Great Service. I guess people don’t know how to do their own research anymore and are just mindlessly applying for lease-to-owns nowadays. Reading these reviews has truly stunned me to my pearls, because y’all are mad that this is a lease to own program and you didn’t take the time to educate yourself on how this service works? Y’all are crazy, Acima, just like Progressive, Snap, and other LEASE-TO-OWN programs works amazing at facilitating your payments as well as giving you 90 days option to pay it off with no lease to own cost. Educate yourselves before bad mouthing on this company who provides a great flexible service for people. Shame on y’all for your ignorance, it’s not Acima’s fault that y’all didn’t read the fine print or ask more questions when applying and signing your lease to own agreement.

Highly Irritated and Disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews first before ever leasing with them. I originally was approved for $5,000. I purchased a sofa/loveseat for $2,700. After a month Acima reported to the credit bureau that I leased the full approval amount for the $5,000 I was originally approved for. Why not just report for the amount I leased oh that’s right it’s because they charge you 100% interest for the product you’re leasing. So I have to pay over $5,000 for a $2,700 product!!! That’s ridiculous!! Absolutely not worth leasing from this company, please be aware you will pay double for any item that you lease with them.

Save up your money. Don’t believe the paid bot responses… no matter who you end up having a lease for through Acima the predatory lending rates are astronomical… I totally understand that some folks might prefer a two year lease to buy but even paying off the lease inside 90-Days has an astronomical amount of interest where you’re paying pretty much double the regular retail price just for paying off inside 90-days… you’re better off saving up your money. The company literally doesn’t care about you and even when you make a payment on-time they’ll still take the regularly scheduled payment until your lease is done or bought out and those kinda double charges are crazy…

My Balance is incorrect. I have called multiple times and have explain my issues about the app not being updated to my correct pricing it’s been a 2 months now. I am only paying the amount the my bill /receipt says I have to pay nothing more once I pay what I owe that’s is it Acima will have to figure out what they going to do about the extra $200 they want me to pay (It’s ridiculous that’s customer has to go through this problem that shouldn’t be a problem at all it’s a quick fixed simple ish Acima is the worst to business with Progressive leasing is A1 💯

Predatory lender. Do not take a loan out with Acima, their extra fees and taxes are insane, and are about 25% of the transaction, and if you were affected by the pandemic or lost your job, they’re not willing to work with you, even if you’re able to do the early buy out option you’ll still pay about 30 % more than what the item is worth, the more you put down, the higher they charge you, probably one of the worst Loans I’ve ever taken out. I was $300 away from my early buy out option and got COVID, miss my date and they wouldn’t work with me at all, you’ll pretty much pay for the item twice or even three times.

Thought about sending my item back .. When I first signed to get my item I was so not aware of all the extra fees that come out . They gave me the finial price I would be paying every two weeks in the store , but upon checking out my bank statements I’m actually paying more . I thought about just paying the item completely off but when I looked at the pay out amount it almost doubles in interest . I wouldn’t recommend this leasing company unless you are ok with paying all the extra “taxes” they have to offer. Not to mention, waiting to pay all your payments on time will result in you almost tripling in price. Think before you bye.

Nectar bed. Because of Acima I was able to finance a bed and pay it off in 90 days. I am disabled and my sleep was so disrupted. Such a happy customer that I am ordering a second bed for my gf and I can afford to buy it out right this time but I am still leasing it.

Terrible Customer Service. I’m not sure what the secret is to getting in touch with this company. I’m trying to update the phone number on my account so that I can verify my account at the time of purchase. You cannot update your phone number online or on the app. I have sat for hours on different chats getting “transferred” only to have no one pick up the chat. I have sat on hold on the phone for hours after being told my wait time was 15 minutes. I even tried using the Spanish line to no avail. The only response I have received is “a different department is handling your account” and then they transfer me and no one ever picks back up. If you are able, I would use a different leasing company.

Scam. This app is a total waste of time, After spending so much work and giving them my personal data, they decided to give me some points to be able to buy a Mobile, and after spending several hours deciding which would be the most appropriate, when I go to make the payment they tell me that I am not approved... I write to support AND THE ONLY THING THEY SAY IS TO CALL AND GIVE YOUR DATA AGAIN… in short, a total waste of time. and you cannot delete your account, they will keep your personal data saved

215 stance Rims. Got a set of new rims and tires. You pay weekly. And as you pay weekly on top of that save up so that You can pay them off in 4 months . or stay on payments for a year but your going to pay double. I paid in 3 months and done. Pro’s .. It’s expensive . Cons you pay it weekly for a year if you don’t have the money in full.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. If I could I’d give NO STARS!!! They charged my account 2 days in advance because it was linked to my bank account so I requested 3 separate times to have it changed to my Debit card so the money came out on the actual scheduled date and each time given a very difficult time even after giving my consent over the phone 3x continued to charge my account and not my card then customer service was very hard to speak with and even nasty at times even after I spoke with a supervisor highly NOT recommended do yourself a favor and just pay straight out or go with SNAP or Progressive leasing

Great Lease to Own plan. This is an app to view your lease agreements and such and make payments towards your account and buying stuff with their money, honestly very easy to use and understand, so long as you make your payments on time they don’t bug you! Amazing app

Unprofessional!!!!!. Just started using them for a recent lease, I had to call customer service which was a nightmare, they have to read from a script then some of them don’t understand English when it’s time for the customer to respond and then some of them are very argumentative with the customer I’m not pleased with this that’s unacceptable this will probably be my first and last time , they have a good concept to help people purchase items but it’s just poor customer service. Not to mention I was handed off to about three people when I called instead of making the customer feel comfortable and just say how can we make this better they sit there and go back and forth word for word and it just never ends . I work very hard for my income and people don’t want to be talked to any kind of way when they spending money at your business what you put out to the universe is going to come back faster than you think like these bad reviews that you are getting bad reviews and word of mouth is what’s going to ruin you.

Horrible customer service. I should have went with my gut when my husband signed up. We had the $ that day we purchased something. Anyway, they rush to sign you up, don’t explain much. The girl signing him up told him he didn’t have to read the contract just put next etc and sign. Then gives attitude when I take the time to read the fine print. They make it sound like every other week payments come out totally easy. Wrong! The 3m payments don’t equal the amount you will pay. They have it setup for a year so you pay double plus fees. Be smart and aware . Then when I tried paying online , it magically crashes before payment due. Trying to get the number to talk is a nightmare. Went down to the store, nobody has your info and can’t pay in store. You call, wait a long time, transfer 3x and get attitude because you pay early. Hoping that these people really gave us credit for paying off early. Ridiculous!!!

Credit scam that preys on the poor be very careful. If you’re certain you will have the money in 90 days then by all means this is a great credit options. But if you fall into a hardship and can not meet that your item price will double or triple. Leaving you stuck with what is basically now an expensive rental item. You’re only options being cutting your losses and being out of whatever you have put in. Or just stick the lease out and end up paying double or triple an items value

This is truly ridiculous. The company needs to either bring back lease pay cards. Or the one time payment card is good for 24 hours. I wasFumbling trying to write down the card number. Because the copy and paste wasn’t working. It was only utilizing three numbers or phone numbers. I already tried to purchase items earlier this week. which didn’t work out right because the time was up to soon. I noticed that I put the wrong location for pick up. Would you like me having to go back to correct it. However this killed more than 10 minutes of time. They need to address this. Otherwise Shima is a pretty decent company

Can’t Complete Lease Application. I’ve tried 5 times to apply for a lease and it gets all the way to the payment screen…. And then it hangs. The bad part is, you have to wait 30 mins to chat with someone for them to tell you they reset it on their end. And then it happens again. All the last agent told me was to “wait and apply again”. This app used to be good. I will need to start looking for other companies as this is very frustrating.

It’s honestly simple. The payment plans for it are very affordable and doable, easy to setup 100% would recommend. AlSO READ THE LEASE… it clear states that it’ll give about about 3-5 months to pay it off WITHOUT interest, after that the interest is very high so keep that in mind.

Be smart about what you wanna do.. This is perfect for people who want something now but don’t like payment plans that affect credit. For people who like paying something off in two payments or 3. Don’t be paying the minimum payments this is NOT for you!

Lease To Own. I’ve used Acima a few times without any incident. I will admit: Read the fine print in your lease agreement. It’s all there in black and white. Acima will allow you to pay off your agreement within 90 days with minimal fees added to the purchase amount. However, if you choose to exercise the full lease time (24 payments) do not be shocked when you pay double for your item. This is no different than other rent/lease to own companies. If you cannot pay off the purchased item in 90 days, then you should probably seek other means of payment options, or be prepared to pay additional fees through this company. I appreciate that they offer their service. It may not be for everyone, but all the fees and payment dates are given to you upfront before YOU agree to the lease.

Great company with App that needs fixing asap. Great company got approved and what not, i wont lie i started to wonder if this was a scam since i paided my initial payment and then boom app crashes and nothing, no item & out the initial payment that came out of my card. Took me two days finally to reach someone successfully in the in app department sicne the phone lines were 1 hr to 1 hr- 2hr wait times to ralk to someone and then it would hang up on it own. Finally got it resolved got my item but app needs to be looked at it. If it wasn't for the app acting a fool i would of gave you 5 stars.

App is working for all these 5 Star Ratings?. Haven’t had a good experience and all these 5 Star ratings make it look kinda shady. Got approved for an amount. Paid first initial payment but haven’t gotten any info in return so I can checkout my items at the online store of my choice. None of the Reps are trained for this new app and all I get is that the techs know what going on and are trying to fix it. It’s been 2 weeks since I signed the lease agreement and paid the first payment. And all I get it it should be fixed this date then this date... even the reps said it’s been a nightmare with the app and with no training on what to do… they even added why would they offer such a thing if they knew it had critical issues.

Know how to use it. If you don’t know how this credit work.. DO NOT USE IT!!!! Whatever you can afford to pay in 90 days should be you limit & also be aware of the dude date for the 90 day pay off. You will pay 3x the amount of you go over the 90 days. Example: if you lease out a bed of $800 and your minimum payments are $80 , that will automatically leave you at a contract of 1 yr or longer paying a lot. You can either pay $225 a month or save up and pay the full amount left the day before the due date. Simple and easy!

Not worth it. So I decide to buy a last min gift for my husband, for a very special occasion And the total cost was 850$. Its was my second time using acima the first time i paid in full my purchase with the 3 months “early purchase” thing that they have. So according to them when you use them for a second time you get like a 25% off of whatever you purchase but THATS NOT TRUE. From the 850$ i was down to 335$ and i was late for 1 day to do my “early purchase” again and can you believe these ppl told me that i had to pay them 100$ more😒😳 i was really upset cause they tell you that you can have 7 more days extra and thats not true. I end up paying 435$ which its makes no sense cause they were charging me every 2 weeks. So next time I rather to wait and NOT USE ACIMA they really charge alot of taxes for no reason. So if you think about it you can end up paying more in interest than what your item costs.

TERRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY DEMONS!!!!. They deleted my review because they don’t want you all to know the truth. This company is a complete scam if you have the chance to run I would suggest you RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! I bought furniture for $2000 with tax, and asked to be signed up for 90 day payout. After calling several times I thought I was set up to pay off my furniture but coming to find out they never signed me up for it and added $3000 (yes, $3000!!!!) of fees for not paying it off in 90 days. Then I try to return and they tell me that I have to drop of the furniture MYSELF (I ordered a couch and bedroom set with a huge chest) and still pay them $600 just to close the lease. Awful, horrible, money hungry. I really regret ever leasing with them it’s been a nightmare to say the least.

Previous 5 star ratings are a joke. One time cards do not work after after initiating your lease. When you contact customer service they are helpful but are clueless as to what is going on with the app themselves. Was told glitches would be resolved by many dates according to their IT area and nothing had been fixed. My suggestion: get rid of your entire IT area and get folks who know what they are doing and delete all of these fake 5 star ratings.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this conpany. I do NOT reccommend this company be used for any type of leasing. It is a rip off - I purchased 9 items with a total of $1300 in purchases and returned 3 items, which Acima asked me to contact the purchase company to claim my refund bc they did not receive the refund order from. It took a month to resolve. It was finally taken off and I had paid $600 of the $862 owed. The 90-day lease term ended and now the balance remains $1,000. Ummm....Someone isnt doing thier math correctly. Worst company!!! Do NOT use this company!!!

One star cuz I cannot give it zero. I signed the lease agreement without them telling me that I was gonna get charged more than what I was approved for. After I contacted support they told me that I was gonna loose money anyways if I sued them and that I couldn’t get the money back because I signed the lease agreement. Also when I asked if he could get a copy of the lease agreement I was told I was gonna get one on Wednesday which was 6 days after I contacted them, they clearly needed time to move numbers and words around!!! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM, ITS A WHOLE SCAAMMM!

PAY IN 90 Days. I love Acima. This is a program for people with crappy credit. If you pay in 90 days all you is a 75 dollar fee. If you don’t you pay out your but in price! But you have to be on top of the 90 day date. It’s YOUR responsibility. It’s honestly my favorite

Great service provided for med to low credit. After getting denied for credit at the store this option was presented to me. If you fully understand how it works then you will be good. I highly recommend paying off your lease at the early term date or you will be paying double. I would like to thank them for giving me a chance when the big banks didn’t. Will be using again.

Biggest Scam. The dealer knew this scam and signed me up. He told me it was like after pay or Klarna stating I didn’t have money to make the purchase at the time. So for people to not know could be honestly at the hands to know how this company works and the perks behind signing on with them. Total scam. I’m paying 1000 on top of what I paid. Way to help the people who need it. So people can comment how they want but when to greedy companies work together you have no chance.

Terrible customer service. If I could give a 0 star I would. I submitted an application days ago, but it required identification documents. So I emailed them in as asked. Nothing, no response. I chat with someone on the website, then they cancel my application and make me submit a new one. I submitted my documents AGAIN. Nothing. I go to chat with someone again, and they referred me to a department that was closed. I chat with someone just now, and they ended the chat on me saying I wasn’t responding when I was. No help, no one knows what they’re doing. I’ve called in but no one ever answers. If any of you need any help with support good luck, it’s a joke because if you do happen to get in touch with someone, they won’t know what to do.

What's all the fuss about?!!!. I'm reading the views and just don't understand. I guess some of you guys didn't read the fine print. It's just like any loan or Aaron's or Rent A Center. If you don't pay within a certain time frame then you pay interest. Rooms to go does it. Sometimes when you get a new credit card 0% interest for 12 months. I mean come on people. If you can't pay it off in 90 days then don't get it. It's just that simple. I've always paid off my items within 90 days. I don't want to shell out all my cash at once. So this option great for me. I guess you guys are sticking to the 30 year fixed mortgage as well. Look at your interest you are paying after 30 years. You will be shocked. Same concept. But I don't know nothing. Smart people know how to handle their finances and credit. Acima I thank you for your services and will continue to use them.

Ignorance is blind, like some of these reviews.. If people pay attention, you get the item at its store prices(not including taxes or whatever minor fees is there) when you purchase and pay on the 90 day option. If not its basically like a 12 month thing(subject to interest and late penalties). Thats how most business make their money, cause its easier payments for us but money goes to them afterwards. Its not hard to understand and review. They dont hide it in the fine print. Do your own research. 😎

Awful awful awful!. Went and applied and to my surprise, got approved for $1400. I downloaded the app and from the get go it is awful. Constantly glitchy and slow to load every single page. Like, you maybe have a 2% chance to get through to a page. Went on the PC to checkout there. I get to the final step for payment and I can’t enter my debit card number. Tried to reach out through chat but was met with some of the most terrible CSR I’ve ever seen. No acknowledgement, just told me to call a number after waiting. No attempt to help me. Good thing I didn’t give them my money. They sure as heck don’t deserve business

Well paying Customer since 2018 Blocked and rude customer service. I have successfully completed 6 different leases totaling over $7k with you guys all paid within the 90 day period and now am told “we are unable to approve you for shopping power at this time”. It has said this for over a year now. I was told to contact you guys and when I do I get rude customer service that says they can’t tell me anything. You have successfully blocked a well paying customer from using your service.

Bad customer service!. they constantly take the payment out on the wrong payday I get paid every two weeks it started out OK and then I added another item to my financing and then they started taking it out instead of every two weeks on my payday every week for one and then the next week for the other which caused me to have overdraft fees at my bank because it was on a day that was not my payday and then acima also charges me $25 late fee because the bank returns it so I get hit twice this has happened three times now they refuse to fix it and say they can't do anything about the late charges that wasn't my fault to begin with! once these items are paid off I will never use this company or recommend it ever again!

Loan sharks by any other name. If you agree from a merchant to pay for something with Acima, as I did for a pair of glasses, make sure you set up the "early payment agreement" with Acima so that you are paying a sensible and tax / interest free installment which is probably what you are intending. I was sure to do this right away once reading that these people otherwise were expecting me to pay over $1,000 for q $500 pair of glasses, which is 100% interest, something that is literally illegal through any loan or credit provider that pulls your credit information. Skeezy company that prays on poverty and bad credit. The world is full of them. I have paid off my installment without giving them an extra red cent and feel like I need to take a shower now. Screw these vultures and any merchant that partners with them, to be honest. It's unethical.

Easy Access of Item even with low credit. Took me only 2 minutes to get approved and select my product. I have been using the app for 8 months without any issues. This app has saved me for going debt.

90 day pay off period. I love lease to own. I love check to check month to month, sometimes I can’t afford necessities like tires all at once. I also would rather not pay 21% on my credit card. Acima allows me to pay for merch within 90 days at no extra cost.

Poor customer service charge you but don’t communicate about order. They act as if I’m inconveniencing them app having technical issues placed an order weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing contacted them just to find out that it’s some issues with the virtual card (NOT MY PROBLEM) and the order supposedly never went through but they charged my account for the first payment in my final price I paid for delivery and installation agent told me I have to pick it up!!🧐 what and every time I talk to anyone im getting the run around or transferring to different departments wish I could give no stars

App doesent work. So the app logged me in fine one day had all my lease history and everything seemed fine. Started a new lease yesterday and logged into the app and it will not let me log in saying I don’t have an Acima account and my login doesent exist. It doesent recognize my phone number and refuses to let me log in to the point of basically wanting me to create a new account. Now I’m unsure how to pay for my lease Edit: Not sure what changed but app seems to be working fine now

Acima #1. What an amazing way to get your merchandise and pay later. Whether you’re wanting that new Apple Watch are simply needing a new washer and dryer, you can always give acima a try. They are the best leasing company I’ve ever dealt with. The only thing I get upset about is that, I only get $1000 credit at a time. I have used them on three separate occasions, and paid them off every time. Actually all three were in the last six months. You would think after three times in six months they would up the money a little bit. But all in all I hope I can help someone out making the choice to switch to Acima. They are much nicer than my wife has ever been.

PAY IF OFF ASAP. You have 90 days to pay off your item(s) or the interest will almost triple. I got a stove and refrigerator for $1800 in January and made one payment in February and paid it off. This isn’t for people wanting to make the bare payment for items, it is geared for financially savvy people who can pay it off before 90 days otherwise I would not recommend them.

Let us buy what we want.. Love using Acima but why not let us buy from whatever store we want? Like Klarna does. Like let us go to any online store and be able to make a card to use during checkout. Let’s go !!

TOTAL RIP-OFF. Run as FAST as you can it’s a total ripoff. It’s NOT THE SAME AS CASH IN 90 days they charge you for paying it off early. This company trumps up the taxes and fees for furniture that’s not WORTH IT. Best advice I can give you is CASH OUT IF POSSIBLE. IF NOT GO ANOTHER ROUTE YOU’LL SAVE SO MUCH MORE MONEY. Very upset and confused. I recently was approved for up to $4,000 but didn’t realize the place was so far and I couldn’t order online. I decided to apply for a place that was closer and was denied for some unknown reason after just being approved the day prior! I contacted them and not only do they not care they told me I could only use up to $2500 at the original store now. This is such bull crap I just don’t know what else to say. I would definitely not try working with this company.

Zero stars if I could.. Unbelievable. If I could zero star this company I would. Absolute trash and you WILL pay ATLEAST double the price on the merchandise. You are 100% better off purchasing in full through original sellers or even leasing anywhere else. Ps5? Ended up paying close to 2k in payments. iPhone 13? OVER 2k in payments. I am swamped with life so I wasn’t even checking until I did all my calculations and could believe how I let all this pass. please do NOT purchase or lease in this place. All your money literally goes into the trash. Absolutely disappointed. And they “don’t charge interest” them where is all this extra money from? Going to? Ask. Ask questions if you have a lease with them and you’ll be surprised at the responses. Yes, they are professional, BUT their responses don’t make sense and all their fees and literally just come ups. I cannot believe this. I am so stunned and dumbfounded I’m writing this review at almost 4am. Running people out of their money and filling with unbelievable fees. I could never recommend or even look this way at this company again.

Pay off in 3 months. I really like this program. I pay a low down payment and then weekly Pmt’s and take the item the same day. All I want to say is make sure you pay off the item in 3 months, otherwise you will be paying 3 or 4 times more. It has work great for me because I have always pay off in 3 months same as cash but payments.

Not sure what everyone is so mad about!. I love Acima I use them whenever I make a purchase over $500. I’ve always paid it off in 90 days and have never paid any extra fees. The people complaining on here are doing so because they didn’t pay it off in 90 days and Acima is very clear that they’ll tack on additional fees and interest. If you missed that part it’s on you! 5 stars across the board. I’d recommend to anyone!

Do not recommend!. If I can give 0 stars I would. For starters the interest is ridiculous. I had finished paying my lease in full around October and all of the sudden 2 months later I am being charged over $600. So I tried contacting customer service around 5pm and it is apparently closed. When it clearly states on their app the hours are Mon-Fri from 7am - 7pm.

Fix the app. I’ve only been able to login once and never again after that. Every time I’ve tried to log on since I get stuck at the loading screen and never go anywhere. I have more luck just going online and login directly with the website.

DONT DO IT. Not worth using this company. For each payment you do they charge you “Tax” even if you’re still in the 90 day period. The customer service is the worst too! Extremely rude and useless. If you’re ok with throwing away your money then do it. Never using Acima ever again.

I’m just disappointed because now I’m not qualified.. I was qualified (twice) one for $1250 then another for $950. I wanted to buy a laptop for $1300, but couldn’t so I left it alone. 2nd time I wanted to buy something, but my offer was $950. I don’t know why it decreased. Now I’m flat out my qualified. I never used any credits because I was always offered less than I needed. Now I’m not qualified.

App says to update. App says to update but i already updated. Tried to delete and install again and it still wont let me use it

Awesome. Alot of companies act like they care about customers setting up these so called great payment plans but Acima really does care awesome support awesome payment plans love the service thankyou so much!!!

What happened. App keeps crashing and will not go pass the load screen.

This company is horrible. Zero stars if possible! This company is horrible. They auto draft on any day they please. I am always auto drafted early (10+ days before my draft date) for some reason. It has happened multiple times on different Leasing agreements. The customer service is horrible, everyone I talk to is rude and seems to not want to help! I will never suggest them to anyone nor will I ever use them again.

One of my favorite financing programs. Never have I encountered any issues that haven’t been resolved quickly. Will continue to use their services as long as I could.

Got a ps5. Got a ps5, because it was not avaible anywhere. Paid it off within 3 months. Boom, bang pow. Your finish. Sometimes the actual place works with you. All hope is not lost guys.

Booting off. I’ve redownloaded the app 4 different times and it keeps booting me off. Even when trying to purchase something. Nothing something I’m going to keep dealing with if you guys can’t fix it

Useful and Easy to Use. All of my interactions with Acima have been awesome and this app is no different. Good looking and easy to use app that makes working with Acima great!

Wow Acima is a game changer!. Goodbye credit cards, this is all I’m using from now on! I have admittedly not the best credit and Acima is helping me lease things I need for my family now! Leasing is the future ditch the credit cards!

MacBook. I started to save in November for my MacBook. My granddaughter told me about Acima leasing on December 5th I was so thankful. I picked up my MacBook the same day. I paid it off in 2 months saving me more money. Thank you Acima. Constance

App features. I’m only rating the app only. Acima does come in handy and if you are on top of your stuff. It can benefit you. Now when it comes to the app. It does not open or takes forever to open up. So my best advice is just use the website to get results.

App No Longer Opens. This was a great app until a month or so ago. It keeps loading but never to the main page. Disappointed.

Worst financing company ever. Do not lease with acima. Their employees don’t listen to you while talking, they will make date changes on payments without your authorization. They will also charge your account late fees even when payments go through and they don’t really help at all. I will never use them again

Jokes aside. Truly appreciate what Acima has allowed me to do this far having joined the service.

Horrible !!. Never are we going to use Acima ! They would always cancel our 90 payment plan and charge us more !! First it was $70 then it went to $90 and the last two weeks it was $100!!! Ridiculous. And on top of that the customer service was horrible .

Terrible. Absolutely insane, I made a payment ahead of time , paid well over the amount that was going to be taken out and they still charge my account on the schedule date a separate payment amount.

Its ok. I paid off one lease and currently paying off another. However i have a remaining balance on my lease and wanted to buy something else but everytime i try to it say “technically difficulties” i guess i can have two active lease at the same time, but they’re not clear on rather u can or not And customer service is horrible

Customer service. EXCELLENT place of business with an very extraordinary respectful & caring staff. Staff greet you as you enter the building. Brandon, Alexis, & Mary was very PROFESSIONAL & patient. Great atmosphere, fresh smelling & clean building.

If I could rate Zero. Absolutely the worst you get down to 20 payments left they add on more payments stealing money from you saying you behind but pay faithfully ever week customer service hangs up on you through chat feature will not ever ever use this company again

App doesn’t work. I keep trying to use the app , it keeps saying hold on a sec but it never loads

Acima leasing is a fraud. They do not clearly mention in the beginning that they will be charging interest. Later they charge more money in interest. I really did not know I had to pay interest for the first 90 days. The car mechanic where I got my service from did not tell me properly. Acima is worst. Don’t fall for it people.

Okay. This is a great choice for leasing a product but what bugs me is that when ever I want to open the app it doesn’t open at all it just says please wait with the loading screen and I can’t check my lease or anything it’s frustrating

App. My app is working fine into it requested an update today and now I can’t log into it because it keeps saying update and then when I click on update it there is no update and it says open and I click open and it says needs to update so thank you for totally screwing up my app app

App hasn’t worked in over two weeks. I’ve downloaded the app quite a few times to get it to work properly. Once it opens it doesn’t load it just keeps crashing. Finally it uses Face ID to which now it just sits and says one sec and I will wait for 10-15mins and it doesn’t do anything.

Scam DO NOT USE!!!!!!! They have been reported. All the 5 star reviews are bits or paid reviews. This app is not good. It took my 1st payment and I haven’t heard anything back. It’s been weeks. Finally contacted my bank to reverse the charges and they have filed a fraud alert for this company. They have also contacted the federal side and have decided to open an investigation on this company.

Great app to use without credit. Love this app! It makes shopping without credit super easy!

ZERO STARS!. I did business with this company and have been calling them about property that I’m not paying for since it does not work. I had so many problems and on the day the property was supposed to be paid for they aren’t any customer service representatives available. I’m disappointed in this company. I will never use them or any of their vendors again. They don’t care about their customers!

Worst crap I have ever TRIED to use. Tried at Home Depot with a $5,000 limit and couldn’t buy anything, ended up just using a regular credit card. Used the app again for sleep number and once again …….. no good….. this app is a joke. Cannot add what we wanted to cart so count me out. My advice is DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this. ABSOLUTELY A JOKE.

Concerning the terms of this Acima contract first. My is terral stevens and I would like for someone to explain this a clearer to me. I’m paying for what I purchased for 1 ur nor 26 months. So I would appreciate if someone would call me as soon as possible. Please!! Thanks in advance..

App ever works. I am trying to use m credit and the app keeps consistently saying for me to log on in 10 min. It hasn’t worked for weeks.

No good if you can’t use it. This app is a joke. Am all approved placed my order and took the first payment out of my checking account and the app crashed now I can’t even make a purchase through who I want to make a purchase with and you can’t get a hold of anyone online or on the phone.

Please do NOT lease. This is a terrible company, they take money out every 2 weeks and on top of that the fees are ridiculous. Honestly, you would be better off just placing it on your credit card or getting a LOAN. A 3k purchased turned into 7k purchase if paid on time in the amount of time they give you.

Horrible app. I’ve downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded this app 4 times now. Each time I get to the check out page the “pay with Acima” prompt never shows. I’ve logged out and logged back in, been approved twice now for 2 different amounts, it won’t let me checkout and you can’t do it online of course because that would just be too easy. Horrible app. Doesn’t work!

Incredibly simple to use. No complaints. Very easy to use and quick application process. I would highly recommend it

App problems. The app is great when it wants to work. For the past week, I have been experiencing problems with the app opening up, all it says is “one sec.” After restarting my plane several times, the problem still exists. Is anyone else having this issue?
