Don’t buy!. The font doesn’t work outside the app after it’s “installed”. Putting text in the font in the app doesn’t do anything if it’s copied and pasted outside the app—it will paste as the regular font. It doesn’t work in any way! Apple would not refund it, so be aware—you will not get your money back if you buy this and actually expect it to work! It’s garbage and the person selling it is garbage too since they are scamming people with a learning disability!! Shame on them!

Google Docs. Please make this compatable with Google Docs, slides, etc.

Hard to use. Not sure if this is worthed. Previous reviewer was right. Only works for email writing.

Doesn’t work. I bought this with my own money to help me with my dyslexia and it doesn’t even work on my phone. Disappointed but not surprised.

Waste. One big problem, it doesn’t work!

No messages integration.. Misleading images. You must copy/cut and paste for text messaging. Should’ve taken the time to read more reviews. Refund if possible, useless for my purposes.

Cant use on iOS 14. Purchases don’t but can’t use on iPhone. Sad because I like the font.

Needs disclaimer. I cannot use on iMessage.

Misleading APP. I am frusterated that this app linked me to another app to pay for 7.99 to get another app to use with reading websites with dys font. Will be asking Apple for a refund.

Waste of money, do not buy!. This app is absolutely useless! Don’t waste your money on this, it won’t help you read anything. Gives you links to more expensive apps (that I would never trust after this experience). Creator is nothing more than a con man taking advantage of people in need.

Testing for a family member. I found out recently that my mom is dyslexic. So I wanted to find something to make her life a little easier! I appreciate that the developer is readily available.

Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money

Doesn’t work!. I installed it properly and still won’t work. Doesn’t even work in keynote like it said. Not worth the money...

Should have read the 1 star reviews first. I installed on my Mac Pro. Does NOT work. No font file is available to install in current user. Junk. His app says "install font". But after it say successful the font cannot be found in Apple Font Book. Fail. I feel deceived.

Reading Again!. So far loving this font. I discovered this by accident last week and it’s life changing. I can engage in my passion for reading again which I have been avoiding for the last year or so because it became more difficult to do. Thank you!

Info aboutj chrome extensions will help many people. You have to install the chrome extension and install the fonts before they can be applied

Doesn’t work. I purchased this app for my daughter, its a waste of money. The font doesn’t show up anywhere. I downloaded it correctly and it doesn’t work.

Won’t work. Can’t get it to work on my iPhone 12. Contacted the designer twice and no answer. Terrible!

Absolute Crap!. This does NOT work in Pages! I installed it, the fonts ARE shown in my iPad’s settings, but ARE NOT available for selection from within Page’s settings. If you buy this, despite all the bad reviews like I did, you are a bigger fool than me!

So Good!. This font is fantastic. It has helped me to navigate the internet in ways I never thought possible before. It helps me focus on what I am trying to express!

Horrible. 1. This is not associated with the Open Dyslexic project. This is an individual who took a free font and monetized it. 2. This does not become a system-wide font. It can only be used inside the program. 3. For web browsing, you need to buy a separate app. That app only works with Safari. 4. Scanning documents require you to buy a separate app. I will be asking Apple for a refund.

Why are you trying to capitalize off of people with disabilities?. I bought this app because I am dyslexic and am struggling because of it. The first thing I noticed is I have to pay to be able to read, and comprehend information the first time. The main thing I wanted to use it for, I have to pay another $6 dollars for it to work! That is so frustrating because I turned to this app for help and all it is trying to do is exploit me. Even if it does end up working it is not user friendly 3 of the buttons in the app work, and 2 of them lead to another app of theirs they want you to buy. If you are going make an app to help people it should work, especially if they paid for it.

It doesn’t work. I’m out $4.23 for an app that is junk. The app itself won’t work. The fonts won’t work on ANY other app I have tried it in. And the two other options within this crappy app requires more money for the apps. Total scam. I’ve checked my settings. The fonts are downloaded into my phone. Great. But apparently they don’t work anywhere except as a demo within app advertisement. Stay away.

this works. so saw this font on tik tok. creator mentioned it makes non dyslexics uncomfortable. it made my brain squee. an analogy: reading is like running for me. Its necessary but stressful and tiring. this makes reading feel more like a brisk walk. trying to get this as default font for everything

App Crashing. I downloaded this app to help my daughter with school. I tried using the scanning feature of the app, it would crash every time. I tried many outlets to fix the issue, nothing seemed to help. Wish it would have worked! It would have been a great tool!

Educational Potential. This is a great idea. Thepotential for students who have difficulties reading will benefit most from those who write with these fonts. It is going to change the world for a ton of children and adults.

Much needed, not easy implement. This type of app is necessary. I didn’t find it easy to setup. But big thanks to the developers no nonetheless.

So helpful!. I love this font, it’s so much easier to read. I just have trouble getting it to open with apps, would be nice if it could be included as the accessibility features so everything can be read with this. Thanks for making it easier to read 😍😍😍🥰

Not remotely worth the moment. This font is not usable unless you are in the app. You copy and paste the generated text and the two other buttons take you to other apps they want you to pay for. Waste of money, uninstalled right away.

update. I initially gave this one star thinking it was fake. It didn’t upload on my imac, but perhaps it is because it is an M1? After time passed woth my new mac I learned that many apps are having transition pains to the new mac and perhaps suggestions can be offered. I will write the creator as the literally is no font, so either it’s a scam or not working, but possibly a mac M1 issue.

This really helps my wife.. She says this helps keep the letters and words from moving around on her. I am not dyslexic, so I don't know what she goes through, and this font helps. Bless you for making an app like this.

Dyslexic. I’m always trying to read the regular fonts that are installed on my phone, and struggling with reading them and feeling frustrated and my eyes get tired, I feel instantly relaxed with font for my dyslexia and feel weirdly peaceful.

Awesome!. This is exactly what I needed! Makes reading so much less of a strain!!!

Minimal applications. I can’t believe the only application I can use, is to write an email, but don’t be mislead does not work to read received emails. I thought this would be like the chrome extension, unfortunately it’s a lot of money for such minimal applications. Literally what you see as the preview photos of this app is all it does. I hope you update you app in the future to be used with more common uses than Microsoft office programs which none of my work placements have used since before Covid took place. Google suite programs would be way more beneficial to me personally.

not dyslexia font or didnt work. I feel scammed.... Even the logo misrepresents. The logo uses dyslexia font misleading consumers into thinking that this is what they get. The font didnt change at all. There space between words is doubled. Many of us fell in love with the font from Natural Reader app, the dyslexia toggle (try it). The greater ease at which I read was shocking. The letters are thickened in areas to help the letters stand out. This app does not do that. I would like a refund please for either an app that didnt work and do what it says, and is $6.49 !!
