Navigation. I love the NKJV app but it is difficult to navigate, not user friendly. I wish that I had more options regarding the narrators. Also , I had trouble figuring out how to play it for just a chapter or 2 and end it automatically.

Sounds Like A Movie. This is the best audio I’ve found! Good job to the team that created this! I just wish it would have hands free continuous play. I will definitely share this app!

Needs work. Love the app, But needs to have continuous streaming. It’s been over a year since the last revision, seems like they are not interested in fixing the streaming problem. I would even pay for the subscription if it had the continued streaming. Sad 😔

Unfortunately. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I had to reinstall it and still the app didn’t work properly. I tried to contact the company and never heard back.

This one is a KEEPER!!. WOW, is all I can say!!! I don’t typically write reviews but this app is the very best audio version of the Holy Bible I have seen yet (and I’ve tried them all). Dev….My only request to the developers is to please add the capability of downloading the entire audio Bible to store on the phone so it seamlessly continues to the next chapter or at least one book at a time so I don’t have to break fellowship with the Lord after each chapter to press download and wait for it to continue. It is pleasing to my soul.. I have been enjoying this app so much it is so great working around the house or commuting and listening to the Holy Scripture being read to me. When I miss anything for the lack of paying attention, I just play the verse over again and re-listen to the whole thing. The reason I could not give it a full 5-stars is that you have to prompt every verse or it repeats the current one. This presents a challenge while working and having filthy hands or driving and needing to stay focused on the road. I look forward to the update that allows for the continued flow of Gods word… completely hands free! The Lord bless you.

A blessing.. This app is definitely a blessing from the lord. I thank him for placing the idea of this bible audio app in someone’s heart to create , make and publish in story’s for listens like me. You really do feel like your actually there turned in to what Jesus is saying. This is definitely a blessing and the nkjv in my opinion as well I believe is the best version to really dive in the word and spend time with Jesus still knowing you can use any translation to hear the voice of the lord but the new king james is highly something I would recommend because it is raw and undefined. Now to the publishers and executives to created this app and added all the sound effects in the near future I hope that you allow the audio to be ongoing that way me or anyone won’t have to stop and click the next chapter in a specific book to continue listening I think it would complete the app in a significant way. But yes thank Jesus for using to help others like us who need and amazing app like this.

This version Rocks!. Is Louis Gossett, Jr. the narrator in Revelation? I really enjoy the narration and dramatically presentation! I really like this app!

So much potential!. This app has so much potential but still needs work. The issue that others mentioned about having to download the audio for each chapter independently is a hassle. Another issue is images. Sometimes the scripture in the image does not match the one I chose, and the scripture reference is incorrect. An example of this is Titus 2:13. Also, when attempting to highlight a passage, the page frequently turns white, and I have to tap around the screen to get it back, only to notice when the text returns that the chapter has changed. All and all, I really appreciate the audio in NKJV so I will keep using the app, hoping it will improve. Thank you.

Doesn’t work. It would be great if this application worked, when I push on it will flash back to the Home Screen. I’ve been looking for a NKJV audio for a long time, I’m still looking.

Perfect…almost .. I absolutely love the cadence and tone of the narrative, it’s exactly what I have been searching for. I like to listen at night, it’s very soothing and would really help me get to sleep, IF there was a way to play each book all the way through. Having it stop at the end of each chapter is a pain in the rear and doesn’t help me at all. I will keep the app and keep checking to see if you guys ever fix that, but until then I will have to keep searching.

My Favorite Bible App!. I have always hated the fact that YouVersion has no audio Bible for the new king James. This app answers that need. The NKJV Bible is in my opinion, unrivaled. The audio Bible on this app is incredible. The voices are top-notch, and I love the background music and sound effects. You feel like you’re there! The only downside to this app is that only one chapter can be played at a time. there’s no option, that I’m aware of, to hit play and listen to multiple chapters of the Bible with one click. I could mistaken though…

I would’ve given 5 stars….. Love the app and would’ve given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to change to the next chapter manually every time a chapter ends. It would be perfect if flowed freely to the next chapter so I could stay focused on simply listening to God’s word as long as I want without interruption. Additionally, I like to listen to the Bible while I drive and having to select the next chapter poses a challenge.

I don't know to say, except. Can we please have a Bible in the king James version or new king James version reading in a regular voice? When I listen to the Bible, I prefer to listen without the extra theatrics like it's a Broadway play. The dramatic interpretation is a distraction to the message for me.

Lay Christian. I love this app. When it comes to dramatized audio, this app is second to none. I do my Bible study by both reading and listening to the audio. The speed of the audio is just enough to allow for the mind to paint strong mental images. If you’re a busy person and seems to have no time to sit down to read your Bible, this app will help you pass through the Bible at your own pace. Thanks for this app!

Great app!. I love it. This app is really assisting my goal of reading through the entire Bible. Awesome!

Not practical !. The readers make it seem like you are there ! That part is awsome. The part that makes me not want to use this app is that after each chapter it stops !! I cant listen to this app because of that and the type of work I do. I cant stop and go through clicking 5 times just to get to the next chapter. With Bible Gateway, you can start at the begining of a book and it will go through each chapter audibly and you dont have to do one thing. I really love how this app presents the audible but I have to keep using Bible Gateway because its way easier.

I love this!. I love they way this audio is on this Bible app. I love the voice actor that plays Jesus! He’s so good! I love the music, and the different voice actors that play for each character. They did a beautiful job with this app.

Best audio version I have found.. This is an awesome audio version and it has made listening to the word of God a real joy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the word. You will not be disappointed.

Good app. I like the app just a few small problems when I try and pause the audio if screen is locked it will not pause have to unlock screen and pause it. Have to load every single chapter does not move seamlessly from one to next. Other than have really enjoy the app. On old phone had an app similar but it was not the App Store like here and the one I had on it would play continuously and would if you wanted to pause you could from touch if headphone or from Lock Screen hitting pause.

Love /hate. Absolutely loved this app until I got halfway through the Bible and then it decided to quit working. So reloaded the app and got another chapter 2 out of it and it down loaded itself again to where I got nothing. Truly loved this verbal verbiage. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let me finish the book.

Bad audio bible. The Audio Bible stays at one chapter instead of playing the next the next chapter after finishing the first.

Audio Bible. This is one of the best NKJV dramatised audio bible. Good voice paced at a easy speed to understand. ✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect until Song of Songs. Once you get to Song of Songs it doesn’t read verse 1. It reads verse two…. Screen keep’s glitching as well…. Shame this was a great app for the first part of Old Testament. Hope it improves soon…..

Help?!?! Thanks. I plan to delete this app because it plays only one chapter at the time. At least one section at the time. I have to restart it to keep going forward. I need it to play at least an entire Book. This is just my like/dislike here - I don’t care for the sound, etc of the OT voice as it sounds fake, like he is trying too hard to be pleasant. I do really like the NT voice and the dramatization is fine tho I’ve heard better background. If anyone has any helpful advice for this iPhone 13 ( not Pro etc) I’d appreciate it. Love it! Question!. I love it this so much, the Audio keeps me highly engaged while reading or just listening. My question however, the voice actor who voices Moses, is he the same guy who plays Joker in the Dark Knight? I NEED TO KNOW!

Update this to play through. App would be perfect if it played straight through and I didn’t have to manually go to the next chapter update it to play through I would even pay for that feature. Play the chapters back to back and I would give 5 star all day long

Overall Excellent. This is a great Audio interpretation. The readings are done well, and do not sound like “performances”. The problem is the inability to download it in its entirety but forces each chapter to be downloaded-the other is it does not simply transition to the next chapter but simply stops. This is a bit frustrating when you are listening as you do other things and then have to stop to move it along. I am not sure why this is an issue with the technology today. If these things could be worked out it would improve it dramatically-having said that they should be considered minor inconveniences when taken as a whole. Fix that and you have a five star app.

WONDERFUL APP!. When I listen to NKJV audio, I feel like I’m listening to a play. There are different voices for each disciple as well as Jesus Christ. Download this app and you will be happy that you did. This audio even keeps children interested!

Best Audio Bible. I’ve tried half a dozen audio Bible apps. This is May favorite. First, the user interface is attractive and intuitive. Most importantly, the readers are excellent. They really bring the Bible to life. I can imagine the writers better. Thank you. 🙏

Amazing!. Im 13 and I’ve been looking for an audio NKJV Bible. I’m in a club that studies and then has a little competition with other clubs to see how well we know what we’ve been studying. And audio helps me remember things better. And I love the way this Bible is dramatized with all the different voices. And the voice that reads between the *play* part is perfect for keeping me focused. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. I encourage you to get this app! Kids will love it!

The app needs improvements. The highlighting feature is not working well. It stops working every so often and the page just goes blank. I also wish that when using the audio that instead of having to manually open each page to hear the chapter it would just keep going through the book. Otherwise I like the app.

Needs a read all button. I like this app except that I wish there was a read all button, I would like to turn on audio and be able to clean my house while listening without having to stop cleaning every five minutes to start the next few verses

Love it with one issue. I would really love it completely if it automagically went to the next chapter and I didn’t have to do it manually. I like to listen in bed at night and that would be a great feature.

Helpful for limited sight people.. I have macular degeneration and very limited sight. This app has given me hope again to be able to complete reading cover to cover. Many thanks and best of all, it’s free.

Exactly what I needed!. Let me just say I am very pleased with this audio Bible! I love all the different voices that are used and the sound effects! It helps me visualize what is happening. I also don’t really mind the pauses between chapters but that is just my opinion.

I love this app, it nice. But it would be really great if the audio can just automatically turn to next chapter, when it done. I love listening to it at night when I lay down but I don’t like that fact that I have to constantly keep click my phone to turn it to next page.

Daily verse. Why does the daily verses doesn’t get updated? As of today 12/26 it is only showing 12/19 verse. Pla advise. Thank you.

Awesome App. The voices and sounds help put things and times into context. It helps to provide understanding. I also like hearing how names are pronounced. The reading stops at the end of each chapter, which is very helpful. This app in nearly perfect. The reader’s voices sound like well known actors. A lot of care and effort has been put into this app. I love it.

Continuous Pkayback. I really like the app and the only thing I would like to see is a continuous stream option. It would be a beneficial option for me while work or driving

App Doesn’t Work. Just downloaded app clicked on Genesis 1 to search for the scripture I needed and the app closes. I then proceed to Feedback screen to let the developer know and no option to do anything. This seems like a scam to obtain user data……

Good. Really like the way, the theme goes along with the Bible, listening to different voices sound effects in music makes it more interesting to listen to the Bible. The only downside does not have continuous play from chapter too chapter. other than that perfect for me. and thanks to all who were part of the process and thank God most of all for making it possible for all of us to partake of Amen🙏🏾👏🏾
