YOU NEED THIS APP! RIGHT NOW, JUST IN CASE!. Having just experienced Hurricane Irma's fierce raking up Florida's spine, I must say that the HURRICANE TRACKER app not only provided accurate forecast and related information but diffused our family's anxiety to a great measure. Informed, we were well prepared via HURRICANE TRACKER'S detailed graphics, charts and maps, the most up to date bulletins, county by county, along with daily NOAA detailing and HURRICANE TRACKER'S up to the hour audio updates! Kudos to your staff and tech crew in providing life saving information. Please NOTE: This app is appropriate for not only the professional weather observer but for the novice as well!

Great app but add a way to remember the Premium password. I’ve used the app for years and it’s been great. I like the new premium graphics too. It’s been my go to app in Florida. But can you find a better way to remember the Premium password in the app please?

Has kept us well-informed since Hurricane Irma. I use this app daily during Florida hurricane season. I’ve downloaded it to both my iPad and Galaxy phone and it is absolutely the best. My wife has it on her iPhone and it works well there too. Tons of graphics that are updated several times a day. Whenever there is an update, you can allow your phone to sound an alert that sounds like a gust of wind. Awesome prediction graphs that combine multiple models to not only estimate storm path but also storm intensity. Thanks to the National Hurricane Center in combination with Hurricane Tracker, we were able to evacuate our home in Key Largo well in advance of Irma. I have recommended this app. to all of my friends.

Best hurricane app I’ve found. I’ve been using this app for years. I tried some other apps and this is my go to app for hurricane information. I show it to other people on my phone and everybody loves it wants it and it’s just the greatest app ever.

Most reliable app. This app is a must have especially if you live on or near the coast. We use this app to help in guide our family’s and large business emergency plans. Its easy to use, read and follow. This alerts are the most valuable.

Excellent information. Admittedly not the most modern-looking interface and the home page is a little confusing, but a WEALTH of information. It has all the National Hurricane Center forecasts in real time, the graphical hurricane cones, the spaghetti tracks, etc... you name it. I used to have to go to a variety of websites to piece all this information together and it is all right here. I love that it starts tracking storms at the invest stage which no other app will do. Replaces several other apps and internet bookmarks. Excellent excellent excellent.

Essential Tool for Extreme Weather Preparation and Response. I use this comprehensive tool for early tracking and accuracy of forecasts as an essential component in our preparation and response to extreme weather events along the entire Gulf Coast. I serve as a volunteer Coordinator of the Houston Texas Region of a large Church Organization. Your app has benefitted thousands of Gulf Coast residents and has resulted in lives being saved through early warnings.

Best hurricane app out there.. I live in Puerto Rico and out here we need lots of information when the Atlantic gets feisty. We are all junior meteorologists! This app has all the basic stuff plus lots of the deeper views we like to watch such as the Sahara dust map, and the different models. This is my go to app. It takes about 5 different websites on my Mac to get what I get here.

Not very helpful in Irma. Our community just lived through Hurricane Irma -- we have much to be thankful for. And I used this app to help provide info about the hurricane quite intensely over the past two weeks. But when I needed it the most the past five days, it became difficult! Once I went into the app to check out anything, I could not get back out to the home page to explore other items/features. The only thing I could do want totally shut my iPad down for a re-boot, and then open the app again -- and it would work until I left the home page to check out some details, and then I would have to do it all over again. I finally had to ignore this app and use others to cobble together the info I needed to manage a sizeable community of persons impacted by this hurricane. FYI -- I use this app on my iPhone SE and the latest iPad Pro 12.9. I loved this app ... so sorry to have to write this review but it didn't work at all. Thank you.

Fantastic. We live in Florida, USA, so this app is a life saver - literally. It works perfectly, gives you all the information you may need days and days prior to events for planning purposes. It’s much more than a weather app, it is an in-depth, detailed description for local coastline expectations, ships at sea, Saharan dust movement, wind shear, and everything else that affects the development and movement of hurricanes. I check it everyday between June 1 - Nov 30.

Really fun to use!. As a meteorology major, I enjoy keeping track of all types of weather, including hurricanes. This app is one of the best ones I've found to watch the Atlantic Hurricane Season. I've been a user of this app since the 2011 Season, and the user interface is more visually appealing in version 5 than it was in prior versions that I'd used.

Great App has been slipping a bit lately. I have loved the Hurricane Tracker app ever since its inception. I upgraded to the Premium features as soon as they were made available earlier this year, and liked them a lot. However, I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 4 due to some sloppy support in the last month or so. It appears that in recent weeks, the app is simply providing automated data gathering from the National Hurricane Center’s feed, without any expanded analysis by the Hurricane Tracker staff. Right now, we have Tropical Storm Epsilon, and the app main page does not count it or mention it. Also, whereas last year, the app staff responded quickly to an email question, this year they have completely ignored a question from me about my account and a followup email. So, the app until recently was 5 stars, but its continuing support seems to be slipping. When it’s operating fully, as it has been until recently, it is GREAT. But, right now I’m a bit disappointed in it. I welcome a response from the Hurricane Tracker staff.

The Best Hurricane App!. This is hands down THE APP for hurricanes, I have used it for years! There is nothing out there this accurate and this easy to use. AMAZING. Worth every dime! I’m a Floridian and I couldn’t live without it. I would love to see them add a Jet Stream animation map but its hard to improve on perfect!

Best storm tracker ever. After huracán maria I’ve been looking for an accurate storm tracker and I found it in the Hurricane Tracker for iPad it’s the best one, since we know that September is the hieghest time for hurricanes to form we need to be in the lookout Hurricane Tracker for iPad makes the difference between being safe in the right time.

Hurricane tracker for iPad. Great app! I have used this app and I don't have any other, does all I need. They keep it up to date, and active, a definite keeper. Thank you for great app, the last update is a little confusing to get used to, especially finding the map your looking for.

A must have. If you live in an area that is vulnerable to hurricanes, you must have this app. It gives you many interesting graphics that give you fair notice of potential impact to where you live: details on where, at a granular level, when, how hard and storm surge. It could potentially save your life because you’d know if you really should evacuate way before authorities inform you so you wouldn’t get stuck in an exodus traffic jam. I also subscribe to their Premium Graphics. These are in depth forecasts on wind and water impact and more.

Storms not showing up on home page. I have had this app for a while and it has been had many good graphics and other features, however recently I have noticed that current storms were not showing up on the home page that has amount of invests, depressions, storms, hurricanes etc. For example, right now invest 95 and 96E are not showing up, and in the Atlantic invest 96L isn’t either. Also last week tropical storm Henriette didn’t show up either. Other than that great app when storms show up on home page.

THE app for hurricane season. This is my go to app when hurricane season starts. I live in Florida and the minute a hurricane forms every local news station goes into media fueled paranoia mode because, well, they make money off these disasters and want you to only watch their stations for info. This app gives you all of the info you need with none of the bs.

Go To Resource. This App is my go to resource for monitoring weather related conditions across the northern tropics. With various manufacturing operations along the southern and gulf coast being forewarned and prepared is paramount to the safety of our people and facilities, this app provides the data, projections and push notifications I need to make informed recommendations to our leadership team.

Instant updates. Being able to get and instant update is great. Having to wait for the news to update you on the weather can be really frustrating.

Everything you need to know an more.. All the National Weather Service Info, plus Hurricane Trackers own in depth reports and graphics. Wind shear info at different altitudes... etc. Many reports of interest to pilots on really large storms, as more private pilots move their planes out of range.

Very comprehensive. This app provides access to a very comprehensive set of hurricane resources. In addition to the generally available information from the National Hurricane Center, it also displays model guidance tracks, steering current maps, and many other data and analysis sources. This is my primary source of information on tropical storms and hurricanes in the Western Hemisphere.

What’s happened?. I live in the hurricane belt in the Bahamas and have used this app for a number of years and found it to be an invaluable aid. However this year august 2020 the app seems to have changed today they say that there are no Atlantic developments they are following and yet there are three showing in the Atlantic basin. For the last several days they were showing Laura as a hurricane when in fact it was down graded to a depression? They always gave audio updates when things we’re getting iffy so far no recordings for Laura? What has happened?

No Longer Useful. While NOAA and GOES have I provided the quality of their graphics and analysis, this app's repacking of that information continues to be characterized by busy GUI and confusing navigation. The only change is the addition of yeast another premium subscription ($25/year) that requires a PayPal account. All of this is for analysis and charts that are mostly those which we pay for through U.S. taxes. Today, I find it is better to access the free data through my web browser.

Spaghetti Models. I have used this app for years but this year noticed that the spaghetti models only include the USA and Canadian models. The European model that is always so highly rated for accuracy is not shown anymore. I would certainly rate this higher if it was. I have had to use a search engine to find information on their predictions.

Consistently Reliable. Living in the Florida Keys, having Hurricane Tracker is a must. The information is always up to date, and most importantly, reliable. You can listen to the audio report, and watch the graphic reports, so that you are always well informed. The amount of information, and the regularity of updated information is so appreciated. Thank you! UPDATE: Now living on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast and still believe Hurricane Tracker to be the most reliable report available. Consistently updated with the latest storm/hurricane information, this is a report you can count on. Many thanks to the people behind the scenes!

Paid upgrade is confusing. I paid for the upgraded graphics. Was emailed a confirmation with my user ID and password. There is nowhere in the app to enter a user ID or password and the app keeps promoting the upgrade that I already paid for. Using the “Contact” link in the app sends an email that is rejected with a “Mailbox full” error, but it actually goes through. Got a response from them saying that if you buy the upgrade in the app, then you’re automatically logged in. You can verify this by selecting the Premium tab. It’s all very confusing. As others have said, the content is great but the app is far from user friendly.

Excellent Well-organized Information!. I live in a hurricane prone area so use this app regularly! I've tried many - this is the best I've found. The information available - from the satellite pics, to the many forecast graphics, to the detailed analysis - is outstanding. It's all as updated as soon as the weather centers release it. And the user interface is fantastic - intuitive and easy to us. Love it!

Worth having in a stormy year. This is by far the best app for storm tracking, as I live along the Gulf Coast. It combines all the different sources to give you the full picture of the storm. Overall , great solid information when you need it most. Many times this app has saved me money providing to the minute tracking making evaluations decisions much easer. I highly recommend this app.

Great way to track hurricane models when away from the PC. This is the best hurricane tracker I have found on the market. Information is collected and arranged so it is very easy to find all updates in a single location. I wish it was also on my pc as I could delete a dozen other URL.

Hurricane tracker. Best app out there right now. I live in Corpus Christi Tx. Used this app during Harvey. It's the best app out there. I deleted the other hurricane apps that I had. Keep up the good work. We , on the gulf coast need this app. Thank you for your work. Just wanted to thank you for all the work you do on this app. It's still the best one out there. This app. Was so useful to me this hurricane season. Thanks again.

Great in-depth info. This is my go-to app whenever a tropical storm and/or hurricane threatens us. Storm tracks and info are updated frequently during impending storms... and I rely on this info to aid in evacuation decisions for our family. Love this app. It gives me more info than I could ever have imagined. Helps tremendously in preparing for the storm! Thank you.

Not so great anymore.. Over the last week or two the app has become glitchy and often freezes. It was great in the beginning but now I have gone to another app. Their servers probably can't handle the increased activity on the wires caused by all the Atlantic activity. Gotta spend money to make money....get those servers out of your parent's basement!!

Hurricane Info Go To. This app contains thorough information, maps, images, model info, National Weather Service reports and an audio update. A must have when you live on a US coast that is affected by Tropical weather. A primary reason I got the app was for the storm track models so that I have plenty of time to prepare.

Best of the Hurricane Apps. The most complete information with the most frequent updates, broadest range of available imagery; all presented in a package that is intuitive to use and a pleasure (if that word can be used for a hurricane information app) to view. Most highly recommended for users at any level of sophistication. LJS

good presentation of data but very slow to update. i like the app and i would buy it again but they can be very slow to update. For example, in 2021, after hurricane Ida made landfall, the app never even mention the next storm named Kate. it could be that the developers are in Louisiana and can’t make updates? some aspect of the app is updating (e.g., the outlook section) so not sure what is going on. given that we are nearing the peak of the season, this is a bad time for the app to stop updating. you basically need another app for when this happens.

All the information you need in one place. Living in southeast Florida I downloaded this app as well as some others over time to help try to stay abreast of the Atlantic storms. With Dorian coming my way I opened this app and was amazed at all the information it contained. Having everything at you finger tips in one app made it easier to gather the information I needed without the drama of the weather experts and their need to improve their ratings.

Crown jewel of weather apps!. After many years we finally have a weather app that delivers the detail and information we true weather enthusiasts have always wanted. Why it took so long to deliver is beyond my understanding. I am 71 and from way back in the late 1950's and through the 60's and 70's the weather which was and is the most likely "news" to have an impact on your next day and week received the least amount of time and information to be given. The tropics were always of high interest. This app is the crown jewel of all. Great detail and it provides everything the professionals have to work with and now it is ours to have and enjoy!!!!

Great hurricane tracking app. I’m a weather geek and love tracking all kinds of weather. I’ve had several hurricane apps in the past and this in my opinion is the best one. The graphics are fantastic, now I do pay for their premium graphics which are even better. Thank you for all the work and effort you put into this great app.

Excellent info, maybe too much. Of course I only use it during hurricane season, but it gives me all the maps and data I need to cut to the chase. Meteorologists make you listen is all their banter before giving the maps/charts.

Everything I need. I live in Florida and we need to keep our eyes on the tropics. I have been using this for several years. It is comprehensive and pulls together all the data you need to make appropriate plans. I like the notifications and as soon as I receive one I review the app for details. Keeping me informed is keeping me safe.

Relying On You. We were flooded out by TS ETA last year and, after 6 months, we are finally back in our house. As we enter hurricane season again this year we am relying on your accurate information for our safety. Thank you and your team for all you do for us.

Incredibly Serious, Useful App. Our sailboat is always somewhere between the Florida Keys and the central and northern Bahamas. This is my go to source for immediate updates and a compilation of all data sources on storms. What I particularly like is the constant updates on Invests, the name for disturbances long before they become important to broadcasters or even mentioned on NWS tweets.

Florence & v4.7. Update. Do NOT buy this app (Hurricane Tracker) if you live on the coast and need to know where the storm is when it’s approaching your area. Additionally, it does not have an archive of past storms; useful during the winter months. The information this app does have is not helpful to anyone in the predicted path of a storm. A total re-write is needed. HurricanesPro does have a tracking map with relative bearing and distance to your location. It also has an archive of all past storms. It was very helpful during Florence: I live in Wilmington, NC. We still a good app for those on the coast. At this time, the only choice is HurricanesPro. I’m not affiliated with them.

Timely reporting. One that really gets to me is the fact you leave old information on the site for so long. The audio reports aren’t up dated often enough. I’m in the Yucatan with a storm coming at us and you still have an audio report for hurricane delta up. It’s been gone for 2 weeks or more. These reports are very important to me especially since I don’t speak spanish and the weather reports here aren’t in english.

great app!. I depend on this app more than any other app to keep me updated. It gives precise, dependable info and living in an area that is prone to hurricanes, it is a tremendous help. I like the way it gives info about all aspects of the storms, intensity, potential paths and alerts. I highly recommend this app.

Buy it! It's so worth the $4! Radar, projections, updates, etc.. I read the other reviews and thought I'd give it a try. It has everything Hurricane and tropical storm. I travel often to Latin America and I am so glad I now have this app to monitor the weather.

Great app - tells you all you need to know in a concise format. Used app for 2 hurricane seasons and found it to be a great help. Tells you all you need to know in a concise format without annoying ads popping up all over the place. Wish all apps could be as good.

Great info, awful app. This app gets points for including the information that I need, and more. But the usability and visual design of the app itself are tragic. The storms that you want to follow are buried under “mystery meat navigation”, where you have to guess the storm’s current strength to be able to find it. Once you find it, the charts are also buried under mystery meat navigation. And they’re divided into three categories so that you’re forced to interact with the app to navigate forward and back, forward and back, just to see them all. Visual design is subjective and I don’t want to insult someone who obviously worked hard on it, but let’s just say that it’s the opposite of current minimalist, modernist design trends. These things start to really grate on your nerves when there is a storm near you and you need to check frequently for updates. If I could find an app with similar information and better usability then I would switch in a second. Update: Same UI a year later, but the developers think it’s perfect. I’m hoping to find a better app for this year’s hurricane season because this one was nothing but frustration during Hurricane Dorian.

Clearly in a Class of its own... The Very Best. If anyone has ever lived through the experiences of the devastation caused by a hurricane and resides or has interests that exist in hurricane prone ares will want to own this App. Simply stated, it is by far the most comprehensive hurricane tracking application available. The precise, up to the minute data provided will reliably assist you in your decision making in regards to hurricane preparedness. The producers of this App should be recognized for the care that they put into developing this tremendous resource. They have preformed a Life Saving Service........

Late. I99L is now TS Karen, can have the info on all other apps but still no updates on Hurricane Tracker. Very poor information not updated.

Good, fast, cheap!. Good, timely, informative

Excellent. This app works awesome....info rich. Stormpulse? Who are they?

Hurricane tracker. Interesting app! Especially during a major storm!

GREAT APP. Love this App, I use it all the time when I want to travel to the Carribean! And yes I am Canadian, keep up the good work!

Great app. Interesting, informative...thanks!

Hurricane tracker. Loads extremely fast very accurate worth while.

Not For Canadians-waste of $$$. I want my money back!!! Why even sell this in the Canadian iTunes store?!?!? I'm looking for information for two storms heading my way and there is little info for my province. This is false advertising and shouldn't even be offered to Canadians. You give video info just for the states even though this will pass over me in Canada.

Hurricane tracker. It is very usefull and complete.

To the point. Fast loading, well organized, to the point. Best hurricane tracker I've used.

Love it. Very accurate and easy to use

Great app and Does cover Canada. Been using this app for couple of years and find it is very informative and when it has a Hurricane heading up the east coast to Canada it DOES show and tells us what is up. Keep up the great work! It's the best app out there!

Mr. Great app, all info needed in easy to use format. Push notification a must.

Excellent App - delivers!. This App does a great job at what it is meant to cover. It is simple to follow and provides all the info in one simple to use App. Highly recommended!

Hurricane Tracker. Great app. I like the out app warnings. I like the visual tracking. Thanks

Good so far. I live in Mexico City where the huricanes definitely affect the weather. This app seems to work great. I really like the video updates though I have to admit The technical language is a bit over my head. K

Great App. Track each storm with all the info you need.

Keeps me appraised. I have a daughter & mother who get affected. This app let's me see & know without TV hype. Thanks to the developers!

Great app. It's right om

Awesome!. Greatest Hurricane app available

Information critical. Having property down in Mexico it is important for me to be aware of the weather patterns at all times. And with friends scattered around the USA I want to be kept up to date on what's heading their way. Information is critical and this program provides that - in spades!!!

Very informative..... Great info on these destructive storms

Review. Works well overall, but the map view is slow to load.

Fantastic App. There is so much depth to this app I'm always finding new info.

Hurricane tracker. Great App. Accurate, timely relevant info. Owning a house on the South Carolina coast i would not be without it

Love the app, donation part not so much. I loved the app so much I wanted PC access so I made a donation. Nothing but crickets. Very disappointing. Yes. I did send an email to ez apps asking where my $20 went. Again nothing.

Excellent application. .

Collège. C'est une application extrêmement utile et très fiable scientifiquement. Nous l'utilisons régulièrement comme un excellent support pédagogique avec nos élèves.

Great app,. Great app both on iphone and iPad. Great maps and audio summaries very professional. Leads one to learn more about this side of Mother Nature.

goooood!. :)

Great sourc. Of info

Good. Good

Great app. Easy to use and nice to be able to get info in one place rather than having to open multiple web sites.

Hurricane Tacker. The video & audio clips are clear, maps load quickly and are up to date. We used this app constantly during Irene. Best one out there so far. Well done.

Hurricane Tracker. Good program. Well organized.

Jova-and-out. Vacationing in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in Oct 2011. I followed hurricane Jova and was able to keep better informed than from any other source. While I can get all this information through varous sites on the Internet, it's nice to have it all organized and in one place. An absolute MUST for amateur storm chasers.

Great app. Accurate, cheap & easy to use!

Very good app!. If only there are more informations on Canada..

Comprehensive, intuitive and reliable. You can get a high level picture of what’s going on or drill down as deep as you want to the underlying data. Graphics are terrific. Love this app.

Ads!. I paid $1.99 and I still get ads! Then they ask for $2.99 more to get rid of them; that’s why I gave them 2 stars.

Takes some time to learn. Used throughout the Irma situation and found it to be very useful once I got the hang of how to explore the many features. Very useful and accurate. Probably my favorite app for weather related research.

Useful. I live in coastal Georgia so we fairly often have to worry about at least the outer bands of hurricanes, so I like having a reliable app to help me keep track.

Hurricane Tracker. I love this app, I’m a snowbird and this always keeps me up to date on my area in Florida. The notifications are especially helpful when anything is headed in that direction. I feel better knowing I have this to refer to. Thanks for a great resource.

Great Tropical Storm App!. I have used this app for years and it has the best maps and information, all in one place. Great notifications. This app has never failed me.

Really like keeping up with latest updates. It keeps me really informed about current conditions that may concern my area.

Essential App for Hurricane Alley. This app is essential for those of us who live in Hurricane Alley. It alerts you to each category upgrade so that you don’t have to compulsively check. This app is part of my hurricane preparedness and it looks like 2020 will be a busy season.

Simply the BEST Hurricane App!. This app has everything you need to track and monitor any hurricane. The satellite moving images are beautiful! I wish this group made a general weather app also.

Great improvements. This site has always been a great place for info. Improvements have just made it better and easier to use. Thanks!

Hurricane tracker. Best weather app !!! Has everything I wanted including what I call the spaghetti for where it will go. The weather Chanel doesn’t cover nearly enough. This app makes sense it covers everything

Much Needed. A much needed app for anyone living in coastal areas along the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic. Timely information on all threatening storms giving us time to prepare and get out of the way of dangerous hurricanes.

I live in Houston. The title to this review tells you enough. I watch the waters east of Houston during hurricane season very closely. This app does a lot to help me understand what's happening and may happen.

Category 5 App. Great consolidated information for storm professionals and enthusiasts. Been using for years and always rock solid performance.

Great. Highly useful for up the minute updates easy to use, sometimes its faster to use it than wait for the broadcast weather,I have no time for the joking and smalltalk!

Go to app in time of serious storms. I have been using this app for quite a while and it has been reliable and excellent source of weather advisory. Highly recommend for serious storms as a great prep for what's coming.

Hurricane Tracker. This is the best app for hurricane tracking. Every bid if information one would need is available. I do not like the sensationalism the news Chanel portray.. Hurricane Tracker has it all with no hype. Everyone should have it.

This App pulls together everything you want. The updated tracks and cones, full availability of data for maritimers, people potentially in the way, etc., details on all models, Advisories and NHC discussion are a very complete suite. The audio updates during storms are excellent. Alwaysbeenahurricanewatcher.

Good but could be better. The app presents good data but to get to some of it you have to dig 4 or 5 layers down which is frustrating.

Essential App for anyone living in hurricane areas.. I bought App before Matthew last year. Gives great data on all the tropical activity of concern. The maps and models along with the satellite images give you the capability to make the critical decision... Stay or Go.

Hurricane Lane updates running 8 hours behind. In a rapidly changing environment it is disappointing to find this app is running far behind with updates, at 10 pm I am being shown 1 pm discussions and 11am positions

Go to Weather App. Island life demands that you know what is headed your way. Been tracking & studying Atlantic hurricanes for 30 years in the Caribbean & this app has become my go to source. User friendly, easy to navigate & accurate information! Puts the best of NOAA at your finger tips.

Can't get premium without signing up with Paypal. Hello, I tried to get premium and filled out the payment page. When I finished, the only way to get premium was to establish a PayPal account. I'd rather not do that. Oh well. Regards

Great app. I live in south FL, on a boat. This app is a must! I've had this app since the beginning and it has been continually updated, in fact I can't think of any info I would need that's not on this app.

Horrendous display of info. A 'go-to' app but terribly confusing. Separation between sections/areas using colors is not a good idea - they are not distinct. I know there is a ton of info but your app is not user friendly. Please consult professional designers as your display is frustrating and confusing. Thanks Ken Shriner

All the info you need. I've been through a bunch of tracking apps, this by far has the most info, I'm impressed.

Hurricane Tracker App. I love anything weather. Great app for following storms as they come off the African coast. Detailed graphics are great as is the push notifications for latest update. App extremely informative and interesting. I have family in Florida on the coast.

My Go-To hurricane tracking app.. The information is straight forward. You can get the simple, basic facts or delve into the nuances of weather tracking. Current and accurate.

At one time this was my top hurricane app.. Now that you are charging for more info, there is less info available. For instance, tropical storm Nora is in the pacific and you show it on your map, but all other info says there is no storm there and no info provided. Why pay more for nothing.

If you have the phone version, not worth buying for iPad. I purchased the phone version of this app awhile back and it is one of my go-to apps during hurricane season. However, the phone version obviously looks pretty bad on the iPad Pro. I figured throwing $3 at the version optimized for the iPad wouldn’t hurt, except it looks pretty much the same! If you are going to charge for a separate iPad version, at least make it optimized for the iPad!

Excellent App.. Really like the advanced warning “wind” !! We use this App a lot during the season. Highly recommended!

Way too much.... There’s so much going on in this app, it’s like being in a hurricane. They’ve got to figure out a way to simplify it and clean it up. All the screens have so much information and everything’s so big. It’s confusing and overwhelming. What if I just want to see the hurricane and it’s projected path? Scroll, click, scroll again, click again. Too many data sources.

Best in class!. Love this app and added premium graphics. A hard working & dedicated team behind this app provide up to the minute storm info. Top notch. Worth every penny and then some.

Very Accurate. I have used this app for many years living in south Florida. The push alerts are timely and informative. The information and maps are very accurate. Recommend highly.

Premium Graphics does not work. I purchased Premium Graphics, but cannot sign on. I tried update password, which was supposed to email me an update link. it never came (even to my junk mail). The app uses a 2nd site “auth” to verify sign on” and I cannot get a way to get my password. System does not work

Great Program. This program helps to keep us appraised of the latest weather conditions.

No data. Have had the app for several days and have yet to see any data on it. I also have NHC data app and that one shows a current storm in the Atlantic. Do not understand the whole “Contribution” system on this app... do you have to contribute at some level before seeing any data? Have contacted the developer... no response back. Waste of money so far.

A Must To Have. Living on the North Carolina coast, I check it every day (often many times) during the hurricane season. First thing I check in the morning. Great App and easy to navigate

SIMPLY THE BEST IN ITS CLASS!!!. If you are like me and live in hurricane alley, like in FL among other southern states, then you will benefit tremendously with Hurricane Tracker. Tons of information available that otherwise you will have to find in several websites and news apps, you will find it all here in one app.

My "Go To" App for hurricane tracking. This has proven to be the best single app for up to date info on invests, tropical storms and hurricanes. I live in Charleston, SC and this app is invaluable as I monitor approaching storms and make my preparations. Keep up the good work!

Gulf Coast Must Have App. Have used this app for over 2yrs. This is my first and only source for comprehensive weather issues in the Gulf of MX and SE USA. Easy to use and understand. No other app provides a greater service. If you need to understand and be aware of tropical weather, this is you app.

New Hurricane Tracker Site. I been using hurricane tracker site for several years and this by far the best site anywhere. Love the update for iPad and iPhone.

Best hurricane tracker that I have found. This is the best tracker that I have found since the app “Hurricane” stopped being supported. The NHC graphics are better than in the NHC app. I am going to make a donation to the developer so that I can also have the app on my laptop.

Great app!. I live in eastern NC & I have had this app for several years. It is a great app, the best to have for tracking these storms. Very informative with reliable and concise information. I rely on it for accurate information and for alerts.

Island Life. I live on the coast where it is imperative to have up to date accurate information regarding tropical weather. This is my go to source for information to make especially long term decisions.

Enjoy is not the word when you live in the possible path. The information is clear and important and much appreciated.

Great app, needs better support from the dev. Plenty of information in this app, easy to use, and fast loading. The problem I have with it is, it hasn’t been updated in over a year. The app hasn’t been updated since iOS 12 was released, and we are about to see iOS 13. The app dev seems to have abandoned this app.

Don’t count on it. App quit working for a week on 9/29 during Ian; I live in Fl and was stunned. I paid for the additional options, HT took the money from my account but no additional info can be accessed. This has been the worst year for HT service since I started using it several years ago.

No Support. This is only a response to the person from the support department for this app that responded to my review. This is 2022, not 2020. I just looked at the latest update on the hurricane tracker. It has no references to the current tropical storm. Two other apps are updated, this one is not. I deleted this app, so don’t bother to respond. This app was great for many seasons, but it is very lacking now.

Great Application. Best app I have ever seen over the years. Takes care of offering all information that you may want.

Hurricane Tracker For iPad App Customer Service, Editor Notes:

- We are introducing active storm widgets! No more opening the app to see if there are active systems. See this information right on your home screen! Small widget - will display up to 4 storm types. When there are active systems, this widget will only display storm types with active storms. When there are no active storms, it will display 4 storm categories (hurricanes, tropical storms, depressions & invests) showing "0" storms. Medium widget - will always display up the 5 storm types even if they are "0". Widgets will automatically refresh and pull the latest storm counts from the server. Widgets will also update when you launch the app. When you tap on a widget, you will be taken to the "Current Storms" section of the app to view information on active storms. Storm types with active systems will animate and show the number of active storms within each storm type. The number represents how many active systems there currently are within that storm type. For example, if "hurricanes" is showing a "1" then that means there is one active hurricane we are tracking. The storm types are hurricanes (red), tropical storms (orange), depressions (green), potential tropical cyclones (blue), and invests (teal). Note: Due to limited space within the small widget, it will only show up to 4 storm types at once. The medium widget will always show the status of all 5 storm types. Widgets will display Atlantic or Eastern Pacific storm counts based on your "default basin settings" located in the settings panel of the app. - Bug fixes
