Disappointed. I paid for a lifetime subscription and continuously have adds when I am trying to navigate channels, or increase/decrease the volume. Before the upgrade grade it had to continually input the device ID 10 digit number. I thought this was going to be fast easy and convenient. It has not been any of those things.

Works amazing. I lost my tv remote years ago been walking to the tv like a caveman this whole time. App works great and the ads aren’t crazy so you can actually use the remote. I give 5 stars I’m happy gotta get volume on this next guys. My tv has a lot of life left you know.

Not what I thought.. At first I thought that it would be a pay to do everything but it’s not its mostly free.

Excellent. I have to say it works way better than I thought because I tried some other and things weren’t even close and if you really think about it for something to connect to different devices and operate different TVs long distance I think would be complicated but no problems with this app whatsoever. Don’t recommend. Way to many adds, sometimes it doesn’t even load you have to pay for it to work I think it’s pointless honestly my remote just broke only reason I’m using.

Can’t use it. When you first download the app, hit asks you to go to your smart tv’s settings and select “allow usb debugging” then the app connects and it works. The problem with that is, I cannot select “allow usb debugging” on my smart tv because I do not have a remote, and there is not a way for me to make any selections on my tv with one…. Which is the whole reason I downloaded this app. So I’m back to square one with no remote lol.

Spot on!. The first time I ever used this remote app it did not disappoint. It never misses a beat in connecting to all of my devices. The signal is very strong when connected to my devices and it does not skip or freeze like some other apps I’ve tried in the past. It’s my new favorite app and I won’t be without it because it literally works with every smart device.

Do you enjoy ads? This is the remote for you!. Prefer watching ads instead of tv? Get this app! Seriously I would consider paying for this if it was reasonable, like 5$, they want 5$/week or 20$ for lifetime. It’s a freaking tv remote, no thanks. I would maybe consider 20$, if they had a even SOMEWHAT usable free version, every other button I tap I have to watch ads or say no thanks to buying their remote, it’s just rude to potential customers

The app is good, but…. I enjoy using the app because it is helpful when I forget where the remote is or something lol, but the problem is…the ads. There is just too many at a time. You go to use the remote, every few clicks you use, you get an ad. Then the ad ends and you use the remote again, after another few clicks, it’s another ad. I just think there is too many and maybe less at a time would be helpful!

I only gave 5 stars so people can see this. When I downloaded this app I thought I could find my remote in peace and use this freely but there a way too many ads and I feel like there shouldn’t be ads in the first I can’t click to many buttons with there being an ad. Yes I know there is a subscription but why would I pay for that if this is a temporary thing. I find this horrible

Ain’t no way people rate this 5 stars. There is no way this app has a 15/1 ratio of 5 star reviews to 1 star reviews, obviously bots. No one in their right mind would think a universal remote that forces you to watch an ad every 8 clicks (yes it’s a consistent 8 clicks) shows you a 30 second ad, is a 5 star app. It’s incredibly frustrating, it asks you every once in a while “want us to stop bothering you?” Just to force you to pay 7.99 a month to use their remote like it’s sooo special. News flash, it’s not anymore special than any other universal remote. It’s so stupid I decided to write this review right before I uninstall it because there’s better apps. And to the developers, just be better!

Pretty handy. Of course everything comes with adds now a days but it works well type input is cool so no more left right up down

Insufficient device support, do not download if you use sound bar.. Downloaded this app, connected to network, seemed to work fine until I turned off the system using their app to go to bed. Next morning the app would not turn on the TV because surprise, surprise the TV needs to be left on at all times for the app to find it in the network. What’s more, not only did it turn off the TV the previous night, but it also turned off my sound bar which needs to be left on in order for the TV to find it. So now I have to use the original remote to turn on the TV and physically turn on the sound bar in order to use the app. In my haste, I bought the $20 lifetime license which, by their definition, as long as the application works correctly there is not a problem. Except that, in my opinion, if it turns off all devices connected to the TV it is shooting his self in the foot, because when a device is turned off,It cannot receive and interpret information from the network. Hence it is unable to be turned on. To me that is an error in application engineering therefore I should be entitled to a refund, but they say the app is working correctly and therefore I am not entitled to one. If you happen to have $20 to throw down the drain, then feel free to download and buy the lifetime license for this piece of poorly engineered garbage. I suppose I will have to eat this one but I’ll try to be more careful in the future.

horrible customer service - no response when trying to cancel account. I have emailed customer service 4 times to cancel subscription over the last month and they will not answer and I keep getting charged. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP or else you will be charged every month and will never be able to cancel because they will ignore every attempt made to contact them. This app was not compatible with my TV and yet I am still paying and even Apple is unable to help. Worst customer service I have ever experienced on an app so far.

Good, but searching for TV forever. It can’t find my TV no matter what, it’s searching forever. I have a couple more remote applications and they instantly find and connect to the TV. One star because of this. On the other hand, if I connect it manually to the TV’s IP, it’s a very good app, it has all bells and whistles someone needs in a remote and nicely laid out. Five stars for this. In conclusion, I’d like to keep the app, but it’d be very inconvenient to have to put in the IP manually every time I want to watch TV, so I’ll skip it.

Ads. Ads prevent me from even typing in the name of a show with a few clicks I have to stop what I’m doing to watch an ad. 😐 -5 negative stars

It’s fine.. I paid the one time $20 for ad free and more (rather than buy a new remote) and it continues to go back to the free version with ads at least twice a week and I can’t auto connect because of it or keep my favorite channels selected. The ads every 5-6 clicks is really the worst of it.

Beware Scam. When you first open the app, it gets you to click a button in the same location “Continue” over and over and then suddenly puts a “Try it for Free” button there, which will start charging you $5/week forever with no confirmation if you click it. Beware that the design is such that you will accidentally press that button after clicking “Continue” a bunch of times in the same spot. Also, lifetime is $20, so if you plan to use this for more than a month, there’s no reason anyone would buy $5/week. The fact that it sneaks you into the $5/week subscription so fast makes me nervous about this app.

It works. The fact that these people think they can get away with charging $10 a week to use a digital remote is completely ridiculous. Shame on you.

It's okay :/. okay, I know your looking at the title right now and thinking “why should I listen to you” this app is great don’t get me wrong but it only allows you to click 5 remote buttons and then an ad pops up like come on. I’m so tired of the ads, and I most certainly do not wanna pay to remove apps for a tv remote. I’m not a Karen. just please remove the ads.

There is no rating low enough for this awful app.. I was forced to use and PAY for this awful app as at least it worked, sorta. It was slow, crashed 1/4 uses, but it changed channels. In the last update, they ADDED Ads to the ppaid version, making it almost impossibile to even change the channel. DO not use this app if at all possible. It wiull frustrate you and charge you for the experience.

Good app. Would be great if you could click out of the ads like on some other apps. You have to watch the 10/15 second ad, then sometimes reconnect the app. If that wasn’t an issue it would get 5 stars from me. I just won’t pay to be ad free.

Connecting takes 10 minutes. Don’t know why I’m paying for this. Every single time I open it, that giant buffering thing pops up, but it’s recognizing my TV, I just can’t press “connect” FOR 10 MINUTES. Same error message, then it will connect. By then, I’m using the real remote. FIX IT, NOW.

A little disappointing. This app is amazing but I rate it a 2 bc of those adds it’s getting annoying when I try to click something a add comes on also it was working perfectly fine when I got it and today when I opened it, started loading but that’s all I had to say

Won’t connect. I tried connecting this to my Samsung TV and it worked at first but now it stopped. Idk what happened but now it won’t connect to my TV. I made sure everything was right and it was. They are connected to the internet but it won’t work.

Misleading description. This app is described as working exactly the same as the original tv remote with no need for additional equipment… this is absolutely false however because it requires both the tv and your phone to be connected to the same network which requires a network router. When was the last time you connected your remote control to your Wi-Fi network? Never I assume, because your tv remote uses ir most likely. I needed just a replacement remote control, not another app hijacking my home network.

Works. Id like to say the app works great but the ads are a bit excessive. Still give you guys 5 stars for how smooth the app works.

Good but the ADS, UGH!!!. The remote works well and connected easily, but there are ads after about 10 clicks. They seem to shove the ads in your face to making you want to spend $30 for the one time purchase to lifetime access! They are insane, I could go to Dollar General and purchase a universal remote for only $17! Only gave 2 stars because how seamless it was to connect to my tv.

Too Many Ads. I get it they want us to pay, but the amount of ads almost makes the free version useless. $10 to remove ads is also ridiculous I feel like this should be illegal for company’s to do. After 10 button presses it triggers a 30 seconds Ad. Besides all of that Ad bs the app works great. I need a universal remote but the tactics they’re using makes me not want to give them my money. For the people trying it out you can bypass the purchase when you first open the app just close out the purchase screen.

Amazing!. I love this app so Much it can do basically anything For an amazing price plus if you don’t want to pay the price you can still do a lot of things without it this app is amassing I totally recommend it to anyone ever!

Amazing I would recommend using this app. It’s really good even without premium I think it is premium. it does not give you as much adds as some of the others I used to use. It does not pause AT ALL or slow AT ALL. So definitely try this app out!

Way to many ads and connection issues. There is way too many ads after like a couple of click you will get a ad and then after the ad you do like another few and there another and I can’t connect to my tv it shows up but it won’t connect it just loads for long time and then won’t connect there both on the same internet

What the heck! SOOOO MANY ads I couldn’t even try it!!. I’d be happy to pay for a subscription for some thing if it worked… I have no idea if this even works because every time I press the button, an ad would come up for two minutes and I had to wait for that to go away then I would try to press another button, and then another huge and would come up and I had to wait two minutes; absolutely ridiculous! Works. Works like a remote. Just way to many adds. It’s almost unusable because of the constant adds that pop up take 3 minutes to turn the volume up 5 notches.

Do not download. The app is slow and laggy and has ads after 7 buttons are pressed. Do not download this one it Doesn’t work well whenever you try to use it the tv has to already be on even though the remote is supposed to turn it on, the ads are long and the X to click off sometimes glitches and doesn’t show up don’t download this.

Easy and does the job fast. Could not possibly be any easier. Download and started using it in 10 seconds. Connected to my TV immediately. Highly recommended. Say goodbye to loosing your remote.

Love it. Moved my room to another part of the house and lost my remote during the process. Downloaded the ad version while I looked for it and I never found it. I just ended up buying the ad free version after all. Now I have a universal remote anywhere I got. Worked out for me.

Too Many Ads. Besides the ads the app works good , but every 20 seconds (literally) its always a ad and its annoying , chill with the ads , if you could stop putting so many ads i would make my life easier . but you guys aren’t gonna do it bc you’re only in it for the money .

Does not work. I have a Fire TV device, like, an actual television that is fire tv, and this app does not work with it at all, even after following every single step in the instructions and in the troubleshooting. Don’t waste your money and stick to your fire tv app, until something good comes along for Apple Watch too.

Too many ads to even try to use. I downloaded this looking for a remote app with a keyboard. I was more than willing to pay the $20 lifetime fee if this app suited my needs. However there are WAY too many ads to even try to test the functionality of this app! Every 5 taps and you get 30 second long ads and a pop up to download an app. Connected easily but Not wasting my time trying to Wade through all the ads to see if this app has the features I need. Deleted within 5 minutes of downloading.

App works fine enough, but is slow and $5/week is crazy. The app isn’t bad. Connecting was easy. It’s response time is like 2 seconds from button press to tv response which is kind of annoying. The worst thing is the pricing to pay for their “premium features” and how intrusive the ads are. The premium features are things like automatically connecting to the tv, and no more ads. Literally five button presses and a 30 second ad played. I’d be willing to pay a one time $5 charge if it was as responsive and easy to use as the Roku app, but $5/week is insane.

Super. I like this app whenever I cannot find my TV remote I use this app and I can mute even faster than my tv remote are you control the TV with your app it is like just incredible that is why I give five stars

This is a good app. This is a good app, my remote sometimes just doesn’t work. And I use this to replace this. But this is delayed, I get that it is from a mobile device. But can you at least make it smoother. I hope you can make it better

Way too many ads too often. Lost my tv remote, needed an app to use my tv. Ads pop up every 5-7 seconds and you have to watch a good 15 seconds of them before you can go back to using the remote. Do yourself a favor and download the SmartThings Samsung app if you have a Samsung TV. It’s completely free and no ads.

Great app for gamers when headset dies lol. This app works really well I lost my remote and haven’t been able to adjust my tv volume for weeks until I got this app. One down side is the adds but if you use your tv for gaming it does the job.

Well. There was so many ads I couldn’t even tell if the remote worked enough to pay for it. I’d save yourself time and not download this. Many other apps that work fine. Took me 15 mins to figure out the good ones and subscribed to uni remote it was way better. Only 2 ads before I could judge if I wanted it unlike the 12 ads from this one

I’ downloaded this app to try it out before purchasing or subscription; right away I haven’t even got to learn how to use this as I am trying and I get bombarded with 30 second to 60 sec advertisement; I understand but maybe you guys came off too harsh or too annoying on first minute of downloading the app.. maybe let the users or help user to understand how to use this app instead of bombarding them with adds every minute... good luck.

Don’t bother. This app is actually the worst thing I have ever downloaded. If you want to watch an ad every time you try to change the channel this is the app for you, but I think I speak for the majority when I say it is a horrible app. The creators should be ashamed for creating something so terrible.

Ads. The ads take over your screen every few SECONDS. Even if you did want to try this app you wouldn’t be able to test it because the ads take over within seconds of each other.

The remote doesn’t work.. It won’t connect to my new Sony Bravia tv and it keeps saying it can help me and to google the problem which I did to no avail. I tried the remote connect and going manually through the IP address. Very disappointed I want my $9.99 back. If I get a refund I will take down this review but I’m very upset.

Download just incase. What the point of foreclosing this if I have the remote. Yea ok u can be pro active and install app before losing or breaking a remote but who thinks like tht? SO MANY ADS. Any other app would be better than this one. So many ads you can only press a few buttons. It doesn’t remember your tv and you constantly have to manually turn off your tv and turn it back on to connect it.

Garbage. This is a great app to control your tv if you like to be constantly bombarded with timed ads that you need to watch in order to use the controller. Love when I’m switching channels and a 20 second add pops up and I have to wait to resume changing the channel.

Way too many ads. The remote works decent but every 10 taps or so activates an ad unless you pay 10$ a month. Just entered my Netflix password and it’s an auto generated password and it took no less than 10 minutes.

Bought the app but now it appears like I didn’t. I bought the app, used it for a couple of months. Nothing wrong with it, until suddenly I have to buy it again? I didn’t bought any subscriptions I bought the entire app and now is gone. I “restored” it but it didn’t work.

Crap. I paid for this only for it to have to be re set up over and over again! Constantly having to reconnect to the TV and it takes too much time to keep reconnecting, I have had to enter five codes in the last 10 minutes. This is stupid and I want my money back!

It is absolutely horrible. They went CRAZY with the ads like every 2-4 seconds a limited time offer pops up and after I close it after ten try’s it takes me to a 30 second ad then I bought the ad free version and it said it stoped working good the problem. It was a complete scam do not buy the ad free version or just don’t get the app at all.

Not ideal if you have time you don’t want wasted. I decided to try to download an app in my phone to replace my remote, but this doesn’t work. It gives you an ad every time you touch the screen, it constantly asks you for a membership and it doesn’t even work.

Not the best. I I give the remote one star because every time I pull it up it asked for a rating and I find that annoying. Also it takes a while to connect to a certain fire stick, compared to a regular remote it is slow. I do like it being handy and accessible

Works only a few times. You might as well get up and find the remote because by the time the app finds your tv, you’ll find the remote. There are much better free apps that work faster and without annoying ads then this app.

What a rip-off!. Downloaded this to use as a remote. Then, before they’ll do anything for you, you’re held up for$9.99! Crazy thing is, once you pay them, the app is mysteriously broken and wants you to google the issue! Yeah, like telling else how this app developers found a way to make a quick buck.
