Works great. Sound wasn’t working on iPhone X but is now

They get your money and hide. Looks like some of us have the same problem can’t log in. I’m pretty sure I didn’t set up one. Pretty sad when they don’t monitor the reviews or just don’t care. That’s not right. Forget the app. Go to Roku and watch it. No complaints there except for the long commercials. 😡

Sound is good when Silent mode is off. Nice having a separate app for this podcast. If you lose the sound turn off the silent mode.

Service of AWK. I love the program and look forward to hearing it any chance I can, but the app has been nothing but a headache. Somehow it kicked me off, and it won’t let me log back on. I paid the annual fee, my funds have been taken out of my account, but I am not able to sign in. I got new pass words, tried to sign in, yet I get that little loading circle, and just like that it takes me back to the sign in page again. So basically it’s a circle I can’t get out of. Much like the Israelites in the desert. I keep circling back to where I was. And I can’t get anyone from the app to help.

I love And We Know!. My husband and I have been watching And We Know on rumble for awhile now and we just love watching and listening! Such great videos to pay attention to and I always love and enjoy the prayer at the end! So many details and great information!

Not loading. I paid for a one year subscription thru Apple Store. It loaded for exactly ONE week.! I have not been able to get either my iPhone, iPad, or iPad Pro to get any loading of content and I have a full year paid in advance subscription. Help?

Sound. Sound isn’t working

Can’t log in. I love AndWeKnow - I’ve purchased this app, but I CAN’T LOG IN. Possibly I messed up my user name ? HELP ! I really don’t know who should I contact to help me to reset my account ?

Sound?. I cannot get sound on my IPhone for this App. I have a I-phone 11 and all updated software.

Login Issues Difficult to Resolve. I Love the App on my TV; However, this phone app needs some developer attention. My login is not working with the login I use on my TV and computer. When I search for assistance, the link to support does not work and ‘cannot be found’…

Can’t log in. I paid for a subscription in September 2022, was able to watch just fine, and then was suddenly unable to view it, and it wanted me to login. I don’t recall having a login. Then it renewed my subscription and I still can’t get in. It just sends me in cycles wanting to know my login username and password.who do you contact to get into this?

I don’t have a log in. I used the trial and then I was charged and I do not have a log in. There is no way to fix the problem.

Don’t bother with app. I Subscribed and love the podcast and was excited about when I saw there was an app- well such a bummer I’m afraid. I thought this would be direct access to the podcasts and more. Actually it is nothing - it never accepts login and no options or settings to correct ?? so I have never really seen what the app is and subscribed too ?? Well I’m happy to donate, which I did and would love if y’all fixed the app and communicated with your subscribers :)

Stopped working. Love the content but the app stopped working. Cancelling subscription, I suppose I’ll just watch it for free on the website.

Can’t change username and password. Unfortunately I forgot both my username and password and there is nowhere to go on the app to do this, hence I am paying for an app I cannot use. I’d really like to fix this so I can use my app that I’m paying for every month!!!

Love the content but.... ...sure would like to watch it on my paid Apple/ROKU subscription. I usually have to watch on Bitchute as it shows up there a day before upload to ROKU.

Love the app. I love this app but I can not seem to login. I have paid the monthly fee and was able to watch one or two videos. When I opened it again, it’s asking me for login information but,1) I don’t think I set anything up and 2) it doesn’t even have a “forgot username” option. So, that being said, I have no to cancel my subscription unfortunately.

Worthless. The videos from LT regularly show up on Rumble TWO FULL DAYS BEFORE they show up on this app. WORTHLESS!

Thankful for this broadcast for a long time but,. I have listened to And We Know for a long time but I just purchased a year subscription from the Apple store thinking I would get more content. The only information that comes up is what I view on Rumble for free. I don’t mind supporting video content such as this but wish I would have known prior to spending the money. God bless.

Why is there no help or FAQ?. I can’t log in, paid, but no where to go for help.....

No way to change password if lost. I loved this app for about a week till I had to log in again and apparently I don’t remember my password. There is so place to change a forgotten password and no way to communicate to the app that I am locked out. Ugh! Please help

Frustrating login. I love andweknw but I can’t seem to login after paying for a yearly subscription for the app. I have now cancelled since I can’t seem to log in. I can’t stand poorly created apps that get you stuck in a login loop. Sorry LT I really wanted to support your cause.

Log in. How many people are going to complain about your log in before you do something? Constant “dismiss” message but no other option to get into my account. Can’t find “forgot password “ option. How do I put in log in information. I agree with Thankful for this broadcast. My problem is that a subscription was charged to my account. I got the app from the App Store, but I don’t recall putting in log in information. I can’t get in without log in.
