Glichy. Its pretty awsome but just one thing. Adds keep crashing. When im in a add it crashes and i am forced out of my game. Also theres way to many adds. like when im gonna get the third section of the map boom theres a 1min add. Also get rid of the "you have to watch a add to get the secound peice of the map part" Cause thats anyoing. Anyway your game is great. (Also fix the crashing problem cause thats just not fun)

I love this game. I love this game this game is so fun I love it. all the other run games I had I didn’t like them. This one is way better, way better graphics and it is so easy. every other running game I played takes you to long to unlock all the characters plus I didn’t even unlock them all. I only opened one.I got all these characters in only one day I love this game.

Can we have more starter packs please?. I recently started playing this game and wanted to make a small purchase first to see how things go. Right now only 1 offer of pack 3 is available for 5.99. But I noticed that the in app purchase section here says there’s more. Can you please allow us to buy those as well, for example the one that costs 2.99 or something even if it’s a one time purchase? EDIT: I have unlocked and completed all maps but the challenges for the other 3 characters are still locked. How do we get those?

Great game, some suggestions. This game has been keeping me busy the past few days and it’s been a lot of fun! The graphics and animations are great, and the fact that you don’t have to use real money to advance in any way is a major plus. I don’t really mind the ads either. Here’s just a couple of suggestions: - Shelly’s power-up. Right now, it’s very difficult to control and all it does is make him run faster. Compared to everyone else’s which just obliterate anything in their path, it’s more annoying than helpful. - Mouse’s power-up could use some improvement too. While riding a rhino is totally cool, I’d like to see him use items from his backpack. It’s a big part of his character, literally! It’s just as big as him in the game and he doesn’t even use it. - Not sure about anyone else, but I feel like the boulders falling during the wall climbing stage of the jungle have really large hit boxes, very noticeable once the pace starts picking up. I tend to avoid running on the jungle level for that very reason because I just die every time, no matter how early I move lanes. - Lastly, treasure chests take way too long to open. You can easily fill up the queue in a single run. Maybe bring the wait down to an hour or an hour and a half.

Jumanji Is Good, no doubt. Read, Play, Write.. I figured this game would be good after easing the reviews an hour ago. Even with the “hard core critics” giving one star ratings do to simple problems. I avoided the “keep going videos” at the same time: when I clicked on it for science all it did was remove my first attempt at making this review because it forced the App Store open on me (could have just been the specific T-Tom ad) then I ran through a bus our two and emerged able to play and die just the same. Sadly after one hour, I had cleared the first map and got to 50% on the second map. I stopped only when I had 2.5 hours left on current chest and 3 chests on back up. I then completed enough missions to sit at 4/5 for Chest completion. I would love more characters for more content and I think crazy labs(c) can do some great things with the rest of this games future. Plane driver is a good idea (in other comment) and you could simply make a bad guy character that switches sides (maybe a blown kiss from Ruby) I felt like the flat running environment was a little slow on side movement but at the same time if it is too quick then the game isn’t about making good choices anymore. I love it and continue to do great things. (If you (players) are reading reviews I recommend making one to let the chain of support continue, plus imagine if your idea was implemented into a game)

WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE!!!!!. This game is amazing. That’s pretty much it. AH-MAZE-ING. The characters are great, they really look just like the actors. Except for Ruby Roundhouse (her hair could use some work) and when Sheldon “Shelly” Oberon runs, he looks like a gorilla😐. Oh, well and I’ve had this game for several months. I have almost fully leveled up the characters (I have completed all levels), BUT, I’m still only able to do the motorcycle race with Dr. Zander “Smolder” Bravestone. Sorry I keep spelling out their full names...😂 I love Smolder’s name so much, that I named a stuffed animal: Dr. Woody Hamilton Bravestone.😂😋😅 And also if you look at the person who wrote this review...yeah. I’m crazy😜 Anyway, idk why I wrote this...I kinda just felt like it...well, anyway anyway...BAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII (ps: if you like ju-MAN-ji (next level reference😆) YOULL LOOOOOOOOOOOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!

In Regards to the Motorcycle Update. I would first like to say I love love love this game, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. However, there are some major issues with the new motorcycle racing update. I love the update in concept, but not in practice. There seems to be no way to play as any character other than Bravestone, and the two racing levels are ALWAYS the same. A little variety would be nice. But the Bravestone thing is the main issue, I have no idea how I’m supposed to unlock the other characters.

Very fun game!. Love playing this game. However, there are so many things going wrong. Definitely need an update soon. There are invisible men who kill my character when the game is getting faster. I can't see them to avoid them! Also the car boost part of the game doesn't work. I also cannot find anywhere in the app to report a bug and had to come here to write a review in hopes that someone would see there are problems in the game that need to be fixed.

Pretty Good!. Although this game is really good and fun, every time I click to whatch a video to keep going my whole screen turns black after the video so U can not see what to do and all I hear are the sounds of my character dying. So don’t click on the video to keep going. Otherwise this game is a MUST HAVE!!!! ( The problem might not be the game but instead my phone, but I think it is the game because this has never happened before on my other games only this one )

Too many ads for too little return. It’s unacceptable to have to be constantly inundated with ads AND there haven’t been any updates, challenges won’t unlock or there aren’t any game rules that tell you how to unlock them. I also tried to pay for no ads but basically just flushed my money down the toilet because the ads didn’t stop and they didn’t appear to decrease either. At the very least, this deceptive option needs to be removed.

Hurry please. I’m already finished the game and I’m waiting for the jungle night to come out and I really need you to fix shellys power up. You can’t do anything once it’s ran out. You have to hit something and then revive yourself. That’s the only way you can get Shelly to work and it’s REALLY annoying. And please hurry with the jungle night part. Other than that perfect game

Amazing game. Hi, if you like Temple Run you would probably like this game. This is a really fun game. My opinion, I think this game is better than Temple Run. There is four maps you need to complete and when you complete the map, you unlock another character. You have to get gold and gems to buy a part of a map and when you buy all the parts to the map, you complete it and unlock the next map and the next character. There is only four characters and four maps. But I wish there would be more characters. Could you add Ming and Seaplane too and also the Villains as well. Don't get. Holy ads, everything you touch leads to an ad. Everything you don't touch leads to an ad. When did fun games lose the ability to be free and fun without 8 million ads. I get it, the developers need to be paid. So some ads would be understandable, but an ad that you skip leads to a picture of the app they are promoting. So you hit the 'x' to close it and it dumps you into a 5 second playable ad for the same game. Once those 5 seconds are up you hit the 'X' to close out and finally get back your game. Just to be greeted with the SAME ADVERTISEMENT AGAIN! You spend more time dodging advertisements than you do getting to play the game.

Glitches. I would give 5 star but from last month it has lots of glitches. I had open all 4 characters and all map but suddenly before 2 days when I start a game 2 characters were locked and map as well so I restart it and it unlock 1 character. I have to restart again to unlock my other character and map. Also from yesterday I am having problem to play a game when I start and as soon as start running it forced closed after 1 or 2 minutes. I restart several times but having same issue. It kicks me out from a game. When are you guys planning to fix it I can’t play from 1 week when I open it crash. Forced closed

But I noticed when I was on a high score and had been playing for 10 minutes straight without dying I got hit by a rock and flew! Exciting to Play, But Beginning to Feel the Same. Jumanji: Epic Run is really fun to play, the different characters you get to play, the power ups, and advancing to different scenes as the it follows the movie makes it exciting. But now that I’ve been through all that and playing the motorcycle mini game on the side, I am hungry for a little something more. Maybe you can add in flying scenes where the character can fly a plane, or the character can run the hanging bridges while avoiding the monkeys, or can go zip lining over a long crevasse. I am also wondering if the characters could swing over a pitfall using a vine. I think that would bring an interesting twist.

Fortnight lover. I played this game and it is so awesome one reason why it is so addictive is because it’s so interesting to the picture and 4D also it reminds me of the motion picture in 1908 but only there’s a piano player so it’s quiet on the picture but it’s not because the piano player does the music and doesn’t stop until it’s the end of the video motion picture :Also long time ago.

WOW. The game nails the graphics on characters and it has a beautiful animated map that is endless each character so unique and well done espicially Kevin Hart I mean you nailed him but focus on Dwayne johnson make him more ripped cause I mean you know he is better than that but otherwise really great and fun. I forgot when you climb what are you climbing you guys should edit it to make it look like you are actually climbing stuff.

Hi I am not new to Jumanji I played it before and I have gotten really tired of it before and I deleted it sense it has gotten easier for me to play I've been trying to get through it so I can unlock the newest character which is played by Nick Jonas I think Jumanji epic run is so fun to play and it helps me keep my mind off of negative things I can't wait to unlock the next level when it comes I am having so much fun playing Jumanji epic run it's almost like the movie youCan play as Dwayne Johnson Kevin Hart jack black or Karen

Was great to start. Was super fun and I enjoyed playing it immensely but it seems to have a few glitches, after I got so far in the game it stop processing my progress. I’m stuck on a map that says 100% complete but the map after it says it’s locked until the previous map is complete. Now I can’t continue in the game and I’m reluctant to even keep the app if it doesn’t get fixed because if it’s unplayable than it’s just a waste of space.

Jumanji Run has one HUGE flaw. I have an iPad 7 so Apple’s newest iPad. All games boot up fine except those made by you guessed it, Crazy Labs. I also have horse stories, and these two have a heck of a time booting up, so it’s a Crazy Lab issue. Instead of focusing on developing games that are playable and load, they focus on pumping games out as fast as they can. The actual game play is fun, but Crazy Labs needs to fix this!

Do not get!. I had saved over $4000 on the game I want to open a chest before I could even hit a button it’s been $2000 out of my 4000 on another chest. I didn’t even get a chance to hit a single thing also the game often logs me out when I am in the middle of playing a game and deletes a lot of my progress on the game randomly. And one time I was in the middle of a race and I had just gotten my high score when it logged me out and took away four of my diamonds. After that it even deleted one of the outfits that I had earned on my first character. So warning to whoever gets this game it will probably glitch on your phone and delete your progress. I hope this company is very ashamed of itself.

Awesome app but one suggestion that would be the icing on the cake. This game is so much fun but I wish the avatar’s costumes were not so expensive like heck. I mean like 500 gems for a snow costume? Oh well still a good game. Oh and one more and this is no big deal but when Smolder saves Ruby, Maybe a kiss or even a hug, but not too sexual. ❤️💋Thanks for listening to me have a wonderful day!

Crashes constantly. This could be a fun game if it didn’t crash all the time. The graphics are nice and game play is easy. But it crashes when loading, crashes after watching a video to continue your run, crashes after upgrading the map, and just generally crashes. Most times you shouldn’t even bother trying to watch a video to continue your run, because on the rare occasion it doesn’t crash, it stutters and freezes and you end up instantly dying. Fix the crashing and it’s a four star, maybe five star game.

Shelly. Shelly’s special move is in need of serious reform; in addition to it being completely unhelpful (he just runs faster, I have no idea why that is supposed to be good) when it ends, he becomes completely uncontrollable at times. I mean that literally, he just keeps running straight until he hits something. No jumping or changing lanes. For a game that requires precise timing and focus, that’s a really frustrating glitch. I would say sharpen up the controls and effects around his move, but honestly, I think you’d be better of just giving him a new one altogether. Not even sure what good the ice is. Yet, you’ll notice that I gave a 4 star review. That is because other than that one terrible trait, this is a perfectly fine game. So fix Shelly’s move and then you can be proud of yourselves.

Great app hehe but problems. Ok this app is really good cause i earn a lot of money and i completed the map and got 4 characters though? Great game but its pretty laggy when i use my internet and also some bugs too.. even it crashes too.. well if you are reading this fix it pls and this app is great too! I’m not scoring anymore points?. I love the game but I’m not scoring any more points! I leveled up all my characters and haven’t seen a single score go up...is this a glitch. Otherwise fun but I’m bummed on my score. My fiancé also couldn’t get points for a week like me and he was able to pass me by 2million points and now can’t get anymore points again.

Are you kidding me! WOW😱 GET THIS GAME !. This game is GREAT! Just got it less then ten minutes ago and the moment I jumped off the first waterfall I was like 😱😱😱 THIS IS GREAT!!!!! Then when I came across my first wall climb I was like yeah okay this is GREAT so gunna make a review after this run!!!👍 Few suggestions: 1. Maybe a better tutorial? Don’t take me wrong the game is still GREAT ! But someone who doesn’t have a lot of brain power would have a hard time getting started. 2. How about adding a ranking board? Have the player make a name when they start and then idk say compete in weekly, monthly, holidays events? And maybe even a ranking board of who in the world can go the farthest? Now the few suggestions I’ve made I’m not sure if there already there and I haven’t found them like I said I just started but thanks for making this game. AND PLEASE KEEP UPGRADING AND UPDATING! Fun way to pass the time. Got sick of social media and deleted all those apps so to keep my mind occupied I’ve been playing this game a lot- super fun with surprisingly great animation for a mobile game! I can’t wait for the new map to open up. I love all the different characters and leveling them up, would adore to see seaplane and especially Ming fleetfoot as additions (or even the horse? Lol). 10/10!

Umm...😴. Ok. This is my summary of this game. First of all, super hard to read. In the Dune map, I thought the banners were ramps. Also, the actual ramps lead to the top of the trains where you can’t really tell whether there’s a gap or not. Second, I played for 6weeks and I only got halfway through the Dune map. Maybe because I was upgrading my characters to the halfway point, but still. Third, there needs to be some variety. Everything is exactly the same but with different looks. That’s annoying. Maybe like a slide for the jungle(out of vines, of course) and a hanglider for the snow map, and perhaps a boss battle or two. You could also make it easier to get green gems. Finally, I just want the developer to know that he is not a good programmer if he thinks this is good programming. There’s probably an endless runner template for developers that allows them to just change the skin, and what the story is. Thank you for reading. Me, OUT.

Absolutely herendous. So, first I decided to download this game because it looked somewhat appealing and I LOVE Jumanji but this wasn’t as great as I thought it would be, it’s way too buggy and It doesn't really work that good. Every time I would try to swipe up and jump I'd still get hit and I'm not even close to the object, and then I would swipe over to avoid barriers and stuff and it wouldn't register the swipe. I’m sorry but this is just not good. I’ll come back to this game once it is less buggy and updated. 😕

When I first got this game it was the BOMB! new characters, landscapes 🧐😂 I don’t know what they are called ( I have not seen the movie yet) power ups, and that’s about it... 😐 I have completed the game, and it’s kinda boring running around forever ♾ and I’m waiting for the new room or the landscape, it says [coming soon] 🙄 I’ve been waiting a while ⏱ I think you should AT LEAST have a finish line when you catch the bad guy! or something like that, also the motor cycle only works on one character 😒 But it’s a good game 👍🏾

Great! Just one thing.... Im loving this game as its one of the best feeling and looking infinite runners at the moment. Just one thing I would say is to add weekly leaderboards for awards, not only to keep the player base connected but to battle each other competitively. Looking forward to seeing where this game goes and hopefully this is taken into consideration.

Would of given 5 stars. I loved the game but it had many glitches that would make it hard on completing levels. I unlocked all the characters and decided to uninstall and reinstall it. I lost everything. So now I probably am not going to keep playing. It was a fun game that I really enjoyed. The graphics and concepts are awesome. Just the stupid glitches and losing all my stuff. No way to back up progress like most games. Wished I could’ve saved my progress.

Dune Buggy. Endless Runner should be just that...endless. Every time you grab the dune buggy icon the course will set up for the dune buggy but you’re still on your feet. Some of the obstacles are impossible to clear without the dune buggy. Really makes the game unplayable. Also don’t you think the time on the treasure chests are a little long to open. You can clear five keys in one run through but have to wait 3 hours to open one chest. Gotta do better.

Awesome game but I have a suggestion. First I just want to start off by saying, I really like this game! It has good graphics, good features and good characters. I like how they are designed really well. The suggestion I want to make is to add a brand new character. The new character I’m talking about is Jefferson “Seaplane” McDonough. He has been in both Jumanji movies and I think he deserves a part in the game. In Jumanji, he has a strength of driving planes and helicopters. So I think that could be his power he has like Dr. Bravestone with his Boomerang. When he gets the power, he goes in the plane and goes in the sky. He still has to watch out for vultures and some mosquitoes (his weakness). I hope this review finds you well.

Fun but ads don’t work right.. This game is really fun and I love the movies! My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the ads. I get that there needs to be ads for the game to be free, I’m not complaining about the fact there are ads in the game. My frustration is that the ads don’t work right! Every time I watch the ad and it plays through its video. However when it is done, it won’t close. I click everywhere trying to get the ad to close and all it wants me to do is download the game. I have to force close the app after every ad and start it over again. Super frustrating!

Hacked High Scores. I love the game. I just had a game that lasted about 4 hours and got 50 million points, which should be good for 1st place on the leaderboards. Unfortunately, there’s 2 people above me with obviously hacked scores. It would take them about a week straight with no sleep or breaks to get that score. You hate to see it. Hopefully those scores get removed so that I can be at my rightful place at the top of the leaderboard.

Suggestion. Just a suggestion for the new land that’s getting built. This game has every character except seaplane from Jumanji welcome to the jungle I have abilities for him too his weapon would be able to get an a helicopter and able to shoot his opponents. Also where it shows where the character is stuck somewhere I think he could be stuck in a plane and is trying to bang the glass to get out of the plane and then the boomerang comes and shatters the glass and seaplane can get out

Addictive and fun but needs a bug fix. So this game is super fun and I would give it a five star rating but the “power up” for the car is not working anymore. It shows that I collected the power up, but my character just keeps running, the vehicle doesn’t show up anymore!?! And even if I try to navigate the character while it’s running, he just randomly dies. It was working fine initially, not sure what’s going on now? Please fix this!!! Would definitely give it 5 stars if it’s fixed.

This is an awesome game!. Hello, Team Jumanji! I really enjoy playing Jumanji Epic Run! My question is when are there going to be New Maps available? I have all of the Characters & almost all of the Outfits at Max Stats. I enjoy playing as all 4 Characters! I think that when the loading screen disappears. The game should have the guys voice saying “Welcome To Jumanji!” Just like in the movies. Keep up the great work with this video game. My only complaint is the time of the boxes. They should be an hour or 30 seconds to open. Also, how do I unlock the rest of the characters Challenges?

Already unlocked characters, Locked again. I unlocked every character and completed every map, but when I opened it today it told me to complete a map to unlock the character again.. Now it wants me to use 700 berries that I don’t have when all my maps are completed, what happened?

Awesome running game.. This game is wonderful. The art and instances on the map such as climbing a cliff while rocks are falling down at you makes it so much more creative than your other runner games. You also get cool weapon drops to use for a short duration of time. Developers, this is a must. Please add leaderboards. The Game Center leaderboards are hacked. This would be a 5-star with leaderboards. Thanks.

A very bad glitch…. So, this used to be among my favorite mobile games, like… ever. The physics and work put in to it made it SUCH a fun and interesting game, and it was really, really fun. One of the many reasons this was such a good game is because the runs you could take part in themselves were so much more interactive than Temple Run and worse stuff like that. There were fightable enemies along the way, and different skills to unlock and use as well. You’re always trying to get somewhere new, always trying to unlock new things, you know? What made it so much better than other games was that there was actually a POINT to the runs you do. Sadly, for a long time, the runs have been completely bugged. When you enter a run, the game gives off sound effects as if you were actually in the run and were doing it. However, the game fails to really load you into the run! The music indefinitely plays over the frozen image of the usual background of the game in-run. The game has never righted itself through countless updates, and I’m wondering if I’m the only one experiencing this. It is possible that I should delete and reinstall to un glitch the game, but I would lose all my progress, and I’ve almost beaten the game as of when the glitch began. PLEASE fix this.

Ready for an upgrade. If I could I’d rate this 0 stars I would reason being I’ve completed all four maps and yet the the map after shellys has yet to be up on my game I’ve leveled up all my characters at least completely with each having two outfits and still managing to upgrade the power ups for each character it has now been a week since I’ve finished all four maps when are you guys going to open the new map so I can keep enjoying this wonderful game I’ve just hit 9 million as my top score following that score was 3 million and I just beat it today that’s how much I love this game if the game isn’t finished being uploaded or however you guys do it then I’m just going to delete it from my downloads and find another game more suiting to my boredom needs

Kinda of good but. I would have rated this game 4 but it would not show unless it was 5. This game is fun but after you complete everything you don’t have nothing else to do. If you watch the movies of Jumanji they have more character in the movie than they do in the game. The creators of this game could have added seaplane, mini games, bonus games or multiplayer. I think multiplayer would be fun because you would be able to play with friends instead of playing single player.

Good Game, But It Needs some Imporovements. I really enjoy playing this game. I got it a few days ago and haven’t stopped playing it since. I have one complaint, I wish it gave you a countdown after you unpause it of finish watching an ad. I have died a few times as a result of this. Please do yourself a favor and download it, but be careful of there being no countdown after ads and you unpause the game.

Ads. Loving the game so far, but I think it would be really nice if you guys added a remove ads option for like $2.99 or something like that. It’s annoying when you want to run again but get an ad, which has forced me to use airplane mode to evade them, but I still want to support the development of the game.

All info lost. I love this game and it got me through the holidays. But I finished all the maps and unlocked all the characters and was just waiting for jungle (night) to come out. I got an update for the game and updated it of course but once it was finished I opened the app and it said I had to rescue all the characters again,even though I had all the characters still and all the maps said they were complete. I don’t know what to do.

Love it 10/10. An Amazing app so fun and addicting so active as well I love it how it is so adventurous and scary at the same time..

Very buggy so far. Unlocking the 3rd map and upgrading a few areas resulted in the game crashing everytime I opened the map screen until a phone reboot. After reboot the 3rd character was finally unlocked too. Unlocking the 4th map crashed the game. Upon opening the game again there was no on screen buttons just the character animated with the background. There was no way to continue. After a reboot it was the same. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and there is no save game backup so I lost all my progress.

Best game ever. I played this for like a whole year straight and I loved it!! Yes it was repetitive but that's the whole point! So you MUST get this game

Very laggy. I just got the game and when I press on it the first time it took me off the game. But it work the second time but it was really laggy and this made it hard to play the game. I tried if that I got off the game and went back on it will stop lagging but it still lagged. And it did not tell me how to play the game so I did not know what to do when the mans in the game were try to kill me. Can you fix this? 🙂🙂🙂

Really good game.. I am really enjoying this game. Got some unique elements in there that make it different from the rest. Sometimes gets a little laggy when ads are running. Have experienced a few crashes here and there (mostly when trying to access the map. Only ever crashed once during gameplay). Would be good to have an option to back up progress and restore purchases (for ad removal). Game is pretty new so very likely to get more content, especially when the new movie releases. Maybe more characters and levels (you guys are going to add more right? Please do). Love this game so far and I am looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.

Why isn’t the pilot character in the game ?. if the pilot was there can his attacking mode can be a move using the helicopter isn’t it? Can we include him in an update?

Hi, Top game really enjoy the game and it’s one of the best graphicical epic run game but this is all let down by the amount of adverts you lose and add comes up you win an ad comes up you change menu screen an ad comes up, major flaws as the game glitches big time freezes up and bolts you out of the app. I really hope the developers get some updates going ASAP and fixes these issues, will be an amazing game once these bugs are sorted out. Gave 3 stars but would give top stars if these issues weren’t there.

Lag and crash city. Good stuff first. Nice graphics and good rewards and thats it. Crashes constantly, get one run at a time before it crashes. Just when things are going well during a run there is a huge lag. This has been an issue since the first review on 24/11 and still no fix.

Jumanji: Epic Run is well.. a runner, it’s basically a direct rip off of Temple Run except you’re the one chasing a guy, I wouldn’t call it epic, it is extremely repetitive, graphics aren’t anything special I wasn’t expecting it to be though, the scenery is nice at first, but the more you run the more it gets boring. I got bored of the game after about 15 - 20 minutes of playing, and oh my god, the game crashes it crashed on the first time I tried opening it, I seriously hope they fix it soon. Now, for the good stuff about it, it has a simplistic but nice User Interface it is really responsive the shop looks really good, I haven’t seen any In App purchased so far. I give it a 3/5

Game is hella buggy, I’m x55 but it won’t give me the achievement for reach multiplier of 40 says I’m on 36, also game keeps crashing and when it would let me collect the multiplier game would keep crashing, had to restart the game due to it not loading and being stuck on the screen, when I reinstalled no saved data, and now I have to deal with crashing and the whole multiplier thing again, please fix

Not able to move to The Jungle Night. I’m currently stuck where I cannot move to the next map as the previous map needs to be completed, which I have completed. I’ve even re-downloaded the app and played the game again and it still will not got to The Jungle Night even though I’ve completed MT. Zhatmire.

Stuck. This game is amazing, I would love to keep playing it. But the reason I stopped is because after completing the oasis I moved onto the dunes but then a day later, it puts me back Into the oasis. It still says 100% completed, but it’s not moving me onto the next level of the game. What do I do to fix this so I can continue playing the game

Another Review.... Jumanji: Epic Run is an excellent app. It initially got a 5 star from me, but a couple of things held me back. First off, the progress at which you can move is too quick. Second off, the oasis and dunes maps are too similar of maps so when you rescue mouse you are pretty much have two maps. Third off, the character specific power-ups should be able to be used when the player desires. On the other hand, the game has many pros. Videos go black after playing. Whenever I try to open a chest, the short ad video plays. At the end the screen goes black and nothing happens. You have to force close the app and reopen it. When you reopen, the game shows that you received the rewards from the chest but in reality you haven’t.

This game need fixing. When ever I beat my high-score the game boot me out and don’t save my process, I don’t know if it’s because I play the game for too long but it shouldn’t of have a problem in the first place and now I have to write a review and delete the game because I don’t feel like being cheated of an game. Btw my coins stuck at 2,339 it should be at 8,209 but like I said my process don't save when the game stop working.

I love it but.... This is a amazing game and all in all I love it! But, I really wish they would add Seaplane, Ming or Even the Horse. I would just love that. Too easy. When you finish the all of the level you never get a new world. All you get is just a stinking motorcycle level which is really boring. It would be better if you guys added more worlds.

Game is awesome but....... I’ve experienced a glitch where I open the game and I’m back in the beginning of it. The first time this glitch happened it was only temporary. Now the game has been updated and the same glitch is back but permanent. Can you guys please fix this glitch.

A lot of bugs. The game is really fun but every time I try to watch a video to claim a reward or to continue running when you die the app crashes and closes out and it makes me have to collect everything all over again. It’s very frustrating and makes me not want to play it anymore.

Buggy. Seems like there’s a bug where you can randomly die... I’ve encountered it twice already. Both times I was in the left most lane running by an axe wielder on the right most lane and it looks as if I’m struck down by them when I’m not even remotely close to their lane. Also, I’ve upgraded my character fully but it plays as if the abilities are all level 1. Really kills the purpose of progress.

Great game!. I downloaded this game yesterday and I love it so far. My only complaints are sometimes the screen going black or freezing at the end of the ad (!!). It doesn’t always do it. Maybe once every 5 videos and I have to restart the game. Playing on an up to date iPad.

It is a great game but I have one favor. Can you add a 2 player mode to where you win and get a prize that’s all but other than that it’s super fun I play it just how much as roblox and yeah that’s it so please add a 2 player mode in the game and that’s all

A little problem. So I was having lots of fun playing this game when I have limited chests with only 3 slots?! Why not make it infinity cause I don’t wanna play this game and wait a lot of hours or minutes just to unlock one chest! And then getting another chest and then getting another chest and it says that it’s full! I mean cmon!

Surprised for all the wrong reasons. So when I got this game I thought it would be fun and good quality but I quickly realized I was wrong. The animation was very disappointing based on how successful Jumanji was and you can’t swipe fast enough to win or even get a good score. Well I mean you can the game just won’t let you for some reason. As an og subway surfers player I can confirm that you shouldn’t waste your time with this. I love the game just something happened’s to me for some reason. The game I love but when I choose a different character and a different place I press play but when I do it just makes a blank sky and water or sand....

Glitch. Great game but for some reason when I collect the shield thing and then it starts running backwards it still says that it’s working but it doesn’t. Like if I collect the shield before, then fun backwards, even if the time hasn’t run out the shield doesn’t work and I crash into something.

AWESOME! But-. I just got this game a bit ago, like half hour I think- and this game is amazing! A good fast paced game, with clever and genius courses. It’s just the ads that aren’t appealing to me. Nobody is liking the ads I’m afraid, and it really needs to be off the game entirely or just minimized to an ad every 5 deaths or what not.

Good game but can’t progress. My son and I downloaded this game on our devices (his iPad and my phone). We both have completed 4 maps. How do we advance to the next level? The jungle (night) which is after Shelley’s Mt. Zhatmire, just says “coming soon” with the completion of Shelley’s map. His map is 100% complete.... so I am not sure how to advance at this point and if this is not fixed soon my son and I will delete this app.

Glitches. I love the game but every time I pass the million mark it glitches at some point and I die just running not hitting anything. It’s getting pretty annoying because I wanna make a new high score but can’t because it glitches out before I can try to get a new score. My husband and I both have iPhones. It does it to both our phones not just mine.

Awesome game! One idea 💡. I just got this game about 30 minutes and it’s so fun! I do have one idea though. It would be really fun if Alex’s character was in here and then you flew the plane and you have to swerve around falcons and mosquitoes because that’s his weakness! Ads. When I don’t click on the video to keep going, it means I don’t want to see an ad. Why on Earth would you play an ad if I didn’t want to continue on BECAUSE of the ads? Also the green gems are technically pointless if you make us use them to further complete the maps. What’s the point in getting the special outfits if you need to buy gems to get them?

Jumanji Run has one HUGE flaw. I have an iPad 7 so Apple’s newest iPad. All games boot up fine except those made by you guessed it, Crazy Labs. I also have horse stories, and these two have a heck of a time booting up, so it’s a Crazy Lab issue. Instead of focusing on developing games that are playable and load, they focus on pumping games out as fast as they can. The actual game play is fun, but Crazy Labs needs to fix this!

This game is so cool! I recommend getting this game. This game is awesome! When I looked at this I saw a really great review from someone and I am like ok I will try this out (since I just watched jumanji the next level When I played it the first character I played as was the rock and I am like 5 minutes in to this game and I am like wow! U jump off water falls and climb up mountains it is a really cool game and I recommend it. Want a Refund. My 6 year old son loves this game. He kept getting inappropriate ads, so I decided to pay to unlock the ad-free version. After paying the ads don’t go away. Another issue, only the first level works. The other 3 load into a blank screen. Extremely disappointing. I reached out to support and never got a response. I’ll update my review when they fix these isssues.

Would of got 5 stars, but it’s still great. This game is so cool! The animation is good, but except for Kevin Hart, one of them *really* look like them. Jumanji fans will love this. If the video makes it look hard, it’s really not (except when you get far and your character goes really fast). It’s similar to Subway Surfers, but BETTER! As of right now I am #249 ranked in the world in this game. My score is over 10 million, I love this game so much perfect for road trips and when your bored and have nothing to do. Favorite character is mouse by far. Amazing game, great graphics, great gameplay. I’ve literally played for hours.

Nice game that needs more updates.. It’s a nice looking game (I like how Ruby character looks in this game by the way) but quite boring and I played a lot similar games and this game definitely needs more variety on the level. If you spend 2000 gold on a chest why do I still have to watch an add to open it. Other than the over use of ads the gameplay itself is fun. Some problems. This game is fun and I like the gameplay mechanics but it’s quite buggy, I had this problem where even though I completed a map and unlocked the next area/character is kept telling me that I don’t own it. I had even unlocked skins for other characters I “don’t own.”

Best mobile game of 2019. This game has given me all I’ve wanted in a mobile game. It has made my life 1000 times better than it use to be. The developers of this game need many raises since they know what they are doing. All I want now in life is to meet Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Fun game. Fun game but agree to many ads and the ads played are pretty sketchy. I don’t let my kids play it after seeing the ads they were showing. Also in just one day I got to level 52 and now there is nowhere to go. Wish they would have had more maps to complete. Wonder when the next map will be available.

Glitches. I personally feel that it’s a great game but after you’ve played it for maybe 10 mins it starts glitching. For example, when you watch an ad to continue your run it never pops up it’s just a black screen or when you’re done the game slows down completely then clicks off.

Jumanji. This game is really fun I just got it yesterday and I already have everybody there is just one issue for me I would love to see the characters have more detail cause when I see them they kinda look cartoonish so if you can do that it would be really helpful

I had already unlocked everyone but...:. So I had already unlocked every person so all four, but after about two weeks of not playing it, it went back a person and now I have to start over on mouse. I kinda mad about that.

Super great! Just one bug for the devs. Awesome game! Great graphics and addictive! Just an animation bug, whenever you get hit by a hyena during the stamped, it’s neck goes out really far. Edit: please fix the power usage issue, it’s kinda inconvenient. Still Five stars
