Pretty Muscles. I have just started this app and am so far loving it! Reading her book and then starting the app has definitely helped. I am definitely a beginner and feel very out of shape and dont feel like these workout are out of my reach. My only complaint is that you have to push play on each workout. I wish I could choose and automatic play option. I also would like if they would make the app available on lg tvs so I didnt have to screen mirror. But honestly the workout is so great that those dont really matter. I have tried several of the recipes in the nutrition section and they have all been fantastic. If you are looking for a great workout on a budget this is for you.

Great Investment!. I love Pretty Muscles and here’s why. I do not have to even think or plan my workouts every morning. Erin does that for you. She is highly motivational, happy, and energetic. Erin talks during the movements to instruct and even provide common corrections with the exercises. And my most favorite thing is I’ve done over 200 workouts since I’ve had this app over a year ago and I have not once repeated a workout. So there is great relief for me, especially when it’s been a brutal workout, that I don’t have to do it again! I love the variety! And I’ve seen great results in weight loss and muscle tone combined with eating healthy. She even has recipes and a meal plan that works for many! The price is completely worth it for a year considering a gym membership can run that much in 1-2 months! I am so thankful to have found Erin and Pretty Muscles. I love having direction!

Inconsistent. App is inconsistent in several areas…..workouts are okay, but don’t really progress as much as they should for how many there are. Someone needs to go thru and edit the workouts, counts can be different for sets (I.e. 15 on one leg 12 On the other), you will do a set on a timer but the next time you do same set it’s a count, also you progress thru the days and every time I open the app to workout it takes me back to day 24, even if I’m on day 118, so you have to scroll through to start where you left off, annoying. There is not enough of variety as far as workout programs go. Overall I gave a 3, because it is a good workout for the most part, but I won’t be renewing.

Love it!!!!. I’ve been following Erin on IG for a while now and I finally decided to get the app- best decision ever! I’ve tried SO MANY apps, programs and videos and I never stuck with them. Erin changed everything! Yes, you have to put in the work - there’s no way around it. BUT, for the first time ever, I’m actually looking forward to my workouts and it thought that would never happen. Seeing results is awesome and it does amazing things for motivation. Erin walks you through the exercises and gives instructions on how to do them correctly and the mix works different groups of muscles every day. Oh- and her boundless energy and enthusiasm are definitely contagious! Erin, you’ve probably heard this a million times, but THANK YOU!!!!

Pretty Muscles is Pretty Major. I have been following Erin Oprea as a trainer for years and LOVE her upbeat personality and positive/fun approach to training! I took some virtual training sessions when she offered them on Saturday mornings and WOW, I was blown away by her unique and effective training style, her amazing personality, and knew right away why the women of country music go to her to sculpt their bodies, especially their legs! This app is easy to use and is set up perfectly to do your workout, look at meal options, and even has a community feature to interact with others completing the workouts. Pretty Muscles is exactly what I needed as an addition to my home workout routine. I’m so excited to be able to train with Erin in my home daily and can’t wait to see how many more lives she gets to help change!

Fun workout that also challenge you!. I used to hate working out especially with weights. I knew it’s good for me to build muscle but I was never interested or enjoyed it. Because I had no clue what to do and where to start. This app solved all of my problems and even more. My day 1 was difficult. Even doing warm up made me winded and need to slow down. She explains how to move and where to pay attention in each move, and whole program is already there for me. So I don’t need to wonder which part of my body I should workout the day. Her positive energy! That’s what I like the most. She will get you through tough workout😊 I did multiple challenges (it’s extra $ but definitely worth it.), it was challenging but fun. With this App, you get workout plan for the day is made for you already, has healthy meal ideas and plans, and Workout games as well. Now I know I am stronger than day 1, physically and mentally.

Motivating, Fun, & Encouraging. I’ve never taken the time to write a review before, but I just had to write this one. Day 1 of Erin Oprea Pretty Muscles app workout is officially completed. 🎉 Wow! I practically died in the warm up. 😂 This is going to kill me in the best way possible. I feel tired, but so very accomplished. This is how you start a new year! 💪🏻 I loved her positive, yet funny encouraging comments throughout the videos. And I really liked how she changes it up every 30 to 60 seconds so you don’t get bored. If you haven’t signed up yet, then what are you waiting for? It’s such a great app, and so easy to follow along. Only $50 for the whole year (if you join by Sunday). That’s $0.14 cents a day. That’s a steal! I mean, come on. That’s cheaper than a yearly membership to Planet Fitness. Plus we are getting a fabulous celebrity trainer. Thank you, Erin! I can’t wait to see where my 2020 health and fitness journey takes me. 💕

Prepare to Love Yourself. This App is easy to use, workouts are simple but extremely effective and Erin is the most kind, generous, uplifting person you could ask for to be your trainer. All workouts can be done at home with minimal to no equipment. Erin is a well known, highly respected, extremely knowledgeable celebrity trainer. She simply does the App because she cares about people and wants everyone to have the ability to become their best self. If you use this App...... Prepare to love yourself more than you ever have in your life!! Prepare to feel more confident than ever!! And prepare for the awesomeness comes with loving yourself and feeling confident. It’s life changing!!

Excellent app for pregnancy!!!. I have been a follower of Erin Oprea and her book 4x4 Diet for a year and a half when I got pregnant. I found out I was pregnant around the time she released her app. Since week 10 into pregnancy I have been faithfully following her workouts and have seen wonderful results (now at week 23). Not only am I getting stronger, but I feel amazing. The workouts are easily modifiable to cater to individual comfort level. She offers modifications and a library of supplemental moves to replace ones difficult for pregnancy. I have consulted with my doctor regarding approved and non-approved moves, so it’s easy to look up in the library and replace anything with a different activity that targets the same muscle group. I highly recommend the Pretty Muscles app for pregnancy and I will continue postpartum. Another bonus- you can be home to use the bathroom and go at your own pace/take breaks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Help! Doesn’t recognize my account since app update. Can’t find a way to contact anyone so I’m following the suggested route of posting a review. I love the app and it worked great until it was updated at some point and stopped recognizing my account. App says I have the wrong user email and/or password, which I don’t but ok, so I click “forgot password” and it says “success password has been emailed to you”, but no password reset email ever comes. Extremely disappointing. Can’t get in the app anymore, can’t do the workouts or see the meals anymore, and I have at least 4 months left on the year subscription. Definitely need to be sure this doesn’t auto renew and I pay for another year of use that I won’t get. Please help!!

Best workout program I’ve ever used. I started this app right when it came out in 2020 and I’ve rarely missed a day. I’m on day 366 and I’ve done a challenge in there! I don’t think one day has been the same. I actually look forward to working out everyday and Erin makes it enjoyable and fun. I started the program 6 weeks postpartum because I wanted to gain muscle while I lost the baby weight. I have muscles I’ve never seen before and I’m in better shape than I was before 2 kids - I actually have ab muscles!! I highly recommend this to anyone - it’s worth every penny and you really do get ‘pretty muscles’! Thank you, Erin, for creating this app!!

Very disappointed. The trainer is great as in being knowledgeable of her trade, she is professional and her workouts are challenging. I followed this for a year but the problem began after her team that runs the app (PLANKK) automatically took my yearly payment out (which I knew would happen). Ok What I didn’t know would happen was that I can no longer get on the app. I recently updated my phone and my iPad and when I did that for some reason I cannot get back on the app. I have been in contact with plank (which is also impossible to do) there is no phone number to call. They did respond (days later) to an email asking for a screen shot of my payment which I sent them. When I didn’t hear back from them after that I reached out to them again and they responded that they never received that email of the screenshot payment. I feel as though they’re playing games with me so I refused the payment on my credit card and I am in the process of trying to deal with that. I’m very disappointed because like I said I enjoyed following her. I even reached out to her and her response was to get in touch with plankk!.......HOW???? After you leave a 1star review this will not let you submit.....please beware! I had to change my rating in order for it to submit!

Get this app!. I have bought a few workout apps/plans over the years and this is by far the best one yet. I was never able to stick to any of the other plans because I got bored, they were too hard, or I just found no enjoyment doing the workouts. Erin’s app has a variety of workouts that push you, but are still doable. I loved doing her workouts she posted on Instagram, so this app has been perfect for me! I am the type of person who usually needs a trainer or a class setting to really push myself; however, I find Erin’s app to really motivate me. Her app is really easy to follow & actually fun! Today was my 21st workout, which is the longest I’ve ever consistently stuck to an app. I already am feeling so much stronger & can’t wait to keep going!

The Most Effective Fun!. I have been using this app for almost two months and am already starting to see a nice difference in my body. I originally got it to supplement my runs but have been enjoying it so much that my runs now supplement it. My level of fitness has increased so much that I run less but can go farther and faster than I did before. It definitely beats workout DVDs I’ve used in the past because it’s something different every day. I still wake up sore many days because she’s working different parts instead of the same things over and over. It’s definitely a total body workout, and with consistency, it shows! Love this app so much. Yes, a few bugs here and there but it’s totally worth it! PLUS, the meal plans and recipes are equally amazing and helps so much with meal planning and getting that extra layer of “stuffing” off so I can see my pretty muscles :)

Life Changing!!. This review is long overdue! I started Erin’s PRETTY MUSCLES app early March 2020. Since then, I’ve had so many people ask “what are you doing?” and comment on my change. And, today, I saw a different massage therapist who said she could tell I worked out because of my legs! What?!?!? I, of course, told her all about Erin! I’m not perfect. I miss days, I eat poorly some days, but every single day I have Erin’s voice in my head encouraging me. I’m 44 years old and feel better than I ever have - EVER! The yearly subscription is a steal! I’m cancelling my gym membership because I have seen more change in how I look and feel doing Erin’s PRETTY MUSCLES app than I ever have in the gym. Thank you, Erin!!

Best addition to my life. The workouts are the perfect balance of tough but attainable. I went from 0 strength training and very minimal aerobic activity and now I’m on day 75. I feel better, stronger but can visibly see a difference too! I certainly have pretty muscles now 😀 Two of my college friends and I all live 2-3 hours apart from one another. And we are now all using the app...days 75, 30 something and 12! We text everyday to encourage, support and help each other through the challenges that come with working out. We have bonded more and more all while making wonderful life changes. We have different goals, we all are different body types but we are all feeling the benefits from the pretty muscles app. The app is the absolute best 💜

GREAT workouts; a lot of push ups!. Erin’s workouts are always concise and to the point, which I LOVE! I struggle with long workouts because I get bored and end up not completing them. With the Pretty Muscles workouts they are all 30-40 minutes and I am ALWAYS sore the next day! Excited for my Carrie Underwood legs! My only complaint is there are A LOT of push ups though (which I hate because they kill my wrists 😂) but I usually will just switch it up with chest press or flies if they are in every circuit of a workout. *Side note the app isn’t compatible with my small iPhone7 screen, it’s all a little squished and not lined up correctly, but I can still access the workouts which is the main point! I contacted the support and they did their best to help so I think it’s just a compatibility issue. Just something to keep in mind! 😊 Thanks Erin for an awesome app!

Absolutely love it!. I’ve been following Erin for a while on instagram and finally caved and bought the app. So worth it! I usually work out at home. I love that this is a steady routine. I don’t have to think about it. This app pushes me to do more and do it more consistently. I look forward to doing it everyday and never get bored. There are a few small pieces of equipment that you need but most you probably have already. I happened to have everything. I’m so happy I started this and am starting to see changes already after two weeks. The only complaint I have and it’s really more of a preference is with the meal planning. Either you follow the set meals or you can make up your own plan using their meals. I hate that when you look through meals to make a plan it’s just one long list. I wish the meals were divided into breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. The meals that are suggested are really good and easy to make. I just wish they were easier to navigate. I would highly recommend this app and it’s definitely cheaper than a gym membership. I’ve only been doing Erin’s original workout plan. There are so many more available I haven’t even checked out yet. Still worth the money if I only ever just used the one workout plan!

My own personal trainer. I absolutely love this app. It’s so easy to navigate and I feel like Erin is right there with me every step of the way. There are seriously many times I want to stop before the end of a circuit but I don’t because of her words of encouragement. I also like the meal plan with amazing recipes. I use it along with her book for healthier eating. The community in the app is amazing. It feels safe to share within the community and everyone is so supportive. I also love when we all come together for the challenges. It definitely motivates me and if I miss a day or two, I’m determined to catch up. I am 54 and I feel better than I have in years. My self confidence has increased , I feel healthier and I’m making pretty muscles!

LOVE these workouts! 💪🏻🤙🏻. I absolutely love this workout app. I’ve tried everything from spin classes, kick boxing classes to the regular old gym and can never develop a true habit to continue—plus these workout options can be expensive and trick you into the membership facade. With Erins app, I can do it from the comfort of my own home (or wherever I am). I don’t need to drive to my workout, my workout is wherever I am! After every workout I feel GOOD! I feel like my muscles were worked, strengthened and made prettier without feeling overly fatigued. Love how accessible these workouts are and how they rotate with each day. One day I can work my booty and the next my arms get to be strengthened. Highly recommend this app if you’re looking for something good and sustainable. Working out from home was never so fun!

Wow just Wow. I’ve been following Erin Oprea for a while now and have loved everything she has put out for her following. When I heard wind of this app I was excited because I have no idea what I’m doing in the gym but hiring a personal trainer is out of the budget. I purchased a year Subscription and could not be more impressed. Erin wow wow wow what an amazing job you have done. Having a personal trainer can cost upwards of 200 dollars a month. You made this available for 75 a year! Or 12 a month. Wow, essentially just the cost of a Netflix subscription. If we can pay to binge watch the we can pay for our health. Thank you for putting something out there like this for those of us who care about our health but don’t necessarily know what to do at the gym. Thank you!!

Feeling STRONG!. This app has made me excited to workout every day! Erin’s energy is so positive and motivating. The workout formats are easy to follow, and Erin demonstrates every move while you are doing it, providing modifications, as well. The workouts themselves are challenging and I always feel stronger after each one. She also has a killer playlist to go along with your workout. I just started her new challenge - FREE with my annual subscription - which includes new workouts, meal plans, and a community to engage with and support others. I’m incredibly thankful to have this app for my fitness journey. This is a great investment for your health - highly recommend!

Amazing app for even the extreme beginner!. This app is truly amazing! Erin makes working out fun and her humor thrown in makes it even more delightful (“Don’t forget to smile”). My fitness level is extreme extreme extreme beginner! During day 1 I felt like I was going to die just trying to complete the warm-ups. It took me a little longer and I definitely had to use the modifications on the app but I was able to power through it. I just completed Day 5 and I can already feel an increase in my energy level throughout the day and my flexibility. Once I’ve completed the days workout I feel like I’ve accomplished a huge feat and my motivation level for other tasks of life increases too! I am tired and sore in muscles that I didn’t even know existed! But it’s a good tired and sore. I LOVE the ease of the app. Turn on Erin’s playlist and press start for the day...that’s all the prep work needed. The circuits are not repetitive and each day has been something completely new. I wake up looking forward to the days exercise which is something I never thought I would say! Thank you so much Erin!

Change for the better!. Ok so here goes. I found Erin and the app I think in April 2019. Pandemic aside was having a tough time with what life was dealing my family. Lots of stress -high pressure job and was just not feeling good. I have done every “diet” and “routine” that is out there and NONE of them changed me or taught me anything other than being more frustrated. Fast forward to now almost a year later! I have read both books 4x4 and Power Plate have been using the app faithfully along with the challenges you can decide to do to boost your experience. By embracing the fundamental principles, the constant support and encouragement it has changed me in not only my appearance but in my mindset. I look forward to moving my beautiful body and encourage everyone I meet to check it out. You cannot go wrong by choosing to make Pretty Muscles like Erin says “if it does not challenge you it will not change you” ! Best workout app yet!. I’ve been following Erin on Instagram for over a years and am motivated by her daily encouragement and fun workouts. I’ve tried multiple workout apps and subscriptions in the past. They all have pros and cons, but this app is everything! It’s simple in the fact that you only need a few pieces of equipment and the moves are not complicated, but nit quite as simple when you complete full workouts. Erin has provided a wide range of exercises with explanations and video so you know exactly what to do. Plus, each exercise has a modification so you can workout at your own pace. I’ve only completed one workout so far, but I am excited to continue building pretty muscles with Erin and see what else this amazing app has in store! Oh, and, if the price is a stumbling block for you think about this. An entire year subscription is the same price as a single workout with a personal trainer. Don’t hesitate- jump on board, you won’t regret it!

Awesome. I’m 2 workouts in and WHEW - it’s good stuff! I’ve been doing Erin’s workouts when she posts them on IG for awhile and so when she said she made an app, was excited for more options! This delivers!!! Bought the 1 year membership and I am so glad I did- it will keep me committed to coming back! Great demos of exercises and modifications for a lot of exercises- which I sometimes need! Working out at home works best for my schedule but I don’t want to slack and these workouts are like having a personal trainer right there with me. Love the timer in being in the workouts when needed too! The recipes look good and not difficult to prep/make. I love that the app figures recommended macros for me as well. I followed her kitchen on Menud and everything I made was delish, even my kids loved them! So I can’t wait to get cooking in the meal plans/ recipes! Here’s to making #prettymuscles in 2020 with this app!

It’s challenging me, it’s changing me!. I have been using the Pretty Muscles app for about 6 months and I love it! I love the variety in the workouts from day to day really helping me to workout my whole body. The videos and explanations that go along with each exercise are very helpful to ensure that I’m using correct form and not hurting my body. The modifications are great and really make all of the exercises achievable. The community within the app and the additional challenges have been great motivators as well! This is the first workout program that I have stuck with and have enjoyed doing. Erin’s support within the app and on Instagram really makes me feel like I have a personal trainer, not just an app!

Essential. Guys, this app is AWESOME! I have been into fitness for almost 10 years now, with a regular workout routine, and I’m currently in the process of being certified. Erin knows what she’s doing. It is so often easy to get stuck in the same routine when working out, but Erin really helps with that and every day has completely different exercises. No workout is ever the same. She has motivating remarks throughout every workout that you do, and some will make you laugh when you’re trying to be serious, but it’s needed. I got this app and having been using it since my gym closed around a month ago and I had only read good reviews on it. Well, here’s another one! I’m a guy, and yes, I’m out here making pretty muscles. 😂

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!. I have been nervous about buying a workout app for fear of repetition! However, I am SO glad I bought this! I have been reading and watching Erin through entertainment news for years and am so glad she took her expertise digital!! I love her style, discipline, that she is hard core and was a marine!!! That to me is awesome!! Not to mention she is a real person and so genuine about helping others! I haven’t missed a day and just finished day 68! I have loved every workout! I never got sore from gym classes or workouts and I can FINALLY feel my muscles and am sore after almost every workout (finding new small muscles)! Thanks again Erin for putting this out and sharing your passion! Working out and health is my passion as well but now I have a lot more fun doing it!!!

Blown away!. I couldn’t love this app (and available resources) more!! I turn 45 this year and am over the fad diets - I am determined to look and feel my absolute best from here on out!! What I didn’t expect was to start to look and feel this good just 21 days in! I’m hooked - and Erin’s new book, The Power Plate Diet, is sooo informative! I know she said it was, but I didn’t expect it to be this amazing - she’s not kidding!! I feel like I’ve been given a gift! With the way the world is today, this is one thing I CAN control: my health. I feel like the support and guidance provided with this app can’t compare to any others out there....I’ve tried them! Commit to yourself and take the plunge - you’re stronger than you think! 💪🏼 (This Marine Mom is) forever grateful!

Day 30 and loving it!. I enjoy working out but have always been extremely self conscious about training in a group setting and this app allows me to workout from the comfort of my own home with minimal equipment. Love that Erin takes you through each step of your workout with highly motivating and fun commentary, talking you through proper form and most of all providing you with the positive words that encourage you to never quit! Love that during my workout I never have to remember what is coming next and it methodically takes you through your circuits or tabatas. The community aspect and posting allows for a positive and supportive environment. Only suggestion is I wish that the community factor allowed notifications to you when someone respond to comments or likes them to create more communication between the community. To my knowledge app is unable to notify me if another participant is commenting on a post. I’d also love to see some incorporation of workouts to some of Erin’s workout play lists. Erin makes working out a game with fantastic results...you are having so much fun you forget how many pushups or squats you’ve actually done! Thank you Erin for sharing your positive enthusiasm for being healthy and for an awesome app that continues to get better every time I use it!

You NEED this Workout App. I’m a runner and am constantly looking for new things to add in to my workout routine to help cross train. I’ve done so much gym time, yoga, pure barre classes, and either get bored or can’t get it to work with my schedule. I’ve been using Erin’s app for 10 months now and I absolutely love it. First off, she’s the first online trainer that doesn’t annoy me. She’s genuinely positive and excited to workout and takes you there with her! Her workouts burn and are practical (you don’t need an entire gym set) and they change every day. I’m now hooked on her leggings through DYI and I just got her jump rope. What a life saver that has been through the winter snow! This is the only workout app worth a membership, do it and follow her!

Love Erin. App Too Glitchy. I absolutely love Erin Oprea. Her style of workouts has helped me to become so much stronger and healthier and confident. I love Erin! With that said, I am beyond frustrated with this app. I was one of the very first users of the app and in the last two years or so, it has become so glitchy. If they update a workout, i suddenly cannot access the app. Two weeks ago and again today, it allows me to log in and then immediately redirects me to the log in page. I was very understanding each time this has happened in the past. I don’t understand why it continues to be an issue. I have contacted support again today. I also contacted them two weeks ago. They are responsive, which I appreciate. But I shouldn’t have to keep emailing them in order to get this thing to work.

My Ironman husband and I now use this to work out together!!. So I had open heart surgery when I was younger and have always been a bit timid/wimp about working out while my husband is an avid athlete with an Ironman to his name and we both love Pretty Muscles!! We can actually work out together now instead of him training alone all the time while I debate what to try on my own (Pretty Muscles is the only workout routine I’ve ever stuck with!). It’s honestly the best balance of challenging with encouragement, fun, and results!! The workouts are never boring and even my husband comments on how they’re structured so well to give you results without spending hours in a gym. Can’t love this more!!!

App crashing UPDATE. I love this app and would give it 5 stars for the workout alone, but it takes forever for the app homepage to load- even with WiFi. Now I have a server error message when I open the app and then it crashes and takes me to my phone home screen. Please fix !! I would love to continue my workout. UPDATE : omg so timely! I get up early to do the workouts so when up at 5:30 and it doesn’t work I was super bummed but they got right on it and I got to do the workout by lunch! fantastic! 5 stars for the workout I don’t do the 4x4 diet or nutrition in the app so I can’t give a review on that because I follow my own plan - but I’ve been doing the workouts for 24 days and have felt amazing on the inside and out !

Just what I was looking for!. Awesome for those that aren’t interested in following a video and much more affordable than other fitness apps by celebrity trainers. I had been exploring apps for months and jumped on the deal when this app was released. I’d been following Erin Oprea for years on Instagram and figured I’d give it a shot. I have not been disappointed. The workouts are pre-planned and vary everyday. There are voice guides, and video clips of the moves to know correct form. You can preview the full workout, mark moves as Favorites, and build your own workout (I think...I haven’t used that feature since the daily workouts have been so great). I also love that the daily workouts are just numbered. So if you need an extra rest day or life gets in the way of a workout, you just pick up where you left off. It acts like a tally-counter of workouts. I’ve been so impressed especially with the updates to work out the kinks so quickly after its release.

Great Workouts, Frustrating App. The workouts that Erin provides are awesome! It has been just what I was looking for...the perfect at home workouts especially with being a busy mom, I can squeeze in a quick 30-40 min workout and feel great after. I’ve had the app for almost 3 years and my body has transformed. However, the app can sometimes be very frustrating. It will lose the day I’m on and then I have to scroll through to the correct day. Or it sometimes it wont even give me access to the day I’m on and lose my progress. This happens frequently and it’s been like this for the 3 years I’ve had it. I was hopeful this wouldn’t still be an issue this many years later. The few times I’ve corresponded with the support team they have been helpful, but this is almost a weekly occurrence and I don’t have time to message them every time this happens.

Content great, few bugs to work out. I am a few days into using the app and the content is really great and I am getting an awesome workout each time. I love that you can make each set as hard or easy as you want and for the majority of the sets you can go at a pace comfortable to you. Some things that would make the app better strictly technologically speaking are things like starting your workout and having an optional automatic mode that after a certain amount of elapsed time will automatically move onto the next workout (maybe a small countdown area on each set). I find it just a little inconvenient to have to go over to the app every time and click to move onto the next workout. I’ve had some issues moving out of the app to change a song and the workout restarting on me, not a big deal to me because I can easily click through to get back to where I was but might be for others. I’ve also had trouble within the profile settings - being able to add in information and save it or go back to the setting page from there. The back arrow and check mark to save what I’ve input has a bug and is super high up so you can’t actually click either button. Excited for more content to be added and would love a section dedicated to legs, we are all striving for those Carrie Underwood / Kacey Musgraves gams.

My newest workout obsession! I’ve tried it all!. I’ve trained with CrossFit, at multiple gyms, spin, Pilates, Insanity, P90X and other forms of workouts.. PRETTY MUSCLES is hands down my favorite way to workout now! Having two kids I can workout at home and still get in a killer workout. I love that your heart rate gets up without having to just do cardio and run in place. So much variety in the workouts to target specific muscles and so much detail goes in each movement. Erin explains everything perfectly and offers modification and things to watch for in your body. Erin has great zest for life and taking advantage of a body that loves to work! Makes me appreciate my body’s abilities more than ever! Love her energy and love the app!

Time Efficient Workouts for Longer, leaner muscles. I’m on day 310 of the pretty muscles app and have watched my body transform. The app is easy to operate, has a great layout, and can be used from anywhere. I initially downloaded the app when I was traveling a lot for work and working out in hotel gyms. The pandemic hit and my driveway with my Erin Oprea app became my workout oasis. I used to be an avid gym goer - paying $170+ per month for bootcamp gyms, yoga, barre, cycling, or kickboxing classes. I’ve truly been to every gym in my city and tried every kind of workout. My body has transformed the most by working out with Erin Oprea in my driveway (not to mention, I have a great tan). I haven’t been in a gym since I became consistent with her app workouts. I encourage everyone to give this app a try. Use every part of it - the workouts, the games, the playlists, and the recipes. If you need alternatives to certain moves, she has them in the app. I’ve had reconstructive knee surgery and neck/back sensitivity - I do some of the alternative moves and have achieved great results. I’m proud again to wear a tank top with my arms, I receive compliments on my legs frequently, and I’m no longer tentative to throw on a swimsuit! Even my doctor commented on how fit I am - and I’ve accomplished it all through using her app in the driveway or my living room.

Wanted to give it better reviews. I’m not sure if it’s me or the app. I lOVE Erin and her book so much that I decided to jump in and get the yearly membership after reading the reviews. I did day one workout. It was great! But I feel like what is missing is the library of workouts I expected to see. I was hoping I could go in and choose the length of workout as well as body part. ( just upper or arms... or just legs if I wanted) I don’t always have time for a longer workout and sometimes only have time to do 20 min or split up my day by doing 2 workouts different times in one day. I am only finding the games you can do ( not interested) and the daily workout she has created for you to follow without me shortening it. The other issue I am having is for some reason the sound would play for a few seconds and then go dead.... so her instructions would be cut short. I am upset I jumped in and paid for an annual membership based solely on what I thought I was getting instead of trying it out for one month. Now I’m stuck paying for it. Completely disappointed

It’s like having her in the room!!!. I am so excited about Erin’s new app and what a deal it is!! I have been following Erin on Instagram for a while and done Step Bet a few times. She is the real deal and truly has a passion for health that her life mission is to share that. The app has been doable and motivating. I am amazed what can be done with minimal equipment. I also love that she has such diverse workouts that it makes me surprisingly look forward to see what is next. She also has her voice on each exercise explaining and coaching while motivating you at the same time - it truly is like she is in the room!! Many thanks to Erin and her team for working hard and giving us an AMAZING experience.

Fun workouts that change every day!. This is the best workout app! For years I had Beachbody on Demand because I thought that had a good variety of workouts, but I just found them to be too specific and it became a grind to hit play every day or think “just do this workout for x days and my life will be better!” It took me a year to finally download this app and I’m sorry I waited. While I don’t follow her extensive meal plans to a t (though I love all the new recipe ideas) I have lost over 15 pounds since December, and that included enjoying all the holiday meals and traditions. I’m stronger than ever, I finally have arm definition that lacked with other programs and the strength of my legs is incredible. The workouts are easy and I look forward to pushing play every day. Today I thought that I really didn’t feel like doing three circuits of exercises and sure enough, I pushed play and she has changed it up once again to multiple tabatas for today instead of the three circuits. I’m excited to get started. Also her challenges are so fun and motivating! I just finished the New Year one and can’t wait for the next. She put in her card games for some of the days and those were so simple but KILLER! I will say when I started, some workouts took me upwards of 45 minutes. Just be mindful of this if you’re trying to squeeze it in before work or other plans. Thank you, Erin!

A Must Have App!!!!. I’ve followed Erin for a while now and always loved the mini workouts she would post and all her positivity. Well her app has everything there for you in one place. The work outs are amazing and really for every level. There are modifications for certain exercises and recommendations on how to challenge yourself further. It’s really easy to follow and she gives such clear directions as she models each move. I’ve always worked out, but noticed significant differences in my body since using the app when it first launched in January. I am stronger, lost some weight, and noticed a big difference in not only the way I feel over all, but also the way my clothes fit. The app even has a whole meal program and yummy recipes all built in. You can’t go wrong. You should get this app and follow her on Instagram. She has responded back to me answering several questions I had. You will not be disappointed. If I could give it more than five stars I would! I LOVE this app and Erin for wanting everyone to be the best they can be.

Erin is the best!!. As a stay at home mom with 5 kids (ages 18-4 & babysitting a 5 month old) I need something that I can do from home. I started with her 6 week challenge on Jan 4th and I’m still going with the workouts! I love them-they are challenging and some of the exercises I still struggle with or have to modify.....but baby steps right!! She makes it so fun and they go pretty quick-I’m not one that wants to spend an hour working out. I want something quick, easy and effective! Let’s face it, this pandemic has been a struggle for all and having kids on hybrid model, distant learning and back and forth it’s been a struggle to juggle it-these workouts allow some time for me & being in my 40’s I’m enjoying the strength training, feeling accomplished after each workout! We moved Sept of 19 for my husbands new job, it was very hard on the kids and I was so worried, as the mom, making sure they were ok & getting them through it, getting my husband through it that I didn’t take time for myself. I’ve struggled with the motivation to workout and take care of myself since then. For me these workouts have done the trick! Thank you Erin!

Love the workout, don’t love the tech. I’ve been doing this app for about 4 months and have had great results. The workouts and variety keep me engaged. They’re challenging but doable and I’m getting a lot stronger and have dropped 20 pounds. However, I’ve never loved the navigation throughout the workouts and how you have to tap to proceed between each exercise. With the newest update, you now have to tap twice to progress to the next exercise and to start the timers. I inevitably forget to tap to start the timer and realize later I’ve been doing something endlessly. I was hoping this app would eventually offer an option with zero tap-throughs where you can just let the workout “play” without having to tap at all. This update is a step backwards from that. It can really be annoying to be, say, in a plank, have to tap to get to it, tap the timer, then tap twice again when it’s time to start pushups. I’ll keep doing these workouts but would really love to see some optimization of the app.

Loving this App. I have been following Erin on IG and love her!!! Her enthusiasm, ‘real’ ness and willingness to share are awesome! On Day 14 of the app and I’m really enjoying it. Would have given it a 5 star but have noticed a few minor glitches. Maybe they are me missing something. Mostly in the stretching at the end...seems the app only guides you through stretching 1 side of your body. I haven’t seen mention of it saying ‘both sides’ or anything. A variety of stretches each day would be nice too! Also, my Nutrition, Meal Planning, Start with a Meal Plan, Pretty Muscles 4x4, in reviewing the daily recipes, it doesn’t always show you all meals for a day. I will definitely keep using the app. I primarily wanted the workout only. Other things in the app are ‘nice to haves’ for me!!!

Efficient workouts that work!. I love this app, it is user friendly, Erin demonstrates how to do each move properly. The workouts are about 30 minutes and they can be made as intense as you’d like them. I like that they are organized in circuits. The best part is every day is different, the moves are varied so not only does it keep the workout interesting but it’s making muscles and changes faster!! I’ve done so many workout apps, and this is by far the best. I love that in 30 minutes I can get a good workout in! I can already see positive changes and feel so much better! If you want to maximize your time and results this app is the way to go!

My Favorite App of All Time!. I’ve tried for years to motivate myself to get fit. I quietly stalked Erin Oprea on social media for a year. I love her positive attitude and sense of humor! When her app came out, I took the plunge. Today, I completed workout #98 and I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time! My clothes fit better and I’m starting to see some Pretty Muscles poke through! The workouts are straightforward, the recipes I have tried are delicious and the online community is so supportive! Erin even replies to posts in the community! It feels like she is a friend I just haven’t been able to meet yet! Try it, you won’t regret it!

Worth every penny!!!. I have been following Erin for a long time on instagram and she is amazing!! She is positive, kind, and extremely motivating. Her app is so easy to navigate and the exercises can be completed anywhere- I did them in my living room with 2 toddlers in the room! BEST WORKOUT APP EVER!. I have had the pretty muscles app since the day it was released. I have tried many other apps and nothing compares ! Everyone needs to get this app now, it’s a game changer!

First Fitness App that I’ve Followed Through With. Very easy to follow along to her workouts, and I really love that you can press the “i” button to preview all of the exercises for the day before you begin. With other fitness apps, when you have a rest day, that is where I would stumble and start skipping days. Erin always says that a body in motion wants to stay in motion, and tells you to go do something active on your rest days (in addition to your tabata). This has really worked for me because if Erin is telling me to do my 4 minute tabata (at the very least), then I’m going to do it, and I’m going to feel great! It has helped me to reach 28 days without me feeling like it’s a chore. Like Erin says, we have the gift of movement, and she’s changing the way I view exercise. In only 28 days, I’m down 21 pounds and my body shape is changing. I feel stronger, more capable now that I’m learning the movements , and I look forward to my workouts. Only problem is the videos for the tabatas are half covered by the timer.

Doesn’t work for family plan. We have a family Apple account and even though we paid for a year, only one person can use the app on their phone. They want us to buy one for each individual even though we have a family plan. It just defeats the purpose for us.

Nutrition doesn’t work. The nutrition part just loads and loads and won’t open. Glad I got the discount for this or I would be super upset because I can only use it for the workout portion.

I just love Erin and this App. I finished my first workout and am surprised with how much I enjoyed it and felt the urge to push myself and get through the circuits. Home workouts can be difficult and lack the motivation but you can just sense Erins positivity and motivation through the videos. I also really like the recipe aspect of it as well. Hoping it helps ease the transition to eating even healthier for myself and family!

Best workout app out there. I have been using Pretty Muscles consistently for a year now. It is amazing!!! I never have to think about what part of my body I’m going to workout that day, I just hit play. Erin explains each exercise and how I workout and my strength has improved immensely. I will never stop using this app!

This works!. The combination of eating plan and exercises works incredibly well. The meals are really satisfying - even my husband likes the recipes (mostly). The workouts are doable and I’m motivated, feeling more energetic, and seeing a difference on Day 3!

Easy to follow workouts but frustration with the app. The workouts and plan itself is great. The app though crashes, doesn’t count your workouts, leaves the workouts randomly. All of which is very frustrating. I’ve tried to make a post in the community for a couple of days for the Fiesta challenge and it just crashes when I try to post. The app isn’t that cheap and for the cost I wouldn’t expect these kind of bugs

Obsessed!. I love this app! I've tried a few different workout apps & this one is by far the best. The workouts are super varied, so I never feel bored. They're also challenging & fun & extremely time efficient. I love the voice over feature where Erin explains proper form...I find this to be game changing as far as making sure each move is effective. You also have the option to mute so you can listen to whatever you want. Most importantly I'm seeing great results! I can't recommend this program enough.

These workouts definitely fit the bill of at home workout that you can do virtually anywhere! The workouts are super effective and you actually look forward to working out. Love!. I’ve done beach body and other at home workouts. It gets old rotating the same 4-5 workouts every week. I’m also a coach and fairly athletic but tired of doing the same exercise. I love Erin’s app because it mixes things up so much. I’ve been sore for 3 weeks (in a good way). I’ve worked muscles I had no idea existed. I’ve done exercises I’ve never heard of or seen before. And she reminds me to smile and makes me thankful I have the ability to move my beautiful body!! Just get this app. You won’t be sorry. I haven’t quite figured out how to navigate the nutrition part yet (that’s next) but the exercise part is definitely amazing.

Confusing and hard to schedule. I’m mom and I work full-time so not knowing how long a workout is going to be is just not feasible for me. I’m often squeezing in workouts in between other things so I may only have 15 to 20 minutes here and there. And so maybe this app is just not for me? I was really hoping to be able to grab some workouts and fit them in, but I seem to be stuck in programs that don’t have any time information and it’s a hassle having to hit next constantly. I follow Erin and really love her workouts, so I was hoping this would be a good fit for a busy schedule, but it doesn’t seem to be.

Recommend this app to everyone!. I stumbled upon this app watching a Facebook live. Erin was training Florida Georgia line’s Bryan Kelley and his wife! I checked out her page and downloaded her app on a whim. Honestly, it was life changing. I’ve used multiple workout/nutrition apps like SWEAT, Aaptiv.. ect but this app was the best I’ve have ever CONSISTENTLY used. I started back in March or early April.. I follow her on Instagram and she is so helpful, and motivational. We’ve never met but I feel like she supports me 110%. You know she cares about what she does. I tell everyone I know about PM!

Love the workouts, but the app has its limitations. I love the workouts that Erin created! They make me feel strong. Her program provides total body workouts that can usually be completed in about an hour. The app could use improvement, particularly when showing videos of how to do each move. The videos are often cut off on the screen, so I can only see part of her body in demos. It’s particularly challenging in the Tabata exercises. Sometimes the videos don’t start playing until 10 seconds into those, so I don’t even have audio to give me cues. I really love the concept of these workouts and hope that the app continues to improve!

AMAZING!!!. Simple, very user friendly! I love Erin and have followed her for a very long time on social media and love her 4x4 book. I have been so excited about the launching of this app since she first announced it. I’m so excited to train with her and make pretty muscles (as she calls them). The cost of this subscription compared to other workout programs out there is INSANELY cheap! I’m super impressed by the format of this app and so excited that I can have my very own personal trainer at home and workout anytime I want. This is just what I have been waiting for. Perfect timing to for 2020. 😊

The BEST fitness app!. I have done so many different types of workouts but I always come back to the Pretty Muscles app. It is easy to follow and most importantly, it’s FUN! You can modify the workouts for ALL fitness levels to make it your own. Hearing Erin describe each move/workout is key! I’m always adjusting my form and pushing myself harder based on her verbal cues. There are a lot of fitness “gurus” out there but Erin and the Pretty Muscles app is the real deal! It is worth every penny and you will not regret it. Not only will it transform your body, it will transform your mind and how you look at fitness…like it has for me.

More than a workout. I’d had the app for almost 8 months and consistently used it when I injured my knee. The one thing that I couldn’t wait to get back to after surgery was this app. She has a way of being more than a trainer, she’s also a motivator. My mind was getting as strong as my body was. I can’t wait to do the full workout but in the meantime I am using her modifications and not feeling like I cheated. I moved my body today and that’s what matters!

Erin Oprea is amazing!! Love this app!. I found out about Erin Oprea from a post Carrie Underwood made about the 4 x 4 diet book. (Get it, it’s great!). From there, I checked out Erin’s Instagram account. Her positive attitude is so contagious. I love her approach to making fitness fun. She stresses being the best version of YOU and I love that. Ok.. so now, with the app, I have her as MY personal trainer!! You guys... she trains celebrities and now she’s training ME... pinch me! Ha!! But seriously, she’s awesome and I’m so excited to train, move, dance and play my way through the year with this app helping me along the way. Congratulations on the amazing app!

Pretty Muscles. There are plenty of different programs at different levels, so it suits a lot of people. I love the how to videos and voice overs that explain how to do things. This is very convenient for an at home workout. I walk 5 miles in the morning and then do the days workout while my 3 and 1 year old sleep. You don’t need a lot of equipment or room. I’m on day 3 and love it so far. Everything feels worked as well as stretched at the end, but I’m not over worked.

Bugs!. I truly love the workouts and have seen amazing results from using this app. WIth that being said, the app itself is a pain. It crashes at the most inconvenient times when I am crunched for time to get a workout in. My progress is lost, my password isn’t accepted when i delete and reload app as advised by support every time I contact with an issue. Today I have been sitting in my gym for 20 minutes trying to get the app to reload and accept my password or at very least send an email so i can reset it AGAIN. Short version: Content is great, mechanics of app NOT.

Great app, a few quirks.. I’ve been using this app for 10 days and love it. Plenty of fitness and nutrition info, easy to follow workouts, good instructional videos. Highly recommend. I have found a couple of bugs, e.g. I’ve completed nine days of workouts, but it says I’m still on day 6. This doesn’t prevent me from progressing to further workouts, but it’s a little irritating as I have to scroll forward to it and remember what day I’m on moving forward. I inquired for app assistance and they responded that there was not a currently fix for this, but they would look into it further. They did suggest I could start from the beginning, but I’d like to continue from the point I have reached.

Needed to get back into working out. I needed to start working out again after a year and a half break from having my 2nd son. I didn’t know where to start and downloaded this app since I could do the workouts at home. These workouts are different everyday so I do not get bored and only last 30-45 minutes, which is about all the time I have. The workouts are difficult, yet doable and I look forward to working out everyday instead of dreading it. Plus, Erin is so positive and is a joy as a guide to your workout.

Horrible support many BUGS won’t get fixed. Love Erin she is amazing her workouts are wonderful. Just day 4 here and I’m in love with the way the program is. This APP is horrible, I have a brand new iPhone 11, updates software, updated App, and a newer iPad Pro, problems are: When Joan comes on can’t see her from the knees down to feet, the app covers that with the way the set up is that it doesn’t show her stance her width of feet, etc. when Joan is on the floor with the exercise ball again can’t see what she is doing the portion of the App that gives the counter is so far 3/4 up the screen it’s horrific. I’ve emails over 6x to support, they NEVER address all my issues, I’ve sent photos and videos and they address 1 question out of many. I completed day 1 it shows I didn’t when I have a screen shot of it sent it in and they still haven’t updated my profile. Also another issue, they go faster then I am as I’m just starting out, so if I have to stop or go slower, it’s a bit confusing how to stop it to catch my breath. Again Erin is top north trainer this App is not top notch. A support number is need what this many issue. UGH UGH UGH!!!

Best Exercise App EVER. I’ve tried several exercise apps and struggled, but this one is the BEST. This app includes daily workouts, extra workouts, and recipes that aid in eating healthy. The workouts are EASY to follow. Erin is really good at showing and explaining how to do each exercise all while being super encouraging!! Each exercise is explained in depth (what to do, what not to do, do this if you can’t complete this certain exercise, etc.) The key to healthy living is consistency, and this app makes it a lot easier. I’m on day 31 and SEE muscles. I actually have MUSCLES.🙌🏼

Obsessed.. I’ve been a workout class junkie, a loyal “sweater” with Kayla Itsines and BBG...and tried basically everything else under the sun. Read Erin’a book a few years back and started adopting a lot of her 4x4 habits and following her on Instagram for workout games and recipes while anxiously awaiting her app. It’s by far the best app/workout routine yet and was very worth the wait. It is my favorite workout routine I’ve tried yet! I thought I was pretty fit before starting but already have so much more muscle definition and the recipes are great!!!

Great workout and fun too!. I have been using this app for about a month and a half! And I have absolutely loved it! Erin even recently started a 30 day challenge as a part of the app, and it has been incredibly motivating! I love not having to follow a video and being able to do the workouts in my own time. I watch my mama Netflix shows while I work out! 😉 Great at telling you what to do each day. It’s challenging and mixes it up! I love that the cardio days are whatever you want so that I can “count” my bike rides or be encouraged to go for a walk! I HIGHLY recommend this app!

Only so so. Erin Oprea is a beast! Her legs are goals. That being said, this app is only so-so. Firstly, there’s nothing that says what supplies you need prior to starting this app or each individual workout. Got into to day 4 and needed resistance bands which I didn’t have. Also, uses a combo of hand weights and resistance bands which is a lot of equipment to purchase. Secondly, some exercises tell you to do each side and some don’t. I made it all the way through the first days workout and had to go back and complete lunges on the other side. I wish the explanation was just a bit more clear. That being said, I’m sure you will get “pretty muscles” if you are able to keep up with these workouts! They’re intense.

So LOVE THIS!!!. I have literally tried every workout program and easily got bored. Erin keeps you mixed up, able to do it anywhere, it flies , you feel it, you see your changes, she has meal plans, menus, I COULD KEEP GOING ON AND ON, oh and she DOESNT WASTE TIME. THATS HUGE....Every second you are utilizing. Ain’t nobody got time to waste listening to instructions and skipping thru ads. She’s like here it is go... you can do this and your amazing. LOVE HER AND THIS APP PROGRAM. Okay just get it cause you are worth it and it’s like a super inexpensive awesome gym in your hand anytime with a great trainer !!!!

Love this workout app!. I have been following Erin on social media for quite sometime. I have enjoyed reading her books and how she trains her clients. I was so excited to get to try her method of training for myself and I must say it has worked for me! I have seen so much more muscle definition since starting the app and I like how workouts are constantly being added. The challenges are an added bonus that motivates you to continue to work hard! My husband even enjoys doing the workouts with me and finds them a challenge!! 💪🏼💪🏼 I highly recommend the app to anyone looking for weight training!!

ERINS CONTENT - 5 STARS PLANKK- 1 STAR. Erins content is everything I could ask for! I have used this app for over a year and have definitely seen results! I repurchased for this past year because I loved it so much but I haven’t been able to use it for 5+ weeks total in 2021 due to the constant glitches. I would definitely pay more money for her content if its possible to switch app developers because PLANKK is AWFUL!! How many times can a development team tell me to “delete the app and try reinstalling” before they realize that isn’t fixing the issue?

Amazing!. I’ve been using the Pretty Muscles app for about one month and I’m amazed how much progress I’ve made already. I joined the January challenge the 2nd week and loving it. My muscles are already prettier and I’m ready to rock that sweatshirt when they come out. Erin is motivating, honest, fun, and funny. You can start with minimal equipment, weights and bands, then add more later. I love having a workout ball as I use it for a chair too. Totally doable for everyone and a great value especially if you find a sale! There are recipes as well, just follow portion control and this app can help you too.

Favorite fitness app so far (just one negative). I love this app and it has really helped me focus my workouts. My only problem is that it requires different equipment that I don’t always have. I’ve purchased more over time but I would’ve loved if the app made a list of equipment needed before beginning workouts. Other than that, I highly recommend downloading! Cheaper than a gym membership and you can do it mostly anywhere!

Only app that keeps me consistent!!. I just completed a 30 day challenge with Erin on this app and MAN!! Best experience ever with a workout program!! I have tried em’ all and this has truly been the most enjoyable workout program I have done. The workouts are easy to follow, move quickly, and blast your muscles!! Best app, so easy to follow!. Instructional videos are perfect , you can turn the volume on up or down on the instruction once you know the moves which is nice (I like to do that just during stretching) there’s background music , nutrition, literally so many goods built in! They’re hard workouts & they WORK if you stick to it ! THE BEST PART: They’re diff every day so you can’t psych yourself out or get tired of anything . Love saying “my trainer” also trains celebs! My favorite celebs at that! Love ya Erin!

Amazing workouts and food!. I signed up for the Fall Challenge with hopes that it would help me get back into shape while also still being able to enjoy healthy food that still had flavor. Let me tell you! Within the first week, I’m down 2lbs, I am excited for the workouts every evening and I LOVE the food! Erin makes sure the food isn’t boring as well as the workouts! She is literally like your own cheerleader cheering you on while you’re on your journey! She makes it fun and that’s what will keep me signed up with her app! It’s worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!

Pretty fun!. I am loving the Pretty Muscles app. I have the “fancy” bike and it has been good for cardio But…sinc pandemic I was floundering with a personal routine off the bike. What I love most about PM is the variety while still getting the organized feel of a planned/trainer workout. So many apps leave you on your own to “patch” a program together. This feels like personal training and is challenging. I appreciate Erin’s humor and her timely reminders for proper form. So glad I tried Pretty Muscles! I am hooked✨💪

LOVE THIS APP!!. I’ve had the app for several months & I LOVE it! It’s challenging but doable. It’s packs a punch but in a short amount of time. I’m hooked & I also got my 14 year old daughter to try it & she’s hooked too, so proud of her! Just started the “best you” 30 day challenge & it’s tough but great! I feel amazing afterwards! Buy It. You’all would be crazy not to buy this app. I feel stronger and have better endurance. I lived in Colorado for 11 years before moving back home to the Midwest. I did CrossFit for years and yet struggled with not feeling fit enough to hike in the mountains. I just got back from a trip to CO visiting friends and I completed a 7 mile hike at an elevation of 7500 ft, with a drastic altitude change from where I live now. I even ran down part of the trail. I never was able to do that when I lived in CO. My endurance has increased which allowed me to complete this hike with ease.

Worth Every Penny. I’ve downloaded so many fitness apps over the years and this one blows every other one I’ve EVER tried out of the water. I purchased this app when it first launched and haven’t taken a day off yet bc I never get bored. The workouts are quick (and more importantly effective) and work so well with any other cardio I do like running or cycling. I got a great deal on the price when the app launched - but honestly I would have paid full price for this app and I will continue to renew year after year. Thank you Erin (and team) for creating an app that I never want to stop using!

👍. Great work out app! Her enthusiasm is genuine and authentic and the examples and descriptions of each move are helpful! I think some of the timers could use double sets, for example in the stretching sections for each side. I think some moves could also use more clarification about what constitutes one rep, example the on hands and knee straight leg V’s, Russian twists, goblet squat crab walk. Not big issues but maybe just some things to work on for clarity and usability. I love that the warm up and stretching is included and that each day is different! A great way to get total body work outs that also improve functional fitness.

Love, love, love!. I love that the workouts are all laid out for you and you work on different muscle groups each day. It’s a very user-friendly app and Erin shows you how to do all the moves. It’s great for all fitness levels and you don’t need a lot of equipment to get the workouts done. I love that she added barre and yoga. It’s a great variety, something for everyone. You can preview the workout before you start it and she sets days aside for to do a cardio workout of your choice. Get it now.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Best app EVER! I have been following Erin on social media for a couple years now. She is so down to earth and you can ask her anything and she will respond to you I don’t care who you are. That right there speaks volumes to me. You don’t have to be a celebrity with hundreds of thousands of dollars for her to help you. Best Workout App. I just completed day 50 and I can’t say enough positive things about Erin Oprea’s workout app. Each day is a different workout that is fun and challenging. The guided videos and alternative options make it easy to follow and you feel like she is there with you every step (or curl) of the process! The app also has built in music options, recipes and meal planning. I have been a runner my whole life, but have always struggled to incorporate weight training and other forms of cardio. This app does it all and at 41 I feel my healthiest and strongest!!! Love, love, love this app, the workouts and the way I feel!!!

Great but some suggestions .... So far loving the app and the workouts! However a couple of enhancements would be great: #1 an “auto play” feature. It’s tough to be working out in a shared space, getting the app set up and then continually have to walk back forth to continue the sets. If I could choose auto play that would be ah-mazing. Give us a brief rest (10 seconds?) and then go on to the next set. #2 LANDSCAPE MODE! Using on an iPad would be a dream with landscape mode! I like a bigger picture So use the iPad and that function would be a game changer!

Amazing App. I can't thank you enough. Because your app is so easy to follow (not to do), I have lost just over 20 pounds since January 1st. I'm eating right or at least trying to make smart choices, my energy is up and my resting heart rate has dropped from 82 to 72. I feel so much more rested and ready to tackle the day. I'm finally not letting a knee injury or any other excuse get in my way. Sometimes I need to modify things for my ability, but I'm getting it done. Thank you for putting together such a wonderful program. Sticking it out. Hopefully someday I'll actually be able to do proper floor dips. 🤞

Perfect for every fitness level. Erin is the best of the best!! This app not only has amazing exercises that require little or no equipment, but she also has modifiers for every fitness level. On top of that, you get her 4x4 meal plan with a vegetarian diet option if you want. She literally has everything in one spot for you to live your best life and get healthy. She truly cares. What I love most is listening to her prerecorded voice while working out. She’s so motivational in every way!! Thank you Erin, from so many of us. You are AMAZING!!!

Great workout plan & nutrition - glitches will happen. The content is amazing! I love having a workout plan mapped out for me - I just log on every day to something different. Keeps it fun! I just started the nutrition portion and so far so good. I like that you can change the serving size on the app and it automatically recalculates the ingredients for you! There are a decent amount of glitches, but it looks like Erin and her team and working through them day by day! Cons of a new app but it always takes time. Highly suggest!

Amazing Results!. I started following Erin Oprea on Instagram a few years back & have been using her app for over a year. Erin has a special gift of making exercise challenging yet fun. The PM app has been a blessing on my fitness path—I’m a 50+ woman and was sick of trying to stay in shape with running and cardio classes. Erin is the kick in the shorts I need daily and continues to be that mantra in my head that says if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. Terrific.. This is a phenomenal app. Erin has DELIVERED! Efficient and effective with a smart attention to detail and form. No circus moves, just clean simple moves that dig right in to allll the bits. Her selection of sequencing also is beautifully designed to truly build pretty muscles without bulk. Genius! To top it off Erin’s energy and spunk make it so fun. I have not experienced any of the developer glitch problems noted in other posts but I tend to have a very smooth wifi connection. This is a fabulous tool in my toolbox. I LOVE it!

Day 55 and LOVING this. I used to follow a popular instragram workout program for 5+ years. I made the switch to Erin’s program and ABSOLUTELY love it. Erin is so positive and uplifting during the workouts. She makes doing little pulses really fun (I didn’t think that was possible!). I am also starting to see results. I’ve struggled to get definition in my arms for years and always wished I could work on it. Well, here I am just 55 days in and Y’ALL I finally have definition in my arms! And that‘s just one example. I am also a big fan of the custom jump rope. I used to use a cheap one and seriously when she says you need a custom one, it makes all the difference in the world!! I cannot say enough positive things about Erin and this workout program. Oh and did I mention she has built-in recipes as well? SCORE! I was using this app at home before everything with quarantine happened, and I’m so glad I purchased it. Thank you, Erin!

Amazing app and workouts!. I have been using the app for about 2 weeks and I absolutely love it! I’ve tried a few others ones but this is really the best. It’s a new workout every day so it’s not boring at all. The workouts cover different muscle groups every day as well so I never feel like I’m overworking a single part of my body. The workout feel balanced and well thought out. Erin is encouraging and I like her cues on how to do the movements. I genuinely look forward to working out everyday and would highly recommend this app!

Great at home workouts!. I’ve been an avid gym goer for years. When gyms closed I bought my own treadmill and free weights. Decided to try out Erin’s app. All I can say is WOW! I thought I was in shape, but, her workouts have proved me wrong! The workouts are simple to follow and great to use. Between running sprints on a treadmill and using this app I should be in tip top shape for our wedding in September! Only complaint is it won’t log the workouts I’ve completed. I have to write down which workout I’m on. Other then that, I love the app!!

Great app!. I’ve been using the Pretty Muscles app for almost a year now, and I’m still a huge fan of it. I love how the audio on each exercise explains exactly how to do each exercise properly - good form has made a HUGE difference for me. I wish the nutrition section was a little easier to edit and navigate, but the recipes are great. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants an affordable yet highly effective workout program. Purchase the app. You’ll thank yourself later.. Wow! I just finished the can’t stop 30 day challenge (June 2020). I’m 37 and a beginner with weights. I had zero injuries and feel stronger and confident. You’ll be sweating and smiling by the end. Erin does a great job explaining form. I’m motivated to do the next days workout. It’s challenging but worth it! Plus all the the diet/nutrition information is included in the app AND ... she has a music set list ready for the workouts. This app is worth every penny!!! Perfect pace for any level. I have been injured for over 2 years and unable to do much exercise, so finding Erin Oprea’s app has been a God send! I was able to choose the level that I needed to slowly and gently get back into shape. I feel like I got a great workout in, but I am not injuring myself or feeling defeated in the process. The meal plans and recipes are great as well. The inflammation in my body is slowly receding which I can never express how grateful I am for! Thank you, Erin!

Great workouts with busy kids!. My first instinct was to dislike that I have to push the button in between exercises because I want to power through. But I realized that it’s actually perfect for chasing busy 1 year olds and getting 3 year olds their many snacks! Now I don’t feel like I’m missing the workout and can go the pace that works for me and give each rep my all. If you were hesitant but are in the same boat as me - Mama - it’s a great one!
