Kind of scam?. I did the in-app purchase, and nothing happened. The money left my back account and my thing wasn’t upgraded.

Red Hot Garbage. Downloaded to check this out. I don’t know why I follow TikTok algorithms but here I am. Went to created a new profile and can’t get past the relationship status. So I thought it was a bad install. Deleted and reinstalled and still got the same issue. Don’t bother wasting your time with the install. Obviously this app still has its flaws

Good app, bad service.. A good app with some awesome people to connect with and an opportunity to be yourself. The subscription service is way too high compared to other similar services/apps though and there are some really dumb restrictions in the free version.

Could be so much better. **3/3/21 since the lastest update my subscription renewal on the App Store doesn’t seem to be linking with the app itself. Have paid for subscription and it isn’t working Have sent multiple request messages to help/support and nothing yet. Needs to be fixed** The app is glitchy, freezes and doesn’t work like it should. I’ve had to close and reopen multiple times in an hour. Response time for the app (when you ask it to do something) is slow. If you block or delete a message most of the time it will reverse and show back up. Same with deleting people who have viewed you or liked you, you used to be able to delete or block and the button gives you this option, but I tried this the first day and it reversed and put them all back on my list. These are the main reasons people don’t chat too long on the app, they move to other messaging apps. You need to fix these issues and lag/response time. So many other apps do it 100x better. So many people paying for memberships and a high rate and they would expect a better app.

Messaging system made to get money. You get 25 messages per day after you pay of course but If you message on the day someone you messaged before it docks you one message out of the count When you get to 0 messages left you can message previous contacts without being docked a message Wait if you go to zero and the contact was messaged a few months earlier you can’t message again if you at zero for the day Nice way to threat subscribers All the rest good

Not sure. Very hard for men to make contact with women, especially if you live in a country area. This is possibly due to many more males than females on the site. Men pay big money to join where the woman are free, we spend hours sending message without receiving a polite “No Thank you” reply. I know the women get inundated with messages, some not polite but I think they should be more accountable by a rating system as to whether they reply or not. A system, that when they open a message, they have to give an answer before they continue saying not interested-thanks or maybe another time would give us an instant answer and not waste our time I also believe that there are many false profiles that don’t exist or are obsolete. There should be an expiry date where the profiles are deleted if not opened within one month. Let’s make it a fair playing field.

New update even worse. You will meet likeminded people on this app and it’s not a scam as some have said, but..... The old saying you have to spend money to make money. The owners of this site don’t understand that concept. They just want to take all the money they can without investing money in to the company. If you payed a decent app developer to create a decent, fast, smooth app you would have a gold mine of a business. Instead the new app is slow, crashes and is difficult to use. Never thought I would say it but the old version was better. We will be cancelling our membership. *Edit - Also, why can’t you save your settings in the app??? We are in Brisbane why every time I log in does it show members in the whole of Queensland?? No, I cannot get on a plane tonight to meet people Cairns!

I like it. A great app for meeting people, but from 20 April completely useless as unable to log in or anything. Nothing posted or emailed to users explaining a problem or length on time it will be down

Bubbly, gorgeous, fun (and a brain too!!!). Perfect first date. Very experienced but makes you feel comfortable - instantly felt comfortable with her and had an awesome evening together with her and my man.

Can’t message without subscribing. You can at least look for people, however if both party’s are unscribers, you can’t message each other. It’s pointless, you can like each other but even if you match you can’t message. You have to have someone subscribed to message you. You can even talk elsewhere with socials. Dodgy app. Don’t use it if you don’t want to subscribe.

Highly recommended.. Over the past 11 years I’ve tried out numerous similar ‘dating’ sites. Streuth… I even owe a past marriage to one! But of all of those, I feel that Red Hot Pie is the only one worth rating. My only wish is that they could return favour and recommend myself to matching members lol!

Generally good. Quite often you can’t swipe the opened person’s photo down, to return to the browsing other profiles, you need to close App and reopen it

Not stable. I spent a week trying to figure out why the app wouldn’t log in. Just went to a white screen. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it and still the same thing happened. The platform holds a lot of promise and could be great, but I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t work flawlessly. There is plenty of competition in this space so that’s where I’m going. I deleted my account.

Taking my money for nothing. It’s a great app. I enjoy using it and finding matches. But after paying the upgrade costs to be able to chat/message people, it keeps trying to load then never works. Even on the site it comes up with an error.. what am I paying for then?? I would love this to be sorted out or my money back

Don’t buy anything from them. This app pretty close to spam app as they not connected to iTunes store so if u want to buy anything the only way u can buy it’s out off iTunes store so if you to claim ur money it’s very hard and complicated i did buy platinum for 6 months and i know if it was because off me or it’s because there’s no one there! And im 100% there’s no one there whenever I’m checking who’s oline always the same people wish is about 7 and sometimes one or 2 new that’s all i did contact many and i did like many but no one get back to me from 100 like or message i got only one review wish means they did check my profile that’s it i wish if there’s any way to get my money back

App crashes. For the price for what they want for a subscription it simply isnt worth it . The app constantly crashes and the chatroom has issues where you either constantly get logged out or cant log in at all. The other problem are the profiles either as a fake or scam profile eg lost count how many accounts I’ve gotten a like from the USA . My subscription finishes in 4 weeks and don’t intend to renew. Avoid and look for something else

Dangerous site for women.. It’s a predatorial site, if you complain the admin shut you down and openly allow abuse in the forums despite their warnings about positive content. The company itself cares about money, not safe and healthy connections, they will advertise you without your permission and again if you complain you get treated badly. Ladies I highly recommend staying away from this site if you have any self worth or dignity. I have all the evidence needed to back my claims so if they respond to this with any arguments it’s nonsense, company spin. Their parties are usually flops too and people constantly ask where the fun’s at and get no responses. Prepare to be disappointed.

Frustrated. Possibly the most frustrating app out there. Pages take FOREVER to load. You can’t just refresh a page (ie messages) which should self refresh anyway. When you block someone it should block EVERYTHING and take away all privileges (ie photo gallery access). Why can’t I choose to ‘ignore’ selected profiles so I don’t have to continually see people I’m not interested in; my only option is to block. The filters don’t go far enough. Need to be able to filter for each person in a couple. Why do I have to have my own ‘date’ posted to be able view what dates others have posted. Just a few basic fixes would make this a much more enjoyable experience. But if nothing else, fix the speed at which the different pages load.

Having fun. Hi RHP, Really have been enjoying the app and meeting lots of great friends online. We appreciate the effort you have put into the app so far. One thing that we would like you address, is the suggested member list. When we click on the suggested members, they seem to be mostly unverified. Verifying an account has been made easy by you which is great, but why are these members on the suggested members list? Keep up the good work though guys.

Delete …. Delete … Delete. First thing: if you are not willing to pay $20 per month (or more), don’t waste your time and delete this app. It won’t allow you to do anything without subscribing (literally anything) After that: As a new member, you can’t talk to anyone without subscribing (even after subscribing there is a cap at the number of messages sent daily) . The app recommends 6months for about hundred dollars! A system where you can try the app before committing or that allows few messages for free would be fair. If you are here to browse like me or see what’s out there, you wouldn’t get much here. Lastly, on the plus, most profiles looks genuine unlike other fake apps.

Real and good. Lots of rubbish sites and apps out there but RHP is good very good it’s no bull full of real people and many lovely ladies I’m glad I came back to check it properly it’s value for money and very real .

Back arrows and search filter button locations. The back / collapse top left corner and the search filters top right are almost impossible to click. The X close on some views doesn’t work. Need to edit app to get out of some screens.

Update FAIL sad we just paid 6 months membership. What can we say that hasn’t already been said? Flirts have gone missing, messages are slow, a lot of drop outs. Oh wait, here’s a new one, when I click on stories/forums etc I get taken to posts from November 2004! What the actual fudge...? If we hadn’t just paid for 6 months before this update came in we would be deleting it and if these issues aren’t fixed soon we will be deleting it at the end of our paid period. We certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay for membership!

App Development Needed. The content is reasonable, the app itself is a bit ancient. No chat options even for paid members, on website you get one clunky interface. The messaging is sluggish in that often the app has to be restarted to eliminate the badge notification. Often the app stalls, freezes and needs to be restarted. I think pricing is fine for guys (guys should pay more) girls membership should be reduced considerably.

Glitchy and buggy. App is designed well and layout works good. Just can’t spend that amount of money yet when it constantly freezes, no messages appear. Pages won’t load. I’m an iPhone 11 Pro Max - (edit) a day after posting this it seems the app has had an update, definitely for the better. No issues at all so far.

Great results!. I’m giving 5 stars for the great connections this app has help me build in Perth. The latest version of the app is also a huge improvement.

Money hungry rip off. This site will take your money and if you ever have an issue with them they will restrict your access without warning and will not refund your money. They have a history of fraud from ACCC investigations. There are some nice people using the site but you don’t need to buy a subscription to have the genuine ones find you. We found being paid just meant we spent more time chasing and didn’t have any better success than when we were just guests. We have met more genuine people through tinder and 3fun, again for free.

Ungh, yes please!. Super easy to use, and way more comprehensive than the other similar types of apps. Easy to navigate and has fantastic links to follow as well 🤤

Great connections. Whilst we have limited experience in the lifestyle we have been very fortunate to meet some wonderful genuine people. Yes there are plenty of bogans as well. Using good commonsense n taking time to sort out the ones who don’t meet your criteria you can find some really amazing people

Glitchy. App is constantly glitching. As a couple using the same account from different devices, we have found that messages and notifications glitch regularly. We think there needs to be a better way to identify fake profiles. Would like to see when profiles were last active so that your not trying to contact inactive accounts. Would also like to know who has deleted conversations when it happens.

Limited access to majority of features.. No money, no honey shd be the name of the app. It’s so restrictive and the prices are a real deterrent! I wish they would offer at least some options (such as chat) and encourage you to subscribe to more options. But even the basic stuff is gonna cost you money. And that’s a bit sad really, if you want to connect to people.

Validation. I spent the most amazing evening with this gorgeous couple. They were very much in tune with each other which made our time together exceptionally hot 🔥 because their sexual energy towards me was… there are no words!😍 Sexy, respectful, attentive, affectionate & raunchy… 🥰

Best App for Whatever Your Needs Are. This app is so honest as it answers the awkward questions that others don’t and you can message without paying (female) and the photo access is so good as you can upload it for a minimal time. I didn’t have to pay but I chose to so I could message guest only members

Push Notifications Issues. Despite having push notifications set for messages, profile views, likes, faves, matches from ‘Anyone’ (setting classification). Have yet to receive ANY notifications. Have checked phone notification settings as well but no issue there. Finding myself having to open the app to see if any of the above too regularly…. Can I please ask if this is a known issue already & a fix roadmapped for this in future update iterations?

Validation required. Great site but to many scammers and time wasters. If everyone had to validate to be a member and photo had a time stamp on them it would definitely sort the dreamers and timwasters from the real thing..

So good. A lot of time wasters but don’t let that put you off. The app itself is a very friendly environment to get to know the scene. User friendly. A bit laggy in chat but other than that a great platform. It’s a bit annoying that there’s a limit on messages before a reply but it’s a good safe guard as are the validations and vetting.

Best of the bunch. Love rhp and the ap is great ,sure it’s not perfect ,but that’s ok most things in the world always have a few faults but only some are worth overlooking for the greater good this is one of them ,we would love a 5 minute edit feature to correct typos, so not everyone thinks your grammatically challenged ,if you have a trigger finger on the submit button ,5 minutes gives long enough to follow up mistakes and wouldn’t allow bad hateful comments to disappear conveniently, Mr busted

Good, but could be great.. As a couple we’ve had quite a bit of success meeting and playing with other couples using the app. The app itself is easy to use but could do with some improvements. The app can be laggy and glitches frequently. There are a bunch of fake or inactive profiles and the ability to see when a sent message was read would be a huge plus. Would also be good to be able to tell when a user was last online. No use sending a valuable message to a user that hasn’t been active for several months. Fix some of these issues and it could be a real front runner.

Best App in the market. RHP is by far the best and most suited app in the market, no matter what you are looking for and no matter your lifestyle, this app is packed with features that makes it incredibly easy to use. RHP staff are very helpful and are always ready to help you and are very quick to respond. Definitely recommend RHP over any other app.

Login issue. I don’t know what is the reason I cannot access to my account without any warning or notifications. While, it is fine if you are not happy to sever me. The problem is I have uploaded some pictures of mine. I just want to delete these pictures or my account. These pictures are very privacy, I don’t want to disclose them anymore , while perhaps the RHP still keep my account to fish people who are interested in me. I have got contact with their customer service team, and they are very rude. They even don’t want to talk with you. So bad…

Good but not great. Biggest problem is that unless you pay for a membership then you can’t message other people. Often make friends but then it’s a stalemate as you both can only look at each other’s profile without messaging each other :/ At least it has real users

Satisfaction guaranteed. This is truly the best app of its kind. You can be a guest and still use a lot of the features, there is also a cheap membership that you can unsubscribe from quite easily at any time. The best part is you can use the verification feature. I have made some great friends. Cannot recommend RHP enough.

Pretty all round decent app. Still new to the app, but it is nothing if not thorough. Definitely the most comprehensive dating app for my locality. Sure it’s mainly hook ups, but so what?!

App was good while I could log in, Customer Service nonexistent when you run into issues. I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, and after a brief look around I decided to upgrade so I could chat to the members. All was going well until the app seemed to log me out. I’ve forgotten which password I used and it didn’t seem to be saved in my phone, but that shouldn’t be an issue, I just clicked the forgot my password button. No reset email ever came. After a couple of tries and still no reset email I lodged a support ticket. It gives me a ticket # to follow up on my enquiry and a link to follow up/check on progress. That link goes to a 404. In a final bid to reach out I even tried contacting the company on their Facebook page. My message has been seen but not responded to. So after a week of hearing nothing I can’t help but feel I’ve been robbed. I’ve paid $110 for 6 months premium and can’t get into the app at all.

Not working since iOS update. *Update on this still not working. I have messaged support and they knew this is an issue but haven't wanted to update members this time. They were very rude and condescending but my frustration lies with the service only working 50% of the time. I am reluctant to pay for the service as they have made it very clear they won't compensate their members. Ever since the ios17 update, they app will. Only load with a blank white screen. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still not working. I cannot even sign in online because the apple ID it's linked to just tries to create a new account; I would prefer to use the account set up. Please advise of when this issue will be fixed, thank you.

What’s going on?. We’ve only one person off this app. But our biggest problem has been the MULTITUDE of fake accounts, even verified ones. We’ve been stood up about at least 30 times. People not showing up, people deleting all their messages after expressing interest, people blocking us after explicitly expressing interest to meet up and even to the extent of setting up a time and place to meet. It completely boggles our minds and we don’t understand what’s going on and can only assume that they’re all fake. Terribly annoyed that we’ve just paid a years membership otherwise would’ve definitely deleted this app. Would love some feedback from the developer and have this issue rectified.
