Invoice for Stripe App Reviews

Surcharge. This app is not made by Stripe, but they charge an extra percentage fee on every payment that you collect. It is deeply hidden within the Stripe dashboard. Just by simply sending out an invoice using this app, a percentage of each transaction is paid to the app developer. This is misleading because it doesn’t state anything in the app description about not being free. The only way to know that you have been charged is after a payment has been made, and there is no way to undo that. If you are sending out large payments, or even payments over $100, this percentage will certainly add up. Considering Stripe already charges pretty high fees as compared to physical credit card machines, this is such a burden upon small businesses.

Seems to do what I need. So far so good. I like the option of either using a credit card or a bank transfer.

Great at first but does anybody work here??. Very smooth once everything is set up. However I need to make payment method changes but there is NO WAY TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE!! I’ve reached out with the only option on the app and have been waiting OVER AN HOUR for a response!! Now I have money floating in thin air because it’s impossible to communicate and make changes.

Not quite what I was looking for.... Update: originally, I gave the app 3-stars (see the following paragraph). But, when I tried to log out of the app prior to deleting, the feature was not available. Instead, when I selected the log out function, I was taken to my customer page. This app needs work before you share sensitive financial information. I have invoice drafts in my Stripe dashboard. I downloaded this app hoping I could update them on on the go. I could create a new invoice, but don’t have edit access to the existing ones. With that feature, I would give it 5-stars.

Seamless and fast. App works seamlessly. Was able to send customer an invoice and get paid very quickly. The support team is very helpful and responsive and implemented some feature requests in a matter of days.

Reoccurring payments. You can’t make reoccurring payments like a monthly subscription for your clients.

Payments. 7 days ago I sent a invoice and it was paid. The money still is not in my account. I have no way of reaching out to anyone about my concern. I’m hate it here. And I can’t log out or anything. This app is trash!

Just needs a few things.... I love how simple this app is. It gets the job done. However, I have a features wish list. It would be nice to have the ability to: 1 - Add a customer from my contacts instead of having to look up my customer’s info and type it in. 2 - Save items and easily add them to an invoice. 3 - Add a discount to the invoice. 4. See a preview of the invoice before sending.

Works as described. Works fine super simple interface.

Literally has 1 function. Serves no function other than to add customers to your customer database, and even that extremely limits the amount of information you can enter about the customer. This app does not integrate with your Stripe account aside from login purposes and customer database. Your saved products do not appear in the app and you are severely limited in customization of products compared to the website. Also, your invoice templates do not integrate from the website and invoice customization capabilities are severely limited compared to the website. To make matters worse, you can’t even accept payments credit card payments for physical card present transactions with this app. Complete waste of time, this app 👎

Wow! I’m impressed!!. Stripe is one of the best apps I’ve used for my business. Everything is tied together so well and the information pooled is completely in synch. Makes my life after work so nice. I’m finding my life balance due to my not having to worry about the organizational piece of my financials as much. Thank you Stripes! Keep up the good work.

Scam. Total Privacy Trap – Cannot Delete Data Warning: This app makes it nearly impossible to log out or delete your account. It feels like they are intentionally holding user data hostage. I’ve searched every setting and there is no option to wipe my information. Extremely shady practices—stay away if you value your privacy.

Don’t download this App!. I have sent out 3 invoices customer has paid from their end but I have never received the money in my account. I followed the instructions and did everything correctly but I have not received any money.
