Simple and useful. With nice touches like automatic display of database sizes in GB, collection document counts, and a query builder where you can select field names inferred from a collection. No aggregation capability yet.

Launch Issues on iOS 12.0.1. Great product, but it is no longer launching for me on iOS 12.0.1. I tried doing a fresh install, but it’s still crashing on launch. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! FYI: After the latest update it’s still crashing for me on both iOS 12.0.1 and iOS 12.1 on an iPhone XS. Looks like it may be related to some kind of stack overflow in node_mobile somewhere (by looking at the crash logs).

Can’t find anything better. I gave this five stars because it indeed provides a mongo client that can be used on iPad. I haven’t had any problems using it so far. I think the developers could’ve done a better job with the UI, but again, I’m after the tooling here. It does its job.

It shouldn’t pull every doc when looking at a collection. My collection is about 1m docs deep. Mongo Compass paginates by 20 docs so it doesn’t have to pull the entire collection. I can’t wait hours and put that load on my db each time I use this app. Pretty much paid $12 for nothing. Please fix :/

Description incorrectly states support for v2.4. Description incorrectly states support for mongodb 2.4, app says 2.6 and won’t connect to my 2.4 server.

Broken on IOS 12 with new XS Max. Doesn’t start on apple’s new iPhone Xs Max. I will change my review after it is updated and fixed

Had some kinks but working for me now. 7/22/18 Update: It appears to be working as intended now. Updating to 5 stars. It’s a great on the go interface for mongo. —— Old review: Doesn’t work with Pem Key auth. EDIT: When I first downloaded this ssh auth via pem key didn’t work. I filed a ticket and they fixed it right away. Works superb now. EDIT 2: Never mind. 2 days later it’s not working again. Once again can’t use this to connect to my DB.

Great app but stopped working on iPhone XS Max, 12.1. I bought an iPhone XS Max the same day 12.1 was released and since the upgrade, the app has been crashing on startup and can not open. It works on the iPhone X running 12.1 but not the iPhone XS Max.

Great app when you need to update data and don’t have access to your laptop. It allow replica set connexion so it’s perfect!

WARNING!!! It distorts data structure.. I had a document which contains nested arrays like: [ [], [], [] ] This app changes it into { 0: [], 1: [], 2:[] } Which caused the entire API to fail for a couple of hours, until we discovered the app changed the structure, causing financial damages, possibly a job and creating a total mayhem in otherwise relaxing Friday evening. Otherwise it is a great app. Well designed and sought out but I am not going to ever access mongodb with trusted 3rd party client. So 4 stars!

Good, but needs a shell. The missing mongo shell in this explorer is a big issue. All queries have to follow the GUI. However, still better than nothing right now.
