Better site now. Your site used to not work. Filters will not work clicking the shoes or items will not do anything. Today I shopped and it’s a lot lot. Better. No bugs! The only thing I would say is I bought socks for my kids, and the size guide doesn’t help me choose the right size.

Lover of apps. Workout apparel apps are my favorite. When I see someone in the gym with apparel I like. I can easily look it up and get my order in. The platform is easy to use and I can find everything I’m looking for. Keep up the great work.

Easy, fast, and no stress. So easy to make a purchase! I love puma sneakers! They are so comfortable, and try to size. I have to admit, what was the motivator for me to try the puma brand was Lauren London. I saw her beautifully blessed self modeling the shoes, and had to try them. So glad I did! I love the styles.

They say it is easier in the app. I found more information on products in the app and it is also easier to navigate versus using a browser. It works like it should and is easy to navigate. The checkout experience is also very smooth.

Puma app - Amazingly fast and easy to navigate. Just downloaded the app and wow this is fast and amazing and no errors or glitches. I’m Glad puma finally has their own app. “I stay on track like a box of pumas.” 👏🏽

App is terrible and needs fixed.. Good luck on getting any type of collab shoe they drop. The app will give you an error message constantly and when you finally get it to load you’ll only receive more error messages when trying to add shoes to the cart. I like puma shoes but they’ve certainly lost my respect after I’ve waited months for a certain shoe to drop only to be met with error messages, and then the shoe selling out before it can be fixed. I guess I’ll just stick to other brands for shoes until they get it fixed or make it right.

HT. Pumas are my fave! The black and neon orange riaze prowl are the best fitting work/workout shoes, I’m on my 4th pair. I wear them until I need a new pair I love them so much! I tried out every name brand shoe in the store until I found the perfect one for me- and I always get compliments!

Garbage company. I would rather walk barefooted thru 100 miles of glass than wear a puma product I’m livid wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to buy a single product from their drop and couldn’t just because their app crashes 100 times try to pay doesn’t work 100 times try add an item to your cart doesn’t work the fact that they make this garbage app exclusive just for the app not to work, waited 1 month for this garbage just to not be able to buy a single item even though I have them in my cart after 100 different attempts cause their app is the worst design and can’t load anything for more than 2 seconds and the checkout doesn’t work with multiple bugs no matter what honestly I will never buy a product from this company again One Piece should have done a colllab with literally any other shoe company

App Order. I love the app it’s better than the website to me and easy to order from. Also it’s almost like your looking at the shoe in person on the app. Totally worth downloading

Ole Skool. I love this app, it’s amazing how much satisfaction I get when I’m using it. I’m old school and can remember when Puma was the go to brand to make a fashion statement. Now days, I’m in heaven with my favorite iconic styles at my fingertips. Love It!!

Nice for the phone oriented. Most ppl these days only surf the web on a phone with most places being app based it really makes the frustration of shopping through the safari browser go away . Nice app easy to navigate and simple to place a order … looking forward to my pumas in the mail.

App crashed, lost shoes in finalizing process. Pumas latest release of their One Piece exclusive was a disaster. I had my Luffy shoes in the cart at checkout and was paying. Once it was finalizing the site crashed. I tried to get back into my cart but the app continuously crashed, sometimes not even letting me enter. Once I finally had them back in my cart after a ridiculous amount of frustrating tries they sold out. I’m furious with Puma and will probably not order from them again. It’s like a clerk taking someone’s product out of their shopping cart and handing it to someone else. Couldn’t even speak to a live agent because of their hours. I’m disgusted with how the app handled this launch and the loss of one of my favorite shows exclusive sneakers to resellers. Puma needs to never make an app only exclusive again. 👎🏼.

Makes shopping easy. The app makes shopping on my phone very easy. The only improvement I’d like to see is in regards to search tags. I searched for yoga and didn’t find any men’s yoga clothing until I accidentally stumbled upon the Studio collection.

Doesn’t Work. This app locks up on the accept cookies page. I have re installed multiple times. This is unfortunate because I have been waiting for this app. Disappointed-J

Great Look. I love how modern the look of this app is. It’s very easy to use and navigate what I’m shopping for. Definitely speedy too! Will be making a lot more purchases through the app!

Did a little research and downloaded the app. I’m not sure who really gets the credit when I bought my soft gliders from Fingerhut but it was still a great price. I love the style and colors. Love it!!. I’ve been waiting for a PUMA app for awhile now. Just downloaded and bought some sneakers already… it was so easy to browse, add to my cart and purchase!!! This is going to hurt my wallet with how easy it is to order. My sneaker obsession just got a little help!

Surprised and Excited. The Puma website was easy to get around in, with the hundreds and hundreds of shoes I was really in awe and excited of the shoes I came across. I ended up buying five pairs of shoes and put it on one of the premium plants I think this rose the best shopping website I’ve been to in the 30 years. I’ve been shopping online, so thanks PUMA!

Not sure yet what to give as review. I looked up a lot of reviews on this product. In google search this shoe comes up as leather upper, but it’s not leather on the website. Many customers complained the tab on top of shoe was too short and one comment was about the buyer’s instep and whether high with high arches or lower instep with flatter feat that might impart a problem with tab. Since I’ve got flat feet I am hopeful the tab issue won’t be with me as well. There was no mention at all about returns are handled, which can be a bad sign if the shoe doesn’t fit well enough to wear. I wish it was triple stitched, since one reviewer did complain the seams was busted on his shoe. The ordering was easy but then, whenever it comes to taking your money, that of course is always easy. If I have to pay my own shipping back and if I’m required to pay shipping back to China, I might not be having a pleasant conversation on phone. Often though, scams never have a phone number to call in USA, you have to call to China, probably next doo to where they’re making the fentanyl to kill us.

Great Virtual shopping experience. Shopping on the PUMA website has been amazing. Lots of cool options, frequent opportunities to get additional savings, and crystal clear communication on your order while in transit. This is how virtual shopping should be!

Soooo much better than the site. I really enjoy this puma app. I find it a lot better to use and navigate through versus the actual website lol. So kudos to puma. Keep up the great work and keep the sales coming

Thank the Feline gods!. I’ve been waiting for this app forever. Site navigation may take a little bit to get used to as it is different from the main site, BUT it’s still fairly easy. The app is SMOOTH!!

Buggy and not ready. Waited months for an “App exclusive” launch. On launch, app overloaded with reseller bots and kept crashing. With a half hour of trying to add product to cart and hitting error after error, I was finally able to check out only to be met with more errors when paying. Finally received one order confirmation, but 8 (EIGHT!!) charges to my credit card. Absolute garbage.

The Wait Is Over!!!. I’ve been waiting for this to become a reality. Much easier to access my likes and shop directly from the app versus using a browser. Plus…who doesn’t love using AfterPay!!!

Nice 👍🏽 but why u blanking on me!?. The app is sleek, fast, looks great👍🏽! There is a super annoying problem, it will go BLANK while you’re searching. Example: I was looking at a certain Clothing feature, mixed with shoes👟, clothes👕, accessories. After putting a couple thing in my cart🛒 and saving a couple for later, the screen goes completely blank, like Blizzard🌨️ white screen🤬 Then I have to reload the recommended items, filters, blah blah, and start over. Starting over in a search is the worst way to shop online, and the fastest way to lose revenue. Being able to pickup where a shopper leaves off is crucial to online shoppers!! That’s some free advice PUMA! I’m a Data/Process Engineer👨🏽‍💻I understand the issue/s, I’m available to consult if PUMA needs!! This completely negates all the great things I said at the beginning. There are a couple smaller issues, but fix the first one, as that correction will bring up a few more. ✌🏽

FINALLY!!!!!. Love that you have an app so I can save my favorites and come back to them. Plus so much more…. Only wish is that when searching by gender, it would search all not just a specific category- maybe I just haven’t fooled around with it enough yet? 😅

Speedy Delivery. My order on the APP came faster than my order on the site. The APP is also easy to use and very user friendly. I love the virtual try-on, helpful to see what the shoes will look like in person.

Limited Releases. My only complaint is how the app isn't like SNKRS or adidas confirmed that takes you immediately to checkout once you acquired a pair. Instead it keeps on the same page wondering if you got the shoes in your cart just to find out you have 12 of them and the app is not responding quick enough to remove all the shoes. Just to turn out but the time you get the app to work kinda, the shoe you wanted is sold out. FUN.

Big difference vs the web. Using the link on the website kept giving me “oops” error and losing all items in the cart. This happened at least 3x where I almost didn’t try again and was thinking about forgetting about making the purchase. My friend told me to use the app, it saves all items in the cart FOR DAYS. I gave it another try, downloaded the all and WAH LA, it was a super easy smooth process. Im so happy I did not give up and instead purchased items :)

ABOUT TIME. Puma was well in need of their own app and they did it just right. I didn’t experience any glitches or issues. Was a smooth process and transition between tabs and checkout was a breeze. Great job Puma it was well worth the wait!

Smooth transitions. I really enjoy the smooth transition between photos as well as the option to view the product in various colors. This is the best shopping app I’ve used to date.

Puma App 0/5 if I could rate it that low. I used the app for the first time since a shoe release was going to be exclusive to the app itself. I was extremely interested in the shoe so I decided to download and wait for its release only to get hit with errors the entire time. I endure this for a solid 20 minutes until I find out the item I wanted to buy is now no longer in stock. Go online to see its already being SCALPED. This app is absolute garbage and forcing people to use it only makes it easier for scalpers to buy all the stock. Awful experience, extremely infuriating. Will genuinely never buy puma again.

Scan function doesn’t work. Exactly as the title says. I enter a puma store, they don’t have my size so I try to find the same style on the app to see if J can order one in my size. The scan feature in the app simply does not detect/recognize the barcode. There’s no message that the barcode is invalid either, just doesn’t ever detect it.

Good, but could do with some tweaks.. I’d like to see some gestures added to the app, like a swipe for going forward and backwards as an example. Other than that, it’s excellent and snappy.

DELETE THE APP. This app is a failure and needs heavy updating. The app was not able to handheld a HIGHLY anticipated drop. When in fact it was supposed to be an app exclusive drop. To me this is just a marketing scam for them to look good in the stocks to show that they’re many users on the app. I just delete the app and hopefully many do too.

Cheap price good shoes and clothes. I just got this app, registered and got the shoes I wanted (scoot 1 Cheetos) and they are awesome showed up in 9 days but everything was hassle free definitely download this if you like puma accessories!

Absolute garbage. Ordering shoes is easy and the app is fine. However Puma has terrible customer service and can’t ship a package right. I ordered shoes and it got delayed once it did arrive it turned out they sent me someone else’s order. It took them a long time to give me the return shipping label. I am still waiting for my shoes and it has been delayed twice already.
