It’s good… but…. This app is nice and all, but it freezes up, though. I was on it once or twice, and now I can’t get back on. I like that it’s free and all, but I don’t think it’s worth it… Your decisions are yours, I’m just giving advice.

Great Execution. Great Execution with timely notifications and discounts for good neighbor hotels. The D23 nights have been fun for ducks and upcoming angels games. Only room for improvement is a unified sign on environment that would work across all Disney apps to prevent fan frustration from multiple sign ins and vpn access for streaming content as long as vpns are on national cloud. AWS GCP Azure IBMcloud Oracle.

Membership Card Fail. Never could get my membership card to load. It just continued to “load”… if I closed the app & went back in to try again, I had to re-sign in, which still never worked to actually load the card. I imagine the app is good for keeping track of where discounts are, etc, but not great as an alternative to carrying around your membership card

Digital card not working. Can’t get the digital membership card to load so I can use it at the parks

Log in error. Really negative stars if i could can’t sign to the app keeps saying log in error on iphone but when i use the web browser i can sign in with no issues make it make sense

CONSTANT ERROR MESSAGES. Every time I try to log in, it gives me error messages when I try to pull up my member card and my tickets. Error code -, "An error occurred app.myid.login_error_message"

Missed so many events!. This app is useless. I activated the notifications and I’m not even notified when event sales are announced or go on sale. What’s the point of the notifications? What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t notify you of the events. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. We pay almost $200 to be a part of this club and we’re missing the benefits because the app is a lame duck. It’s not even worth being part of the club if we aren’t able to attend events!

My vision. Can you please change D23 back to how it was after the event is over not trying to be naughty but can you please change it back thank you🐭+ 👴🏻= 🏰

App is bugged. You cannot log into your account without the app crashing.

Outdated news. I just opened the app to check five fantastic things to watch this weekend and it’s from 2021.

Login broken for months. Cannot login.

Can’t log in. Gives me an error everytime I try and load digital card. Can log in just fine on the website but won’t work in app.

Worthless membership. App is pretty useless, mostly links to their website. They hardly ever post any Disneyland USA articles. Such a waste of $$$.

D 23 membership card never works. The D23 memebership card always fails to load. This needs to be fixed asap please

Good but need tuning. I gave this one a 3, mainly because the interface is just weird to me. There’s no obvious indication that I’m logged in and trying to do so is needlessly difficult as it’s hidden under “discounts and offers” instead of anything account related. The interface also likes to slide to the right and left at the slightest touch which gets annoying when all you want to do is scroll up/down. Lastly, it just appears to deliver the info from the website in the same format making the app not really necessary. Clean it up and it could be a nice way to view your account but right now, not so much.

Can’t log in. Tried several times but can’t log in on the app. I can log in easily on the desktop but not on the phone app. Useless app

Doesn’t work. Can’t sign in

Not a fan. If I’m listening to a podcast or headphones and open the app it stopes whatever I’m listening to for nothing. Other than that the only think I use it for is to see new d23 pins etc. Kindof looks unpolished or old, outdated, and isnt super useful in general.

Can’t Login. Can’t login. Apparently this is a known bug and there isn’t an expected date on a fix.

mainly just links to website. This isn’t so much an app as it is a menu of links to d23.com. It’s a real disappointment, and I hope there are improvements before the Expo.

Notifications. Push notifications are sending out doubles.

Can’t Login. Downloaded app and get an error message every time I try to login. Come back later.

Doesn’t Load membership. It just gives an error message when trying to log in. Been happening for weeks. I tried deleting and reinstalling and even downloading/ logging in on my husband’s phones

Needs much improvement. Main screen appears then goes black without opening. Deleted, reloaded and tried again with same result. Not ready for distribution!

Update not great. They updated for the expo instead of just making the separate app - this thing has force closed on me a dozen times already and it’s very glitchy. Pretty sure this has been 2 years in the making? Hopefully it works better at the actual expo
