Does not work.. Plain and simple, the BlueBoard updater doesn’t connect, either to my iPad or my MacBook Pro. Nowhere on the BlueBoard app does it tell you what firmware version is installed. Click on the help link that is supposed to take you to the manual, and again, nothing. I’ve read several online troubleshooting blogs, they all say the same. No response from the mfg. or if there was any at all, it was several days before they responded. Disappointing to say the least.

Blue board doesn’t work. I spent $100 for something that stopped working. Very disappointed no updates in 4 years. What do I do now? Please do something it’s extremely frustrating.

Does NOT work!, useless app and product!!. Do not waste your time with this app or the BlueBoard, IK multimedia has abandoned the product, just see the amount of bad comments here with absolutely no response from IK multimedia or the support forums with the same issue, shame on them because they keep selling it knowing it’s an abandoned product!, Apple should remove this app and you should NOT buy ANY IK multimedia products!

Unprofessional. It is unprofessional to put out a product that does not work and then not respond to your customer base.

Still won’t connect. Flashing “D” but it doesn’t find the blueboard. Can you update this so it works?

Useless. Tired of watching the "D" flashing in front of me. Let me know when you get something that can really update the firmware.

Worthless. IK or Apple need to remove this from the App Store. Plain and simple, it doesn’t work. And, as others have mentioned, updating the hardware this is written for doesn’t work using any method. The app is a waste of time, and the product is, frankly, a waste of money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR — RETURN YOUR BLUEBOARD, DELETE THE IK APPS, AND BUY A PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT.

Useless as it never connects to the BlueBoard. I tried several times from my iPad and it never connected to the BlueBoard. I got to watch the “D” switch flashing and the app spinning. Not what I hoped for or needed. Disappointing because I have to many of iRig’s products that I love.

Worked for me. Once the firmware is updated the board can be used without the app. The app is necessary sometimes and works as advertised and expected. Very nice actually

Doesn’t connect. Yup, just spins it’s wheel and never makes a connection with the BlueBoard - therefore, it’s useless.

Doesn’t work. Disappointed. Please ikmultimedia DO SOMETHING or please remove this app from the App Store. Also just to point out, your website is so confusing. I have 2 different irig mics, irig pro and the BlueBoard, not to mention apps for the Mac ,iPhone and the iPad. If you give any value to your customers please change or we do the changing

No. Does not work. Apparently there is no way to update firmware. I’ve tried on Mac, windows, and iOS. This is ridiculous.

Zero stars. Typical of IK multimedia. Does not connect😡 ...tried to update the BlueBoard to “solve” another one of my problems with this product.

Will not connect to blue board. No matter how many times I try, it will not connect to the app to update. It connects fine to the blue board app but not the updater. Is there another way to get the board in update mode other than holding the D button while powering on?

Garbage. Just like everyone else said. This app does not work at all. Have not been able to update firmware by wire either. Without firmware update BlueBoard will not communicate with other apps such as Quantiloop. I am now strongly regretting my blueboard purchase.
