horrible. don’t download. this app is really disappointing and i’m really dissatisfied. i saw an add and i was really hoping i would be able to just text people in my own handwriting instead of the usual. but no, you have to pay weekly, or monthly to be able to use it. and the prices aren’t cheap either, i get that people need to make money and they though that making a font maker would be a good way. but honestly it just disappoints people more than it does get you money. sure you might have people who pay for a little bit. but wouldn’t the satisfaction of knowing people like your app and actually use it would be better than the occasional money from it? anyways yeah do NOT download this app. it is a total waste of time and space

Too many ads, and it doesn’t work! TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME!. I got the app. I had this a long while ago, deleted it after a while since it didn’t entertain me, but there weren’t many ads and it worked. Today i decided to try again, it seemed like a fun idea. So i started making my font, writing each letter and hitting the little check to go to the next one. Like four letters in, the check turned into an ad button, and my only choice was to watch a 35 second (I’m not kidding) ad. After that it took me to the next letter, four more letters, boom. I had to watch another ad to keep going. I really wanted this font, so I clicked it, annoyed. It played the exact same two 35 second ads, then i clicked the x when it said “reward granted”. But I was still stuck on K, the letter it made me watch an ad to move away from. So I tried again. Annnd again. Same ads, still stuck on K. Eventually I gave up, and there was no other way to finish my font. In conclusion, please don’t get this app, it’ll waste your time and annoy you. If, amazingly, it works, is it really worth it (no)? There’s better font apps out there. Thanks for your time (ha-ha, the wasted time), a normal person

Could barely rate. Plz read.. This is trash. We should never have to give personal information to apps we randomly found this is very unsafe please read this so you know the consequences of getting this. Once you get the app you will click continue once you do that it says enable notifications so you say yes or no, after that it will give you the chance to get premium, after then it says to enable keyboard ⌨️ so you go into settings and go to keyboard and click fonts, it wants full access to enable the app so then read what it says VERY CAREFULLY and you will see why this app is unsafe. Also why does it say: stay safe when it is completely the opposite aka unsafe? This app just is, ahh so annoying 🤬🙄😑🤮 this app would not be here and and umm 😕 all they want is your money 🤑[̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ιοο̲̅)̲̅$̲̅] so please please 🙏 don't trust this app I'm begging you. I gave done this Review to save you and your money from being scammed by this fraud of an app.

Too good to be true.. Like always, the app is amazingly put together! Super nice, great features, like you found THE app. Right up until it’s a waste of your time, great, I just spent an hour making a font for my handwriting, just to not be able to use it without paying. Love that for me. Possibly like most of the people that use this stinking app, I don’t have the luxury of throwing money at this app, much less 5 dollars a WEEK. A WEEK. I don’t think you heard me.. A WEEK IS JUST 5 DOLLARS. For your own handwriting? Sir no- that is not alright. I could understand if it was like 2 to 4 dollars a month, but 5 a week? It’s a FONT APP- Truly a disappointing app, and a waste of your time. - A dissatisfied customer.

Awful (Read it all before you download). I started my experience and I downloaded it hoping that it would be just like the review said and super good. I downloaded it and I instantly got a notification telling me to pay money for the full experience. I thought nothing of it, and just kept doing what it told me. it told me to write all the lowercase letters uppercase letters numbers and special characters. I wrote them to the best of my ability and it took me a half hour. I finally get to the end and it shows me a preview of what my characters look like in the keyboard. I thought they were adorable so I went and I was going to text them to my friend when I figured it out….. you have to pay to actually use the app at all, you may make the font but you cannot use it, it’s awful, one of 10, do not recommend, just do not buy ever

Beautiful Fonts, impossible to utilize. I went through the long process of setting this up (with adds after every fourth character), then when I was done there was no way to implement it, even after activating the free-trial. The font is amazing, and I love it. I’d love to buy it, in fact, BUT there’s no way to put it into texts, or anything else. I enabled everything, long-pressed the globe button and selected Fontmaker keyboard, but then the words are typed behind the keyboard somehow. I can’t see what I’m typing NOR can I select anything to copy and paste. Sad. I really liked the potential this had. I was excited.

Not the best or the worst. So based off the other reviews I thought it was going to be pretty bad but I decided to try it. The first thing it asked me was if I wanted premium which everyone’s upset about saying it forced you but you can just hit the “x”. I made the lowercase font but after a couple letter it told me to watch an ad to continue and it told me to do it about every 10 letters. I finished the all the letters and wanted to try it, it lets you try it at the end I thought it was super cool. I wanted to try it in my notes to make sure it works for other apps when I did do it in my notes it didn’t work. I wanted to be 100% that it didn’t work on other apps so I texted my friend and on my end and her end we did not have the font. (Sorry if some of this is a bit wordy or confusing)

Not worth it, I’m sorry.. So I found out about this app from an ad I saw about it, and I thought that this would be so cool! So sure enough, I downloaded it, and I will admit that it was fun to make the fonts and draw them out. Next I tested my font in the area where you could mess with it, and it looked awesome. But when I downloaded the app onto my keyboard, I tried in multiple apps to copy and paste it to send a message or write something with the font, and I realized that it was a total ripoff. I literally had to pay money to use a font! Don’t get the app. I don’t mean to offend the company who made this, but I think that you should for sure not make it so that you have to pay money to use it. Thanks for hearing me out.

Read before buying. Ok it’s a great app! I can see how this is very fun and u can express yourself! But there is just one problem.. why do u have to pay? Why do u have to pay just to message people with ur font I just don’t get it! I have tried a couple of the apps but they said u have to pay! I had high hopes that’s this one would not have u to pay but it isn’t. I think it’s ridiculous that u have to pay just for a font. Pls make an font app where u dont have to pay ok. Don’t waste ur time on this. I wanted to make something pretty for my family and friends and I had to pay! I am unsatisfied because that is pointless. If u want a app with good reviews please remove on why u have to pay. Now whenever I get apps I will check reviews. Thanks a lot for trust issues.

can’t even work this thing. This is a good app in general, and for those of you who are saying I HAVE TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION THERES an x button on the top right, but I did it but it was too hard to copy and paste stuff on there like way too hard, I couldn’t even see what I was typing and I I don’t understand why you have to copy and paste, I might try it on my iPad but I might not because I literally spent an hour trying to figure it out, if your gonna try this try it on your iPad idk if that works but it might idk but I might download a different one and next time I’m gonna check the reviews :(

Honest Overview. Um I guess this is me testing out my handwriting as a font I don’t really know how I feel about it, actually I do it looks inconsistent and nothing like me actual handwriting. It looks sloppy and since I had to do it on my phone it makes it that much worse. Also to actually be able to copy and paste your message you have to subscribe to a free trial. As well as the app just has some overall bugs. It’s made okay , but I honestly feel like it’s a complete waste of money . It also looks incredibly tacky. The overall idea for an app like this was very interesting and unique so I’ll give them credit for that. But yeah you should just not get this app endless your okay with dealing with any of that 🙂

Sorry, but this is so Ridiculous. This app was pretty cool at first. I was supper supper excited cause I’d been wanting something like this, and where I could send my friends pretty text messages with my cursive handwritten letters. I had written all of my lower case, upper case, numbers, and all the other stuff. I made my letters look so pretty in cursive. I was so excited to send my pretty handwritten text to my friend, but then it told me I had to buy the premium!! I did all that work and took all that time just for NOTHING! I’m sorry, but this is ridiculous. If your gonna make people pay money for handwritten text messages and do all that work just to find out that they have to pay money, you should at least put a warning or a message before they get started that says that you can’t send the text unless you buy the premium. It would be a great app if you didn’t have to pay money. Sorry, it just really got my hopes up. 😔

Waste of time. It requires you to pay to use the font. It is a keyboard you add into your phone, then you type on their oddly small keyboard, then you copy from the window you type in, and finally you paste it into the actual text area and get the font. Taking the time to write the font is not bad, but the fact that you literally can not use it is what makes it pointless. Save yourself the time and energy. After 4+ years in the App Store you would think they would know better than to charge $5 a week or $20 a month just for a font. I have also read a lot of the comments and reviews, they just say ‘Thanks for downloading the app and we will take your opinion into consideration’ If I could leave zero stars I would. Completely pointless, useless and the developers obviously do not care about our opinions because in over four years they have not been able to manage an improvement. Whether that improvement is the cost to use the app, the ability to use it free by running ads, or literally anything of that nature. Zero stars. None. They do not deserve a single one, but I can’t leave a review without at least one. Sadly the developers do not care, so I am not sure why I am still writing this review. Maybe in the hope that someone will read it and not waste their time on this company useless app.

Waste of time. Don’t download this app it’s a waste of time why I will explain so I spent like half an hour making my font and I was really exited but then when I was finished I tried to use it the dumb app wanted me to pay a subscription to use my font and then I was like give me 30 minutes of my life back what’s the point of spending half an hour making a font but then you realize you have to pay a dumb subscription so I tell the developers just make the app cost like idk 2 dollars or something and its a scam don’t download this app and don’t trust that first review it’s clearly a developer saying how good the app is don’t download it it’s a scam Idk why I wrote this review knowing the developers are going to write a response saying something like Thanks for your review we will consider opinion cuz it’s the same response from the developers so I think it’s just a robot sending the same response every time someone writes a review

Okay. I like this app, but one problem.. I drew my own font, and it turned out really well. But, the problem is, I have to subscribe to be able to use the font itself. 20 dollars a month, are you serious?? That's ridiculous. For one font. Please let people use their own fonts that they worked hard to make without making them pay 240 dollars a year. At least do that or make it to where you spend like three dollars a month. At least. It makes no sense to make it that expensive for one little font. I have to copy and paste it, but then the subscription page pops up. Please fix this, because I really like the font I made but I can't use it.

Subscription services like this must stop. To the application owner: 4.99 a week for this? I am not condemning you for charging it, and the app is great and teens WILL get their parents to pay it. But at what point do we realize that while we gripe and moan about the top 1% in the USA, that WE ARE the top 1% of wealth on earth. And at what point do we say, enough is enough, maybe I should provide meals for those under corrupt governments in Africa and Asia, rather than spend my 4.99 a WEEK on a text application. It’s not your fault. Your customers would spend this money on something else that’s useless in the long run. Fortnite cards, battle passes, novelty miniature wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men… At least yours has interesting utility. Just don’t forget to give back a little with your profits.

Amazing. I love making my own writing it is so much fun because I can get creative in anyway I would like me and my friends enjoy making a bunch of different fonts to see who can make the best one I can make so many different fonts that can describe how I’m feeling it feels like I get to write my own messages which I do which is so cool so I think that you should get this app and you should rated five stars - Naomi Hall

Honestly wastes time of your day.. This is a cool app and calm but, When you have to text in a small box when you can use the normal box, To me it just not makes sense why they do this, also some people under 7+ years old, probably does not knowing how to do that unless with a parents or guardian to pay but seriously I am not trying BE a BIG deal about this but the main thing is that why do you have to pay $5-$20 per month to use a single font?, I know it’s just a waste of money and cool writing your hand writing is super cool but in my opinion I won’t really download it, it does waste most your time out of our day and round 20 or 5 dollars just to type with a font and use it and do it per month I honestly think it’s useless the normal font we have now it’s great! But to me this app pretty useless and wastes peoples time? Yes I am sorry if, I’m being kinda rude and repeat myself over and over but fr I don’t think it’s the perfect app. Anyways I hope you can improve this app so least SOME people will like your app but for me your ratings I see is not doing so great, so try do something new! Can’t use unless you pay. I was going to leave a good review but then when i went to use it you had to buy the premium to use it and you would think that between all the adds while designing your font they would Make money but nope they still want to make you pay premium. But if you’re wanting to pay it’s alright but it does take sometime to make the font because of the adds like every five letters/characters and it doesn’t necessarily make a new key board there’s a bar up onto of your key board that you type it onto and then you paste it onto whatever your typing on . So for me it was a waste of time and kind of disappointing but for others that want to and can afford it it’s alright

Good to bad. So it was amazing at first when I could make my own font. When I tested it, it looked cute! But then I press copy to send a message in that font. Then it makes me go back to the game and says something about a 3-day trial for free and stuff like that. And I pressed “OK” and it says I need to put in the apple id. Well, my parents don’t tell me the passwords, because I would just download whatever game I want. I didn’t even know the apple id. What’s the point of making a font if you can’t use it? And the next few days the app would probably rip you off and you would not be able to cancel the offer. I immediately deleted the app and I gave it 1 star because the app is a rip off. (and there are adds once in a while)

Misleading. This should be a “pay to install” app and not “free with in app purchases”. I made all of the letters and numbers, and then wanted to try it out, only to discover that you needed to sign up for premium / 3 day trial in order to actually copy & use the font at all. Kind of violates the spirit of free apps, in my opinion. Would be nice if you had some sort of limited functionality (instead of zero functionality) with the unpaid version, like “lower case letters only” or something. Or maybe the premium version lets you type directly into your messages, instead of having to copy paste the font every time.

Waste of (a lot of) your time. To keep it short, this app is a huge waste of time. I spent about 45 minutes trying to perfect the emojis and since this thing gives you an ad for almost everything you do then I watched probably 5 of the same ads just over and over again. When I was done doing the emojis I finally texted someone and it was garbage. You type into a small box on an already small keyboard and then you copy the thing you typed in and paste it like an image. I thought it would at least be able to go with the background but of course it didn’t. I had successfully wasted that very long hour of my life and I can never get it back. (Suggestions to devs of this app: If you could make it actual text instead of an image then that would be better and also if we didn’t have to take that lengthy process then it would be so much better. Maybe take away the emojis or some of the special characters.)

Don’t waste your time.. The idea to be able to write with your own handwriting through text is amazing. So first things first, when you enter the app there is a fee for premium, which you can press x and decline. Then it asks for notifications and full access before you begin to make your handwriting. Next when you finish all of your handwriting it asks for a review that you can decline. When you want to text with it it needs you to copy and paste your text when you copy, you need to buy premium. Even without premium copy and paste would be extremely annoying to do. Therefore you realize that you just wasted 10 minutes of your time making your own handwriting, getting pop ups for review and notifications when at the end of the day, you were going to delete it.

Cost. When i downloaded the app i was so happy that i could make my own font but when i saw i had to pay i was confused. If your not gonna let us use it unless we pay it’s kinda dumb and that’s not the only thing. The actual cost to use it is expensive 4.99 a week no unless you make good money you can’t afford that. it’s dumb thinking people will actually buy it some people would but don’t realize how much they are spending. i do love the app but take some consideration into the fact that your making us pay 4.99 a week for a font which is stupid. other then that it would be a good app but right now with that cost and the premium it’s a dumb app.

Complete waste of your time. I was excited at first because I could really make my own font but then when it came to the end I was disgusted with disappointment because you had to PAY to use the actual font and it doesn’t even have it on your keyboard, you have to copy the font you made then paste it which is a complete disappointment. This was a complete waste of my time and I have no idea why they would make something like this then make it cost money. I would not recommend downloading this just for your own font. It a complete waste of money and your time. I would give this 0 stars if I could and the developers are COMPLETE BOTS. All they respond is “thanks for downloading” as if we give a complete poo.

Don’t download-. This app is useless to download and serves no real purpose. It gives you MANY warnings before downloading saying that it can look at previous texts and scan the data, like an address. It was an overall pain to download and was kinda creepy too considering that now I’m being tracked and listened to. The other reason I don’t recommend this app is because you create a font and that’s it, you don’t even get to use it unless you pay a ridiculous fee of 5 dollars a week and 35 dollars a month, just to use a font style. There are many safe and usable apps that can help create a desired font but this one is just not it. Don’t download this unless you want to be heavily dissatisfied.

Nice app, a couple small suggestions. First, I want to say that this is a really cool app. People are saying that you are required to make in app purchases, however that is not true. For anyone who believes that, just know that there is an X in the corner, so you do not have to buy Premium. I love how you can create a font in your very own handwriting with this app and use it in places like Messages, as well as Snapchat. The reason I rated this app 4 stars instead of 5 though is because I wish that you could create multiple fonts. A lot of other font creating apps have this feature, and I think that it would be a great add on. My other suggestion is that the keyboard should be a little bigger. It is somewhat difficult to use because of how small the buttons are, and I frequently press the wrong one. But other than those two things, it is a great app! Thank you for reading!

Disappointing. I thought this was the amazing app that I always wanted, free, fun, cool. Well, it was too good to be true. I start making my font. I do the lowercase, no problem. The. I get to the capitals… I make them all and hit save. It says error, I come back later hit the save button, again, error. So I close the page and have to start my capitals again… 1 hour later I finish my font! I am so excited I can hardly contain myself, then. Disaster strikes. All my letters are streaky. Great, I am left with an almost illegible font. After an hour and a half sitting at my iPad writing. So if I spent so much time on it, I might as well try using it and send my friend a message… NOPE!!! You have to pay to use the font… wow… don’t download this app, don’t support these people.

Kind of annoying with ads. I understand that they need to make money, however I wish you could just watch a few adds at the start and then it would allow you to make all the letters. I don’t like that you have to watch an add every few letters because I was halfway done, and i needed to watch another add to add a letter but the ad itself glitched out and the app was frozen at the loading screen, forcing me to exit and loose all my progress, on top of that I have to watch more ads id i want to make more letters.. its very frustrating…

Okay but where are the 5 star reviews that make this product have an average of 3.6 stars?. I’m with the people. $5/week? Like that’s pricey. And I don’t see where they have people saying they gave them 5 stars. Like I clicked through every filter; “most favorable” had all one star review and I saw not one 5 star. How fake! This is a cool concept and all but $5 is stupid and greedy. They could make so much money by lowering the price and maybe something monthly? I’d give them $.99 a month. I think a lot of people would pay for that and they could make a lot of money. Maybe I’ll design my own app with this concept and take everyone who were set off by this overpriced product 👀. I could be a millionaire. The makers of this app keep saying under people’s reviews that they are thankful for the feedback but are they actually going to listen to anyone? Deleting this app immediately and making my own

The devs do not care. Ok, FIVE/TWENTY DOLLARS????? For A FONT??!??!?!!!!?? Also, the devs really don’t care about your reviews, so don’t waste your time like I did writing a review unless you really want the app to be rated worse. In my opinion, if you are looking for a font keyboard, just download the “fonts” app. All the devs do is say, “thanks for downloading our [stupid font app that can only be cool if you pay 5 dollars a week or 20 dollars a month] app Fontmaker! We will take into consideration what you said! I like the app, and it has potential, but it’s already been 4 years and nothing has changed [I haven’t had the app that long, I just read another review on this app that said the app has been on the App Store for 4 years]

It’s OK but. I only put five stars because I wanted this to be top comment for everyone to see this App is actually really bad! I would not to get this game it says it is free but only for like the first week then it will make you pay five dollars every week after and it is really hard to do all the stuff and if you’re willing to pay five dollars every week for it then you can but should not. once you get the game you have to go into settings and do a whole bunch of stuff before you can do anything this is a bad app you should not get it

the idea is cool at least..?. im.. not satisfied at all. the reason i downloaded this app was because i found making your own font interesting and using it even more so. and it is. however, as soon as i opened the app, i was met with an ad for premium and a request for a rating. i dont mind that, since thats what most apps do anyway. but after i spent a good ten minutes trying to make a font, i kept getting annoyed with the drawing thing. it doesnt register very well and doesnt look very good... which is fine, but if im gonna pay money, at least make it worth it. not only that, but after i finished, THEN i was told i needed to get premium to use it. which isnt even worth it in my opinion. extra star for effort and idea, but thats it.

*Audibly sighs*. Useless. Genuinely. I got through the letter alphabet, and the numbers. About every 5 characters I wrote, an ad played. I just figured “whatever, I have time to kill anyway.” So with the ads, it took me almost 20 minutes to finish the letters and numbers. Which, again, I had accepted. I started to do the special characters section, and about halfway through, it stopped working. The ad wouldn’t load, but it wouldn’t let me move on without watching an ad. And of course, when I exited out, it deleted my progress. It’s like they’re completely compromising quality to make an extra buck on ads. I don’t usually do reviews on apps, but I figured everyone should know that downloading this app is a waste of time…

I love this app so much. I love this app because I can actually do my own handwriting it’s not like there’s other apps that make the perfect but it’s not like the thing that comes with the iPhone iPad or Samsung or any type of device it’s your handwriting so it’s basically expressing you and how you write it’s not like the fancy-schmancy handwriting or text that you’re iPhone you know any device it’s your handwriting so what expresses you but I love it so much So thank you thank you thank you thank you for making this app ever made it I love you I love you I love you I love you love Kai

What is this?. After seeing this as an ad on Instagram and think it would be pretty cool to try and see what my handwriting into keyboard would look like. I get the question for money, and I know you are running a business but you look at an ad that says “for free” and then it’s not. I’m sorry but also when you have to change the keyboard to allow data. READ THE FINE PRINT. Literally asking for your data and it could have record of your personal information. What are you running here. I’m sorry but this seems like a great idea and fun for who ever, but the cons are valid and you should waste your data buying this app if it’s going to give you no results

Actually, pretty good... Okay so when u was looking at the reviews. It has seem to be going downhill. However, when I was playing. The free trail advertisement seems to have an “ X” so yes, you will see this but you can always decline. Also, they are not kidding you. You can actually make your own font with your own style. Cursive, sloppy. Really anything really. But, the part that I do not get. Is having to talk with this font. But that really isn’t an issue for me. However what I have been noticing is how the reviews have been saying in this game. Do not worry. This game doesn’t seem to have issues. It could also have been updates. Bugs. I can’t see that in this game. So for me this game is perfectly fine and not lying. yes, I did write this paragraph.

Read this right now it's the only true review!!!!!. ok so first i looked at the reviews and they were all like super super bad and i wanted to see what it was abt so i downloaded it and i created my own font and stuff. then they have this thing where u can test ur font out so i did. then, when u try to actually type in ur font on like text, u have to pay. so the whole font making is free, but using it costs money. eh. it's a little upsetting but i was just bored so i downloaded so not too mad abt it. but if u r someone who wants to get thai app to actually text to someone in ur handwriting for free, this app isn't for u. have a good day everyone!!!

Don’t make the same mistake I did…. So this game it really dose not have anything wrong with it, except the fact that you have to pay for the font to do on your phone/iPad and there are lots of adds I was trying to go from my messages to the app and 2 or 3 different adds popped up on my screen and I was mad because I was trying to do the game without having to pay but it did not work it works in other games where you just press the x at the top of the screen and it goes away but not this app…😔If this did not happen I would love this game so much but you have to pay for it and that’s no fun… (Thank you for your time have a good day😊)

Kinda lieing…. So the app it’s self is pretty good unless you count that YOU CANT EVEN MESSAGE PEOPLE WITH THE FONT WITHOUT PAYING. If that was hard to understand than basically you make a font that is very fun to do unless you count that THERE IS AN ADD EVERY 3 LETTERS YOU DO. But after you finish it then you go to a place that lets you type it but that is literally all that you can type with so you can’t even send messages without paying for a trial. Overall I would don’t buy this app if you want to create a font for free. But if you are will to pay (which in my opinion is kinda a lot) for a custom font then this is a great app for that. Yes I am supposed to be getting ready but instead I did this.

It’s meh. This app is sort of good. There’s way too many adds. Every time I open the app and click on something an add pops up. It’s so annoying and too much. And I love my hand writing as a font and I wish I could use it in messages and texting. Please find a way to do that it would make the app much more enjoyable. I recommended the app to multiple friends already and they said they really liked it but were also disappointed that they couldn’t use it in texting. Literally Doesn’t Work. I’d give zero stars if a could, the app literally does not work. You watch a 30 second ad every 4 letters or so when making your font, which isn’t a big deal, but the frequency is a bit annoying. Then you’re finally done, you go to an app to type and the new keyboard is there! But, you have to type into a separate text box and copy paste into the normal text box. Except when you hit “copy” it opens the font app to watch another ad and when the ad is done… the app didn’t actually copy anything. When you paste nothing happens. I watched 4 “copy” ads in a row to verify that it doesn’t not copy and has nothing to paste. This app does not work, don’t bother with it!

The app is pretty cool.. I don’t understand why people are criticizing this app so much. I never had my handwriting made into a font before, so it was pretty awesome I got to do it, not to mention it was for free. 👍👍 The only thing that slightly bothers me is the fact that you have to allow full access to the keyboard before you can try the app out. Developer, if you are seeing this, can you explain the reasoning behind why we have to do that?

Not Useful At All. First of all, the $5 a week mandatory subscription is a complete scam. That’s $20 a month for 1, yes ONE Font. You can’t have more than one at any given time, so to make a new one you need to get rid of your old one. Secondly, it’s not even a real keyboard for your device. It makes you copy and paste an IMAGE to wherever you want to send your message. Lastly, to make this app actually worthwhile I suggest; 1. Adding the ability to make more than one font; 2. Making the keyboard function actually work like a keyboard (other apps have done it); 3. Changing the pricing. (Maybe make the first font free and then charge .99$ for the second? Or a MONTHLY payment (not $20); 4. Add a gallery feature. It would be very useful to search for fonts made by other people (maybe someone wouldn’t want to make their own, or can’t)

Ok it’s a good app but I’m disappointed. The idea of the app is really cool since you get to have the person decide what they choose instead of picking from a select few but when you make it that pricey per week then less people are gonna wanna get your app. Usually the subscription just gives you exclusive items and perks but this one has you buy the subscription just to use the font you made. I would think you use the subscription to allow for more fonts instead of just having one in the first place.

Don’t buy, 5 stars is so people find this.. You see, I made a font with this, and when I tried to use it it didn’t work and when I tried it get rid of the watermark it said I needed a subscription, which I understand, but when I read through, you need to have a subscription to send the font, and that’s ridiculous, they would hide that until the very end when you spent 5-10 minutes making it. It’s a scam and a waste of time.

Too much money.. I was so exited to create my own font. I spent a WHOLE hour making the writing exactly how I yearned. But when I saw the price my jaw dropped. WHAT PER WEEK?! I could find an app that charged less than that for a year. I was devastated, I had to delete all my hard work. If the developer were to see this, I hope you understand that majority people are not willing to pay that much money EVERY SINGLE WEEK. If you make any adjustments I might take downloading the app again into consideration.

You can’t use the font without paying. This app is really fun, if you decide to buy it, you spend all that time writing down your letters and when it finally comes to use it, you have to pay for it! This is really expensive too, $7 a week, I would not recommend this app if your not willing to pay $364 a year.

Did not add on to my keyboard. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m on an iPad but after writing everything down and finalising it I went into keyboard to my settings and when it said it was successfully added I wanted to show my friends so I was about to message them and I saw that it didn’t add and when I added another type of language onto my keyboard and that didn’t add NOT GOOD

WAAAAY TOO MANY ADDS. I’m trying to make my font but every 4 times you want to accept it it gives you a 15 second unskippable add. Though, it is really easy to use, there’s just way too many adds and it make makes me really angry when I’m trying to make a font and every two seconds I get and ad. Do not recommend.

I was then excited to see I could just watch a few ads for it, but then I’d get halfway and then get an ad that would take forever to load, making me close the app. But when I got back in, it made me repeat the same process over and over again, with that same ad not loading.

Waste of time and space. I saw an ad for this app on an Instagram page thinking it would be another one of those stupid simple games, but it turned out to look really interesting, so I decided to download it, happy to make my own font, until I saw that you had to pay a monthly fee of $4.99. After repeatedly clicking the “x” button, I realized that the button was fake, and there was no other way to use the app without paying. I was extremely disappointed after seeing this. Not the best way to kick off your morning.

Good idea but needs a little bit of work. So far this is a great app… other than you have to pay to actually be able to use your keyboards you make. It isn’t a lot, but I think there should be a way for people to use them for free too. Maybe there could be adds or something to use them for free each time you want or text, or snap. It is overall a really good idea, but there definitely should be more options for free.

It’s pretty good but there is no use. So when I first downloaded this app, I saw both good and bad reviews. I thought it wasn’t so bad and I was right. But what really bugged me was the fact I had to pay to text the font to my friends. I really wanted to show them the app and recommend it but, I know my friends and they would never pay to text. So maybe if I could send the cool fonts I make to my friends, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make creative fonts.

Does nothing.. I made all of the letters, numbers, etc., but when I tried to actually use them I had to pay. If anything, make it a one time payment, but a monthly payment is asking for too much. When enabled just trying to type normally isn’t possible because it automatically types into the bar where you can copy and paste. Overall it’s okay, but the fact you have to pay money monthly is what is upsetting. Charging a one time payment thats maybe a bit more then 5 dollars, maybe charge 7 or 8 dollars then you wouldn't have to pay again would be fine.

The whole point of using fonts is to use them not make them. You have to pay to text your fonts :/ what’s the point of that. Yes making them is free but the whole point of having fonts is to use them. $5 a week is expensive and unnecessary I highly don’t recommend this app for fonts they’re are many really good font apps but this isn’t one of them. Some advice is to at-least let people type the font for free, if the whole idea is to make them pay then what’s the point? Spending money on that is stupid and this app isn’t worth it. :/

Disappointed. The app is useless what’s the point of making a font if you can’t use it. You have to pay to use the font which is ridiculous. I understand you need to make money. But instead of paying to use the font maybe you have to pay to make more than one font. That or use advertisements to make money. So overall this a really cool and fun idea but it’s not gonna be successful if this how it functions.

Keyboard making app. This app was amazing last mission point! I got to edit my own individual letters on the keyboard. Make them whatever style font size and etc. that I wanted. I won hundred percent recommend you to check out that app. It is also friendly for kids they this could teach them how to write their ABC’s if they have an iPad or if you have them in her phone. I say this is amazing I can do it in the car with no problem in bed I can do it like everything is perfect, another good thing about this is the fact that you can redo it as many times as you want! My opinion on Fontmaker. This app makes it fun to type on your keyboard and is really fun. I love this app so much I recommend you get it The only problem I had was that it gave me a lot of ads when I was writing down my handwriting, keyboard, and in the ad it didn’t show that much ads in between. Pretty good but…... It is a good app you can make your font and stuff, but like for my phone (iPhone 12) it will not let it copy because it is under that actual keyboard. Also, you have to watch a add every 5 letters when you are making it. Like I get you want to have a “cost” for making it but it would be better if you put the add farther apart. Other than that the app is pretty good…… kinda

Just Amazing!. Though it can be difficult to write on a touch screen, I really like how this app allows you to have so much creativity with your writing since seeing the default digital font can be plain and boring. This app just gives a nice sprinkle of creativity to a feature you use on your phone every day.

This app is AWESOME PLEASE GET IT. First I’ll ask her if you want a free trial but you can skip that and they will still let you make a font you can go out of the lines and I will tell you the number and you can go back and delete it if you’re not happy with the result the service is awesome and I gave it a five star I hope you have the same service I do enjoy your font!

It’s ok. This game Fontmaker you have to write it on the game and you can’t type it actually on iMessage you have to copy it but I recommend that the developer who made this game consider letting us all the people that use and download a font maker could do it on iMessages to not just on Fontmaker. So that’s what I think in my opinion so hopefully the developer that made font maker could put this into consideration. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Quite literally garbage. I got this thinking it was an appropriate price such as 5 dollars a month but a week? that just isn’t in a lot of people’s price range paying 250 or so a year, some people would like to be able to use an app with an affordable price range the 5 star reviews are from people that are using their parents phone and they don't have to pay for it or they are just bots, if I could rate this 0 stars I would, and cut the crap with “we have considered your review” you’ve been getting bad reviews on your most helpful and I hope this app and its 5 star bots are taken down.

Love it. I love it but it has an add every 2 or 3 letters you make, and you sit at the loading screen for 5-1 hour waiting for it to load at the worst. I got through 2 episodes my favourite show waiting for it to finish! abut love the features just kind of frustrating because if you also re open the app, you loose all your progress. But other then that great! I recommend if you have patience. (Ik it’s not my wifi, I have 4 bars)

It’s good but needs work. Okay so don’t get me wrong I love this all. But I am pretty mad that your not able to text it without paying for it. For more people to buy this app you should make it so you don’t have to pay to text it. But overall I love this app it’s so fun but please let us text it without paying for it or do something else so we can show people without it being a image. I don’t get it. So I was texting my friend and I told her I had to go make my handwriting keyboard and went to the app I never looked at the free trial because I don’t have a bank account so I finish and go to text my friend with the font I press copy and what do you know I get taken back to the app and show them the free trial this time I look at what the free trial has to offer then I see “Send messages with your font” and I kid you not I almost threw my phone why can’t you make the messaging free but you’re not able to use a certain part of it

I love this app!!!!. This app is soooo amazing because you can share this app with your friends so they can try. If you are going to get this app you should it will be the best choice if you want fonts. This app is nice because you bong have to pay of you don't want to. You can express yourself with this app it is so nice and cool. So you should get this app if you're going to. 😁😁

Do not get it. Honestly it’s good but you have to watch a bunch of ads and whenever you finish doing it, you have to pay for premium to use it so you’re just gonna be doing all that work watching all those ads for no reason I would not recommend getting it because it’s a waste of your time you should try different types of apps callighraphr or something else, but I would not recommend this. Also, all the ads you get are just about pirate ledges or something, it’s usually something about pirates so yea do not get it so you can save time.

It was annoying and didn’t work.. i felt it was annoying because if you don’t pay $7.00 a week, but i’m not paying that ridiculous amount of money a week for a font. It gave me adds every 3 letters and also not loading them properly. Then onze i was done i went and changed the font on imessage to the fonts i made but it would not let me send because i did not pay the $7.00. This app is not for me.

A complete waste of time! So many ads and expensive to use!. First of all, making the font takes forever. It took me about a hr to finish it, and there were 50 sec ads every 3 times you write a letter to create your font! The ads are repetitive and sometimes glitches, taking you straight to AppStore and won’t let you go back. It happened to me several times, so I had to close the app for it to start again. That then got rid of all my work, meaning I had to rewrite it all over again! Then, you can’t even use your font before it tells you 6.99 DOLLARS A WEEK! Like, what the heck!? Don’t get this app!

Stole My Money Even After Cancelling.. I downloaded the app just about 30 minutes and decided to mess around with it because i thought it was cool. i used the free 3 day subscription, even though i knew i was gonna get rid of the app the same day. I cancelled my subscription, cancelled the card payment, but even with using the FREE subscription they took over $35 from me!!!! I had to call my bank because my card got put on hold. That’s huge evidence that i didn’t actually purchase it. And i’m not gonna get my money back. Don’t download this app. It’s a waste of time and a scam.

the app is okay for me. I honestly think this app is very very cool, but I do not agree with the fact you have to pay in order to use it, i would rather pay to get the app, rather than spending my time making each symbol and letter, then not being able to even use it. I really did like making my handwriting a font, but when i saw i had to pay for it.. i was dissatisfied, if you have money to pay for it.. i recommend it, but if you would rather not spend money on apps, this isn’t the app for you.

Fun but wish you didn’t have to pay for your own font. Wouldn’t let me copy to paste.. At first i was having a good time trying it out and “writing” them all. Then, things got difficult. I was trying to make a tiktok with the font in my captions. The keyboard wasn’t on there. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Then, i went to settings and it was on there. About 1 hr later i remember that i have it again. I go to text my friend about it, and i tried to copy it but it sent me to the app to buy the membership. So… I tried it after a few times of trying it. It’s still did it. So I dislike the app. Don’t approve of it.

I thought it was gonna be better. So, I was one tiktok and saw this app and genuinely wanted to download this app. Yet, when I found out that you had to pay for it I was disappointed. I spent a 5-10 minutes making my own font for me just to have a 3 day trial then have to pay $4.99 for ONE weeks. I get it you have to make money some how, but I honestly the app would be better if it didn’t have a premium (and we had to pay for it). I would have gave the app a 5 star rating, but I was very disappointed on how this app tried to rip me off when you could just do a 5 months things or even a yearly subscription.

COOL APP. USELESS AMOUNT OF ADS. CANT GET TO ACTUAL KEYBOARD.. Ok it’s a good idea but OH MY GOD COULD YOU SHUT UP WITH THE ADS. They have to ruin every good app by putting in an ad every forty five seconds. And they’re all like THIRTY SECONDS LONG. Plus, I’ll watch an ad and just because it can’t process that I viewed the entire stupid thing, it makes me watch it over and over again and I can’t move on to the next letter. I haven’t gotten to the actual keyboard yet because yeah, I can’t get past the ads, but if you have to pay for it or some crap like people are saying, I’m 100% deleting it. Overall, it’s a good idea, put together pretty well, but don’t expect it to not make you watch six ads in a row without giving you your reward. Anytime I come across an app like this, where it’s non optional to watch ads all the time so they can make a few extra pennies, I’m never really happy.

The absolute worst Fontmaker app .. This app is terrible and is made to take advantage of people who just want to make a cool font on there phone, the only problem is they make you watch an add for every 4 letters you draw out for your font, and I’ll tell you one thing there’s 26 letter in the alphabet including 26 capitol letters and all of the punctuation and numbers. THATS A LOT OF ADDS the ratings on this app are clearly fake. And they need full access to your keyboard witch allows them to see things you have typed on your keyboard in the present and PAST. We’re taking private text messages that could even include CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. DELEAT THIS APP NOWWWWWWWWWW!!!!

do not bother. what should've been a 5 minute endeavor turned into 30 minutes as you have to watch a 30 second ad for every five characters you draw, it's an obscene amount, you spend 3/4s of your time here watching ads even worse, the app hardly functions, and i kept on getting errors that said that all ads failed to load while trying to watch one to continue drawing, so what SHOULD'VE been 30 seconds turns into 5-10 minutes waiting for this app to start working even worse, i got ads WHILE WAITING for my required ad this app is a complete waste of time, i haven't finished making a single font because this app cannot function at all, but from what i've seen you can't even use your font without paying incredibly stupid, unless you want to pay a monthly subscription do not waste your time on this

Can’t send messages. I totally get the fact there is a membership. However, the reason I got this app was to show my friends that I made a font. My problem is that I can’t send messages without paying for a membership. I would like to say that it’s a five star app, but there are errors. 1. The membership and 2. When I type my ‘h’ it gives me one I did not draw. I would re install this app if these reasons are fixed. Along with that I will change my review.

I don’t recommend this game!. This game is not my favorite, once I did the handwriting part it was fine. ButBut once it popped up on my keyboard for me to use, it didn’t let me type normally and so I was typing in the font and when I press copy, It sent me to the trial so I kept trying and I followed what it said to do it which is like press copy and then paste it but no matter what it was sending me back to the trial and it will not let me type in the fonts so I had to delete my fonts so I can type normally but once I went back to text messages it still said create Fonts it would not let me type, so I had to delete the app!

please just read the review. I rate it a 0, even though the stars is five. I cannot put my font and show my friends and use it. (Even though i don't have friends). All I can do is write in the app although I cant do anything else, but I did have fun writing on the app even though its not working. Don’t waste your time. I spent hours trying to go through the alphabet on my phone to create a single handwritten font. Don’t waste your time trying like I did. The advertisements will not load toward the end of your work, no matter how long you wait for them. I was never even able to complete one simple font and see it in action. *Write a letter, then 2 minutes of advertisements. Write another letter, then another two minutes of advertisements.* If it’s not going to do it for free, then please let me know up front. Don’t waste my time, you silly little app. That is all.

Supper cool!. Not going to lie I'm pretty impressed , even though my letters came out looking like comic stence or whatever it's called ! I like it and I made sure I made my letters as perfect as possible so hopefully it will be easy to use on my key board and it will automatically change my letters to my own personalized ones but I will have to see after this, if it will be easy to use afterwords👍

Too much ads. This is an awesome app but there is a medium sized problem there is so much ads I I get done making my j and I have to press an ad button to finish and when I am done with the ad I am still on j so I do the j again and there’s an ad button so I press it one more time and the same thing happens again so instead of pressing the ad button I just go to the next one do my k and it won’t let me go to L you need to fix this bug

Fun but. So I just got the app and all my things have cute little faces but now I need to pay just to talk to my mom with my own hand writing that is a big eh for me. I’m not allowed to buy anything at stores because I’m still a kid, but now you want to to buy this I can’t even buy a game without my mom looking at it first like what the heck! But still it’s good I just wish u don’t need to pay for about everything.

It’s Not As Good As You Think. I’m rating it a 1 star because I had the app, made the font, and went to text my friends and what happened was so annoying. First, the game has so many ads which is 1 of 3 reasons why the game ( in my opinion ) is bad. Secondly, when I went to text my friends with the font, it had a box and I couldn’t type outside of the box. Inside the box is where your font would be. You’d copy and paste into the text box and then the font would be on the message. Not as advertised. When they advertised it, it said the font would go straight to your keyboard, not in a box where you copy and paste it. Lastly, I went to use my font to copy and paste it, and it brought me back to the app and said I needed to PAY MONEY to be able to have my font in text. That’s so dumb and annoying. This is why the app isn’t what you think. I don’t recommend it at all. Don’t get this app. Anyone with a 5 star review is paid or bought it with money. DONT GET THE APP!!!

Good if you want to pay. I was looking for a free app to create a font in handwriting I create. I’m sure if you want to pay it would be great however I do not. You can not send any messages with the font for free. Also the keyboard they provide in the free version is slow and glitchy. I can not say about the Premium package because I did not get it. But as for the free version this app I would not recommend it. However creating your own font is a very good and creative idea and I understand money is involved to help the company make it better. I just am not willing to pay.

Genuinely awful, seriously.. This is the only app I could find that allowed me to do this and I was excited for it. But it was completely ruined by the amount of garbage ads being forced down my throat every 4 letters. I couldn’t make it through the lowercase letters without getting an ad that forced me to swipe out the tab. Which then made me start over… by watching an ad. And on top of that this scummy app wants you to pay a subscription to just be able to use what you just spent forever making. I would never recommend this to anybody at all. This app had MASSIVE potential but ruined to get a quick buck. Absolutely garbage.

It’s good… but. I like the app, but I don’t like that u have to pay just to text with it because it took me a long time just to make my own font and I can’t even use it because I have to pay. I’m only 10 so I don’t even have any money or a card. But besides that, I love the app it’s really good and when I made my font it looked so cool I wish I had some money to pay for it!!
