Refund policy is a scam + horrible sizing. I kept seeing the ad for cider pop up on Instagram so I decided to try it out. I purchased $80 worth of clothes, none of which fit. I have a fairly large chest but otherwise slim waist and ordered a few tops in large. The waist was way too wide, meanwhile the chest area was for A cups. The pants I ordered in medium were super tight on the waist. I opted to receive store credit for the items so that I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of shipping the items back, and could just donate the clothes that didn’t fit. I then tried ordering some different style tops to see if they would fit me better and sized up on the pants. The tops were still too small, one of them didn’t even look like the picture. Pants were wayyyy too big. When I attempted to return these items, I was offered a 50% immediate refund, but for only $2. Turns out, if you purchase your items with store credit, you better hope it fits cause you’re stuck with it and won’t get any money/credit back. Never buying from Cider again, such a disappointment all around. Terrible product and terrible service.

Do not buy from them. I bought three items from them and paid for fast shipping so three to five days I ordered them on the 13 and they were shipped that day and were supposed to be here on the 17 but it said the 21 so I reached out and they said I paid for work days not shipping which is completely wrong because when I paid 15$ more is said Express shipping not work day and I try to explain this to the lady and she was sending me screenshots of different things that didn't even make sense but they reassured me that it was here on the 17 but the 17 past so I reached out again and then they said the 21 so I was correct the first time I'm aggravated about it because I paid more for something and it didn't come in on time and I was made to feel stupid when I brought it up to them if I could give them no stars I would become this is stupid

This will be a 2 part review… eventually. This is is going to be a 2 part review at some point or at least it will have an update later this month. So far my experience has been a really good one. I contacted customer support about an order I placed and got a response the next day. Sure some places say they’ll get to you asap and this website says they’ll get to you within 24 hours but they actually did. And it wasn’t like an electronic robot response either. Customer service was actually nice and gave options to solve my question. They were a real person and not an automated response or at least it felt like I was talking to a human and not a robot.

I love this clothing site!!. Cider has some pretty awesome clothes, shoes, accessories, and even house decor! Most of their stuff is pretty affordable and the items are shipped fairly quickly. Though, i do wish that some clothing articles, such as tights, had sizes. I’m pretty tall and struggle not to rip the tights when putting them on. I also wish there were larger shoe sizes. Other than that, cider is a great and affordable clothing line app with many great options!

Lies about fabric of clothes. I thought I could trust a material description. I’ve never bought something that was so obviously polyester be described as a 100 percent cotton. When I asked for a full refund because it was false advertising I was gas lit by the customer service department saying that they reached out to the maker of the dress and were told the dress was 100 percent cotton, the processing made it look shiny. It doesn’t only look shiny it feels like plastic and it doesn’t fall right. I know the difference between cotton and polyester. This leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. So my brother took a piece of frayed string to test it just for ourselves, and it shrank like polyester would; if it were cotton it would have burned up. Instead of taking my side as the customer they tried to gaslight me into thinking I don’t know the difference between a plastic dress or a cotton one. Now I’m deleting the app because forever 21 has better prices, customer service and quality than cider.

My new favorite brand!. I stumbled across this site while I was on tiktok a couple of weeks ago and it has absolutely ruined my wallet!! They have so many cute things to buy that are 100% my style and they got to my door so quickly! The clothes looked exactly like the pictures showed and although they are not high quality, they are definitely worth the price. My only problem is that there weren’t very many clothes in my size (xs) although I’m finding that’s a problem in lots of places now. I will be ordering from here again!

First time buyer. I love this online store! This is my first time buying clothes from them and I bought 17 items for a little over $300 (which in my opinion is amazing). I fit almost every item (I couldn’t fit two dresses because of my boobs, but i bought 5 dresses and fit the other three. Two items out of 17 is pretty great!). the material is extremely thick and nice. I’ve bought clothes from shein and rowme and their clothing is so think and rips easily. Also shein and rowme clothes is a hit or miss because the sizing is never correct, so im always returning most of the items. But cider clothes are definitely worth the money. I have posted reviews on every item I bought with pictures 😊 will definitely buy again

Great quality clothing. I ordered a dress from here and it was beautiful and amazing, I’m so excited to wear it to my friends formal dinner. The website is really easy to use and does great with the measurement suggestions. One of my favorite things though was that not every model had large 🍒, there was a lot of diversity and definitely gave me a good idea of what some of the clothes would look like on myself ( since I have small 🍒) it was definitely really nice and I can’t wait to shop on here again.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered from cider 2 times within a year of having the app and the first time it wasn’t too bad but the sizing was a bit off so I tried again and out of the 4 things I ordered, 3 things the size chart was way off and one of them looked completely different than the photo (color, fabric /texture). It’s not hard to take accurate product photos they just shop theirs to make it look better quality than it is. So I made a return for those items and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t seen my refund and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. After receiving the clothes and looking at the website I realized cider is still fast fashion so that mixed with the lack of customer support and terrible quality of some of the items (bc fast fashion) doesn’t make it worth it to shop here at all. If ur fine with fast fashion and u just need a few pieces this might be worth it for u but all in all returning is such a hassle I just don’t recommend at all.

Amazing, but Possible Suggestion. Everything I have ordered has been amazing and with quick shipping. One suggestion, I recently ordered a bodysuit and had to return it (very easy) due to not being comfortable with how high the sides came up. If there was a virtual try on section to see how it fits would be amazing. That being said, returning items is very easy and the clothes is of great quality.

Don’t recommend. I saw lots of ads for Cider and thought they had really affordable and cute clothing! To say the least, I will probably never know lol. I originally ordered a few items and waited about a week and got a notification my items were out for shipping. Later that day, I got another notification my items were being sent back to seller. I reached out and was told that they couldn’t deliver my package for some reason, so I reasonably asked for a refund to which they replied “No, we can only give out store credit.” They offered me 40% store credit from my original order. I was a little upset and asked if I could receive a full credit given I was not at fault it couldn’t be delivered. Cider agreed, but did not give me credit for the $20 shipping I paid for. I ended up ordering again, and have been waiting on that order for 2 1/2 months.

Great quality. So far my shopping experience on here has been great! I was looking for a shirt to match a cute skirt I found. I love online shopping and had used fashion nova for years, but never found other ones I liked that weren’t too cheap with their quality. Plus I needed some new styles other than what they offer to switch it up. So far I am in love! Quality has been even better than I expected.

Need xxs options. Sorry this got long Cider has great quality I’ve gotten a few items from them and I haven’t been disappointed with the quality but the sizing is in need of more options. The XS on here aren’t that XS the first dress I got from them it fit a little loose but I had a waist belt that basically cinched it in quite well. But the tops I’ve gotten fit just a tad bit big kinda like it literally just lays on you perfect. Which would be fine for a more loose fitting t-shirt or crop top t-shirt but my corset I got didn’t act like a corset I have to tie the string all the way tight and even more for it to fit me. Which is silly because I want my corset to bring in my waist that’s why I wanted a corset. I just wish there were more sizing options like an Xxs and larger ones of course for other women who struggle with finding their size.

Please Think Before You Buy**. The clothes are subpar for the horrible customer service you have to deal with. I made a large order for some career events I had coming up and the company flagged me- like they are some bank (again… a Chinese company flagged my American debit card) they took the money but then sent me an email about suspect of fraud. I had to send them a copy of my ID and bank card… a CHINESE company. Cider kept my money without sending me my clothes for nearly 2 weeks. My bank was confused because THEY didn’t have the money. But Cider was also telling me they didn’t have it… k? Obviously- I missed the deadline to have the clothes for the event and honestly THANK GOD. You’d think after waiting for 2 weeks and Emailing with Cider’s customer service multiple times… their clothes must be top tier. All that fuss. NOT at all 😂 They are absolutely they kind of clothes you think are made in sweat shops and they are basically Shien’s catalogue but marked up and sold under a less problematic name. Don’t waste your time. Or do. But be prepared for Cider to absolutely WASTE your time.

Love it. I ordered for a gift and the clothes came very fast . I was nervous that they wouldn’t get here on time for Christmas. The clothes I ordered were great quality. Some however you have to measure yourself and look at the chart. But definitely read the reviews and make sure most people aren’t just picky. Some clothes fit differently than others. I was very happy with the customer service as I had to return most of what I had because they were too big. But Cider gave me an 80% refund and allowed me to keep some of the clothes. I’m ver happy with Cider.

Very 4/5 online clothing store!. I enjoy Cider because of how cute the selection of clothing is. It’s so cute and different from what’s in stores, which I appreciate. I would always recommend checking reviews and the sizing chart for each item you buy and the fit of an item varies piece by piece. For example I’ve bought many dresses from here and they are in a bunch of different sizes because of the material and the fit. It’s also affordable for what it is, which is always a plus.

Impressed!!. I was hesitant to order from Cider because I don’t really order from international companies. I don’t ever order from shein either because it looks sketchy to me. I was very pleasantly surprised with Cider’s product packaging and the experience as a whole! I think because it was my first purchase they sent me laptop decals and a little measuring tape too! The clothing sizes lined up with the measurements they have listed on the items. It’s very hard to find things that fit me right but I’m excited to finally have some elegant clothing from Cider that I can wear for summer 😊

sizing. when i saw that it was a gen a marketed clothing brand, i was really hoping there would be more inclusive sizing within their clothing. i’m pretty tall, and not exactly skinny but i’m not what can really be considered plus sized. every outfit i wanted to buy either would not fit the circumference of my chest even in their large at size, and none of the pants (i always had to order a 2X when my usual size is a large in pants and clothing in general) reach a “pants” length for me. more like… calf length? i’m 6’0 for reference. also, there is a very low amount of good looking masculine clothing. so, if you’re masc presenting, tall, or have any fat on your body (with no shame, clothing is meant to fit your body, not your body is meant to fit the clothes.) i would discourage you from purchasing clothing off this app.

My FAVORITE clothing website. I cannot believe how good the quality is for how cheap it is. They're not the best quality clothes, to be sure, but I would say you get well over your money's worth. I've loved everything I've bought, the only problems I've had were clothes just not quite fitting on my body right. However, their return policy is SO generous. I will only use Cider to shop online for clothes from now on.

Options for bigger girls???. So I wouldn’t classify myself as a plus size girl but I’m not skinny. Midsize I would think. I was very hopeful that you guys would have a great big selection for us bigger girls and I am very disappointed!!! The clothes you have are cute but it’s one page with all of the options on, like seriously? I put it on any size smaller than 1x and you have endless options. I think that speaks for itself. Please add more clothes for girls like me and for girls that come after me. Do better!

Beautiful stuff but…. Curve and plus collection is so incredibly limited in comparison to the straight sizes. I get so many ads on instagram for the cutest dresses, and when I click they almost never have them in plus sizes. A lot of the plus sized designs are so random and we miss out on the cuter stuff! It’s nice that they have a button where you can say if you want an item in a bigger size, but i don’t think that in my time of pressing that button, i’ve gotten a notification for any extended sizes yet. Cute clothes though.

First Purchase from Cider !. First off I was iffy purchasing clothes from this site idk lol ..I gave it a chance and let’s just say I love all my purchases they feel and look amazing ! Being plus size it’s hard to order clothes online and not knowing if u need to buy a size bigger or smaller. And I read a bunch of reviews and a lot of people said things where sized bigger but personally think all my clothes I purchased are the right fit. I didn’t size up or down except for a sweater just cuz I like them bigger. Can’t wait to make my next order. :)

Literally Barbie Closet Seller. I love cider. They have the most cutest and best clothes ever. I’ve never had an issue with customer service. They might be a bit pricy but if you want long enough they have sales like every live they have. Thankfully they don’t take too long to ship things over. You have to constantly be looking at the sizes. They change from bust, hips, and waist size from S, M, L. The curve line is the best. I’m 5’6 and weight 165 and sometimes I have to size up because I’m more busty and curvy so it’s awesome that they still have clothes that fit me if I need to size up.

New favorite online shopping app. I have ordered a total of 6 clothing pieces from cider and they have all been absolutely perfect. The sizing is US sizing I believe so when I order my actual size it’s not too small unlike other online clothing stores. All of the clothes I have ordered look exactly as they do in the product photos and the quality is amazing. I enjoy how they have a wide variety of clothing I was able to get some beautiful good quality modest clothes.

Not enough range in customer reviews, that’s very questionable. This app removes reviews that are less than 4 stars. Do you notice that the reviews for each clothing item is 4/5 or 5/5 stars, averaging about 4.7 stars for majority of the items? That’s the algorithm they set in place, to make you believe everything will fit everyone perfectly. We are not a monolith, everyone is not gonna love the clothing, everyone it’s not gonna fit the clothes the same. That is very distasteful because it’s not giving the shopper enough range, altering reviews is problematic. The reviews and uploads are there to show how the clothing fits everyone’s body differently. I wouldn’t be buying from here again.

Good but lacking info. I like this app and I love that these clothes are cute and pretty affordable, however, when buying pants, skirts, tops, etc. the sis guide doesn’t show you how LONG the product is. Because of this i’ve ordered a few tops that looked more like a bikini top than a shirt. If there was one change I think they should make to this app is adding more info about the length and specific measures of the clothes. Also it’d be nice to get some graphic tees that are a little more minimalistic and not covered in mushrooms and unicorns

DO NOT BUY. Do not buy from Cider. When I first saw it advertised on Instagram, I thought I’d give it a chance. Everything went completely fine when ordering and being delivered, until it came to the return. The items I bought didn’t work out at all, so we followed the instructions and sent it back. It has been a month since we returned and still haven’t gotten a refund back. Horrible customer service. We have been sent lots of confusing and contradicting emails from their customer support that get us no where. We are still battling to get our money back. They don’t have a way to contact them for customer service besides through email that is automated. You can tell since there have been multiple grammar mistakes all through it- very unprofessional.

they don’t have the correct measurements. I really love the types of clothes they have but there is absolutely nothing in a small size and what they say they have in a small size do not have the correct measurements for that size, I mean not a single xs (the smallest size they say they have) has fit me, everything I have ordered has been giant in both bust and waist because I repeat the measurements are not correct for someone xs, it would be more like an S and the only solution they give you is to refund your money only on the app to order other things which i did and still couldn't get something that really fit so now i have 5 pieces of clothes that I can not use and money that I have lost so if you’re petite like me this is not for you

False information. I purchased a product from here and it was saying free return and once I get the product quality was awful I tried to return it and they said final item cannot be return but there wasn’t any tag on it, I proved them with screenshots and they still refuse the take return. I took another screenshot from their website to show them how item sale has tag on it as ‘The final sale item is not eligible for return or refund’ and the one I purchased hasn’t have any tag on it like that and they still refuse to accept return. I would recommend you to do not buy anything from here since they do have such scenes.

First time order. The set I got was so cute & the quality was amazing however I ordered a large & the top fit but the pants were huge, much bigger then larges from other companies I order from so I’m searching for someone to give this to to enjoy since I can’t. Based on the quality I will definitely order again but I will size down & not get a 2 piece set this time.

Ridiculous refunds. I have tried this app in the past to get clothes and mostly every time the store refunds my order with no explanation. I tried ordering pants today and then I got the email saying my order was cancelled. It said it gave me the refund so I tried again cause I really wanted these pants. Tried ordering the same pants again and it cancelled and refunded my order once more but this time I didn’t get my money back. This store has some major issues. What is the point of buying on this app if I can’t even get any clothes? It keeps cancelling my orders and taking my money. I know it’s not a scam app but it sure does scam me. Would not recommend using this clothing app. SHEIN has worked absolute wonders though.

Plus Size. This brand claims to have plus size clothes, but I agree with other comments that the plus size section is not nearly as cute as straight size. They have a few things in both, but the things made for just plus size are mostly pretty ugly. Additionally, they have a plus size section, but their weight slider caps out at 276 lbs. for a tall plus size girl who wears a 1x (they go up to like 3x I believe) that isn’t high enough it’s just kind of funny that they put a cap on the weight when they have a plus size section? A lot of other reviews list cheap material and long shipping times. I think I’ll try my luck elsewhere. Also, when I signed up for the app I made sure to click that I DIDNT subscribe to texts but they still texted me.

Cider it’s really nice!. Cider it’s one of my favorite website and app. When I found out they have app, I downloaded it immediately and love it. The app page layout it’s easy and clean where you are able to located the category that you are looking for. After you place order, you are able to track order details in the app as well, even return process. Nice and easy!

A scam. Zero Stars. I haven’t written a review until today but my experience with Cider has been so unbelievably terrible that I had to let others know. I ordered twice with Cider for trips and events and BOTH times, I never received my packages. The first time was due to the delivery company, which resulted in cider customer service taking their time to assist and correct the issue. They made me do so much for a $40 order and made it seem like I lied about my delivery issue. The second time I ordered, they put my address incorrectly on the label which resulted in my package being returned to them. When I reported the issue to Cider, they tried to offer me only 50% credit for something that they caused. I refuse to ever order again because this company is a scam and theyre unreliable. I have never had these issues with Shein or others. Beware of ordering from this company!!!!

You get what you pay for.. Most clothing items listed on Cider are very affordable. With frequent coupons, it’s easy to find cute clothes within your price range. That is to say, that some of these items may definitely be lacking in quality, but for the most part you get what you pay for. I’ve received some adorable and decent quality clothing that I love for a fairly low price. Cider makes it easy to return clothing that isn’t up to par with what you were expecting. I’m general, I really like Cider. Some clothing is lower quality but you can’t expect much more from the low prices they have. My only real criticism is how some of the knit items tend to be much different in shape and size from the listing on their app.

Quality. At first, Cider was advertised to me as the best sustainable fashion brand that was inexpensive. I ordered a few items. The quality was decent, not what I wanted though. About a year later, Cider followed every single micro-trend that was posed on social media and the quality worsened with it. Cider became just like Shein and Romwe. I’m honestly just disappointed. I would never tell someone to buy Cider for high-quality clothes. If more expensive stores are not an option, I recommend resell apps. I completely understand if more costly clothes are not an option to most people, but Cider is a complete hit or miss.

Best experience. I can not even describe how amazing my 1st experience was using cider app. I was a little hesitant at first but seeing all these lovely designs I have loaded my cart with $400 worth of clothes. After checking out I realized that I forgot to use a 20% off coupon. What a dummy! I contacted a customer service via email and they promptly resolved an issue. Clothes arrived a few days later and quality is unbelievable! They look absolutely amazing. 10/10 for customer service, quality, affordability, designs and ease of use! P.S. sizing is spot on too!

Worst Experience I’ve had with a company. Order three dresses for 50 dollars, accidentally forgot to put my apartment number, no problem I’ll just pick it up at the usps store, wasn’t there already shipped back to company. I contact customer support they tell my I’ll get 50 back, that’s fine then I realize maybe I misunderstood them so I text back again and they said yeah your 50 will be store credit, but then I only get 25. So I message them they said I was only allowed 50% of my 50 dollars back in store credit. I tell them that it’s wasn’t explained to me that well and I would not want that and I would rather get refund my money, they said it to late and that I can’t do anything about it. All because I forgot to put a 5 on my address. Had this happen only one other time and that company just gave me a full refund no questions asked. Really was excited to try cider but this was a terrible experience. All they told me was to make sure I put my entire address on my next order, thank you for nothing Cider.

So excited!. I have seen ads for Cider on Instagram for many months and have been looking for the right opportunity to buy a dress from here! Finally hit the shopping cart and purchased a dress for graduation! Super excited and love that they now added product reviews to their website, helped me figure out what I wanted to buy. In love with everything they have and the sizing seems consistent with the products. Would love to see more models for the clothes to get a better idea of how they fit!

Great prices and super cute clothes!. I’m the super skeptical style of shopper. I research each store online and read countless reviews before purchasing. I was a bit skeptical about cider but they had such great prices that I took a chance. So glad I did! Clothes are so cute and stylish. They look just like the marketing. The only caution I’ll place is that they are made for smaller/shorter people. I’m 5’4 and their overalls are perfect for me in heels. Sizing runs just a tad bit small. I’m usually between small and medium but I’m definitely a medium in their pants/overalls. Bottom line, don’t skip out on this one. Can’t beat the prices for the clothes! I’ll be a repeat shopper for sure!

CUTEST TOPS!!!. I found cider on tiktok while searching for a good site to find “cute” tops on, and this was really a match!! out of all clothing places, and sites ive visited and seen in my WHOLE LIFE, so far this has had the CUTEST tops!! I havent ordered yet because im waiting for summer but im really excited. And dont worry cause they have a HUGE selection of clothes to pick from you’ll never get bored. And what i also like is they have multiple sizes. :)

Great for the Market it is. Let’s be real… we know what we’re getting. My first order had no expectations. Ordering the correct size was a bit difficult, as it always is for a woman! I ordered S in tops and bottoms and would have been fine with an XS. I logged in through the app to initiate a return and found an option to get store credit w/o having to return the items. I LOVE this option because I will be reordering in the XS and now I don’t have to worry about the wasteful shipping all the way back to the warehouse. Hello carbon footprint!!! Well done cider!!

Definitely Trendy. I’ve put in a few orders and I’ve never had an major complaints. I’ve even had some orders that didn’t work out and there were more than enough options to help me out. The clothes are definitely cute and affordable. You definitely get what you pay for, so if you’re a bit particularly about quality/textures, this may not be for you. I’ve personally not had any qualms with it.

General Feedback. I’ve recommended this app to a lot of people solely based on the fact that you can save your size, the and there’s vibe/mood categories. For some reason typing a review is a blank screen so I’m flying blind but other than that the app works well, shipping reliable, very communicative in terms of how much stretch, reviews, etc. just for once feels less corporate for some reason and like someone actually took the time to actually make something that works.

Amazing. I found cider off of a few ads on Instagram. My first shirt I ordered, I ordered two because I wasn’t sure which size would fit me better. Neither of them fit me 😬. Cider had three options of how I could return them!! One of them I got store credit for but I got to keep the top (I gave it to a thrift store), the other one I sent back the classic way and got a refund with free shipping. I wasn’t ready to give up yet. I have a concert coming up that i wanted to buy a new outfit for. I bought the cutest top and pants from cider and they waited to ship it until both the top and pants were in, to help with their carbon footprint and ship them both in the same package. When I was worried about it coming in time I emailed them, and they were so friendly and gave me a 10% discount because of the wait. It showed up in time and looks so cute!! I will be wearing it to the concert tomorrow night :)) new power outfit for sure. Thanks!

Please read! Request!. Wonderful! Just saw this clothes from facebook and its eye-catching. 😍 But unfortunately, I live in the Philippines and I tried to find the currency of our country. Sadly, there's none at all! 🙁 It only has AUD KRW and etc. I wished to see the currency of philippines money, if it's possible. I am excited to buy tons of clothes here in this application. And I'm sure tons of filipinos will also love to buy a lot from here, mostly girls from the philippines love the clothes!! It might be a viral online shopping application here such like Shein! 😍❤️

“Inclusive Sizing”. If they believe a size 20 US is the equivalent to a 4X… think again. A 4X is typically a size 24 sometimes 24/26. I was really hoping that Id found a cooler sort of Torrid that was inclusive of every size not just plus and not just the smaller sizes that most brands make. Inclusive Sizing is what they advertise and I would absolutely call that false advertisement. They should really google what the word inclusive means as well as what a 4X typically looks like and is sized. Was really excited to see this, downloaded the app instantly from the first ad I saw. Too bad, pretty disappointing. But, I guess I should be used to that as well as everyone other plus sized person.

Pleasantly surprised. I got clothes for christmas from this brand before finding out it was possibly drop shipped. The clothes came in really good quality which i was extremely surprised by since I thought it was all stolen products since most of the designs are stolen from smaller brands. But it all fit well and was very cute. this brand isn’t very environmentally friendly but after seeing customer service it gives me hope that this brand does actually care about other things than profiting off of those in need of cheap clothes. I am definitely buying from this website again but the only thing i am avoiding is buying in bulk. Only buy things you know you will enjoy, do your research and look at the reviews before you buy to avoid donating to thrifts that will end up in filling landfills. But overall pleasantly surprised! (from someone with sensory issues that can’t wear cheap fabric).

basically a rip off. i didnt realise when i bought my stuff on cider but theyre just a dropshipper - they buy really cheap products from china and resell them for a much higher price. i ordered a coat in the smallest size but it was massive on me and looked horrible (im normal height and weight) and im only going to get half my money refunded. only benefit is they ship faster than aliexpress i guess?

Poor variety of clothing. There is a limited range of clothing available for anyone older than 25. The range of clothing suits those in the Gen Z age range. Other than that, the clothes look like they are great quality for the price.

Don’t purchase from here.. The material is so cheap and plastic. I bought a size up in a top and the zip was so cheap that on my first wear it broke and I couldn’t get the top off. I had to cut the top off!!!! I bought $100 AU of things and that top was the only item that was nice enough for me to wear out and just trying it on has given me this experience. I won’t be shopping here again. Don’t waste your money.

Cute stuff but some problems. Cider has some amazing clothing options but when it comes to the login or join page you try to join and it kicks you out. But overall very happy with the options i just cant login so therefore i cannot purchase or add anything to my wish list. But amazing variety defiantly recommend if you can login.

Needs more currency options. I downloaded this cause I have been using the laptop version for ages but one thing I’ve noticed is that the laptop version has much more currency options compared to this app. This makes it more difficult to know exactly how much I am spending having to convert USD to AUD every time. Besides this issue I find this app a good source for cider clothing but I do hope soon that you add all the currency options the laptop version has to this app. I hope you can remedy this soon… :)

No Options. The sizes are soooooo tiny why is the bust so small. I’m sixteen and most of the sizes can’t fit me and I’m not actually that big. There needs to be more sizes. Also the XL sizes look so bad and fat and there are barley any options for XL.

Cider. Cider customer service are pretty good at handling any issue that occurs The only think I don’t like is UNIUNi delivery service they don’t check peoples unit before delivering packages.

Too many notifications. I would like to have notifications on but i get too many every day i sometimes get 3 in a day and it’s just too much. And then when i open the app it always asks if i want notifications on and i can’t do anything until i answer that question. i also get asked again as i scroll through the app even though i’d already said no when i opened it. I do t mind notifications but i think 1 every day is enough

A great experience overall but a few UI issues. Overall I had a great shopping experience with Cider. I received gorgeous and quite good quality items, in addition to super cute gifts for my first order. Quite pricey tho but I think it’s worth the price. I wouldn’t necessarily trust the sizing assistant as I was recommended L but the clothes run pretty LARGE. I suggested just sticking to your regular size. I didn’t wanna return the items so I had them altered at the tailor’s so that they fit me perfectly. The only thing that bugs me is that whenever I delete an item from my wishlist, it will take me back to the top of the list, instead of just letting me stay where I was. I wish this issue got fixed.

Watch out! Their delivery takes longer than ali express. They use neighbour express. Funny thing is that , what I order later than Cider in ali express, already arrive. If you wish wear right season, preorder before the right season, other than DO NOT use.

Plus size options are EXTREMELY limited. There are PLENTY of cute clothing options for straight sizes!! App was advertised (to me) to have a great selection of plus size clothing. I was under the ruse that most, if not plenty, of the straight sized clothing options were going to be available in extended sizing. Sadly, that wasn’t the reality after downloading the app. 1) there’s no way to really sort items within the “curve” category. “Low to high” “high to low” etc. weren’t a thing anywhere 🤷🏼‍♀️ 2)The options within the “curve” category are EXTREMELY limited (and imo not nearly as appealing as most of the skinny clothing) Personal side note: I wish companies would finally just realize they’d make more money if they’d just offered the same clothing but in extended sizes. 🙃 The day someone corners the cheap AND cute plus size market they’ll be richer than Bezos I swear

Sizing problems. Hi. I haven’t even bought anything on cider despite liking a lot of the designs. I haven’t bought anything yet because most of the items I want don’t come in my size. I’m only a regular XL but the XL on Cider is a size 10 which is 100% incorrect, an XL should be a 16. The plus size section has wayyy less items. Every item should have the plus size version and have someone modelling it. Also, I don’t want to buy anything if I can’t see reviews of the items.

So Disappointed. I was looking for somewhere to shop other than SHEIN. The clothes on the Cider app look so cute and are way more expensive so I was excited for them to come. When they got here I was so disappointed, the quality was AWFUL. Worse than SHEIN even though way more expensive. It was cheap and nothing like the pictures or measurements. I issued a full return of my stuff and they didn’t even give me back the full amount of money I spent (which was a lot) and they’re telling me that I have to be the one to pay the shipping fee. Horrible, I’ll never shop there again.

“Straight”sizes only app. Title says it all. No need to have the app if you are plus size.

Scam and poor CCR. Don’t bother, they tell you items are “pre order” when they are only pre order with a coupon… you can buy them and have them shipped for full price if you reorder. They have poor customer service and refuses to ship my items all at once despite being in stock and available because I was using a Labour Day coupon. They refunded me which takes TWO WEEKS- and refused to offer the same discount so I could purchase the items to ship together. Absolute waste of time and money, order off SHEIN. At least you know what you’re getting.

Pretty good but…. I bought a bikini from cider and it fit perfectly! I felt confident and everything. There were a few things I’d change but that’s because of my body type but other than that it was great. However, the quality of the items gets worn really easily. However, the site is easy to use and shipping is really great!

Little Plus Size Selections. I have yet to buy anything from here, but I’m pretty disappointed to see the small range of plus size clothing. Looking at the smaller sizes, they seem to have endless options. Whereas in the curve and plus section, there isn’t much to choose from. And there is NO swimwear options for us bigger ladies. It’s pretty disheartening and discouraging. The clothes look beautiful, but I wish we had as many options as smaller women do.

No.. The clothes looks super cute but the sizing was weird then when I got the clothes after like 1 month it looked nothing like the pic and it didn’t fit at all! It was super big and see through. I ordered another item to see if maybe it was just that one piece of clothing but the second one was the kind of fabric that feels wet. It was slow big and had a different style ont he back then what the pic looked like. Will not be ordering again.

Scam, they steal your money. I thought I was happy at first with this company. But I returned some of my items. I opted for store credit instead of refund. 6 months later I go to use my credit. And it expired. I have tried twice to get it back and they refuse. They offered me a 10%off coupon. They basically stole my $50 I have no items and they kept the money. Horrible customer service. They just showing the good comments.. I purchased over 200$ on this app. Had to say that buying things on this is like gacha. Some of the clothes are really cute and some don’t (well most of them are literally fabrics and no cut and shape) I bought shorts and T shirts and they are way too big. I got M and they just like XXL. And all the clothes were packed together and wrinkled. Also the smell was really bad. Question. I’m not here to write a review about the app, to me cider seems great. The thing is I just a question, I accidentally pressed the complete even though my order hasn’t arrived yet. So does it put a pause on my order or is my order still going to continue?

Amazing Store. I first found Cider through an Instagram Ad for their mushroom trouser. While I was a little hesitant to order online from a store I just discovered, I still did since the trousers were so cute. Ever since then, I have been ordering my pants from Cider and recommending all of my friends and coworkers to check out the site. Absolutely love all the items they sell!

In love with their Dreamy collection. They have the cutest pieces of clothing and styles, their size guide is very helpful too. I find their dreamy collection so up to date with the current trends. Their clothes are very comfortable to wear too; one of the pieces I chose was out of stock and they offered prompt solution; very happy with Cider and I would buy again.

Cider has helped my anxiety. I’ve always had a hard time feeling confident and loved and putting myself out there. But I love wearing cider because it has beautiful pieces of clothing and I feel more comfortable in their clothing. I feel like I can be more open and have a conversation started whenever someone asks where my pants or jacket is from.

My go to shop!. Ever since I started shopping at Cider, they have never failed me! Returns are super easy to make. Customer service is impeccable and I just had to come leave a review which I normally ever do lol. After throwing away shipping bag of a product I got and sadly ripped while washing it for the first time to start wearing it. They helped me out and even got a refund! Cider is the best.

Good/bad rating. One thing I don’t like is how they lied to us in the ads and said all tips are free bc I was so happy that I can finally get tops and other stuff that is free but no it’s like 30 or more.I’m very disappointed with this app but they really have nice outfits bc that’s in my cart right now is Like 40 dollars and it’s only one thing inside of my cart and I really don’t like that. So yea lets do better with the app pls

Love!. I have been looking for a better quality clothing brand with affordable prices, and I definitely found it! Ordered six different items that were mix-and-match, and every single one of them had good quality fabric, hemlines, etc. Everything was true to size fit as well

Horrible quality, horrible customer service. Bought some clothes thinking they’d be cute. The skirt I got was literally falling apart at the seams and had a huge hole in it. The other clothes the proportions are completely off as if the designers had never seen an actual living woman before. The quality is actually awful. And customer service is a joke. They spun me round in circles and then said I couldn’t return their clothes with holes in it. Wouldn’t recommend this site to my worst enemy.

The app is lovely!!. But I do have a suggestion just to add on to it, like a Pinterest layout sort of thing, where your wishlist has folders for different clothing! And you can label it like you do on Pinterest for clothes that are classy, or cute, or even for strictly accessories! Basically being able to make your own folders with labels on them to your liking. Pretty much a HIT. Honestly love their clothing. The quality is decent for the price and the shipping is also always pretty fast. Their stuff seems to be pretty unique as far as I can tell and not like the other companies that just stick a different tag on their clothes (I could be wrong though lol) 10/10!!!

The Clothes Fit Perfectly. Not too often that I run into online shops where the clothing fit exactly as the measurements state. Every article I have received was exactly as described with measurements and the quality of the fabric is wonderful. I trust that I will get better than expected clothing with every order that I receive. I love Cider!

Really short review, just a suggestion. I’m not going to really review the app, I just want to suggest a feature. Basically the feature I want to add is dark mode, because I’ve been up at like 3 am and the white screen is like a flash bang. It’s just a good feature that improves the app at least a little bit. Continuously Impressed!. I have ordered from Cider multiple times now and they have yet to disappoint! The quality of the clothing is great, especially for the reasonable prices. Cider has a delightfully welcoming energy to their community, and they seem to care about each of their customers individually. Great Clothes, Long Shipping Wait. I love the clothes and the quality they have to offer, especially for the prices. However, the shipping does take forever. My order took over a week and a half to deliver which was a problem for me since I expected a much shorter wait. Other than that, great experience.

When I first found this site, I was really worried that it was going to be one of those other fast fashion cheaply made clothing brands but after receiving my clothes I was very pleasantly surprised .Cider is a really affordable place to buy very cute clothing and I would absolutely recommend this for anyone who is trying to build their wardrobe and not break the bank

adorable clothing…but not a lot of plus size options. All the clothes on here are adorable. I love the gothic and cottagecore options that Cider has to offer. However, I feel like the plus size pickings are slim. Regular clothing items have a lot cuter options, and a lot of them easily could be turned into plus sized options as well and still look flattering on our figures. That’s my only qualm with Cider. I hope they work on this!

Poor Fit, Tight Return Policy. Ordered about 6 pieces a while ago. Things took a while to arrive, about 2.5 weeks and pretty much nothing fit. I was shocked & honestly disheartened so I waited a while before initiating the return… only to find out that the window was 14 weeks. They keep pumping out ads with tempting styles but I’m not even confident that sizing up would be a fix for how horribly everything fit. Unclear why the developer’s response implies that my experience was positive. Doesn’t instill confidence that giving them another chance would be beneficial. I won’t shop here again.

It took to long. It took a long time. To arrive. And the size guide is wrong. The Jean dress that I was so waiting for feet for a person twice bigger. The guide said am xl. I probably a size. M. Would of feet. Not happy I have to return 2 items the skirt I will make it smaller. The yellow dress I make it BD prevent and return the other 2. And the delivery to my home was. Company call on truck that company is the worst. They delver but they don’t even. Knock. So any body take your package. Does how on truck works. I was nears the door. Does why I herd it package thrown @ the door

Accuracy of shoe sizes. I’m generally pleased with my Cider shoe and boot purchases yet I’ve noticed with my two most recent purchases that the size 40 in chunky boots which fit my feet well isn’t working as the size 40 in flat shoes which don’t fit me at all. Please make certain that the sizing is as accurate as possible for all footwear.

Too baggy (dress is see through). Both pairs of pants, my shirt, and my dress is too baggy, I got them all in small but everything’s still baggy, the pants said they were flared but they’re not. Neither pair are, the shirt hangs off my shoulder cause it keeps falling, the dress is see through too short and not at all a corset dress, I usually wouldn’t even write reviews unless they were good but I spent 115 dollars and none of it was right:( very upset about it all, if you wear a small I seriously urge you to order a Xs <33

Great clothes🩷🩷. They have great clothes I have ordered from them before. they have a lot of different styles Their website is really for everyone. Also they might be a little more on the expensive side like forever 21, but cider clothes are very nice so that makes up for it !!

Much easier to shop on the app. Super smooth shopping and ordering on app(using google it’s can be a little glitchy, probably my wifi tho), 0 issues and packages come quite fast even without an extra payment

I honestly don’t really have a problem with anything. You get what you order and it’s not even like crappy or anything. I literally love cider sm I even get excited when I see ads for it because “omg that’s my fav shopping app!!” I bought my favorite pair of pants from cider, my favorite claw clip, and a SUPER comfortable pair of slacks. I don’t even have any like, constructive criticism I fr love this app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD- NO VARIETY FOR DIFFERENT BODY SHAPES. Cider looks high quality on the ads. The “straight size” looks splendid! All you could hope for in one app! But wait… there’s more! As soon as you get to the “curvy size” section, you are instantly met with boring, bland, and uncomfortable looking clothing! All the dresses look like cardboard boxes, and the models (if there are any any besides the 3 I saw) don’t even look like they like the clothes they’re in! I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to walk outside looking like I just threw a hefty trash bag on! All together, just try your luck at SHEIN or Fashion Nova, it beats Cider!

I really love the clothes of this app and the way the app looks and works is great but the fact that I am plus size and it is already hard for me to find clothes they overcharge all the plus size clothes I look for the same dress because I love the dress and the price but then I get my size and the price goes 15 to 16$ over :/

Best online shopping. I love Cider! Cute styles , great policy! Just know 14 days to put in return ! So don’t do like me, order then go on vaca .. I thought it was 30days… but really good customer service! Try them you’ll love them, the knots feel really soft!I got a whole new winter wardrobe for 60% less than usual at least ! Don’t walk …run!

Slow PAID Shipping. I paid for express shipping (15$) for my order to arrive in 4-6 and a shipping update said it would take longer- the same time as free shipping. Cant get a refund since it already shipped and they can’t get it to me sooner. So i paid 15$ for regular shipping basically 🤗🤗🤗 can’t say anything about the quality of the clothes because I haven’t received my order but some of the designs were cute probably stolen though. I would honestly buy here again with regular shipping because express is not worth it.
