Poor app. Getting my $ back, because this thing is a wack!

Standard option. Why do I have to go live while recording??? Please I would like to record without a social media platform

PLEASE MAKE NON-LIVE RECORDING EASY. This app would be faaarrrr more useful if it conveniently - without glitches and with an easy interface - allowed recording video, period, without the need to force a live-watch option using a social media app. SMH.

Wonky, but it works. The app could certainly use a UI update but it does work. Just choose the “camera and other” option and then start broadcasting. Then open camera app it will start following you as you move around.

Tracking device. If slow motion was what I needed this would be ok. Needs faster tracking and abilities to save recording to post later . Bummed ☹️

Worthless. It’s not working on my iPhone correctly and you have to go live on social media in order for it to work. I’m taking this device back to the store and getting rid of this add.

Blurs images. I don’t need a teeth whitener or skin smoother. I dialed them all the way down and still doesn’t take crystal clear photos. Please remove that feature.

Saving photos videos. Where do the photos and videos go and is ther a way to change the 3 secs for taking photos

Terrible. It would have been great if I knew where the photos went after I took a few. I can’t find them anywhere. Such a waste of money. Plus very slow to track.

Not worth the money. This does not have a feature where you can record and save to your camera roll. It’s only for going live.

why won’t it work with all streaming apps. I amI am a top streamer on another platform and I was very excited to use this until I downloaded the app and realize that you guys don’t even have my app on here what a bummer SUPERLIVE PLEASE TAGGED

Waste of money. Biggest waste of money ever. Hopefully hobby lobby will accept the return. I don’t go live, I bought this device to record videos, not broadcast live. The whole device is useless now. Who’s your idea was it to limit the device to a “live only” app?

Trash. Same as the others, I downloaded the app & when it starts to try to pair, app shuts down. I’ve killed the app, deleted redownloaded, app crashes. The holder spins & works like a tripod without the actual intended use of the product. Probably getting a refund too...

Not good at all…Basically a phone holder😒. It’s totally Misleading. You cannot record yourself unless you log in to your social platforms THROUGH their app! Who wants to log into all their social media on a app? It does take your pictures (front facing) but not good quality because it uses the app and not your phones camera.. you get what you pay for🤷🏽‍♀️

Need to add video. This app should give you an option to use video without having to go live on social media.

Laggy, plus needs option to record without going live. If you move very slow… it’s perfect. Other than that, it’s laggy and not smooth in following the subject Plus no option to use without going live. Would be great if we could only record and later edit before putting our content live online

UPDATE YOUR APP! We want panning video not panning lives.. There’s NO EXCUSE to not update the app to include the number one feature people got the device for. Nobody cares about going live with a panning camera. We just want to shoot videos with it.

Terrible. Please take away the option to HAVE to log into an app to record a video. There should automatically be an option to record a video in the app. Also, even with the phone on silent, you can’t silence the bird chirping when taking pics. Trash!

Where is the Bluetooth?. I tried to use it but I didn’t get the Bluetooth. And once I got it it was a option to go LIVE I just want to film on my phone camera, also it kicked me out as soon as it gave me the option now I can find the Bluetooth!

Intellistand. It was ok if you’re someone who likes to “go live” but as for a homing device it’s not what you’re looking for. All you can do is go live on your our social media. So with that being said…..who needs one it’s brand new?! 😂

Update the App. The App needs to allow you to record without going live …no one just wants to go live trying to prep for videos or learning how it the app works.

App doesn’t currently work. As soon as I try to open the app and pair the device, the app shuts down and will not connect. Hoping there will be an update that fixes this, but as of now is worthless.

Need fix in app why set live mode.. Why set live broadcast this danger. Cause someone spying on any person in action this very wrong this scammer.. need do fix app and do right on app need video and photo. Not on live broadcast in any public watched like this. can’t record without going live. If I could give this zero stars I would. Great concept, HORRIBLE functionality. Why have an auto tracker tripod if you can’t record a video???

Doesn’t work w/o going live?. Had I known it only worked using live streaming on social media platforms, I would have never purchased this device. If that’s not the case, I will be happy to change my rating.

For what it does everyone says s right. But I have a music YouTube channel and all the songs I right are not edited they’re all live or multiple takes! For what I need this for it’s perfect without the batteries lol I sit in a chair with normally my 12 string guitar and record and upload as many new creations as 4 in a day! Use to have to open a nearby drawer and rig it so the camera sees me from a good spot so for that reason for me this is golden! Don’t know why I downloaded the app I guess because one day I’ll get batteries and see how this works for myself but as for right now it’s great with no power!!! 😎😎

Meh ☹️🙁. You can only go live, and take pictures. It doesn’t make sense to use a tracking stand to take pictures. I don’t understand why they don’t just have it as a regular Bluetooth device, and not have to use an app. The pictures aren’t even good because it is on the freaking app!

Does not work for me.. I’d love to give a proper review, but I cannot get this app and gimbal to work other than to spin around in circles with no connection to my phone. Junk, from China, like usual. Why can’t we hold these people to better standards of quality. They can sell junk that doesn’t do any of the things that are claimed on the package or marketing. Shameful.

No common sense. Why can we not record a video to the camera roll? Where is the common sense?!?!? Very frustrating and I will be sending it back and posting another review on Amazon letting everyone not to waste their time or money.

Not good.. It broke before I could even use it. The bottom is supposed to open so you can put in the batteries to the stand. But it broke while I was trying to get it open. Sad. Was really looking forward to trying this out for some of my videos.

Live360. Can you please include an option to track and record video without having to ‘Go live’. This should be a standard option.

Not the best one. I won it at Dave and Busters, Expecting it to track my face, But instead it avoids it and moves until i’m fully out of the frame no matter how much i move to be in the frame..

Doesn’t work. Got the tripod as a gift. Sad because I was very excited to use this. The app doesn’t work like it should. Very disappointing.

Where are photos going?. This is a perfect device however the functionality of the app is not. I have no idea where the pictures are going. As soon as the camera opens it counts down from 3 and starts taking pictures until I get out the app. For videos, I love to be able to record and edit as I choose instead of only being able to go live.

Recording. Is it possible to record without going live

Needs compatible motorized camera mount. I really liked playing with this app. Too bad it doesn’t support video conference applications that I commonly use. It would be great if the developer could add support for Google Meet. However, it would be far more valuable if I could turn my smartphone into a web camera. That way, I could connect my device into my computer and use the app with any video conference software or video recording software of my choice.

Needs a filming option without going live. I tried to use it to film for my YouTube channel (BroMans Block) as my tripod but I wouldn’t let me film on the app and it won’t move outside of using the app I wish it would have a film option not just a going live. It is good because it has a timer for when a takes a photo but I don’t get why you would a moving tripod if your only going to take photos, I don’t see a point to having a tripod that moves for photos. I only wish it would have a video option.

I concur: needs to have a record option vs pure live stream. The actual device is genius, although cheap and basic.. but a great bargain buy. *****Definitely needs the option to record****** I would also like to see it connect with other apps, KakaoTalk, wechat, snow, ….twitch, etc. Very basic app. Not much to do on it. 2 stars cuz the app… well it does what it says it does. (No more no less). Oh it does have a whitening and beauty filter. Whoopty doo.

Will not open. The closes after 2 seconds. Can not get it to connect to my device.

Can’t get the photo after taken. I took a lot of photos in my birthday and then it havent been save to anywhere in my phone. I tried to take other photos then realized that there is no way to get the photos after taken by the camera in the app. Worst experience ever.

No video feature and no calling with apps like messenger. Fun rotating stand, very lacklustre APP. Want to use it for video calls NOT broadcasting. Its only useful feature rn is taking pictures.

jyf. only shoots photos with a weird filter and zoomed up. if wanting to shoot on tiktok (for example) you can only go live (on all platforms). was excited to use but the app disappointed me. wish you would be able to take normal videos if anything. good device but bad app.

Stuck on buffering. Just says “discovering device” and buffering forever and ever and ever and ever…

Cannot shoot video to my phone. I can’t shoot video through my phone camera without going live to a chosen platform. I can take still photos with my camera but not video, what’s the point of having AI face tracking for a still photo? Does not explain this on the box when making the decision to purchase so I am returning it to the store for a refund.

Negative review. -Will only allow you to take photos unless your live broadcasting. -You cannot record a video and save it to your camera roll. Which is absolutely ridiculous. -The ANKO stand is flimsy -Tracking is very robotic and not smooth I hope the app manufacturer reads this and updates the app.

Waste of money and product. It doesn’t work with your video camera as a stand alone. Only tracks when using a social media platform like Snapchat or Instagram. A complete disappointment with this product. Trash!

Utter garbage!. I was so excited to get this. After purchasing for around $30 or so, I thought what a neat and simple idea for helping me carry on with chores whilst talking to friends and family or having it track the puppet I use for a friends YouTube channel. Come to find the only thing I can personally use it for (as believe it or not, I have zero social media accounts and platforms. I never have and probably never will - in my early 30s invade you were wondering) is taking pictures. On a 360 setting which, the device coupled with this app do continuously every 3 seconds weather you like it or not, until you either turn the damn thing off or quit the app. NOWHERE does it say that if you want to use it with your phone’s camera alone you will only be able to (and have zero control over) take pictures. It says NOWHERE that it is strictly for things like “Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and other social media platforms” it simply says “CAMERA motion tacking phone holder” which is what I bought it for. Not to have my phone take pictures of me whilst I walk round in a circle. Waste of time and money. I can’t even find my receipt to return it either so I’m stuck with this thing that’s about as much use a chocolate fireguard! Unless there’s a (much needed) re haul on the working of this thing to get it to work with the camera itself rather than running it thru one app (this one) through another app (insert ever expanding list of information grabbing social media platform apps) just to use it. Don’t waste your time.

Almost a good app/product. The manual video app option doesn’t work so the product and app work great ONLY when shooting a live on social media. Not at all what it’s suppose to be. Very disappointing. Why make an awesome product and leave it half complete?!?

Not enough platforms. Could you make it compatible for movie camera or webcam app or even microsoft teams

Half baked product. It does not do what the box said. It does not do video tracking. It only works with the camera on iPhones to take “still” photos. So if it’s still photo why bother tracking, just look straight into the camera and shoot. For all the other media available, it suggested to work with Facebook, YouTube, etc. It does not integrate with those apps, it hacks the user interface only. As for the other manual apps, it does not work either. The only thing I can think of using is to put in on non tracking rotation to take a steady 360 view of a room, but there is control of speed.

Video Compatible. A lot of the reviews are saying this can’t shoot videos, but it can. If you go to the “manual apps” option and select your camera app, you can start shooting a video and it will follow you around while recording. The app and device work perfectly so far!

Update the app or eliminate false advertising on the packaging. Update the app to fix the false advertising. The box states “Automatically locks in on your face or chosen object to track, record and take pictures. The instructions state”as well as the ability to just use the device’s stand alone camera for recording” If I could give zero stars I would. This was a total waste.

Not as described. It only works on live mode for video platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. It does not show what’s being recorded. Just a broadcast indication. I don’t like it and I’m sending it back.
