Just doesn’t work. The Mutually Well program seems amazing on the website. The access to gyms alone more than justifies the approximate $30 a month price tag. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to be able to get into a single gym because the ones on the website do not populate within the app. So close to being great but as it is now, don’t waste your money.

New User finds this app Inoperable, very disappointed the Co sponsoring didn’t even test the app?. Do Not download or use! Terrible!

User unfriendly. I made an error when entering DOB and the system would not allow correction. I deleted the account to re-create with correct information and the app will not accept my email address. States that the email address is already registered. Mutually Well customer service was useless. She kept telling me that there is no way to delete an account.

High hopes dashed. I had high hopes for this app but after two years I am totally disappointed it’s clunky and I agree with another reviewer that you have to completely log out or close out and log back in to move about within the app. Also on my iPhone I cannot get full screen access to the information and it’s not a matter of downsizing the viewing area.

Terrible app. I have to restart my phone or reinstall the app in order to naviagate. Awful!!

Worst app ever. How can they even call this a working app. It’s clunky, it’s only randomly pulls up your membership card. You can’t download your membership or put it in your phone wallet. Most of the time it just sits there with that circle going round and round and never does anything.

Deceived. I got Mutual of Omaha insurance and with their welcome packet they said to download this app for discounts on chiropractic, massage, fitness clubs, etc. That is sooo misleading. All they want to do is sell more insurance!!! As this all comes with a “membership fee” of $25+ a month!!! I give them a FAIL.

Worthless app. This app starts with somewhere in the middle of the country. No gyms or anything found. No way to put in location. Online works with web page. Why put out an app that is completely useless?

They need to fix all the bugs with an update. This app barely works. I’m not happy with it. They need to release an update and fix all of the bugs. I don’t think they ever will though they are a greedy company.

Not helpful. Have never found anything with this app. I just tried again after relocating. It looks for locations but reports none within 50 miles of me in Kansas, but I live in East Tennessee! Really?

The app keeps telling me I did not enter the correct login or password when I know I have since I have no issues login the the Website!!!

Have to close app for new search. The app is OK. However, after I do a search and select a result, there is no way to close that selection and go back to the search results or another option. I have to close out the app completely, reopen the app, agree to the policies, and renter my search criteria. This should be part of basic app design. Please fix.

Useless. The app on my iPhone is absolutely useless it just spins and will not connect to my account. I have to go to my laptop to get info. And now that is not working says I am not attached to that account. I called and asked for help to no avail. Sent an email today still waiting.

Not very useful. No tracking of fitness activity is disappointing.

Not helpful. Was hoping for guided exercise program as company suggested but the app only names exercises you should do, no “how to”, so unless you already know how to do a variety of lunges planks and squats the guide isn’t much good. Also, as other have noted the app is crummy to navigate through. I actually didn’t believe it could be as poor as other reviewers said, but it is. Waste of time and phone space. Am deleting it.

Are You Kidding Me?. First let me say that I am very happy that the mutually well program is a part of my insurance package. I had the opportunity to use it today at planet fitness, and the experience was seamless. Now having said that this app is laughable! It’s like something that was written by a summer intern. On my iPhone the letters don’t fit into the space where you see Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday etc. Trying to search for location is a challenge. I put in a particular city and there was no way to back out of it so I had to keep closing the app to check different suburbs in my geographic area. This has the feel of someone who either try to do it yourself or higher to summer intern with absolutely no skills. Come on people! It’s 2020. Getting an app developed is a really low cost of entry proposition. Let’s try to do better so that a great program at least looks like something that is polished, professional, and easy to navigate
