in keeping government in check! Like only hearing one person’s side in a divorce, if you only ever get one side of the story, your story isn’t accurate. Again, it’s only less biased. I can definitely see a republican spin. But it’s nothing like the stations I mentioned earlier, who do nothing but add their opinions on everything in an attempt to scare people into staying glued to the TV, and eventually voting the way they want them to vote.

App ads. This used to be such a wonderful app to navigate and get all of my reliable news. Now every minute or so I keep getting these pop up ads for a PlayStation golf sim game that is beyond annoying, can’t be clicked off, and even if I indulge the ad by clicking and going to their page, Still can’t clear the ad and have to keep waiting. Have never minded your quick ads prior (you need revenue) but this one is beyond intrusive, constantly repeating, and in fact is so annoying that I stopped patronizing TopGolf because their name is splashed all over the ad that has been annoying me daily for a couple weeks now. Getting close to deleting this app if this isn’t a one off and is becoming the norm. Pray not.

Great for news, not for reliability. I've been using this app for years, I remember a time when there were no ads on it. Over the years they added banner ads and pop-ups, I understand they need revenue to support the app and keep it free. But stability of the app has gotten worse every time they've changed it and added new ads. Both my iPad and iPhone will freeze after reading a few articles or slow to a crawl before an ad pops up. To the point the app will crash or I have to wait several minutes for the phone to respond so I can force close the app. It's trash, I still however love the NY Post and I hope they fix the issues soon.

It was good until it wasn’t. The new ad placement is going to cause me to delete the app and get my news elsewhere. Getting an ad forced on me after every 2 articles are looked at is ridiculous. It’s constant interruption that is extremely annoying. You have enough ads placed throughout the app already. When someone looks at the list of celebrity photos there are ads, between stories there are ads that incidentally open immediately if you are scrolling and your finger hits it. Getting interrupted every other article is just greed and nonsense. I’ve used this app for 2 years but it can go away. Life already has too many disruptions and distractions

Obtrusive Ads. I pay for a subscription on the iPad and it works well. The iPhone app is not tied to subscription and new way they deliver ads are obtrusive and you can’t exit ads. I’ve used this app for years and watched all the horrible ways they have tried to monetize. Just offer a subscription so option to read without interruption of poorly implemented ad model. Going to delete this app and just read on the web or through Apple News. ***Uodate*** They have no idea what they want this app to be. Same problems as before although it's gotten a little less buggy. But know they have turned off the ability to click on images so you can make them bigger to view and they are just inline. Giving up on the app and will just read in Apple News as it fixes all the issues.

Finally a News Source/Media Outlet That is Fair and Not Leftist!. It is about time there is one out there I can go to for fair reporting and having actual factual information and reporting. And of course mix that in with Page Six gossip and you have everything you need and could want! I only gave four instead of five stars though bc I had to move into an apt. building after moving out of my house and had to cancel my subscription bc the The New York Post will not deliver to my apt. mailbox, nor do they have the option to just buy it digitally. Otherwise I’d give it ten stars! So I just read whatever I get notifications for on my cell phone. But it’s definitely not the same.

Great news. Aggravating app.. The app is decent in many ways, with one exception that will make me delete it. When one is reading the latest stories, there is *often* an update that suddenly changes focus from the headline being read to the top of the page. This happens quite often, with no way to continue reading except to scroll down through a myriad of headlines already noted. By the time the original place is found, another “update” occurs. I’ve found that I simply don’t want to read the Post any more. Maybe browser reading will be better. Now, (late 2022) full page ads pop up. That would be tolerable if they had a way of getting back to the story. Some do, but others have no discernible way of exiting to return to the story. Again - great news, horrible app.

Open Feedback Forum. Unlike many news apps, the reader can leave article comments in opinion forums after each story. These public forums are the only opportunity for readers to let the public know how they feel about a news story. As a result of the NYP not providing that opportunity, I find myself spending more time on competitor news sites where opinion forums are welcomed. Fox has it down. Get with the program! For a major news outlet, I’m shocked you don’t offer that!

Up to the minute news. I’ve had the app for at least a year and I get notifications of big stories immediately when they happen. The Post has a sensible take on a lot of issues and great opinion pieces which I really value. It’s a good part of a balanced news intake.

Dumbest paper ever. This one-sided, racist, sensationalist newspaper rips apart people in a horrific way... Just to sell a darn paper. Won't be seeing me again on their site or anything. I can find more open-minded news elsewhere, thank you very much.

Gone down hill. Used to love this app but something has gone wrong (and it’s not my phone). An annoying ad / music plays in the background - can’t get it to stop. And the news feed starts with the current webpage but then reverts back to the prior day’s content. Sad.

Sensational News. When I first downloaded this app, news article headlines and the news information in those articles was so crazy I actually had to check other sources and Google just to be sure it was real. When I found out it was, this became my first and only news app where I don't have to pick topics of interest for them to show interesting things. This one just has gripping and salacious news from the news, and it's real to boot.

Used to be great. Now the app is frozen all the time. I can’t comment and I can’t see who’s commented about 75% of the time. The people in charge of fixing this say that I must have done something. Of course that’s ALWAYS the default answer from tech people. Never their problem… I must’ve done something! What could I have done?? That question is never answered of course 🙄

Used to be much better. Bought the app back in the day before they gave it away for free. I didn’t mind paying for it because I was able to read the whole paper which included all the articles. There were adds in the app articles much like a regular newspaper. Then they decided that they were going to put a portion of the sports articles behind a paywall on the app. Now with the ‘new’ update it is endless pop up/in adds whenever you click an article or go to the homepage. Very disappointed with this. Too bad a once really good app has become so poor. Now the sports section is almost completely behind the paywall. App is not worth the download.

Faithful Post Reader Since 1986. I moved away from NYC 18 months ago because all the things I loved about it had largely dissolved. I am out of state now and thank you Jesus, for The Post online app. I will always love NY and I will always love the NY Post! The Post is one of the great things that, thankfully, still survives of the old New York I know and love. I read the app multiple times a day. Unlike the Grey Lady, The Post is the same newspaper I have read all these years.

Best news app. The NY Post has hit a home run with this app. Clear, concise, easy to read, with far more news and variety on the landing page than any other news app I’ve run across. Others seem to be mired in the old model of one story on the front page. Post seems to have found a format and layout that’s simple, clear, and very user friendly. Now if they only added more hard news and fewer stories about murder/suicides and randy teachers in Oklahoma....

No way. I downloaded the app because the NYP can have some good, different stories to read. Then I read the first few reviews that came up, they were all bad except one that was from over 2 years ago. I then decided to switch the view to read the most recent reviews and they were even worse. After reading about the various problems people described, especially all the ads and the difficulties simply trying to read one article, I knew this app was not right for me. It’s probably not right for a majority of people that may decide to try it. Anyway, I downloaded the app but no way am I going to load it - reading the reviews is enough!

App unstable and ads take over the app. You can read an article and an ad pops up you lose your place articles repeat themselves. A Star Wars video ad popped up, as others and are difficult to shut down. Went to another section read articles however the star war audio kept playing in the background. Difficult to find the ad to shut it down. I even closed the app; deleted reinstalled the NY POST app didn’t work audio still playing. Who does your internet web programing the same person that does advertising for BUD LIGHT! This is too much work for me! You guys don’t use your own app some jerk is telling you it works just fine- and you believe them!

Love NYP but won’t let me comment. Not sure why but every time I try to write a “Comment”, a message says something wrong & try later. Also, I only want “latest news,” “politics”, & “crime”, but started getting “sports.” I HATE SPORTS. So not sure why I started getting sports reports. Other then these issues, I love the NYPOST. They are one of the few good guys’ news, not like the rest of the lying garbage news stations.

ADS, ADS, ADS GALORE! Ads keep automatically opening without clicking. I really enjoy the array of news and entertainment found in the Post, but the app keeps AUTOMATICALLY opening ads in my browser or takes me to the App Store without me doing a thing. Constantly as I scroll through stories it will just open a random ad on the page. I have even tried opening an article and laying my phone down — not touching it at all — and within 30 seconds it takes me to some advertised material. PLEASE CORRECT THIS.

Great App. Love the NY Post App, it’s great informative news. Easy to access when I’m on the go. I enjoy the latest news feed and also the option to get right to any other section. Another big plus is that it updates the news throughout the day. You’re not stuck with the same feed for the entire day. I access the NY Post several times during the day to keep up with current events. Keep up the good work.

This app is inconsistent.. This app after downloading it onto my iPhone, does not automatically update the news feed daily, whatsoever. After a couple of days seeing the same news headlines looked on Google and caught up with everything posted by the NYPost that was there on the app, then suddenly, without warning, the app flipped over from Google Chrome onto its pages as if it were finally matched with the news feeds from Google. Terrible service app. As if that were a maintenance issue having some one update the news?? Isn’t that why there’s the app??

Hey boomer, this app needs tweaking!. While I love The Post this app needs tweaking . For starters it is slow to load - in this day an age you expect immediacy . Just how long do u think a person is sitting on the toilet ? Secondly , why do I have to scroll through myriads of sports and Meghan Markle articles to get to the pieces I really want to read ?? I’m sure most of your readership likes the sports but for those of us who don’t -it’s like having to pick out the olives in your salad before you start munching . Get a proper filter . Now if you’ll excuse me I need to check The Post to see if there are any new updates ...

Videos hard to find on mobile and too many :30 ads. Great content but a few negatives: 1. Many headlines call out videos. But those videos are often not included in the article or require multiple clicks to locate the actual video. Should be much easier to simply embed the video in the article. 2. The number of ads has increased, which is understandable. But the number of non skippable :30 preroll ads is obnoxious. It is 2024 but these ad format are outdated by over a decade.

Major App Glitch or Terrible Decision?. The app repeats stories as you scroll. You think there’s a whole big list of stories, but they are all the same, just repeated in a different order. And you start to think you’re crazy, asking yourself, “Didn’t I see this already?” It’s an insulting waste of our time, and a crude way to try to get us to scroll more. It’s maddening. And not good for mental health. They wouldn’t repeat stories in the print version, so why do it here? Grow up NY Post. And please only list stories once. Like a responsible newspaper should do.

Thoughts on my First week using NY Post. Started looking at NY Post for the 1st time ever last month. Liked their news specifically on politics, business and many International news and affairs- I think they Are very fair and balanced. However, the Phone App is atrocious. it doesn’t allow me to pick specific news (international, political etc...). The apps main screen always starts off with sports, sports and more sports- overwhelming Sports information (not interested). I wish it would allow users to opt out of certain categories. I wish I could depend more on NY post Phone App for “Valuable current affairs and news” not so much sports or Hollywood celebrities. Please fix this App!!!!

Functional, but lacks numerous important features. The post always has very good info, but I often hesitate to go there, because of the problems with the app. I usually go via my smart phones web browser instead, even though it’s a hassle. First, the inability to properly, maintain settings, such as text size, rotation of pages, and the insanely awful video playback problems, these all make the site very frustrating on the app. It is really crucial that they repair the video engine, it is just unbearable on a smart phone.

Great app until recently “Update”. The app has been fixed & is working great. All of the glitches have been taken care of. I enjoy reading the New York Post every morning & I live in California. Thank you for fixing the app in a timely manner. This app used to function normally. Lately it freezes. I’ve deleted it & reinstalled it on my iPhone. Still freezes. It also causes my phone to get hot. I’ve been using this app since 2016. I’m very disappointed.

more video ads than content. this is allegedly a tabloid newspaper app but it has more full screen video ads than any TV news app i’ve used, and you can’t even close them. I just kill the app and don’t return. update: got a response from the developer asking for screenshots which i provided. +1 star. update 2: after improved performance being able to close most full screen video ads i got a response from the developer they are temporarily suspending that ad format. + 1 star

Headline: Let Me Customize. I don’t want to scroll through two dozen of Sports headlines until I find news of interest. And it would be nice if the headline thumbnail pics matched or were included in the article. And add more photos within the articles. And add the current date for the horoscope section, sometimes I think I’m reading yesterday’s horoscope, or at or around midnight, am I reading tomorrow’s? AND, add an option to see an image of the days front page! Thanks for listening

Lived in Manhattan 15 years… Back in the days when the times was A particularly good resource for truth and well researched journalism… Not so much these days In those days I also read the post more secondarily… These days I depend upon it for unbiased and truthful reporting.. who knew? Great job post I read every single day.. even though people continue to try to censor you, you are one of the last bastions of truthful investigative reporting. I am on board…

Too much. I have mixed feelings over this app. As I understand the need for apps to regulate language, sometimes it feels like it’s the wrong algorithm or way too much censorship. People use figurative speech not intended to insult nor offend anyone in specific but to make a point. I don’t even dare write anymore because it’s always some kind of monitoring or automatic rejection. Sometimes I’ve even posted really offensive things in a very nice language and that one goes through. I think you should consider these spaces are meant for people to express their views, not te be so heavily censored.

Home Town. I finally found a website that allows me to see what’s going on in my native New York City. I actually chose the App to get some home town news about the ny Giants. I go back to the last NFL championship won by the Giants and Sam Huff and the (original) Fearsome Foursome. I retired to Maine. I went to college here when ny was the state’s “home Team” before the nomadic Patriots came into existence. The “Boston” Patriots used to play home games at Holy Cross college in Worcester because the team could not turn a profit in its namesake city. Up here in the far northeast we do get to see our reasonable share of ny games as long as NE isn’t playing at the same time - even if they are on the other network. Snappy, up-to-the-minute writing!. The Post has been my news lifeline during this surreal quarantine. I am in Texas. I decided to NOT WATCH tv news. It was too much, and I would become too stressed out and depressed. So with my Post app I have some control. I can choose when to check on the virus or when not to. This app has saved my sanity!!!!!!!! The writing is excellent. I especially look forward to anything submitted by Michael Goodwin or the Australian woman with the surname Devine.

Too many pop ups. Since the update of this app every other story has a pop up ad video. It used to be subtle and quick, but now the video lasts up to 15 seconds before one can close it. It’s quite frustrating. It’s not a free app btw. There is an initial charge at the beginning of downloading it. It needs to be rectified soon! Caveat: the pop-ups had been rectified for a few months, but now they’re back again, and cannot at all even get back to the story, without clicking on the pop-up, and it coming on again. Pick Ads that are easy and fast. but it’s really becoming obnoxious how many pop-ups are on this app

God awful. I downloaded this horrible news app just to leave an honest review about your organization and the news you offer, but then I thought better of my time. I’ll leave that for another day, no today I am here to write about your embarrassing writer Phil mushnick. How do you still have a guy like that writing for you? All he does is write about how he doesn’t like any person of color and provide “what-about-ism’s” regarding racism in sports. Not only do people dislike New York post, it’s quite the laughing matter at this point. The longer they keep the utter FOOL that is Phil mushnicks on their payroll the longer people will rally against this stupid “news” org.

Meh. I use this app a lot so I have a number of comments. First, the ad serving platform is horrible. Most, if not all, of the ads are poorly targeted. I do not need women’s clothes or feminine products. The ads themselves are highly disruptive and the complete lack of attention to any user experience makes this an extremely frustrating experience. They should offer a paid, no ad version. Id pay for it. I’m sure a lot of people would too. The app is really buggy. It gets glitchy and slow after a few scrolls and crashes a lot. The context repeats itself in the scroll a lot. Hire me to fix this and I’ll make this app # 1 news app.

Just Keeps Getting Worse. Just like all the other reviewers from the last couple of weeks, I too am frustrated by this app constantly closing and getting the front page news from three days ago. The new glitch in the matrix, if you can keep the app open long enough, is that you can now only scroll down to the 18th or 20th headline (story) and then you’re hit with a loading notice (with the circle of death) and no more headlines will load after that. I tested this today, I scrolled down to the 18th story and got the loading message, kept my iPhone on my desk for an hour and not a single story/headline loaded after the first 18…nothing! Please fix this.

Unstable program. Program crashes multiple times per session on both my iPad and iPhone. I was contacted by the developer who let me know they addressed my concerns. I re downloaded their program 5 days ago and it has not crashed once I never thought they would respond; none the less fix the issue Thank you for a great job and website!

Poor App performance. Your App gets worse and worse over time. The constant reloading of pages while you have scrolled down midway is frustrating. While viewing photos, the adds are annoying especially when trying to just quickly flip through but you decided to make it worse by inserting game advertisements that can not be closed. I wind up closing the app and don’t bother re-opening. Apps usually gain function and features (desirable features) as they mature, this app has only gotten worse. And another thing, to be forced to use a nickname to write a review is absurd especially when they have already been used.

Great content, annoying ads.. I enjoy reading the content from NYP but the ads have become intrusive to the point that it’s just annoying and I’d rather use the web version. Nothing more annoying than scrolling through and grazing the corner of an ad that triggers a popup or tries to open the App Store to download something (mainly Robokiller) I get that you need the ad revenue but it feels so spammy. With that said the app has become much more stable than it used to be.

Most recent Update made things worse. I enjoy reading the comments to NYP articles. However, the app was recently updated. It still randomly scrolls itself up to the top article and their “censors” are still stupid. But now I cannot upvote comments and the app randomly kicks me out of my log in. I’ve messaged support several times but have gotten zero help/support. I thought the idea of updating an app was to make the user experience better, not worse. Obviously, in this case, I was mistaken. NYP, for the sake of your readers, do better.

Ads and tracking out of control. Use web site instead. I enjoy the content generally — even if I often don’t agree with the politics. Just good to know what people with different views think. However the volume of ads and the creepy tracking has increasingly become bothersome at a minimum and often disconcerting. Clearly the app is tracking my other activity — even with app tracking off. Gross. So while it is slightly less convenient, I have decided to delete this data sucking, ad serving app and instead access the site via the web where I have more granular control over privacy matters.

The Rest of the Story. It’s important to be able to trust the media outlets one receives news from. Take in what all sides are reporting, form an INFORMED opinion, and make note of the ones who get their stories right. The New York Post is one I have grown to trust over time and has been a reliable source that questions the MSM narratives and peels back more layers and nuances to get more of the truth revealed. They aren’t my only, nor my favorite, but they have gotten it right more than most others.

Too many adds at every turn. This used to be a favorite of mine. It seems in recents weeks, advertisements have taken over just to view video that is part of a story. My patience has run thin. I’m on this app to review/read your news articles, not have to filter through and wait on advertisements. It’s gotten very annoying. The number of ads and frequency and repetitiveness is enough to prevent me from continuing to read articles. I understand needing revenue, but really it’s gotten out of hand in a matter of weeks.

Everything You Need To Know. Since moving to Orlando Florida, you have one local daily paper. Whether you like it or not they choose what you read with whatever slant they want. The New York Post provides diversification (although it does lean slightly to the right) and knows that they have competition from at least two other paperweights. I miss the reporting if there NYP, but still pick it up when I can. If only they had home delivery down here.

Terrible. First off, they started doing these ads that come out of nowhere and it’s near impossible for some people to find the “x” to close it out so everyone just ends up closing the app. Secondly, there is NOTHING more annoying then clicking the link on instagram to read a story and the app opens to the main page instead of the article that you clicked the link for. How can their be this much disconnect on an app for a company that covers news and makes millions. It’s laziness and complete carelessness for consumer experience. Makes me want to delete the app and try another company. No other news outlet has this issue.

Quits In the middle of the article. I love reading the post. I read new articles everyday but this app is terrible. It seems just about every time I am on the app it quits responding and closes the app when I click on an article. Then I have to go back into the app and scroll back or try to remember the name of it to search for it. This has been an issue for the last year AT LEAST and I never wrote a review because I kept figuring it would be fixed by the next update. UPDATE: ITS NOT GETTING FIXED!

Good content, poor functionality. The New York post was a go to new source for me. It’s willingness to report rather than spin the news was welcome. Recently, this app has become nothing less than a hot mess. The pop-up ads are ridiculous. For example, attempting to read the news at 6:40 in the morning, my screen froze for a woman’s lingerie ad. I attempted to close it. It did not close, it took me to another pop-up for the same lingerie company. When I closed that, the app automatically opened a web browser taking me to the lingerie company website. Horrible that the Post is putting advertising revenue above journalism.

App sluggish to full dead stop!. Noticing that when swiping through stories, the swipe action gets very sluggish after 8 or 10 stories, then completely stops working after a few more. I love the Post but the app has become a real hassle. Only way to get it working is to do a hard close, then reopen. Also, something changed in that you can no longer stretch the screen to read small text , nor can you click photos to have them pop out of the story, so-to-speak they can be stretched to view. Your app is not friendly to those with less than perfect vision! Appreciate a fix!

NY post is Bias towards whoever’s paying them. The app, for the most part loads continuously without interruptions and fresh content is made available throughout the day. The articles are mostly biased towards white Anglo Saxon point of view. I expect that there aren’t any writers of African American descent, who can write articles that tell the point of view from our perspective. Maybe the editor doesn’t want that. We’re just athletes, entertainers or street thugs with no morals. I wish you had writers with the courage to challenge the BS your paper is pushing. It’s no secret who the political affiliations are at the Post.

NY’s best paper. The Old Gray Lady is a shadow of her former self & the Daily News isn’t fit for a birdcage, but thankfully there’s the New York Post. Great reporting, in-depth columns, and informed editorial pieces. Full range of sports coverage from the pros to college, even a few high school nods, it is a large part of my daily information gathering routine. Typos abound, however, (if you need a proofreader, I am available at low cost), and Phil Mushnick’s blathering about how bad sports broadcasts have become is a definite skip. Thanks for doing what you do, NY Post!

Current, Relevant News. There are many readers of The Post scattered throughout the country. Although obviously a NYC-centric publication, it enjoys wide appeal for its crisp and succinct style. The opinions are always thought-provoking without the constant liberal drum beat and dubious “facts” that dominate MSM. And the occasional poke in the eye to that other fancy pants NY publication is always appreciated. The app loads quickly and refreshes several times a day. If one wants to skip the front page chaos of national and world news, the pull down menu is quick and easy with multiple tabs of interest. KB, loyal reader from Philly, PA

Your pursuit of unhappiness. I seldom (if ever) saw a story written on this platform that promoted unity versus division. I assume the writers or owners are Americans and would wish to see ALL Americans prosper with liberty and justice for ALL, however I see countless stories soaking in the weeds of pitting “US vs. Them” or highlighting the negative stories according to race or ethnicity. I recognize that stories have to be told, however I’ve also witnessed a constant theme. You see, deep within the story lines and opinions of your writers there lies an agenda of division versus only the news being shared. If we are to become “one nation indivisible” we can not use the free press as the wrench, which prevents liberty and justice for all!!!

Tooooooooo Many Ads!!!!. You’ve completely ruined the app with the constant and repetitive ads! As well as your left leaning political views! Just report the NEWS. I could care less about your writing staffs OPINIONS This newspaper has become a race war baiting decisive rag!! you telling lies like the white guy got beat up in the store because he said the N-word but no audio to prove it! Trying somehow to justify an assault, You haven’t been reporting all the black assaults of white folks that are going on throughout this country. you don’t even use their race as probable motive for unprovoked attacks, but it’s always used when it’s white on black but it’s never used when the crime is black on white and you’re becoming disgustingly embarrassing and should be ashamed of yourselves!

Love the content but please fix the crashes. I use the app several times a day. Months ago it began crashing when scrolling down while reading articles. After reopening it is stable until the next time it is launched. Each update recently says “crash fixes” but this one has never been fixed. It’s not disastrous but getting to be really annoying. A real fix would be greatly appreciated.

News , entertainment and more. Thank you NYP for all the timely reporting and up front news. It’s great to sprinkle in some entertainment amongst the honesty serious and disturbing stories. It gives readers a break from much of the tragic hard to digest news of the day. I must also comment on the bravery of your reporting. You are truly an outlier amongst todays large media outlets. Keep doing what you’re doing and I’ll keep reading.

Phone app issues. After an issue and rating the app, it now seems back to normal. support reached out to give the reason and suggest a solution. This is one of only two news apps I use. I highly recommend it. I’ve had New York Post app for many years. Lately it does not load correctly and rarely can I select a story and it come up. The app has been freezing lately.

Guardio Ads on n NY Post cause my system shutdown. You need to watch your ads. Guardio ( trash security app) cannot be closed and I don’t want them on my phone. Ads that you cannot close without signing up should never appear on any legitimate website. I deleted the Post app and reinstalled but if it keeps happening I’ll have to delete your app. I don’t want that on my phone and I consider it malware if I’m forced to download it.

NY Post is great, except…. The investigative reporting is fantastic, and many of the stories are often stories you won’t find anywhere else, but I do have one complaint. I know “sex sells” but frankly, I get tired of opening the app and seeing salacious stories with scantily clad females seeking attention. Seriously, I do believe you need to make money by keeping your viewer’s interest, but could you please remember, some people get tired of raunchy stories and are only looking for the news not titillation. Thanks!

New version.. I was on the verge of canceling my subscription since you went digital. Your major digital update was horrible. Just horrible! So hard to read and follow. Especially if you were a hard core post reader. I would read religiously everyday until you changed. This latest format is much better. Easier to follow and more engaging. Still miss the original. ;-) Hope you and yours are safe and in good health during this crazy time.
