App does not work. Their is no way to input new equipment into the app. When you select Add Equipment the selector does nothing. No instructions with the equipment or the app of even how to add equipment or get the equipment to send out a pairing signal.

Same problem - no instructions and cannot pair the LEDs. I see no option to pair the APP to the LED bar. Can someone help? Where is the instruction manual?

Doesn’t sync. I got this light because I wanted to be able to set a schedule on the app. I can turn the light on and off in the app, so it seems to be synced. But the schedule doesn’t sync and every time I open the app the schedule has reset.

don’t buy these if u want them to actually work at all. i turned it in and it worked for liek 5 seconds then it died and never turned back on so yeah

Terrible. App does not work at all. These LEDs were a complete waste of money and I should have known based off previous reviews. This is one of the worst apps I have ever had and it disconnected from my lights in less than a day…now it will not even scan for my device. This app needs to be fixed!!!

Nn. These are the worst lies I’ve ever had. I got them the first day they were amazing. As soon as I unplugged them they stopped working. They were stuck on one color I deleted the app reset it unplugged it again nothing worked.

Lights just not working. I just need help. The lights are connected but just won’t turn on. I had the same issue yesterday but they turned on after a little while. It has been almost 2 hours of me trying to troubleshoot this issue on my own since the linked website on the App Store goes no where.

App does not work.. Does not pair with the sound bar. Will not even try. App is useless.

Not worth it. if i could rate this 0 stars i would , the app only responds to the lights connecting. the settings dont work and the brightness works when it wants to

LEDs(10) Speaker(9)sounds a little bad Charger(9.5) Probably faster and better then a regular Clock(8.5)Wrong time if I want to wake up at 6:00 I have to put it to 3:00 to wake up on time Over all 5.3/10 but ofc I can’t do that so 5 stars Bro it work’s something is wrong with you or yours if you put 1 star

Works great. I just got this, just downloaded the app and after plugging it in, the device showed up on the app

Really cool. Note sure why the app has such low rating. It gives plenty of lighting options that are really cool and are well crafted.

Not working. The remote it came with is not working I tried to change the battery and is still not working so I used this app and it worked and on the 2nd day of having this it just stopped responding I spammed the button I tried the remote again the button on the cord won’t work I unplug it and plug it back and it works but this app is not running well

be smart. i don’t know what people are complaining about this app, the app is actually useful and pretty easy to use, just be smart, LEDs work well, i recommend

No option to add my own songs in the music section. Please help

How to make it work. At first, it didn't work, but I figured out that you have to allow Bluetooth before you can connect it, also if you allow microphone it changes colors based on the sound it hears, I thought I should just explain it to everyone, hope this helps.

Dumb. This is the dumbest app ever. No way to add the light bar. Nothing I try to do works with it. Nothing responds. No directions of any kind. Any of the settings on the side do nothing. Tap the about part and it just shows a logo. I can see why it’s so cheap now.

Its alright. I have an issue with changing brightness though The slider wont work

Not working. The application is not working. The Bluetooth is not working. We cannot add any device to the application due to the failure.

Works good except the mic…. Mic resets if you go to any other screen or you close the app and re-open it mic last settings are reset. Please save the mic preferences in the next update.
