Location and Age. Overall pretty good. It would be helpful to have a age dial. Because when you put in the age as 17 or so you have 13 years old popping up. And the location, there should be a radius option

Diamonds. There should be more ways to earn diamonds than just sharing and collecting 100 every day. Maybe watching an ad for 100

Terrible!!. When I got the app it said u didn’t have to be 17+ but now today is changed my hole account and said u had to be 18 or older which doesn’t make sense because there were kids that we’re 13 on there just yesterday and that just makes me so mad😡😡

Need to update. So I got this app and it works and I found some friends but now every time I try to go to the app it kicks me out I have to try 100 times so I can get to the app but now it won’t let me go to it no more. So you guys need to fix that.

Can we buy diamonds. I like this app way better then hoop or wink because it shows where the state they live in is not just the united states but can we add an option to buy ruby’s or whatever because i want to add more ppl then 10 a day

Bots and porn. I’ve meet a few nice people on this app but every other person is either a bot or a girl who is trying promote her only fans or sell her nudes, it’s very very annoying and frustrating.

Location. It has the complete wrong state for my location and there is no option to change it

Please update. I live in United States I don’t want to receive anyone outside of the United States I keep getting people from United Kingdom and other places please make it for where you are you add people who live near you

Worst. If I could I would give it no stars because it doesn’t even connect to your Snapchat, it always pops up something went wrong. I have currently been trying for two days now and still pops up the same thing, technical issue and bugs needs to be fixed.

Great. Great app only thing is you guys should add away to get more rubies maybe like a short 30 second add and u get some many rubies after each ad u watch but other than that its great

Why Can’t I Delete An Account?. Whenever I try to delete this app and the account, I can always access all of the data again when I go back to see if it actually deleted. This is frustrating because it means that this company still has my data even after I requested them to remove it. This is obviously not good. There needs to be a way to actually delete the account, data, and login method. I am using my Apple ID, and it doesn’t make me very comfortable knowing that this company still has it after I “delete” it from their app and databanks. This needs to be fixed.

I never wrote a review ever but I had to say this. My camera is messed up so all the photos I use are old and you are requiring us to take a multi shot photo that I really don’t feel like doing. I was going to use this app but I’m deleting it just because of that.

I really love this app more than Wink or Hoop because u can actually see what the state is not just United States, but with this new update I can’t see it anymore and it’s frustrating a little. Uploading pictures. Some pictures don’t even fit the screen but others do when trying to add pictures to my profile. And all my pictures were taken from snapchat so how can they not all fit my screen??!

Cant delete my account, can a developer delete it for me?. I have deleted my account many times, but when I log back into the app, it recovers it. I’m in an relationship and more mature now and I no longer need the app. I’ve tried everything, even deleting iCloud data and it still won’t delete. Can I please get some help!

It’s okay. It’s good in the sense that it gives you people actually near you, butttt it’s annoying cause there are way to many bots! You need to get your stuff together to get rid of bots and make sure people have their correct age

Still can’t delete profile. I created a profile a long time ago, linked it to a snap I got rid of using my Apple passcode. I’ve tried numerous times since then to delete my profile so that I could relink it to my current snap, and despite it acting as if it’s doing just that, every time I try to use it, it takes me straight back to my old profile linked to a snap that doesn’t exist.

Won’t let me press next.. So i got to the part where it asks for your age, so I put my age and tried to press next but for some reason it’s not working.(when I press “next” it doesn’t take me to what’s next). So if you can please tell me what to do to fix this problem that’ll be great! 👍🏽

More ways of getting rubies. We need more ways of getting rubies/ most of my friends already have this app so they can’t slide up or don’t want to. At least give us like a chance to watch ads or something, I do like the app itself though that’s the only problems, the rubies 😕

Terrible. I’m scared!!. I tried deleting both of my accounts, and everytime I do so, I can still log in and see all of my previous data present! This is very nerve wracking and makes me feel anxious!! Both accounts are linked to the same snapchat and email address, I’m not sure what i’m supposed to do. I recently emailed customer service asking for assistance. Hopefully I receive an answer that is effective and helpful to my reoccurring issue. Will keep updated.

How do I message people. Whenever you swipe yes on someone, you pretty much never see them again. I can’t message them, nor can I see if they even added me back. How do I see this?

deleting accounts doesn’t work and you can only sign in using apple ID. tried making a new Z Bae profile and i deleted my account shortly after i figured out i can only sign in using apple ID and it loads me back into my account

This is stupid. I have to wait 24 hours to get more gems or share the app on my Snapchat story when literally none of my folks are gonna install it, make an ad button to where it says “earn 50 gems” for every 30 second ad I watch cuz waiting a whole day to use the app again is dumb as hell

Age preferences. You know some people like younger people and others like older people so you need to add a section where someone can choose the age variety he/she/they want

This app is good but some improvement is needed. I’ve been using this app off and on for a while now and I can’t seem to figure out why my Bitmoji hasn’t updated. I can’t change it for some reason. Locations off??. I can’t see where other people are from for some reason it just stopped working and now I can only see where theyre from in theyre bio

Unadds / Hookups. Everybody I’ve tried to add and talk to opens my snaps and they ask “how did you get my snap” then followed by an unadd. I really had hopes of trying to meet new people, but if this is how it’s gonna go, idk if it’s worth it. Be advised guys. This app can also attract people who look for meetups/ hookups, don’t fall for it. For one, people are charging HUNDREDS of dollars for it and, for two, why would you meet up with somebody like that? This is all my opinion and I’m just telling you what I see.

Back button on passes. I am dumb and I got the pass and share snap button mixed and passed on accident, so there should really be a back button or a confirmation button on that part. Other than that it’s fun to see and a cool way to meet people!

Settings feature. The app would be a lot better if you could choose if you wanted people that lived in you’re state or all around the world

Please update location. I’m in Georgia, and I never get anyone from the same state as me. Please fix this, or maybe add a feature to only show people in the same state as the user. It would make the app a lot more accessible. Thank you!

please update. there needs to be another way to make gems. with hoop and wink and stuff you can watch adds and stuff with this you can only share on snap or text and my friends don’t wanna download and you have to get 10 and u only got 1 or you have to wait 24 hours it makes no sense please fix

Account Deletion. It has an option to delete my account and I delete my account but then when it’s done I can just log back in with my Apple ID and it still has all of my saved info.

improvements. Great app i found many new people from it but i say you should add where you can save people that you found from swiping and the other thing where you just add them so if you’re out of gems and you accidentally swipe out of the app they will be saved

Couple problems. I think it’s good because unlike the other apps like this (Hoop, Yubo, Wink) it gives you people in your actual state and not just the United Stated. Although I do think that if you made a option to watch ads for gems or do surveys like the other ones do it’d be way better
