Pretty upset how they’re subscriptions work on Apple. I made the mistake of thinking I can change my subscription through the official App but no, had to change it through my subscriptions on my phone and the one I wanted that was showing on the Gencraft App was not in the subscription list on apple so I just paid $10 for a product I won’t use and feel cheated that we aren’t even given the same option that was given in the Official App. Also there’s no way for a refund at all so just be careful and make sure you are checking on what your plan actually includes. I opted to go for another plan because most searches show up with the generically same female and i was unsatisfied with trying to get derivatives of diff females all for them to look the same. I also was trying to come up with another generated character and it was showing up blank the whole time for the 30 diff ways I tried inputting different characteristics for what I wanted. Very disappointed. $10 wasted for a broken app that isn’t great at all.

Very impressed!. I’ve been using Gencraft for a few days now, and I’m really impressed with the results! The app has generated some truly stunning images, and I’ve been able to create some really unique pieces of art. I can really get my creative juices flowing, and am truly inspired by the results. Highly recommend this app!

The Subscription Fee is Outlandish. I wrote this elaborate description and the output was some black and white stick figure video. I’m sure it gets better as you learn but who would pay $40 per month for this? You’d have to be functioning without neurons. I’d pay no more than $20 in total for this. These devs are wild for what they expect from subscriptions. Can’t wait for everyone to stop this subscription madness and make these devs go back to sane pricing. Until then, I’ll find something else.

I love this app. I LOVE. THIS. APP!! It doesn’t have ads and it lets you browse at others ideas when urs is loading! And the best part is it shows 2 pictures but you can ask for more. Still don’t have a idea of what you wanna draw after looking at others press the stories me button on the top right of the screen if you like it so much then you can easily post it without having to put your Gmail or anything! I would recommend! BUT Sometimes it doesn’t show you exactly what your looking for but I think it because of me. WHAT CAN I SAY I HAVE EXTREMLY TO DETAILED IDEAS 👏😮‍💨

This thing is so much fun!. Every picture I describe comes out just as I imagined. It’s like it can read my mind :D The 4K images print beautifully on canvas. I’m decorating my whole apartment with the pictures I make with this app. Love it!

Great. I really like how realistic the images are but one thing I don’t like is how much images you can make a day, like 5 more images would help a lot and making it so you can generate at least one of your images would be cool. Also, it generates sponges really well.🧽

App was working at first, now so many issues!. I liked this app at first. So I got a $4.99 monthly subscription. Shortly after I did, the app started using up my prompts without loading the pictures I was creating. And now it won't do any. I got some nice ai pictures in the beginning, now any picture I use, especially if its my face, won't load the picture that was supposed to be generating. So basically I will be paying for an app that barely works when it's supposed to! No thanks. Hope they can fix this.

Total junk. I just tried this app and it's complete garbage. It doesn't do anything hardly at all. You can prompt it to do three things and it will do only one, and Wont even do that well. It's a complete joke. Don't waste your time. Looking at the other reviews, WHO IS WRITING THESE? They can't be real. I told the app to do three simple things and it did none of them. Complete waste. These other reviews must be created by AI, only AI that actually works.

Surpassed my expectations. I was not expecting that much from this app, but I absolutely love it now! I’m not great at drawing, and I was looking for an AI app that could render me a photo of my DND character that I designed. It worked amazing! It perfectly captured the character in the background was ✨stunning✨. I then decided to use it for another character that I had designed myself but didn’t have the skills to draw. Normally, other apps I have used will always mess up on realistic portraits. There will be something weird or off about them or they just won’t understand the prompt. Not this app. The image looked like a real photo, and it was exactly as I had imagined. 10/10 would recommend!

It works. It’s neat and you get 10 images daily for free. Personally the itch to create random stuff is satisfied after 4 goes but if that’s not enough the prices are cheap for more. I also enjoy the fact that it’s daily as in resets at midnight not at the last time of use. Overall it’s a nice AI image creating app.

It WAS great. Like the title said, this app was great. There must have been a recent update because now the algorithm seems all kind of messed up. I was paying for the premium subscription (which is ridiculously priced! At least they added a cheaper monthly option) but definitely going to be canceled. The app was doing a great job of generating a specific character I created in different situations but now it’s all kinds of messed up. I’m trying the models but I don’t really understand how it works. I used the sample balloon model for a couple images and it seemed like it had zero impact on the generated images. Hope they fix whatever they changed so the app can go back to being a great generator for writing inspiration.

It’s alrightttt. So, the reason as to why I only gave the app 4 stars is because you only get 10 requests PER DAY. Sure, there are plans to get more with money, but some people, like I, don’t have enough money to get things! The only thing that I ask is that the free plan gets a couple more requests. Good art but with logic flaws. My prompt is “a Chinese girl in blue skirt, walking on an arching Chinese bridge in a village. The river runs through houses with white walls and black roof tiles.” The first time the picture generated had very good houses and the bridge. The girl herself is very nice but instead of walking on the bridge, she was standing outside of guard rails of the bridge. Also, the bridge does not connect to a road but ends at the wall of the house. then I asked Gencraft to regenerate the picture and the second time it was done right

Amazing app. I must say this app is an absolute game-changer! It has completely changed the way I approach video editing making the entire process not only seamless but also incredibly enjoyable. I really love this app

Zero stars if i could. Loved the app at first. very fun! But once i spent $20 to have the subscription i saw multiple generations of nudity, extremely scary images, and i am not even talking about the many photos that are would be considered "soft pornography". Very unpleased since the app clearly states it is PG and doesn't allow violence or nudity. I reached out to "help" and received a response after many days. Typical response, "we care", "here are our rules".... blah blah blah. They didn't address my concerns and had the gall to say finally that i can report it and it took multiple replies to say how to report. I was completely unheard. When you are generating your own photo the offensive images appear. Then they expect you to click on it to KEEP looking at it to report it? No. The user should be kicked off the app if their generated photos do not adhere to the rules the app puts out. Many email responses later, they STILL will not refund my money, never mentioning about my request for a refund. They cater to the offender but don't defend the rules or principles they put out! Very frustrated!!!

User friendly !! Quick images. User friendly with an option to stay on free basic, will have to check out upgrading soon

Brilliant. This app is amazing! The ability to bring photos and videos to life with only a few keywords and clicks is a game changer. The colors are so bright and vivid like nothing I have ever seen before. It brings life to art like no regular average artist can do. This app is going to take art and photography to a whole new level. This app is well worth the money.

One flaw…. As AI software it is definitely above average and depending on how good you are at describing a specific vision, it works good. However, the one flaw is that anything that goes against the liberal narrative, it REFUSES to generate and INSTANTLY your description is erased with NO explanation. The “freedom” of creating YOUR idea does not exist. For this I forced myself to give it 2 whole stars. I would not be aurprised if this review gets erased as well.

Wish I could give a good review. There are lots of free and purchase ai tools. While scouting I gave this one a try. To see what I got before a I payed for it I gave it a roll. It gave me a very limited number of tries. Only one didn’t fail to generate, but in my opinion the image it generated was a fail. Also it allegedly lets you load base images for reference. Every image I tried didn’t fit the standards for the app, even a picture of a basketball. My trial run resulted in a low 0% functionality rate. Don’t let me be your determining factor, everyone try it for yourselves. I’m old school and like buying a car, I get very deterred when it won’t run on the test drive.

It’s ok but not good. You can’t go back to find your images you created a couple days ago, scrolling down takes forever ,,,and when you half way it shuts down to Home Screen all the time. I payed for that??? And it doesn’t always gives me what I want or just gives me blank image . For example I put angels in the cloud , or angels in the sky , it gives me only clouds no matter how many times I try.

Who is leaving these 5 star reviews??. I have never seen a more useless app in all my years with Apple. The pictures you get as a result of your prompt are no where near close to the prompt you specify. It’s laughable that they ask you to pay for more pictures. Do yourself a favor and ask a 5 year old to paint a picture of whatever you want, it’ll look 10 times better.

Personal experience take what you will from it. Compared to the AI Arta app this has better performance yet this app crashes harder than any app on my phone and to charge you weekly and not money for a app that hardly works is off but the art is addictive I’ll say that and I do think the explore page is rigged no way the say few people are always trending and some of us have ideas that change the game but I could be wrong also add chat 💬 to the explore page I’d love to comment on people art and network ideas 💡

Frustration. Got this app thinking it would be fun to create characters for stories I am writing. If you type slightly chubby the person comes out hugely fat. Buff guy with belly you get huge fat guy. Wrestling singlet is one piece but it makes it too. Tight shirt and you get half shirt the rest shows like skin. I tried for before and after image both look similar. Maybe this works for landscape but not people.

Love this. I was using Mid journey which was good and I enjoyed it, but then I discovered Gencraft and I have to say I prefer Gencraft over Midjourney I know Midjourney is more popular but Gencraft I love that you can make different art styles including anime and the Photo Booth feature is a great way to enhance pictures. Plus Gencraft is cheaper than Midjourney with only two tiers Pro and Starter . The most expensive tier in Midjourney is about $80 Gencraft $20 .

Good game. This is a very fun game to play when you get bored. I will say not being able to play is hard to imagine because I think it is amazing. I can always come to this whenever I get tired of people. It is almost like a social media because you can create and account and post the things that you made on it. I found that very interesting. I think this is a great game for people who are always looking for something that isn’t quite social medie but is also something that you can post the beautiful things you make as well as see the other things that people make.

Meh. Not really going the way of art. Neat little pictures, but art should not be censored. Very tame. Not as creative as it could be if there were no Christian people left to complain about how you can’t let this app do what it was meant for. I have had it tell me it cant make art out of my requests. Leave it to The Christian to censor AI. Thanks guys! Here’s to another 2000 years of our planets existence! Deny the dinosaurs, and AI! It’s all about the ever loving Jebus! Amazing for indie developers. This generator has helped me speed through making quality icons at very little cost compared to paying an artist for tons of icons not to mention how much time it saves and reduces miscommunication all while providing the same quality if not better!

Addicted. GenCraft has completely blown me away! This innovative platform has unlocked a realm of endless possibilities, allowing me to explore my wildest dreams and create truly unique experiences. While it occasionally serves up some wonderfully bizarre and distorted creations, that's part of the charm – it's like diving into a universe of infinite creativity. I'm absolutely hooked and can't recommend GenCraft enough. Five stars all the way!

Bring Back 10 Prompts. To be honest, I don't have the money to pay for the paid version of this app. Sure, I was disappointed at first that you have to pay for unlimited prompts, but a company has to make a profit. So, I settled for the free version. It's a great app, but the AI can be a little finicky, and having 10 prompts was perfect if not more than enough to get the image I imagined onto my screen. Now, free members only have 5? This is a good app, but I worry that only having 5 is not enough for a consumer to return each day, like I have, to use your product, especially in situations like mine where money is barely being met and I don't have the luxury of extremities. Just a suggestion, but if this doesn’t find someone, then I hope the person reading has a great day. Warm regards.

Tried & tested. And i have to say Yes to this app. This is a #1 image generator on the apple store. And unlike many other “top-rated” apps - this one is clear about what you pay for and it does not try to trick you into a subscription.

One reason only: FAILED TO LOAD VIDEO DUE TO QUALITY STANDARDS!. If you want a really good quality video then you are out of luck because if you put in too many quality standards then instead of a good video, it will give you a blank white screen that says the stupid phrase at the top of the review! Worst of all, this screen COUNTS AS A PROMPT FOR THE FREE VERSION USERS! If you are on to your last prompt before you run out, and you get this screen, then sorry but… IF YOU WANT TO TRY AGAIN, THEN TOO BAD BECAUSE YOU NOW HAVE ZERO PROPTS LEFT BECAUSE OF THE STUPID SCREEN! One star for all, plus the faces are all blurred, and barely look human. ⭐️❌

Great service, good function even with free version. expected to have to pay monthly to actually be able to use the service like many others, however this app allows you all the usual functions with the payed subscription just offering better download quality and the ability to make your own artstyle

Ahead of its time Awesome!. This is a super cool tool/toy/time killer! I’d pay for it, but $120 a year is high considering what other AI tools are out there. Maybe if there were tiers, or better multi-month discounts? In any case, this is a must have! Get it while you can :)

Freeware version is solid. Freeware version limits you to 10 prompts / 20 images a day, but what you get isn’t bad. I’d say I was 40-60 in getting more or less what I was asking for, which was a lot better than a certain allegedly Midjourney-based generator that’s pure garbage. This is functional enough in freeware mode that it might just get my business.

Pretty good app. I’ve had this app for about a week and it’s run fine on my phone the art comes out really well for the most part and gives you two different pictures if you didn’t like one my only thing is I use the free version and I feel that only 10 prompts a day is not the best another thing I didn’t like is you only get 10 prompts every 24 hours so I feel like that could be much shorter especially because you only get 10 so I feel that this deserves four stars and is amazing compared to some other ai generators

Incredible, however some suggestions. Incredible app! I love it ! However I have some suggestions, There should be a way to see who came up with the original prompt when people use the “try me” feature and publish it. Otherwise allow for people to hide their prompts if they choose to.

Decent. It’s a fun app, and you can look at other people’s prompts to get a feel for effective phrasing. You can keep a big library of your creations as long as you’re still subscribed. You can upload a person or a drawing as a reference image! I used it for fantasy characters. There is some stuff I’d like to have known before purchasing, although I don’t regret purchasing. The nice clean examples they show are rare. You get about 99% deformed throwaways. Training models costs only 3 bucks, but it’s super easy to train it wrong and you pay 3 bucks for every edit. My model vanished and the FAQ and tutorial site isn’t very good. There’s some weird creepy glitches if you upload your drawing of a person. It renders extra belly buttons and weird lopsided eyes with extra pupils. Anatomy gets strange, especially musculature. I needed a character with tusks, and it has no clue what a tusk or fang is, so it turns them into other objects. There’s a ton of fantasy art, and tusks and fangs are fantasy staples, so that surprised me. It can’t do odd colored skin. It will make it human colored with strange blotches. It randomly turns characters into big-headed children. I wanted a character in Thai fisherman’s clothing, and the clothes looked GREAT, but it changed his race and turned the city background to a bunch of huts on fire lol. The pricing is weird. It’s 10 a week, and 20 a month. It would be nice to offer a yearly subscription.

Pretty cool. It’s pretty cool being able to type things and have it generate a picture in a few seconds… But the problem is that if you want it to generate more things you want it more than 10 a day you have to pay TEN dollars a week

One of the Best of AI Art apps. I’ve tested about a dozen AI art generating apps and thus far this one has been among the best choices. Things that are great is you get to use limited prompts and features to test it out before you purchase which many apps do not offer. The image generator from prompts handles things on a suffisticated level that other image generators don’t compare to. You can image reference which is a super powerful feature that many other apps do not have. It is on the pricier side of AI art apps but you get what you pay for and I have found this app worth the investment. My only gripe is that the app will crash frequently.

Hooked. Learning to communicate is a learning curve and so much fun. Very habit formIng! Update: too many restrictions on what you can design and a lot of bugs. Update: even though you pay the same as desktop users you do not have all the features available from your handheld device. Also, certain features only work intermittently.

What happened to the videos?. I adore this app so so much and use it to make content but lately the video function is gone! I really hope this comes back soon - Gencraft in my experience is the best one out there because no ads, you get your videos in about 10 seconds and they look somewhat realistic albeit creepy! Please bring back this function ASAP! Four stars but otherwise 5.

Ease of use. User friendly with small learning curve. By the time I had generated my 5th picture, I was handling it like a pro. The trick is to get very specific with your image description, how long is her hair, what dress, background, etc. I’m a writer, and I generate pics of my characters so I can see them as I write their stories. I use this constantly

Great app but... This app is absolutely perfect if you want to make a ai generated photo and if you want it to be the same person just put the same prompt in and no problem it’s very accurate and realistic but the only thing is that you get 5 free things before you have to wait 24 hours for the next but it’s worth the wait for the awesome images you get.

Mann what.. I made what i wanted pretty obv but they js kept on messing up “ Geo from team umi zumi with a blue jacket,light brown skin,grills,money, and brownhair. And milli from team umi zumi with her pink jacket polkadot jacket and money. Milli has one knee on the floor of a parking lot while spreading money out and her hand and geo is counting his money while standing beside her.” After that it showed a dog and i was like where did he come from.. and i said they are teenagers and alone in the parking lot and it showed 2 girls And i said geo is a boy and milli is a girl. Still showed 2 girls allat typing for nothing.

Counterproductive- super User friendly- unreasonable cost. This AI app is perfect for a plethora of different people and tasks. From creating a custom headshot, to making your own wall art, in animation or realistic design this is THE APP. The user can simply type in exactly what they’d like to see and the app generates the image. If you want to adjust it, tweak it here or there, you tap the are and type the detailed change. It comprehends better than most humans I interact with on a daily basis. Still deciding if that’s a good or bad thing, lol. Now for the PRICE paying a WEEKLY subscription fee of either $4 or $10 seems quite high, especially when the guidelines specifically states you are not the owner of the photos for commercial purposes etc… The $4 was the purchase I went with and that limited the number of photo generating I can produce to 25 before the reset … and the photo is not in HD quality… looks more like the photos we took in the 90’s with disposable cameras —- so great technology generated but poor quality photography. Seems counterproductive So while I love the app - I won’t be keeping it long because I can use that amount to find an investment that will give me a return on my money.

why do we have to pay?. I got this app so i could have fun generating pics. But then you make us pay money to use the app! HECK NO. We are already getting you money by downloading the app and using it, and now you want more!!! 👎🏽 I’m good off this app if you don’t spare change wouldn’t get this app. But other than that the app is okay but it doesn’t know outside world objects like slime and other 🧸 toys.

Just what I needed. Okay, usually I don’t do app ratings. I find it unnecessary. But oh my days this app is a godsend. I was just trying to find a good place to generate concept art of my book characters, because I’m a writer not an artist sadly, and I came across this. I downloaded it and tried it out and it gave me a perfect representation of my main character! Exactly how I imagined her. And it’s free! The only downside is the confines of a 250 character limit, but turns out you can really work magic even with such a small description. Whoever the developers are, you’re amazing, thank you so much.

Feedback. I really enjoy the app. It can be improved by giving a review and critique function to the generated image. Perhaps a regenerate function when image is not on point. This may include drawing a circle or noting in an area that needs improving. You may take several times to get a image right.

real good!. just using the free version here and even that version is superb downloads in good quality and makes some pretty fresh photos definitely worth the download

False advertising. I understand “in app” purchasing as an available choice but you are required to purchase a subscription to continue in the standard app after three pictures.I asked for free and this is what was was advertised .this is illegal.

This AI does not understand “left” “right” “middle” ,” bottom view” “ top perspective” very well so it could be frustrating when you have a very specific idea, which I found that hard to understand as these words should be so easy for an AI to learn. Not as good as Bing AI image unfortunately.

ai art. This app is terrible. It does not generate a picture to your description. It is slow and you have to subscribe to use it properly

Pretty good for free. You have to be very concise with your description, however some of the by products are still amazing!

Odd app. Odd app that does not work properly: doesn’t generate images referring to quality issues or something else, and only 10 times a day. Don’t recommend at all.

Garbage. This is utter junk. Can’t believe they are trying to charge so much for things that come out like gibberish. Free Microsoft Bing does a way better job than this rubbish.

Quality standards??. I have the free version, and ten prompts a day works for me. But sometimes it says “failed to load image due to quality standards” I don’t get an image but it counts as one?? I only have 10 prompts for every 24 hours. It’s unfair that I lose I like the art that i usually get, but often it ignores details I want, like freckles or cuts, or the colour of a persons eyes. Or when I ask for a white rose with blood on it, it just gives me a red rose. Overall good app, it’s just frustrating it doesn’t do what it says it will at times.

Very good ai images but…. I wish that when you pay and it gets a “not up to quality standard output” you could have your prompt back as it eats up one of your 25. That sucks because it decides for you and doesn’t show you the “bad” results which you paid for.

Gencraft is easily the best image gen app I’ve used The preset styles are great if you’re looking for something particular, and their quick auto-fill options in the advanced settings does wonders for tailoring your prompts. I can save my old photos and easily reuse a prompt/add to it if I want to make changes Excited to see if they have an new updates

Bug or something…….. I was really enjoying the app making cool ai art pieces. Recently I’ve been typing in the generate box and it’s been giving me, one picture or none. What I’ve been searching up mind you it has been nothing inappropriate of course. I was eventually going to rate this five but nope I changed my mind. I’m gonna delete it I guess……..🤷🏼‍♀️

We need a better prompts system. Call me crazy but if the app shoots me the message “fail to load image due to quality standards” then I should get my prompt back One day I lost 7 of my 10 prompts to that message, how is that fair??

The best of all. I downloaded 8 different ai photo generator.. this is the only one that offered so much for free and actually rendered pieces to which the text was written. All others made weird distorted not gencraft. This is the best one yet!

Not predictable but great. The images are often not what I expected but the second pass or so I can refine to what I was going for. As with alll AI, the more technically specific the phrase is, the more predictable the outcome.

Awesome!. Even though you only get 10 posts a day without a subscription, it's easy to use, works very well, and great!

Frustratingly Inaccurate. The free version gives you 10 prompts per day. You will need more than that to get this thing to follow simple directions. Perhaps that’s the intention. For example, I’ve just used 6 prompts to try to get it to create people dressed only in white but it keeps returning people in every color of clothing. Too irritating to deal with so I’m uninstalling.

Great results. So far, this has been the best luck I’ve had using AI art. Everything else I’ve tried has given me garbage results, and this is getting close to what I’ve been trying to get.

My experience with this app. It’s fun to use, however, once you make a certain amount of photos a day, it won’t let you make any more for a certain amount of time which bothers me. :/

Phenomenal App. Pictures have an 80% to 95% accuracy wind generated. Video feature still needs a lot of work, but they'll get there. Definitely worth the money.

3 uses and its up. The images are basic but also not good at the same time like the images would look extremely weird and not something you wanted ALSO you can only generate up to 3 times then you have to pay (me personally im not paying for something that makes the images different then what I asked for)

It’s enjoyable but needs some fixes. Some photos are perfect, and some aren’t. When you type something sometimes, a whole different thing comes up unrelated to what you typed in. It’s really good app, but just this one problem.

5 stars. This app is great fun. I can see how graphic designers could use it in their projects. But even an artistically challenged guy like me can pretend to have skills!

Gencraft review. Generates what the prompt requests, once you narrow down specifics within a few tries. Although it takes some time to get the exact image wanted. You can get really great results, but give yourself time to understand how prompting AI works

Creation. This app is simply amazing. I just wish it gave a full 3D/360° angle all around image to where you can get more than just a side view

This is a very useful app. I review this apps and I love all the art I saw. It is easy to use compared with other apps. And with Ai is much better I have to be creative in my work and this app is incredibly good.
