Can’t use app at my local store. All stores show up except in Lockport, La, why is that?

Already disappointed. Set up account and went to select location 3 blocks from my house. None of the New Orleans locations even show up. Booooo.

Will not allow sign-in ERROR. Can’t verify by signing in to purchase alcohol, tried numerous times always ERROR… Worthless app.

Weekly Flyer??. I downloaded the app so I could check weekly flyers and specials without having to google every time. I thought it would have the same info as the website, but it doesn’t even show the flyers. It has lists, but I want to be able to scan the flyer without having to scroll through every item. And it doesn’t take you to a home page. The landing page is for starting an order, and you have to begin the process just to get in. It’s could be handy for ordering, but that’s not what I’m interested in. It’s easier just to google the website. I’m probably going to delete the app.

Mississippi stores. No Mississippi stores are available on this app. It’s useless for those of us living on the Mississippi Gulf coast!!

DIAMONDHEAD = awful. Received an email our order was ready well before my reserved pick up time. Went to pick it up and checked in on the app that i was there. Waited 30 min, nothing. Called the # on the parking space’s sign, she said my reserved time is my pick up time but she’d be right out. Waited another 30 minutes, nothing. Walked in to get my items myself and 2 employees giggling and cutting up behind CS 🤯🤯🤯 Take the app away from this store. Instacart is far far better. The employees don’t know proper app CS . And fix the email system to not tell people their order is ready.

Like the service but app can be improved. I find it annoying that the app logs me out almost after every use.

Horrible. This app is absolutely horrible. I am constantly going on trying to do a online order and can’t find the items that I’m looking for and it’s simple items that should be there, like today I wanted to get 2% milk, you don’t even have Rouses brand 2% milk on there, that’s insane. Whoever is in control of the app really needs to step up their game. What good is placing an online order if I have to go inside to pick up items that I know you have in the store but they’re not on the app.

Would give it 0 stars.. Terrible “search” functionality. You have to put nearly the exact words in to get any results. Tested misspelling words or using symbols numbers (half and half vs 1/2 & 1/2 will give different results). The last thing you search remains in the search bar- you have to delete each character to clear the search between EVERY item. The is no “recently searched” menu. It’s so useless and unprofessional it should be embarrassing to Rouse’s. The developers have obviously little experience in UI. Can’t zoom pics to view labels or nutritional info. Have to go to details to find. So many more issues. So frustrating. For those complaining that the Rouse’s app isn’t at your store, be glad Rouse’s hasn’t taken Instacart out of your store. Trust me, I’d rather pay a small mark up on items than use this crappy app. And… I had $40 in credits with Instacart and a free delivery that I can’t use because Rouse’s didn’t give their customers a date when they were suspending the use of Instacart.

Can not open app. Third time to download app and only opens when I choose curbside pickup which I do not want. I had the app on my phone and when I was at their store the other day the app was no longer on my phone. So I downloaded their app but have been unable to access anything other than ‘curbside pickup.’

Great service. Thanks Rouses for such a convenient way to shop! Easy navigation throughout the app. Your team deserves many compliments on setting this up as a local feature!

Not the easiest to use. I love rouses and the employees at my location (Diamondhead) are always wonderful but the app has issues 1.) It continues to log me out. 2.) The coupons should be online and on the app not redirected to the internet. 3.) It doesn’t show a lot of what is actually in the store.

Garbage app having to sign in each time. Now it doesn’t recognize my sign in. Useless app

Slow downloading. Super slow loading ad and app.

Needs to be more intuitive. I’m not sure if the company that designed this app. But, The first thing that should come up is a login. Some icons need to be bigger as I am young but the target demographic for this app will probably be 50+ people with complaints about navigating icon size and location. Also, if you have Instacart at all locations, why only limit one location to have free pickup?

Good experience. Ordering was easy. Swapped a few texts about unavailable items, which was nice. I wasn’t sure what to expect with regards to unavailable items. Got everything I ordered and great service. Will use again!

Cut out the hassel. I was really excited about this app and downloaded immediately but the check out process is a hassel. You don’t need my life history. I don’t give that to you in store or on your competitor’s apps. Check out should be fast and easy. I cancelled my order and was exhausted trying to register my account so I gave up. Otherwise, the app is good but if you can’t close the deal, what’s the point?

Your app is disappointing.. The 3 stores in Lafayette aren’t even listed in the app. Very disappointed

Not useful. Not all Rouses stores.. Not helpful. Only a few stores. More in Alabama than Louisiana and none in New Orleans Baton Rouge or Northshore areas. Totally useless.

Doesn’t work. The app asks for my zip code and only shows stores 50 miles away… not the one a mile from my house.

Great Experience. I had a great experience with Rouses curbside pickup! The app was easy to use, they had all of my items ready earlier than my scheduled time and pickup was quick and friendly. The clerk explained a few tips to me when he loaded the groceries in my car. I like that it felt more local than other grocery pickup services that I’ve used before.

Big Help!. Downloaded app this week and have used twice so far. Suggestions: make it so that I don’t have to log in every time I want to use/order. Took a bit to figure out that payment method was not automatically saved. Would be helpful to let us j is where the “pickup” parking spots are so we don’t have to drive around looking (not obvious for my store). Thanks for doing this—it is an excellent time saver!

Easy way to shop groceries. Found app easy to use. Good communication from shopper when an item needed to be substituted. Order ready for pickup same day and ahead of scheduled time. Also, nice to find a bonus thank you item and note in my bag!

Won’t open!. This app hasn’t opened in days.. updates are seriously needed!

Rouse App. The Rouses App does not work. I want to shop at Druscilla, but get referred to #58. I also would like to shop Digital Deals, but the App has never worked for this. The employees at Druscilla cannot provide help. Can I get this fixed ?

Needs bar code scanner. A product I want doesn’t appear in search but is available in store. What about scanning a product to shopping list? TerriK

Great curbside service, not a very good app. App does not open most of the time. You have to log in every time you use it. Ingredients for all products should be shown along with country of origin. The store shopper is amazing.
