Idk what happened. Idk if it was just me or my phone but this has got to be the worst display of service i have ever received from an app. I took a picture of japanese text to translate because im playing this game and I set it to do japanese to english translation and ofc it changes to english to english translation with non english letters smh. Then there are also huge incomprehensible errors in the translation to the point where of one thing was translated right I said thank god. Idk but im done with this app man.

Best Translator I’ve Ever Tried.. Aside from a few errors (maybe on may translation or it’s) it was and amazing translator and the best I’ve ever tried. I was doing take home finals for Italian and needed help since it was late at night. I looked for an easy way out sure, but it was super helpful and made my life easier. I recommend this for everyone since you can just take a picture and almost instantly get a translation. In summary: It’s very good and I recommend it to all!

Don’t download unless you have money for it. I don’t recommend it if you don’t have money for it after all this app is not for free, which is scandal and stupid because after one use you have to pay for it for full price to use it for lifetime if you don’t have the money then buy the month which is not worthy because you are paying more so I suggest to change price if you won’t then take this app off of this store because is don’t deserve to be here if you are here to steal more money that you are offering us Thank you for listening after all is not gonna help you anything if you are not going to change your mind

After update. I was VERY satisfied with the app! Would have recommend it to anyone looking for translator BUT after the latest update it went from 5* app to 1* app! Now it has difficulty picking up content from pictures and you now have to chose the language that original text is written in to get any results and the reason I need a translator is because I don’t speak the language so it’s a good possibility I don’t know what dialect it is!!! And they asked for another review... nothing has changed. Still was great, now is terrible.

Terrible, doesn’t work. I spent 50 dollars on this app just for the use of the Spanish translation camera. Upon trying it, I discovered that instead of translating the paragraph I had taken a photo of it read it back to me, without translating it to English!!! I played around with the app for a short while trying desperately to find some solution, but eventually was forced to come to the conclusion that it was a glitch, and there was nothing I could do to fix it. These kind of glitches are absolutely unacceptable in such an expensive app, especially when students, such as myself, rely on apps like this to cheat on online quizzes. I now have no way of passing my Spanish quiz as the teacher has made it so we can’t switch tabs. Absolute waste of money!!!! 😡

Limited screen size, ad’s , 1 photo limit. The potential for this app is great. And it seems to work fine. If you want to pay $50 for the full version. Which most people do not. And the free version (which is raided with ad’s) only lets you take one word photo. After which, it asks you to purchase the full version and never lets you take another word photo. I am deleting and looking elsewhere. It’s a dead app after only 4 minutes.

Was Better Before. The translator wasn’t that accurate but it was still enough to understand what it meant. It was nice that you could take photos from your phone and upload them to the app to translate it. However, now you have to pay to get unlimited languages and to upload photos. This is understandable because this is how most free apps make money. But when you pay $2.99 a week for a translation app you use 2-3 times a week it’s unrealistic. This was my favorite translation app and I would always go to it first but now that you have to have a subscription to basically use anything on the app, it’s a flat out horrible app.

Great but I had to keep deleting and downloading. This isn’t fair because there was this video and I couldn’t understand the title the first time. I did it the second time and it said I had to do a free trial. I’m not doing a free trial just to see stuff that I don’t understand! This is why I have to keep re-downloading it. If you want a great app, maybe it would just be cool if you took off the free trial so other people can enjoy it instead of complaining about how the trial was worth nothing. I feel bad for those people that paid for that and received nothing good out of it. This app is trash and should be free and the app in general needs to be free. I’m tired of these types of apps making you get the app for free and then you have to do this stupid free trial. The sad thing is that you have to pay for completely nothing! I wish I was the person getting paid right now. Update this app to where you don’t need a free trial to enter what’s not even worth it! Make it free to where you can use it unlimited for all people and or just using a free trial.

How would I know if the app works If I am not able to even do a translation for testing?. ...I Won’t even think on buying this app If I am not able to test if the translation works ..The limited version does not allows me to do a English to Spanish translation (a pretty basic lenguage and easy lenguage to translate ) so How am I supposed to buy something without even testing it ? .ay least give a Free translation.

It’s good enough.... I would only say that just because...I CANT UNSUBSCRIBE! 😡 This app is kinda a rip-off of The Google Translate app. Because there’s already a feature, it’s a rip-off. Wow. Just wow. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡. Basically I translated something from Japanese to English and it said chicabal??? I think it is Spanish but I discretely did Japanese to English. Also if you don’t get the “unlimited access” it seems like you can’t do anything else after taking your first (and last) photo. I think the creators/ devs should give at least a few more photos (for text and object).

I couldn’t live without it. Being an expat in Taiwan, this app has helped me immensely, especially when I’m doing repair work around the home and need to go shopping for materials. It’s a great app!

I get one free scan? Then have to subscribe?!. Dunno if I’m missing some here.. but I got one scan, then tried another... The app went straight to a subscription page. As if, subscribe or else! I could not get the darn thing to scan again- keeps going to subscribe page. Sorry, but subscribing 3 bucks s month for this. Especially since you are forcing it down my throat.

💢💢 DOESN’T WORK! 💢💢. I’ve seen a few reviews saying the same thing, “When I take a picture, a page pops up encouraging to buy a monthly or yearly pass.” I’ve taken ONE picture to try to translate Thai to English. It didn’t really work, it translated one word that doesn’t correlate to the the bottle. Then, I’ve tried to take it again, because maybe it was the glare. But then a page pops up showing you to buy a Monthly, Yearly or Weekly pass to continue to take photos. I believe that this app doesn’t work for the ONE and only photo that didn’t really work well. So, if your really want to spend your money for a pass, I’d recommend to take the ONE photo that you’re even aloud to. Although maybe with the passes it will work better. There has also been a few reviews saying that a few words weren’t translated or correct.

Mystery Solved. I had some things from my grandpa from years ago with Chinese writing on them. I’ve had these things for about 40 years and this app help give some clues about what they are!

Not completely accurate. The translation most time are good but many occasions it catches different meanings as opposed to looking up each word separately. But over all it’s a true time saver when you are in a hurry to get the readings done.

But worse than google translate. First of all use google translate it’ll have a more accurate reading than this app plus it’s free. I spent about 4 mins on this app and translated a few lines but it was a worthless cause. Every line ended up choppy had about 1-3 words that’d get translated just to get a main idea. and it’s just not worth the price. It’d also ask me for a rating every time I translated something which got annoying real quick. Concept is cool but it’s not useful. Could not find the unsubscribe, FAQ page is empty. Had to go to my Apple settings to get rid of oncoming bills.

Camera Translator App. App uses your camera to scan and does a good job understand the format from the camera.

Worse than free translation apps. I found many errors in translation of Chinese characters and some characters were not recognized at all. On several occasions the translation from camera function locked up and would not work at all. I found two other translators that are free and do a much better job. I regret paying for the first month. It was money waisted. At this point I would not recommend using it even for free due to all the failures to translate and bugs in the software.

Beware of recurring weekly subscription after 3 days. Unfortunately in our busy lives we assume main stream companies are not trying to take advantage of customers. Hidden weekly subscription to me is equivalent to scamming customers, many do not notice multiple small charges that add up. I prefer google translate which is free and has worked very well. I do not believe their high reviews is accurate or deserved.

Don’t waist your time on it.. If you need to take a quick picture of a language you can’t read. This app is a no go. Soon as you try to open it you need to purchase to use it. Even if I tried to purchase to continue to the next page it would crash every time. It’s a joke. But there is a lot of them out there. This one is going on the list.

Poor performing app. Was really disappointed!! Doesn’t work most of the time. And when it does, it doesn’t translate into the language selected. I set it to translate from Russian to USA English and it will sometimes translate text into Spanish. Difficult app to use but I only tried the trial period. I won’t be buying the app, but they already have enough info to send me spam... bummer.

it was horrible. I downloaded it to help me with Spanish then the first thing popped up wanting me to pay for it with was ok but I don’t want to pay for something I’m going to use once. I pushed used limits, well the camera popped up then it wouldn’t let me take the photo, then I typed it in then pushed translate. An add popped up but not just one, 3. As soon as I saw the 3rd add I clicked out then deleted it.

Unreliable. I paid for 3 weeks of offline usage of this app while in Italy. It worked once out of about 10 times I tried to use it. I would take very clear pictures of simple signs or documents in Italian, it would scan the image for about 10-15 seconds, and then tell me that there was no text. Useless! These were not challenging images. I’m talking about plain, black text on a white background. I got so frustrated, I finally gave up and used free Google translate. Don’t waste your money on this app. Nice idea, but it doesn’t work.

Complete rip off!. This is a google translate that makes you pay $50 or $5.00 a month... I thought that you would be allowed to take a picture of text and it would translate it for you... nope it doesn’t... you get a small box that can fit a 3x3 of words, and then when you try to take a picture... it asks for membership... Basically meaning, you must pay money to use this app at all... they should have put it as $50 on the AppStore, if they are going to charge you after you get the app... Complete waste of time! And a complete rip off! I highly recommend using your time to find a different app, or use google translate...

Not that great!. It translates properly less than 50% of the time. The other problem I encountered was that it chooses a different language after I scan. For example, I wanted to translate Chinese to English, but when I scanned something, it showed up as scanning from Japanese to English. Plus, I am finding it very hard to unsubscribe from the services. The app says I can unsubscribe by going into the settings and unsubscribing after I have subscribed. The problem is that there is no “setting” button in the app. Well there is, but the only options to choose are “FAQs, Other Apps, Email Us, Review App, Share This App.” There isn’t an option to unsubscribe. I feel like I am about to be taken for a ride with my money.

USELESS TRANSLATOR Camera scan English to Spanish. I was trying to email them first before I left a bad review. However, the email button was the only one that didn’t work in settings. I wish I could show you screenshots, but I cannot. So I used 3 apps to compare the translations: Google, Papago, and this one. This app left too much English in the translations. I really liked the camera scan option, but it’s just not functional enough to use other than to copy the text that was scanned and paste it into the other translators and then it’s a matter of piecing together grammar that actually makes sense and not awkward. I have a free trial this week, so I will use it to scan text and paste it to the other translators. I will check to see if this works for Korean and German and will update my review. For now it’s 1 Star for English to Spanish.

Hi. I give this application ⭐️because It takes you out of trouble. I thought this is going to help me in my work, I really do not need it. I got it for 3-days trial, but the first day I realized that I really didn't need so I decided to cancel. I sent them 2 emails and they told me to return to the application. When I return to the application there is no way to do it. and I've been trying for the past 5 days and it's impossible to cancel the subscription. I hope they are not charging me. Could someone tell me how to cancel the subscription?

Says free trial for three days.. To use the free trial, you are required to give your payment details. Deleted it as soon as I saw that. They wanted to also charge at least 6 USD a week. Yes, not monthly, but each and every week. I consider that, pure and simple, a cash grab. I cannot speak as to whether or not this app is any good, the predatory registration requirement immediately turned me away. It's likely that they expect people to delete the app, and forget to cancel their subscription.

Would be good if worked. Well the app itself works for the most part. However if you tried to buy the lifetime when it’s on sale it says it went thru but doesn’t give you access to it and won’t acknowledge that you even got it. Would be a good app if it was but just seems like a cash grab currently.

Useless. I just wanted an easy translating app because I have to take Spanish for school. It is practically useless unless you spend a ton of money. Every time I try and take a picture for it to translate the text it tells me that I have to buy that function. Like THATS THE WHOLE REASON I GOT IT! I’m in middle school and don’t have the money to get that option so I can’t do anything with this app 😒🤦🏼‍♀️

Horrible. Every time I tried to take a picture the “Sign up for Premium Version!” would pop up, and I would click “Continue with limited version”, but when I tried to take the picture again the same screen would pop up. I did this over and over, eventually clicking the “Free” trial. When I put in the password, it told me to input a payment method. Absolutely not! I’m not putting any of my credit card info into a sketchy app just to use the app once. Not to mention the fact that I would pay $5 a WEEK ( that is ridiculously pricey ) or $50 DOLLARS for life. I just wanted to use the app one time and I am very disappointed in this.

No option to cancel free trial. I used the 3 day free trial for this app and did not like it for my specific use. I needed it to translate a page and it was combining the two columns of a page together into mushed sentences that did not make any sense. I had to continually take pictures of little sections instead of the whole page, which isn’t worth the price. I’ve looked and tried to find a way to cancel it and do not see the option to, I emailed them and if they do not charge me I will edit this review and add more stars.

MAG360X. This app is ok. It’s not good by any means. This is because one, there are waaaaaaaayyyyy too many ads, two, after about two or three picture translates, I would scan something and it would redirect me to the subscription page, and three, every time I start the app, I get the subscription page and there isn’t any option like “Don’t show me this again”. This app can be much improved.

Somewhat useful. This app is a good idea. The problem lies in the word/ language recognition. Some words get a ‘no text shown’ response. In some cases I would photo a German word for an English translation. The next screen would show the German word but change the flag to English and would show the German word, in German but the flag would be English. Don’t think this app is ready for prime time yet!

Nope.. Works only for a bit. Paid for the subscription and kept having to delete and redownload because it kept freezing and prompting me to buy other products from them. Wouldn’t work even after closing the app and reopening. Turned phone off and on, still froze when opened. Also kept changing the languages translating to/from after being selected. Very annoying if using while traveling.

App Won’t Open on iPhone 8. Don’t bother. it won’t open. It just instant crashes when you try to open the app.

Great app, but…... I bought this app specifically to translate Korean/Hangul into English. I love that there is an audio playback function. But there is no control (that I can find) on the speed of the playback. I have Korean learning apps that let me control the playback speed, so I can learn the pronunciation correctly. Bummer. Fixing this would be so helpful!

App requires in-app purchase. App requires in-app purchase in order to use more than once. It is extremely pricey and quite frankly not a great app. The one time I was able to use it, it gave me a series of dots and lines. I took the transcription of what the picture said in the origin language and put it up on google translate. It worked. This app is better as a transcriber than a translator but not worth the cost.

Good for 2 minutes, then makes you pay.. I downloaded this app while in Vietnam. It was useful for about 2 translations, but then it shows you the premium offer and when you cancel it to try to translate again, it just keeps on bringing it up until you buy it.

???. Not sure how this horrible app got 4.4 out of 5 stars when most of the recent reviews are rating it a 1 out of 5. They really expect me to buy the package/do the free trial after one test? Yeah I don’t think so. The first test run absolutely sucked, so obviously I wanted to try another test, but they hid it behind a paywall. If the first test sucked, which idiot who runs this company thought it would make people pay to use it? All wrong!!!. I downloaded this app just to see what the kanji meant for this one kana that I’ve been seeing for a long time and this won’t even scan it. So I go in and get a photo with Japanese on it with kana (hiragana and kanji) and it translates to some system! This is not a good app and should be rated 1 Star. Even with the free trial deals popping up. This company only wants your money and is inaccurate.

Very limited dictionary. Some things about this app are cool, but I actually did not find it helpful at all. I purchased a month’s access to use while I was in Spain, and I found that the camera did not recognize many items. I’d take a picture of a light switch, hoping to find the term for light switch, but I’d get words like “wall” and “device” and “utility.” A photo of a cutting board gave me the word for wood. The software is not smart enough for concepts relating to purpose, which covers a whole lot of everyday vocabulary. The concept is great, and it could be fun if you are using it just to build basic vocabulary, but it is not helpful when you need precise terminology to achieve an immediate goal. I ended up using a Spanish dictionary app for my travels. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to cancel my subscription. That was annoying.

Can’t do a true free trial. You have to agree to a charging scheme in three days time, actually 2 because it commences charging subscription 24 hours before end of ‘free trial’ - before you can even test it out to see whether it’s worth the bother. Rubbish!

Seems legit. Before you can even use the app it asks you to subscribe, make sure you unsubscribe otherwise it will keep charging you. These underhanded tactics shouldn’t be allowed, app is garbage.

Will take card details for trial. Don’t forget to cancel.. Trial is for only 3 days. Must give 24 hours notice to cancel subscription before trial ends so that your card is not charged. I’ve not gone any further because I am assuming it has been made hard to cancel.

Not really free.. App worked for 1 photo then it wanted money. It says unsubscribed user can use it with a quota but it doesn’t tell you that the quota appears to be 1 photo translation (I’m guess per day, we’ll see tomorrow?). Basically useless if you don’t start paying per month.

Awful app don’t download,. Tried to translate a Japanese model kits instructions where it did only one sentence and then refuse to translate any more without an expensive subscription

Camera translates. So translated once didn’t even get it right and then it wants you to pay subscription. This is the biggest waste of money.

Didn’t get a single translation out of it. Didn’t buy it. Yes I expected something for free. Yes I knew it’d be limited, but I didn’t even get past the first ad. It presented me with two buttons. One would open Facebook, the other looked like a countdown from 5 down. I waited 5 seconds. It did nothing (countdown didn’t even start). Opened Facebook using the button. Again nothing. No thank you

Do not use!. Worst app ever! The apps usefulness is minimal. Be aware they make sure it is very difficult to cancel your subscription.

Garbage app. I used it once and it has locked up my camera scanner. Now I have other apps that require the scanner and I cannot use them. I deleted the app and restart my iPad, it is still locked. My camera is ok, but the scanner does not do anything. Some apps that require the scanner are useless. Have to buy new iPad.

It sucks. I tried translating the Quran and almost everything else but it didn’t work

Difficult to cancel subscriptions. Very difficult to cancel this app causing unwanted charges to credit cards.. kinda scammy

Sucks. It translated one paragraph for me and then it tried to make me do a subscription but of course I’m not gunna do that. Don’t use this app. :(

Stupid. It doesn’t even translate

Not able to unsubscribe. There is no option to unsubscribe in the app. Also there is no option to stop the auto subscribe. I am losing money on it even though I don’t wanna use it. Very badly designed. Please let me know how to unsubscribe if anyone knows.

Worked once then just stopped. You’re supposed to point it at a language and it will overlay the translation. Seemed amazing. But it only worked for me once and then it stopped. I tried it on wifi and data and it would only take a photo instead of instant translation. And then it translated badly...or it brought up some gibberish screen that you couldn’t close without shutting it down. Wouldn’t even be worth it as a “free” app...let alone an expensive one.

Camera Translator. Only 3 days and I have to buy it, so it’s not free... YOU HAVE TO PAY or hurry to trip, translate as much as possible and 3 days later.... TOO LATE!!!

Don’t fool yourself, this is not free.. So, I downloaded this app for some help with Spanish, and I take my first picture, and I have to pay. I can’t even use this app. You have to pay a weekly $5. That’s way too much. Ignore the 4.4 stars, everyone is saying it’s only worth one or two. I’m pretty sure that they have some review bot going.

Great App. This is an outstanding app! It works perfectly. If you don’t know the language. This app will Do it for you.

One star. It would’ve had at least a 4 star if it weren’t for the page that began to pop up about buying a subscription. I was able to use the app for a bit, and after that, I wasn’t even able to get to the camera without the subscription page popping up

Terrible App. This app makes you have to pay either 50$ for life and then 4.99$ per week for this translated this is a terrible app they always stick the subscription page in your face when you try to translate something. I don’t suggest getting this app it is terrible!

VERY BAD APP DO NOT USE. This app only translates around 50% of what is on the page ( at least in Arabic ) and it was near impossible to unsubscribe. Definitely a scam for your money. If you are struggling to unsubscribe from this piece of crap app go to their Facebook page this dude put how to do that in one of the replies to the reviews.

Please unsubscribe me, or advise how.... Platform is not transparent. What I mean is: it says I can stop my subscription in account settings, but account settings cannot be found. Did not perform the way the app developers said it would.. To test the app, I scanned a Russian tattoo I have and had the settings correct, set up as reading the Russian text and interpret it to English. Tried several times and got all wrong answers. Deleted the app and cancelled trial, would like the $2.00 I paid for it back, thank you. C0unt Drac

Ads pop up every 3 seconds. You guys should be focusing on building an app that actually works instead of trying to milk as much ads money as possible that is never going to last long

Terrible app. It said free trial. That was a lie. I had to pay just to try it. First translation from Vietnamese to English and it already had a basic word translation error. It didn’t translate the word “fish” properly even though I knew that’s what the Vietnamese text was saying. Now that I have paid I don’t know how to cancel the subscription. Terrible app.

Good app. We used it in a museum with many of the texts behind glass and it worked well.

Waste of time. Asks for a review after each of the first few photos, then lets you know about their weekly subscription rates. Only one of my “free” translations actually worked. No way am I going to pay for that.

Does not work - garbage!. Signed up for a free trial and could not get translater to work. Now i am being charged 9.99 per month and have not been able to cancel service. If you need an easy-to-use translation tool, look elsewhere. This is a rip-off!

Would not recommend. I wanted to take one picture of text I didn’t understand since it was in another language although the app didn’t let me since it just wants me to buy it for money. Couldn’t take one picture of text without the pay wall

Can’t Un subscribe and doesn’t work. This app has been charging me money for months now and I deleted it about 2 months ago . I can’t find a way for it to stop charging me money !! This app is a waste and annoying to try and figure out !

It’s alright. I mean, half of the people using this app are teens trying to translate something for a class and I don’t think they would be willing to pay 99$ for a Spanish class or a French class

Too small of an area to scan. Didn’t use whole phone area ; therefore it was to small to read a whole sentence

Free????. Used app 1st time, only one sentence to translate from Vietnamese to English and right away they want you to pay. Could get a translation for a second sentence. What about a free trial for a whole day or two to see how good you are in translating correctly other languages, without paying first??

Very bad. The reviews that say this is good is definitely fake because you have to pay $5 WEEKLY to use this and it’s not just this app, it’s every camera translator. I wanted to translate some Japanese text and this app really wants me to play five dollars a WEEK to use it.

Not good. 1 it translated like twice. And both times it was translating the same word but it translated differently each time. 2 it claimed it’s free then you open it to use it and it’s like “yeah…no… you have to pay for this.” So it wasn’t good at doing it’s translation job and it lies. So I’m not a fan 🤷🏼‍♀️

Junk if you want free translations. I got the app thinking that it would help me translate some stuff from Spanish to English but I could only take one photo before it said that I must subscribe to continue translating. Of course I did not subscribe after reading other reviews and I highly suggest that you do not download this app.

horrible. i would give it zero stars if i could, they hav even charging me for months even though i don’t have it downloaded and nothing is being done to stop it. the renew button doesn’t work either!!!!!!!! get the scantranslate+ app so much better and FREE.

Not for me. I definitely don’t recommend this. It can’t even detect what language you are putting in. I have to often type it out my self which destroys the entire point of using the camera.

Help never use this app please!!!!!. I took one picture it said buy premium I said no I took another picture and it said you have no more tries Buy premium for more tries. The other picture I took when it translated it it said crisscross applesauce.

Different translation each time. I got this app to try and translate some instructions from Chinese to English. Not only did the translations not make sense, but when I photographed the same line of these instructions, I got a different result each time, and none made sense

Nope. 😑. I can't even translate an imported picture from Japanese to English. It's like I need to do the trial to even use the app. Google Translate is more helpful than this even though it might not be very accurate. Not great. It took me a minute to decide that this app wasn't good.

Wasting my time. So I thought I could use this app for free. After downloading, it appears I can’t use it at all unless I commit something. Why do I have to commit to a “free” 3 day trial for $2.99? Or what ever it was? Just another app hamstringing me along until I get caught up in the moment and give you some money? BS!!!

Absolutely useless waste of time. Massive waste of time. I have no idea if this app actually does anything: it wouldn't translate from a photo or from the live camera feed. There are no instructions and clicking "FAQs" -- yes, plural -- takes you to a page that just advertises their other apps, in case you're curious if they're massive crap too.

Terrible App. This app is definitely overrated. You have to buy so many things in this app and it doesn’t even live up to its title. The camera part has to be bought as well. My conclusion is that you should purchase or even download this app/ scam.

Tired of free apps that you need to pay to use. Moreover, it’s really hard to figure out how to go “back” after you (god forbid) switch the main toggle from “text” to “object”. The “AR” tab at the bottom is straight up not accessible.

No option for 0 stars. Accidentally subscribed to weekly premium, checked FAQ for instructions and it pointed me to go to “account settings” menu. However there is no “account settings” menu to cancel the subscription. Also, the app does a poor job of translating as well.

It isn’t helpful at all. Tried this app because I have old Norwegian letters that we would love to know what they say and every time I took a picture of some of the words it changed the language. When I finally got it to translate from the right language it didn’t translate half of it.

I’m not paying. I was able to translate one picture and I understand it can’t get everything but it did mess up a few things after that it asked me to pay to use it. I need a quick and reliable way to be able to easily get around and communicate and I can’t afford to pay for this.

Good. It did a pretty good job I was in Korea and could not read what the TV remote said and it worked pretty well.

App doesn’t work. Can’t use app because every time I take a picture some stupid pop up trying to get me to buy premium access comes up. No matter if I close the app and open it again or not. And this is after using it for 5 minutes. Stop being so greedy.

How do I unsubscribe. I can’t find the button to unsubscribe from this app and I had no idea I was being charged for this. It’s not easily visible to unsubscribe from this app. Tried sending an email but I don’t think it actually went through.

No option to unsubscribe. Seriously? It tells you that you can unsubscribe under ‘Account Settings’ but the only settings they have don’t have the option to unsubscribe. You can’t even contact them! What the hell! Feel like my money will get stolen.

Not for me. I wanted to use this to help me with French homework. I used it once and it worked perfectly! But when I moved onto the next question it said that I had to buy the unlimited version! I don’t recommend unless you REALLY need it and are willing to pay for unlimited.

Don’t waste your money. Constantly asking me to upgrade to premium. Small viewing field but was only able to use once before it went into the “upgrade to premium loop”. Have not been able to use since. Am uninstalling.

Did not like it. I didn’t like it because I was only able to translate once and the next time I wanted to translate again I needed to have a premium account which obviously costs money which I don’t have so I couldn’t translate anymore ☹️

Useless without 5$ weekly payment. Useless. Trying to take a picture of text to translate brings up “you must pay” window. Literaly completely unusable app until you pay them money thru the app. Zero stars out of five
