Great,but it could be awesome/Splendid.. I’m a new robinhood user,I wanted to try their first app, but is not possible for outside Us costumer, when I saw this new app I jumped with excitement. This is Their new non custodial crypto wallet ,not first on this market but it’s a first good step, Crypto is not only is the future/crypto is the now ! the new generations will be using more of this convenient way of actually owning their assets whether is with a app thru a defi platform, cause I think in few years will become more popular borrowers and banks will be able to see you payment history and make more larger transactions like buying a vehicle or even a house,the mortgage will all done thru the app, is win win, you could also make a peer to peer money borrowing,all transparent and more importantly convenient. This where you actually own, Your own assets not the bank or institutions YOU, that is freedom.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Suggesting to this fine app: Maybe make a options to invest APY bundles Like multiple assets of a crypto or stock (I don’t think you can buy stock with crypto but it would sickkk)with automatic monthly payments or whenever your feel like it, it will draw more costumer that are new to crypto world. You know adds more coins, that have little or no gas fees Like BHC (a cheaper version of bitcoins or cardano XRP)and so on. Anyways congrats on the app guys is great.

Fantastic app visuals are stunning. Need a few more updates being new.. I love everything about this app! The only suggestions I have is some better explanations and guidance within the app if you are not used to a crypto wallet, it is kind of scary at first. Also some guidance on how to put your NFTs in the wallet. There is a manage button, but it is blank. Besides, this issues, this app is fantastic one of it’s not the best crypto wallet out there! I trust Robin Hood unconditionally and their brokerage platform is phenomenal. This is a fantastic complement to the main brokerage app and offers a solution to keep your crypto safe and secure. Well done!

Easy to use, transfer from RH app but…. I was worried at first because I have crypto on the RH app, but once I created a new RH Wallet account it allowed me to transfer directly from the RH app to RH wallet (and I got 5 USDC for first deposit). It’s smooth so far, like has a smooth feeling user interface. When you touch/drag your finger on the screen the screen changes color where you’re touching…it was a subtle and nice aesthetic touch. I’m sure they will build out more features, but I would like to be able to buy/trade more variety. A lot are not swappable via RH wallet, but I think you can still receive. It will be fun to watch and grow with this app and community!!

I just tried it out. The transfer fees are to high or I did something wrong? I transfer just $20 usd to the wallet just to try it out but the fees are insane I only received $11 is it normal this fee?

Still waiting. So far download the app connected to my wallet try to transfer Polygon.. he said 1 to 3 business days now he has been 14 business days… is it because I’m in Texas and I cannot collect that $10 cryptocurrency!?

What is the purpose?. Seems useless. Also very high transfer fees. I’ll probably change my review when the app has a purpose. I know how big tech works.

Love the user experience!. Robinhood Wallet is probably the easiest-to-use self custody wallet in the market. The visuals are incredible, their offering is compelling, and the low to no cost transactions are a cherry on top. This is the new benchmark for crypto!

Brilliant. Very good wallet app. Probably the best one there is that I have used. Coinbase is a bit sluggish and so is Metamask. Very futuristic looking as well. Nice work robinhood team. I’d love to work for your company one day.

Fees to move out of wallet. Requires a separate purchase of matic to transfer. Ridiculous.

Risky at best. Sent AVAX (avalanche) crypto from my Robinhood account to my Robinhood wallet. The Wallet Address I used was in fact correct, it even has my correct wallet address in the transaction receipt. Here I am day and a half later and it tells me transaction is complete, but nothing is in my wallet. My Crypto went somewhere, but not in my wallet. I would be careful with this one if you value your money. In response to developers response to this review, I did reach out to them and they told me if the wallet address was correct it should have worked, and that I was on my own. The address was in fact correct, even according to the snowflake receipt. But my crypto and money went somewhere, who knows. Someone who got it probably said “I hope this chump sends more.” I won’t use this wallet anymore. This is totally my fault, I should have sent a few pennies over first to see if it worked. Live and learn. This is my suggestion to anyone else using this. Send a little first to see if it works for you. I’m personally done this one.

Didn’t like it. Today my balance was showing 0, And had my tokens , I also had some transactions issues too, Not the app I wanted it, will delete it ,

Needs more work. Be careful with this app. It doesn’t swap tokens at your request , you have to retry and submit order 100 times before it actually does the swap. Very frustrating. Ended up taking my crypto out of the wallet got tired of losing money while trying to submit swap for profits

I don’t see the point. The app seems to work fairly smoothly. They make it easy to transfer from Robinhood. However, it’s not quite as easy to transfer back to Robinhood. Considering that I don’t know anyone else who uses crypto besides myself, and especially since this wallet app doesn’t support Bitcoin (which is the only crypto accepted in commercial contexts), it’s unlikely that I’ll ever use this app to send or receive coin. I found it very annoying that I had to purchase MATIC in Robinhood, transfer to Wallet, and use it to pay a network fee to get my other crypto out of wallet, then transfer the MATIC back to Robinhood so I could sell it again and finally delete the wallet app. It’s too complicated for the casual investor like myself and if it stays this complicated, it will never go mainstream and crypto will never replace real currency. Most people prefer simple, and this just isn’t it. I played with the app for a few weeks, but I don’t see why I need to have my money in two separate Robinhood apps and pay fees to transfer back and forth. I realize there’s some value in a non-custodial wallet, but it’s not necessary for me. The main app is sufficient for my needs and much more versatile.

More features needed. Its a good start, but I would want to see some features like an easy way to stake crypto that is just sitting in the wallet. Aside from that, it is well-integrated with the crypto exchange in the regular Robinhood app.

Great but missing a crucial chat feature. Very good UI, it reminds me of the old chat feature. If you could consider adding that back in any capacity, we would love it.

Why 5000$ daily limit?. Why is there a daily crypto limit of 5000$ for transferring my crypto from robinhood to robinhood wallet?

Shady. Robinhood sends an email saying no fees to transfer from Robinhood to Robinhood wallet and what do they do? Charge a fee on the first transfer. Not to mention it is very limited on types of crypto that it accepts. One may think that if I bought the crypto on Robinhood I would be able to transfer it to the Robinhood wallet? Pretty disappointing

Superb. I’m actually a little surprised at how well they did on this app. But they got it right. Fast easy to use, intuitive and lots of tokens are 0% fees. My advice would be to open it up for all tokens, all networks and add staking capabilities

$10/10 USDC not working. The "Transfer from Robinhood Crypto: Deposit $10, get 10 USDC" thing does not work.

If you are located in NY this is useless. Still no wallets or transferring crypto from Robinhood to ANY wallet in NY. Such a lazy company.

Great App. I love this app easy to send and receive crypto on polygon or ethereum networks easy to use and easily we can transfer tokens from robinhood as well.

$10 for 10usdc is a sham. After reaching out, the answer I was given was to deposit more money, incur ANOTHER $8 in transfer fees, and then I’ll receive the bonus. There are nearly $10 in ‘gas’ fees, so you’ll need to transfer $20 to achieve a $10 deposit. They could have stated that as clearly as I just stated, but they chose instead to run a fine print scam on the same customers who have been waiting patiently for their product. Hopefully this keeps some of you from losing money, as I, a total stranger, care more about your money, than your brokerage. Integrity counts for something

Lame. No way to use without an 2FA app. I. Do not use 2FA apps as I don’t trust them with my data and unfortunately this app won’t let me use any other form of 2FA, so I started super excited, now deleting with a heavy heart. Oh well at least I still have the main application.

Nice app!. I am an old user of Robinhood and to have a new app like this is awesome. I do buy crypto and sell it as it fluctuates, but the price reduction to sell it and the price increase when you buy it, it's kinda like the network fee. In other words, this is like Robinhood stock market app but for crypto only. The good thing about Robinhood is that there's no fees to sell it or buy it. While in the other hand other companies charge you huge amount of money every time. NICELY DONE ROBINHOOD!!

Really cumbersome to set up. First you have to have crypto supported by the wallet. Second, you have enable and have an authentication app. They list four third party apps, one of them being Microsoft. You can’t utilize this app until you set that up.

Not a legit wallet. This wallet doesn’t tell you your secret seed key. Which means this wallet and everything inside it doesn’t truly belong to you. It belongs to Robinhood. I would suggest getting a DeFi wallet or MetaMask. Robinhood wallet is a scam.

Honest AMC APE Opinion. RobinStank ruined the MOASS. However besides being aided by Gary Gensler to not pay up what the market rules dictate, they are building an astonishing business with excellent customer support. Services and brokerage access have been stable despite the turmoil in market trends lately, and as a hat tip to customer service, they are always quick and immediately able to help (I think there is a preference to accounts with age & activity however as my customer service has only increased since opening an account in 2019). Did I mention they’re plugging crypto access? You earned one stripe back RH, thanks for providing the service.

Love the UI. Its great to see Robinhood build a NCW with the same ui I'm already comfortable with since I use the app a ton. So far no issues but excited to see when they expand this to Bitcoin and Doge! Keep adding to the crypto offering!

Introductory offer is sham!. I installed app and it showed me promotion that transfer $10 worth of Crypto from Robinhood and we’ll deposit $10 of USDC. I followed the procedure and started the transfer by following all the prompts. 1) despite having so many Shiba in my Robinhood main app account, it asked me to buy $10 worth saying that I have none. 2) I did using on screen prompts only and then started the transfer. 3) it transferred only $3.95 something and deducted rest as fee. 4) after completing transfer I have still not received $10 of USDC

Robinhood changed the financial system. Robinhood undoubtedly changed the financial system as the bias negative controversy on towards Robinhood, People are ignorant to the facts, because the invention of Robinhood opened up the stock market to anyone who is willing to invest and creat generational wealth it’s not a gambling casino or made too resemble but just makes things learnable,provides educational tools, is not overwhelming, and most importantly it’s accessible for anyone with a bank account, Email address, and smart all are in one and common to all of us. phone Both teaching financial literacy and making it possible to invest as little as one $1 in any stock no matter the price. Before Robinhood is in my opinion I don’t that the people who discovered investing and learned something about the economy, teach others how to invest with 100% control of their own assets despite their account value. Building even Iras along with a brokerage account and has great support, for customers 24/7 in my experience.

Barely a web3 wallet. How can this be called a web3 wallet? You can’t connect to dapps, you can’t send your NFTs, you can’t view floor price of NFTs, can’t access an exchange to sell them either. I imagine these features are coming, but as the wallet stands now it’s basically useless

I started crypto on Coinbase had over 2 million $worth of Luna@89$ each coin, they stopped trading and now I have wrappedLuna worth $10.00 hopefully I will have better returns here my Robinhood account I’m down over $20,000 I been teaching myself and doing my due diligence since 2018 I need to listen to myself more! My friends have told me everything I recommend they are making money! I am happier for them than myself at this point.

Very easy and streamlined to install & use.. I’m surprised how easy and clean this app is to both set up and use. It really did remind me of Robinhood’s regular trading app. Nice work here everyone @RHW Recommended, especially for beginners worried about complications and those tired of the OVERLY complicated apps out there. My only issue was a delay of nearly 45 minutes before my first transfer was completed and confirmed. The transfer took a mere few seconds, but the actual final transaction certification and confirmation came about 45 min after I closed the app and I got an email and notice that it was done. Not a huge prob for a new account and should be expected because of KYC and Privacy issues. More importantly, NO FEES! Hopefully this can wipe out Coinbase and their thieving “fee” practices. Highly recommended.

It looks great, but it’s missing something. I was one of the beta testers selected to try the test flight version of the app before the public release, and I was thrilled by its potential. I only had one major suggestion for improvement then (beyond integrating other networks like Solana or Avalanche), and my position on the matter remains the same. It really needs an in-app browser to allow users to link to and access Dapps directly. QR code scanning only works if you’re simultaneously operating two separate devices, which is not always an option if you’re trying to check your positions on the go - not to mention the overall complexity of the linking process is sure to turn off new users who are just beginning to learn about self-custody and DeFi. Heck, the process is enough to discourage me from fiddling with it more than once a week, if even that. Make a good, smooth browser with that unique Robinhood class and feel, and you’ve got a wallet app to rival the very best network-specific self-custody wallets already out there. Add a few more networks and you’ve got them beat. Hope we can see this kind of update in the near future, I’m excited for the possibilities 👍

Lost my money. They had me open an account to get like 10 dollars in free crypto. I did that, the app took 6 of the 10 dollars i deposited to pay for fees, then I deposited more money they didn’t give me the 10 I was promised, then I was suppose to get 12 word code I don’t remember getting but I did get a passcode for my wallet which turned out to be unuseable, I needed the 12 word app code that I wasn’t given. I wasn’t able to remove my money from the wallet then lost the wallet so they said they get to keep it now. I hate this app I hate the customer service. Only deposit money into it if you plan on losing it becauee they will keep it and tell you tough luck. Find a better platform. I was lucky I lost only a small amount before depositing real money into this joke

Still in the Early Days.. I’ve been using Robinhood Wallet for a solid part of the day now. It’s a first step for the company (a Centralized Exchange offering a crypto wallet) to enter the foray of Web 3.0. The wallet interface is nice looking, but in comparison to it’s much more trusted peers (Trust Wallet, Uniswap, MetaMask) it lacks in several ways: 1) Right off the bat I went to see what Cryptocurrencies I could store on the wallet. It’s there on the app and I believe it’s being transparent. It’s not that many. There’s a gaping list of Crypto and Altcoins you would think would be supported, but just aren’t. This could be due to a confusing interface where after about 15-20 coins look like they are supported in all ways, the rest of the list states “Not swappable” I scratched my head and tried to figure out what that meant. I took it as a sign the Wallet doesn’t support them, but perhaps, it just means you can’t swap the supported coins from the Wallet itself into those ones. Again, very confusing about what Robinhood is trying to say about these coins. Now, I didn’t try to move cryptocurrencies over to the Wallet, could be wrong. 2) The feature that seemed impressive was integration with Web 3.0 Dapps, or, Decentralized Apps. You click it and it shows you a relatively okay size of Dapps you can try to link up with your wallet. I use the word try strongly there. I tried swapping USDC “USD Coin” into Uniswap, and Monero but some of the Dapps have an issue with trying to connect to the Wallet, along with the included Dapps having issues with scrolling down to try to even tap the swap button to complete the transaction. It’s a crude experience, but you can use the web browser to try to go to other Dapps not built into the Wallet so that was kinda cool. 3) I was reading through reviews earlier with someone saying they didn’t get their free crypto from the education quiz, and I’m afraid I didn’t get the AVAX either. My USDC deposit from Robinhood went through fine, but it begs the question if this Wallet is able to send and receive Crypto as intended. I’m sure it does, but I’d be wary to send large amounts through initially. Finally, 4) The supported networks of Ethereum, Polygon and two others that I can’t remember the name of, confused the heck out of me. I’m new to this, it’s a learning experience, but I cannot imagine a person that’s say in their 40s or technologically not the savviest to be able to understand how any of this works. For one thing, I was trying my hand at Crypto Mining earlier (realized it’s not worth the time to be able to cash out after several hours of watching tiny decimals slowly tick up) and the mining site was warning me “Make sure your wallet supports running on the EPC2 [something like that] network to ensure payment of your coins. If you transfer them and it doesn’t, those coins cannot be recovered.” I spent 45 minutes making Bing searches trying to ensure that the Ethereum network entailed these newer networks that run the cryptocurrency system now. I believe I found my answer, and I’m still not sure if the coins would’ve made it through. All in all, these are constructive criticisms of a early stage Wallet that I believe can be made great, trustworthy, intuitive, and hopefully, somewhat decentralized. I’ve been with Robinhood since 2017, I enjoy their brokerage and have seen that evolve over the past 6 years. I believe they will do the same for this Robinhood Wallet. At the moment, get a second one from the list mentioned above, and see what you think.
