Pretty good but needs a few tweaks. Good job on the app. Just a few things to make it a little more user friendly. One easy thing that comes to mind is making filters available when looking at open trails. Being able to only look at trails that are open would be a great help or even filtering by territory would be convenient as well. Currently we can only scroll through every trail alphabetically to figure out what is open and what isn't.

Wish this were better. This ap probably does better on android or something because I can’t imagine WP settling for such sub standard quality. On my phone it doesn’t open to full screen and the weather only goes out 3 days.. and overall just doesn’t move well. The most important tab on an ap for a mtn is the snow stake and on WPs it’s awful. The aps for the other CO mtns like Copper and Steamboat and Breck work way way better. WP is a big mtn and she deserves respect ..need to up this a bit.

Connection Issues. Great app for navigating but there are issues with connection.

Not accurate. This app isn’t updated properly. Several lifts closed that this app said were open.

Parking needs to be updated. Helpful but wish Winter Park would do a better job of updating parking status. Again today, there is no update. Even more frustrating is to write a review they expect a unique nickname so a first name only cannot be used because it is ‘taken’. No wonder there aren’t more reviews.

Great App!. Being able to order our food ahead of time is really great! Love the ski tracking too!

Sign in for what?. Down to sign in. Not doing it every single time I open the app. Either keep me logged in or stop asking.

Live parking status doesn’t work.. I got this app to specifically see what parking lots have spaces. When I click on “live parking status” it gives a non-interactive map and instructions on what to do when the lots are full. Nothing like the screenshots of the app. Not useful.

Love to ski. Winter park has it all great trails and a good amount of tree skiing had a great few days out there 30 inches of powder

Fun Active Relaxing. As a grandmother, it is a joy to be ‘in the middle’ of all the activities the teenage grandkids are enjoying. I can watch by a warm fire as they ski. Everything located within a nice walk. When I get cold, the condo is near with a fireplace and a view of the slopes.

Review. Your app is very clunky with little useful information and often times out of date or inaccurate regarding weather conditions or parking availability

Update parking infl. Need to be proactive about keep parking information in the app up to date. A few times now the app has said parking is available for a lot only for the cars already in the lot to fill it up.

Great Resource for all Winter Park Guests. This app puts all you need to know about Winter Park in your hand. Trail and lift status and grooming reports are all current. The tracking feature is fantastic for your own stats and for knowing where friends and family are in this massive ski resort. Eating, shopping, equipment and parking options are all here. The app will even navigate you to wherever you want to go. No more paper trail maps… but this is so much better and best of all, it is all current information.

Fix the Bugs!. Very buggy since last update - crashes often. Please fix this!

Can’t find account. Brutal access points to past purchases

Tracking. Puts you on trails you just came close to but weren’t really on making the number of trails you skied inaccurate. It would be nice to show the trails skied on a map like most other ski tracking apps have.

Best ever. I have skied winter park since I was 7. Best place! So fun!

Super organized. Love the multi colored coats for different workers. Plenty of Ski patrollers, great conditions. First time and want to come back!

A special find, for winter fun.. This is a great place. First visit last year. Sunday night till the next Saturday morning. Great resort and a great town 😊.

Good app, could have organized open runs differently. Unless you’ve memorized which runs are where, it’s a ton of toggling back and forth to a map to see what all is open. If they could put the open runs in by territory, then I can see what’s open for my family members’ preferences. I pretty much live on Mary Jane and Eagle Wind, so it’s tough trying to figure out what works for my beginner and intermediate family members with only an alphabetical list of runs of the whole resort.

Inaccurate data on liftline waits. Said 5 mins at lifts today and gondola was closer to an hour. Same around the mountain.

Worst food at any ski area anywhere!. The food service at Winter Park is horrible! Very few choices and the food quantity is terrible at best. Bring your lunch! ⛷️⛷️⛷️

Just hasn’t worked. Can’t create an account. And using my location finder apparently I’m in the wrong state.

Live ski tracking is awesome!. Create groups with my family and share our location with each other!

Unable to create a profile.. Error message on registration page saying “missing required field” and all information is filled out correctly.

Easy to use. Great system, very user friendly and can track how much you ski, novel idea! Best app I’ve seen yet!

No sign in. The sign in function doesn’t work.. just says, oops! I need to use the tracking function with friends, but no one can sign in

Terrible. So we went with no paper maps and we’re stuck with this… has to be WAY better.

In classic Winter Park fashion the idea is good the execution not so much. Do better Winter Park!

like the app, can have some improvements tho. it is one of the best ski app i have on my phone, really like it! however the event calendar is practically useless.. show it in months or even weeks instead of asking user to select EACH day to check for events would be much much more helpful.

Nice app but very buggy. The app has deleted my account information multiple times, kicks me out of tracking sessions and in group trackings it kicks people out. It takes a very long time for a new session to load as of December 29th 2022- this might have been due to many people using it but has not been a positive experience.
