I am considering deleting the app.. The experience is not a good one. Having to make multiple phone calls to place an order is a bad model. I call the store, they say they no longer sell an item or they ask for further clarification on an item, I call the customer, then I call the store again. This usually takes at least a few minutes. And all the while I am fumbling around between apps. This is not to mention how bad the customer service times are. You disabled phone support altogether... This seems like the wrong thing to do. Why not have more people available to take calls? And the barrage of notifications urging me to do deliveries is incredibly annoying. Lastly, the promos are oftentimes not realistic, because in order to complete the given number of deliveries, I have to sit around for long stretches of time.

Favor Runner. I actually enjoyed doing favor, quick extra money. The only disappointment I had was when I had a question about the guarantee I was suppose to receive. I contacted the runner support and the agent was extremely rude. She asked me for an email of the promotion which I did not have and I asked wouldn’t they keep track of their own promotions, she responded “oh how silly would it be for us to not meep track of our promotions.” At that point that was extremely rude of Savannah B. After all I was asking was a simple question. Also you have to make the orders yourself when running favor which puts a lot of weight on the driver unlike other services when the customer can call in and pay for their own food and you’re only responsible for the delivery.

Time is money. As one review said above, time is wasted when we have to be the ones communicating with the customer if an item is out. That should be handled before the order even gets sent to us as a runner. Because when it isn’t, it’s wasting our time, which sometimes, we don’t have much time. Why waste 20-30 minutes of our time having us place the order, waiting for it to get made, finding out what the customer wants if an item is out, when all of this could have been figured out before the order was even sent to the runner? It would be great if Favor could value our time more and work out the issues beforehand so we can spend more of our time running favors and less time troubleshooting and waiting. That way in turn the customer will get their items quicker and we will be able to be more efficient as runners. On the other hand, I really do like the feature of being able to pick which area you want to do favors in and for how long. Just fix the issues stated above and I think this app and business would excel.

Decent when you need extra income. I’ve been running favors for a while in between jobs or when I want to save a little extra money. The app is pretty user friendly. Personally, I’d like to be able to see the bonus schedule while logged in to run because at this point you can only view it when you aren’t logged in. I’d also like if promos were a bit better. Like I’ve mentioned, I’ve been running on and off for years and the promos this year so far have been pretty terrible. Like run 11 favors before 4pm for $100? That isn’t a promotion, that’s not a promotion, that’s how much you’d average if you were to run 11 at the average $8/hr and you have to start running at 6am when they open to get 11 by 4 if you’re lucky to get that many because there are definitely times I sit waiting for an hour just to get one. I remember promos being really great which is why I’ve never signed up with any other delivery apps—once it was like 60 favors in a week for $1k. THATS a promo.

Former runner in San Antonio. Honestly it’s only worth it if you have a decent day job. I make $30-$50 a day on a good day. Favor is growing but don’t quite your job to do favor. They only match the promos so if you see a notification pop up saying run x amount of favors in x amount for a guaranteed $80 and you only made $20 in that x amount of time you only get $60. It’s better than nothing but they make it seem like a bonus not matching what you already made. My rating based on my experience is 2 out of 5 stars.

LOW PAY. 👎 App dangerous while driving. $2.10/delivery? We do the ordering, quality control, the driving, shopping, checking IDs, maintenance on cars, customer service liaison, etc - everything a waitstaff/clerks/drivers/customer service reps/mechanics do (whom get paid a DECENT FLAT RATE & tips) - for peanuts! At least pay you ELITE DRIVERS a better base pay since they have showed that they are reliable. You’re passing our wages to your customers - expecting them to tip big. What does that say about your company respecting its customers? I love driving and I love the ease it is to create a schedule. I love interacting with customers and driving to different restaurants to see what’s new to try out. But more often than not, the math doesn’t work out with all the work we put in (on job and into our vehicles). Also! When running multiple Favors at one time, can you start color coding each favor interface? Example: - New Favors: blue - while in store: green - En route to drop off: yellow - At house: Red I’ve gotten orders mixed up when accepting multiples and driving at the same time. Ive been telling the wrong ppl that I’m ‘at house’ when I’ve ment to push ‘accept favor’. When I decline a Favor while driving. My ‘Acceptance Rate %’ lingers too long on the screen. THIS IS DANGEROUS WHILE DRIVING since I cannot see my directions. PLEASE FIX.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. 1hour=1order. Now that I have done this long enough I can give a more accurate review. First and foremost it takes toooooooo long to get another order. After you finish the first one. I worked over 8 hours and got ONLY $45 and 6 trips in 8 hours ! I was working the dfw area. I was trying for the promo 8 trips for $100 . Ubereats is way better. Before I’m done with my order another one pops up and also you make over $100 in 8 hours compared to favor. I’m so annoyed that I wasted my time and they make impossible to reach the goal. I’m deleting this app. I literally made 5.60 an hour. Spent $30 in gas . I basically worked for gas . Disgusting. Also with Ubereats if the restaurant is closed or customer cancel they still pay you atleast $3/4

Way too stressful. I started running when the COVID-19 quarantine started bc I lost my job. I’m grateful to Favor as a way to earn money when I had no other way, but it is way too stressful. Unlike other food delivery apps, you can order anything on Favor, but about 85% of the time, what the customer wants is unavailable or out of stock. It takes forever to get in touch with the customers bc they’re rarely ever by their phone, and the customer’sorders don’t go straight to the restaurant, gas station, pharmacy, or store they want their product from. They just basically make a list of what they want, you the runner then have to call and place the order and/or drive and try to find everything they want. And nothing is completely streamlined all in one interface with the app. You get your order/run, navigation opens in another app, if the customer texts you it’s back in the runner app and you have to multitask with multiple apps open all at once and try to drive or focus on something else. It’s way too stressful, definitely needs to be made easier to use as a customer and runner. I prefer driving for UberEats

Great experience but pay not the best. Honestly I was a bit disappointed when starting last week. I didn’t get a lot of favors and made less than $40 in 6 hours. At the orientation they said we could guarantee a base pay of at least $9 an hour but I only made $2.15 in the hours that I had no favors. I was hoping to make this a full-time job but it hasn’t got me to making enough to do so. I honestly made more money through favor working in Austin over the weekend than I have in DFW. Sadly not many people know about favor out here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Other than that I have enjoyed working for favor. Everyone has been very nice even the customers. I just wish favor could pay the drivers better knowing we are using our own gas, cars, time, and miles to do favors.

HONEST OPINION. It’s not recommended to do any runs unless It actually says it's busy, otherwise you’re working for nothing because that money you end up making just goes back for gas & sometimes it’s not enough to cover for a full tank. Even with the promos. (Coming from someone who only needs $20 for full tank) what they don’t realize is the amount of miles we travel from order to order. Not just that but also the time. You’ll most likely spend an hour doing each favor, even if it’s just for 3 items. 1- you have to drive back from your previous order to where you’re picking up the new one which could be a 20+min drive. 2- you have to wait for the order to be brought out to you & when it’s busy you could be waiting another 20min. 3- the travel to their home which can be another 20+min. Not just that but there’s other things that go into it. Sometimes you have to contact them because the restaurant doesn’t have their food or they don’t have the item in stock & you have to wait more time for the customer to reply. If at the end you have no other option but to cancel you because you couldn’t get in contact with them you DONT GET ANYTHING. & to top it off you could have 100+ items for them & the drive is a more than 20mins away & they live in apartments & in the second floor! they still tip you only $8 & some change for an order that took a lot of time & a lot of travel…. NOT WORTH IT unless it shows it’s busy!

Letter to ungrateful people. Dear, Ungrateful people for your information you chose to sign up for favor. Plus it said base pay $2.10. If your not dedicated to work for food delivery then don’t apply simple as that. Your not required to be a food delivery driver. At the end of the day your making less than a waitress and a waiter. So what’s your point of complaining. Yes you have to go to the location to #1 PLACE THE ORDER #2 if you don’t have patience for working go find some other job that will pay you to complain. 🙌

easy job for quick money,. i worked for favor during the summer before i went back to school and will probably run again over christmas break it’s super easy & you will catch on to the job quick... if you want during orientation they’ll let you run with someone so you can see how it works. reading these negative responses i can’t relate because i have yet to have a bad experience. i saw one about why did favor only deposit $15 when i made x amount today. - they deposit what you made the previous shift OR sometimes you’ll get random small deposits like that because sometimes favor will adjust your shift bc you are guaranteed to make a certain amount of money. again, not sure about these negative reviews because i had a great experience w favor. you literally pick your own schedule and can take your self off the schedule right before it time to run & they don’t ask you any questions. you manage yourself. if you really take advantage of running for favor you can make some pretty good money. even if you’re lazy you can come out with at least $100 in a week. you get out of this what you put into it for sure.

Runner. I just started running with favor and I have an issue with the tip system there should be a guaranteed minimum on what the customer should tip they should not be allowed to tip runners only $2 on top of the 2.90 from favor that’s less then gas and the time spent running the favor not to mention when the customer wants you to deliver food to door service up several flights of stairs and still tip you $2 in reality they can’t pay a neighbor $2 to go to the store pick up groceries etc so the minimum tip should be at least $7 and extra for hand to mouth service the only perk is u can select what area you want to drive in

DONT RUN WITH FAVOR!!!. If I could give no stars I would! I recently just started running for favor. Like literally three days. I did my tenth delivery and decided to take a break for the day and go home. As I’m relaxing I get an email stating that my account has been suspended due to violation of community guidelines. The email says I need to respond with an appeal. The email said that the violation was that I had multiple accounts. I responded back stating that I didn’t have multiple accounts that I had just started running with favor. Their response email that literally took seconds stated that my account was permanently deactivated also stating basically no matter what I try to do to plead my case their decision was final. SERIOUSLY??!!! Literally In just seconds y’all made the decision to permanently deactivate my account even though I just literally started running with favor??? Were I come from word of mouth is a big deal. DO BETTER!!

Jennifer Favor Days. I enjoy favor I’ve been doing it for over six months I enjoy helping the community great money great hours it’s just relaxing to be able to be out there and helping people and doing something for somebody else just besides yourself specially with gas prices the way it is today and with inflation going on it’s like the community really really gets excited about receiving favor.. I personally think it’s enjoyable I also do this on the side apart from my real job but it’s just something that I really love to do and I have a passion for helping people so that’s why I do what I do..

Wasted time. I’ve received runs where I have to place the customers food order. At times this can take over 30 minutes to place and receive the food. Add the time to get to the restaurant and then to the home and it’s not really worth it. The app messes up all the time. The abbreviated addresses ruin your chance of seeing building and apartment numbers. Customers rarely reply when asking for their complete address. More of your time wasted. I’m also experiencing a known issue with the app where receipts do not upload. To complete the order you need to run circles around the app and contact live help. You’ll get a text from them and they’ll ask for a pic of the receipt…which for some reason keeps failing to go through.

Didn’t receive the full amount I was promised. Hey, so I’ve been running Favor here and there for a while now, and this is the first time they haven’t given me the money that was promised. Now there's usually promos to get you pumped to run for Favor. For example, if you run 8 favors within a certain time frame you could get up to $80. You usually have to complete it with 70% approval rate. And if you did everything in the promo’s requirements you will receive the money. Back to the point, I received a notification saying I could get up to $120 if I did 10 favors from 2- close, with a 70% approval rate on Super Bowl Sunday. When I finished I expected to see the money within a few days so I waited. Only a portion of the money was sent to my account. So I messaged Favor’s Support Team to see why I had not received the rest of the money. They replied back saying that there was no such promotion in my area but the next town over. When I replied back saying that I don’t know why I received the promotion in my area but since I did get that specific promotion then I should receive the money I was promised by the corporation. I shouldn’t be held accountable for the glitch in their system. They told me even if it was a glitch in the system I have no way of proving that so I would not be receiving the money. It was a slap in the face, but now I know I’m better off with DoorDash.🙂

Potential. This app has the potential to be great. I’m not sure how to fix the problem I’m having but I can’t ever even start running. I made $70 from trying for an entire week every hour to do favor. Because the entire Houston area is locked. There is obviously way too many runners which means a lot of people get left in the dust. I try for hours I check every 30 minutes to an hour it’s ALWAYS LOCKED. I’m getting extremely discouraged and thinking about deleting the app because the gas I’m spending almost isn’t worth it. When it isn’t locked I got ONE order after waiting 2 HOURS!!! After that order my runner time was up and it was LOCKED AGAIN!!!! It’s so so so stressful. A lot of the times it takes me almost a whole hour to drive from my house to the location, then order, then drive to their house. For a measly $4.10. If they don’t change the tip. If I had more runs/ it wasn’t locked all the time I could potentially make decent money. But no.

Not worth it. This business is very poorly managed. This is a update from my previous review as my account has been suspended and funds withheld. Don’t waste your time, gas, or energy. Favor is a lot of false advertisement. You never know when your money will be in your account if you wait for weekly deposit (anytime from Monday to Wednesday) Deposits take all day to show up on Tuesday’s for the guarantees. They also advertise promos, Anywhere from 5-12 favors for the day for a certain amount. You can run 4-10 favors and they literally won’t send the last 1 or 2. There’s really no one to speak to in person which isn’t very helpful when it comes to your money. I drove to the Austin clubhouse and it’s not even open anymore. Overall favor needs drivers to complete their work. They’re not really compensating people to deliver food and groceries in their personal cars, through traffic and all types of weather. They should do better, I’m sure the company is monopolizing delivery and cashing out because drivers are not being paid enough.

Not impressed. I have issues, constantly with this app. Sometimes between deliveries the app will just buffer and buffer before I can move to the next step. Today my phone was off for a few seconds. I turned it back on and opened the runner app. It buffered for an hour. I had to delete the app, reinstall it to get back in. That seems to be the fix for all fixes that favor recommends to get back on. That shouldn’t always be the option but it seems like it’s is. I have a new email address but they don’t have that option to change it so if I have an issue they will only reply back to an email I barely use anymore.

Improvement. Overall it’s a typical gig job that allows customers to order from anywhere and do custom orders. The pay structure is horrible Favor pays $2.10 & forces the customer to tip a min of $2 which equals a min of $4.10 off the customers payment clears if not it’s only $2.10 until they can clear payment (can take months). Having to place the order abs go back and forth with a customer due to them not specify certain things for the order leads to wasted time and possible cancellations. This is the greatest flaw of Favor as this should be handled by Favor and would make the delivery process more efficient and cut down on customer wait times which average 1 hour or more due to runners taking on more than one order at a time to make more money. Favor is overall okay for curbside/fleet orders and fast food but having to place, pay, go back and forth with the customer, & wait on the restaurant is what makes me personally go to other apps that are more efficient.

Waste of time. Good for: “laid back patriots” and “HEB volunteers” Not for: professional delivery drivers, making money either full- or part - time. 2 stars because it could be a good idea, but it had never worked out. 1. You must order food yourself and choose between time waisting and distracted driving. 2. It offers top-ups which were supposed to work if you “schedule” yourself. When the time of your “schedule” comes you can work one hour then it kicks you off and you must remove all the scheduled hours in order to continue working. 10$ guarantee may be good for a McDonald’s employee, but not for a person who maintains a vehicle anyway. Sometimes they offer a top up if you do 12 deliveries.. well even if that worked to do 12 deliveries here takes twice as much as any other delivery service. 3. They don’t reimburse for cancelled orders and system bugs. Never. P.S Tried in Austin, TX. Worse than this for your money is only Postmates. They are nicer, but there are few people ordering postmates. The best alternative is DoorDash so far, unless you like to do grocery shopping (Favor combines both). Grocery shoppers download Instacart. Wasted 2 days to figure that out. Do not repeat my mistakes, time is money!

Drivers not taken care of.. I’m leaving a 1 star because they do not pay their drivers when there is an issue with their app and pick up locations address being incorrect. This is not a driver issue they can fix on their own. I also tried other apps for directions and hand typed the address in to make sure their was no error on my part. I simply asked for gas and time to drive there reimbursement. And they threw that’s not our policy in my face. They do not care about you as a driver the cost of my gas and time would have been like 4$ but apparently they would rather lose a driver over 4$ then fix the problem. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the labor board and reporting this issue with their platform. Over 4$, big eye roll over here.

Favor Runner App.. Sunday February 11,2024 I enjoy the app for the most part. When things aren’t working and I’m not getting orders or I’m having a problem with an order surprisingly enough deleting the app and reinstall it usually fixes it. I didn’t know that at first though. The only thing I would do it to improve is to have some hours in the day where you can call even it’s just a few hours and speak with someone if you really need to there’s been a couple occasions I would’ve appreciated that but I understand that’s you know, man, our money, and everything to have someone just sit there and answer, it helps me earn money. And that’s something I really need right now, so yeah I’m very happy with it. If I had to take the time to go get a place it takes so much longer just to get hired. You know it takes long time nowadays. But I do like working normal job because you know your schedule, but this is nice too because you can sort of make your schedule although I do work each day for breakfast and lunchtime and dinner time I do fine sometimes it’s just busy when it’s not lunch or dinner and or breakfast. But, I try to just do the long-haul anytime I have any day to go do it I do it

Promos are the only thing saving favor.. The only reason I have not deleted this app yet is the promos the driving distance and wait times are really bad compared to how much you earn the favor pay per miles is way too low and the customer tips are hit or miss you may get an order that is 5 miles and get a 10 dollar tip or you may get an order that is 15 miles and get a 2 dollar tip so favor needs to guarantee better pay on average my orders come in at about 9 to 10 miles each and pay about 8 dollars an order with tip the promos make it about a dollar per order maybe better if your lucky I typically only do shopping orders or groceries delivery because puting in orders then waiting is a waste of time you could drive for any other delivery service and not have to wait near the time you have to with favor. I like that it’s local but they need to step it up on pay if they want to compete with the other big companies out there. Or they need to figure out how to expedite H‑E‑B deliveries being brought to drivers cars like special parking spots for favor at H‑E‑B so they are faster I’ve waited upwards of an. Hour just to get groceries put in my car so I could make 8 dollars driving 10 miles so basically a net loss compared to other companies it’s not worth it but again I like local and the promotions help but after I complete the promo I stop driving it’s not worth it after the guarantee. I made less than minimum wage during the week with no promos.

Favor review. The payouts are less than desirable you have two types of orders, H-E-B orders, and then the other orders, phone or food and convenient store H-E-B orders base base rate three dollars food orders have a base rate of $2.10. They do not compensate for any additional time or distance it takes to do the order driving to the order getting the order and driving to the customers house so whether it’s five minutes or an hour it’s $2.10 base rate whether it’s 5 miles or 50 miles for an H-E-B order it’s still three dollar base right I don’t think this is fair and the payouts are less than desirable. If you take a food order is a good chance you won’t make minimum wage because you have to wait. I’m pretty much almost all the restaurant orders you go to so you’re looking at 20:30 minute wait at the restaurant if you’re talking to evenings and you’re gonna be stuck in the drive-through and too many times I’ve been burned picking up fast food orders and getting a pay out of $4.20 not worth it

Good gig option. I just started running and I’m looking forward to seeing how much I can make. It would be more beneficial for everyone is customers order before we pick up. The details done all show up (such as drink, sides etc) and for the amount of time it takes to drive there, order, wait and drop the items it’s almost not worth it unless a promo is going on. It would also be helpful to show what the potential payout is for each delivery before acceptance. Trip fees are very low, if it’s not at least $1 per hr I find it’s not worth the gas and wear and tear on my car. Great potential with some improvements!

Awesome support!!. I have been running with Favor for a while now. I have no complaints when it comes to the support provided to the field. Every staffer I have communicated with has had a great attitude and resolved the issue promptly(whether with a customer or platform tech). They are on the ball with their promos as well. Making it attainable and always adapting to the changes that are occurring in the field, with the fluctuating demand for the service. I have had many thoughts as to improvements to be made to either the platform or the promos and they were implemented not long after. I give them tops for being proactive and listening to what the runners need in the field.

Good I guess but needs more improvement ASAP!. I really like favor but I wish I could be able to withdraw the ENTIRE amount of money I make like Uber drivers instead of bits and pieces doesn’t make sense. I made $167 less than two days and the amount that’s going to be deposited to my bank account is $15 ... like really? What’s the point? What am I going to do with $15 in my bank account? If that’s the case might as well wait till the end of the week like a regular job or something pretty stupid, illogical and irritating... Other than that it’s pretty cool driving around makes the time go by fast, it’s also good that I get to set my own schedule and what not take off whenever I need too. I recommended to my friends/family that want to make a little cash on the side. Will continue to recommend..

Barely get paid anything at all.. No matter what, you only get $2 from Favor for every run. They refuse to pay you anything more. And then you get an automatic $2 Tip from the customer. That’s all you’re guaranteed each delivery. $2 from Favor and $2 from the customer. If the customer feels like it, they MIGHT tip you a few more dollars.. but usually they don’t and if they do they only tip $2 more. So the total you’d get from a delivery that takes 25-30 minutes is $6, if you’re lucky. Barely covers your gas. And every delivery takes so long because you have to go into every restaurant, then you place the order, pay for it, then wait for it to get ready. It’s just ridiculous… this is the worst delivery app I’ve ever used and the people that own this service are the greediest money hungry people that don’t want to share any bit of profit with the runner.. they talk all about helping and supporting the community, it’s all lies. They aren’t doing anything but taking advantage of cheap labor and the use of others vehicles for them to make money… stay away from this app..

Disappointed-Disgusting. First of all the app is full of bugs. It doesn’t work half the time. The screen has to open- explode in order to choose or change a word zone. Second you’re paid like a waiter! 2.00 or 5.00 depending on distance! You’re waiting for ever on food and have to drive to the destination. And you have to wait for the customer to confirm that they have received their order before being paid for your delivery! Also the customer has 1hr to change their tip !! So let’s say they give you the wrong address and you deliver it then they can say they never received it run next door and grab free food. Guess what? That’s 2.00 for 40 minutes of work!! You won’t make minimum wage working for these guys. SLAVERY!!!

Bad runner support . They dont care about the runner. THEY DONT CATE ABOUT THE RUNNER. I had a delivery i went to the place got the food ready then the customer called me crying and yelling that she dont want the food and she been trying to contact favor for more than 90 min to cancel the order. So I contacted-the runner support which took more than 20min to respond with one sentence (sorry we cannot compensate you unless you finish that order) to get compensated for the time ,gas ,and mileage they were like no we wont pay u because u didn’t finish the order. Not to mention i had to argue with the restaurant to cancel the order after it got ready and take their attitude . Not to mention favor only pay you 2.10$ per delivery plus tips which is no more than 2$ and 5$ if they are lucky. Some rarely time u get more but don’t happen every months vs. doordash pay min. 4$ plus tip and they compensates you with no hustle and having you going thro runner success which all take time and u have to prove u r right

WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE DOING FAVOR. If you want to make less than minimum wage, sign up for favor. If I run for 12 hours I’d be lucky to clear 10/hour ON A GOOD DAY. You get a 2 dollar “tip” automatically from the customer and $2 base. In the app it shows 4 as the base. If the customer tips $10 for example, that $2 “tip” is still included, so you actually get an $8 tip instead. You basically rely on the customer to tip you very very well to make above minimum wage. If a run takes me 40 mins to call, pick up and drop off the order and they don’t tip( as a lot of people will do) I only make $4 AN HOUR. This is disgusting, I’ve never had a service like this pay the people who make this app work so little. It’s especially disgusting that this is happening during the virus because I cannot work and I know I have to work 12+ just to survive because I cannot work. I hope this business fails to be honest for paying its money makers so little.

So far so good!. I have done about 250 favors and only had an issue when I left my card at a previous stop. Favor support always has my back and are always so friendly! Their response time is always quick (minus a few bugs sometimes, but hey! Technology Does Fail sometimes!) To the previous negative comment. You must be doing something wrong on your own. You have to put the customer first rather than your own needs. If you are doing it strictly for money profit and do not put customer needs first, you will not succeed. It also depends on the AREA you run. Favor has many tips and tricks for success it’s up to you to be successful, considering this is practically your own business. So treat it like one. Doing favor part time has been the best extra source of income for my family. I will continue to run for them because I know the process works.

Good, but we must talk about ordering... It’s incredible unsafe to ask us to order FOR the customer.. like if I’m shopping for them at HEB/Walmart/Convenience stores, by all means, I can get those items. But for restaurants and the like, it should definitely NOT be my job to order the food, like this needs to be a **major** change in the future. Like I’m driving on the highway, I can’t order the food if I’m driving to a Hot Spot. Its fine if I get an order before dropping a current order off, because at the customer’s address I can place my next order. But when orders don’t overlap, it’s very insane to expect us to pull over and call. To make matters worse.. a LOT of restaurants aren’t even allowing us to call in orders anymore, it must be done online. And for $2-3 per delivery before tips, this process must be eliminated entirely. Maybe put online links for each restaurant and phone numbers for those that accept call-in, so a customer can get EXACTLY what they want and if it’s wrong then it’s on the restaurant, or them. This will take Favor to 5 stars for me, promise.

Think about it!!!. I have been a independent courier since 2018 and never bumped into a issue like this. So favor doesn’t tell you how much you’re getting paid before hand, they also don’t tell you the mileage. You have to do all the thinking, guessing, calling. So if you take HEB orders the base pay is $8. Favor pays $3 and the customer has to tip a minimum of $5. Remember you don’t know the mileage. Well I’m still new to Houston I take a order, the customer lives 20 miles from HEB. I get paid $8.... I can not make this up. I email favor and was told that I need to pay attention to the details. So if you’re new to Texas and don’t really know all the cities yet, be careful you can get hit with a far drop off. Any other company would have paid for the mileage but favor does not. At least postmates pay for pick up, drop off and miles. Think about it. You’re better off doing doordash or instacart, shipt. At least you’re not working blind.

Support. Absolutely horrific support system. Several orders will have you driving long distances wasting your gas only for customer to cancel their order or incorrectly put in their own information making you drive even more without any compensation. Rider apps and many other delivery apps have a form of compensating you based on wait time, distance, and order or ride circumstance. This app is not that and will leave you high and dry running around like the name implies getting a lousy base pay or $0 if you made the trip but the customer cancelled. Worst app design I have ever seen and support sees no issue with not paying their runners for wasting time and gas. Description of orders often gets messed up by the app with quantities and also takes you to restaurants or locations that no longer exist or have been shut down as a business for a long time. Outdated app that has been replaced by much better designed models and the company should really consider just ending its businesses with how much they have failed to meet a remotely fair practice.

Instant pay and app doesn’t work!!!!. Instant pay does not work with most cards so you cannot access your pay to pay for gas and continue working! The app if you try to find out why you cannot get paid sends you to the website that instructs you the information is on the app (it isn’t!) then locked you out of the app pay section completely by looping you to the website until you delete and re install the app…. If you have plenty of money to start off and pay for gas and extras then great if you do not then you are screwed! I called the bank even to ask why I couldn’t link it, the lady said she only knows because of the excess amount of calls she has gotten lately that the favor app will not do instant pay onto the bank debit card! Also the favor app clearly states that money cannot be deposited into a savings account, I waited for hours trying to find what account my money had deposited into only to log in and find my money in my savings account!!! Yes you get paid once a week but this is a train wreck!

Runner. It’s very good application with a few shortfalls. If you stay at it, you can make some good money. They should have scheduling part of app improved. Although you may have signed up to work “hours of your choice”, often, “neighborhoods are full”. I understand you wouldn’t want to run if there’s not enough demand and too many drivers, but if you take the time to “schedule” yourself before others, you should have that time reserved to you. If it’s random, Favor shouldn’t waste your time all day, saying “additional on-call hours are now available.”

Pretty good aside from some issues. I’ve been doing favor for a while now and in certain areas tips are pretty good. However, I should not have to place the customers order for them. It’s very annoying having to drive to a location to pick up an order while also calling it in at the same time and then having to wait for it to be prepared. The order should automatically be placed once a customer has submitted it that way the restaurant can contact the customer and let them know if any substitutions need to be made. That way, I don’t have to call the customer and restaurant back-and-forth to confirm everything and all I have to do is pick it up. Same for fast food. There should also be a minimum tip that a customer is required to make depending on how much food they ordered and how long it took me to complete the favor. Sometimes a favor can take up to an hour and the customer doesn’t put that into consideration. Other than that it’s good that I can do favor at my own schedule. Hope these flaws are fixed.

Not really worth it…. I used favor a couple times as I was in need of a little side change and let me just say it’s not really a favor for me….. 1. compared to other delivery apps when you get a new order your earnings will not show up before declining or accepting (your acceptance rate drops) because the customer pays after the delivery also add to the fact that it can take up to 24 hours for you to know how much you actually earned because the payment by the customer is most of time not finalized until they feel like looking at the app again 2. When I first started delivering I had no idea you had to place the order yourself after reaching the restaurant because the order is not directly sent to the restaurant when the customer orders you basically have to do everything… I’ll say a minimum it takes for you to complete a restaurant order is close to a hour also with crappy tips if it’s not in a decent neighborhood is not worth my hour when I could go on doordash and mostly make double doing multiple 3. Since favor is not really as well know such as Ubereats, doordash, instacart, etc. once you complete a favor it can take a while before you get another one because the app already has to many runners and this is even if the block zone isn’t locked Overall is not worth it as there are better delivery apps to use that you can make more money. Base pay is not low and if the customer doesn’t tip you only make $4.60 for about a hour+ of work

Segregation and my opinion. There should be a way to do other orders when a runner 45 mins waiting time and due to gas prices and the fact that a person is going to take at least 30mins up to an hour and 30 mins I believe that the base pay should b 10 one a minimum %25 tip of the total I think reasonable for wear and rough miles one is putting on his or her car in some cases look for the items stand in line I think thats not asking for much also I’m thinking about Designing a favor runner light so I don’t get ticketed or towed I copywrite that thought for real I think every runner should have a pair front n back window display that activate via Bluetooth app and a spot light for runners to better see at night I have more ideas and suggestions

Favor intentionally deceives their workers into accepting orders that lose them money!!. The bottom line is that you’re hired on as a 1099-contractor, so that they have no obligation to give you orders or even pay you $1 per week. Door dash and Uber also hire you as a 1099 contractor, but they don’t make you blindly accept 10 mile deliveries for $4. “Basic math”, and “common sense” tell you that being paid anything under $1 per mile on any order not only doesn’t make sense for the worker, but is also offensive to most people. Workers accidentally accept these orders because of a simple reason. FAVOR DOESN'T PROVIDE THE MILEAGE OR PAY WHEN OFFERING ORDERS TO WORKERS. So you will NEVER know if you are about to take a 20 mile order for $7. On top of this their business model is hot garbage compared to a large majority of other delivery apps. There is so much much more I discovered about this company that leaves me disgusted, but this is the primary reason why I will NEVER work for Favor. I hope that crooked business like this is outlawed moving forward. I don't see how they expect to grow while burning bridges with businesses, customers, and the very people that work for them. SHAME ON YOU, FAVOR.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Everything about this company is just wrong. Do not work for Favor if you are trying to earn any reasonable income. 95% of the time you are delivering just for the customers to tip you $2 on top of your $2.10 base pay. Customers usually don’t pay until 6-8 hours later and that’s all the tip you get. So basically they aren’t paying you for your time or trouble, hell barely gas. Any grocery fleet order you get the base pay is like $9 and that’s for delivering the groceries and carrying them up 3 flights of stairs. There were several occasions where I accepted an order, got there either the restaurant was closed or customer had cancelled and I was not reimbursed for my gas or time. I’m really sick of this company and their total disregard for the workers who are out here during a pandemic risking our lives only to get a $2 tip. It’s so messed up man. I will definitely never ever work for this company again. Seems like at this point they do not care about the bad reviews from customers they’re waiting to be bought out by a bigger company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

App is too glitched. Still waiting on my money.. Half the time I don’t get paid. The other half I can’t log in. Tried changing my back card and my up to 48 hour verification is still going 3 days later so I can’t get my money I worked for. Customer service doesn’t help. All they do is tell you the same thing. “Turn off the app then turn ot back on.” “Turn off the phone and delete the app.” AFter doing that 10 times just for the situations to get worse is a waste of an experience. Either the order goes to the wrong person or can’t even be completed because *insert reason here*. I can’t even log into the app with out it locking me out for an hour because it sent me imaginary verification codes to my phone that I never received. This is my experience. Good luck with yours.

THIS IS A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY. IM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! DOORDASH AND UBER EATS PAY MORE JUST A HEADS UP. Each year favors does its employees worse and worse. I’ve been a runner for 7 years. At first favors was the best, and they made sure that they took care of they customers. The pay was also way better then how it is now. FAVORS also use to have people send you favors(THEY FIRED ALL OF THOSE WORKERS). Now they have a bot that send you favors and try to send you 40 mins from where you at almost everytime. They only did that to GET MORE MONEY. people with families had to lose there job over a bot and my cousin was one of them. He started at the houston location back when they first started around 2014. When he got fired he literally lost his apartment and everything(HE ALSO HAS 3 kids and a wife. NOW FAVORS FIRE runners because runners don’t wanna drive 40 minutes to get to a place to only get tipped $4 witch is favors minimum you can be tipped. There customer service has also gotten very rude and it’s just overall a TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR. IM TELLING YOU NOW DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, BECAUSE IF YOU RUN FOR THEM YOUR GONNA LOSE MORE MONEY THAN YOU CAN GAIN. IM A LIVING WITNESS!!! DONT DO IT!!!

Don’t work for free during inflation or ever. $4.10 to drive 40 mins to location 40 min wait for food to be prepped and cooked and 30 or 40 to drive to the customer. By the time you go to that snobby neighborhood where everyone there feels everyone else that don’t do what they do for a living don’t have a real job so they don’t tip you after you have done a service ( the bigger the house the smaller the tip of any tip at all) you would have possibly made $4.10 for 1 hr & a half 2 hrs of your time that you get the next day. Everyone just stop doing Favor since they could care less about us receiving the right compensation. We should get paid according to how long we spent driving to, placing, waiting for the order and driving it to the customer. $1.02 per action. Not worth your time and gas just to take a chance on an entitled snob who don’t believe there is good karma and bad karma involved when it comes to tipping someone who did a favor they were to sorry to do themselves. Nobody owe you anything. Go get your own food and make your own store runs since it’s not a real job inconsiderate incomassionante nincompoops.

Not Worth Your Time!. I was a favor runner for two months. It started off ok but the company does not seem to care about the runners. If a customer has a large fleet order and the store they ordered from screws up the order, the runner is penalized and receives the bare minimum of $4.10 for your service. Also, they advertise bonuses and top offs throughout the week but don’t initially inform you that you can only receive those payouts if you scheduled yourself in certain areas. If those areas are busy, you can get locked out from receiving favors because there are too many runners and miss the opportunity for the bonus. There is not a working number to contact customer if there are issues. You can only message through the app for concerns. I have been trying to get someone to respond to me since I never received my $25 for completing 50 favors. It may not seem like much but it is the principle. The fact that I reached out to support on 5 different occasions regarding my bonus and they gave the excuse that they were backed up with a lot of emails. Favor has customer service problems that they must rectify before I would recommend anyone to use their services (employee or customer).

Tech issues w/app and live support. The app won’t allow runners to complete a live delivery if the city you’re delivering in “closes at 10 pm” (or whatever time YOUR city “closes”.) It wasn’t an issue months ago. If your city closed, runners could still complete their live delivery. I have been reporting this issue for weeks to no avail. Also, it makes no sense that some cities are “closed” at 10 pm, especially when your city is “alive” with stores and restaurants open until midnight with a community that is demanding deliveries after 10 and with runners who want to do deliveries past 10 pm. What inconvenience or sweat is coming off Favors back by allowing deliveries past 10 pm? It is a loss for the runners and would appear to be a loss for favor by closing at 10 pm Or even at midnight… especially on weekends, when this area is up and going until 2 am when bars close and everyone is hungry after that! We have 24 hour restaurants and many 24 hr convenient stores that people are still visiting after 2 am. I have advised Favor of this and requested that they look into this and reconsider. I have submitted multiple emails and suggestions and not received a single acknowledgment. Not very got business practice. Very disappointing.

Crap. Dear heavens don’t have any issues with the deposit or changing a card such as you had fraud on your bank card and need to ipdaye to a new on the only response you will get is woops we can’t process that request and for the love of all that is good when you contact the text support they tell you turn the phone off and back on then try resetting the app then try uninstalling and reinstalling and after all that reach out to tech support did all that waited all day for an email from tech nothing at all text the support back they can’t even give me a day or time that tech can call back like at all this is the most unhelpful app I have ever used. If they could have customer service like door dash it would be great but no eventually someone from tech support will call and the money I have and need at the moment I can deposit at some point but who knows definitely not customer support

Favor is Awesome!. Just a really, really good app. If there’s an issue, just submit a report and it’s super obvious that the teams at Favor get it corrected or update the app for ease of convenience. It only gets better and more Runner friendly. The GPS is constantly being updated. It’s awesome to have an open line of communication to the support teams. And they also have real time live text support. Favor is really stepping up their game each and everyday and it shows! 🤙

Terrible app. When I was going to work for favor I thought that favor is some kind of special cuz it’s local but I was terribly mistaken! First of all I cannot see how much I’m gonna get for the order, I can just see the store name and customer’s location, that all. Second, I have to place an order by myself, it’s very confusing sometimes and takes much longer to pick up the order than it would be placed in advance! Third, I can drive around for an hour and not get any order at all! I don’t know what are the hotspots for bc it’s senseless circles on the map. It’s not advertisement BUT doordash is way better! I didn’t like it before but after using favor I certainly know that dd is pretty good! Don’t waste your time!

Good side job but….. I enjoy doing Favors. The only bad side of it it’s the pay. They give the customer till the next day to pay you. Most of them pay the next day around 5:30am your pay is there. Not all customers wait but majority does wait. I feel like the pay period should be shorter like 2 hours or something like that. But not the next day. Just like fleets (which are pickup from merchant and deliver) they pay right away as soon as delivered. Other than that, favor is very easy to do.

Sorry App and Jon!. Like the other review said $4 to drive almost 40 mins. You nv know what you will be paid till after. Then after waisting your time and gas Favor have the nerve to suspend your account because of a typing error! They can clearly see the order was delivered and the amount and items on the receipt I took a pic of. But because I put the wrong amount on the order they suspended my account. Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of time and effort. Id f a customer is rude with you Favor doesn’t protect you, matter fact they will send that same customer to you later even if you ask not to have them again. Waste of time and money.

Great Extra Money, a bit tedious. Okay as so first off I love about, BUT They definitely need to catch up to the competition! I hate having to place orders for customers and then they complain when it’s not exactly what they wanted… ALL orders should already be placed with the merchant. The customer is the only one who knows exactly what they want. Also saves on time when they DON’T RESPOND to “how they want their eggs cooked” or “this side isn’t available Would you like something else?” It’s very annoying.

You are at fault by default.. I’ve been a runner for 2 going on 3 years and while I made relatively good money, I was blamed for everything Favor did wrong so let this be a warning to any prospective runners. You are at fault by default. If a bug occurs the support team won’t help you. They have the capability to force the app to move forward a step but they will instead tell you to fix it yourself. They won’t listen to your explanation about what is happening on your end. They will, however, flood you with information about anything except what you need. You are replaceable and once you’ve had enough, some other desperate sucker will take your place.

the good ol’ app. So i’ve been “runnin” favors for a couple of years now. There used to be a help line with a rep able to assist “live” favors over the phone directly, as of late for whatever reason assistance is only offered through text msgs. This has presented significant issues for me as well as my customers. I remember the good ol app. This downgrade of service has now limited my motivation to continue as a runner. PLEASE BRING BACK THE LIVE HELPLINE.

Map & Profit. The area map needs to be smaller. It takes too long to get from one side to the other. There is too much wear and tear on our cars.I have spent $100 in gas in the past eight days. I’m actually older then most runners and I think it’s a shame that you all are taking advantage of our younger generation. They don’t understand how this will impact them personally later down the line. Also addresses need to be updated because several times we were sent to the wrong place.

BEST APP EVER. Don’t worry about your acceptance rate being low. I have a 98% and a fellow runner with 72% gets more fleets than me. So honestly just decline food orders and wait for the fleets. I wouldn’t worry about not getting any because you will. The fellow runner declined 3 food orders in a row and then gets a fleet. It’s all first come first serve. PS: USE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS‼️ new accounts get the best orders. They don’t care about the runners that have been doing this longer. Don’t be afraid to put your tips and tricks in here, they don’t read the reviews anyways.

Favor review. Been doing favor for a while and it’s been the least enjoyable driver delivery app so far. Knowing what you’re going to work for and how far is key to a good driven order, you just don’t get that information on favor such as other deliver apps. There’s also promotions: ‘complete a certain amount of orders by this time frame and get this certain amount of money’... it’s kinda hard to do that when you get sent to multiple fast food restaurants during busy hours for 50+ minutes 4-5 times a day. (Denying orders lowers pay). Tips $: There’s plenty people who will take advantage of favor delivery drivers, having to wait 50+ minutes for orders and getting tipped only 2.75 is not acceptable. Also there’s “guarantees” but you don’t even get that sometimes.

Make it easier.. The issue is that you need more runners but there are barriers for most of migrants to work in the environment that Favor opted to work in. Work together with the restaurants so that they can accept fleet orders so that runners don’t have to hustle ordering food for customers, sometimes making mistakes on what customers want. Secondly work on your system dispatching, imagine if you are picking up from Barton Creek Square Mall and delivering to far East 290 Hwy and at your half way you get a pick up from downtown to far West 290. Please update that.

Most unproductive gig app. I’ve been a runner with favor since 2014. The favor app is an app which your patience will be tested, “favors” or orders come sporadically, most orders require a lengthy wait 30-60 minutes, guaranteed earning promotions are rigged, for example, favor promo could say “guarantee earnings, 4 favors for $50”; you’d be assigned 3 favors back to back one after the other so that all you need is the 4th favor order to meet the quota for the guaranteed $50 but good luck getting that 4th before the time runs out. If there is no promo going, orders are very sporadic, let’s say 1 order every 2 hours. Now imagine doing a full 8 hours 😒

Barely breaking even after gas.. I’m working 6-7 hours a day and I’m barely breaking even after gas. Favor doesn’t seem to care that gas is twice as much now and the customers certainly couldn’t care less. People are adjusting the suggested tips down to the lowest possible amount on just about every order now. It’s ridiculous pay for a lot of work. People don’t seem to understand that our tips are 90% of our pay and the suggested tip is should be the minimum amount they tip. Either that or they just don’t care and screw their delivery drivers over so they can stuff their fat ugly faces full of food at someone else’s expense.

Love Favor. I do Favor full time and it has opened up so many opportunities for me. I got my own apartment and since I make my own schedule I am planning on going back to school. Thank you so much Favor! App review: the app is really easy to learn no complaints. Sometimes it does glitch when trying to open templates but I’ve noticed it’s when my service isn’t on full bars so that probably has something to do with it.

Terrible!!!. If you live in a city and can be scheduled it might be worth it but on call was a total BUST. In an area where you have to drive a lot it’s not even worth it. 30 minutes to the store 30 minutes to the customers houses. Then peanuts! I have people ordering weeks worth of groceries and you made $2.10 from the delivery and then tipping you 7$ for lugging it up. God forbid it’s an apartment. How can I even make the promotions when I can only accomplish one favor per hour? Also the app is hard to use while driving and via fleet order I can’t even text in app so what good is having the templates?

Love. I love working for Favor. It’s consistent with good tips and orders. The clientele and restaurants seem a bit more upscale. Sometimes I’m stuck between lowering my acceptance rate by not accepting orders that I want to but are too far from where I am to fulfill efficiently. This is the only problem that weighs on me. I don’t mind calling in orders though except knowing when to call it in if I’m on another Favor in another area. It takes time to get into the groove but when you do, it’s worth it!

WASTE OF TIME. Read all the comments before you start working for Favors because what everyone is saying is true. Favors does NOT pay what they say they will. Even if you have the prof like I did. They will not pay what they say. Those promos are a lie. I worked those promos for 2 weeks and did not get the amount promised. After several emails back and forth they still said the promos are NOT a bonus or a guarantee. After the link specifically says they are. Favors needs to get their act together. If you put it on the app as a promo or a bonus or a guarantee and you don’t deliver that’s concerned FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !!

TERRIBLE. It’s so many issues with favor I don’t know where to start. It’s SLOW, orders hardly come in. They expect you to drive to 10 buck 2 to only get tipped $6 and then lower your acceptance rate if you decline orders too far. There’s no gas reimbursement and allowing the customers to tip lower than $5 is just RIDICULOUS. You get deactivated FOR NO REASON on issues that you didn’t even cause. This is a dying app, and I seriously can’t wait to find a REAL JOB. Favor is no longer the same and for sure doesn’t help financially like it use to. Especially with gas so high, orders being too far out, orders coming in slow, and customers tipping too low.

Responsive customer support. I had a miss understanding with a order. I texted customer support it took about three minutes for a reply and it was longer after each text. I was next in line to purchase to item when the customer texted back with a different order. I also texted the customer asking for the correct order no reply. Customer support took about 5 minutes to reply. I called thinking it would be faster but that was just a longer wait. I think they should have fast quicker responsive supporters especially for runners trying to deliver at a excellent timing.

App malfunction. Is anyone else having problems with the app lately. I can be logged in and then if I switch to a different app then go back to the runner app and it’s telling me to select a neighborhood. With no option to select because I’m already logged in. I literally have to log out and then log back in only for it to continue doing this if I leave the app. I’ve updated my phone and the app so I’m not understanding what’s the issue it’s been going on for like 2 weeks now. I. Feel like this is causing me to miss out on orders coming to my phone

Customers don’t rate anymore and it’s slower than ever!. Customers don’t rate runners anymore and it’s slower than ever. The fire symbol for the hotspot is a joke. I have sit behind HEB in good connection when fire symbol is on for 2 hours and not 1 thing came up. It’s becoming a joke, seriously. I only do HEB curbside orders because everything else is a joke. The curbside orders however, have been paying better and I enjoy seeing exactly what I’m making before I accept the run. Good improvement but still would like more ratings and hot spots to actually be hot!

Great Way To Earn Mad Money In Texas. I use Favor Running to make some extra money before and after my regular job. It is a great way to give your income a little bossy to afford little luxuries you otherwise couldn’t. I have been giving serious thought to quitting my job delivering pizzas and Favor Running full time. The users in my city tip rather generously. Especially on HEB fleet orders.

Says your at store when your not!. It’s very frustrating when you accept a delivery when you are on one, and when you deliver the first one you are on and deliver it, it automatically says you are at store for the second one when you could be 11 mins away from the pickup location. This will make the customers think you are slow and in return will get a very small tip very frustrating. At last also it’s very annoying to try to get help since the phone lines have been shut down the help center leaves you down a rabbit hole of problems.

Just awful. I almost have 200 deliveries done with favor but that was back then when favor had its hotspots and bonus days. Favor is terrible now why do I have to drive around aimlessly to find a job to do for an automatic $2 tip? I did a 31 minute delivery and only made $8.74 due to the small tip I received. Not only that runner support is terrible no one ever picks up the phone. I had a customer call support twice and I called support only to be waiting 30 minutes for no one to answer. I honestly can’t do work for you guys anymore I don’t make anything for the work I put in. If y’all want a delivery job choose something other than this.

TERRIBLE. Guys honestly i can say i almost made 170 favors but i can say they steal your money alittle bit after your every shift . You must type your favor after eachone is completed and that will make you feel better because u ll know how much u excatly made . I see 250$ in the morning but when i start run and come home after a while i see on my page it says leas then that amount . Noone tells you nothing as well . If you decide to work this company its better not to work . Change your mind quickly !

Running for one year. I find only one useful activity on this app that is legitimately worth my time, and is minimally frustrating. That’s taking fleet orders for HEB. It would appear the minimum value paid to driver is twice the promised traditional favor. If done twice in an hour you could be making up to twice the hourly guarantee, thus invalidating the need to take any other deliveries. I encourage the developers to make it so runners can schedule themselves to only take fleet orders or something in settings where they allow early assignment. Especially with the heb promotion going on my local heb retailers are overwhelmed with the amount of delivery happening and it’s going on at odd times like early morning so I believe this would further offset this issue. TLDR; Only take fleet orders from HEB. They pay twice as much. Overall running is a good experience if you stick to that. Experience may vary by region.

Been a favor runner for 3 years. I do favor on a bicycle and I absolutely enjoy every minute of it. There are sometimes I miss out on a favor due to bugs. Such as, not getting the ping exactly when the favor arrives. That’s the only challenging thing about favor right now, besides that, it has been such a tremendous blessing working as a full time favor runner in the Austin market! Can’t wait to see what more grows out from this amazing and exceptional delivery service in the near future. Favor for life! 🙏🏻

2 star review. I’ve been doing favor a while as a runner and must I say although you can make a little extra money on the side I don’t think it’s worth the time to actually do it. I also think it’s unfair that you drive 10 min to the restaurant and than 20 min to the customers house/apartments and they only tip you 5$. I personally think the lowest anyone should tip you is 8 bucks seeing that you use your own vehicle. I will not be running anymore because the CEO yes I’m talking to the owners, they don’t cover your vehicle, gas, and or any little minor thing that could go wrong with your car. So my final conclusion on favor is a 1 star. There’s also other things I’m not going to specific cause I don’t feel like typing that much.

Wrong locations. This app is great I’ve used this as my main source of income for some months now. Favor really is the best in my opinion. The only complaint I have is the address the app gives you for the customers home is sometimes wrong. Or the location of the restaurant and when you reach out for help they are not to helpful I’ve had some pretty upsetting responses from them. Customer service is a hit or miss. It’s either really great or really unhelpful.

Life saver. I got covid last year, and have never been the same. I’ve been unable to do the work I’ve done for decades, and have struggled finding something I am able to do. I’ve only gone on three runs, but I have cried many tears from feeling so thankful that being a Favor Runner is not only something that I can do, but something I can do well, and feel a sense of purpose again. Thank you!

Needs Change. Honestly, I feel that anytime someone is ordering the food, they should be ordering the food. Not me. One that’s unsafe during a time of a pandemic and secondly that consumes too much time for me to have to order, drive, wait, pick up, and drop off. Also 2-3$ base tip needs to be eliminated. We work hard and should receive 5$ off of tips already. Depending on the area, I receive only 4$ for my hard work. Also “waiting for the customer” shouldn’t be a thing. I delivered someone’s food a whole 24 hours ago and still haven’t received money for that favor. Things need to be changed and favor will be perfect.

False claims. Don’t believe what is written. The bonuses never arrive promos never arrived they charge a dollar or more to get the money that you have just spent in order to make them richer all of it is lies they send you from 1/2 of the city to the city don’t believe what is written. The bonuses never arrive promos never arrive they charge a dollar or more to get the money that you have just spent in order to make them richer all of it is lies they send you from 1/2 of the city all the way to the other half of the city and for a dollar or two dollars and you’re expected to Byron‘s grave and say thank you don’t do it

Identity control. It is one of the few applications that can be worked legally. But lately there are many people with rented or borrowed accounts and it is even being heard that the plague of fraud is reaching Favor. Fake accounts and people using bot. Really don't let this affect the app, make an update that asks for a photo or scan of a legal driver's license every time you are on your way to deliver an order or after the driver delivers it. I have seen in the HEB people with up to 3 cell phones and on each cell phone a Favor account. Kind regards.

Could be better. In my own opinion , I think the app should be able to let the customers see how many stars we have per delivery, like other apps, customers like to know more about the person who is delivering their goods, and runners should be able to read each comments customer write about their experience with the service provided by us(runners),

TRASH APP. My account has been deactivated twice in ONE MONTH for investigation and I’m over it! They want you to deliver grociers up and down stairs for $8 an hour basically. By the time you arrive to the store, wait for the order, get to the customer it’s been an hour and they can leave between a $2 and $5 tip. It’s truly disgusting. You can’t schedule yourself because they have “Promos” that’s not worth it at all. Some people want you to go buy swishers for 12 miles and only tipped $2. AmeriKKKA where your mental health relies on money to survive because if you don’t get your bills paid you get put out of your home.

It’s a good app but it needs work. The ordering for the customer at restaurants is an issue especially if the restaurant no longer has a specific menu item. It leaves it up to the runner and puts all the blame on the delivery person while it should be a direct place your order and have it go through the restaurant and we pick up ready to be delivered. It’ll cut travel time and make it a lot easier for both parties especially when a customer wants add ons and we need to get a hold of them, they typically don’t have enough time to respond

Not worth if. It’s owned by H-E-B. App has millions of bugs that they never fix the issues. Beside no matter if you wake up early to turn the app and park at H-E-B parking lot to get the order and it not send to you and it send to another driver that they are just arrive while you where there first. Beside heb just paid the basic if 8 dollars for 30 or more items customers not paying no good anymore and some times long mile to get to the customer. For the restaurants you have to get down and make the order and some restaurants don’t allowed you to call to make the order. They take like 30 minutes or more to give you the order. So just a good choose of doing this cheap delivery app.

Not worth it. HEB really has it in for workers and Favor drivers. Inflation and ever increasing gas prices are not good enough reasons for them to calibrate this app. The average run is $8 and now it seems like I am getting less favors, basically causing me to run out of gas for about 2 favors. God forbid it’s a restaurant because customers barely tip for restaurant runs. Imagine driving 30 minutes to a restaurant, waiting for them to prepare the food (losing money), just to have to drive 8 minutes away to the customers house.,. And then you don’t receive a tip until the next day (If at all)! HEB needs to be sued so bad! What can you expect though in Republicans R Us (Texas)

Ebony words. OK so at first I was very nervous because it was like I have to wait 48 days and I was like dang I put my information in on the 25th one another but I am very very happy with this app you guys don’t understand between you guys and Instacart is this Instacart has me in the store too long and I’m trying to make money fast and you guys actually do that for me so I appreciate it and thank you

THIS APP IS RACIST. This app is racist!! They want you to look a certain way then they will sabotage you to where they will give you fake orders or set you up to fail if your not light enough, they have a real culture issue they don’t back up their divers in situations where the customer’s are wrong! Or some people will lie and say they didn’t get their groceries and favor will have you do a drop for 50 minutes and end up making 5 dollars this app is horrible and in due time they will he exposed for their horrible ways , I wouldn’t recommend a DOG to deliver for this company it’s over all TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! If you wanna spend 6 hours just to make 20 dollars be my guest they are RACIST

Slow. It’s great just slow, but that’s just a advertising issue. I like the control we have as Runners, and customers can’t tip less than $2, also like that the support is actually real caring people. I just wish it was busier and they had a better algorithm for assigning favors. I’ve Ran all day from 9am to closing and sometimes only get 3 favors. I’ve had better tips here than on Uber or DD consistently though. Just too slow to depend on.

Earn less than other apps. When using favor I earn less per delivery than when using postmates, door dash or grub hub. Their pay structure is low and to reach the guarantees means you have to drive 36 hours in a 3 day period....which would be illegal if monitored by DOT. For comparison postmates weekend guarantee is 600 but you only have to make 45 deliveries-not 70 for 750.... you also get paid per mile on other apps while here I made 4 bucks including tip with locations that were incredibly far apart. Favor should work on their delivery rate and mileage to compensate drivers fairly and stay competitive.

Another Gig Economy Scam. Good luck making minimum wage when factoring in gas, maintenance, depreciation, etc on your car. You will be doing everything from placing the order, picking it up, contacting customer for any changes or mistakes they made, dropping it off, and everything in between. They force you to attend a orientation that is unpaid, you will be screwed come tax time as they consider you a contractor. Basically a bunch of tech bros looking to take advantage of the time economy's most vulnerable in the hopes they can sell their app to one of the big boys and cash out. Don't believe their marketing or hype. It is in essence the gig economy's version of a pyramid scheme, just tweaked to not be one.

Great options but the app. I love the opportunity to make extra cash on my schedule. I feel it would be much better if the app worked with the phone and technology services to allow notifications to break through when the phone is in drive safe mode. I feel it adds a level of danger/hazard that could be avoided by allowing the app to notify without having to disable safety controls.

They do not care about their runners. You are replaceable and expendable to them and they will kick you out without even telling you why. They deactivated my account for no reason when I followed every rule and had a 5 star rating. Runner support often just tells you to figure it out on your own, if they contact you back at all. The runner community is toxic as all get out, and the app itself has its problems as well. The order doesn’t go to the restaurant which makes things difficult when things are out of stock and when customers rate you there’s nowhere for them to comment so you could get a ding in your score and not even know why. Don’t waste your time with Favor.

Very Disappointed. You can’t see how much you earned on each run without having to sign in to the website itself. Most people tip the minimum of $2 only because they have to. You aren’t given your total earned automatically bc customers have until the end of the day to pay so you really don’t know exactly how much you made until the next day when those who haven’t paid are processed. There should be some way to rate customers. Most are chill and really nice but some can be a nightmare. For the running I did in one day I earned just over $120 and only $27 was deposited into my account. What gives?

Work for ANY other delivery service if you can. They let you drive 1hr+ and wait for food only to make 4$. At that point, you’re not even breaking even on gas. It’s set up in a ridiculous way and compensation is unacceptable. The promos are garbage unless you’re new. They say they’ve tried to address this by adding more information to the acceptance screen but they don’t tell you that once you start declining favors that you won’t be fairly compensated for, you will see a stark decline in assignments. It truly seems like an effort to make you work for free. There doesn’t seem to be any real concern for the drivers keeping the business alive.

FIX THIS. App is somewhat ok but MOSTLY dumb WHY must WE pay for the customers order with our favor cards I 100% of the time NEVER HAVE MONEY ON IT!!’ it’s like the order is already placed by the customer and then we pay their order to the restaurant then get reimbursed not even the full amount , I’ve missed countless orders by not having money on my favor card, the only orders that tip great and are normal are the ones straight from HEB. I’m deactivated from Doordash and Uber Eats because of a navigation issue on my phone causing me to always deliver late but I’ve fixed it since then SO FAVOR YOU AND GOPUFF ARE MY ONLY HOPES DON’T SCREW US OVER, FIX THIS PLEASE

Horrible support and pay In Houston. Your lucky to make $9 or even $5 per hour. Customer support line is down and they never respond to texts. Got an order from Potbelly that was either taken or missing, the manager wasn’t sure. When I told him that the order was already paid for, he said “it’s not my problem” and hung up on me. I reach out to support and crickets Then I get a random text 40 min later that’s says “tell them to make it and they will make it”. At this point I’ve had to cancel the favor. Do yourself a favor and use DoorDash or UberEats if your in Houston. This is complete trash.

Please update. The app always force quits in the middle of an order and if that’s not an issue then it’s response time is lagging. I have to wait almost 10-15 seconds before the app is “activate” again. That’s one of the big reason why I either decline orders or just let them get automatically reassigned because the app quits on me either way or just takes forever to respond. Also please please please reduce the amount of steps it takes from start to finish when it comes to completing an order. And lastly please try and make the map work within the app. It will make things a lot faster and more convenient and will eliminate the lag time/force quitting.
