Not living up to DB standards. Use of the app is very straightforward and offers convenience compared to a hardware token. Unfortunately, the app appears to be unstable. Repetitively running into crash loops, requiring re-installation and activation of the app. This involves full admin involvement, frustrating and delaying business processes. Can not recommend app for professional use.

Why would DB do this?. Just give us an RSA token like everyone else on the street! Why force us to use this buggy multi-step nuisance? Why does it take minutes just to log in to an already notoriously slow portal? And then you get logged off after 15 minutes and have to do it all over again! Have DB’s web designers ever talked to their users? Do they not have enough money to hire engineers who have heard of use acceptance testing?

App keeps crashing immediately. Please fix the bug that make the App crash immediately upon opening. This happened once and I had to uninstall/reinstall and talk on the phone to get a new secure ID password, so I do t want to do that again. If you require a secure log in, make sure your App works consistently!

After update it is impossible to use. After update 2.2.4 I can’t approve anything. I receive a pop up that is an item pending for authorization but when I open the app, don’t show anything to approve. Now I can’t use the internet banking and credit card in internet transactions.

Dysfunctional & Underdeveloped. I’ve been told by DB that it’s ‘required’ to download this. Yet, all it does is spin the account holder in circles. I’ve been trying to buy train tickets online for a business trip, and my half-finished purchase ‘times-out’ because the application can not handle the data processing fast enough. Now I’m unsure how to even go-about making any online purchases. Yes, online safety is important, but this is a waste of time since it’s more of a dysfunctional barrier than anything

Officially NO stars at all! Crashing all the time. This app is is continuously crashing! I cannot use it at all and hence can not do any transfers! Guys, maybe you should invest more time and money in a good developer and QA team! It cannot be that users like myself are dependent on such apps and then they do NOT work at all!!!

Similar issues. The app does not keep up with Iphone software updates. It does not currently work with IOS 15. When reaching out to DB for assistance it takes weeks for them to look into. Very unhelpful. This compounds when the website crashes on a weekly sometimes daily basis.
