Amazing game but... Toca hair salon 4 is an amazing game,and i just love it so much, and i play it just about every day, but a few things that i’m having problems with, is that every time i try to subscribe, so i can get new characters and stuff,it just loads,and it says “Connecting ” for about 15 minutes and it’s just rlly annoying, and no matter how many times i close, and reopen the app, it just says the same thing. “Connecting”. Also smth i thing that should be changed in the game is the control of the hair and more clothing options for free, that would rlly make me happy, and something else that i think would be cool, or something that you could maybe add into the game, is the ability to spin around the character so you can see the back, and front of the character. Other than that, this game is absolutely awesome 👍. Please reply I really want to subscribe and get makeup, because without it, Toca hair salon 4 is not as fun as i would like it to be.

I love this app, but.... Toca Team please look!! I really love this app, but wish some things were added. For example, I wish that the makeup was free because I saw it in the pictures in the App Store and thought it looked really cool (adding not just hair styling but also makeup). But the main thing I wish was added was something where you can change the eye color. If there was just another section in the makeup station for contact lenses or something to change the color of the irises, that would make the makeup purchase so much better. Other than that, I really love this game and bought all the add-ons. I play it all the time and it can even help with art (hair styling and form). I’ve always loved the Toca Boca games, and this is by far my favorite. I recommend this to anyone in search of a good hair salon game that’s also free. Thank you to the creators/Toca Boca!! ❤️👍

Fun but can be a little bit frustrating to the newbies.. I love hair and I love doing them on dolls or even online, but when I was a new person to the game it was really really hard to understand it. Sometimes I would even tap on the wrong products and end up shaving someone’s hair off by accident. Also it is limited people that you can do hair on I think that you should design your own characters and do their hair and you can keep on design and designing as much as you want. A lot of the people were limited so if you got done with all of the people it was no one else to do Hair on so you had to do hair on the same people over and over again and that can be a little bit tiring and boring. The music on the game can be really really loud and it hurts your ears. The good thing about the game is that it have so many options for you other than the people. You can’t dye people hair you can cut their hair whatever you want.

I think this is a good app. I think this is a good app but I would want this is an app purchase and it didn’t warn me that it was in a purchase so that’s like a little frustrating because when I got on the game, it was like OK join hair salons so I started playing and then I started realizing because I played this app but then I deleted it because I didn’t what I started not playing with it a lot so then I wanted to play with it again and I realize like I got all these like fun things that you used to be like I used to like like when I was a little kid it started saying like you had to pay for like putting make up on you had to pay for using certain things and when I started playing like now it starts saying like now you can play like make up and now you can like have different backgrounds and that so I start realizing like that’s like what you have to pay and I started realizing that I have to pay now so yeah

(my name’s ronnie if any of the team responds btw) i used to play toca boca games 24/7 when i was younger, but ever since they paired with Piknik, everything got expensive. i’m not necessarily saying it’s the teams fault—but…they definitely had something to do with it. i mean, a subscription for a few games and a makeup kit? huh? i’m talking hundreds of dollars every few/every year for a few things. if i had ever tried to convince my parents to get me a monthly subscription, they might just say yes…until they see the payments. it’s a pretty good game nonetheless, fun for a boring day. if you want something you can have for free or something you don’t have to really pay for, you can get Toca World; another Toca Boca game. i’ve had that game for a long while and i still have fun with it! anyways, just wanted to write this so others don’t have to.

Although they do have packs which you can buy 🛍️ and those cost 💲 money 💵 I have to say, I wish they made the makeup free💄 as my mom does allow me to buy things on apps my brother has this game and he doesn’t want to pay 💰 so as of right now he doesn’t play the game 🎮 much anymore and he can’t use the makeup unless he’s playing on my phone 😢 I find that sad and unfair but I guess you guys need money. I love it please reply 🤍🤍🤍🤍. So I wanted a app on my iPad so I was searching and I found this so I wanted to try it out and plus it was free. I downloaded it and I played it it was interesting then I deleted it because I did all the people’s hair then I was so so so bored and I was thinking well can’t I do the people’s hair more than one time so I re-downloaded it and I found out that I could do the people’s hair more than one time and I still have it on my iPad so I was officially addicted to it so I found a number 3 hair salon but it was $3.99 so I was officially addicted to hair salon 4 so why not 3 so my dad payed for it and I was officially addicted to it too so I think it was worth it. In hair salon 4 which is this app you could pay for stuff like makeup or clothes but I didn’t see that on hair salon 3 which is $3.99 so I guess when you pay the $3.99 you payed all the accessories too but because hair salon 4 this app is free I guess you could pay for some accessories. Toca Boca I love your apps even though those are the only apps I have from you but if I download some more of you apps I will probably love them. Please reply to this and I hope there will be some updates on hair salon 3 but I love the update that you did today on this app.

It used to be a great game…. Ever since Toca Boca paired with Piknik, it made me pay to use almost every Toca Boca app. The only game I can play is Toca Boca World. STOP MAKING ME PAY TO USE ONE APP. It’s super annoying and my parents won’t let me to the subscription. Don’t download this app unless you want to waste your money to style fictional character’s hair. I use to play this game so much! But when you paired with Piknik I stopped playing. I redownloaded it and tried to play it. It was either subscribe, sign in, or get out of the app for good. I would not have downloaded this app if I would have to do a subscription just to style hair. This has made me super mad. This has made me loose my trust in Toca Boca. I need you to stop making me pay for doing a kids app. I will never download any Toca Boca app (except for Toca hair salon me. I think that’s what it’s called) EVER AGAIN! Great!! I got a suggestion though.. I love the free version of this app, it’s really fun! But I have a question. Do you think you could make some of the makeup supplies free? I get you’re trying to make money, but I feel some players that are trying to make the most of their experience on the free side are kinda left behind, because of all the cool things you can get in the pack. At least allow some of the makeup to be free? Maybe only allow certain colors or brushes. If there’s more to that, make that stuff only available by subscription. I’d LOVE to be able to use the makeup without having to pay. My mom doesn’t really want to spend on a subscription just to be able to get clothes and some makeup. (Backgrounds too) maybe they could come in packs? It’d be nicer, knowing you won’t have to pay about $6 every month for a few items. Anyway, please look forward to keeping this game available with new add-ons and updates! Love it. :D

fun for all ages but a *few* problems!. omg i used to play ALL the toca games in elementary school. i’m a sophomore in high school now so there’s a LOT of nostalgia with the entire series of toca boca games! if you’re willing to pay a little bit of money (it’s not that bad if you only get a few packs and although i don’t have it, make-up is only 4$) and there’s SOOO much cool customization that is in tune with fashion today! although my one problem is how hard it is to use tools. you have to swipe on screen to look at more tools or go to a different area, but if you’re holding a tool or something if you swipe to move it’ll use the tool! sometimes this is that big of a problem, but i’ve noticed most of the time it COMPLETELY ruins the progress i made and i have to re-do something :( anyway, although it might be the nostalgia for this game dev speaking, this game holds up well and i think they did a good job working with current kids PLUS other ages and their style! i’m giving 5 stars because the tools aren’t *that* bad so if i had to give a more precise rating it would be 4.5/5. keep it up devs, you’re doing great :)

the game has real potential. but the clothes... what I like about this game than all the dress up games, you can be creative and make your own look instead of picking stuff like a certain hair style or makeup look instead of creating them, thanks to this app I expanded my creativity, but the clothes is the problem, i feel like there’s more men clothing then woman kind even sense there’s more women clients than men as the and there should be more neck accessories and earring like accessories for men and women as clients, and it’s so hard trying to figure out to get more clients cause on the bottom of client picking it’s 1/5, so where’s the other 4 client slots, but the game is good anyway, if I had to delete all the games on my iPhone or just this game, I would delete all the others! 😋

I love the game 😁. I like the game but it was awesome and it was cool to color the hair and stuff and I loved how you could change the hairstyles of different people, but it was cool of the game to this be awesome but it was really hard to do the change the personalities from their hairstyles, but I wouldn’t really commit by the game of the make up. It was fun really but I wouldn’t pay so much money for it but other than the clothes and it was so fun being a hairstyle and I loved it. It’s a great game and awesome and you can give them accessories and awesome hats and necklaces but then again I wouldn’t pay for it but really I just go along with it. and I can’t wait for Halloween and other holidays would be so much fun to get other holiday stuff for the people on the game. and it’s almost Halloween. Used to be so good. I really used to like this game until the strange picnic feature or whatever it was was added. I understand that Toca Boca needs to make money and pay their employees and doing a collaboration or something with picnic was the decision that they had to make, but it does get pretty difficult when you don’t have a picnic account and you accidentally deleted the game And then you have to create one and it’s just a whole ordeal so Toca Boca if you’re reading this please separate hair salon for from the picnic collaboration or something whatever it was because it has really done graded the game for me. Also, there used to be a glitch where it would completely freeze my iPad every time the picnic logo would come up Again. I understand you guys gotta make money, but your priority should be making quality games.

Like it😬. It’s a really fun app! You really use your creativity and imagination. However, there are a few problems. You have to pay for the make-up and some accessories. There are only four people to do hair on. 3 girls and 1 boy. When your finished with all of them you have to start over again on those same people over and over. This can get quite boring. Maybe you have to pay for more people. Instead of using 4 people all over again and again I have an idea. Once you are finished with them you move on to new 4 people and then another 4 people. There can also be a library where you can see your works and if you want to go back and change someones hairstyle you can. That would be amazing. This app is so much fun and I hope it gets more fun with the help of the developers. Thank you so much for using y’all’s creative mind on this app! This game is very fun for everyone even for those kids out their suffering and the ones that also have autism or something else this game can also calm you down and help when your bored some advice tho you kinda need to lower down the money 💰 no hate and I think this game is a very loving game for children! I’m also a kid who is 9 and I turned 9 on the 14th of March and I got a tummy ache don’t worry! I’m fine now these characters also smile a lot and never EVER get sad 😃This game is so much fun!! Hey! Some Sugeestions❤️. Hello! So, overall the game is enjoyable, btw like the thing where you get the things that cost money for free for 24 hours. Like a trial, when I downloaded the game I noticed the surprisingly lack of updates. So this is definitely one of my go to mobile apps if im bored or looking for a game that dosent have too much adds. So that’s a upside, something I like about this game is that you can just be creative and express your style which is pretty unique. One complaint, for me it lags sometimes (which is pretty annoying sometimes) So, that’s why i gave this game 4 stars, Aslo i have a suggestion! Although the developers will probably never see my review. So here i go! :D A suggestion i came up with is that you can paint the customers nails! I think this can be a nice function or mechanic to the game. Anyways, thanks if u see this!

Fun, but……. This game is really fun when you first download it. But you get bored of it after a while cause it’s just the same thing over and over since you have very limited options not having the VIP package that cost money. I see why it’s overall rating is three stars. The problem I had with it the most was that not only did I not have the “ VIP clothing” but I couldn’t do the make up on the clients. Even though the clients that you chose came with make up after you wash their hair it washes away and can’t go back on their face 😢 also, there’s like 20 characters that are locked and the ones that don’t have are the coolest!“VIP 😩😩😩😩😩😩” a bit disappointing… now let’s get to the part that I do like, I like the fact that there are so many different ways that you can be creative. Once styling the hair infinity colors you can choose from in a couple cute outfits, what kind of annoy me sometimes, though is the sounds of the clients make sometimes when I decide on a color they go “enhhhh” or “ughhh” and it’s kind of annoying and disturbing. Overall a pretty fun game. 🙃

It’s alright. I’m 19, so hopefully I can leave a helpful review. The best of the hair salon apps, but makeup is the only real new option and it’s priced at $4. Honestly prefer method of charging $3 for a complete app that toca boca used to do. App is valued at $10 with all IAP which is pretty steep given how limited the game is. The hair is as impossible to control as ever. Updos are virtually impossible, can’t separate hair in the front from the back, and brushing the hair doesn’t cause it to fall flat as it always bounces up at the end. Applying makeup is hard because the model doesn’t sit still so applying lipstick will often end up on the face. The hair ties are still purely cosmetic as they don’t bunch hair together and there is only two items in the base game that resemble hair clips so if you wanted colorful hair clips you’ll be disappointed. The game should be fun for really young kids but older kids may get frustrated as making realistic hairstyles is extremely hard. The character models are... odd looking and it would be nice to be able to change eye color. I just want to be able to make pigtails and cut bangs without also cutting the hair in the back.

ehhh. i really like this game but there are a lot of things that could be fixed. i like the makeup (i bought it) but it’s forcefully messy like i can’t make a good winged liner without it getting on the eye shadow same for lipstick it gets everywhere. and i think adding a color wheel for the face paint would make it easier for if you would like to make a foundation shade which i have tried but failed to find a color to match the skin tones or just like add for skin tone colors to the wheel thing. also i would like if it was easier to brush like in the other games u could control the hair more but it’s harder now. also i would like if we could have a side view so we can do things like ponytails and half up half down looks. over all i appreciate the work put into this app but these are the things i think could improve it from the other games. Amazing game just one thing I’m not sure about!. The game is great and all really fun, but I’m not here to talk about how amazing the game is even though it really is. I’m here to talk about something. You probably don’t even notice while playing I’m not really sure about this. Trust me I’m not warning you about anything. I just want an explanation if you’re developing reading this please let me know what is going on with this?! so basically if you turn off the music and turn your volume all the way up, you can hear sounds like hairdresser sounds and hair blowing sounds. It sounds pretty normal and it actually sounds really cool if you’re trying to role-play. But if you listen closely I’m not sure of it, but you can hear a scream I’m not sure if I’m just crazy or misheard the sound but if you’re reading this, just please let me know (no hate towards this game is absolutely amazing and really fun. I just wanna know what it is)

Missing a few items. First off all it’s missing tweezers for the eyebrows, shaving them into a nice shape is REALLY hard tweezers would allow for a more in-depth eyebrow shape AND could be part of the makeup. Also you advertise the makeup as part of the game but it’s really a in app purchase which is very deceptive and disappointing. Maybe if you made a basic makeup pack for free and had more colors and glitter in the other packs that would be more fair. Also foundation would be cool! You have eye shadow shades that work as neutrals for darker skin but not lighter skin. Finally add teeth whitening and the ability to choose braces or none? I like the concept of some characters having braces but the yellow teeth throws off some makeup shades. Also better control of makeup and hair would be nice! Yes the crazy hair and makeup is funny but kids want to be serious too. Like for the face maybe you could make it where you can select the eyes or the mouth individually? Idk just some quality of life improvements that should be made! Love that the 4th game is free and very diverse! Will rate 5 stars if you at LEAST add tweezers, please and thank you

So when I was younger,(11-16) I would play this game because I was to young to take cosmetology classes and cosmetology was my passion and dream. So I would play this and would absolutely LOVE IT. So to any little girls or boys out there who have the same dream I did, remember this. Jesus loves you and wants you to be happy and to achieve your dreams because that makes HIM happy. This game is awful. This game was so excited when I first got it. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀but it just didn’t work. It wouldn’t let me get into the entirely game. It kept freezing and it just didn’t feel like it was time to play it. A bug. Hello my name is fouz , there is a bug problem that won’t go away. I downloaded this game and it everything was fine , I clicked the game and the intro started. After it was done there was only a white screen with nothing else. It took me a few seconds to realize that the game was not working so I decided to get out the game and refresh , it won’t let me get out the game again until a few minutes later. So I decided to try again since I payed some money for the makeup and stuff like that. Same thing happened. I went threw the reviews and saw many people saying the same thing and I saw you guys replied to one of them, it said that they should redownload the game. I did the same thing and it didn’t work AT ALL. Please if you see this reply because I payed money for it to go down the drain.

Ehhh. OK, so this app is pretty good, but you can’t do that without premium. It’s really annoying. So I used to play hair salon 2, which is a little different and I was like “ I wish there were clothes and make up “, now my dream came true! But there were only a few different shirts you can put on them, and the make up is literally unusable unless you have the premium thing. I think it’s fun but gets really boring quickly because you only have four characters to start with and the other 20 are locked for the premium people only!!! when I played hair salon 2, and I don’t need that I want makeup and clothes in the game, I also wanted more characters! Again, my dream come true! But I was very sad to find out that the other 20 characters are locked. I thought you would be able to unlock them later bye doing people’s hair, but I realized that that was not the case. I realize that you just had to pay to use them, like what the heck!! I love this game. This game is so much fun but sometimes you need to pay for stuff and also sometimes close hats and make up and you get to create your character. Anything you want like princess or gardener and all sorts of other stuff I just really love this game but there’s a new update it had no idea what it meant. I feel like you have to download new stuff from it but I still don’t know when I tap it ask your parents for help so I didn’t want to do it, so I just kept Toca Hair Salon 4 it is the best game ever it doesn’t have any ads and you don’t need to ask your parents for help sometimes you are you want to pay for stuff you have to pay for stuff you don’t have to pay for stuff, but still make up or no make up your creation still good

Decent Game. So I’m a kid and I really love playing toca boca games. I wish they didn’t cost a lot of money though. Which brings me to one of my problems with this app. It costs money for the makeup station. It doesn’t mention that anywhere which made me disappointed. I really would love to do their makeup but my parents aren’t going to let me spend money on a game that once I delete it, the pack is gone. I really wish it didn’t cost money just to do makeup in a game. Also there’s not many choices for clothing, there all the same each time. Then, it’s hard to pick up items or do something with the longer end of the hair because the items are blocking it off. I also think there should be a redo button to make it easier if you make a mistake instead of having to start all over. Overall it’s a good game, so I give it 4 stars. There is still much things I want to see improved though.

I love it but I have a few issues!! 😁. This game is THE BEST EVER. I have always liked makeup and hair styling games, but they are all too childish or inappropriate to me; this game is the perfect match for me. I love how you can save your favorite hairstyles and have a lot of creative freedom. Although this game is truly exceptional, I have a few problems. 1) Sound. I usually like to listen to ASMR while playing games because afternoons are really the only time I can wind down and relax since I am in middle school. Usually on most games I can turn off the sounds and music, but I can’t for any Toca game, including this one. I know that you can turn off the radio in the background when you style the people’s hair, but the characters still make sounds, and it disturbs me and keep me from playing this game as much as I want to. I would appreciate it if you could add a settings button so I can turn off the sounds and music so I can enjoy my ASMR and the game at the same time. 2) I like to have a routine for the characters I customize. (Shower, style, dye, makeup.) and sometimes I already like the makeup the characters were preset with, but I don’t want to wash it off. I was wondering if you could have to shower NOT wash off the makeup, but the towel still can? Thank you for reading my review!! 😘😁

If you’re reading this, this is like the best game ever first of all you can make their hairstyles and you have clothes them accessories and it’s from Toca Boca and if you already have the game, Toca Boca, you know what this is about this game is so much fun. You can play it like forever, and the views are great if you hear all those really really bad reviews it’s just because I don’t like it or maybe they don’t get half of the stuff because it does cost a lot of money but I do sincerely think you should buy this game. I bought this app a few years ago, but now I got a new iPad Apple so now everything is locked except one page of characters, but when I first started this game when it first came out, I had two pages now we only have one so you better unlock it Now I love Toca Boca, but I hate this game because of that so you better fix it now or I’m coming up there at nine-year-old girl who is smarter than own game. See you better fix your stupid game. I hate it. I hate it cause you don’t fix it now. I better have all the pictures of characters. Seriously..?!😐 (READ THIS RIGHT NOWWWWW). Last year I deleted this app and today I got it again, I went on the app and then boom it froze my screen and wouldn’t let me out of it or log out of my iPad and then when I tapped it like crazy it made musical sounds like what am I tapping right now? What makes this sound that I’m tapping so like when I get into the game just white screen it won’t let me get out of the app unless I just leave it alone and then when my iPad restarted and turned back on to the swipe to unlock, ummmmmmm it made the noise again when I was just on the Home Screen ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️😰😑😐🫥🙃🥲😕😒😞🤨🤨🤨🤨like uhmmmmm I’m not even on the app… why is it making the sound by itself 😒🫠😶😰😓😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰😰I was freaking out I asked mom and she said.. All Toca games are… whatever is a stronger word for awesome. Sorry I am a third grader. I don’t know a better word than awesome yet if I did, I would say this game is that word. I had this game for two days and it is super fine. The stuff you pay for it is totally worth it. I am serious. This is the perfect game zero ads, you don’t have to pay a lot, and the best part is you can do lots of really fun stuff! I do not usually make reviews, but I had to make a review. There’s only one thing I would prefer you not do. So when I make a hairstyle there for the character, then they just stick out their tongue and say blah. Kind of rude. Otherwise this game is super Duper fun you can dye their hair for no money there’s some free earrings and some clothes and you can give them. I like it so much I have given names of the characters. The blonde character, I name that Julia, I named the boy Vinson. I named you one with green eyes Kate and the one with pink hair Halle I think that is all of them anyways, this is the best game.

However, occasionally it would be nice if there was in game currency. I only mention this because I noticed some makeup the characters in the game wear don’t match with the style or “look” I’m going for. In game currency might allow everyone to buy slightly more natural looking makeup that you can apply for free! For instance: blush, freckles, shimmer eye liner. About Toca boca hair solan 4. This game is really awesome. Toca Boca hair salon really lets me express myself through hair styles, clothes and colors. I really enjoy this game, because it is always a game that I can go to whenever I am bored, or need something to do. This game is very kid friendly and is a funny game. I love that you are able to create different characters that you like. You can style their clothes, Hair, looks, and accessories. My personal favorite part of this game is being able to style their hair. You may give the character a beard, or different hair styles such as bangs, side parts, or really whatever you want. You are also able to change the colors of their hair, which is truly awesome. I love being able to make characters with crazy and fun looks. Though this game is really fun, I do think that everyone would absolutely love this game so much more if it were to allow people to use the makeup, without having to pay. I feel that the makeup in this game is really cool, but not everyone is able to use it. The makeup really does complete every look, and I believe that if people don’t have to pay to use the makeup, that a lot more people will enjoy this game. Either way, this game is really fun overall, and I would love for more people to play this game too.

Love it but ngl there r a few issues. I think the game is great! I don’t have any of the extra stuff like makeup or anything like that because I don’t have credit yet and plus I’m not rlly gonna spend 4 whole dollars for some virtual makeup. Anyway other than that I think the game is really fun and is pretty straightforward. I do wish that we still had the option to braid hair like in the previous versions, also if we could turn the characters around in order to do better styles that would be great. Also the characters move their heads all the time which messes up the hairstyle that I am doing and is just rlly annoying after a while. Sometimes Frustrating, but sometimes not. This game is a lot of fun but I had trouble so firstly, trying to make character had a lot of bruises on the body so I needed a lot of make up but then I needed to do the body you can’t actually do the body. if you want to get the make up set I recommend not. Second, one character had trouble because I was trying to switch to the make up wouldn’t listen and it would just go out and then I have to press it again I had to go in and do it and sometimes you just cut off hair. Third, it’s actually really hard to make what I do is just make the person if it’s a woman what I mean is like a man hairstyle, not actually bald then make the hair longer. overall, it’s sometimes annoying and frustrating, and sometimes very fun and non-frustrating thank you for listening have safe travels by the way you actually need money for this game.

So unfair like how?. I don’t know how but I was just playing on my grandma’s iPad not knowing what to do and I realize that she had downloaded this game for me a couple of years ago so I decided to re-download it and all of a sudden, and the game gave me the make up and I didn’t even pay like this was crazy so I thought this was true so I decided to download it on my iPad which I’m writing the review on and it doesn’t even work like Toca Boca is this a glitch? cause I don’t even understand this is not fair because my grandma didn’t even pay for the game. I just do not know why Toca Boca gave my grandma access to the make up when she didn’t even pay and not give me it like I didn’t even pay she didn’t pay I didn’t. I didn’t get it and she got it like Toca Boca are you serious? Very great game! 🤍✨ (one minor issue tho…). I LOVE this game! It’s so fun to play and has a wide variety of customization, characters, accessories, and backgrounds. I enjoy this game very much, BUT one issue… I played this game today and when I got into the game it wouldn’t load. It would just be a blank white screen with music playing it was like the app didn't want me to get out, I tried and still couldn’t get out of the app I tried to turn my iPad off, restart my iPad and turn down the sound.. and none of that worked. But after a couple of minutes my iPad finally got out of the game. I tried to get back into the app but it would just repeat what happen earlier. My brother has the same app and got into it without any issues, I don’t know why or what is happening when I play this game! It’s SO annoying, bc when I want to play the game it does the exact same thing. I do have other Toca Boca apps and they all work the same but this one app is being weird. Overall I still like this game very much, it’s fun to decorate the characters and dress them up! I just wish that this glitch for me will be removed. Thanks! ✨🩷✨

Awesome Game!. I downloaded this game a few weeks ago and loved it! I played it for a few days, but then I started to run out of creativity😂A great feature would be to have a styling book with a bunch of ideas and hair styles for the player. Another complaint I would have is that they’re are the same people every time I play! I don’t want to have to style the same person's hair every time. It would be great to change the characters every few days or so. My last complaint would be that you have to pay for the makeup! If you shower the character with makeup, it all rubs off and then you have to pay to get more and no one wants to do that. Over all, I think this game could be even better with a few fixes. I think it’s very different and simple from the other games that I’ve played , so I would encourage to download this! Thanks for reading this!

I love this game but it needs some changes. This game is a good game. It really is but I can brush the hair in the way I want to. It’s fun but it’s not as fun as it would be with these changes. Maybe if you could add like a full body feature and you can see how the whole entire outfit looks like. You can make your own pants and your make your own cherub a tie-dye make your own outfit with heels and tennis shoes and whatever you want but then you can also make a full room we can make a room for these people you can get coins. You can make a room for this whole entire thing and make it look the way you want, it was a project makeover project makeover is a game where you get coins and get to make a room and dress these people and get the make up and style their hair and do whatever you want to them but then you also get the same amount of fun maybe if you just added a couple feature similar to project makeover then it would be way more fun. I do give a five star liking I do, but it needs some changes. Maybe if you could just get something different and knew then people would read it better cause seeing a 3.905 reviews and that’s not pretty really good so maybe you could get five to go with you if you just to see things to heart thank you and that was a bit of a bear.

Amazing app but one issue. I know I normally give five stars to every game I see this game I would give it 1 million stars if I could but this one issue is it issue is that the make up you have to buy at first I thought I didn’t have to buy the make up at all but I found a solution to this problem the accessory things although they’re not as great as the make up make up is way much more better and cleaner and I wish the make up was for free and I wish there were more characters for people who just started playing the game because you get four basic characters and I’ve been doing them over and over again and I wish I had more characters although I looked at the shop and somethings don’t make sense like make up and I have super tiny fingers and some items are also hard to grab although when I was little I used to have this game and I had the make up and a ton more characters and now revisiting it I don’t get how this works if the make up was for free then more people could have amazing styles

Little issues and a lot of ideas. I love this game its very addicting and satisfying but when I’m trying to cut the girls hair she just keeps moving and it gets super hard to cut her hair and I love cutting the hair and brushing it but every time I brush it it goes up so I have to make the girl go shower to make it go straight down and also when I straighten the hair and all that the top of the hair looks all weird and spiky it annoys me so bad(I’m just giving ideas now) and it would be cool if you could have levels like the first level is streets where you find and ask people if they want to be a hair model or get a haircut then next level they ask you what hair they want or if you want to do it personally and you would get rated by how similar it is by the photo then you get paid for how good it is then at the home button you could go back on the streets and buy clothes with the money you got

Cool game that needs to be redone. I like the Toca Boca hair salon for it’s a really good game and calming for me. I like to play it and make fun characters and stuff like that and sometimes we create them and make them look funny but I feel like there should be a little changes because a lot of the things are locked and some people have to buy them in that it’s not fun to have things that you need to buy on this game. I also think that they should be free because some people don’t have enough money or I can’t buy them and they just wanna play this cute little game. Free but other than that this game is fun and it’s really cool to make characters. I just really think this game should be a little more free so that way we don’t have to be paying for things in and out. I like it but…. This game is the best I love playing it. It’s so fun because you get to style all these people in different ways. But something I was really looking forward to when I got the game was makeup. When I opened the app for the first time I found out that you had to pay for makeup which made me kind of sad cause I really wanted to do makeup. Maybe you could make it free or just lower the price because $5.99 is kind of expensive nowadays and some peoples parents don’t let them buy things in games so could you please please please make the makeup for free? cheaper pls. Hii so i love this game and it really lets ur imagination go wild but to make it funner pls make some more free character. Toca Boca Hair Salon. This game is amazing but I’m putting this little secret into the world. After the free trial where you get makeup and more characters etc, they minimise the characters to 4. This seems like the end of the world, but as soon as you flip the page of characters, quickly select one before it shows their picture. That way you can use it without paying!!! Hope this helps😁😁😁

Freezes every time you open it. I wanted to redownload this again after years of not playing it, but when I went to open it, it completely froze my iPad. The power off button would not work, and I was worried that it would destroy my device. I couldn’t exit the app, close the app, shut down my device, etc. I just had to wait for my ipad to turn off by itself. I thought it was a one-time-glitch, so I tried reopening the app 3 more times. Each time I did, the same thing would happen. Please fix this bug, it’s a pretty decent game and I would hate for it to die out because of this problematic bug. Another thing I would like to mention is the make-up feature. I understand that you guys need to make profit, however I think it would be awesome if at least a little bit of the make-up was free, so that if people liked it they could unlock more for money. Toca Boca hair salon is a really good game and I adored it when I was younger. This review most likely won’t be seen, or even taken account of, however I would be very grateful if you fixed the bug and considered what I mentioned.

My iPad FROZE😭😭😭. So I downloaded this app and when I open the app it immediately froze for a long time and I try everything I plugged in my charger I turned it on and off. It was just frozen. It’s amazing but could you add these things!!!😍👍. The game is great and to buy all of the bundles is not to expensive! I am probably to old for this game but I love it! Some really cool ideas for this game would be to add lip gloss into the makeup pack (if you have already bought it then it is just there) the lip gloss could have different categories like shiny and glittery for example! But it does not cover the lip stick! Another thing that would be so amazing would be if you added a feature where you could take a picture of someone and it turns them into an avatar with their hairstyle their faces and their eyes maybe even their clothes and you can save their clothes to the clothes area. Then you could put makeup on them and change their hair colour and style! It would be great if you could add these because it would be so much fun to do these on yourself and friends!!! Perfect! Just one thing you should add... Hello! The app is pretty good if your creative and have themes to dress up on but there are very little poses. Money hungry 💔🥀. I use to play this game years ago and still would here and there. I am 100% certain I paid for the makeup and now I can’t use it because there is a monthly subscription? Minimum being $7 a month just so I can use makeup? I would have preferred just paying once like $9 for it. Such a shame💔 This is why the games are slowly dying out. Just make the game cost money and the makeup. There is no need for monthly subscriptions so you can do 3 extra things? What a money grab🥀

The game isn’t the same across multiple devices!. Sometimes when I go to my cousin’s house, I will go to play Toca Boca hair salon. And everything is free, but when I downloaded it a few months later, I found out you need a subscription for characters & makeup. I told my cousin and she seemed confused because she thought everything in the game was free. She didn’t even know you could get a subscription. And she had everything, all the characters & make-up. I’m not saying that you should make her have to get a subscription but it’s not fair, your driving away people who want to play this game when you should be luring in players. But I also have some ideas for this game - a catalogue for what a customer wants. - you should be able to get coins for each happy customer and then use those coins to get the make-up and the other customers. - a world map where you can own multiple shops and earn more money, and being able to hire more people to help with your shops. - a runway with judges, if you have wifi, you can sign up to be a judge in a competition or something & you can earn more coins if you win. - if you don’t have wifi, you can have ai ( bot ) judges where they will give you a FAIR score. Please take my feelings into consideration for these ideas will expand the popularity of your game, getting more money and players instead of having to make kids cry because they can’t give their characters eyelashes!

Great game but… music. This game is quite fun, and I’m happy that at least one of the hair games are free although I wish they all were:(. I find that when I’m playing the music is obnoxiously loud compared to other apps like if I’m listening to something else and then open this app it overpowers. I think there NEEDS to be an option to mute the sound/ if there is already an option, then it needs to be made more obvious because I look so hard but can’t find it! I want to be able to play the game and listen/ watch something else at the same time

I love Toca, Boca and all the other games but like you have to pay to get the game passes and not everybody plays and I don’t wanna be with one of those people although I’m still not allowed to pay because my mum said no anyway that’s just not fair to me. Don’t download it if you’re not gonna pay money. I love it but you can only have four people and doesn’t like one’s hairstyle where you can kind of see their eyes. I find it looks good. It’s like a fringe. It’s really annoying because I want some different hairstyles and I really wanna put earrings on her, but I can’t because the hair goes over it and I was thinking The things that you like put on the earrings in the jewelry. Good but issues with the lasted couple updates. This app is very good and works well with kids but unfortunately a parent has to sign in everytime the app is opened which is quite annoying being asked multiple times in a spanned of 30 mins to login in. Also everytime you swipe to the hair cut section or the clothes section it pops the bottom menu open which has caused many tears in my household

I really like it but I recommend this for all of you if you know how to purchase the I suggest you do the purchase and pay money but I don’t do that. You can still create characters without doing at purchase. It’s a really good app. You don’t need to purchase if you don’t want to. You can still design a character is the worst. I’d have happily paid to unlock more bit by bit. But a monthly fee? Come on. Kids change what they are into so often. And we as parents have so much to worry about and struggle financially with all these price hikes with out having to remember to unsubscribe when the kids decide they don’t want the game anymore. Worth it I guess👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👎🏻. This isn’t the worst app but it isn’t necessarily the best. Lets start with the goods things about it. Firstly it’s layout is neatly presented and I can clearly see what’s what. Secondly it has lots of things to do to make your perfect 👌 look 👀 also it supplies with different things to do to make your character more interesting. Let’s have a look 👀 at the bad things about this. Firstly there has been some bugs which can be disturbing, fortunately it has been fixed. Secondly whenever you go to the section where you can brush the hair, make it longer and the scissors to cut the hair, sadly you can’t cut the hair properly because of the bottle to make the hair longer blocks the hair so you scant cut properly. Lastly I hate that putting on makeup 💄 in the game is not free. I can understand that but I certainly think you should make something free. It can discriminate some people. People that think they can’t afford it. Gladly it isn’t that expensive but still. Also what is the point of making stuff for like $1. Nice but more updates. So I really like this game, it’s not too hard to style hair, you can do many things, it’s quite fun but I would give it extra stars if they updated it more. I think this game should REALLY get more updates that aren’t just big fixes. Like add more tools, accs, people, etc. Also they locked a bunch of the people behind a paywall unfortunately. I think it would be nice to add more features like being able to see their full body and dress them up with more clothing pieces. It’s like the other games but I’d say better but I think it could be more unique or even just more fun with more content added. It’s still a fun game but make up is locked behind a subscription btw. I think you should totally download it but I think the devs could still make more content still making it appealing to young kids. Updates for holidays like Easter, Christmas, Halloween adding accs, clothes, or even juts decor. Fun game but more content please!

It’s useful to have a shower to pull down hair, but washes away the original makeup and to get it back our make your own you have pay! Unbelievable honestly. You need to fix this. This app froze my iPad. I really wanted to play this game so I downloaded it and as soon as I clicked on it it just froze. Like I was so scared that it was gonna destroy my iPad but it didn’t. After while it went back to normal, but I was so scared it was going to do the same thing if I clicked on it again so I just decided to Delete this app. please fix this bug. It’s good but doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work with my iPad 10 and every time I opened it, it would freeze and I couldn’t even turn my iPad off! We had to restart it. I fried a few times and every time this happens. We have another iPad that I play it on (we didn’t buy it just for that!) that works so I think it’s just my iPad gen. When I do play it it is well presented and fun. The possibilities are endless and hallarious. If I could add some thing it would be, add I little bit of the makeup free, like just the actual makeup, and add some kind of story like jobs that you could do to the people. Overall it’s a funny game with endless possibilities that is good fun for kids. Just watch out if you have a iPad 10!!!

Beautiful App, Just some suggestions.... This is my take on Toca Hair Salon 4. I’ve been playing Toca games ever since I was three, and seeing how much they’ve improved since the OG Toca Hair salon is absolutely awesome but there is a few things I need to mention: 1. The music is quite repetitive, so If you could, maybe add some more songs? 2. Challenges. After a while, Hair salon gets a bit boring, so adding some challenges as well as rewards, could make it more entertaining. 3. More Character designs. This one speaks for itself. The problems ☠️. First of all When I tell you brushing the hair is SO HARD! I mean it! I be spending my howl life time brushing the hair. Second why would you charge 6 dollars for makeup? Almost 5 stars.. I love this game, I am not a child but I have a lot of fun expressing myself through this game and I think the quality and the art style are gorgeous and I do not mind paying for the extra stuff and it was so cheap I think people need to calm the down there are apps out there that try to get you to spend hundreds on them this app I got every single pack for under twenty so I think it’s fair. However, my only problem is the makeup is very hard to do when the characters keep squishing and moving there faces. It causes lots of smudges and since there is no undo button or anything I keep having to wipe away half there makeup just because of a mistake on one part. I would really like an option to disable face movement while doing makeup it would make the game 5 stars for me, especially since I payed money for the makeup and things I just want to use them properly. (Also it would’ve been cool if the Halloween pack had spooky characters in it, like a witch with green skin or a Frankenstein type but this is just an idea and does not change my opinion of your great app)

Ehhhh. This app was free. I re-download the app then it said that there is a subscription fee and a 7 day free trial. I used to have the app and it was completely free and worked really well, now you have to pay!? I am very disappointed with the app and not happy at all. It is a really good app but ever since it was shared with piknik it was terrible. Now I can’t enjoy this app. It is so bad you should not get the app as it costs money and not worth to spend it on the app. I am fine with the in app purchases but paying monthly is not right for a kids game. Where’s the makeup?. Hi! I installed the game and really enjoyed playing it but I didn't like the in app purchases and I could only decorate the characters hair. I still kept playing but recently I noticed that now I could decorate them with accessories and take pictures WITHOUT buying that feature but I didn’t get the makeup feature and now I can’t see the shop on the home page so can someone help me get the makeup part on tell me that my new bits aren’t a glitch please. Play the game. I’ve changed my review of this game. Last time, I mentioned how annoying it was that the makeup wasn’t free. When you use the shower it just all runs off. But last time, I also didn’t realise there were more characters then the 4 I thought there were. This time I was playing the first game and it suddenly hit me, This game has developed so much since the first and if that change has happened, free makeup will one day in that near future (Hopefully!) be available. Anyway, I really love this game and it’s really satisfying so do play this game. If you like it, great, but please do something about the makeup. I just want to have the full experience. And can you move the growth hair bottle so you can get the full length of hair instead of it being obstructed by the bottle? Thanks again!

Didn’t think it would be better than the 3rd one 😩🤚. I love the app ( or game , whatever ) expect the fact that you have to pay to get makeup . I mean, it shows that you still have to buy makeup to look like how you want to look like. But honestly, I’m gonna start cosplaying Nagito komaeda from danganronpa and I need to see how I should do the makeup+ This is an educational game for kids right? I know $5.99 ( $6.00 ) is fine enough but maybe just lower it to $4.99 instead? It’s still a good amount of money since a lot of people play the game and buy things. Your allowed to make any hair style you can make and you can even dye the hair if you don’t want it to be brown,blonde,black etc. but you can only do colours a grade prep would remember but that’s fine. Recommend to any age ! It says “ 9-11 age “ but I think it would be fine for a few ages . It’s really childish but I think ages older than 11 may enjoy, it matters on what the person likes. Subscription rip-off. I’m at least giving it 3 stars because the game itself is actually realllyy good. Now, I haven’t played this in a while so somewhere in the time I haven’t played, a subscription has been added. When I first got this game, it was a once off payment for access to the whole game, and now today I’ve returned to play and at least half of the things in the game have been restricted to only being able use if I pay for a continuous subscription. I can understand if a subscription needed to expand budget for the game or whatever, but if you’re going to do that, can it at least only apply to new players who have never downloaded it before? Because, people who have played the game before, who have clearly made that once off payment, shouldn’t have to pay extra if they have already payed to have access to the entire game already. Now I can’t speak for other people, but I find this moderately frustrating, even if the once off payment wasn’t a lot… I still payed, for the entire game, already! In short, I’m sure the subscription is needed for the game’s budget… but it’s not fair for players who had payed the once off payment in the past.😕

It’s ok👍 but…Not really worth it 👎👎. If you have read the previous reviews you will probably already know that you HAVE TO PAY FOR MAKE UP, EXTRA CLOTHES AND 36 MORE CHARACTERS!!! When I first downloaded this app, I only saw 4 people, so I only played with 4 people. Later, I saw the others, and back then, they weren’t locked. I started creating lots of other characters, when later I updated it and they all locked! There is also more photo backgrounds, accessories and make up products that you need to buy of coarse. Honestly, I kind of regret downloading it, and keep it so others can play on it, but I still have fun making fun outfits and people. So I guess I recommend it, but If you download it, just be aware of the in-app purchases.

Really good game but one problem. So when I first got the game, it literally froze and I had to wait until it fell asleep and then I could play the game again but for some reason when I close the app and then go back into it it will not work like I can hear the music, but it’s just a blank white screen like I literally have to delete the game let it freeze and then wait for it to fall asleep then I can have the game working again but please try to fix the problem that I am having where when I close the game, it will not work but other than that it is a really good game

Used to be good…. I first got toca boca hair salon a few years ago as a fun game to play. Back then it was very enjoyable and most of the characters and activities were free. Now however ever since partnering with piknik, I no longer have access to the characters I once loved to style their hair. In addition to this, the constant new features to “unlock” makes the game kind of annoying and uninteresting to play. Good game but boring unless you pay for ALL the features, used to be really fun.

This game is really good!...but I have an idea you don’t have to add. So all of your games are really good no complaints but it’s just almost every game has you if you want your city or something like that to be cool you ALWAYS have to waste money like what if kids want it but they have no money? The game is glitchy. This game is glitchy and also why do u have to pay for makeup, the makeup is pretty pricey. Only 4 characters??. I remember when you had a total of 16 free characters to style. Not anymore!! Now you can only style 3 girls and 1 guy. To unlock the characters that were once free you have to now pay a ridiculous amount of money. It’s absolutely insane what kids game companines will do for you to pay money.

Outofthisworld. I love this game so much! Since I have got it, I’ve been non-stop playing it!! Though I do wish it could have some more makeup choices, and maybe some sparkles. I am also finding it difficult to draw on the face, but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. But other than that, this game is super amazing! I love how you can save the creation you made so you can always look at it and admire it. And go back and edit! I also have to put that the music is satisfying to listen to, though I think there should be a few more stations. But really, BEST GAME EVER!! 😄😄😄

Pretty fun. This game is pretty fun. I enjoy making people I know on the app. I enjoy free play without automatic finish. And also stretching the limits like not having a quest to do. My reasoning for 4 stars are a few suggestions. 1): Please make more tools for the facial hair. I’d enjoy a poofy feaiure. 2): Make more things free like makeup but of course limited making the player be able to do more 3): Last but my most urgent request. Please make it easier to use the brush. When I brush forward it covers the face. Please make a feature where you can change the head angle to move the hair. Thank you! Good. If I could rate n 4.5, I would. It is super fun! I absolutely love It! You can do any hair style you could think of! It doesn’t have many ads, thankfully, and it is just fun in general. You can add different accessories to match your style of hair! Now, why I give it 4.5 stars, is because you have to pay for makeup. Which I get, but most of the characters start of with makeup, and when you get their hair wet, it comes off. I want to wash their hair, indeed I do, but I want the makeup to stay on. It is really cheap to buy the makeup pack, but I just don’t get why you need to pay for it. Anyway, it is an amazing app other than that! I play it when I am bored, and non-entertained. Thank you!

Really good game, needs some improvements!. Toca boca games are really fun and realistic, they are also super cute when you get to dress them up and play with them! Some improvements that I’ve noticed if you could make them happen! I also hope that once you read this text you can please respond. Fantastic for literally anyone. This game is fantastically fun. You can style hair however you want, choose from cute clothing and adorable accessories, all without a single ad. There are in-app purchases for makeup and more clothes, but they aren't pay-to-win or anything like that. The closest thing to that is the makeup, for 3.99. The game is fantastic with again, no ads. I absolutely recommend for anyone creative or just bored. See ya! QUICK EDIT There is definitely a lot of confusion over the controls. In total, there are 16 models, but 12 of them are kind of 'hidden'- they're on different pages. To access said pages, there are little triangles in the corner of the 'scrapbook'. Press them to move left or right through the pages. And there are more than 4 save slots- all you have to do is add more and scroll with the same feature as above. For the different sections of the stations, swipe up on the table to access the boxes. Tap them to change the stuff on the table. And that's it! See ya for real!

Is this app abandoned?. I love this app and have played the toca hair apps for a long time. But I recently re-downloaded this app and there are several bugs that weren’t a problem before. And then I see that the last update was a year ago…is it abandoned? If so I’m really bummed because with the bugs right now it is unusable. I was so excited to play it again and there really aren’t any games like it, at least that appeal to me. Please don’t abandon this game developers! I would give 5 stars if the bugs are fixed but right now I would give it 0 since it’s unplayable, I gave three because I’m hoping that these bugs will be fixed!

Very weird game in general 😐😡. I got this game 3 days ago and l was really enjoying it and then when this happened...l was going to make my dad so l got this brown character with the red headband and what happened was that every time l washed his hair he made a weird moaning sound. this shocked me because THIS IS A KIDS GAME, WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS? I Don’t know if you guy are trying to making realistic. But please fix this it makes me very scared, it almost sounds like if someone is having sex 😡😡 Now l want to talk about the characters... Great app but one problem. This is a great app and I love it. The style is great and so are all the things you can do. The only reason I’m not giving this app five stars is because of the fact that it cost money to have any accessories or make abilities. I know it makes sense to have something to be able to earn money from this app but I would prefer it if there’s at least some sort of make up ability you can do without paying. I think virtual money would also be a great I Idea from doing haircuts. This is a great app overall and is super fun. I would like to see this improvement to the app but otherwise I have no problems.

Love this game but some ideas!. Hi there! This game is great I just have some problems suggestions and some ideas for improvement. First of all, I think you should add game money to the game because some players want to buy the clothing and accessories packs, but can’t afford it so maybe after a player is finished with a round, they can get coins as a reward. I also think players could make a character to look like them, for example they can pick eye color, head shape, and skin color. Maybe there could be a mode to compete with a friend and at the end the game votes to see who the best looking character is. The problem: I do think that when a player is working on a character it can be annoying or frustrating when the character moves, which can lead to messing up I think that instead of the character moving on his/her own, the player could move the character’s head and body to make it easier all around. Sorry about this long review, I truly think this game is amazingly fun just how it is but think about some of my suggestions that could improve the game. Thank you bye!

A good game. It’s a well organized game and can definitely be sorted as a rainy day activity or simply to pass time. One thing that I think could be improved is that more features could be provided. I understand that there is multiple choices to do with your character and there are many options although only one main part can be accessible. If others are like me, I downloaded this game, especially because of the extra features like makeup. I was disappointed that I had to pay but the hair salon part is still high in quality. Apart from that I think this is a great game for people of all ages and should definitely be recommended. ☝️😃

Honestly, still great. I remember back then when i was younger there was a toca boca hair salon and i loved it! As i was searching through their games again i saw this and i downloaded it. It brought back memories! So basically if your looking to download this and your bored you should try it out! It has many different hair styling features that i was impressed with and you can style the character with accessories and clothing now! And the best part is always the hair dryer after a hair wash :’) one down side is the makeup part cost money but im not to upset about it since i dont really mind and its quite affordable Overall its a fun game to play and i highly recommend it if your bored

Game is great!! Slight problems💀. Perfect game for those out there who are bored. This game has a very nice aesthetic and feeling. I really recommend! The slight problems I have is that when using the brushes, you can’t move one slight hair piece to make it look more natural. So instead of looking like a bun for example, it looks like a big sort of blob. One more slight problem I have noticed was that the people you start off with will come with makeup already added. However if that is the case, makeup should be free. Great game!! Would totally recommend, and not bad enough for me to delete!

Wow! 🤩😍 Would be 5 stars but.... Hi! I recently downloaded this game and I’m loving it! It’s soooo fun! There’s so many options - from beards and mustaches to clothes and makeup! Although, about the makeup... I honestly think you should make it so you don’t have to pay for it, like with the shirts and everything, where you have some stuff but not all of it. I also find it really annoying that the shower washes off the makeup, because if you don’t have the makeup bought, then you can’t put it back on your character. So if one of those things was changed I would give it 5 stars, 100%. Otherwise, this is an amazing - and I mean AMAZING - game that I love. Thanks to whoever takes the time to read this! ❤️

Make-up for 4 dollars??. So, I saw this game from Tick-tock and was shook! I’ve always wanted a game where I’m in control of the make-up! So I download this game, and can’t find the makeup, then I click the shop and it says “3.99” and I grow angry! I have 2.12 in my account, very disappointed that it’s not .99 like everything else. I hope you change it or make it free cause that’s the reason why I downloaded this in the first place. I also hope you know, most users of your apps are little children, most of the kids don’t have this money so they have to go beg their parents for 3.99 for MAKEUP. Love all your apps have been playing them for a long time but this is just dissatisfying.. please fix it..

Eh... First of all, I was excited to download the app be the hair AND the makeup. But it turns out the MAKEUP was a in-app purchase! Maybe just add some shades of eyeshadow and some colors of lip sticks? And some blush. In the in-app purchase you can add some glittery shades of eyeshadow and tattoos. Also foundation is good too!(But it’s optional) You should really add more choices of clothing. Because sometimes my clothes don’t match the the haircut. You should add your customer’s feedback of how good the haircut was. Also, more choices of customers. There are very few choices of them. Now last suggestion. A spa! Now this is EXTREMELY optional, but please add a spa with a face mask, cucumbers for the eyes and some cream to heal the red stuff (I forgot what it’s called) Now, that’s it! I’d give it 5 stars if you at least add the makeup and the customer feedback. Bye! ☺️

Entertaining and calming. I played a few of the Toca Boca games as a kiddo in the early 2010’s and I wanted to revisit it because my mental health hasn’t been doing so well and I needed a new way to cope. Every time I have a sensory overload or anxiety attack I go to this game to calm down, which usually works pretty quickly. For being free with in-app purchases, it’s a pretty fair amount of instant content that you don’t need to buy. Not only this, but the things you can buy are at a reasonable price in my opinion. This is a great game for young kids and even teenagers, taken that I’m 14.

Highly Disappointed. I understand and appreciate all the hard work that goes into these games. So thank you and for putting out new content.. That being said this was a way step down from the previous hair salon 3. Like I adore the hair salon 3 and also 2. Three is my favorite game and I’ve played it for years and have shown it to people of all ages. They have also loved it so much. I’m 23 haha. Anyways. Wouldn’t mind better graphics and more realistic but artistic animations. Makeup would be cool too. Less accessories maybe. Well I mean it’s a kids game but maybe y’all need to make an adult one! I would pay for that. This review is all over the place. But anyways The colors are too crazy and blend in and the art is too distracting. I hope the next salon is better. I’m sorry ): I just seriously hate this. The beard gets in the way. You should have a separate button. The layout is so hard to use. Everything is so crammed and distracting. The swipe up makes the screen with the phone format go crazy. There’s many other things. And if you don’t purchase the makeup it gets all messed up in the hair washing process and you can’t fix it. There should be options. Idk. Sorry but it just is so sad to see it peak and then go down from there.

You guys set your standards too high. A lot of people are saying it is a rip off because you have to buy the makeup. I actually downloaded this for free during the time it offered. It is amazing! A lot of reviews say the customers look weird, but it is the style. I really like the bohemian look in the salon too, and I also like how you can change the tunes. Also, most customers come with makeup so you can just pick one with makeup you like. In order to make bangs, I like to brush all the hair up and then cut the bang hair. Then I brush it back down. It is an awesome app for one that you can get free. Toca Boca is great! 👍🏻

Difficult but fun. Good game, fun to play, but annoying how when you try to cut hair that is below the shoulders it won’t let you because it thinks you’re trying to swipe to the next station, and sometimes they move so much so fast that you cut a completely different section because they were making a “face”, and there’s way too much stuff that you have to pay for and free game. also, whenever I put the shower on them they get these red smudges on their face that looks like acne or scars that only come off with a towel, what even is that?The brush is also very difficult do use considering when you try to move one strand it moves half of their hair.

Love this game….one issue though. This game is amazing and I love every second I spend playing it but I wish that the makeup was free. I get that this game doesn’t have ads and the reason why is because people have to pay for the makeup, more avatars and more clothing and accessories. This game… has changed me. So, I was playing this game and saw a person with green ish lips and they were low key a vibe. So naturally I immediately went to go get them done at a tattoo shop. When I left people were making fun of me! 😭😞 I went home and my mother looked at me and THREW UP! Out of humiliation I IMMEDIATELY left the country. I decided to go to Belgium because I thought they might have good waffles. When we landed I started playing again and saw a girly pop with orange hair. I RAN to go get it done. As soon as I left the hair salon looking like an OOMPA LOOMPA severely depressed, I went back to my apartment. I just want you to know that you have an extremely impressionable game, PLEASE do NOT do this!!!

But you are smart and know how to program an OK game, just make it better. Very very very glitchy. OK are you should have this game but I got it again because my tablet time is broke so I thought I could get it again so I got my tablet fixed and I got this game again and it was not the best because before it was not glitchy at all. It was a very good game but now when I get on it, it either shows a black screen or a white screen and it said in it just shuts down and it freezes your entire grade. You can’t even turn it off so you have to hold the button down restart the entire device and it’s so annoying and so my mom just told us we should probably not play the game and I really really really agree with her, I hope y’all have a good day, and I hope this review helps bye

An Idea. Hey, Toca Boca!! I loved this super funky-fresh game you’re made!! The characters are super cool, and I love the updated hair tools, too. I was also going to suggest a games like this-“Toca Dentist”. I could be sort of the same set up as this...You know, where you have your character and the tools are on a platform underneath?? You should be able to put braces on in a station...Pull a tooth in a station...Put new teeth in in a station...Do X-Rays and cavity checks....Oh, abd there should be laughing-gas at a few on the stations...It would be funny if the characters could react to it by either falling asleep for a bit or going goofy-faced for a bit...This is just and idea, but i known you can make it into an amazing game!!

It's all right.... I enjoy the toca boca apps, and have almost all of them! This app is fun, but sometimes I get bored. Otherwise it's great and I have a pretty good experience. Also I have one problem. Whenever I finish working on a character, it kicks me out! I have to go back in and start it again, which is annoying, I appreciate you making this game and now your probably busy but if you can please fix this! Also, it freezes sometimes, then the the screen turns blank and I get kicked out, and when I come in it's slow. Otherwise it's a fun game to stop boredom!

Fun but annoying….. This is a fun game, but I don’t know if anyone else has this problem. The arrows to see more options for people, just don’t exist! Therefore, I only have 4 options of people to play with.. I have had this problem for, let’s just say a while, and it’s at the point where I don’t even want to play the game anymore.☹️ Every time I go to play the game, I think “ maybe the arrows will be back!!” But no, they are still on this little vacation that I don’t approve of.. So game creators, PLEASE fix this🙁 p.s. I have tried to delete the game and get it again, but the arrows just don’t want it come back.

Good but some suggestions. So I recently Judy’s downloaded this game and don’t get me wrong it’s good, it’s just the hairstyles are pretty hard to do. For example, you don’t have access to rubber bands so you can’t do cute hairstyles like a ponytail, a bun, pigtails and much more. When it comes to styling the client’s hair it’s hard to have a lot of options and I usually end up putting the hair to the side most of the time. I also think that the client’s should look like they ACTUALLY need a makeover because when I pick a client I want to give them a makeover but they already look good if you know what I mean. Overall, I think this game has a good concept and is pretty fun to play.

Needs improvements.. The game is really fun but there are some glaring problems: The makeup interface is really hard to work with as the characters refuse to sit still and you cannot get a closer look. I think this would be improved by making them stay still. I would also like body details to be added that are cosmetic but not removable- freckles and such. Maybe a more “realistic” tool set? There is also bug where the hair would have missing parts after it’s saved. A suggestion would be have more to do at the washing station. Like skincare in things. Dirty hair, pimples, blemishes, oily skin etc. otherwise this game is really fun.

Love it! Suggestions for new updates. I must say I’m surprised at The amount of negative reviews when all I see is a fantastic app! I’m very happy with the price, the additions and I’ve enjoyed playing it quite a bit so far. Suggestions for future updates: I would love the braid option to come back, it was a great style for POC characters especially so that would be cool to see again. More glasses as accessories, and more piercing options! I like that I can try and make that one earring into a nose ring but smaller hoops or studs could be awesome to turn into lip or eyebrow rings and add some additional style. More makeup control. I love playing with the makeup but it’s a little too unwieldy and I often end up smearing the eyeliner or lipstick and having to redo multiple times. I’d also love some more makeup options like highlighter, eyebrow pencils, more lash options (maybe fuller and more dramatic?) Otherwise thanks for a great app and I look forward to new updates!

I love it but.... Don’t get me wrong I love this game. I think it has great diversity and it’d super fun to put new hairstyles on them. There are just a few problems. First the game is pretty much the same as Toca hair salon 3 when you don’t want to or can’t bye the makeup and clothes. I was pretty disappointed when I found out that you have to pay if you want to put any makeup on your character. Also I was a bit disappointed when I found there was no option for braids. That was one of the main things that got me excited about Toca hair salon three. All in all I like the app despite it being a lot like the previous one. Thank you for your time if you read this.

Very good, but…. This is a very nice game, but there are some things that are a little aggravating. #1 whenever I try to buy something from the shop, I put in my date of birth, and it just says “something went wrong” and that annoys me because I want to buy the bundle and expand what I can do in the app. #2 I feel like there should be more character options, then we could see what styles would look better on different characters. #3 when you’re going to take a picture of the character that I styled, there are only a few backgrounds, I’d put more backgrounds. Overall, very good game, I’d just add/change a few things.

Please just read.... I do love most of Toca’s apps but what I really dislike, is that the best games cost money. It’s really annoying because I’ve always wanted to play Toca Nature but, of course it’s 3.99. I just hope that in the future, you’ll make more of your apps not have to cost money, or cost less. It’s just a thought and you don’t have to do it. I don’t want anyone sending hate to this review, for it’s just my opinion. But more about this app, I really do love it and the fact that you can add facial hair is really cool! I do like that all the characters are free and there is only a few things that you have to buy to unlock. Overall this app is really good and I recommend it for many people.

Best hair salon game I have played. I love this game. It is fun to style the people’s hair and window shop in the shop and there are a lot of customers like there are 50 or something I’m 11 and this is still a pretty good game maybe adults even like it sorta. The Photo Booth allows you to take pics of the characters and you can change their outfit and accessories. The makeup 💄 looks cool but I do not have it because it costs money. But still my customers look pretty cool without the makeup and even though they don’t look as good as the model ones you see in the App Store I did my best. I think I will be like, playing this game until I am 20

I loved this app so much. I really loved this game but although i wish the make up pack was cheaper or free but other then that everything was great, but maybe when you make another toca hair salon maybe make it be able to turn it around so you can do front and back. I am 10 years old and this game has made me more interested in your apps and other things i even made really funny and weird characters on my moms phone with the make up but i dont have the make pack on my ipad I think everyone should do 5/5 stars this was really fun and high-quality ❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁-Liah

A couple things could be improved. I think a couple hair pieces should be added to the back of the head of the character, so long hair doesn’t look so thin behind the shoulders. The black eyeshadow doesn’t work for darker skins and should definitely be fixed. The lipstick only does one shape, instead of changing to fit the character’s lip shape. A bigger curly hair texture? Something like Hollywood-style that will look good short (the current curly hair doesn’t look short). More natural hair colors. Especially a blonde and hazel brown that looks good on tan and darker skins. Adding contour and concealer for makeup with a blending sponge for different makeup looks.

Pretty good. So I really like this game it’s relaxing and creative but I have some problems with it. So it’s free witch I really do like but there’s in app purchases and I was really looking forward to putting on makeup to the customer but turns out YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY! Like no in not paying real MONEY to put on makeup to a computer and after a while this game can get pretty boring and tools are kinda hard to pick up. Like one time I was doing a customers hair and I picked up a tool but “apparently” I was still on another tool so when I thought it was on the tool I wanted I used it and it totally messed up my customers hair and I had to do it all over again and also this game is kinda glitchy.

Why it went to good to bad... Well I would leave a 5 star I’m and adult who love to play games with freedom and love styling things I love the make up pack and accessories pack I was was going to get it/ buy in my new iPad since I think it would of enhanced the experience with pencil but it’s when I discovered that it now has a subscription with games I don’t want to play I just wanted to buy the make up pack and that all but it’s seem they went with a route wich I’m guessing is more profitable but not worth for the consumer just a subscription for virtual make up.. it would of been fun if they added with seperate purchases like an option to have subscription or just do one time pay for this certain “pack” but I respect their decesion but this is my personal opinion!

Great game! (Ish). This is such a good game! I love the diversity and graphics but there are a few problems. Being an older kid and all the hair gets annoying when making specific styles and the braids should come back! Also I would recommend being able to turn your character around! And don’t forget easier pony tails. I am aware that the turning around thing would be a whole new mechanic but I would live to see it! Also I’ve seen people complaining about the make up pack. Few problems in a good game. So I really like this game, it’s fun to do in my spare time and when I’m bored. As great as it is, there are a few things I feel like should be made. First of all, tweezers, that would be really fun to tweeze the people’s eyebrows and would open up more possibilities on what you want your character to look like. Second, whenever I’m trying to carefully cut the persons hair, or do really anything that requires focus, they move and it gets really frustrating because they don’t stop moving and swaying their heads around. Lastly I just wanted to say that I really like Toca games, they are really fun to do and just experiment with stuff, I want to thank the creators for every single game that they have ever made because they technically made my childhood 💕😅

Great, but disappointing and deceitful.. I love this app! My sister does too!!! If you love hair styling you must get this app! But why does it say that you can put makeup in them? Because you CAN’T. Please allow there to be makeup WITHOUT paying for it! This makes the game boring and I don’t really play it after styling one person’s hair. It says you can do makeup and face paint, but really you can’t! That’s just disappointing and deceitful. Also, where’s the settings? I want to look at FAQs, but I can’t find it anywhere! I know it exists because I saw a review’s developer response say so! Please allow there to be a settings! And FAQs! Please consider all of this it would make the game a lot better.

It’s great but.... I love it it’s a great game! But... every time I exit some thing or click some thing it kicks me then I have to rejoin and also there some glitches like it will look like they have scars and there eyelashes will go every were and this game took almost half of my games :( and also I did that and I have to pay money for make up D:< but that just bad stuff I’ll talk about good stuff well first of all I like how you can choose clothes and hats and spray there hair usually I don’t see games that have it and yes its kind of boring but at least it dosent give you millions of adds like most games and just to make this clear please make the big brush work better :,)

Love the game, a few bugs!. I am addicted to this game for reasons I cannot fully understand. Apart from the adorable character, outfit, and accessory designs, I think it’s just appealing to my inner child who used to play make up and dress up games on sketchy, pop-up ad infested websites. Absolutely adore the upgrades from the previous salon games in the same title. I am encountering a bug where the hair tool used to thicken and create a more kinky-hair/Afro look is glitching out when I return to the client page. Sometimes I try to save the look but it doesn’t save how I left it, often showing the character with no hair in certain areas. I’ve only really encountered this issue on the black woman with the blue lipstick. Not sure what to do about that. I also will echo some other reviews and say it’s difficult to manage longer hair—styling it or coloring it at the ends. All in all though, I love this game and will play it everyday. It’s relaxing and fun during my breaks at work or from class. Haven’t purchased all the packs yet but I will get there eventually.

It needs work. So first I looked at the game and it looked pretty fun so then I downloaded it I started playing with it and it needs some work so first of all I use that hair stuff that makes your hair grow and it turns out uneven so I start cutting it I want the hair to be long but it doesn’t let me do that It only let you cut really short . Next I really want to do make up so I go to the make up thing and it’s locked so I’m like I wonder what it cost so I look and it says 4DOLLARS just for a game .And also whenever I try to brush or cut and shave it doesn’t work Like Basically when I was using the comb it switched to the brush when I was using the brush it switched it to come when I was using scissors it switched his brush sometimes when I was using brush it with scissors and I’m really unhappy with that .thats alllllllllllllll

Good, but something’s wrong with mine and maybe others.. I’m just a 9 year old, but I’m capable of lots. While I was trying to play I wanted to buy the makeup pack so I gave my mom the money for it. Except the shop is unavailable. No big deal right? Next day pass and I find myself checking the shop AGAIN. And sure enough, unavailable. Like 2 hours later I check again. Not working. Another day passes by without it working then another and other till today. It’s still not working and I don’t know what to do! I have closed the tab then opened again multiple times and it still didn’t work.
