Great App For On The Go Sales. This app is very user friendly, and works great!! Love the option to email your customers their receipt with a picture of the product they purchased. I highly recommend this app for anyone that wants an easy to use, convenient way of accepting credit cards on the go.

Made my life easier!. I work for a towing company and before i can do any service i have to take payment information that usually takes 5 to 10 mins. This app is a great way to save time and vet to service. I find it very fast and convenient. The interface is very well designed and provide so many features to organize and create different pricing scheme. Great job.

phoneswipe Issues. I like the app but since upgrading to the latest IOS 5.0.1 the phone swipe reader fail to work. I was told that this would be fixed in this release but it has not been. It still fails to work. I also had to delete the app after install because it failed to recognize my account information. Then reboot the phone, reinstall the app and reenter the account info.

No good. I've been using phone swipe for several years and was fiercely loyal. The app update came out, they tanked it. I called customer service, got the run around, I told them I can't afford something as simple as this app to not work properly, I gave them a week to straighten it out, called back, told them I was going to have to switch to Square...the "customer service" girl actually told me that it was fine that I switch. So I did. Went to Sam's and bought the two-pack right off the shelf, was up and running...no lie...within five minutes. Tested the device and it worked immediately. Wish I had done it sooner because the square app is so easy even those Phoneswipe customer service reps could do it. Don't waste your time with Phoneswipe any more. Two thumbs down, one star, rotten tomatoes, etc...

Hold off on upgrading. This is the second time this has happened to me in the 8 months i've been using Phone Swipe. It happened after the last upgrade a few months ago and again a few days ago when I upgraded the app. Right afterwards I couldn't go into the account. It was like it didn't exist. Costumer service was great working me thru the process of re installing the app but I lost all the data of past sales and all my recorded inventory for the second time. A word of advice. Don't update right away, wait at least a few days and check the reviews. If I had waited I would have known the update was faulty and waited for it to be fixed before clicking on the update. I don't agree with the bad reviews about their customer service. I think they are great and really try hard to help us customers. I've tried other services and Phone Swipe has the best rates and customer service that's why I stay with them. If they were to fix this problem permanently I would give them 5 stars.

Beware of hidden fees. I ordered a Swipe from them to try out different processors for my business. A few days ago I noticed a fee taken directly out of my bank account. I figured out it was from Phone Swipe after I happen to be looking through my spam email. Apparently they started an inactivity fee and when I called customer service they would not refund the fee. I closed my account and will not even consider them for the future. Apparently $3.99 is more important to them than their customers or reputation. Not a business I want to associate with.

Worst service I have ever experienced.... Let me start this; most if not all reviews here are lying or paid to write these reviews. If you want sign up phoneswipe merchant, don't sign up through iPhone app, big mistake on me. I have signed up four days ago and I couldn't login through app and process my credit cards. First, I was told within 72 hours I will be receiving welcome email and and I will be able to process translations. No welcome email after four days, I have contacted customer and support for numerous times and no help but except lame excuse such as your email is incorrect, your account is working fine, I will submit ticket to IP department and many excuses like that. If they couldn't fix what ever the problem is within four days; take your business somewhere else. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!. Bait and switch! I signed up for the 'pay as you go' option and instead they signed me up for the monthly fee option. I was completely unaware of this until my checking account was charged. After a week of back and forth, getting transferred, getting disconnected, and getting no where with an agent on a solution, I finally had to report North American Bancard to the BBB to get somewhere. Now I have to wait a whole 30 days before receiving my refund. The customer service is EXTREMELY incompetent, as well as the idiots they have hired as agents. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! All of the positive reviews on here must be made by employees of the company. I would have given NO STARS if that was an option as a rating!

Sturdy Swiper for iPhone. Switched to PaySwipe from other iPhone app that had monthly fees that ate away at profits. Setup with friendly sales rep was painless and once the setup documents and device were received setup went well. Device fits securely to the bottom of the phone and even has a plug for pass thru charging.

Work sometimes, have to restart to recognize card reader. I can't give this a good review because I am constantly having to restart my phone so it will recognize the card reader. Otherwise it is fairly easy to user it is a bummer to make a client wait while I restart and have to type the user name and password in a second time, plus have to re-enter the transaction. I don't think the option tip area is bold enough. Although the last version was too bold. Tough balance. I am probably giving up on phone swipe.

Works for me. Great app because it allows me to do the things I need. Overall the app has nice ascetics which do things to differentiate it from others who offer similar functions. It has a great feel to it. Overall I am happy trying this app and can't wait for the future.

Tree of Life. I got the phone swipe for my new business. I am amazed at the ease of it. One day I was out shopping and I got a call from a customer, and I didn't have the plug in with me. Was happy I could do a sale just with my phone. Love it! I want to refer people but for some reason when I go to the refer screen, it doesn't acknowledge me!

Would be 5 stars but.. I love this program for my home and business. It all syncs together from laptop to iPhone. I use it for close to 50 hours a week and depend on it completely for all my records. However the phone app keeps freezing up so I have to uninstall then reinstall and re sync records. I panic every time hoping not to lose any precious records. So far its all worked but there is always that worry that it won't. And what a hassle!

Its Ok a bit clumsy and not user friendly. I have an iPhone 4S. to swipe a card you must turn OFF ALL other apps running in the back round (my scheduling app/mail/calendar etc that I USE while I work) you must also MAX the volume because it runs via the headphone jack. I also needed to add another rubber bumper to the bottom to keep the reader balanced on the phone. Where I was told to put it (by support) it was right over the OFF button and shut down the phone :( I will also need to remember to lower the volume EACH time after a sale.

This is the one. After attempting to apply with a competitor and experiencing Zero support, I applied here and within minutes of applying , I received a call from a rep (that spoke English ) a actual human not a canned email, I was convinced this was who I wanted to handle my transactions! Looking forward to dealing with people with a phone number!

Does not work with IPHONE/IPAD 5.0.1. I just signed up for accout after reciving my swiper tried to process credit cards on my IPAD. The reader does not work. Called tech support they informed me that there is a problem with the sofware that is not compatible with 5.0.1 and they are working on an update. If you have iphone or ipad you will pay higher rates to enter cards manualy. The tech support was not that helpfull and it seemed that most of their tech support was not aware there was a problem, I had to make several calls before i was told there was a problem. If you own an iphone/ipad, i would hold off on signing up with PhoneSwipe!!!

Unreliable. The convenience of being able to accept credit card payments literally anywhere is fantastic, and I love that. The problem I've consistently experienced with phone swipe is that when it comes to actually swiping the card, it only works about 40% of the time. The remaining time I have to manually enter the credit card number and information into the app, which not only takes longer but it also charges me a more expensive processing fee. Because the app is unreliable and cumbersome when processing non-swipeable transactions, I can't recommend it.

Worst customer service. It's such a shame because the app is actually good but as soon as you have a minor issue try finding someone who can actually understand to resolve issues. No supervisor to be found. You can ask tons of times to no avail. Something that took 10min with Amex to sort out has been two weeks and counting with phoneswipe (change account number and release funds). In the meanwhile phoneswipe is holding onto our money with no good reason Try finding a better company…. Good luck

Clock Store Owner. The concept is terrific. The cost is very fair. I do not understand why it takes 3-4 days to arrive at times when it is next day for others. The screens could be clearer as to steps to take next. Just had one process 2 days later after being declined and having customer give me a check. I did not reswipe so how did it happen?

Don't even try.. I own a small moving company in VA Downloaded this app Started using the service Phone swipe updated the app and all my transactions information was deleted from the phone app. ( still able to see it on their website) The worst started with all my Pre Authorized transactions: I require a security deposit from the customer in order to book the move. I put on Pre Auth a lot of transactions which is similar to when you go to the truck rental company and they take your credit card and put it on hold until you return the rented truck and they finalized the transaction. Now, imagine that the Rental Truck company is relying on Phone swipe and phone swipe updates the app and now all the information of the Pre Authorized transaction is lost. That's exactly my case. Then started calling Waiting for someone to answer for 30 or more minutes for someone to answer. He/ she doesn't know what to do, pass the ball to some else but you have to wait again. You repeat this process several times. Finally, tech support says they don't know how to solve this issue but he will makes notes to ensure this wont happen again. So what should I do now????? They cant resolve a big issue like this buy they can charge you 3.5% plus any other hidden fees. Check cnet reviews and everywhere else, they got 0 stars.

Great apps. I have found this app very easy to use. The only problem I have ever had is when I updated and had to start all over again with filling in all my info. If that never happens again I will be a continued happy customer! This app is always reliable. On my phone or on my iPad. I use it all the time. It's free to load and small interest rate on transactions.

Wonderful!!!. This app delivered on every level!! I received my first deposit in only two days. The sign up process was simple, the app is free and so is the reader!! There are no monthly fees I only pay when I have a card to charge....amazing. I feel like not using my Verifone terminal at the store any more as this software emails my customers pictures of what they bought and includes their signature. Phone Swipe is a GREAT APP!!!!!!

Card swipe fix. After the update I wasn't able to run cards at all. I called support and came to find out that the card swiper is out of date to the iOS platform. The sent me a new one and works like before. Call and have them send out another card reader with the white rings. That's the one that is needed.

Horrible with latest update. Since updating to OS7, the app is horrible. Won't save customer data, can't email receipts any longer, take 4 times as long to do a transaction now. Huge fixes needed and so far not coming. I recommend not updating to OS7 if you are going to use this. The other really big downside is you cannot split transactions. I have so many customers who want to pay part with cash, part with a card. This does not allow that, you end having to do two separate transactions :-(. Otherwise happy with it.

WARNING - ANOTHER BAD VERSION UPDATe.... WARNING Version 2.0.4 does fix the email version that was a problem in 2.0.3, however, when you go to check out and swipe a credit card the app says that it could not read the card with the swiper. Enter it manually or retry. I can retry over and over with the same predictable result of NO GO, and no, I am not going to enter manually. Yes my volume was up, yes the device was properly connected. Tried 4 readers. Tried on iPad 1, 2, 3 Tried on iPhone 4, 4s and 5 TRIED ON OS 5.1.1, 6.1.3 and 7 with various devices from above. Went back to version 2.0.2 and I can swipe cards on all of the above, so there is not a user, IOS, device or swiper problem here. It is an ID10T error and your company is at fault - IDIOTS!!!!. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER ! HIRE TOP NOTCH PROGRAMMERS! HIRE TOP NOTCH TESTERS, AS THOSE OF US THAT USE PHONESWIPE FOR YOUR SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE LOOSING CUSTOMERS ON ISSUES THAT ARE AS A RESULT OF YOUR COMPANY OR BE YOUR TESTERS! TRUST ME I AM ALWAYS TRYING THE COMPETITORS. I HAVE PAYPAL, SQUAREUP, CLICK AND PLEDGE, ETC., I CONSTANTLY EVALUATE THEIR UPDATES TO SEE IF I CAN DROP YOU, OR WHEN YOUR POS IS INOPERATIVE DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. THE ONLY REASON I HANG AROUND IS SOME OF YOUR FEATURES AND OPTIONS ARE ONES I REALLY NEED THAT THE OTHERS DO NOT OFFER (YET...)

Missing a key feature from previous version. This update was just ok. Nothing groundbreaking with the new version, but they did remove one key feature that makes the app less user-friendly. That is, you can no longer remove a single item from the sale list, you have to delete the entire sale. This is a huge pain if you have a large sale and make a mistake or the customer changes his mind. Please bring this feature back!

WARNING!!!. Good app, terrible customer service. When I swipe a transaction, it's approved, I assume it's going to be funded. They only approve you for a certain amount if you exceed this amount they will hold your funds and do an investigation. I sent them the invoice, has my customers info (for them to contact), he has the funds. But now for some reason they want my bank statements. This was a large transaction and my account is depending on it, now they won't fund it. So I'm sitting on an low bank account until they decide to release it. Im a small business and I know there are many like me. Do not use this card system, find something else.

Phone Swipe -- Customer Service. Beautiful program! I had problems on my first few tries, but Jeffrey (Geoffrey?) in Customer Service walked me through them. Most importantly, he explained why the volume setting on the phone is so important. Love the app, and love the device. Good to know that the company stands behind their customers so well!

Gratuity. I really do like this app, clients are quite impressed. However, I would like to see the option to add the tip after running the credit card and not before. I feel it's rude to ask the client to choose their tip before swiping their card...otherwise they're likely to miss the tip because the new way of merchant accounts is not widely recognized and is easily misunderstood by the consumers.

Amazing. This app is awesome!!! It is so easy to use and my funds are available when they said they would be. Also you can take your total amount and calculate the percentage and it comes out exactly what they said they charge. I am very happy with this app and I recommend it to any one who doesn't want to deal with shady terminals and hidden fees!!! Although it would be cool if it kept track of your inventory and let you know when you are running low. ;)

Wasting my time!!!. The only solution these folks have (for not thoroughly testing their app upgrade before issuing it, mind you) is for merchants to uninstall the app and then reinstall. In your world, who has time to reinstall all of their products, etc. Just BAD for business. It is bad enough in the beginning the card reader would not work. I guess you don't test those before sending them out either. Then I have referred merchants who you keep charging a monthly fee, etc and your word to them is that you did not know which account type they wanted. Well maybe you should ask. Most people do not know there is an option. Now I see why our company, which brings in millions in sales, dropped you all like a hot potato. Too many issues etc. you would think a per transaction option would have less headaches. NOT!!!

Swipe feature. With a pick up and delivery type business Swipe makes it extremely flexible for my customers. I would like to see a chip reader that can be used in the same convenient manner. Sometimes I have to manually put in the customers info when it won't read the strip. The swipe feature encompasses about 35% of my payments and the fees are reasonable

Most Recent Update doesn’t work properly. Everything was good on this app until today’s update. Right after I manually charge the credit card, the app closes! I’m not able to fill in customer name and email recipients etc. I have to reopen the app and go in to type in the recipients email addresses but I can’t do the same for customer name.

Worst service, terrible to deal with. We have used this company for little over 6 months now. The app was really great until it stopped working. Phoneswipe has by far the worst customer service you will EVER experience. The sales guys are quick to sell you a service and then get ready for endless wait times, completely incompetent employees who will simple repeat the same thing over and over again like robots. We had to change accounts twice with them because their own people screwed up, no apology, they just keep you in the loop and hold your money. Stay away if you need to be able to reach someone, this is the worst company.

DO NOT USE THEM or PAYANYWHERE. Phoneswipe and PAYANYWHERE ARE THE SAME!!! they are the extremely rude, dont care, worse merchant to do business with. They shut down your account without you knowing and hold your funds for 180 days and with no valid reason but " it's a business decision" they held on to a significant high dollar amount of my funds that i uae for my business which was paid to me by my clients for my job, but thy value their jobs more than mine, and holding on to your money they can even invest it and make a profit within 180 days so is it fair to hold on to money you earned? NO They have long wait time, Unprofessional, carefree representatives, if they cant fix your issue you will be on hold until they see that you hung up. I was on hold for 20 minutes. No one takes responsibility all they do is point fingers. If you value your business and your customers like I said STAY AWAY!!!!! The rates are high anyways after i did my research and they are just a broker looking to make money and there are much better merchant out there. I can't begin to tell you how much issues I have had with them. STAY AWAY!!! The best and friendliest person I spoke to was the sales rep who couldn't care less about nothing but his sales

not as user friendly as previous company. Works OK, but not as nice as previous company. It takes a little longer to get to the sale screen. the card reader won't work unless the phone volume is all the way up, unlike previous reader, and as soon as it registers the card the charge is made, there's no option to cancel. My previous company's app showed me a partial readout of the card info before I accepted the payment. Also the look isn't as attractive as previous company's app. with I could use the previous app for this company.

HORRIBLE. I've had this as a service for over a year. I've ran into two problems where they ripped me off. When I called to have it fixed the first time it took at least 20 calls and they were rude everytime. The second time they ripped me off $55 promised a credit every time I called but never got the credit in my account. 4 months after still no credit and again like 20 calls I'm told by a manager they will give me $7. Not only do they rip you off but they customer service is horrible. Don't do it!! They rely on people not Checking their Accounts And steal little Amounts here snd therr from you I'm switching to square.

make my life convenient. It is a groundbreaking app which is free creidt card scanner.I have download and can not wait to use it ! Hope the app better. improvement can be made by enhance the security level with password on phone or something like this .

It's great...when it works!. Overall, this is a great way to process credit cards on the spot and the money gets to my bank quickly. That being said, the app will freeze for no reason and I can't collect money from my clients...either their software updates or the Apple OS updates cause it to freeze and you have to uninstall and reinstall...I think I'm just giving up and going to Square.

Bad update. We've had phone swipe for over a year. They updated the app and all our old info was gone. We use two phones at a time and need to keep info separate. They made this difficult to do. It took two weeks during our busiest time of the year to work things out. Now the sub users aren't working right. No daily totals anymore. Drop your egos and go back the old way. We also used the swipes that plugged into the bottom of iPhones. The app only works with the swipe that plugs into head phone jack. We had to get new phones. If we only used these in our business we would leave for another provider. The only positive about new app is its faster. Customers love both versions of app too.

Unprofessional Customer Service. I cannot believe how badly I was treated by Phone Swipe. Being summarily dismissed like I was some little bothersome child. They closed my account with NO notice. I only discovered my account was closed after having several cards denied and called them to find out why. This of course was embarrassed me to my clients because I told them their cards had bounced. When I did call to find out why my cards were being denied I was simply told that the "underwriters just decided to close my account with no reasons given in my file. That's just the way they work!" They are not a company to be trusted! And now they have left me in a void with clients trying to pay me and I have to way of collecting. Yes, the app works, but who wants to deal with a company that is so uncaring.

Great Idea Horrible App. You have to re-create your inventory on EACH device you use. Your transactions are not shared between devices or backed up anywhere. And now, because they published an untested update we all lost our data - including our transaction history! I will be looking into paying whatever fees I have to pay to get out from under their incompetence. Whoever put more than one star must not be using the service because there's no way the are talking about the same company. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews and do your research. Don't listen to the fast talking salesmen who promise you the world just to leave you high a dry once you sign an agreement.

Bad Service Still. I was charged $99 for non-pci compliant. I have a phone swipe on my iPhone why would I need to be PCI compliant? After being told my account was setup wrong I was never refunded my money. I had to process a claim with my bank. The N A Bancard company stated they corrected the error and refunded my money. A month later still no refund. Just this past week the charged me for a $4.95 monthly non pci compliant service fee. I have closed my account, I hope they get that right! Again they have stolen $149 and $99 from my bank account after my account was closed. They are thieves. Do not do business with them. I now have to close my checking account to stop the theft from happening.

Update no longer shows customer name. I really like this processor but now when I do a transaction the customer's name no longer shows up automatically, I have to input it if I want it. My transactions show "unnamed customer." Why the change? I did e-mail for customer support and also called. They are not sure why this is happening and could not find a solution. They suggested that I leave a review on this forum.

The app has worked wonderful and I am not the most technical person, I like that I've always been able to call my rep Adam L and get a hold of him instantly. just wanted to say thanks phone swipe you've made it where I don't have to be locked into any contract and can take my business with me as I go.

Someone at PhoneSwipe Seems to be Listening. I have only had a good experience with this app and product and it has had a very positive impact on my business over the past few months. Reading through some of the recent critical reviews, it's reassuring to see that at least the folks at PhoneSwipe seem to be reading these reviews, listening to the criticism and suggestions, as I see they just put the pricing and rate % on their website per one of the critical reviews a few weeks back.

Took over $100 out of my account w/o authorization. When I signed up for phone swipe, the salesman told me I'd pay 85 cents per transaction and there was no monthly fee. At first, on the few times my customers used credit cards, everything was great. The app worked great and the funds got to me a few days later. However, I noticed that smaller amounts of $$ was taken out of my bank account at random times and random amounts from Global Pay, which I questioned. Then 2 days ago, they had the audacity to take $111 out of my account! That's fraud in my book. Hope I can get my $$ back from these scam artists!

Works Great With No Problems!. Phoneswipe is something revolutionary. Technology has taken us far today and this app proves it. We are able to handle credit card transactions directly from our iPhone. This is very user friendly aswell! I definitely reccommend this app to anyone that is in need for something like this.

Make a copy of your daily sales!!. I am on my 3rd phone swipe in less than 90 days. First one worked on and off for a couple of weeks, tech support kept telling me it was my phone. It also stopped computing tax - again was told it was my phone; and could not reason with them that it use to work and now did not so what does my phone have to do with it?? Got a different phone (the first one was on their list of compatible phones) - same thing happened - phone swipe worked on and off for a week or so. Every time I called tech support the women would tell me to uninstall and reinstall, at which point I lost all my stored data! That happened 4 times until I said enough!! It is frustrating to have to manually enter a card, but after 5 or 6 times you don't want your customer to have to stand there; and I think Phone Swipe does this on purpose so they can get the higher rate for a manually entered card. Same crap started happening, so I invested in a compatible iPad. 3rd card reader now accepts a card the majority of the time.....I will add that my store is stationary on a street front and I have a Internet connection 4 feet away. If you can avoid it, do NOT speak with any women in tech support they only know to tell you to uninstall and reinstall - that is not the right answer.

Great for small business!! Bad customer service. This is a great product for small business owners. Easy to use however if you have any issues don't count on customer service! It's TERRIBLE!!! Also, I feel I have to keep a very close watch on my deposits to my bank. They are inconsistent and can easily be overlooked if your missing one. Not very user friendly to keep track of. I have had to uninstall my ap already to fix an issue that no one had an answer for, after 2 weeks and 4 calls later finally someone said just uninstall and reinstall. Well that deletes all your Info so have fun recreating your entire program again. But I rather do that then deal with customer service again. It would have been a 4 star before dealing with them.

Very pleased. Have had the Phoneswipe for about 6 months and love it! Very easy to use and I love the new tip option as the client signs for the transaction! Only complaint I have is problems with signing back on when I update my app! And it not saving my repeat clients information!

Great app. Just have a few things, every time I try to up date app it stops working and I have to uninstall and reinstall it that causes me to lose all my data of transactions. Would love to be able void cash transactions

Small Business Owner. I had square and had some customer service issues and some funding issues very hard reaching their customer service personnel. Switched to PhoneSwipe and I love it. Better app too.

Super convenient. I use credit card a lot and this app offers me even more convenient way to purchase. Lots of useful functions and the transaction is super safe. Feel the high technology and use this app to enjoy life!!

Worse. This update was not ready for release. Not all Transactions show up automatically meaning you have to sync all transactions which takes about 5 minutes whenever you want to see past transactions for the day. It's still not intuitive for clients to use. Most clients have to ask what to do after entering a tip. It seem like they changed things that worked fine and left the problems as they were.

Reliable solution. Always working well. The reliability of the credit card processing service and timely and responsive client support means the most for me! All this I got with the Phone Swipe! I am happy to use it)

This was a great app.... What is with version 2.0? It's a terrible change! Why do I have to enter in my long email address and password each time I try to open the app? Where did all my color coded inventory catagories go? Why can't I access my contact list when trying to send an email receipt to a customer? Do I really have to enter them in manually now? And then they are not alphabetized when saved so its just a random list? I have over 200 clients! I do like the new tip feature. It's a bit less confusing and the reports are better but to actually make a sale and add inventory is terrible! I wish I hadn't upgraded.

Disappointed customer. After 3 weeks and two phone swipe devices that do not work with my iPhone 4, technical support finally tells me that there are some bugs still and they are working to release an update that will work with iPhone 4, version 5.0.1!!! What a waste of my time! Although technical support was very friendly I am still disappointed that it took them three weeks to tell me their device is not compatible.

Terrible Update. I own a small moving company and have used this numerous times. I've been very happy with it until...the latest update. Now, its very problematic and the interface is much more difficult for myself and my clients to use. The older version was much better...I would like to see the current issues resolved.

A great relief !. A great relief ! No longer have to live with delays in payment, I can now straight away charge their cards even when 10 miles away from my shop.

Good App. Having been using this since my business started and no major issues. My only issues is when I'm adding new inventory or edit inventory it does not save right away, I have to add or edit several times for the update to stay. Also if an inventory tracker can be added for each product this would be a 5 star app.

Very unhappy. I had a large number of items in my inventory list. Only the category list and inventory in three of the categories (I have 19 categories total) transferred over when I logged in as a primary user. I primarily chose phoneswipe because of the inventory capabilities, now I am afraid to spend the time to set it up again. In addition, the new interface is very "clunky" to use. It is too hard to teach someone how to quickly use it.

Great app. Has worked for me everytime so far no complaints I really like that there's a number to call with a live operator unlike other apps that you call and it just gives u a recording then hangs up

Long time user. I've always been very happy with phoneswipe! I saw someone which of the $3.99 a month fee. They're only charging the $3.99 monthly fee if you don't process any transactions within a 12 month period to get around this just run a dollar transaction once a year.

Not bad. For anyone having trouble logging in, call tech support because they were suppose to have emailed everyone with a link to reset their password. I never got it until I called and they sent it The system is not bad. Sync works across all devices. Start up is a bit slow at times Not a fan of the new receipts that get emailed. Looks cheap and the logo sizing is strange. There is no dimension size indicated anywhere Finally I don't have to reinput my entire inventory whenever the app crashes and I have to reinstall Still needs works but its a step in the right direction

Just Wow!. I was skeptical at first but once I used PhoneSwipe, I'm hooked!. It was easy to set up and the staff at Moblized were quick and friendly when responding to any questions and/or concerns you had about the service.

Works well. This app and this credit card service are working well for me. Granted, trying to have an intelligent conversation with their customer service is a pain in the petunia but that seems to be happening more these days.

Awesome so far. So far everything I was told has been 100% on the $ , no hidden fees in my account next day like promised ( weekends exception like told) works very quickly and with e mail and printer option works to my customers advantage in case they lost the slip on the road.

really fantastic !. Phoneswipe reduced my working hours to a great extent. One of the my favorite feature of this app is E-mail receipts to my customers that display relevant transaction information, including my merchant information, products/services sold, and a map of where the transaction occurred. This is really fantastic !

Worked great until update. The app worked well - simple and straightforward - until I made the mistake of updating it. Then the whole system changed, login turned into an unreliable headache, and the whole app got buggy. I see there's been another update since then. Don't know if they've fixed it or not. Also, for some reason I could never run American Express on it. Not sure if that had anything to do with the app or not.

Making great progress. This app just keeps getting better and better. The new version is the best so far. Being able to use a thermal printer and cash drawer gives my business the professional edge it needs.

AirPrint. I already use Airprint with some other applications so all I had to do was upgrade the app and sure enough I can print paper receipts right to my wifi printer! How cool!

Buggy. I LOVE phoneswipe. However, this new update is very buggy. There are much needed improvements. The reports need to include a total on daily/weekly/etc. You should not have to log in every time. The 4 digit pin should be enough. The inventory thing locks up when adding something new. If an email is typed in wrong, there's no way to change it. And last but not least, why is there no option to text the receipt instead of just emailing?

Extended features. Much better quality reader than Square, and here is why: multiple credit card processing types, money is on my account within 1 business day, great user guide enabling the new app user to dive in smoothly and familiarize with different features! Thanks, devs

The new version stinks. I changed my review from 4 stars to 2 since the recent user interface update. Now you have to login every time you open the app. Totally unnecessary since the app is also password protected...makes my customer wait longer. The new tip design is so tiny that some of my clients can't read it. The reporting feature doesn't give you overall totals...so for example, if you want to see your daily sales, it lists each individual transaction with no sum of all transactions. Useless. You can't put your inventory in the order you want. It only allows ascending or descending, therefore I can't put my most used inventory items at the top for easy access...have to scroll thru everything. Considering switching to another service :-(
