Never stuck again with my art. This app is in conjunction with Eni’s Raffle game art lesson but this a lot more convenient because I can take with me anywhere I go. If I am stuck or have an art block I can turn to this app and it will give me inspiration every single time. And the best thing, she has offered this app to anyone as a gift for what Zentangle has done for her in her life. What a beautiful gesture. Eni has done a lot for me and many others through her wonderful lessons through the Art Club. I would definitely recommend this app.

Eni Oken art raffle game. This is the best app I have ever used. It is user friendly and has so many tangles, and they keep adding cards. I like the fact that you have a choice to go through the list or let it pick randomly the designs. There are eight spots to fill. You decide if you want all 8 designs or less one being a string. It is a good way to improve composition. I love it! Carmen Clayton

Incredible tool. If you haven’t downloaded this app then you are missing an incredible tool for your artistic and creative talents. If your a Tangler, then you’ve got to, got to get this app. This is an amazing and delightfully easy way to get inspired to sit down and get your zen flowing. Eni took all the work out of getting inspired. This app covers tangles, techniques, tips, tools, examples, so many choices, so little time. But then you can save your favorite combinations to revisit if you just want a comfort project.

Easy and fun to use. This is a great app to help you come up with ideas for making beautiful tangles. You can combine strings, tangles, fillers, etc. There are instructions for each, it’s easy to swap out an option, and you can save the whole set of you’d like. It’s a great tool for providing inspiration or breaking you out of a rut where you use the same tangles over and over. Updates are made as needed too. Great app.

An electronic version that is easy to use. I love this app! If you are stuck trying to start a new Zentangle project, this app is for you. 8 opportunities to get random prompts to start a project. If you don’t recall how to draw the tangle, the back of the tile has a step out and often an example. If you don’t want the random tile, swipe up and a new tile is provided. Easy to use and saves me time. Love the enhancers and the strings. Thank you!

What a great resource!. So many tangles and ideas right at your fingertips! I think I’m going to make great use of this app. It is user friendly, very well organized and full of information.

I love this Zentangle app!. I’ve been tangling for years and I use this app when I feel a creative block. I often learn a new pattern or find a string I’ve never thought of using. The examples of various elements are so inspiring. If you are new to tangling or have been tangling for a long time, I recommend this user-friendly and inspiring app.

Zentangle Artists Rejoice!. What a game-changer! This is an amazing tool for Zentangle artists. There are over 160 “cards” that randomly pop up when a + is tapped. These cards give ideas for tangle patterns, backgrounds, artistic enhancements and more. Each graphically pleasing card can be swiped to flip it over to discover steps for how to draw it, beautiful examples, etc. These can be arranged in decks and saved to be used to inspire your own artwork. There is also an amazing search tool to find the cards. This enables you to search for tangles and techniques by name. The clean graphics and intuitive design make it a pleasure to play with!

Love this app!!!. Amazing and very thoughtfully designed app for anyone who loves Zentangle. Whether you are a novice or you have been tangling for years, this Art Raffle offers inspiration for everyone. Not only does it help to stimulate your creative juices with ideas, each card provides step outs for individual tangles with links to show examples of the tangle being used in artwork. The app is so easy to use that even people who are less technologically savvy will have no trouble maneuvering through, and the search option just adds infinite possibilities. Great For Tangle Artists!. I couldn’t get this app on my old phone, so I loaded it as soon as I got my new phone! So much inspiration packed in a tiny app! Definitely a must have if you do Art of any kind!

Stress-free Zentangling Selection. Whether you are a new tangler or one with years of experience, including as a CZT, you will love this app! So many times, I have simply blanked on what tangle patterns to use, or which pattern to learn next. This app can help you select while simultaneously providing the stepout and ideas for usin it. It’s all in the “cards”! This app comes with over 150 tangle patterns already on it, with promises from Eni Oken to expand with even more patterns in the near future. But what’s great in this version is that you can customize “decks” to contain whatever combination of tangles, strings, and techniques. For tanglers at any level, this is the best tool ever!

Game changing “zen”. This app makes drawing Tangles, understanding how to utilize tangle enhancers, color, shading and lots of extras super easy. It allows you to randomize options and to pick and choose. You can save your favorites. Plus you can save sets of choices for the future! Gives an incredible amount of inspiration as you might not choose some of the options shown! A super plus for me.... And to top it all off IT IS COMPLETELY FREE!! What more could you want? The design has been carefully thought out and is art fully designed and I love that it takes my drawing practice to a portable level as we do travel and this will eliminate a good deal of “stuff” that I usually bring. If I could give this app 100 stars it couldn’t deserve it more! Take a chance, learn something new and enter the world os Zentangle.

Best ZenTangle tool!. This app is incredible, I like to use it as prompts to draw tangles but I also find that if I’m looking for a type of tangle say floral, ribbon or leaf, I can type it in the search and there are so many choices. I love when I find a new to me tangle that the step out is on the flip side. Great app and it’s free which is even better. Thank you!!!

Wonderful resource, constantly updated. Art Raffle is an absolutely wonderful resource! It looks a being constantly updated and expanded. It may not have as many tangles on it as certain websites have yet. BUT not only does it have tangles and strings, but it has enhancers, fillers, techniques. It has guided option for when you just want someone else to pick, or freeform where you can guide yourself. And each and every option not only comes with instructions, but also comes with picture and links to projects that Eni Oken has done using that tangle etc. And more often than not there are several examples. Just a fabulous tool. Best resource out there.

Playing and learning at its best!!. I am new to zentangling and have found it overwhelming to visit websites and blogs that have so much information, I couldn’t even figure where to begin. Eventually one artist stood out above the rest — Eni Oken. When I discovered her new App, I was excited to have a format that suited my needs as a beginner. It takes a great deal of the confusion out of choosing what to use and when to use it. The random strategy of the picks is brilliant. The added step-outs, explanations and samples are just a graceful way to move into ur own creation — and who doesn’t want to feel like an artist right away? The time and effort to put all those samples together clearly shows the effort devoted to making this app a great learning tool. Honestly, I get lost in all the samples. It’s very stimulating just to see what’s possible. I have taught workshops on needlework for the past 20 Years and I know what it takes to prepare materials that truly help the student. The Eni and Alan team have done a stupendous job in this respect. It’s exceptional to see how simple it can be to play and learn — something that can only be accomplished when u truly know, understand and feel ur craft from the heart. Kudos to their mastery!! i look forward to using it on a regular basis

What tangle to use?. This app is amazing. As a tangler I sometimes find myself undecided about what tangle to use next or what kind of project to start. Wow, what an incredible gift!. I just completed a Zoom call with Eni and many other tanglers where we were taught, by the genius-mother of Art Raffle herself, how to use this very fine tool. As someone who developed software for a fort-decade (is that a thing?), I have an idea what it took to bring this dream to life. The interface is a friendly, the cards are spectular, and the implementation is just grand. Thank you to Eni and fiancé Alan for giving this to the world. Czt9. This app is so well done. It just works and does exactly what you want it to. If you want to expand your knowledge of the art of Zentangle, this app is the best. There is so much below the surface that the creators have added. There is just no app like it for the Zentangle enthusiast. And amazingly, it’s free.

Fun, easy, and free - no catches!. This is a great app! Really well thought out and executed. Eni and Alan have outdone themselves. Brilliant when you can’t decide what to tangle next, or are just looking for an idea or two. Art Raffle can decide for you, but you’re always free to reject one or all the suggestions. I like to challenge myself and let it decide, even if it’s a tangle I don’t like, or feel I’m no good at. And then sometimes I reject repeatedly until each one just feels right! The step-outs are so convenient, and I particularly love the links to examples of each one. Perfect to get those creative juices flowing! By the way, if you’re wondering if her classes are worth it, don’t hesitate. I’ve learned SO much from Eni’s techniques, guidance, suggestions. She’s an encouraging, detailed teacher who clearly loves what she does. Thank you, Eni, for teaching me so much. Always excited to see what comes next!
