Atlas - Rewards Credit Card Comments & Reviews 2026

From skeptic to fanatic!. Hi, my name is Elijah. I’m so pleased to explain my journey with atlas. I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first thought following many denials of credit and being heavily affected by subpar credit in general, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try one more credit card. I’m so glad that atlas was the one I decided to apply for, because they did everything they said they would and more! It was so simple, easy, and fast (a couple minutes) to apply, and I was approved in minutes! They have so many perks of being a member, including rent reporting, insurance on your phone, and safe payoff of the balance to ensure you’re on the right track. I was only a member for three months before I saw a 100 point increase in my credit scores. That’s the best and quickest credit repair I’ve ever seen and it didn’t require any work or diligence on my end! It was so seamless and quick that I wasn’t even noticing the credit improvements that atlas did on my behalf in the background until Experian congratulated on my huge increase! I am so thankful that I took the opportunity regardless of my skepticism. This is hands down the best credit card!

Definitely worth the download. I did not know whether to download the app or not initially because I just was looking for a simple way to boost my credit score. Because of past decisions and just being young and general I did a terrible job with managing my credit and because of that it cost me ALOT! I have had to take the hard route on getting simple things in life like apartments, jobs, and purchase vehicles at dealerships and even opening bank accounts. They used to take one look at my credit and say she is a “high risks” and I would usually be turned away. My credit score before I started to use Atlas was in the 400’s but using helpful tips that the app suggests and following the program they have in place to build credit on this app I am very close to the 600 bracket! And that was only being consistent for 3 months. I keep my utilization low and I make my payments and I add deposits to increase my spending amount on the credit card. If your situation is like mine I highly recommend! The help is there all you have to do is take the first step and download the app!

Would not say I’d do this again. The idea of Atlas seemed great at first. Had some nice reviews, guaranteed credit long as you kept money going in, no fees other then the standard $8/month service charge. Well I can tell you some of this is true, but they don’t make it easy for their clients. During the first 3 weeks of signing up and using the service my account was “locked and on hold” (for 2-3 days everytime) while they validated information they had from day 1. All of my information was correct, including my direct deposit into my atlas account. Still they would randomly lock my account and demand I verify my identity using an account from another bank. I’m in my mid 30’s and have had plenty of bank accounts and I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops and been so dissatisfied with a bank before. Also when they lock you out you can’t access any of your funds so be ready for that. After signing up for atlas I went over 4 weeks without access to my funds, except for a virtual card I could use online but that doesn’t help me at grocery stores to feed my kids or the gas station to put gas in my vehicle. If your credit is shot and you have no other option then maybe worth a try, but if you can avoid them, I would.

A real review!❤️. A very simple and easy way to boost your credit score. I was never taught the importance of credit so I let things lower my credit carelessly in my early 20s. Now that I’m in my 30s I’m very grateful to have a credit company offer a way for me to boost my credit so that I will be able to catch up and get my credit where it needs to be. Be patient, turn on your smart pay, and watch your credit go up month by month. It’s such a good feeling! It shows your credit score every day on the app and it updates monthly to show your new score. I was very scared at first because of all the complaints… it’s only $8.99 a month, like seriously? People think that’s so bad?! $9 a month is worth increasing your credit! Most of us spend money on wayyy more irrelevant things! I recommend this to all my friends and family because it’s so good that it almost seems too good to be true! ❤️ thank you for helping me. It really is a life changer to have better credit.

The Good: Accessibility and Credit-Building Focus. • High Approval Rate & Accessibility: The card boasts a high approval rate (often cited as 4 \times higher than traditional cards) and offers instant approval through the app, making it a viable option for many who have been rejected elsewhere. No existing credit history is required. • Credit Building on Autopilot: Atlas reports to all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) and features built-in auto-pay to ensure on-time payments, which is crucial for building a positive credit history. You can also track your credit score directly in the app. • 0% APR: A significant benefit is the 0\% Annual Percentage Rate (APR), meaning you won't pay interest on balances. • App Functionality: The app is often praised for being easy to navigate, with features like virtual cards for security and the ability to track your credit score progression. Some users also highlight responsive and helpful customer service via text/app. • Rewards and Savings: The card offers rewards and automatic savings (up to 10\%) at select partner merchants like Starbucks, DoorDash, and others.

Atlas Credit Card Is The Real Deal!!!. Like most things I get emails for or see ads about while on social media I’m on high alert and usually very skeptical. However, in the case of the Atlas Credit Card I literally feel like I found gold at the end of the rainbow. The sign up process is very well put together and requires little effort. Answer some basic questions fill in typical personal info and you’re off to the races. It’s very transparent and actually full of surprises they don’t advertise. Amazing APY… phone protection up to $500 in case of an accident… car rental assistance and travelers assistance on long trips. It’s $9 a month and they take that as soon as you sign up which is actually awesome because that begins the reporting process to the credit bureaus for anyone trying to rebuild or establish credit. They start you off with a small balance but to me this actually says they give a s$!# as opposed to just giving u a huge credit line that gives people big eyes and holes in their pockets to go with it. By simply setting up direct deposit from your job thru them they will give you a credit increase. As well as a chance to double your paycheck with a weekly drawing they do. I never ever write reviews but this seemed like almost an injustice to them not to!!!

Predatory parasites preying on the poor. Run. Only gave them 5 stars so it doesn’t get buried under bots/paid PR reviews. It’s not worth it. If you have/had an account report them/file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, the FTC and the CFPB. This company preys on the poor and like all predatory parasites holds you hostage against your will. They’ll steal from you then take weeks to respond just to milk another monthly fee while they transfer you to one of the other willfully incompetent soulless rubes with low enough ethical standards to work for such a societal vampire like Atlas. Impossible to cancel easily bc of course a terrible company like this doesn’t give you easy option to cancel their terrible service and hold you hostage against your will while they charge you and take weeks to cancel, right after one more monthly fee of course. It’s a predatory parasitic company only able to exist in a government controlled by corporate lobby groups representing the types of people on a certain list of monsters currently in the news. Don’t believe the reviews, in fact assume reviews at all major retailers and on any place you can review things these days is riddled with bots and paid PR firms posing as real people. A symptom of a system corrupt to the core where list monsters are protected while hard working citizens are milked for every dime while receiving no service from company’s that would be out of business for fraud in a system that holds monsters accountable. Scams masquerading as business protected by lobbyist controlled officials who represent only their donors and would sooner throw their constituents to the wolves.

Loving it!. I’ve been using the Atlas MasterCard for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The card offers a seamless way to build credit, especially for those who may have had challenges in the past. With no deposit required upfront, it’s incredibly accessible, and the process to get started is straightforward and user-friendly. One of the features I appreciate the most is the direct deposit option, which allows a portion of my paycheck to be allocated directly to my Atlas account. This acts like a debit card while also reporting to credit bureaus as credit, which is ingenious. It’s like having the best of both worlds – the convenience of a debit card with the credit-building capabilities of a credit card. The customer service has been top-notch, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Plus, the card comes with the added benefit of early payday with direct deposits, which can be a real lifesaver when you need funds a bit earlier.

It’s Litt 🔥. I have been trying to rebuild my credit from stupid decisions when I was 18 and ruined my credit. I have had a hard time finding any credit card company to approve me and then when I was approved it was loops and bounds just to be able to use my card. There were crazy fees and even crazier interest rates! But then one day scrolling on Facebook I stumbled upon Atlas, and boy was l happy that I did. I have been in love with this company ever since. The application process was so easy and quick, they gave me a decision right there in the spot. No waiting around for an email or a letter in the mail. The fee to open and use the account was $8.99 not $100 or more like most other credit card companies. I paid that and was able to use the card right away. It tracks and shows your current credit score right in the app so if your like me trying to work on your credit score you can go into the app whenever you want and see where your numbers are at.

Direct deposit as isnt true. I switch my direct deposit from so-fi to here because they kept sending me ads to sign up for direct-deposit and how it’s so much faster than others when in reality it’s 100 percent much slower. Good stuff Atlas, I went to Reddit and also they’ve been know to get complaints about direct deposit not showing up and then closing the account. I really hope this isn’t true. Also what Atlas doesn’t like to mention in the fine print is, if you have any sorta bank account connected to the current atlas account. They won’t go based off what you owe. Because you honestly really owe nothing unless they give you payroll credit, or something , at least a .01 more than what their policy may reference about account opening fees.. If none of this applies and Atlas “the companies app I’m referring too about now” would like to argue this post, or their developers. Please reach out. Because if you’ve been an atlas customer, sorry but that “All your money in your account going to atlas” , yeahh they want dd, because the fees pay them. They openly lie about how fast it’ll come. Sending you messages daily, “sign up” sign up”. Don’t get payroll credit, that’s how they trap you. DONT ADD YOUR DD TO THIS ACCOUNT! I’m an everyday consumer, mid class. Paycheck to paycheck type of person. Do not sign up for these folks

Fraud charges-No support. Had fraudulent charges on my account and it took over a week for their investigation and determined no fraud charges were made. As soon as I saw the charges I got in touch with their support which btw takes hours for them to respond to. And I personally had to lock down my own card from anymore charges being made which whoever stole my account info attempted 2 other times at using my card online. And if I didnt lock my own card those charges would have also been posted to my account. After hearing I had fraud charges on my account they never sent me a new card, and then after a week, and then only asking where my card was at during the time of the charges which was with me. Made them determine it wasn’t charged fraudulently. Do they not understand how easy it is for some hacker to get info in this day and age?! DO NOT BANK HERE! They are just some small company who gives 0 support to their clients. I’ll be getting more information from the Better Business and be in touch with legal counsels on this matter. It was like $75 in charges on my account but it’s the principal of I bank with someone who I can’t trust with my money and I can’t trust this company if they are going to sit there and accuse me of making these charges. If I could give negative stars I would. And I’ve never ever wrote a review on here ever. But this is beyond frustrating and I hope to save the next person from banking here! DO NOT DO IT

Impressed. Not going to lie, I was very hesitant of signing up at first as I have never paid for a credit builder card in my life before but after having this card for a few weeks now, the longer I have it the more I am beginning to see the value in the card. There’s no reason to hide it, this card is obviously geared towards people with less than great credit scores but on the other hand it is probably one of the best “second chance” cards I have ever come across. Not only is it a real credit card, there are many benefits that come with major credit cards (rental car coverage, identity theft protection (for some reason I haven’t been able to get that one to load yet), mobile phone protection when using the card to pay your bill, etc..) and it is also a cash back rewards card which is a major plus and really helps to offset the membership fee. This card also has something incredible that I have never seen any credit card have before—which is rent payment reporting (which is a free feature that you receive when you upgrade to an annual membership). Another amazing feature I haven’t seen before is that you are able to make deposits into a reserve account they set up for you and you can increase your credit limit by the amount you deposit, and your money collects 2% APY while it sits there, and you can even use that money to pay the bill at any time or you can withdraw any amount you don’t have tied up/spent at that moment! There are so many amazing features I wish I could list all but this review would go on for a week 🤣 I very highly recommend this card to anyone looking/needing to rebuild their credit! I’ll come back to update this in a few months once I see the true effect on my credit score!

Best well thought out service I’ve ever seen. You guys have got to get down load their app and jump in on their in my opinion AWARD WINNING SERVICE and platform. Man you literally make a one time virtual card or a 24 hour card for them free trail service we all like signing up for but then get stuck paying for because we forget to cancel before the free trail is up . No longer a issue with ATLAS because they are a step ahead of the game with the virtual cards , and CHIME has nothing on ATLAS because NOT only do you Get Percentage back on groceries and gas but you get Discount on Nike and so much more . And who else do you know is giving you a chance to get all your money back on a swipe purchase if your the lucky winner or winners for that day . But it doesn’t stop there no sir/maam you even have a chance of being a winner to double your Paychecks people did you hear that double your paycheck !!! That’s a huge plus especially when you are in a tight fix and didn’t know how you where going to pay for a repair that came up. And as if that’s not enough already but you literally get cell phone protection incase your phone is stolen up to $500 dollars and auto renters insurance protection and extended warranty protection on certain items that you purchase if you don’t have the receipt like a lot of us miss place them buy the item with your ATLAS card and you can find where you purchase the item in their app and bam they saved the day again . You have a chance to enter a drawing to win $2500 dollars yes I said $2500 dollars this is insane who else do you know that’s putting it down like this for it’s customers???? No d$nm body !!! There’s more just to much goodness to spoil it all for you so how bout downloading the ATLAS site and get in here and find out for yourself . Why wait and put it off because I Promise you will regret that you didn’t signup when you saw this it’s what we have all been wanting and more !!!!

Damage more than help. I’m fairly certain that the positive reviews are all fake. This might be the worst app I’ve ever had that is supposed to help you build credit. When you first sign up, they approve you for a $10 spending limit which you can increase by making deposits, so it’s basically a secured credit card. But the trickery lies in the monthly fees. They promote the “0% interest” pretty hard but, the $8.99 monthly fee gets charged whether or not you’ve ever used the card. Not that that is unusual for a credit card but it is unusually high for a secured card. When I signed up, I used an account that I don’t access often and had turned off my notifications for said account without realizing it. Today, I checked that account and found that Atlas had been debiting that account for 8 months now but the transactions had been declined because I don’t keep much of a balance in that account. But this was surprising to me as I don’t remember being told there would be a monthly membership fee as I would not have agreed to a membership fee that is as high as my available credit. So, when I logged in, I had a balance due of almost $100 on a $10 credit limit that I’ve never used and when I checked, this had caused my credit score to decrease as it’s obviously reported as delinquent. My advice to people with bad credit is to stop applying for credit and give things time to clear from your report naturally. If you have a bad credit score there is usually a pretty good reason for it and applying for more credit isn’t going to fix that. Credit education and time is the only thing that will benefit you. Wish me luck in trying to cancel this account!

review. have been trying to rebuild my credit from stupid decisions when I was 18 and ruined my credit. I have had a hard time finding any credit card company to approve me and then when I was approved it was loops and bounds just to be able to use my card. This has been one of the best decisions I have made! Thank you so much Atlas for giving customers like me a second chance at a credit card as well as helping us build our credit back up!

Thieves. The day my direct deposit dropped I tried to pay my rent. When I did-they locked me out of my account. Not a big deal in itself. However- they did not respond when chats were sent until the next day. The responses were just automated and said we are working on it. They in fact were not. They DO NOT have a customer phone service. They require you to submit your ID to verify. Would be fine except that the button to proceed with the verification doesn’t work. In order to even get a response from them I’ve had to report them to the BBB and hire an attorney. They more than 24 hours later finally issued a response from a human saying I would have a resolution in another 48 hours. This has now caused major losses for me. I have 200$ few from the landlord. I also was not able to gets critical meds, tampons, food or gas for work. These are now compounding damages. I would highly recommend never doing business with Altas. They do not have the infrastructure within their business to handle any complaints. They have been very unresponsive. They are on the hook for more than 1200$ they will not release to me plus all damages and fees. Don’t do it. Just don’t waste your time. You will lose money not make it.

Grateful Customer. The Atlas Credit Card app has completely transformed the way I manage my finances, and I couldn't be more impressed! From its user-friendly interface to its comprehensive features, this app has exceeded all my expectations. One of the things I love most about the Atlas app is its simplicity. Navigating through the app is a breeze, and I can easily access all my account information, transaction history, and payment options with just a few taps. Whether I'm checking my balance or setting up automatic payments, everything is intuitive and straightforward. But what truly sets the Atlas app apart is its robust set of features. I can track my spending in real-time, set spending limits, and receive instant notifications for every transaction, giving me full control over my finances. Plus, the app offers personalized insights and recommendations to help me make smarter financial decisions and achieve my goals faster. Another highlight of the Atlas app is its security measures. I feel confident knowing that my sensitive information is protected with state-of-the-art encryption and biometric authentication. With Atlas, I can manage my finances with peace of mind, knowing that my data is safe and secure at all times. Overall, the Atlas Credit Card app has revolutionized the way I manage my money. It's convenient, secure, and packed with useful features that empower me to take control of my financial future. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your financial journey, I highly recommend giving the Atlas app a try. You won't be disappointed!

Overpriced service. I’m very dissatisfied and I’ve not seen any significant improvements to my credit based on this changes that I have been making on my own Furthermore, the 89+ dollar membership does not justify the features and services that we have access. If this is not deemed your primary account. Or main account used for your EVD purchases and deposits save your money. And now none of that is used towards the available balance for purchases in your account. The reward system the cashback system is all trash like I said if it’s not used as your. Primary account, which I don’t know why I want that as it marketed as a credit building service app. False hope I will be leaving this service going into 2026. Thanks for wasting a year and a half of my time. And not seen any significant value being given back in return also customer service is completely I feel that I’m speaking to a bot and not a real person half of the time and in regard to counseling membership best believe days no option besides either closing your account completely or disconnecting your you’re funded account from the app knowing that they’ll freeze you in saying that you need to react have available balance that you have not used which is your money by the way not their

Definite credit score boost. Credit score increased within the first month or so by a decent amount. Trying to pay the balance more than half the time doesn’t work. I can submit the payment 10 different times and it does nothing. Also, kind of annoying that the minimum deposit amount is $20. Maybe initially but afterwards you should be able to add any amount you want to your account. I’m a gig worker and trying to connect to any of my work accounts for direct deposit is a joke to get the immediate spending increase. I get direct deposit after every job, there is no set amount I get paid for each one and there’s no option for ‘whole paycheck’ just set dollar amounts. The whole point is to get the instant higher spend power so I’m not even gonna waste my time doing it with each employer directly. Very plain, nothing to it other than an $8.99 membership fee with the only plus about it being that they report a $1,000 credit limit to the credit bureau even if your spending limit is only $10, which does help increase your credit. One more thing, they dont send you a card for your account until you qualify ? And recently got an email saying they were mailing me one … I got married and had already updated my legal name through them weeks prior, and they sent me a card with my maiden name on it. 🤔

Check the reviews on the BBB these app reviews are clearly filtered. They literally make u do a ton of things to get rewards and the rewards are not worth the time or money spent I got direct deposit they say u have to do a checklist and spend $50 for 4 weeks to get $1000 new member thing I have had 4 direct deposits and have been using my card faithfully as soon as I fulfilled the checklist the $1000 new member thing just disappeared from my app I never got it I did however get 5000 point which is equivalent to $5 Also they keep double charging me for credits they only give me a credit limit of $59 yet somehow my deposit on hold just disappears with my new direct deposit and the balance comes out of my direct new deposit so I’m trying to figure out where my $500 went they claim it covered the balance but how if that was being held from my previous balance they don’t credit me $500 this place is a joke they take your money and lure you in with all these perks that are not even at all what they make it out to be They reach out to resolve issue after I post my review and they solve nothing they actually kept talking around my bonus and ghosted me after sending my transactions without showing deposits and where my money is disappearing too. They continue to say they are looking into the bonus I was suppose to receive and then stop communicating

Best card option. I’ve been using the Atlas card for a few months now, and honestly, it’s the best financial decision I’ve made in a long time. From the start, I was blown away by its sleek metal design—it’s durable, stylish, and feels premium every time I use it. But what really impressed me are the rewards and smart features that make handling money so much easier. The cash back is generous, especially on dining, travel, and everyday purchases. I’ve already noticed how fast the points add up, and redeeming them is super flexible—statement credits, travel deals, even gift cards. I also love how the mobile app tracks all my spending instantly. It gives me clear insights into where my money goes, so budgeting feels effortless. Security was a big concern for me, but Atlas nailed it. Every transaction notification pops up right away, and I feel confident knowing fraud protection is built into every layer. Plus, their customer support is genuinely top-notch—fast responses and real solutions anytime I’ve had a question. If you’re looking for a card that’s got top-tier rewards, strong security, and a modern, tech-friendly vibe, Atlas is the one to beat. It’s not just another credit card—it’s a smart financial companion that makes spending feel rewarding in every sense.

Smartpay. They auto enrolled me in this ‘smartpay’ feature that uses AI to identify when to send money to your atlas account. This smartpay feature took all but 10 dollars from my bank account and then takes 1-3 days to make the money accessible. Like a pending transaction. So basically, i’m already in a bind, and I wake up this morning to having my last 40$ locked away in this automated pending transaction. I wrote customer support and was basically told to F off as i ‘opted in’ even thought the feature was totally made unclear for me. I certainly didn’t know it would be happening more than once a month. It happened once and I figured it was a monthly payment and thats fine…but now it happens again?? Total BS. Some ‘smart’ AI making all the money in my bank account unavailable for the next few days lol. I just can’t even believe this. What happened to normal monthly payments? Not worth the headache for a 50$ credit limit lol. I’m glad if this app works for some people but i’m pretty upset they’d do that and not reimburse. AGAIN - This is NOT a mandatory payment or due date. I’m not late any payment. This is their app taking money from my account willy nilly and leaving me broken. I really needed access to that money today. F off

So Far Okay. In the beginning, no I did not understand how this card operated. It took me a lot of questions and talking to other people who happen to own one and their responses have all been the same. The credit card is actually helpful when you are in a bind, but when it comes to actually fixing the credit or helping the credit, no it has no effect the number that it gives you for your credit score is not actually the number that is on your actual credit report reports the number that Atlas gives is completely different from what Experian TransUnion or Equifax has which is quite depressing and discouraging you go through all these steps to try and get your credit score raised but an actuality it does nothing for the credit score and this is what everyone says all the way across the board they go into your account daily and they take money out to add it to your account so if you spend something on their card, they go into your account and they replace it kind of like what an actual Real credit card would do you would make purchases on the credit card and then at the time of the due date for the payment it will charge you for those transactions. The real credit cards actually help with your credit report this card doesn’t it says it does but it does not well with all of that being said, and after speaking to the other individuals, I feel OK that things are secure and I feel OK that it gives me hope as far as in when I do get a real credit card, this would be how I would do things

Finally.. a credit builder that makes sense. So i have been struggling with my credit for quite some time.. i had some delinquent accounts that were fraudulent and or resolved but still showing up. I couldn’t get my score above a 520 forever!! Then all the misinformation got removed and straightened out and my score went from a 520 to a 4… yes like 004.. over night!! And since then i cant get a credit builder loan , a payday loan, i cant even borrow a pencil ! Then one place says .. they have to have to charge me a higher interest rate since i have no credit .. and that bad credit was basically better than none.. so your going to make me pay more to start out building credit .. than if i had already proven that cant pay my bills? So set me uo failure for something that i dont even want .. but seems like a necessity in life these days ( having credit or a good score) then i found Atlas… and wow .. thank you so much for keeping it simple !! You guys really understand how difficult it is without any options for cards or loans and have solved the problem for average joes.. and the app has so many different bonus incentives and perks and is easy to use … thank you soo much!!

Love it. Yes Atlas, Atlas, Atlas, this card is really lives on to its name, Atlas for real, I was having trouble finding a credit card company to help me get a credit card so I can rent a vehicle for my little business, even though I had a chime credit card, the rental company rejected the chime credit card, I had to find me a card quick, I tried to get a secured credit card with capital one, I had no success, even though I was ready to put down the $200 they asked me for, and then one day scrolling through my Facebook page, I saw this advertisement on my Facebook page, I said let me give them a try, i was kind of worried at first, I didn’t want it to be a scam, to give them my credentials then end up being a victim of identity theft, I went ahead and filed the application, and then boom there it is, Atlas is making it do what it do guys, not only I finally went and got my rental vehicle so I can run my little business, Atlas is helping me to build my credit guys, hopefully in the near future I can purchase my own vehicle for my business, I use this card for everything, I don’t use cash anymore, unless if the place doesn’t take cards, thank you Atlas, thank you, best card ever 🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Card for Building Credit and Earning Rewards!. I’ve been using the Atlas Rewards Credit Card for a while now, and it has truly been a game-changer for my financial journey. Not only does it offer great rewards for everyday purchases, but it’s also helping me build and improve my FICO score across all three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion). Before getting this card, my credit needed work, and I wanted something that reported monthly and gave me a chance to establish positive payment history. Atlas reports to all three bureaus, which is essential for anyone serious about rebuilding or improving credit. Since opening the account and using it responsibly—making on-time payments and keeping my utilization low—I’ve already seen a noticeable improvement in my credit scores. I also love that the card is easy to manage online, offers clear statements, and the reward program is a nice bonus for everyday spending. It feels good to earn something back while working toward better financial health. If you’re looking for a card that not only rewards you but also helps strengthen your credit profile, I highly recommend the Atlas Rewards Credit Card!

Rave & Suggestion. I absolutely love this card. I’m earning so much Cashback on my purchases with the high tier rewards, get double cashback, & even with purchases not under a rewards category earn me more Cashback with Lucky swipe. I pay no interest & have a decent low credit limit which is fine with me as I don’t like putting big purchases on a credit card & usually only try to pay for gas, transit, groceries, food, & subscriptions which I can easily afford every month without having to worry about a balance as it automatically pays off purchases asap. It’s designed so you can’t carry a balance so you don’t go into debt. My credit score has gone 30+ points in the relatively short amount of time that I’ve had this card. The AI also determines & pulls money from my primary external bank for savings into the deposit account. I think you kind of give a higher credit limit by the amount put into your Atlas account as it holds the amount in it until the payment is pulled from your linked bank account, unless you chose to pull it from the Atlas Deposit account. I have 2 suggestions/requests: 1) Atlas needs to get with plaid so the Atlas account can be link to external budget accounts or banks that use plaid for transfers. 2) It would be great if Atlas would implement a feature that detects your direct deposit so people don’t have to change it to Atlas then possible just auto transfer the amount to meet the direct deposit requirement from the external bank account to Atlas after Atlas verifies when a direct deposit hits the external bank account. Both of these suggestions would better accommodate those who are creatures of habit.

This is a great credit card for beginners who have no idea how to use a credit card (like me). I was sort of skeptical when I first signed up for this app, but it actually works. I got my card in the mail pretty quickly and made my first couple of on-time payments just to pay off the card fee, and my credit score went up 138 points??? To be fair, I had NO credit history before this, because I’ve been avoiding getting into debt, but this is a really great card for anybody to get who is new to credit cards, because it only allows you to have $10 of credit at first, and that’s just enough to cover the monthly fee, so if you just pay that off enough times, this will be enough to get your credit up enough to actually sign up for a bigger card and start making big purchases like buying a car. I’m now one point away with my credit score from being able to finance a car. That’s mind blowing to me. Definitely a legit program and the app breaks down all kinds of credit knowledge for you so that you can start really actually being more financially literate over time. 10/10

Amazing!!!. Great app to increase one credit score!! My credit score have gone up by a lot in a short time!! I recommend this app 100% to everyone!! Great customer service and simple to use! The smart automatic pay it awesome but I think it also good to add an option for one to choose when the payment can be taken out! For example let say I buy something today but in my account I don’t have the money for it so I want them to take the money out a certain day or just be able to have a specific day that one knows the money will be taken out so one knows when to use the card and when not to!. They do have the option to put the charge on hold for up to 10 days tho which is awesome! And also they don’t charge the whole amount to one card if they see one doesn’t have enought on the bank account which is good! But obviously the complete amount will be charge later on so one needs to have money! So overall the app is amazing!!! 100% recommend.

Best credit builder. I’ve had such a great experience using the Atlas Credit Card so far. As someone who was trying to build my credit the right way, this card made the process feel simple and stress-free. The approval process was quick, and I really like how everything is managed through the app—it makes tracking my spending and payments super easy. One thing that really stands out to me is how Atlas focuses on helping people build better financial habits. The automatic payments and clear breakdown of where my money is going have helped me stay on track and improve my credit responsibly. It doesn’t feel like a typical credit card company—it actually feels like they want their customers to succeed. Since using Atlas, I’ve become much more confident about managing my credit and finances. I would definitely recommend this card to anyone who is starting their credit journey or trying to rebuild their credit the smart way. Atlas has made a real difference for me, and I’m excited to keep growing financially with them.

Credit builder. I’ve honestly had a really positive experience with the Atlas card so far. The application process was quick and easy, and I liked that I didn’t need an extensive credit history to get approved. The app is simple to use, payments are straightforward, and the automatic payment features make it really convenient to stay on track. One of the biggest things I appreciate is that there’s no interest charged, which takes a lot of stress out of managing spending. The cashback rewards and extra perks are also a nice bonus, especially for everyday purchases and subscriptions. I also like being able to track my credit progress directly in the app. Overall, it feels like a modern, beginner-friendly option for people looking to build or improve their credit responsibly without dealing with the usual headaches that come with traditional credit cards. Definitely worth checking out if you want something simple, flexible, and easy to manage.

Incessant Text Message Advertising. I’ve been interested in signing up for Atlas since they first appeared on the App Store, or at least when I first noticed them, probably since about 2023. So I downloaded it and signed up with all my information only to be told I was now on a waiting list and to watch out for my turn to start using Atlas. Fast forward to about two months or so ago, I began getting text messages from Atlas. Typical marketing texts urging me to try Atlas, things like “signing up will only take 2 minutes!” etc.. So I figured they must be onboarding people now…. So I open up the app, sign in with my same previous info, and lo and behold I’m STILL on the waiting list… ok so why are you advertising telling me to sign up? And how am I STILL on the waiting list after this long anyway? A couple of years? (give or take). That’s ridiculous. And now I’m receiving the same text messages multiple times a day I mean like several at a time. It isn’t very pleasant considering I can’t even use the product that they continually insist I should sign up for. If one day I'm able to use Atlas and the product is as amazing as they say it is I MAY just change my review, but for now, two thumbs down. 👎👎

Great app. As a new banker, having the opportunity to review the Atlas Rewards Credit Card has been advantageous. The Atlas Rewards Credit Card offers a diverse range of benefits that cater to a wide array of customers. The key features of this credit card are designed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. With a competitive rewards program, customers can earn points on their purchases and redeem them for travel, merchandise, or cash back. The card also provides exclusive perks such as travel insurance, purchase protection, and concierge services, adding value to the overall customer experience. Moreover, the card's user-friendly online platform and mobile app make it convenient for customers to manage their accounts and track their rewards seamlessly. Overall, the Atlas Rewards Credit Card stands out for its attractive rewards program, valuable benefits, and user-friendly features, making it a top choice for customers seeking a rewarding credit card experience.

Not clear on how and when they take your money. I also never finished setup because I didn’t have 8.99 in my account to pay to start and I just got off of it and decided forget it and then soon as money got put in my account they took it upon themselves to take the money and start it up. Ever since then they been randomly taking whatever money they want out of my account it was supposed to be 8.00 and some change every 2 weeks and that’s money of yours to use and instead I paid the 8.99 fee and then also they took a random 20 and some change out a week later right after I was sent the money to get the kids dinner so then we had nothing to use. No clear statement on why or how they take money from you. I don’t like that because I got 8 people in my home and 6 of them are kids. I need to know how much money I got and when my accounts going to be drained for stuff I don’t even use. After they take it I gotto wait 3 days for it to be available again it’s just not what I can do right now and it’s not simple to cancel either the your credit gets messed up so it’s just a way to tape people for cash as usual nothing is ever simple and really there to help you and nothing is ever completely clear in the startup they all lie to get you to sign up. I just want my money back I don’t need to use this and have no physical card and my Apple wallet won’t let me use it online so it’s useless

Best Credit card for Life. I’ve only had Atlas for about a week now and so far they have been pretty good. They have a lot of benefits and one of the benefits I love is that they can help build my credit faster. I’m just a little nervous about setting up direct deposit with my paychecks, but I will deposit money as time goes. The best part about the depositing money is it increases your credit limit, so for example, if you deposit $500, then you have $500 credit limit. To me that’s like saying you got control over your credit limit basically. Also I love the fact I only have to spend about $90 once a year for the credit card which is a good thing and more affordable. I also love the fact that they work with you on your financials and they make payments affordable no matter what. I can see myself with them for the rest of my life. I’m actually gonna recommend my husband getting them too. Plus, Atlas gives you $5 dollars for every person you recommend their app to and if that person signs up you get that $5 dollars in your acct. You can get up until $100 worth of recommendations. Atlas is truly worth everything. Oh and one last thing, their customer experience is outstanding. They respond to you within the same day you asked a question they don’t let you wait another day or another hour they respond to you right away and they text you through your cell phone, which is a lot faster, easier & convenient, I think. Way to go Atlas!

Confusing, Dishonest, Opaque. I don’t normally leave app reviews, but I have to speak out about this one. I am trying my best to grow my credit, and the advertisement on Facebook said this app would help with that. After giving it some thought, and **trying** to read up about the app I signed up. I didn’t realize it was a subscription, I thought it was a line of credit. After paying the first month’s fee, I read deeper - yes, it’s on me for not doing the reading first, but I’m human, and I always assume the best in others. Upon reading deeper, I found the whole thing very confusing, and no easy to manage. I canceled my account. They offered me one month free, and I expressed finding the app confusing. They didn’t offer to clarify anything. When I sent the email about canceling, I expressed a desire for a refund. They just told me my account would be close, no mention of the refund. I had to send a follow up email after they closed my ticket. I got an email back two days later telling me that I should have read the fine print, effectively, and that there would be no refund. $8.99 isn’t a lot of money, but someone living paycheck to paycheck like me, that could be a meal or some groceries. Ultimately, that’s why I wanted to cancel my account - I couldn’t afford the subscription. So, thanks Mark.

Solid App and Card, But Support and Communication Need Urgent Attentiion. The Atlas Financial app is a solid performer, offering a seamless experience in managing finances. Coupled with their card, which has proven to be reliable and widely accepted, it's a great financial tool. The app's design and functionality are commendable, making financial transactions effortless and intuitive. However, the area that severely needs improvement is customer support. Currently, there's no option for phone support or live chat for urgent issues like potential fraud on the account, which is a critical shortfall. The only phone option leads to a voicemail, which is far from reassuring in urgent situations. Additionally, the support provided through the existing channels feels scripted and impersonal, which is a significant turn-off. It's vital for a financial service to offer prompt, genuine, and effective support, especially for urgent and sensitive matters. In conclusion, while Atlas Financial offers a great app and card, their lack of effective communication channels and poor customer support quality significantly hinders the overall experience. There's a pressing need for them to address these issues

“ATLAS AT LAST🫶🏼”. I recently started using the Atlas Financial app, and I can confidently say it’s a game-changer for anyone looking to take control of their finances while building credit. The app’s sleek, user-friendly interface makes navigating a breeze, even for someone like me who isn’t a financial expert. Right from the start, the signup process was seamless—taking just a couple of minutes with no hard credit inquiry, which was a huge relief for my credit score. What sets Atlas apart is its focus on empowering users. The 0% APR credit card is a standout feature, offering a safe spending limit that grows with responsible use, no credit history required. I love how the app’s Smart Pay feature automates payments to ensure I never miss a due date, and the ability to deposit funds to increase my credit limit gives me real control over my financial journey. In just a few months, I’ve seen my credit score jump significantly, which has been incredibly motivating. The app also shines with its transparency—no hidden fees, just a straightforward $8.99 every four weeks (or $89/year for the annual plan), which feels like a small price for the value. The cash-back rewards at over 50,000 locations (like Starbucks and DoorDash) are a nice bonus, saving me money on everyday purchases. Security is top-notch, too—I can lock my card instantly with a tap, and real-time notifications keep me in the loop on every transaction. Customer service is another highlight. The in-app chat is responsive, and the team genuinely seems invested in helping users succeed. Whether it’s tracking my credit progress or managing my budget with the built-in tools, Atlas has made financial management feel effortless and stress-free. I highly recommend the Atlas Financial app to anyone looking to build credit, save money, and simplify their finances—it’s a 10/10 in my book

Not good… do not do it scam will rob you. I got this app/ card to help rebuild my credit that’s when all the notifications started first month even though I paid the fee I couldn’t add funds to use the service then going into month 2 I was charged the monthly fee then allowed to use the card then I got the annual membership made one purchase and funds were withdrawn from funds I added however they told me I had a balance and I literally only made one purchase the same say I got the annual membership and saw the balance even though I paid the fees they told me I had to oay again for the purchase amount and plus the annual membership fee again before they would close my account mind you same day I purchased the annual membership I asked to cancel and close the card they told me they were prorating my membership refund so they said I owed $46 on a membership I was not going to use then they told me I had to be charged again the monthly service fee because I was canceling the account so basically for a card and account I could not use but for a total of 5 days they charged me $80 it’s not much but it’s a lot for the service they offered then they threatened to report on my credit and ruin my credit. I made sure I have all my email conversations and screen shots of charges and fees they put on me. I would not recommend anyone get this account at all or if you do don’t try to cancel even though they charge you excess fees on almost a daily basis.

Terrible Service. Risk Hold ! I opened this account and used it for a week they did a hold and said I needed to upload my DL , did that said 8 hours to review, 2 days later a message comes into the app saying it’s been escalated to a risk manager. They were sorry for the delay in the inconvenience. They will have an update shortly. Another day goes by. I asked for an update. They said it’s being assigned to a risk analyst supervisor, and tell me that my Bank account that I linked was a business account which is not true. I uploaded 3 months Bank statements to the linked account that show my personal name on it. It’s a personal bank account. Ask for update a day later. They said they have to escalate it for a full review. Now they won’t let me cancel or close the account. All of this for an opening. $50 credit line. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and energy and get yourself a prepaid or even a secured credit card. That will give you the same exact credit as this bogus of a Bank so-called credit card. Highly recommend using another company. I am also concerned at this point about the Bank information that I uploaded considering this is not even a Bank. It is an information company that uses a Bank for their credit card. They are not even a legitimate Bank therefore, who knows if you’re information you provide a secure and safe.

The Absolute Worst Credit Building Resource to date. I downloaded and joined Atlas in early January of 2026, a year after I lost all of my possessions in the Altadena Firestorm disaster. My intention was to rebuild my credit. The funds were rapidly withdrawn from my designated checking account, however, I was unable to access the App or utilize my account. I repeatedly reached out to customer service, only to receive canned responses from bots and/or AI CSRs. I was repeatedly requested to submit verifying documents, which I did instantly, however, nothing was accomplished. I asked to communicate with a human CSR-but was not obliged. I repeated emailed and responded to emails received by bots and/or AI CSRs typically at the rate of two a day, but I did not receive any assistance-yet, the system was miraculously able to make those multiple withdrawals every month. Somehow, the bots were unable to understand that I’d been requesting access to my account and their assistance in doing so. It’s been 5 months and I have not been able to access my Atlas account and no one has been willing and/or able to assist me. Dealing with Atlas has been an exercise in futility and frustration and I will be telling everyone that I can to avoid this travesty of a credit building resource under any circumstances.

Best second chance credit card around!. I have been trying to rebuild my credit from stupid decisions when I was 18 and ruined my credit. I have had a hard time finding any credit card company to approve me and then when I was approved it was loops and bounds just to be able to use my card. There were crazy fees and even crazier interest rates! But then one day scrolling on Facebook I stumbled upon Atlas, and boy was I happy that I did. This has been one of the best decisions I have made! Thank you so much Atlas for giving customers like me a second chance at a credit card as well as helping us build our credit back up! At 18 I didn’t realize how important it was to have a credit score that was somewhat decent. Now 12 years later, with 2 kids I have realized how important it is to have a good credit score and it’s time I work on it. Atlas has been a saving grace in helping me accomplish just that!

Updated review. This is definitely a scam and customer support will not help you.. This is my updated review and I’m removing the entire explanation because it won’t really change anything. If you miss a smart pay charge Atlas will take the amount that smart pay was supposed to withdraw from your account. Then add that to your existing overdue balance. If you try to ask customer support for help. They won’t help you. Do not use this card. Even if you don’t run into this problem. It’s the fact it still exists. Just know if it happens to you. They won’t help you one bit. Customer service DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM AND THE SPECIALISTS ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU. Another update: I told the support specialists that I was talking to that AFTER I solve my past due balance issue that I would like to explore closing my account. IMMEDIATELY after they took the $25 that I have split from my check to be put into atlas to build my credit limit. They closed my account. Stating that I specifically said I wanted to close my account. I sent a dozen messages before that one providing evidence that my past balance was wrong. I did not get a reply from support specialist Stephanie until they took my money. And all she read through all my messages was “close account” when I actually said I wanted to explore the option. So Stephanie had to have read my messages. Stephanie saw my problem, refused to acknowledge that problem. Atlas took my money. Stephanie then closes my account. So please if you read these reviews. I’m aware Atlas has a 4.7. And this problem may not happen to you, but BE WAREY. ATLAS CAN POTENTIALLY OVERCHARGE YOUR PAST DUE BALANCE PAST YOUR CREDIT LIMIT AND PRACTICALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

If you need to fix your credit this app is for you!. I’m 43 and when I was younger I didn’t realize how important it was Aquire and keep up your credit score. I also didn’t know how having a low credit score could hinder n paralysis your ability to have anything such as renting a apt, applying from a loan to buy a house, or even a car. I most definitely placed myself in a very tough position. Now that I’m oldest and a lot more knowledgeable about how beneficial it is to keep good credit. I’ve been doing my best to slow start repairing n building my credit n man it’s been a long road that I’ve been traveling I’ve tried all type of ways to build up my credit. Non of those help me the way Atlas has though, they’ve even got it set up to where there is no way you can’t win and it help increase my credit score more then any thing else I’ve done and in a way quick time frame. If you need help boosting your credit score this is definitely the app for you. Don’t take my word for it try it yourself.

I recently signed up for the Atlas Mastercard, and I'm very pleased with it. **Easy Application** The application process was quick and straightforward, without requiring a hard credit check. **Affordable Fees** The card has a reasonable fee of $8.99 per month or $89 annually, with no hidden fees. **Credit Building** It's great for building credit, as it reports to all three major credit bureaus. Life saver. Just when I was sitting there at the register getting denied because and unexpected payment was taken out yet again . I could feel the sweat building up when I remembered I saw atlas and downloaded it but didn’t think it would work. I asked to return to the store after I went to my car . I went to my car finished all the prompts and just like that ATLAS said welcome you are approved . Literally saved me from Walking back in that store and putting back my stuff . I was able to walk in and use the funds just like that and walk out feeling great. My credit score is bad from a divorce I am currently going through and I still was accepted z super cool and makes a world of a difference when your really struggling in life . I lost my job and haven’t been able to find one in almost 6 months . It’s been the hardest and with Christmas I was on my own in life now , that meant doing something I hated doing and asking for help more often than I ever intended in my whole life . Atlas really really helped me

1 year using this scam—real honest review. This is probably the only real review you’re ever going to read about this app. One year of using this and it’s not that great. I put $600+ a month on it as my very funny money, if I want to spend a night in a hotel, I’ll book a night with the $600. You pay them a fee every month, $15 I think. They will dip into all your accounts whenever they need some extra money for payroll or something and take out whatever they like. Then they will make you wait a week for them to credit it. There is no rhyme or reason to when or for how much they will decide to borrow from me, making it impossible to budget. They do this even when there is plenty of money from my direct deposit to cover my balance. They will also sign you up for varying amounts deducted from your accounts for savings when ever they feel like it. I have never gotten a cash back bonus where your transaction is free of multiples of your transaction. I think they make up the list of names or they all work there or are their cousins. It’s a waste of money, Varo and chime do the exact same thing for free and they are more reliable about posting direct deposits on time and early. If you ever need to talk to them, good luck because it takes all day just to have them say no to everything you ask them for and they are brain damaged California people who probably drink suntan lotion like everyone in that foreign country. I can’t think of a single good thing about it. It’s a scam.

Ultimate Scam. They take your money, which in my case was funded straight from payroll. They freeze your account for no reason and take all the money you have used to fund it and keep it. In order to release it you have to pay them back for money they never loaned you . Yes, read that. They want you to give them back what they never gave. If you deposited 200 dollars. They want you to give them 200 to release it. So your out of the 200 dollars and they are out of nothing because they have frozen and stole your funds . Pay for your own money to get retuned Even with proof. Believe all of the reviews that say tell you this same exact story . The good ones are paid reviews and that is obvious. They froze mine immediately when I decided to disconnect my payroll. They already had money of mine and I wasn’t allowing them to steal anymore . So they just stole and kept what they already had. This is worth an investigation . It’s got to start somewhere. Out in California living the life off of stealing from innocent people. Shame. You’ve been warned. This is a complete scam!

Dramatically Improve Your Credit Score. Atlas is the perfect app for someone with less than perfect credit who wants to improve their credit score. The app is clean and loaded with tools to assist one in improving their credit score. Yes there is an $8.99 charge when you first get started but just in the first week of using the app, one will reap so much more value than $9. Literally this app will improve your credit score with just the bare minimum of effort by the user; however, if you add some deposits, direct deposits, pay some subscriptions you already pay for, etc. your credit score WILL dramatically improve at a faster than expected rate! Atlas app is one of those apps that after you start to use it you will definitely wish that you would’ve found out about it and/or began using it sooner.

The pros and cons. Pros: High approval rates: Atlas boasts a significantly higher approval rate than traditional credit cards, making it appealing for those with poor credit history. No credit check: Unlike most credit cards, Atlas doesn't rely solely on your credit score for approval. They use alternative data points to assess your eligibility, which can be helpful if your credit score is tarnished. 0% APR: You won't pay any interest on purchases, potentially saving you money compared to traditional credit cards with high interest rates. Rewards: Earn cash back on everyday purchases like gas, food delivery, and subscriptions. Credit building: Atlas reports your payment history to credit bureaus, which can help improve your credit score over time with responsible use. Safe spending limits: Atlas sets spending limits based on your bank account activity, preventing you from overspending and incurring debt Cons: Monthly fee: You'll pay a monthly or annual subscription fee, which can eat into your cash back rewards. Limited features: Compared to traditional credit cards, Atlas has fewer features, such as travel insurance or extended warranties. Potential hidden fees: While Atlas advertises no hidden fees, some users have reported unexpected charges. Low spending limits: Initial spending limits may be quite low, making it difficult to earn significant rewards or build credit quickly. Not a magic bullet: Building good credit takes time and responsible financial habits. Atlas is a tool, not a shortcut.

Atlas Credit Card. I decided to try the Atlas Credit Card after hearing it was good for building credit, and here’s my honest experience. Pros: Easy Approval: Approval was fast and straightforward. Atlas claims to have 4x higher approval rates than traditional cards, and that seemed true in my case—even with limited credit history. Credit Building: The card reports to all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion), which is a huge plus for anyone serious about improving their score. No Interest (0% APR): There’s no interest on purchases, which makes it feel safer and more manageable than other cards. Cashback Savings: I like the cashback perks. You can get up to 10% off at places like Starbucks, DoorDash, and Nike—so that’s been a nice bonus. User-Friendly App: The mobile app is smooth and makes it easy to track your balance, monitor your credit score, and manage transactions.

5/5 STARS: THE BEST CREDIT BUILDER ON AUTOPILOT! A Game Changer!. I have been using the Atlas - Rewards Credit Card for a few months now and I am absolutely blown away! If you are looking to build or rebuild your credit score, stop scrolling and download this app immediately. This card truly is a game-changer and makes the entire process easy, convenient, and stress-free. The results speak for themselves—my credit score has seen a noticeable boost in just a short amount of time because Atlas reports to all three major credit bureaus. I love the transparency and the fact that they set you up for success with their smart, flexible limits and the optional annual payment to save money on fees. The app itself is seamless and incredibly intuitive. Everything is on autopilot, from the "Smart Pay" feature that helps ensure you never miss a payment, to the easy ability to monitor your score right in the dashboard. The cash back rewards on gas and subscriptions are a huge bonus that you just don't see with most credit builder cards! This isn't just a credit card; it's a financial tool built with the user in mind. The approval process was simple, the virtual card was available instantly, and their customer service has been outstanding when I had a quick question. 10/10—Atlas is truly worth every penny and is a partnership I look forward to continuing for years!

They will take your money. When I first sign up it was good and then when I hooked up my school account to it they started to take money from my account and it wouldn’t show why it was tooken so when I called they said it was a payment adjustment but when I went through my ledger it didn’t show I over payment on anything then when I went to pay my balance they just started taking money not showing input the amount on there but the amount was taken from my bank card so they really are going to start taking money eh from you oh did I mention if yu even try to contact support it will take two to three business day for them to reach back out and they will hand wrote your transaction to make it seem like yu did over pay someplace so yeah watch your money they will steal with with out your consent and then they will play with your account so you can’t do anything if you not sure how secure credit cards work they will get down on you I haven’t been able to get my money back cause it’s nobody to talk to about the situation I hope tbey legally get shut down cause I plan to get my money back in court or they send me my stuff in the mail.

Double charged me and restricted my account when confronted about the situation.. App doesn’t work as it is intended. They double charged me and tried to restrict my account from transferring my money back to the account they double charged me from. I’ve been talking to there non existent customer service that can only contact when your going to cancel their service and make that process even harder especially trying to retain your own money from The Atlas Account. After a 1,000+ dollars with this company I’m proud to take my business elsewhere. The lack of support. The double charges and list of hidden fees. And A FAKE credit score. Go with a traditional Credit Union. Dealing with this Atlas situation is a nightmare. I ended up spending $185 dollars on a $81 credit card limit because they charged me twice. And would not give me my money back. This happened on the 24 of April I still have receipts on other credit apps from this situation. At this moment their response was to restrict my account so I would be able to get my $91 the charged me far. If my account close’s while my money is still in there I’m SUEING I have more of enough time and patience. WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!.

Helping. I’ve been using the Atlas app for a few months now, and it’s been a game-changer for building my credit score. The setup process was simple, and the app guides you step-by-step through how it works. It links to your bank account and reports your responsible usage and on-time payments to the credit bureaus, helping you build credit without taking on risky debt. What I love most is how transparent it is—Atlas clearly shows how your actions affect your credit score, and it provides helpful tips to improve it over time. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I get real-time alerts that help me stay on track. If you’re new to credit or looking to improve your score without a traditional credit card, Atlas is a great option. It’s helped me boost my credit score gradually and responsibly. Highly recommend!

DO NOT JOIN!. I am giving one star only because I’m required to give at least one to leave a rating. I recently had my account hacked and watched as someone repeatedly tried to create virtual cards to use for unauthorized transactions. Thankfully I stopped this due to the alerts I had set up - with no help from customer service. They tried transferring $100 from my bank account and requested a physical card before someone finally responded to my pleas for help. Then my account got paused and when I inquired what was being done to fix the issue - was told they would not be reactivating my account because they could not verify my identity. No customer service. Willing to lose my business rather than admit the fraud that was committed on my account that I, myself, had to stop since they have no easy access to customer service. Took days to get a response. Still don’t know if they ever stopped the physical card but I did alert my bank and was able to stop the $100 transfer. Extremely disappointed as I was using this on a regular basis to rebuild credit and feel I’m being punished for someone accessing my information. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Amazing!!. One thing I love about this card not only does it refill when you get low, but the balance actually goes up as you pay allowing you to obtain more money!! I cannot tell you how much my credit score has went up literally at least over 20 points and it is reflecting on my Experian and my Credit Karma !!! this card has not let me down. It has been loyal to me. The more I pay the more it goes up. I have mines on auto refill. Now let’s be real. Your balance will not go up if you are not paying what you owe or not showing improvement. A lot of people use credit and don’t pay it back. Until they see that you are capable of having credit it will not go up. You will be stuck at a certain minimum. This card not only teaches you how to save money, but it gives you money while raising your credit score. Thank you so much, Atlas. I wish my daughter could get one.

Scam. If I could give 0 stars I would. My bank has been disconnected for over 7 months. When it first happened I tried to cancel my account but realized they were saying my bank account was disconnected and my account restricted but somehow still taking upwards of $25 from my account each month. The monthly fee is $8.99 but I have records of being charge sometime $25 to even $45. I have been unable to utilize this card for almost year because of my bank account being disconnected but again they are still deducting funds from my bank account. Support is automated and there is no way to talk to a real person. Yesterday they deducted $25 from my bank despite the last charge being $35 in May and me not having used the card. I have reached out multiple times with no response and the one time they did respond I got no resolution other than figure it out on your end. This is a quick scheme that takes advantage of people, my credit score hasn’t even increased from this card since I got it. At this point I am spending to an attorney and have filed with the BBB because this predatory and dishonest behavior is unacceptable. All these 5 star reviews are definitely fake or paid for.

Awesome System!. I really love the Atlas credit card. Regardless of what the haters say. If you’re trying to build credit, or have bad credit and trying to rebuild credit with payment history and low credit utilization, this card is it. It reports a $1000 limit to the credit bureaus regardless of what your actual balance is. So if you only have $200 deposit on the card, it is impossible to exceed 20% of your credit utilization. Pay off the card by the end of every month, and it will report a $0 balance with a $1000 limit. Ideal. This card actually gives you points back and perks. By far, hands down the best credit rebuilding card I’ve ever seen. The people complaining about the membership fee didn’t read their agreements before blindly signing up for what they apparently expected to be the equivalent of a cap one venture card.

Try Atlas!. So far I’ve had a great experience with Atlas. Everything is easy to navigate and the setup process is FAST! The layout is so simply designed that you really can’t mess up or get confused about onboarding. I had tried Atlas last year when it was first rolling out and for whatever reason the system glitched and it wasn’t working in my favor; however, the owner of the app (I believe) was in constant communication with me and did all the things and more to assist me in overcoming the glitch. When it seemed like we may not get past it he took other measures above and beyond to assist me. So customer service is outstanding too!! The more you deposit the more credit line you get and your credit line is not the same as the amount you deposit. So there are many great things to come from this app!! Crystal

Atlas the Credit Card to have.👍🏾. I was skeptical about applying for the Atlas credit card but I did and I’m glad that I did. It’s one of the only cards out there that’s honest about what they can provide you and what you’ll get with them. With my credit I was pleasantly shocked that they accepted me as a customer. I’m telling you if you want a company that is real and make no false promises then you should apply for the Atlas credit card. They help bring that terrible credit score up and report to the three major credit bureaus, you can also check your credit score right within the app itself. Not to mention the various other perks the card offer. I’d be satisfied with having this card as my only credit card and not applying for any other. It has it all and you can’t go wrong. So, go ahead and apply you’d be happy you did. I’m telling everyone I know about the Atlas credit card. Thanks Atlas

Issue after issue. I’ve had an account with Atlas for a while now. I’ve had to stop using them a few times because random issues popping up like not being able to link debit cards that I’ve had linked before. Then certain purchase that I’ve made before aren’t accepted anymore. Support is slow and takes at least an hour to get anyone to reply after arguing with the AI. Loved the feature to have multiple virtual cards, but they’ve taken that away. Now you can only have one card at a time with a limit on how many times you can use it. There’s a “disposable” card option but most services don’t accept them anymore. Even that has a limit on how many times you can use it. They’re slowly making this app worse and worse. I regret ever making an account. I had hope this last time after switching my direct deposit back, but now they have limit on how much you can spend. Now I can’t pay my rent like I use to. Leading to another trip to the bank or waiting 7-14 days for the transfer to go thru.

Bad experience. I saw that it had 5 stars but actually after digging somehow even bad reviews were 5 stars beginning to think they are fixing their reviews to show positive. But anyways I signed up with atlas got my bank and all that set up and even a percentage of my check to deposit in there as well. I got to use it 3 times then I signed up for the premium service thinking it would be better boy was I wrong as soon as I did that the next day my account was locked out saying something about issues with my main bank attached and that I need to send a statement to prove it’s my account…. My name is literally on the account and the same company I work for deposits my check in every week. But up to this review I have reached out to them and tried to get help and nothing just saying send them a statement which I have on more then one occasion I have money sitting there that I can’t touch or use because it’s locked and nobody is helping me at all I have messaged in multiple times and keep getting the run around highly don’t recommend….

Increase score. I was skeptical about getting this card at first but I hadn’t heard of them but I decided to get it anyway and the mix reviews. I say that because I came back to this thread and say I see a lot of people in this thread not knowing what the intent is behind this card. Atlas is a credit building card , it isn’t meant for someone who already has good or decent credit. It’s meant for someone who has poor credit and limited credit options looking to improve their credit. What’s great about atlas is you’re using your OWN money to help build your credit (similar to a secured credited card) . Whatever you deposit that’s what your credit limit is . And I see a lot of people groaning about the 8.99/mo subscription which tbh isn’t any different the high annual fees a lot of traditional secured credit cards charge, you’re just paying it monthly instead of annually. And whoever said it takes forever to report to credit beaurus is lying . I opened my account and it showed on my credit report less than 2 weeks after. My credit score has been growing because like I said I put my own money into this account . so I’m never using money I don’t have an d I’m always able to pay my balance on time. It’s a great way to grow disciplined spending habits that way when you do get an unsecured credit cards with higher limits you’re more responsible .

0 Stars/ $10 limit/ $9 monthly fee?!?!??!. I am going to file a huge lawsuit against your company. You make all of these claims of approval rate being high, of course it is! $10 limit, $9 monthly fee, makes it really a $1 limit. That has got to be the most disrespectful offer ever, might as well deny me, but obviously its more profitable to approve. If you all leave a negative mark that my account is closed, when I barely had it for 25 minutes, I found out about the $1 limit only after giving them every single piece of personal info and going through a full sign up process! They dont tell you the range of credit limit possibilities!! So most people would assume it is at least $100, which would be the least amount that is reasonable based on the fee. And their software shows I have been receiving direct deposits for only 1.5/ 6 of the last months. Impossible, and the reported income/spend is almost 3 times my income for that month that is recorded. Overall, you all have opened a grand door to maybe one of the biggest law suits ever.

Raising credit score. I’m new to Atlas and have only been using it for about a month. So far it’s been great. It was a learning curve with understanding the deposit account and payment methods but once I figured it out it’s been easy. Another thing to double check when using your card is the Smart Pay. After using your card, your balance will be automatically paid from your linked account to help with paying off balances on time. I was not aware of this at first and ended up over drafting my bank account. I have a tip position job and I tend to only go to the bank once a week or so. Needless to say, I now go daily if I know I’ll be using my card. My credit score has increased by 19 points after making my first payment. Overall I’m impressed and there are lots of perks like cash back, points.. etc.

Great service. The Atlas credit card app is simple, fast, and easy to use. I really like how the layout is clean and straightforward—it doesn’t feel cluttered like some other financial apps. Checking my balance, tracking transactions, and making payments only take a few taps. The real-time updates are a big plus because I can see purchases show up almost instantly. Another feature I appreciate is the spending breakdown. It helps me keep track of where my money is going each month, which makes budgeting a lot easier. Notifications are also helpful without being overwhelming—I get alerts for important things like due dates and large purchases. Overall, the app is reliable, user-friendly, and makes managing my Atlas card stress-free. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth experience with their credit card management.

ATLAS CREDIT BUILDER APP REVIEW. I've been using the ATLAS Credit Builder app for a few months now, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. From the start, the app’s user interface is sleek, intuitive, and easy to navigate—perfect for anyone, whether you're new to credit or looking to improve an existing score. What sets ATLAS apart is its clear focus on financial empowerment. The credit-building process is transparent and straightforward: you set a target amount, make manageable monthly payments, and ATLAS reports these payments to the major credit bureaus. Within weeks, I began to see positive changes to my credit score. Another highlight is the built-in educational tools. ATLAS doesn’t just help you build credit—it teaches you how credit works, with bite-sized tips and financial insights that are both practical and motivating. The notifications and reminders are also well-timed and supportive, never pushy or overwhelming. Customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful, which adds another layer of confidence when using the app. I’ve also appreciated the no-hidden-fees approach; everything is laid out clearly, with no surprise charges. Whether you're starting from scratch or repairing your score, ATLAS makes the journey feel accessible and rewarding. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about building a solid financial foundation.

DON’T MISS THIS ONE. If you’re searching for a credit card that truly stands apart, the Atlas MasterCard is the one that surprised me the most. I’VE NEVER HAD A MASTERCARD LIKE IT.

Atlas Rewards Card. Hey, my name is Tammy. MILLER and I recently just went through a divorce and my credit got shot to He** 🤷‍♀️ But I found this app and credit building credit card and I’ve just recently started using it but the Customer Support the CEO even left me an email. I’m thinking it’s going to be a great start to rebuilding my credit. I will let you guys know of an update in about 2 to 3 months so look for my updated review but as for now I give it five stars and I think it is a great resource and Avenue for people who are suffering from bad credit to build credit up because in this world and day and age your credit is everything trust me. I know I’m a real estate agent. I tell people every day that they cannot buy a home because they don’t have enough credit so with that being said I think it’s very important for people to try to build their credit back up and this looks like a great start..!!!🙌🧡

DO NOT GET THIS CARD!. Worst card ever do not get this card would recommend any other card but this one. I did not even have this card for a year. Please don’t waste your time or your money with them. Received my card the beginning of the year and used it like normal the following month I received my bill and my due date was on the 1st of every month I called and asked if I could change the due date to the 3rd was told they could not change the due date, but that there was a three day grace period the following month I received my bill and there was a late fee on it called again and asked why I had a late fee was told that my payment was due on the 1st of every month, and my payment wasn’t received until the 3rd explain to them that I had called in the month before and spoke with somebody in regards to this was told that they had a three day grace and not to worry if my payment was received by the 3rd was then told there was no grace. Payment was due on the 1st of every month. Was told I had the option to close my account and pay in full or continue giving payments. I closed my account and have been continuing giving my payments faithfully still have been getting a late fee charge at first it was a $75 late fee now it has gone down to $39 and then a five dollar and some change surcharge. I have emailed this company four times and I get a response back that states they have received my email and they will be looking into the problem and will get back to me as of today November 17, 2025 the company has yet reached out to solve or offer any suggestions? Keep in mind I opened this account January 2025. It has almost been a full year and this card company has not bothered to reach out to resolve the problem so if you are looking for a credit card, I strongly suggest looking at a different credit card and not doing any business whatsoever with this company WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Great for building financial responsibility. I'm really just learning all there is to the card but there are a lot of great resources linked to the card, way more than what I initially thought would be available. I think this card would be great for anyone who's trying to rebuild their financials or like for someone young, just starting their financial/credit history. I haven't had an opportunity to contact customer service so I can't tell you how good or bad that part is however, the fact that I haven't had to contact them so far tells me that if I did, I would undoubtedly get the same thorough information that I'm able to pull online. I'm still learning about the many many features but I'm definitely glad I signed up for this and I'm hoping that with this card and some changes that I'm making I can unlock even more of the benefits of it.

Truly a Godsend for Me. Life hasn’t been too kind to me over the years, meaning that my credit score is honestly the lowest I’ve ever seen a score. As I’m gearing up to try and move out of the parents house, I felt so incapable due to the fact that I wouldn’t be able to get a place of my own even if money wasn’t an issue due to my abhorrent credit. Atlas Credit though, they really have saved me by allowing me to build credit through them (on top of all the other phenomenal benefits that come with Atlas Credit!). While I’m still quite a ways from getting to that point where I can truly be independent, Atlas has made life soo much easier as I know I’m building my credit by just doing everyday tasks like buying groceries or putting gas! I’m so very grateful to them for this opportunity. 5/5 in my book hands down!!

Goes beyond!. I’ve gotta admit; Atlas is pretty great. I’m going through a very rough time right now & I haven’t had the funds to pay on my bill & I’m just now fixing to be able to pay what I owe, after a few months of slacking. They haven’t harassed me about a single penny; not once! And they’re STILL going above & beyond to help me with my credit. And I am so grateful for that. They’ve helped my credit tremendously! And might I add; very quickly as well. I’ll be sticking with Atlas until the end, like they’ve stuck with me. They’re really out to help. They’ve saved me several times when I needed a little cash for gas, bills, emergencies; you name it. I highly recommend them. And this is an honest review. I had to tell y’all. If you haven’t given them a chance, do it! Most importantly; THANK YOU, ATLAS! For such great support & doing as promised. I’d give 10 stars if I could! 💯🫶🏼

"Impressed with Atlas Credit Card's Features and Benefits!". I recently got the Atlas credit card, and I must say, I am extremely pleased with my experience so far. This credit card has exceeded my expectations in numerous ways, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to manage their finances efficiently. One of the standout features of the Atlas credit card is its generous rewards program. I've been earning points on every purchase I make, and these points can be redeemed for a wide range of rewards, including travel, cashback, and merchandise. It's a delightful feeling to watch my rewards accumulate with every swipe. Moreover, the Atlas credit card's customer service has been outstanding. Its impressive features, exceptional customer service, and user-friendly interface make it an excellent addition to anyone's wallet. I'm thrilled with my decision to choose Atlas, and I'm confident you will be too!

Rewards vs Support. I have to admit, you guys do why you said you would do as far as flex money, deposit status and subsequent spending power credits, but there is a failure or breakdown in communication. Obviously, anyone that has worked in the environment of call center with a bank and their customers (my experience on the other side of my argument. US Bank and VISA Fraud.) not only that but USWest which subsequently became QWest Communications. I am not new to this type of environment, I’m new to no phone support. Phone support and chat work even better together. Had I just been able to chat without clarification or charting information via a phone call, I could have hid certain unflattering practices as well. However, no company I ever worked for, condones the turning a blind eye method to sales or service. I believe that the good outweighed the bad until this last paycheck deposit. I have spent 2 weekends just trying to access my SSDI CHEXK

Impeccable Customer Service. I’ve barely had a couple months, and my credit score has jumped up 68 points, or something like that. But that’s not what I’m here to write about. I’m here to tell everyone what a wonderful Customer Service experience I’ve had with this company. I was a bit confused; it’s a lot different from any other credit card you’ve ever had, so it’s not exactly navigable at the outset… but their Customer Service? Spectacular. Very personable, very responsive (you can actually reach them) and they give you full, thorough answers to any question you have. They follow up with you, they make sure you’re all right…. And that’s what’s missing from the world today: good customer service. Everyone else seems to have lost this concept through time, but this company, Atlas — They hold onto it.

Fraud/scam/ poor customer service. My card was lost or stolen. Soon as I realized I didn’t have it I locked it then contacted customer support to cancel it then I saw a charge at a store I never been too for over $60 so I contacted support again and she said apply for a dispute I don’t know what that is so she walked me thru how to do it and then said it will take 45 days to complete which I’m ok with but then they told me I needed to pay my balance I told them I will after the dispute is resolved I’m not paying for something I did not buy then they tried paying off my balance automatically using both my linked accounts I only use these accounts to transfer money to for paying bills so there’s never money in them so now I have multiple insufficient funds fees from both my accounts and now I owe a lot of money. I’ve spoke with support over the phone and was assured it would not happen again and that atlas would reimburse me for any fees charged by my other accounts due to this issue but they did it again and now atlas is saying their gonna cancel my account

The Best Tool for Payments and Credit Building. Atlas App has revolutionized the way I manage my finances and build my credit. From the first use, I was impressed by its intuitive interface and elegant design, which make navigation easy and enjoyable. What I like most about Atlas App is its ability to centralize all my transactions and payments in one place. I can pay my bills, transfer money, and track my expenses with just a few taps. The app provides timely notifications and reminders, ensuring I never miss a payment, which is crucial for maintaining good credit. Additionally, the Atlas App offers personalized tools and tips to improve my credit score. The detailed reports and credit analyzes are incredibly helpful in understanding my financial habits and making informed decisions. The real-time credit monitoring feature allows me to see how my actions affect my score and adjust my strategies accordingly.

Your Paying Double or Maybe it’s just me !. Maybe it’s just me but I’m not really understanding what’s going on here 🤷🏾‍♂️. I signed up for platinum tier paid $80 bucks that’s fine whatever lbs . I was given a $10 dollar credit limit. Thinking that’s not enough I added $40 money to my account from my regular debit card giving me $50 spending limit. If you still following along I’ve now deposited/spent about $120 total for the membership and to have a bigger spending limit. After spending $40 of my $50 I noticed owed $40 . I reached out to customer service to see why I had a balance (-$40) and got the slowest response possible and the craziest answers. Long story this is not a traditional credit builder. Everything you spend you have to pay twice for. Meaning if you add $1 from your personal bank account and spend it, u will owe them a $1 😒meaning I just spent $2 . And when you go to pull your money from your account it shows up as a transaction with a balance even though it was money you put into the account to spend this app is just absolutely nuts. If it wasn’t for the $80 I spent on this app I would not keep it

Atlas review. I’ve had a great experience using the Atlas Credit Card so far. The application process was quick and straightforward, and I was approved faster than I expected. The card is easy to manage through the mobile app, which keeps everything organized — from balance tracking to recent transactions. One thing I really like is how clear the fees and terms are. There were no surprises, and everything was explained upfront. It’s been a reliable option for building my credit, and the payments report on time each month. Customer service has also been helpful the few times I’ve reached out with questions. Overall, the Atlas Credit Card has been a solid tool for improving my credit and managing everyday expenses. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a dependable card to rebuild or strengthen their credit profile.

Nothing but regret. This is not a credit card, it is a paid subscription to pay for things with another account but here’s the shocker, the spend amount starts at just $10. Self was much much better and I wish Atlas had modeled after them. Why am I paying this company $8.99 just to be able to use $10 every month and MAYBE get an increase. What am I even supposed to buy for $10 in this economy?? It was such a waste of money and a useless hit to my credit score. This model makes zero sense to me but I can’t cancel without it effecting my credit negatively. For those of you who read reviews beforehand, beware this app. It’s a third party checking account you have to pay for. Your spend power is whatever you personally deposited and they’ll review to see if you use the card enough to get a boost, like cash app. We’d literally be better off using Borrow from Cash App or Self, things that ACTUALLY work like a short term loan or credit card by giving you a limit based on your credit. Why is Atlas on my credit if I can’t have more than $10?? Useless.

Atlas Rewards credit card. The Atlas Credit Card is a strong option for individuals looking to build or improve their credit, especially those with low or no credit history. It offers easy approval, reports to all three major credit bureaus, and charges no interest, making it a safer way to build credit without the risk of accumulating debt. The card also includes helpful features like automatic payments, credit tracking through its mobile app, and cashback rewards on everyday purchases and subscriptions. While there is a small monthly membership fee, many users find the benefits — such as credit score improvement, simplicity, and financial control — well worth the cost. Overall, the Atlas Credit Card is a convenient, beginner-friendly credit builder designed to help users establish strong credit habits and improve their financial future.

Love the app. I’ve had a really great experience using the Atlas Mastercard. It’s been one of the most useful tools for me when it comes to building and strengthening my credit. The structure makes it simple to stay on track, and I like that it encourages responsible spending habits instead of making it easy to overspend. What I appreciate most is how straightforward everything feels. Payments are easy to manage, the app is user-friendly, and I can clearly see how my activity is helping improve my credit profile. Since using Atlas, I’ve become more mindful about how I use credit, and it’s been rewarding to actually see progress. Overall, I really enjoy using the Atlas Mastercard. It’s helped me build credit confidently and responsibly, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s serious about improving their financial future.

Don’t apply!!. Absolute garbage I had the account before and I wanted a new one just for security and I didn’t have my ID so they couldn’t verify my second my new account although it was already the same exact one as the last one therefore, my money was stuck on this stinking account while my son and I were stranded 2 1/2 hours away from home and I could not access my money to pay for my motel food or the car part I needed yet they kept beating me around the bush, saying to be patient. how do you be patient when you have to pay to stay somewhere when you need money ASAP here it is a week later and I still have not accessed my money. They came from my school from my hard work, because they didn’t like the way my ID looked. I hate the app and I highly highly recommend it. Customer service is the worst worst unless you like to write emails back-and-forth highly disappointed let me down made me starve almost went homeless all because my ID didn’t look as good as they wanted to although every other little thing to T was good

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. thank you for giving good people chances to turn their credit score around. i’ve had 2 divorces and in both the only thing I got was the bills we owed together, and the vehicle I currently owned at the time. it’s been a struggle to get my credit to where it used to be. Before I was married, I had a 720 credit score, 25 years ago and two divorces. I own my own business so I make plenty of money and I’ve always used cash to buy everything. It wasn’t till recently I knew that I needed to work on my credit when I went to buy a Truck was denied. I walked back into the dealership the next day with $20,000 cash and told them if they would find me a lender for the final $10,000 I would put down 20k down on my truck. That was in October 2025. I’ve never missed a payment. I don’t intend to. I’m hoping that by using this responsibly and my credit line increasing this will help also raise my credit score so I just wanted to say thank you.

THE BEST!!. I loveee this app. I got it because I wanted a easy way to increase my credit and this seemed like a good choice. it’s a cheap membership you have to pay and then you’re good. i’ve had this app for maybe a month and my credit score already increased 15 points! AND it has automatic pay where it takes little bits of money out to pay back what you owe so you don’t have to worry about it. they take depending on how much you have in your account, so if you don’t have much they won’t take much, if you have a decent amount though they’ll take a decent amount lol. personally i like it, i don’t have to worry about paying back what i owe, and they smart add money to your account as a deposit to help increase your spending power! if you’re looking for a fast and easy way to increase your credit GET THIS APP!

Great Card. This card actually does what it says it will. The whole process was super easy and quick to apply and receive it. They started me off with a lower spend power than I expected but then they explained why and it made sense. Once you set up your direct deposit they increase it. They have everything set up to where you don’t really have to do anything in regards to remembering when to pay your balance and to actually make the payment because they take care of all of that. My credit score has increased by almost 10 points in a matter of 2 months. I don’t use it as much but honestly I’m going to start using it more often since it does help out your credit score. I recommend Atlas to everyone that wants help in building their credit score and has been denied by every other credit card. Download Atlas now and apply!

Okay card for building credit - Watch out for predatory behavior. It’s an okay card for building your credit. It was great when they offered fee-free instant transfers to their account. The rewards earning is a bit deceptive as it’s a % back as points except the point value is 1/10th of a cent. So instead of 1% cash back it’s actually 0.10% cash back. More recently when I tried to cancel my account prior to the renewal date, you are forced to open a ticket which the support team tries to retention you to death and then proceeds to close the ticket if you don’t happen to respond to the ticket within a couple of hours. I ended up having to open up 4 separate tickets and threatening to report them to the state attorney general before they actually cancelled my account ( but not before auto-renewing my account ). To date they’ve only partially refunded the annual fee claiming it’s a fee for a metal card that was issued last year. So everyone is aware, when you eventually cancel this account they will tack on fees in order to keep a significant portion of your subscription fee. 100% predatory. Stay away.

True to their word in the adds. I remember how skeptical I was trying outs new credit card bureau because of many times I was rejected by other credit cards to try and build credit and I only pay $8.99 a month for their services and it’s real money u can use when u really need it and they boost your credit score by $30 points each month. I’ve only had the app for a few weeks and my credit score went from 548 all the way up to 607. It’s definitely worth giving a try and putting ur best foot forward towards increasing your credit score. They give bout $30-$60 bucks to start off with. In other words start off small and work your way up and u can redeem points for whenever u need and or want to. And you can have auto pay to pay ur bills every month. Honestly best decision I’ve ever made.

Seems to be a SCAM.. Downloaded this app in hopes that it would help me boost my credit score however after the first couple of charges to my account I went to cancel my membership. I was just charged $18, two days ago. Contacted support to make them aware of the charges that were trying to be withdrawn from my account and that I had previously canceled months before. I was asked to provide a screenshot of my membership cancellation which I didn’t know I was going to need it, as it was months ago and I assumed it had went through. Wouldn’t have needed a screenshot for that if it had just taken my requests however someone told me I couldn’t close my account until I paid $35, then the next message I received they tell me I owe $45 in order to close my account. Once again they then confirm that I supposedly didn’t cancel my account and that will have to pay in order for my account to be closed. Seems like want free money from people without officially helping them. It’s not about credit, it’s about weaponizing our own poverty against us as a people that continues to struggle and looking for some assistance to get on the right track.

0 Stars - Your funds are NOT Safe. Straight to the point, yes ur funds are not safe here. There was an unfamiliar charge that appeared, Atlas at first called old but provide ANY information on the merchant in order for me to contact them which is their requirement to even submit a dispute. They then provided me with a tire distributor ( I don’t even own a car), I contacted their accounts receivable department, they gave me an email for the billing department. I send the email with the screen shots, they email me advising them is was not a valid charge made by them. I send all this information to Atlas and they ultimate response is “unfortunately we could not return your funds as the purchaser has the same credentials and it was made by Apple Pay which adds an extra layer of security”. So…no one can confirm the merchant…no one can tell me what it was for…you cancelled and replaced my card before we figured out what was going on so I can’t see the Apple transaction history anymore…and my funds can’t be returned. I will be canceling this account and taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Give it a a try🫶💖💖💖. Me just starting out with Atlas. My goal is to build my credit as well as help. Navigate me with paying off some of my outstanding well all of my outstanding bills so far it’s been good little by little day by day I’ve had Atlas for about a month now my credit score has been increased by one point. I’m looking into debt consolidation at this point if you’re working and you want something behind the scenes that can help boost your credit as you of course navigate and pay off your debt then it may work. I’m moving in so I’m in the process of trying to get my financials together I have three children and I hope Atlas once I get settled in will benefit my situation right now. My focus is moving making sure I’m financially set to move as well as building my credit so in the future and longevity I could obtain better things at lower cost.

Only 1 star at the moment because I can’t get ahold of customer service. I can’t rate the app because I can’t get in to it! It stays stuck on “verifying info” no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it, the moment I open the app again it jumps to that page without me even signing in. And I thought uninstalling is supposed to delete all connected info. I have sent multiple emails, texts, voicemails as since the only thing that happens when you call their number is the option to leave them a message. They say they are available 24/7 but they aren’t ever available. I have been trying to get ahold of them for close to two weeks. Why? Because I received my credit card in the mail and ZERO way to activate it or use it. SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME!!! I have an opened credit card in my name with no idea the limit or terms or anything! Beyond infuriating to say the least. And before anyone asks. Yes I have updated my phone to the latest and checked for app updates. No option to log in online either so I guess I have to report it or something? Cause this will have some impact on my credit if it’s just sitting there. Please, can someone help me? Thank you.
