Super simple concept. This app is amazing! It took me just 5 minutes to get my account ready to go. In addition to that, tasks came in very quickly and there’s never nothing to do!

I will never use a Company like Stripe again!😡. I have tried diligently to edit my account information to update after I had been scammed. There is no way to contact other than text messages! I have received multiple messages that my funds are on the way daily. But never received any. Poor, poor, poor customer service!!!

App doesn’t allow me to use my keyboard. Installed the app and when I tried to sign in it kept the keyboard from coming up in order to type. Tried reinstalling and it did it again. I’ve never had this issue with any other app and the regular Stripe app works just fine. Unfortunately, the Express does not even allow me to login. Deleted.

No way to communicate. They have no phone number. They do not have text, email, or chat to help you get your 1099. I contract with a platform that uses Stripe for their contractors 1099s. I have the apps Stripe offers downloaded. They are useless. You jump from hyperlink to hyperlink exhausting your time and patience. I am LIVID. I want my 1099 or the courtesy of a response. Unreal . 🤬🤬

physical and digital cards. im brand new to stripe today, during the convoluted letdown of a set up process i discovered from a support rep on a recorded line informed me that stripe only issues physical and digital cards for the account holders whos employers authorize stripe to issue the aforementioned cards to gopuff employees and the trailed off eventually admitting that they do not know........... Now I objectively acknowledge that stripe has hundreds of business partners, and I certainly don't expect every rep to know every single detail at all times that would not be fair, thouughhhh maybe call me old-fashioned but it seems like just a special certain kind of suspicious that a support rep for stripeWould belligerently insist on refusing to try to find out instead, suggesting that I find the answer with Gopuff support which remind me how you make some room underneath the bus we need room for one more because when I reached out to go puff support via text and over the phone, it was the same sandwich a different bread. All the reps said that they didn't know and that's fair they're not expected to know everything but all of them belligerently insisted on refusing to try to assist me in discovering whether or not our fellow employer authorize a stripe to issue us cards each and every single one of them told me I had to contact strike for it what games and why is this answer not on Google either because it's not anywhere in the app Settings

Stripe STEALS customer money. I only used stripe for a month and there is a messing payment over $1200. I tried to contact stripe and guess what, there is not a phone number that you can call. So I have to write emails, and all stripe is saying is that they have a internal Trace ID for the payout, go ask your bank. After I showed them my chase bank statement, Stripe still tries to confusing me with the Trace ID narrative. Basically being the referee and the athlete at the same time. Trying to justify their mistake using the same product from the same flawed system. DONT TRUST THEM with your money!

Stripe is beneficial. I enjoy stripe. Thank te easy to use but sometimes the payments take longer to process I’m not sure why. Other than that Straight or is beneficial

ATTENTION. So me dealing with this app and another company I’ve experienced the worst of them all. I tried to cash out and couldn’t. So I went to customer support. There was no number on the app which required me to sign in to talk with someone. I forgot my password so I had to redo that that was kinda easy. Then I contacted support and explained to the guy on the phone exactly what was happening each step. He continued to guide me in the wrong direction. I filled out something for the company NOT for me. I basically set them up for a second account then me realizing it I tell the guy and he absolutely continued to make me do the wrong thing until I’m like “Sir I am not a business on this platform I’m a worker” “I don’t need to do this and you are wasting time continuing to do this you’re only open from 9am-3pm. He then said he would transfer me to the right person to help and that I would receive a call. Still no call to help me figure this out. Many of the readers and reviewers to my knowledge are frustrated with this all together. When they respond to this… if they respond to this they will ask you to email them. The email does not do a thing. They don’t investigate or look further because they simply don’t care at all. As long as they get paid they have no interest after they get their cut. I’m currently looking for a way to get this app shut down. Working with a few friends to make this happen. Soon it’ll be a new middle man app.

Unprofessional business. This app literally has to be the most unprofessional app I’ve used, I’ve literally been waiting for a month for my money and they have no answers to why i haven’t received my money, every time i email them they give me a weak response saying they are working on it, they have no phone number and it takes 3 days to get a emailed response. This app is confusing and not worth your time. Bobby

Waste your time and possibly your money. 18 days trying to transfer my money to my bank account, support is slow, they only answer you by email and it takes 5 hours or until the next day to respond to your messages, to this day I am still waiting for them to put my money in the bank, very slow for a digital wallet or bank

Not What You Think. Signing up was a nightmare. Tech support apparently can’t seem to figure out the problem with their website, EVEN after sending them screenshots. They repeatedly told me what to do, but it’s clear I didn’t have those options available to me. So they ended up making adjusting on their end, but not really fixing the real problem for future users.

No help when needed. You guys are literally the WORST. We can’t update our information like how the frequently asked says we can, reverting back to those instructions gets you no where . If you can’t update your information your don’t get paid. I worked a 10 hour shift in the Arizona Heat and when asking strip for help for HR and payout questions they reply with you reached us out of our business hours. I will be calling the better business bureau and will no longer advocate for Qwick.

Victoria. Gigpro: It’s very hard to get through to someone to help fix something you can’t call them you have to email and email until they feel like responding ig idk I feel like things could be way better!!! If they where more on top of things when it’s come to settings things up and also they will turn you away after you’ve been working for them for a year you miss one job they act like you just this bad person I even called the company before calling off and I was still permanently removed and wasn’t about to call them for nothing to save my self then they said you have to dispute with 24 hours to take up for your self and I tried that and mines was never put in mind you guys I never called off until I lost a family member and caught a respiratory infection and have proof of my document and I was still not answered know my account had been messed since I’ve had it and had been complaining about my account not working but they looked over that and stop taking my calls and now I want my w2 and they not trying to give them to which I’m looking to sue them at this point cause I’m tried of reaching out and getting over looked like I’m some bad person oh and be careful because some place are racism and be trying to get you fired by deleting shifts you’ve already been scheduled for watch out for that too cause they want even tell you they don’t need workers the delete your shifts and sneak to the Gigpro peoples lying just so they don’t have to pay us workers is they labor gotten to high I was one of those people that was treated very bad for no reason at all Torie

Remove account. If you no longer want this account there is no way to delete the account. Also, you are not allowed to delete/edit you bank account info. When you ask for assistance, they will give you the run around. If you are looking for an account similar to cash app or PayPal, then just stick with the popular accounts instead this app.

Poorly laid out system. I was forced to used this to accept payments through true coach, a training app. I already didn’t love having to use it, but the mandatory 3% service charge is also just generally upsetting. Then it took me a million years to input all the info it needed to accept my business, and it kept crashing and trying to refresh when I put in the correct information, continuously saying that I “needed to add more information” Best I can describe this as is CRUNCHY. I don’t think anyone has updated the system in a while. Also, their support is only through email so no quick fixes offered either. Best thing I can say is, unless you HAVE to use this, you probably don’t want to.

Customer service is useless. I’ve been trying to change my card on file for the past week or so, and I’m not getting any help. I don’t remember even placing the card that’s on file now, because it’s none of the cards I have. After trying the ID/selfie identification, I keep getting reverted to doing the process over. It’s not taking me to the next step. After emailing you all, over at least 5 times. I have yet to receive a helpful response. I just want to speak to a live agent, but I keep speaking to computer generated systems that aren’t helping at all. My Gopuff payment is being held, because there is no active card to send my money to.

Help me please!. I’ve been trying for three weeks to get into my account I believe my ex partner hacked into my business, google account and both of my phones. I had to change my phone number and email and now I am locked out. I had a client make a payment through Dubsado which I’ve used for years and recently linked Stripe to. The first payment to go through stripe never hit stripe or my account I guess is what I should say, and Dubsado saying that my stripe account isSuspended due to fraudulent activity. I have tried to gain access by uploading a picture of my drivers license yet that did not get me anywhere and that was a few days ago. I have been searching for a contact number or a way to do a live chat without logging in with somebody that can help me with. I am beyond stressed and beyond frustrated at this point please can somebody help me please I just want a phone number to get in touch. It shouldn’t be this hard! And I don’t know what the app Discord is about but I am certainly not going to download it because it seems very shady to me. I just want access to my account where my money was sent to from a client. Twice actually. I need my $$$$$$!

Great to see my money in one place. I like seeing the earnings from two different jobs in one place. The app is simple, but it makes it easier for me to know the money I’m making.

Wonderful…but. The app works. It’s great. I get the notification that payment is coming and I get it the next day. I couldn’t be happier. But I think I found a bug. Since it’s the new year 2026, the yearly amount of earnings should have gone back to $0 but it didn’t. The “All” tab should show the total amount. But currently both the all tab and the yearly tab show the total amount earned. Other than that minor glitch, the app is fantastic.

Stripe express support. I recently had reached out to stripe support about not receiving a payout and they fixed the issue almost immediately and were very helpful. Overall the app works perfectly for me as an individual seller I highly recommend.

The worst customer service Ever. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, I sent countless emails and most of them didn't respond and the only two answered didn't solve my problem with the platform. My money's been stuck there for four weeks. Weekly payments have not been made and problem solving is impossible due to the lack of customer service, which is only done via email. A shame! I feel robbed!

Ok. You need to be able to contact customer support better it’s way too hard to get a hold of anybody and if you have any issues there’s no way to get it fixed because all the questions you ask are never what the problem is.. also I had to wait three days for a payment that I should’ve gotten the same day if it was your paycheck that you were supposed to get that day I think you would want it and you’d be trying to get a hold of the people.

Non existent customer service. What kind of a business that is responsible for paying people for working doesn’t have a phone number anywhere on their page? Their customer service is so inaccessible. They froze my account the very first time I used it and I can’t for the life of me figure out why. I’m sticking to square

Been months and still waiting on a Tapestri payout of $10. I would just leave a bad review for Tapestribut for months the Stripe Express app shows that I have a little over $10 ready to be sent to bank. My Bank account is all setup yet the payout date just continues to move up and it’s been at least 3-4 months. Not the end of the world obviously but I don’t appreciate being lied to. Thanks

Easy to use. It’s cool to see my money all in one place. I doordash, tik tok, and Fanhouse. Feels like this app could do a lot in the future, please keep building more stuff

Horrible customer care. First off, you need to get a better customer support setup. The emailing and verification process is unnecessary if the person on the other side doesn’t fully comprehend well. Secondly, your app doesn’t matches the screen help links, for example it said you can click the link below for banking updating information, but there is no link below. To conclude my problem was never resolved. I am not sure who BERN is but he didn’t help with my issues. I worked my first shift with Qwick and went to payout; unfortunately for me it has an old bank account information on there and so I went to change or update the payout information and my problem has been an all day problem now. I followed the prompts and still had no luck with changing the Information over. Emailing was the last solution, and Bern was the support agent. Unfortunately when he called and requested all the case sensitive information, he sent me an email saying he could not resolve my problem and more information would be needed. Mind you already told him this was my very first shift working I wouldn’t have a previous payout history or any other documents requesting. With that being said and he could no longer further assist me considering I asked to be escalated to someone who could. I have not heard back from anyone from the Swipe team or even from Bern. This is the most unprofessional experience I have encountered especially with a app that’s designed to help give your funds. I do not know who else to reach out to and my money is sitting in my account that is locked by Bern because he did not understand properly. If someone from support can reach out to me that would be great.

Seamless. Transactions have been seamless. Never have to worry about payments not going through. One less thing to worry about!

Easy Foreign currency payment system. I honestly can’t thank stripe enough for creating especially since I live in a country where most payments processors like PayPal etc are banned

Horrible. This company is affiliated with the Thunder pro app that is supposed to help self owned cleaning business owners weight estimates and send invoices. Thunder pro took out 40 dollars from my invoice charged to customer and neither this company nor theirs has sent the money to my account. It’s been almost a week. I have tried calling Thunder Pro and have sent chats to them through the app with no response. Now I cannot access my app at all because I refuse to fully sign up after the free period is done. If it was so unreliable about what’s happening with my money and they did not take so much and expect a monthly membership fee, I might consider. Stripe has no way to contact them either which if they are going to associate with a company like this they should provide insurance for ensuring people get paid.

Just an overall confused and crappy app. First logged in about 12 hours ago to access my tax info. Quickly downloaded and deleted the app, as I no longer needed it. Later found that my phone did not properly store the file but as I returned to the app, I’m told my email *does not have a Stripe account*. Huh??? I literally could (and did) log in on my laptop with the same email address. the app kept sending me to the stripe dashboard, which is the same confusing mess as mobile. Not sure how I’m going to get my 1099 now.

Waste time. I have really issues to contact the customer service, no phone number to reach you have to basically schedule a call with Costumer service for simple update I couldn’t login that’s all for this matter no body give me a call even so I back to the email and I gave them my time and days they could call me and I’m still waiting till right now … unprofessionally for sure .

The butler. I really like the procedure and the instant pay option but recently working with point pick up app came across a problem that I had some of my funds still not disbursed to my account as a glitch conflict between stripe and point pick up so that what gets my attention hopefully didn’t happen before so I’m really worried about my earnings while I work hard to make the living so for me every penny count and still didn’t get paid for the missing pay …

Fraud App!!!!!. I am on several work apps that pay through stripe and now since August 24 strip has been trying to steal over $900 out of my account every couple days and will regardless of me contacting stripe regardless of me contacting the company Qwick that is running through stripes format to remove the money out of my account stripe is blaming it on Qwick. Qwick is blaming it on stripe and in the meantime, I cannot access any of my money $900 taken out of my account with no guarantee of when I will ever get it back!!! I am a 60-year-old widow this is destroying my life I cannot eat or feed my animals I own an animal shelter

So Far So Good Seems Trustworthy. I have differences with technology these days. Ever since the e-commerce website that ends in ‘bay’ managed to steal my livelihood & push me to the brink of homelessness. Without any penalties either. They got away with ruining my life without any sort of consequences whatsoever. I made a podcast about it. That’s where Stripe comes in. Naturally, I am a bit skeptical of anything tech & finances. But so far, I have made about $3.50 a month from my podcast. After three months, I’ll be able to withdraw $10. We will see if it works. I will most likely be homeless at that time. $10 might buy a sandwich as I make my way to San Jose to make sure more people don’t get scammed by corrupt e-commerce Fortune 500 companies.

Worker. Stripe is the worst service I have ever used a few jobs I work use,stripe I’ve been trying to collect two payments for at least a couple months they have no customer service no one 800 number so if you can’t get your phone out of here you’re pretty much once again Stripe is the worst service you will ever use

If you use this app don’t forget your information. Write your info down somewhere if you decide to use this app (which I don’t recommend lol). I cant even get back in my account because my phone number has changed and they’re asking me questions like what the last four digits of my bank account are (which I think I entered correctly i dont even know), when I made the account (how am I supposed to remember that??), and how much my last payment was (which I also think I got, but still). The process to change your info is absolutely ridiculous. I understand wanted to keep me and my info safe but there’s gotta be an easier way. Once I get the transactions complete that I need done (if I even can, hopefully I can), I will not be using this again.

Cannot locate & view product and cannot add more items. How do I add more product to the application. I really want to try this but was able to upload one item and now I cannot find the item Help!

Unsupportive. I’ve contacted support via email regarding missing tax forms and never get a response. I’ve moved and updated my mailing address but it still the one I lived at 6 years ago. Having no live agent to dig deeper and correct these issues is frustrating when the IRS accuses me of not reporting income when Stripe doesn’t update or provide the documents on time or at all.

Where is my DoorDash information?. If I could leave zero starts, I would. I got a notification in my DoorDash app that I was eligible to sign up for Stripe Express to receive my 1099 online. I created the account but none of my DoorDash information was there, only GigPro (which I was unable to use because it wouldn’t let me sign up for stripe? Weird.) and Caden. I contacted support and they say they’re looking into it but 9 times out of 10 when I am told that, I don’t hear anything back. I have also contacted DoorDash Support and they’re claiming that they can’t just mail me my 1099 unless I put in a request through Stripe because they’re partnered. I asked how the people who were ineligible for stripe express are receiving their tax forms and they avoided the question and just said “you were eligible since you got the notification” 🙄

The app is okay. … but I struggle to follow the prompts and navigate it. It seems to be very sparse for options and I have made more than one account but I can’t find the other one and they’re supposed to be interchangeable with each other. I don’t consider this app to be user friendly at Al.

Cannot get into the account. My account was locked once I tried changing my phone number unable to do so I emailed them to verify my id and they told me the change would take 72 hours it’s been well over 72 hours and still nothing it’s not fair that I’ve been waiting all this time with run arounds.

Slowness. In the world we live in, how long does my payment to my account need to be pending? This is the instant age, transferring my payment to my account for two days and counting, please! Not with todays tech. Hit the transfer button already and put my money in my account. Enough of your corporate greed squeezing a few more days out of your clients for interest. It simply does not take 3 days to transfer the money. But this may be an issue needing to be taken up by your Atty General regarding the Miss-management of 1000’s of hard working people’s funds for your own greedy gains. A simple audit can reveal. Send my money, or that’s my next step. I’m tired of getting ripped off.

Fraudulent activity. My money was sent to a unknown visa debit card and I can’t get any help with this fraudulent activity no one will call me and just keeps telling me to contact the companies I’ve already been in contact they will not investigate and get my earnings from point pick up back and put it in the right account I had updated smh I earn money and tell this company it went somewhere that’s not my account and will not help so sad

Likely An Error but it’s Costing Me!. I have had all my financials connected to stripe for about 6 months. I used it to test my POD service and setup mee6 subscriptions. Currently stripe collects my customers money, says on the back end it has, and will not let me see any sort of payout/transfer information. When I sign into my account there is an “error with my internet connection” on mobile which it forces me to use stripe express. Customer support is a joke

Fraudulent business using your money while never letting you do a payout. After in use for a few days, Stripe decides to completely shut down my account without any explanation. They kept over $7000 to themselves. I did submit my appeal which proves my business is legit and active for over 2 years , even with their invasive request of past 6 months business bank statements, and they still denied me. They claim they are holding the money and will refund my clients in SEVEN DAYS. They play this game with the sellers so they can keep their money, use the money for investments and then refund a week later. Ridiculous and absurd. This company should be shut down.

I.D Verification. I’ve been emailing back and fourth with stripe for over a week about my I.D needing verification and it has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I try to take a photo of it the camera disappears and on the rare occasion it allows me to take a photo, it’s rejected. Stripe support refuses to acknowledge that their app isn’t working properly and they keep sending me instructions on photo requirements and insist that it’s my phone. I’ve verified my I.D before using the same phone. The problem is them.

Poor process of updating payment info. I’m very unhappy to report it’s been 3 days and my work pay has been held hostage given the fact my debit card was reported lost prior to my first payment from working and I’m jumping Thur hoops and zero urgency and all communication via email

Terrible app. They hold onto your money without telling you when you’ll get it. Don’t have any way to directly contact them and have a garbage UI. Nothing refreshes and there’s little to no buttons you’re just watching money sit in stripes hands for months with no way to contact them.

Rating. This app is easy to use.

Lost my card and can’t get my money. Trying to update my card there’s no number or easy way to do it. It’s like they want to trap you and the customer service I’ve sent countless emails and got one back and radio silence since.

More Tracking Options Needed. The app is somewhat informative except it would be helpful to select the date range to track payments and totals.

1099 nightmare. I have two accounts that stripe is suppose to support it makes getting a 1099 for door dash a nightmare It will only give you an instacart one…I just get the run around and have to guess what I made last year ridiculous unreliable app

It’s 2023 You are too Slow. Do not use this service. They want to wait 3 or more days until they release your money. Ridiculous. It’s 2023 people. You can mail paper faster than this

Waiting for your money. In my case I have to wait 2-3 days to get paid. It would be better to stop making people wait for their money. The only reason I can figure is they make more money by waiting. Not very good service to the end user.

Money is never accessible when you need it. I’m always having a hard time cashing out. Even when the money is there, always an error in cashing out and you can’t get your money when it counts the most.

Eh. App crashes all the time; I have to log in five times simultaneously just to log in. Forget asking for your tax form because guess what the app crashes and you have to sign in another 7 times

1099. The app doesn't work right I'm not getting all my 1099 I do Multiple gig work and the app is giving me Doordash 1099 and nothing else.

Poor customer service. I’ve been reaching out for support for weeks as I’ve not received my 1099 form. I have had issues with collecting funds in the past. Whenever there’s an issue no one is readily available to assist me. It take support weeks to resolve an issue.

Great app. Easy to navigate it tracks your mileage

Support Nonexistent. This is one of the most complicated App’s EVER! First of all there is a very limited customer support team, and they can’t even seem to resolve any issues! The worst part is, customer is unable to receive payments! Many companies are using this APP, and it’s such a disaster! Never had issues with PayPal!

I downloaded to use for taxes but... everytime I open it it crashes. It happened after I logged in. How am I supposed to use it if it keeps crashing? I turned off and on my phone and I deleted and re downloaded it but it still crashes. Please fix it :)

Update Debit Card. Can’t update debit card information for payment through qwick gig pro because it requires previous card number that I no longer have access to.

Review. I am Having a difficult time locating the tax option on the app.

They are fraud. They don’t have customer service phone number we can call for help and they have access to our personal information. The government need to investigate them.

John. Doesn’t give options to cash out right away

Not happy. I’m having issues with RV Share/Stripes information I request help in the app. They sent me an email saying to go through their app to request information. Well, I already did that……🤷‍♂️

Not user friendly. I’m trying to get my tax form corrected. They have made the information on my 1099 wrong. It is even different than what I have on Doordash. I hit the home app to get to the taxes form page. It stays on the same page.

Non receiving my money. I withdraw some money from flip but for some reason stripe never transfer it to my bank, I don’t know what’s going on

Cards. It is very difficult to add and change cards and accounts

Doordash business nightmare. Trying to get my tax 1099 here since my doordash partner with this. Couldn’t be able to get a hold from support! (No phone, customer service, etc..) it’s just extremely difficult to access and got blocked first time failed my account somehow for 2 stupid identification questions. How dumb!!!

Payment. Cashing out with stripe a yo to difficult, I have been trying to cash out my money for day now, and it has become a hassle. I need this money to pay my rent, and it has been a huge inconvenience for me.

Horrible Customer Service/Payment Held Hostage. I wish I could upload a picture of my money being held hostage. Either them or gopuff owe me money. It’s not “express” about this and customer service response is even slow. Why can’t I call a real person to resolve m my problems. Horrible. Horrible Horrible.

The payout process needs to improve big time,. Needs to make payout dates show and faster transactions because its a business and its needed to make funds reach into your account within 1 to 2 days max!!!!!!!

Trying to get my money. Why is there no direct line everything is through email. I changed my number and bank card and I have to wait 2 days?!?!?! This is ridiculous.

Hard to navigate payment update. I need to update my payment banking information and I do not have my previous bank account number. There is nothing in there that shows me I can go around that to put an updated bank card information, ugh!

Poor service overall. App and website not working. Very SLOW to process payouts. Takes days. Insane

Customer. No option to speak to someone when you’re having problems

Terrible. I’m not able to verify my tax information from Shipt because I have a new number and I can’t log in with my old number because I don’t have it anymore. There not a help number or support anywhere so I can change my information. Now I don’t know what to do about my tax forms.

Not a friendly app. There is no way to contact someone except email them and then they don’t email back or don’t address the problem. The funds should automatically go in but it always takes me a month or more to get paid.
