Best hurricane app out there. I’ve tried them all. Still the best. No one can even compare.
Works wonderful very accurate information I’ve used it the last few storms and it gave good info !
This app has been very very helpful on finding out if or when a Tropical Storm or Hurricane will form and gives more information about the Storm and the advisories that are posted more than a weather radar app used. This will be my first hurricane season using this app and I’ve tracked a single disturbance. For 2018 hurricane and typhoon tracking I was using weather radar apps that gave very little information so thank you to the developers and the crew who created this app!
Hurricane tracker finally listed Willa only as it made landfall as a cat 4... and now days later as the remains are moving into the US northeast, hurricane tracker still lists it as a “hurricane”. This app has been days behind in their reporting... not what you want in an app like this.
Cat 5 hurricane Willa isn’t even on the app. Waste of money.
Hurricane Willa is a category 5 storm in the Eastern Pacific and the app says there are NO storms in this region! Is everyone on vacation on the app support crew? Glad there are other sources of up to date information. Don’t waste your money on this loser!
Very disappointed. The KittyCode tracker I had allowed me to scroll through the storms path and see the time and conditions of each location. I tried to see the Cat5 storm in the pacific just now that my Weather Channel app alerted about. Because I have already selected 3 locations for notifications in the Atlantic, I can’t even see the pacific coast storms unless I change the settings. This app is not worth the money
Interface is a cluttered mess – unattractive jumble of screens and animations that make it impossible to find info quickly. Tonight noted a Cat 4 Pacific cyclone was totally missing. After looking everywhere it advises ‘no active storms’. WRONG. Deleted the app moments later.
This app brings everything a weather nut wants when looking at tropical weather. Radar, satellite, model data, and of course NHC data. Works great and is my go to for tropical weather.
This is a Great App. I like keeping on top of the latest weather.
This app is great. This app allows me to view models without visiting a website. It updates very fast and is easy to use. If you have a hurricane problem, I recommend this app.
App is ok at the best. Very slow and looks outdated. Wish I would’ve spent my money on a different app
Audio is 24 hours behind I can’t find the lasted actual information it’s just radars
5 min. Going over the charts and graphs here is equivalent to 90 min on the weather channel and you don’t get all the hype. I love it.
This app comes in very handy
Thank you for providing the latest weather info and all your hard word. Blessings
Great app really gives you an in depth look at hurricanes
The app has a lot of good data however I think it could use some improvements. Here are some suggestions from a life long Florida resident. Add the category of the storm to the hurricane icon. For example: where you list the storms, show the number. This is my biggest issue with the app. Especially as storms approach land, they can upgrade or downgrade at a moments notice. I want to be able to check in the wee hours of the night and right away see what category the storm is. It’s really hard to find that info in this app. You have to either read a big document and try and weed through all the meteorology jargon to find it. Add a tracking graph that the user can move a stark back in time or forward in time based on the most projected path. Kittycode’s hurricane tracker app had this and I loved it. It even changed the category label as the storm was expected to downgrade as it moved over land. Download kittycode hurricane tracker and look at some historical storms. You’ll be able to see how this feature works. Unfortunately the kittycode app retired after last season and I found this app instead. Overall, it’s still a very good app and has a ton of info. The spaghetti models section is actually better than the other app, but some user experience misses make it less than 5 stars for me.
Brilliant that true radar watch hurricane and best of tech weather. It has a 100% with tech for radar. Very good the around of map warning their hurricanes. What happened the hurricane come to Ireland in 2017
Bought this app as I am interested in Hurricanes. Great information during the recent hurricanes in the USA. I live in Ireland so hurricane Ophelia is on the way here so I opened the app to check the progress of the hurricane and guess what?? No current storms - the app obviously only covers the U.S, very disappointing.
