Outdated. This app claims to be intuitive but it is not. Example: you upload a receipt and then about 5 fields later the system asks if you have a receipt or not! You can’t save repetitive expense fields. If you get a coffee at Starbucks each and every time you expense it, you have to click a million boxes for individual meal, snack, coffee, etc. It has no intuition whatsoever! The only e-receipts I get are from airline receipts booked through their app. I have to manually enter a lot of data each week that a basic 3rd grader could program so you wouldn't have to do repetitive stuff. Plus there is zero support from the company. Basically Concur sets up your system and it never changes or gets updated unless you hire an expensive IT person to do it yourself. There are much better expense apps out there.

Managing Expenses. I never understood why the programmers sort the expenses showing the most recent first, it would have been okay if I could set my preferences or for the system to retain my sorting order for the duration of my session. I have been asking for the ability for concur to have a free parking choice to select, when searching for hotels, this ability can save my company hundreds of dollars in a single stay, and tens of thousands of dollars as a company. When making cautious and errors, the concur system generates several errors for the same caution or an error. The constant cosmetic changes are annoying because they are not adding value to the user’s workflow, rather in most situations they are adding an additional steps for no value to the users. These are just the few horrible aspects but the list of things concur team should focus is long that can save thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours per year to the concur users. With the new update, concur does not load some jpeg images, extremely frustrating, not sure why. I think concur thinks it does not need the image if the credit card image is attached to the expense, what the stupid programmer do not know is that not every expense is reported with the correct transaction date. The actual receipt shows the correct transaction date, therefore, the actual image of the receipt is necessary to establish the correct transaction date. Please fix it.

Just awful. Are they paying for positive reviews? All the reviews that seem honest are terrible. My company makes me use this awful app, so I have no choice. This app crashes frequently, expenses won't come through for days and then all at once. It won't accept trip numbers sometimes, it won't accept receipts sometimes, it crashes OFTEN, the receipt store loses receipts so often that I have to use my camera/photos if I don't want to lose them. (Yes my pictures are 99% receipts, thanks for filling up my phone concur) Thank you concur for being so worthless and causing my boss to be on my case about expenses all the time. How anyone pays you for your service is truly amazing, I wish I could charge people thousands of dollars to simply LOOK like I was doing something. Taking pictures of receipts is impossible because concur refuses to focus on the receipt even with a fully updated app and with a iPhone 15 pro

Great app for the most part. I really like this app it’s convenient for uploading my receipts and expenses however with that being said, after the last update this app is not letting me attach my receipts to my expenses. Frustrating since I’ll now have to take extra time to do that on my computer now until they resolve this. Also I wished they’d improve picture taking availability when you take a picture of the receipt you have to make sure it’s in perfect alignment. I have a scanner app that takes amazing pictures and you can move the outline to fit your document. Hopefully they will update that in the future. Other than that, I really like this app. Maybe eventually I’ll love the app?

Such much improvement.... My company used to require paper receipts be retained, taped to 8-1/2”x11” paper, and submitted along with a printed copy of the expense report, via snail mail. With this App, I open it and snap a photo of each receipt as I get them, and they are stored in the receipt store until the charge appears as an expense. No need to retain the paper and hassled with the tape, anymore. The charges are moved to a report, the receipt is attached, a few other details are filled in, and wha-la - the report can be submitted. The one area I’ve noticed for improvement is the use of Uber. Depending on whether a driver is tipped before or after a trip is marked complete by the driver, one or two expense charges will show up. Uber does send two receipts in this case - but the proper one for each charge is a bit difficult to properly identify on the Mobile App; this is much better done on a desktop interface. Overall though, my company moving to this system has been great for productivity and efficient use of time.

Used to be a 5 Star.... What happened with the photo upload! Just updated app, love this app, and love the new feature to look at files where photos are stored. However, the photos show oldest first, not most recent. Kind of a pain to scroll through all the photos to get to most recent. I am a lower user of this app and primarily use mobile to input expenses. Hoping the programmers put it as most recent first. I like to take all receipt photos while on a business trip and then upload via the app after the week. It used to show most recent photo first, now its oldest first. Slowing my productivity, but still give this app a solid 4 stars!

Not compatible with iOS 15.4.1 - buggy. I normally have highly enjoyed using the Concur app with my iPhone and iPad. But recent “upgrades” by concur have left the app inoperable and useless as it literally won’t accept an expense. When entering expenses, an error message pops up saying “Saving Expense Failed” This has happened to all my mobile devices as well as other members of my team. Buggy software equals frustration and lack of productivity. UPDATE: After about 6 weeks of literally not being able to use concur on ANY mobile iOS device, it began working again for me and my team. Again, all of this happened when Concur pushed out a new update. Hope it gets resolved so it won’t happen again! When working, Concur mobile app gets 4 stars from me!

Can not edit field in report name detail screen!!!!!. Recent update broke the app. Portion of screen get cut off on top using iPhone-12. It does not take into account for the notch on the top of the screen on iPhone-12, which now uses the space to the left and right of the notch, so some screens gets hidden behind the notch. Don’t you even try to any quality checks before pushing out an update???? Once a report is created, if go to “detail screen” and try to edit any of the field “Report Name”, or Report Date” , or “Business Purpose”, the field moves way up to the top and so far up that it is no longer viewable, and now can not edit it. Fail!!!!!!!!!!!! Opened a ticket with support, but they just blew it off. Saying, if it works when you initially create a report, it’s not a problem. And if you have a problem trying to edit the report name after it’s created, and you can’t get access to the data on the report name line, it’s not their problem, and just delete and start over. Lame support to say the least.

Loading Receipt thru Camera is Extremely Problematci. This latest update 9.90 is very problematic. When you try to load a picture of your receipt into an expense, you hit the “+” sign, then you choose load thru “camera”. Well, it is impossible now to take a good picture at all. The camera does not focus and the picture would be partial picture no matter what you do. Even if you hold you hand still after taking the shot, it still does not take a full picture. I tried using the Concur 9.90 app from iPad/iPhone to no avail. I also tried to use Concur from my Samsung Cell phone, same issue. That tell me the problem is in the app itself 100%. Prior to this latest update (9.90) things were very fast, smooth, and easy. Now, good luck trying to load your receipts thru the camera.

Buggy Update - Please Fix ASAP. I've been using this app for over five years to submit my weekly work expenses (mainly mileage reimbursement). I don't know what they changed with this most recent update last week but today when I went to input each address by copying and pasting from the Notes app (iOS) to Concur there is this new refresh process and white screen flash with blue pinwheel after bouncing back-and-forth between the apps each time that not only slows down the process, but it would either manually crash the entire app or kick me back to the home screen causing all the time invested to be completely erased (less than 18 entries per expense list). Something that normally takes 30 minutes, easily took me an hour because of this error that ive never experienced in all the years using this app. Inputting expenses is already not fun and rather a tedious task, but becomes even more frustrating when you have to keep repeating your work over and over again praying the app wont crash after each refresh. Please fix ASAP. Otherwise the Concur app has been good.

The IOS app is horrible.. The app used to be super easy to use and now it’s a joke. It shows that I have expenses but when I try to add them to a report they aren’t there. I don’t like the fact that it no longer works with Face ID and I have to manually login every time I use the app. When I try to upload receipts from photo album it will work the first time but if I miss a receipt and try to use the same function later.... I have to fully close the app and restart it.... which means I have to login yet again to get to the point to where I can upload from photo album. Also, when you are uploading from the photo album the done button is white text on a white background. That took me some time to even figure that out being as you can barely see the done button.. I don’t know what you guys are doing over there with these updates but seriously??

Expense Reasons Duplicated for new Expenses. I have noticed both on the iPhone and iPad that the reasons, and cities for new expenses are picking up previously entered data and constantly need to be corrected. I go to enter an expense incurred here in the states, and yet the app still carries the city in Canada, the reason for the trip is similarly duplicated, it happens for all expenses in a random fashion and is very annoying. I have tried deleting the app, restarting my devices and reinstalling but these seem to be tried to my user ID as I primarily use the iPhone and decided to see if this happened in the same way on my iPad with the same trip reasons and it does, so how do I get that fixed??

Seriously glitchy. I can’t even log in to the app with my correct password- the only way I can get on is on my laptop... Which I thought the point of the app was to not have to use the computer. Even with a password change, there is no way to log in. Only my IT department can fix this in the back end somehow... and it eventually breaks again. This is the third time! Let alone the fact that is you travel a lot, it is very poor for that. It doesn’t recognize at least 20% of US cities, and only lets you enter 1 hotel rate and multiply it over however many days you stayed there... despite the fact that hotels don’t have the same rate every night, and sometimes your total adds up to a number not divisible by the number of nights you stayed... And concur rejects the itemization! This has been a problem since day 1 and they haven’t fixed it yet. If I had any control over the situation I would use something else. Concur has cost me more time troubleshooting and working around their stupid glitches than it has saved me in reports.

Time waster, not time saver. What is the point of this app? I have an existing report with pre-created expense items, pre-populated from Visa charges on a corporate card. I use the mobile app to take photos of a number of receipts and attach them to the report. It does that but not in any way that’s subsequently useful. I cannot find any option within the app to actually assign a given photo receipt to a given expense item. And the SAP concur web app (from browser) doesn’t show any of the receipt images that I took photos of in the mobile app either. That’s all I want the mobile app to do: take, associate, and upload receipt photos. It does the first only, it seems, at least given the workflow I am using (go into report, add multiple receipt images via camera, then try to associate with expense items).

Expense Report Made Easy!!!. It Use to Absolutely make weekly Expense Reports a breeze! BUT NOW I'm messing up last few reports due to Changes in View of the Report/Expences on the APP! It no longer shows BOTH the Reciept Icon & The CC Icon under the $dollar Amount of the expense view! If I post a receipt waiting or CC Charge arrives to associate with Expence, when I do it FAILS to show both CC Charge Icon & Reciept Icon under the Dollar Amount In Expense View & I’ve missed several and decovered after submitting the report for Approval! I have to NOW CHECH EACH & EVERY EXPENSE by taping each on to physically see that both the receipt and the credit card charge are associated with each individual expense, very time consuming, and I have missed several expenses where I did not associate the credit card because it doesn’t show that with the receipt icon under the Amount as in the past!!! It use to work well with credit cards charges but now very time consuming to do a expense report! PLEASE FIX THIS BACK to original way to save TIME & having to correct Reports!

Great, but don't like recipe error. Using this app is way better than emailing attachments then uploading in concur. The only issues I have are: 1. I attach a receipt by taking a photo of it, but when I move it to the expense report I get an error indicating no receipt. I then, and I know it only takes 8 seconds to do, I change it to Receipt. 2. In the event you forget to hold on to a $9.63 Panera Bread receipt. It says to indicate comments why no receipt. I put comments in saying "didn't hold on to that minor receipt" or something like that. The indicator is still red which prevents me from submitting which forces me to simply put any sort of image for receipt for it to go through. Probably not the best workaround. All around, really great!

New release fail. This was updated 3 weeks ago and I have nothing but trouble with the app. It crashes when I try and open camera, photo album, or 30% of time it freezes when I’m trying to select the category. Almost every receipt has to be uploaded multiple times, this is requiring me to do expenses from the desktop which severely impacts my productivity. I will suggest we (work) move to an alternate software if it does not improve soon. Very very challenging. Here was my past review on old version: I am so grateful for the app that I am afraid to say anything negative. It is so handy to be able to enter receipts on the go and so much about it is great! Only issue I had was that I took images of receipts when offline and lost all entered receipts as they never uploaded once my flight landed and I was back online. So I no longer take pics from within the app but take them from camera so I always have images in my photos as a backup. I also only enter expenses when I am online. Great app, though!

Full of glitches. This is - by far - the worst app, and not just in the expense space, that I have ever used. E-receipts (although enabled) sometimes appear and sometimes they don’t (for the same hotel). Using the Expense It feature sometimes causes both the receipt and the associated credit card transaction to disappear. Expense It is so inaccurate (from electronic PDF receipts, not even from scanned copies) that it requires more effort to fix its mistakes than to enter the expense manually. Just capturing a receipt with the camera is an exercise in frustration when the app “recognizes” the size of the receipt as either only part of the receipt or the receipt plus half of the background it’s placed on (in good lighting with good contrast between receipt and background). Hotel credit card transactions sometimes are marked with the credit-card symbol and sometimes they aren’t, leaving the user to guess which transaction has just become available. And the list goes on. It’s hard to overstate how bad this app is - it gets one star solely because it is possible to use some of its features some of the time.

Horrible. If I could give this app negative stars, I would. I have been doing expenses on my phone for six years and then all of a sudden it is impossible. The new update will not let you append or attach additional receipts or sign in sheets. On top of that when you go to try to attach available receipts, it will only let you select from receipts that do not pertain to your expense item. There is a black screen and there are no options. Get it together concur. I can’t imagine how many people are banging their heads against the wall with this. Myself and many of my colleagues have complained to HR and I’m just hoping that with all of the complaints we will find another expense solution company. Also, after reading all of the reviews, concurs responses are laughable. I saw an update that needed to be done in the App Store and comically, none of them had to do with any of these issues. Awful awful awful.

Stop setting fee sequence after uploading invoice. I hate this update! When I uploaded my invoice or receipt picture in last edition, my fare sequence has set to sorted based on fare type, and it won't change as I upload receipts based on their type. It was easy! However, this new update ruins everything, after uploading one receipt, for example taxi receipt, the fare sequence is changing back to date??? Then I have to set the sequence back to based on type and upload a second taxi receipt, and then the sequence is back to date again. You'd better change this! This is really unfriendly for us! Since we traveled a lot, and have many receipts to upload!

So cumbersome. When filling in expense reports this app asks me to put in all kinds of information that it should already know. What city am I flying to and from? You should know this Concur, I used you to book the travel. How many nights was my hotel stay? Same thing. It fails to categorize all of the hotel tax lines so I have to go and categorize 18 different expense lines that are hotel taxes, and get the pleasure of telling it how many nights I stayed over and over again. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF EVER USING YOUR CORPORATE CARD TO EAT AT THE HOTEL RESTAURANT! There is a one way street setting where forevermore when you stay at that hotel Concur will insist that you are eating dinner, even if you booked the travel through Concur. There is a serious new problem where hotels are charging the whole stay as a hold, then refunding that amount and invoicing the stay. All of the negative numbers are being imported and it took me an hour to figure out how to reconcile all of it. So I delete the negative dollar expense lines but now every time I go to import my transactions I will have to sift out all the negative ones which presumably will just build and build in there until I have more lines I don’t need than lines I do. I’m starting to wish my company would go back to having us scan and email our paper receipts!

Used to be so much better.. Several years ago, when I started using concur in the beginning of my career at a new company, I was blown away by the AI, and life was so easy that I could upload 10 pictures of 10 different receipts at once and it would sort them all out beautifully. I don’t know which update or revision when it stopped, but if I upload even just three or four photos of different receipts, it lags and only itemizes one expense at a time. I hope if someone reads this, they realize we can’t upload 10 receipts at once anymore, and it adds considerably more time to my expense report creation

Expenses on the run.... It works, saves time & allows me to NOT put receipts thru a scanner. Photo option saves me so much time. I use it while also logged into computer. I enter expenses on computer and my iPhone does the attaching of receipts = HARMONY! UPDATE: Dropped down to 1 star. There has been an issue where the iPhone locks up and I can’t use the app. I became to reliant on it as I travel extensively and use it real time to enter expenses. For the last 2 months, I click on an expense report, and the screen goes grey and nothing can be done other than close the app. I read the forums. I am not alone. Waiting and waiting for a fix. So seems a bunch of users ‘Concur’ with my findings???

Upload of receipt photos needs many improvements. My usual workflow is to take a photo of each receipt on each travel day but to create expense reports once per month. Concur doesn’t currently have features to support this workflow very well. Some or all of these enhancements would help: (1) bulk selection of photos in iPhone photos app to add to storage area of an *expense report* - ie not the general receipts area. This would allow me to scan all my photos from a given time period, select all that are receipts, store them with an expense report. So as I work on adding expenses to my expense report the default location for expense photos is this storage area (2) ability to set start time / end time for a given report - when I want to add photo receipts from the photo library - then default to those photos taken within that date range with option to see photos outside that range (3) if I fill in the actual date for an expense report then default photo library location to photos taken on that day + next 2 .. (4) ability to select a set of photos in the photo library and then have concur receipt library appear in the list of destinations where I can send photos to I hope these ideas are helpful!!

Concur. Concur is a wonderful expense tracking device that keeps all of my receipts right were I need them. It would be even better if, every time you signed on, they didn’t ask you to review their app. I find that when I review their app and write a review it gets in the way of what I am trying to do. MY EXPENSE REPORT. This morning it used suggestive questioning; if I loved Concur. Of course I Said yes. Then it asked me how many stars. Of course I said, five. Then it asked me to review their app again, and that is what brought me to this long review to ask them not to have me review their app every time I sign in. I hope that after the fifteen review, they realize that I like their app and that I send them a note to say I am unpleasant with it, that they will realize that you don’t have an issue with your app

Need to allow supervisor to select next approver in the chain from in the app.. The app for a supervisor does not allow approvals as needed. Concur defaults you to the app on iPhone even if trying to access the concur website. The app does not let you select the next approver to route the request along to in the approval chain and instead gives an error. This makes the app useless since I have to delete the app just to go to the web instance to approve a request in my phone so I can select the next approver. Would not be an issue if I wasn’t forced to the app when I go to the concur website. But it is annoying to have to delete the app every time I need to approve a request and then reinstall it to manage my own travel using the app.

Great and convenient, but very clunky. Overall the app is useful and great for on the fly expenses, but it’s too clunky to use for more than one or two entries at a time. There’s no way to quickly jump between screens (for example, to add more than one expense to a report, you have to move the expense, then click about 4 times to get back to the list of expenses that you can move. Try doing that for 8 or 15 expenses and you’ll really resent it. The same holds true for lots of other functions. If you want to add a receipt image from your photos, you can’t zoom to see the image. I have dozens of receipt pics stored on my phone, and in thumbnail size there’s no way to tell them apart. If you choose to attach a receipt, the name of the vendor and the amount disappear from the screen while you pick, so again it’s very hard to match up what you are looking for and I find myself exiting the attach screen (2 clicks) to re-view the data, then go back in...re-find the receipt image. Everything, EVERYTHING, takes about 4-5 clicks, and nothing refreshes without exiting and coming back in. The online concur site is easy and quick. This is not. Need to confirm stay dates for a hotel stay? Good luck. It’s nearly impossible to get the right dates. The interface is made to look like hotel-booking apps, but doesn’t work like them at all. Once you choose the dates, it may or may not save your info.

Expenses CC charges don’t slide into report that are already input.. First I used to love this app it made doing my expenses reports so so easy. As I incur charges, I put them into a report. Credit card charges, when they hit the report used to slide directly into the report, this doesn’t happen anymore. The charges come into an auto generated new expense report. When this worked it was a great feature because you put the charges in as you make them and it eliminates any lost receipts, or forgetting of what the charges are for or who was with you on a business lunch/dinner. This does NOT work anymore. The new way has created more work due to I have to take notes and then go back and put them in when the charge hits. Turning them in WAS easy bi-weekly on Friday I just hit submit. Also NOT being able to see the Credit card symbol is another setback. Please return this once easy to use great App to its glory. Thanks for any input that you can give us.

The new UI is terrible. This app was a great app for managing and tracking expenses, but the new UI makes it impossible to view multiple expenses at once. Before it had an outline view at all times showing all available expenses. Now, while modifying an entry, you are only allowed to view 1 expense at a time, which makes it incredibly time consuming. Before you could work on one expense, and then immediately click on the next expense you wanted to work on from the outline view. Now an extra step is added requiring you to return to the home page and reorient yourself with which expenses are still unreconciled after every entry. Long story short, they broke it. I am not a fan of the new UI, it seems as though the person who designed it has never used the service before. Please provide an option to return to the old UI. Thank you.

Automatic expense Creation from photo of receipts. This app used to have a function that you could load in images from your saved photos and it would create an automatic expense for you. It will still do this if you capture the image in the concur app but they removed the capability of doing this with saved photos. This has made creating my expense report go from 10-20 minutes a month to taking a few hours to manually enter all of the expense data from the images of my receipts. Also, on the concur website they only allow you to view available receipts and don’t have the capability of creating a manual expense on the website either. This all just makes it more difficult for the user to complete the report. The worst part is this used to be possible in the app and website but is no longer available.

Why did you not make auto reading receipts an option?. With the latest update, when you take a pic of your receipt, the program reads the total automatically. You don’t even get a chance to review the total the program has assigned to it. This should have been make an option that you can opt out of. In addition, with the old version you could take pics of multiple receipt without exiting the camera app. Now every time you take a pic of the receipt the app takes you back to the expected page. You have to click back into the camera app to take a pic of each receipt. Who asked for this? Lastly, as a concur user for about 8 years now, it has always frustrated me that you cannot organize all your expenses by amount in the app. You cannot organize online, but not in the app. This really should be changed to make the system easier to use.

Buggy in “New Experience”. This app typically works well. I’m on the new “redesigned” experience and it seems to have some bugs. Whenever I’m searching hotels and want to “view more rooms” after within a hotel I get a system error every time. I’ve been having to go to my laptop, not convenient, to book the desired rooms at hotels. I wish I could revert back to original app experience. On an other note, why can’t there be a cached memory to save our recent locations when searching? Or, at least, allow to save some favorites. For frequent travelers this is a bummer having to type in same locations all the time. Often multiple times/day. Even more ideal, allow saving to profile our favorite hotels! Almost rated three stars d/t new errors I always get, but overall the app suffices

Constant Interruptions!. Twice now, in two days, my workflow has been interrupted by this app soliciting feedback. The only way to “opt out” of providing feedback is to say that you “love” the app. I don’t “love” ANY app. In fact I don’t “love” any inanimate thing, am I to assume SAP’s developers “love” inanimate objects? Does this extend to rubber dolls? The app stinks, overall, it’s buggy and has a stone-age interface. But I’m forced to use it by my company. My company pays me to work for them, NOT to be an evaluator of SAP’s concur app. But every time the app asks for feedback I’ll be here, giving another 1-star review. SAP is a hot mess and so is their concur app. The SAP Concur developers continue to make love to inanimate objects, and insist on requiring customers to express their “love” for their app, which is frankly a pain in the keister to use. There needs to be another option than a) saying you “love” concur and b) writing a review. The SAP Concur development team DOESN’T CARE about their customers, they have no souls, they are evil.

Frustrating to Use. First, the app errors out and closes down regularly. Second, it is very finicky. You must enter information in the right order and save regularly or you lose information. Lastly, functions do not work correctly. As an example, when trying add attendees for a business meal, the option will not open and you must try several times. To be frank this app seems to have gone downhill since SAP got their hands on it. I did not think k they could make this worse, but they proved me wrong. In the latest version, the app struggles to photo a receipt as it jumps around trying to decide what to photograph. I had to take photos of receipts two to four times before I had one that is usable. I have also uploaded receipts only to have them disappear. SAP appears to succeed in continuous degradation of this app and makes no improvements.

App doesn't offer full features of desktop. UPDATE Can't save expense entries after latest update from app. Please fix! Otherwise the app is useless as it is. App works well. I'd give it five stars if you could book an off airport site rental car. App only lets you book rental cars from an airport location. Why the limit? Add the ability to book off airport rental cars and I'll give it a five star. Otherwise the app offers some of the features of the web version but not all. Not good for today's business needs. Poor planning on the developers end. Selecting a city for the expense is difficult. Need to reevaluate the metrics for this. Type too many letters and your city of choice disappears. I don't travel internationally but I still have to see all those cities. How about a default mode to include cities by country.

Attendee Records Being Lost - Surprise!!!. Trying to make this quick. If you are required to report attendees (like the Healthcare Industry), take note. There is a bug that allows attendee data to be lost due to no forced save when the back button is hit (only way to exit the attendee section ). If you go directly from adding attendees to adding receipts without hitting the save button on the expense line item (extra step) and coming back in to add your receipts, you will lose the added attendee records and not know it. Just be aware that this is quite frustrating to employees required to report attendees. Hoping Concur will look into this sooner than later but it sounds like they have plenty of issues to deal with concerning the new release.

Worst UX/UI I’ve ever seen. Seriously this app is by far the worst app I have to deal with on a regular basis. You open it and it takes 10 seconds to “authenticate”…why can’t it just store a token….FAIL The navigation is terrible. It doesn’t properly focus with iPhone 14 pro cameras, FAIL…the flash doesn’t work…(it flashes before the shutter…FAIL). This has been broken for at least a year. On every update the navigation gets worse. At the moment I have two line items that have been stuck in “Processing…” for 20 minutes. FAIL. And I’m on a gigabit Wi-Fi connection. So did it take those or not? It’s not that difficult… I’m not telling them anything publicly I haven’t already sent feedback about through their app. They just don’t care. And seriously, this is 2023, why can’t it auto suggest the location I’m at, or in the metadata of the photo?! Why can’t it read the date off of receipts? Or the name of the business? Again this is low hanging fruit.

UPDATE NEEDED WHEN SUBMITTING AN EXPENSE REPORT.. I’ve been trying to submit my expenses for nearly a month now, and every time I went to go submit my expenses. I would be pulled to a screen that appears to have no way to progress forward BECAUSE the ‘Create’ button is camouflaged to nearly the same color as it’s background. So hitting cancel appeared to be my only option, UNTIL today when I just said screw it and touched that area of my screen and it submitted my report. Please do us average folks a EASY favor and change the color of ‘create’ to white, or a color that doesn’t mask itself with the background. Other than that, great app. Fix this and it’ll be perfect. Thanks!

Wish my company didn’t utilize. With the latest App Store update, most recent iPhone, and full WiFi connection; this expense reporting application for mobile phones has major issues. Want to add an expense to an existing report? You’ll get an error message and have to hit the ‘back’ button. After waiting for a loading screen, you hit submit a second time, get a loading screen again before it will be added. Once added, add the details for the expense(category, type, attendees, itemize, etc.) and they don’t save, followed by another loading screen. These are just a few of the problems. I always make sure to have the latest update of the app and unfortunately my organization continues to use this time wasting expense reporting system when there are other options available. Let the agony continue - it’s been going on for years with Concur.

SAP Concur mobile app (iPhone) is seriously lacking where it matters most: usability.. The fact that you still can’t manually merge/combine expenses in the app — something that works perfectly fine on the web version — makes this feel like a half-built tool. In real life, expenses don’t always auto-match cleanly, and forcing users to jump back to a desktop just to fix something basic is inefficient and outdated. For a platform that positions itself as enterprise-grade, this is a pretty big miss. The mobile app should be able to handle the same core functions as the web, especially something as fundamental as combining expenses. Until that gap is fixed, the app feels more like a receipt scanner than a true expense management solution.

Forced to use with no other options. My company forces us to submit our work expenses on this platform. There are no other options. This app is clunky at best and never tracks mileage like it’s supposed to. When you select auto tracking based on schedule times, you will be lucky if it tracks your mileage at all or from the actual start or stop of your drive. You have to go back and verify all of your trips to make sure it tracked it all. You are better off doing everything manual because you have to verify them all anyways. Don’t drive into a dead zone or else the app won’t track any of the trip. Even if it started in the first place. The app constantly asks me if I will allow it to track my movements, always say yes, and it still keeps asking me, it also says I need to update it, have done that and it still says I’m using an unsupported version that will be decommissioned. Why aren’t people accountable anymore for the things they build. This app has the potential to be really good and has most of the features that you would need, but if it’s not trustworthy, we might as well go back to the old paper and pen.

Inconsistent. Having used Concur for the past 12 years with the past 8 using solely the iPad app, it is astounding to me how inconsistent the app is. Without going into lengthy detail of how frustrating it can be, I will just use today’s experience as a small example. When selecting all current expenses to move onto the current expense report, I realized that there was no blue “Move to Report” button available as there normally is. After investigating, I slid the page down with my finger to discover that the blue “Move to Report” was hidden underneath the header/banner on that page, but because I had to slide and hold my finger on the page to keep it pulled down from under the banner, it was not clickable as long as I was holding the page. So, there was no way to move those expenses to the report. After closing out and reopening the app, there was no change. I’ll stop with that, but I could go on and on about how just about every time I use the app there is a glitch or bug which completely brings progress and productivity to a halt on what is already a very labor-intensive and time-consuming app to submit expenses.

Need better selection when looking at Albums for Receipts. The apps get better and better. There is still something that really bothers me. When it comes to choosing receipts from the camera roll or an album, I don't always know if I am selecting the right receipt. Let me explain. When you go to choose a receipt and click it, you are given option of Choose(Done) or cancel. There is no option to GO BACK. You have to start from scratch and hope you are picking the right one. This gets frustrating since it sometimes takes time to go through the photo album and find the pic. To restart over is sometimes a feel of defeat. PLZ add a Go Back feature or replace Cancel with Back button! Thank you!

Used to be simple lameeeee now, please fix all. This app can be much better. Selecting photos of my receipts used to be easy, it doesn’t allow me to access my entire photo album, and there isn’t feedback on the help page how to get your photos into the app, finally figured out I need to go to my photos outside of the app and I can only select one at a time and have to upload it to my receipt bank. It wasted a lot of time. And the app has too many steps to do a report, example...you add a report, then you save, then you move to create the report? Which seems redundant, cause your doing it twice? Then you save again and it won’t let you input all the info needed but you still save all the some of the info, so then you have to go into the report again to make corrections and add the extra info needed, so you can submit it, and on top of that the new way to add the photos was overly complicated and I didn’t see detailed info on the help page for it. Advice: one report with all the available fields to enter, with easy access to phones photo album with ability to select multiple photos. With one save and then done. Please take out the extra 4 steps, it’s not efficient.

Doesn’t play well with ios, WHY?. This app isn't compatible with the new iOS 12.1.1 and on the new gen 3 ipad pro 12.9. Concur refuse to admit they have an issue here and does not have any customer service support either. A very difficult company to work with. Concur has stumbled consistently. To this point Concur is hardly compatible with the new the new hardware Apple has released and they offer no apology for it. Most notably the screens on the Gen 3 ipad are most always truncated and make it extremely difficult to fully process reports. Furthermore, the extremely slow and minimally existent support has no clue this even occurring let alone what to do or even interested in engaging to find out the issue. As much as it is a tremendous idea what they do it is carried out by poor leadership that doesn't value their customer base. Buyers beware of the purveyor!

The user interface is very clunky and time consuming. Like many people, I add all my meals/transportation for late nights in a single sitting when I can carve it out. A few easy fixes: 1. Receipt previews should show the entire receipt or have a zoom feature. When you have to manually enter the information from that receipt, it’s a huge pain to have to keep clicking the receipt, memorize date/cost/name then try to enter those fields below. 2. Give an option to select multiple individual expenses and apply specific field text to the client/type/comment fields. For example, I will have upwards of 20-30 late night meal allowances and taxi rides to enter. I would very much like to apply Taxi to all the taxis, add late night ride home to the comments, and the same client to all of them.

Unbelievably difficult. My company recently switched to this app in order to help reimburse for conferences, and it has ruined the experience so much that I’d rather just not go at this point. It began with my hotel— which even though my conference was approved, apparently the hotel was considered “not in network”. Not sure how a company-approved conference doesn’t have the conference center in network, yet here we are. Then began the flights— which were originally relatively easy to book. Unfortunately, by the time the hotel was figured out, the flights had been “canceled” due to “not having a hotel” and there is no way to go back in and re-select them. What was once a relatively easy process of turning over receipts has become overly complicated and at this point it would be easier for me to just either not go or just swallow the costs on my own than to go to this conference. Which, honestly, is probably what the point of this entire thing is.

4.9 but that’s not an option. This app has made my life extremely efficient with the amount of business travel I complete. Receipts have become less annoying and I can upload them immediately before even starting a report. My only complaint is that some fields don’t fully expand in the app so unless you are familiar with the web based version, you won’t know what every field says in its entirety. Other than that, a must have! It also makes approving my employee’s expenses a breeze. They don’t have to wait for me to open my email on Monday to see that I have a pending report to approve. Even if I wake up on a Sunday morning, I don’t mind opening it because it doesn’t seem like work. Easy breezy. And they get reimbursed faster!

WILL NOT LOAD RECEIPTS FROM A FILE!. I’ve been using Concur for years, on my Windows laptop and my iPad and iPhone. This latest version for iOS is driving me up a wall. I have always saved my cell phone receipts as PDF files. On the Windows version, uploading a PDF from a file, to an expense is very easy. The iOS version only gives me the option to upload a receipt from my photo album, directly via my camera, the “Receipt Store” or declare that I don’t have a receipt. There is no option to upload from a file?! Well, I thought I would navigate to the “Receipt Store” and see what options I had there. Low and behold, there is an option to upload from a file. Now is where this gets really aggravating. When you choose “From File”, you a greeted by a black screen with three options at the top. One option is “Cancel”, the next is “Recents” and the third is an icon that seems to toggle single page or multi-page. Neither of these options do ANYTHING to allow me to navigate to the receipt I’d like to upload “FROM FILE”!!! The only way I can complete these expenses is to switch over to my Windows laptop and perform the task there. If I didn’t have the laptop, I would be out of luck on my cell phone expenses every month. PLEASE FIX THIS SOON!

Flat out confusing .. I have been using this app for years it’s still send me through four different pages that don’t add up. I now understand the ridiculous step-by-step process. I’m trying to train other employees on how to use this and I feel like I’m beating my head up the wall. I’m trying to get them back six dollars for some drill bits and it takes four pages and at least one “red triangle “ that has to be corrected and saved before you can submit it. After signing in I have to enter an expense which is going to have an error, take a pic of my receipt ( not straight forward) then I have to properly transfer it into a report which cannot be deleted if that mistake is made, then I have to fill out the report which does not have enough fields to satisfy the requirements of the report. From there I have to tap on the little red triangle go down figure out an ad in whatever information was missing hit save and then I can submit a report to get back my money. I don’t understand if this app is designed for a large expense account? I find for simple day-to-day cheap items... it’s ridiculously over complicated.

Works well, but..... Better than filling out forms etc, probably can be a a little more user friendly. Having to go between to many screens just to submit one expense. Only other gripe is if I try to submit a receipt on the same day, it will say the receipt day is in the future. This occurs mainly in early mornings.

Unfortunately monopoly. I’ve used SAP Concur for 12 years working at one of the worlds largest technology companies in a global capacity. It is a horrible tool, with constant errors, and non-stop AI automation in 2025 which is typically wrong or flags that your expense claim is in error - it’s possibly why large firms like it, because out of 100,000 staff at my company, I can imagine that lots of employees avoid claims because it’s too much hassle, thus saving them billions each year. The web version is just as bad, even basic things like international time at date working (DD/MM/YY) rather than US dates doesn’t work - it’s just that large multi nationals will force you to use SAP Concur. If you’re a start up, or care about employee satisfaction, find an alternative.

Going backwards.. What the hell is going on with this app I don’t even know? It changes every time I use it, one minute it recognizes prices and asks me if the amount on the receipt is correct which 99% of the time it was accurate. This was a great feature, now it’s gone? Then after confirming the amount we had a “next receipt” button. Now all that’s gone and the only option is “done”, which takes us out of the camera to a different menu, and we’ve gotta go back to the home page to access the camera shortcut again, not much of a shortcut?? The automatic receipt size/crop function used to be so good and now it’s hopeless, cropping out tiny sections of a receipt. Sometimes takes me 5 attempts to get a photo which captures the whole receipt. The manual cropping ability, completely useless. Why on earth would we want a crop feature that crops to an irregular shape, not a perfect rectangle? Very very frustrating experience using this app with constant changes and good functionality going backwards or being taken away.

Same functions as desktop. The functionality of the app has made the desktop version redundant. And it has a better receipt capture.

Difficult to update & access. The App won’t update at the App Store after it tells me I need to update. It always goes to error when I try to use single sign on. And when it requires a password to login it sometimes does the same error and I need to reinstall. Very frustrating App. Otherwise when it works it is good for doing expenses

Works ok. I can create expenses and upload receipts, but a few categories are unavailable on the phone app. Meaning, I need to login to the webpage on my laptop to finish the report and submit. It’s a bit annoying. The app basically is a way to upload receipts so they are waiting for me on the webpage when I sit down and do my expenses each month.

Why so slow?. Up until recently this App was working fine . Since it’s last update it keeps logging me out and I have to log in pretty much every time I use it. Apart from that the App is really good and straight forward

Concur App. Great app, especially now it reads the receipts and somehow manages to make sense of it (sometimes gets the wrong details but that’s a minor fix). One thing this app needs is to give the user the ability to say if they were the traveller for the travelling receipts - I think tou can only do this through the website at the moment. Would give 5 stars if this got fixed. Also, try make a Welsh language app too!

Frustrating and time consuming. Ongoing issues. Strips the photo of the receipt from the entry. Can not identify many Australian places. Internal errors so can’t send receipts to the monthly card claim. Never ANY replies to feedback. Want your staff to waste time and be frustrated? Get SAP Concur.

Bring back iOS 16 support!. The latest Concur version requires iOS 17 but my phone only supports up to iOS 16 and now Concur says the old version I’m running on iOS 16 will be decommissioned and stop working. So that pushes me to buying a whole new phone just to run this stupid app I need for work. This is a huge step backwards. Why can’t the new version run on iOS 16 like the old one did?

Great for helping make monthly credit card reconciliations. This generally a very good app that does a great job of helping make my monthly credit card reconciliations. There are a few areas where it could be tweaked, e.g. being able to select & upload several receipts at once. But the developers seem to be responding to concerns regularly and continuing to tweak it.

Concur. The App is great however, you still need to have the PC to finish the claim to submit for payment. The App doesn’t allow you to complete all itemisations. When Expensit was attached you could do all your itemisations with no need to complete on the PC so, even though the App permits faster upload, for meals and other expenses, they still need to be finished on the PC.

Great concept but insufficient training/education. Love the concept however I have never had a single month where I have been able to use it as intended. I continually need to write to our program administrator to request help to enable me to submit expenses. Very frustrating, very time consuming and way more cumbersome than the old school paper based expense claims.

Much faster than laptop. So easy and quick for expenses claim through App than through laptop on line system.

Good app, adding attendees could be better.. Good app... would be better if searching for teams/groups of people was possible, otherwise it is time consuming adding hem all. Also, searching for people does not work well.

Good overall. Very simple to use however it won’t let you submit on the date and takes a bit of mucking around to get rid of the warning after it comes up to submit.

Changes are horrible. Ever since the new update I can no longer find my frequently used expenses at the top of the selection list.I have to individually search for each expense every time I want to submit one.. Please bring back the frequently used expenses… It makes no sense why this was removed from the application and should be returned ASAP

Helpful app BUT -. Could you please change the icon? It’s counterintuitive to have a yellow icon on my desktop (called Concur) and a very different blue one (called SAP Concur) on my phone. This app is helpful and intuitive and helps make doing my expenses easier. (Except when finding it on my phone is harder than it should be due to the inconsistent name and icon!)

Update not working. As of today 30 Jul 2025, the app says it requires update , click the button & takes you to appstore where it just has “open” (not update) then just opens straight to app that says it requires update. Endless circle of pain.

Poor & slow user experience. Oh my gosh for a multinational as big as SAP this is a terrible user experience. Can take up to 30 seconds to authenticate just logging in and I’ve had receipts processed in 30 minutes or more. This is a woefully bad experience and needs much attention by the developers. I cannot understand what people give this more than two stars.

Freezes at submit page. Took a few tries before I could successfully use it. A lot of non-applicable fields. Quite fiddle but maybe bc a lot is not applicable to me. Can use as normal up until the submit page. Then the whole thing freezes and nothing happens. Have to close app to get out. Reentering I can see the claim there unsubmitted. Go to resubmit but same thing happens.

Concur is a great system, but the app needs more work. Concur is great - but unfortunately the app doesn’t allow for adjustment of GST using the app. A lot of my employees are mobile and use the app, but are purchasing a lot of fresh food, which does not attract GST. The app automatically calculated the 10% which does not always reflect the receipt. They then have to log onto a computer/via browser to adjust it, which defeats the purpose of the app, and has lead to a lot of confusion for out less tech-savvy employees. 5 stars once this is fixed!

Could not design a clunkier app if you tried. Only using this as forced to by my employer. Overall - unbelievably clunky, cumbersome and slow. Bugs out, randomly doesn’t show multi page receipts as one expense item just creates multiple claims, randomly doesn’t show hotels on the app when trying to book, but then desktop does show them. Just a messy poor UE needs a complete redesign ground up.

The opposite to an improvement.. The recent ‘update’ to concur mobile is less clear, I feel like I need to press more buttons to complete actions, and when I upload receipts the app just continually says ‘processing’ until I restart the app. You’ve successfully made an already annoying app even more frustrating. And while I’m at it can you please remove those incessant prompts asking how much I love the app …

Bring back the Expenseit App. The simplified workflow of the expenseit function within the concur app means there’s now no longer the concept of staging the receipts, being able to review / correct them as a batch and then upload them all into concur. Please revive the separate expenseit app so I’m not forced to use expensify or similar. The app crashes reliably on my iPhone 6 Plus every time I try and capture a receipt with the expenseit functionality. The early May bug fix release does not fix this crash. And the app takes about 15 seconds to start up.

Don’t use this !!!! WARNING. I started off with a trial and then after 1 month everything has disappeared, I can’t log in and I was not offered out of the trial to purchase the full app. I’ve called the help line 4 times , talked to different people in different country’s who don’t know there own phone numbers to recommend me to another department or Evan how to help . I finally got a Australian number that went to a answer machine and left a message , no one returned my call ! I have now lost 1 month of finances that is depending on a divorce case that my lawyer is asking for but not one person could Evan slightly help me , just get passed to another department. The worst decision I have made relying on this app to keep my data , and a bigger mistake in thinking I could ring and email the help line to get help . Shocking service , most unprofessional app I have ever used!

Concur for regional users. Using concur as a regional content maker requires more processes and takes more time for people on the ground than was ever required in the past. There are now three processes for us instead of one and we are often required to submit expense reports for items we did not personally book. Hotels that we require to book are not part of this system and therefore add additional work for content makers and for their immediate managers in regard to approval, booking and payment. The travel agent is also paid a significant fee for booking flights that I have researched and forwarded on for approval again adding another process and expense to what existed in the past.

Cannot sign in. Does not allow me to enter my email to sign in. The field for the email is a dead brick, the keyboard doesn’t pop up rendering the app useless at the moment.

Invisible Claim Submit Button. Great App. Definitely makes life a lot easier. However, I did find a glitch. I’m using an iPhone 7 and after the recent Apple OS update the submit claim button after I selected an approver is not visible. I pressed on the area where the submit button should have been located and it submitted my claim. But it is a tad tricky! Great work, team!

Receipting. So hard to add receipts from your camera roll during submitting an expense report. It should always be an option to add them from camera roll as soon as you click add recipes. Way too fiddly especially after having to work late (very reason for the expense report :( )

Submitting expenses. While the functionality works, it requires a lot of data input for the front end user. Also using the mobile phone app you cant attendees that are Hays perm employees that aren’t favourites. So it works but is very time consuming and could be better

Makes life easy!. This app makes matching my monthly expenditures to my credit card statement a breeze! I can add receipts to the library, and save them for when the expense appears. This enables me to submit my claim anywhere, any time with ease and continuity. The website is a long, and convoluted process, with scanning, saving, and renaming files, it takes a lot of time to submit a claim, but with the app, it makes submission much easier, simpler, and faster! Couldn’t recommend this app more!

Used to be my favourite app. Since Concur has been “SAPped” it is going to the dogs. Less and less intuitive and less and less stable. I can no longer trust the App like I used to, which is very disappointing. Would be nice to think that they take on criticism, but expect this App will follow other SAP products and just become a chore / bore to use.

Camera won’t focus. Taking photos of receipts would be far more successful if the app used the camera properly. It doesn’t autofocus, so you have to position the phone just right to get the receipt in focus. Further away than expected. Please use the camera AF properly so my finance team stop whinging about blurry receipts.

Works well with one gripe. Generally works well, only annoying thing is that I have to wait till corporate card transactions are imported which can take days so I can’t do claims at the time of the expense. Which usually means that it gets pushed low in the priority list and does not get done till weeks later and I don’t get reimbursed in a timely manner.

User friendly and convenient!. Love the phone app! I can upload a photo of the receipt straight away so there is no chance of losing it. It’s easy to use and I can complete my expenses anytime, anywhere.

Not helpful to the employee, absolutely useless.. What’s the point of this mobile app if employees need to use their laptop to finalise the claim? Fields like employee travel status, client names, employee names etc. cannot be entered through the app and need to be done through laptop. I personally don’t see any add value here. I should be able to upload receipt for a coffee, choose my status and enter business guest details on the spot straight after each meeting. This doesn’t help any customer facing employee with busy schedule to catch up with their workload. I need to spend around 90 minutes on the laptop on monthly basis to complete my expense claim. I have provided this feedback multiple times.

Very slow, and unstable…. Loading times are ridiculously long. Sometimes waiting over 10 seconds after a click. Although I have a newish iPhone that’s quick on every other app. The app also crashes sometimes when uploading/scanning a receipt, maybe once ever three?… I wish we used any other expenses app at work…

Slow, clunky & unreliable. Wow! Given the fanfare and all the hype, this is a monumental let down. The app is slow, clunky and the responses are unreliable. I’d ask for a full refund if I had to pay for this B-grade excuse of an app. How can this be acceptable when this is such a basic function? Honestly guys, it’s time to lift your game and get this mess sorted. I’d give you minus 5 stars if that was an option!

If this is “enterprise grade” I’d hate to see the beta. The Concur app is riddled with bugs that prevent even basic booking. Flights that are 100% within policy routinely fail with “We encountered a problem retrieving flight/fare options,” while the exact same search works fine on desktop. This is a known concur mobile app bug but they don’t care to fix core functionality. Companies use concur because it fits their bureaucratic rules and concur are happy to take their money and fail to deliver on a functional product. The list goes on. Seat maps are unreliable e.g. premium economy cabins display as economy layouts, or show “no seat selected” warnings even though a valid ticket is issued. These aren’t edge cases, they’re core booking flows. It’s obvious the mobile app isn’t handling API responses consistently with the desktop portal. The desktop experience has plenty of issues but it’s nothing compared to this mess of an app. Until these integration and seat map rendering issues are fixed, the mobile app is effectively unusable for serious business travel.

Average and missing key features like direct access to receipts. No better than the desktop app other than being able to easily add receipts - but I hope you don’t want to access them! No way of accessing your receipt library unless you are making a claim - accidentally add an unrelated photo or document and want to delete it? Can’t remember if you added that receipt? Oh that’s too bad, there is no feature to just access your receipt library. Come on product manager, get the basics right!

Expense assistant needs work. I’ve used this for years. When it asked me to enable the expense assistant I thought it would be great. It made a mess of my claim and I spent ages fixing it. Wasted more time than it saved. The problem is my finance dept work off billing date, not transaction date. And they only include up to the 28th of the month. I like the idea of this, it just needs some configuration to account for different company rules.

Mobile version needs fixing. .Being able to do almost everything by the app is great but annoying that prior to submitting your claim requires a desktop log in. You can add attendees through the app but cannot change the field status unless you go on to the desktop which is a mandatory requirement when sending your expenses through?!

Sap concur. Problems: - Tax Rate sometimes doesn’t save need to set twice - Breakfast doesn’t save as recently used item when changing meal receipt type

New update has made receipt upload function unusable. 1. When taking a photo of a receipt through the app, it can no longer recognise the receipt no matter what colour the background is or the distance it’s taken from and the camera will not focus so receipt is always blurry. 2. The software no longer allows you to edit the amount of a receipt when uploaded to the app, so when the app inevitably gets it wrong you have to delete the receipt and upload it again.

Exchange rates are inconsistent. The app needs to provide a field to explain differences in exchange rate. When advances are paid, exchange rates are from the date of the exchange, not the day of purchase. Also, some credit cards lock in payments in Australian dollars rather than the local currency. The app needs improvement in this area.

Frustrating. This app got worse since recent update. Make over the look but got worse with speed. Mostly this app collecting wrong receipts data then I have to type everything manually then it says processing (collecting receipts data) but it takes forever. Collecting what data when I had to type manually. Think about it Employers. Your employee spends too much time to upload expense receipts than instead doing real work….. Your employee would say I couldn’t do any work this morning because I had to upload receipts all this morning.

All desktop functionality. I hope it gets even better by having all the desktop functionality.

Terrible. Terrible performance and instead of allowing me to reset my password I keep getting RE-routed to download another version of the app when I’m ALREADY UPDATED!!! Locked out again. Thanks Concur!!!!! Less productive every time I have to use this app.

No more access. With the update I’ve lost access to the bills pictures and expenses

Worst UX, got even worse. SAP Concur UX changed - now cannot upload photos and include comments before it starts the slow processing (during which you can click on it to edit). How to make it worse seems to be the goal of the SAP engineers.

Why???. Move to report button is now hidden at the top where I can no longer click on it so moving multiple receipts goes from one click to move them all to 4 clicks to move each one.. why??? WHY??????!!!!!!! Deleted it and notified company. Hopefully they will find a new and better app.

Auditors. I get very frustrated with the auditors up here in Canada. We don’t have all the cities listed for where expenses could occur. I’m constantly having to use a different city versus the city that I may have had an expense occurring so basically every report

Hotel options. For years concur doesn’t list any hotel options for Brooks, Alberta which means I have to book directly and complete a policy exemption afterwards. Please fix this

App crashes. This app crashes constantly.

Mind-numbingly slow. This must be the most sluggish app I have ever used in my life. Every click triggers an interminable load, as if massive amounts of data were being downloaded over a 9600 baud modem from the 90s. Except, I am on 5G, and we’re talking about a couple kilobytes of text. The lack of optimization and testing under real world circumstances is inexcusable. The only appropriate word to characterize the execution of this app is “stümperhaft”. The execs at SAP will understand. Everyone else look it up.

Update frustrations. I update the Concur app and my iPhone 8 is considered up to date by apple with 16.7.11 yet Concur demands 17 with this update. So….you force me into an endless loop or to get a new phone?

iOS Pro camera support needed. App is great, aside from the inability for it to switch to the close up camera when taking receipt pictures. It won’t focus close up, so receipt pictures have to be from far back

Please fix the app. There are so many crashes it’s unbelievable, on sign ins, on button taps, and on submissions. Like how is that even possible from such a large corporation like you guys, get some QA teams or something.

Poor UX, ‘Leave Feedback’ button doesn’t work. When you add an expense that has a receipt — either by literally scanning a receipt or having a connected service like Uber submit the receipt — the expense comes in with a big red error message saying that there is no receipt status. How is that possible? The expense was literally generated from a receipt scanned by the app. What should be simple is annoying, because you have to manually add ‘Receipt’ as the receipt status for an expense that is literally a receipt. To every item. Also, the ‘Leave Feedback’ button doesn’t work. The rest of the menu is fine, but if you try to leave feedback it’s a dead press.

VP. Lot of features and simple to use

Waste of Time. If you want to fart around on computer systems for a full day around every trip, use Concur.

Bug in the app for years. Overall, pretty good app, but If you have two separate credit card expenses that are identical, one will often disappear the second you try to attach a receipt. You then have to go into the desktop version to find the missing expense. Reported, never fixed.

Was a great app, worked perfectly for me for 6-7 years, the last year though had been horrible, takes forever to load or expense receipts, just horrible hopefully they fix but this is a year I’ve been dealing with it now and on multiple, it’s take over 40 minutes now to process a 4 line receipt

ISSUES WITH MILES AND KM. The app seems to automatically track in kilometers, but in the details on the mileage expense, it translates into miles and the payment seems to be done according to the miles and not the kilometers registered. FYI MILES is equivalent to a lesser number vs KMs so there’s a missing amount to payments which are done for us by $ per km’s. Log your mileage expense manually and it doesnt seem to occur, so at the end of the day, i have to type in manually again all my stops for the whole day to make sure everything is accurate. So many issues with the app. A lot of waste of time. Too bad 1 star is the least we can give. The app also doesnt remember the last addresses you logged so you keep having to remember the last entry. It also suggests adresses in Europe for mileage expense, when I’m in north america: the app is a tracker and it knows exactly where you’re at: makes no sense. This app drives me nuts and I have to use it everyday. UGH 😩

1980. Look and feel from the 80s

Redesign. Shocked that the SAP Concur team didn’t pick up an iPhone or iPad to test out their new platform. This is the biggest miss - you can’t look at a receipt, let along individual expense and get back into the report. The approving function is less than useless. Obviously making the new version pretty took prescience over usability. Pls pick up an apple device and realise your mistakes and fix it.

Does not stay synced. Data does not stay synced until you sign out and back in. This app is used by thousands, don’t understand why company like SAP - a software giant misses this essential function.

Every other update breaks the app. This is the only app that believes in the mantra if it is not broke fix it until it is. I am disgusted that I am forced to use this app by my employer. Every update something else is broke. Now I cannot even look at the receipts attached to my expenses. SMH. Just leave well enough alone already. I am tired of y’all continually breaking the app and having to wait for a fix to the app over and over. Trust if I was not forced to use this app it would be gone quick.

Receipt images not showing. Receipt images are not showing after you take a picture of your receipt. Had to log in from the laptop and there it shows. So it’s capturing the images of the receipts but it’s hard for you to know that because it says “Receipt currently not available”. This never happened before but it’s a big problem now. Other little glitches here and there have happened before but this one is the worst. Please fix as soon as you can. Thanks. Other than that the app is great and makes expensing very convenient.

From mediocre to annoying. Concur made a lot of things simpler - especially after working in Asia where paper receipts and excels dominated, but the app, which is very ok with generally useable functionality seems to have gotten worse. It used to be that my favourite feature would be to open the app, snap a receipt in seconds and have the basics recorded. Now it takes ages to load and even longer to take a picture and confirming the amount has become less intuitive. When I’m on a trip and recording dozens of receipts a week, I reckon this delay is costing me the equivalent of a full working day a year (compared to the previous versions).

Inconsistent App. There’s many things that annoy me with this app, especially since I need to use it for work. Firstly, every other day I’m having to re-login. Secondly, most of my travel I write in manually and the manual option does not always pop-up unless I close the app and re-open it again Thirdly, occasionally expenses will glitch out and freeze and won’t add to the list, not sure how they fix but after some time it does go away Fourth, auto tracking isn’t entirely accurate or sometimes it doesn’t start consistently and this is why I opt for manual tracking instead Fifth, with the advent of iOS opting for allowing widgets on the Lock Screen, Concur should make a tracking widget that can be accessed through the lock screen for ease of use Sixth, you should be able to save destinations, the majority of my travel is to the same locations constantly, and it would be nice to just save locations for easy expense reporting

Previous version was better…. The previous version was better because it saved my most recent addresses. I didn’t have to type EVERY address for spot where an address is required. I was able to select which address I needed from a drop-down list. Now, I have to type each address 3 times for each trip. I have 5 addresses I use frequently. It does take a lot longer to create one week’s report now. It is a very useful app, easy to submit mileage expenses.

Everything disappeared!!!!. I have been using this app for about a month and I really liked it BUT tonight all of my receipts and mileage that I tracked through “Drive” disappeared. I am really panicking because this is the only way I get reimbursed…. I have no clue where to get help… if this did not happen, I would have rated this product 5 star but when help can not be found and my information is all gone then I have a problem…

Easy to use, import function is great. Nice and easy to use. Import function is very useful. Only recommendation I would make for the application is having the ability to break out multiple hotel nights that have different rates (which happens often). Not the end of the world because you can still work with arithmetic by dividing by the number of nights equally but this method leaves inconsistencies when it comes to corporate audits as the actual nightly amounts don’t quite match. All else is alright..

Recent changes have made the reservations useless. I’ve had recent problems with location access when looking for hotels. Every time I change a parameter, there’s a pop up to allow SAP your location. There isn’t a yes or no, but a continue. It’s added unnecessary time to hit that button multiple times. Besides, in Location Access setting it only allows for mileage. Whatever you changed recently, please put it back to normal. This isn’t helping anyone! I’m happy with the expense report feature and that it allows me to complete my reports easily. However, I’m likely to start using Hotel apps again if you can’t fix this!

This update is horrrible. Since the update that was released on November 4, 2018 when you go to add a photo of your receipt from the photo library on your phone it organizes them from the oldest photos to the newest so you have to scroll through 10,000 of your photos to get to the newest one at the bottom of the list, this is ridiculous. And needs to be fixed. I have also requested at least 3 different times to bring the browse option to adding a receipt in the app by adding this functionality you would be able to browse for a pdf document that you have on iCloud Drive and be able to upload it to concur from the app. Currently because this feature isn’t supported you have to use the web version of concur.

Last update is a nightmare. Every time I go to submit my expense reports I get an error message that says an exception must be resolved. I go through them and correct them and get the same message. It gives no indication what exception still hasn’t been resolved. It now takes me triple the time to complete my report (if I don’t give up in exasperation first). Update: an additional pain point is that when you add your receipts, instead of having it instantly added, you now get a spinning “processing” message and it takes a long time to complete. Everything about the new update adds time to completing my expense reports. Very frustrating.

Needs one tweak!. Decent app. One thing that hasn’t been fixed is the ability to select a receipt from within an email (PDF format) and upload it. When done it attempts to open Concur and upload the file but hangs up and puts it in cue for uploading. Do the exact same process again and it’ll work. Or, I have to open the app first then go back to the email where the file is and then it’ll upload properly when it automatically opens the app and uploads the file. Big complaint amongst my peers about this...

I really don't get it why this app has so many positive reviews. This is one of the least user-friendly apps that I have seen. I have to use it because my employer mandates it but if it was up to me I would user something else. 1. It does not allow you to attach receipts from folders other than your photo library 2. The expenses "disappear" from the expense list and only later you find out that the app automatically creates reports so you have to go search for that report, being it back and continue. This by itself is INSANE 3. Mandatory fields and not that mandatory and vice-versa, fields that are not marked as red may be mandatory 4. Once your automatically generated expense title lands in a report and you try to submit it, you find out that no characters other than letters and numbers are accepted. And this is with an AUTOGENERATED title. Why on Earth do you generate a title that is not accepted by your reports backend ?? The list can go on and on, I just don't have time for this. One question: I used this "piece of art" for over a year and I don't see a single fix to any of these issues. Do you at SAP even test your software ???

Glitchy reporting made difficult. There are so many glitches in this app. You need to issues updates more frequently. This app used to be so easy 6 years ago and little by little it is becoming so difficult to do an expense report using it. You no longer have recent expense type options showing up causing you to constantly type in the type of expense. It’s asking you to fill in all required information, but nothing is highlighted as missing. If you change the expense type within a report you get a message saying changes will be lost if you proceed. It goes on and on with the glitches. Please fix them and I’ll amend my review.

Fantastic when it works!. I love being able to snap photos of receipts as I go along. I love that it catagorizes most expenses automatically. Filing a report seems so much easier and intuitive through the app compared to the full site. My only issue was with my most recent trip. The six days I was gone, I couldn’t open the app. It would close before hitting the menu so my receipts piled up. I deleted and reinstalled at least four times. When I finally was able to get in, there was a stretch where it wasn’t saving my photo of the receipt with the expense. I was eventually able to get it all in, but it’s usually easier than this!

Allocation in the App. The Concur mobile app has made reporting my monthly expenses so much easier. Although there is one change I would love to see. Most of my expenses get divided between two budget numbers. When allocating expenses to budget numbers it would be really helpful to have a list of most recently used come up instead of every budget name listed alphabetically. Because there's so many budget names I basically have to enter the whole name or number every time. Thank You!

Just went from good to unusable. Some update within the last month deleted the ability to attach multiple receipt images per expense line item. Have a multi-page hotel receipt? Too bad! Are you a pharmaceutical rep that needs to attach both a sign-in sheet and a transaction receipt? Too bad! The core competency of this app is supposed to be expensing, so losing a feature like this means that I’ll no longer be able to use the app and will need to email receipt images to myself from my phone, save them to my computer, and log in to the full website to upload to each expense. If it wasn’t my company system I would stop using completely. Too bad. This used to be s pretty decent app.

Unreliable. I find that I have to delete and repeat entering expenses all the time with Concur. It’s really frustrating. Sometimes I will enter a list of attendees. Then I will save it. Only to open up the expense again and see that several of the names I entered are missing. I re-enter the names again and they go missing again. The only thing that works is to delete the entire expense from the report and re-enter everything again and reattach a receipt. What should have taken a few minutes, ends up taking 45 minutes. This type of error happens a lot. Hopefully this undated version of concur fixes that annoying bug.

Easiest and most convenient way to submit an expense report for business trip. At the end of every meal I simply took a picture of the receipt with my phone and entered the expense into the Concur application while walking out of the restaurant (takes less than 1 minute). At the end of the trip, while waiting to board my flight, I submitted the entire report in less than 30 seconds. This is the easiest and most convenient way to submit an expense report.

For corporate travel violated company policy booking travel. It booked me on a return flight with only Premium pay seats. Poor use case design. SAP should have the corporate policy built into booking. Then it didn’t let me change just the return flight. Again poor design. Also on flight selection it doesn’t let me select same airline round trip. As a result I have a split ticket costing much more. Again poor design. As a result I wasted an hour at work trying to get my flight. Plus it did not tell me what the Premium pay seat cost was. A user interface should disclose the fees. I think I will file an FAA complaint of not disclosing the actual ticket price including the Premium seat fee. Especially since I am stuck paying for it.

No longer supported???. Just saw the notice that it will soon NOT be supporting iOS12. That might not matter to most, but there will be a few of us that will miss it. Not everybody can afford to stay up with the latest and greatest devices and software. Fortunately, I only ise it to record local travel, so I don’t need to capture receipts and credit card info. It is easy enough to wait until the end of day (or next morning) to record my local trip. When it stops working on my phone, I’ll remove it and free up some space.

Flight Expenses. Concur has made my life so much less stress. What use to take 12 hours to complete at the end of each month now is spread over the whole month. Great APP Now your app only works when online. This drops the best part of your app. When at the restraunt, business or any place we pay by credit card we now can not take a picture of the receipt and store it in Concur app unless we are on the internet.

Expense Allocation. This app has come a long way in ease and functionality. However, there would be a feature to save a lot of time to the user. Remember the expense allocations used for other expenses. Instead of having to go through each item to allocate individually. There should be a feature either to 1. Allocate all expenses for the report at one time, or 2. To remember the allocation and ask you on the next expense item if you would like to use the previous allocation. Either of those features would be great.

Optical Character Recognition for location. I regularly use the Expenseit portion of the app upload receipts / expenses. It tries to figure out the location based on what it sees on the receipt. Sometimes when you try and correct this error it switches the location right back to whatever it thinks it should be. Even after saving the experience it switches it right back. I can assure you that I have not been in Rockville, Maryland or Madison, Wisconsin here recently or ever. One location was on Rockville Road in Avon, Indiana (non-existent city according to the app as well) the other instance was my server was named Madison.

Better but still one issue. This app has finally gotten a lot more usable in recent months, but why does it wait several hours to tell me “Your receipt is now ready to view…”? From what I can tell the entry will be done immediately but for some reason I’ll get an alert hours later. Sometimes it’s the next morning. Also I still have issues with the app freezing when entering receipts (“done” button won’t work) or it will fail to upload a receipt and I have to re-enter it later.

Fine for receipts but not other functions. 2.5 stars. I’m surprised by the numerous positive reviews for this app, but the majority of them seem to address the expense functionality with receipts. If that’s all you need, it will serve your purposes fine. But, if you are a business traveler who needs to actually book flights, hotels or cars via the app, it’s pretty bad. I continually get error messages when trying to search for hotels, the filters for flight preferences are lacking, as are different locations for car rentals. I typically have to accomplish that kind of thing on a mobile browser, which makes the app barely adequate.

Not very intuitive software. I’ve used other expense apps such as Expensify. It works much better. What does not work well. It always puts me my expenses in a different country. I have only ever had US expenses but it likes changing my purchases to foreign currency. It can not figure out categories automatically based on my past. There are only a few catoagoes that I use and it should be intuitive enough based on my past expenses to know what my categories is. It always cheers of the categories that I would never use. In order just to take a photo of the receipt opening the app takes way too long and if you don’t have a connection then it’s very bad.

Works good when you can get into it!. Don’t get me wrong! This app is great when I can get into it. The issue is anytime I try to use it and my service is not very good I get kicked out. When I try to log back in my password does not work and there instructions for resetting the password puts me into an endless loop of entering my credentials and being told to reset my password. I try to call tech support and never get a call back. It is very frustrating.

Can’t get worse? Hold my beer. I really didn’t think this app could get any worse but here we are. The latest update took away the last bit of good things left for this app. The app doesn’t remember the “Most Recently Used” expenses any longer and this is huge to me. Why can’t the date default to present day? Why must I spend so much time to go into the calendar just to hit “select?” Then, when I hit “save,” it doesn’t go back to the expense report, another button I have to push. I’ve been using this app for YEARS and this is the worst I’ve seen the user interface. Please ask some of us that actually use the app before you change it!!

Buggy since last update. Totally frustrating since last update. Have deleted and rebooted multiple times to try to relieve situation, to no avail. Attempting to add Mileage results in 3 almost full attempts of entering data before it knocks itself off screen. Fourth time of adding info is the one that actually goes through and doesn’t implode on screen. Also, at this point it will not recognize my home address unless it is in the 2nd bar of the gps locator…meaning I always have to add the final destination first in my mileage as if I'm coming back from somewhere instead of traveling to that location. Basically just a frustrating app right now.

Expenses on the run.... It works, saves time & allows me to NOT put receipts thru a scanner. Photo option saves me so much time. I use it while also logged into computer. I enter expenses on computer and my iPhone does the attaching of receipts = HARMONY! UPDATE: Dropped down to 1 star. There has been an issue where the iPhone locks up and I can’t use the app. I became to reliant on it as I travel extensively and use it real time to enter expenses. For the last 2 months, I click on an expense report, and the screen goes grey and nothing can be done other than close the app. I read the forums. I am not alone. Waiting and waiting for a fix. So seems a bunch of users ‘Concur’ with my findings???

Expenses and Bookings. I like most things about this app. It makes life easy while on the road saving receipts etc. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the airfare booking portion doesn’t work well. The hotel and car rental booking work fine just the airline. It wants exact times not Morning or evening. And without exact times it has “no results”. I was able to go into the booking webpage and find flights no problem. Mild inconvenience but if Concur could make searching for flights easier on the phone app portion it would be a 5 star app.

Terrible. Won’t leave well enough alone. Insists on updating the app when it works fine and every update causes login issues that can’t be resolved without contacting concur or an IT administrator. Whom ever is in charge of the updates should be looking for work. They have no business being in charge of something so vital to business people with expense accounts. Terrible. Just terrible. Update - Be worse. I dare you. It isn’t possible. The worst part is, you people don’t care. All of your users are held hostage by their employers and forced to use your horrible, awful, terrible, nonfunctional app. Here is what should happen; You should be removed from the App Store. Only then will employers be forced to face the reality of how horrible you are.

Good app. I am definitely impressed with the app. However it is not very user-friendly it’s very hard to figure out where such things like how to delete something. Not to mention it took about a week for concur to put everything in the system. When I would press submit it would only give me one reason why I couldn’t go through. Once that one reason was taken care of I would try to submit and it will give me another reason why it couldn’t go through. It would be helpful if all the reasons were given at one time.

Quirks but useful. Certainly useful. Biggest pains are that selecting a location never guesses even close to correct. You’d think if you were sitting in Los Angeles CA USA and topped “Lo” it would put the correct Los Angeles at the top of the list but instead it always runs through a list of the least likely places I am. Another squawk is not being able to select default payment type. Most of my transactions should be pending card, but the system defaults to cash. Other than that the system works well collecting my picture receipts etc. there’s random error messages that can be ignored.

Almost there.... Please make it where attendees that have been entered show up in alphabetical order. I am working on an expense with 200+ attendees and this feature would be SO HELPFUL!!! Also, I have begun having a great deal of trouble with entering or deleting attendees from the mobile app. At times, it would as it should and other times you can enter them and they will not save or you can try to delete one that has been entered and it will not permanently delete. I hope you get this fixed soon. There isn’t a bigger proponent of Concur Mobile than me but this is really bothersome.

Business Purpose as a Required Field. Overall I like the Concur mobile app but there is 1 think that would make it more user friendly. One of the required fields for our Expense Reports is Business Purpose. Since Comments is not a required field, I would prefer the ability to enter Business Purpose vs. Comments when I am entering my receipts on my phone. That way I do not have to open every expense once I import them to my report in order to add the required BP.

This app has cost me hundreds of dollars. It just won’t track mileage. It did for a little while and then I switched it to scheduled linked it to my car and that worked for about two weeks and then just stopped. I have since yet to be able to get it to track my mileage and I drive 600+ a week on average that’s hundreds of dollars. Also, quite recently this exact thing caused me to get into a fender bender and now I need a new hood for my car either fix it or remove it from the App Store and stop wasting our time and energy, and causing us to lose pay that we are owed. Fix it. Employers, please don’t force your employees to waste their time and energy on this app. Just stop while you’re ahead.

Love this app but one recent glitch. This app is amazing and saves tons of time compared to the website version. I can book flights, hotels, cars etc and the expensing is a breeze. I travel all the time so this is a huge time saver on my phone and like I said it saves time vs desktop! One issue has come up recently though. I now search for flights (to big cities at normal times) and the search results show nothing. I know for a fact there are flights to those cities at that time but nothing populates. That means I have to do it via desktop and that’s a big time waste. Help!!

Mobile Site. Handy to use, I use this almost exclusively versus the laptop application. The new picture taking format automatically crops the receipts which saves time. Only Cons would be occasionally it takes an eternity for a receipt to show up in the receipt store after sending. I wish you could delete old receipts within the receipt store not used/no longer needed – haven’t figured out how to do that in the mobile application yet. Some of them from a year ago still show up? Overall good though

Works great!. This app is great for submitting receipts while on the road. Take a pic of your receipt as soon as you get it or before you retire for the day and expensing is suddenly a little easier. I mark the receipts I’ve submitted and keep in an envelope attached to another envelope where I keep those receipts I wasn’t able to record immediately. Once all approved and paid, I toss the receipts. Works well and the app makes tracking something you don’t have to wait to do at the office/home.

App is primitive and more work than legacy. If u want to add hrs to your employees busy schedules, get this app as it's more work and less capable than what you're likely using today. Want to expense a team meal with multiple employees? It can't handle that. Have a trip w/multiple flights? It shows that in your calendar but doesn't understand the concept of a "layover". When you go to expense the trip created in Concur, it makes u find and attach the email that it sent to you (?? ... it can't even attach information that it generated). Adds unnecessary steps and, if you have teams that travel, it can't accomdate that concept (I.e, one employee paying for a team expense). Surprisingly primitive.

Some updates aren’t good ideas. Overall a great app / tool for business expense reporting. Currently disappointed with the receipt photo taking feature. They added an entirely unnecessary auto receipt detection and photo size / clipping feature which certainly worked better in someone’s mind than in actual implementation. I have to fix 99% of the receipt photos after this feature screws up what used to be a simple receipt photo. Tip to the app developers: just because it’s cool doesn’t mean it’s a good idea. Function over form, always.

Highlighting not showing on uploaded pdf’s. I have been using Concur for over four years now and in general I love it! The app is definitely easy and convenient to use during travel and on the go. HOWEVER, for at least the past six months, when I upload a pdf with highlighted items, the highlights are not visible. This now forces me to print my pdf items that require highlighting & then I have to scan or take a photo with my phone. No longer convenient… Hoping for a solution to this very annoying issue — then I could probs give it a four or even a five star rating.

New 16-Feb-2022 release is worse. Every time this app is updated, it gets worse and worse. You people really need to do more testing and have some real users give you real feedback. I’ve been using concur for 10+ years and literally each major update makes it worse. It doesn’t remember cities or frequently used expense codes. Now the new release won’t even let you save an expense unless you add a note that you are waiting for the changes to arrive in concur. This is horrible. If you want a real users feedback, contact me and I’m happy to give it for no charge, so long as you agree to implement it. Otherwise, don’t bother me…

Improving. I have used Concur for years and it is much better than before but still need improvements for people who travel without service or wifi so entries can be correctly input without having to go back and make changes. The auto receipt function needs a button on the receipt page to turn it off. Receipts come in 3-5 days after the expense which is too long. AMEX notifies me within minutes when I make a purchase but Concur days slower. Turn it off until it faster. The technology is available if Concur chooses to use it. Again much better than before with more work needed.

Makes a usually annoying chore kinda fun!. As someone who is chronically late submitting expenses and booking biz travel I was psyched to discover this mobile app when someone I sat next to on a plane showed it to me. I take photos of all my receipts as I have them - before I can lose them, being able to do reports during random down time and easy interface made this chore a lot more fun - and may even improve the experience of my boss who wont get as many late alerts from me

Great But Also Needs Enhancement. I love the app, very convenient and quick way of filing expense reports but there are also some big missed opportunities. First is the fact that I cannot approve expense reports on the mobile app as an administrator. Why can I do everything else but have to approve reports on my laptop? Also as an approver not all expenses require receipts as a default in the system but I am not able to change. If our internal audit requires receipts for every charge then why can’t we change so we are in sync to the policy?

Great Product. This is my first experience with an automated expense App. and this one is wonderful. No issues at all! It shutdown 1 time but that was it. In the year I've been using, I've had zero complaints. User interface is simple and easy to use. App. pretty much explains itself and would be a must for anyone who travels for business or has a lot of business expenses to keep track of. An in App. mileage fracker would be really cool and convenient to automatically keep track of mileage each day! Overall, wonderful App. that's super simple to use.

Lowest Business Ethics We Have Seen. The concur setup person wasted weeks of corporate assets and CPA time attempting to set up. Getting a working setup failed. We begged for help and a better setup representative, no response. After giving up and needing to move on because we had wasted corporate resources to get the portal working with the app., we found that having the corporate CPA match transactions directly from corporate bank accounts was faster than the failed concur system. We notified Concur many times via phone calls and emails that we wished to cancel because we never got a working product. They continued to send collection notices no matter how many times we notified them that we never received a working product. Now they are suing the corporation for the year they decided to keep billing us after we canceled. We, of course, are vigorously countersuing. Thankfully the corporate policy retains all phone call recordings and emails in our retention vault. So the jury will get to sit through hours of corporate employees begging for help and sending notices to cancel after failure to launch. Mac Help Nashville, Inc.

Glitch in Mileage Tracking created a nightmare for me. This app worked great for the first month. But then I didn’t realize the Mileage Tracker wasn’t working properly. I hit “Start” before every trip, and it definitely said “Tracking” next to the little speedometer icon, so I assumed everything was good. However, after a month of hitting a dozen stops a day, I finally realized that no actual mileage was being tallied on the mileage counter. It would read “0.0” miles after a 30 mile drive. Now I have to attempt to manually go back and piece together 50+ stops over the course of a month or lose my company reimbursement. IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR GLITCHES LIKE THIS IN AN APP THAT IS CRUCIAL TO GETTING AN EMPLOYEE REIMBURSEMENT OF HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
