The reviews are correct. The ability to add to the prepaid website is ver frustrating. Incan see many reviews that say it does work, however many of the reviews follow the same pattern and wording indicating fake reviews. Lack of good directions on how to the website and it has you open the email, sign in via email and then you go back to your email to get the pass ode and you cannot go back to the original page. There is a reason why this is rated low and it is due to poor design and not a user issue. Horrible customer experience.

Non functional app. So you are supposed to download this app to transfer a virtual card to your Apple wallet. The app shows a blank card and fails every time you try to transfer to the wallet. There is no app that runs on a Mac. If you call the help line, it’s all automated and just hangs up on you if you even try to talk to a person. If you want a physical card, they charge you $3. The card seems to be fairly useless by limiting you to online purchases.

Easy process. Don’t know why so many negative reviews... maybe user error or just slow connection. I found it was very quick & easy to use. I just downloaded it and moved my digital card to my apple wallet.

Fitbit Refund - Just take a screenshot of your card.. Don’t do it. Fitbit must be in kahoots with this company because getting my refund should not be this challenging. Thankfully, I took a screenshot of my card prior to loading it in but you do need a pin at checkout and it declines when you bypass pin. Most likely you will have to use for online purchases, which I haven’t tried yet. I should be able to use my money the way I want, where I want. I was expecting an actual debit card not this obvious deterrent. This is why I switched to Apple Watch, Fitbit is a sham. And so is this app. :) Also all the positive reviews sound the same…fake!

Frustration is endless!!. So I have seen reviews saying those that cannot use the card is because it is user error and that is completely false. Unlike many others, I was able to seamlessly add the virtual card to my mobile wallet only to have it declined at 5, yes 5 different stores all while the customer service number with no live human support kept telling me I had an available balance. This is a horrible experience in this digital age and era to have a gift card declined over and over and have no way to get assistance with the issues. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

Works great. So when I first tried to put it on my wallet it didn’t work, after a couple days I was able to. I was skeptical using it at stores because I didn’t want it to get declined but I have other cards with money on it so I could just use those if it did get declined. I went to the store to purchase a red bull and it went through, then I went to my child’s daycare and was able to pay the bill I owed with the prepaid card. It works great, no hassle. For orders online I used the screenshot and filled out the info, haven’t tried the Apple Pay version of it. But it works guys!

This company is a scam. They intentionally try to make it difficult for you to add it to your wallet, so that you’ll have a balance and they keep your money. I’m going to tell my company Exelon to stop using this company for converting their employee reward points into money. The reason is because this app does not work at all and there’s no attempt by the company to fix it. Also, there’s no way to get in contact with anyone in a company if you have an issue.

Works perfect don’t understand why people are complaining so much. Got this card from a class action settlement… filled out the form, instantly got the card, downloaded the app and then added the card to my Apple Pay… online purchases or in store purchases that use Apple Pay I haven’t had one single issue or card been declined one single time… seriously don’t understand why people complaining and saying the card doesn’t work or it’s a scam… load it into your wallet and use Apple Pay online or in store and it works every single time

I had NO PROBLEM. After reading all the reviews, (which I did while I downloaded the app) I was freaking out because EVERYONE said it’s useless! Well, I don’t know what they were all doing, but I had the app. & my card put in “My Wallet” in less than 2 minutes! I didn’t have ANYTHING go wrong or not work. Just read the directions as you go along & it will work perfectly! Sorry to hear everyone is having so many issues.

Worked on the first try. I was concerned because of the reviews. I had a reward card from my company but my experience was really problem free. The app immediately recognized the account and added the card to my wallet. I just hit ok button. So far so good. Thanks

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. I had gotten some money from a class action settlement and wanted to redeem my virtual prepaid Mastercard and low and behold no matter where I use the card it doesn’t work, on top of that customer service takes FOREVER to answer. When I did get ahold of them they just told me to wait it out like that was going to change anything. Now I have a card that I can’t even access since it won’t allow me to even enter the page. If there was a way I could give negative stars I would!

Horrible app. Very confusing and horrible app. If you must use this service do it on their website as the app is absolutely useless. This is very likely a suspect place for information to get hacked - information access for scammers. For sure use a unique password. As soon as my transaction clears I will delete my account. Nobody would use this service voluntarily - I signed up for a Michelob rebate and this is the process they make you go through. The few dollars rebate is not worth it.

This card does not work- do not use or accept for settlements. I received this card due to a settlement and was able to use it only once and after that it doesn’t work. I have made sure I’ve used it at places where excepted and still issues. To be declined in places is crazy. Thank goodness I had my regulars debit card with me that had money.

Worked just fine for me. I was scared to download and try to use this card in a store as Apple Pay based on the prior reviews. Well I downloaded the app while shopping, loaded the card onto it, and just double clicked to Apple Pay in the store and it worked fine. As long as a store accepts Apple Pay I don’t see how it wouldn’t work? I have a small balance remaining will update review when I am able to use the remaining balance off of the card..

Works. Added card to apple wallet and spent balance immediately online. Took 5 minutes, seamless.

Reading views I almost didn’t download app. I’m not one who writes reviews but this app is wonderful. Maybe the people with negative reviews didn’t follow the directions but it works perfect for me. Make sure to snapshot ur card once downloaded like it suggests so u have a visual then click add to Apple Pay. Reading is fundamental lol

No issues at all!. I’m not sure where others went wrong but I had absolutely no issues loading my card. I downloaded the app and my name card info was already there, I just had to click add to Apple Pay and that was it. Super simple!

Steer Clear. This app mysteriously appeared on my phone after going to their website. I only install apps with password so weird how it was installed. I went to the website for a friend who had the vanilla Visa card which is a total joke but that’s another story. I would stay away from anything/anyone that is part of it.

Super easy. I was afraid because of the comments that it would be a pain but it was the quickest thing I ever did. Just screenshot ur card info just in case

First reviewer read this. In the email you can tell the card to show the account number.

Works Fine. You literally open the app the gift card was automatically there and you click add to wallet 🤷🏽‍♀️ not sure why everyone is having problems

Trash. This doesn’t do anything. It certainly doesn’t add a card to the Apple Wallet. And no the reviews are not “misleading”. By the way, notice how all of the positive reviews say the same thing using slightly different words? Yeah… exactly. The company is inflating its reviews because it needs to show its business customers who use their service to send you a prepaid card that it has an app. Complain to the business that sent you the card.

Does not work. I got this app to add to virtual cards to my Apple wallet. As far as I can tell, that is the only singular purpose of this app. And guess what it does not work. there is no way to get a hold of anybody and customer service to help you. It’s just a bunch of recordings that tell you what your balance is. Completely ineffective and a terrible customer experience. Highly advise against using this app or any associated cards with My Prepaid Center

works perfect for me. I never write reviews - but the reviews almost made me not get the app. It honestly worked perfectly it opened up and added my card to my apple wallet immediately. i take pictures of the cards before hand!

Can’t move to wallet. This app is pretty useless. Why offer me the option to move the card to the wallet if every time I try, the app says their is an error. I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times, and yet I haven’t found a solution. Why claim that I can use this for Apple Pay if I literally cannot? I’d rather have a physical card but the company will charge you $3 to convert it to a physical card. What a scam.

Worst Card Ever. This card get declined. I’ve tried several different stores, restaurants and online purchase. It always decline. They have issued me a new card and it still don’t work. I asked customer service to just send me a check and was told that it’s a $6 fee. If they issue another card, that’s a $3 fee. So I’m stuck with a card that I cannot use

Would not recommend downloading this app. I downloaded this app based on the instructions from the webpage to do so. Upon opening the app, there is no information or way to add the card, so I don’t understand the use of the app. Instead, in the webpage, click to view the card number and add to Apple or Google wallet with the card number, expiration, cvv and name on the card. Then you can use your virtual wallet anywhere apple/google pay is accepted. I was able to apply the balance towards a purchase and use my credit card for the remaining balance.

It works. I don’t write reviews but this warrants one to offset the negative comments based in user error. The sole purpose of this app, is to add prepaid online cards to your apple wallet, that’s it. If you have an issue with your card, that’s not the apps problem. I highly recommend taking a screenshot of your card when you activate it online so that you have what you need in the event that there’s a problem.

You can upload the gift card to wallet without this app. I see so many people complaining about weird things that make no sense lol. It’s this simple…activate the card. Screenshot the info, don’t delete the email for the cards information after activation and add it it to your wallet WITHOUT this useless app. What is the actual point of this application LOL?

This app is a fraud app to force funds to expire. Multiple issues with this app: 1. If you add a virtual card to your wallet, you are unable to use it in a store and can’t go back to use it as a virtual card hence the funds expire and you lose your money 2. UI is distorted intermittently and will not allow you to hit Next to add your virtual card to your wallet. The Next button is embedded in the battery icon (top right -iPhone) which prevents you from moving to the next screen but you can hit the back button even though it’s embedded in the Time notification area of the iPhone (top left).

Works just fine. Just follow the instructions and it works fine. I don’t know why everyone is panicking to screenshot the card when you can just go back to the website and log in and see the card with all the information on it. All these negative reviews is ridiculous and probably fake. Don’t listen to them and try it yourself, just follow the simple instructions and you’ll be fine.

Doesn’t work. Simple as that. Received a virtual MasterCard from a rebate program that uses this company and app to add to the card to your Apple Wallet since it’s not a physical card. No matter what you try, there is always some error that prevents the card from being added to your Apple wallet. Seems like it’s probably all a scam in order to get customers to pay $3 for a plastic card in the mail.

STAY AWAY. Do not get a card from these criminals or anything from BlackHawk Network! They lie, cheat and scam their way to your money. After you get a card and it literally gets declined no matter where you use it, they will tell you it only works at certain retailers. They also claim the list is on their website. However, they will direct you to a list of retailers that clearly says “Shop at these places and get 5% cash back!” And then hide, buried in the cardholder agreement and worded so loosely they can claim whatever they want, it insinuates the card only works at the retailers from said list. However, when you’re getting your card it says “can be used at any retailer that accepts (insert visa, Mastercard here.) It’s an outright lie, they will block every transaction you attempt to make.

“Show card number”. Can’t see card number with this or with Wallet app after adding it. But from the website link, Be sure to tap “Show card number”. Then pay yourself with PayPal or something. This app isn’t necessary.

If I Could Upload A Picture I’d Show You. Well I read all the reviews and the ones that say it doesn’t work are correct. I added it to the wallet and it is a blank card in my wallet but I am going to the store now to see if it still works AND I took a picture of the card before I added it to my wallet. The customer service number is on the top left side of the card so I have all the info I need to use it online. Anyhow if I can still use the blank card in my wallet then I will update this review. Update: apparently it does work! So the blank card in your wallet just shows the last 4 digits of the card for security reasons but I just tried it out at the store and it worked just fine. Still you would need to keep a snapshot handy of the card number when you need to use it for online purchases. So yes put it in your wallet, it takes 2 minutes to download and if the card shows up blank don’t worry it will work. Changing my review from 1 to 5.

Don’t understand the reviews. The reviews worried me before I went on the app but I put a lot of money on my virtual wallet throughout the couple months with this app no problems

App DOES NOT load the card to your wallet. Don’t waste your time with this or getting their gift card. They don’t follow-up with promises about being able to load to the wallet making it impossible to make the purchase I was going to do in store. May contact the attorney generals office regarding failure to adhere to their end of the user agreement you have to agree to.

It’s just a gateway to add a card to wallet!. I get it, people are so quick to add a neg review but it’s just a secure gateway helper to add a cc to your wallet. If it doesn’t work the first time simply close the app out completely THEN GO BACK to the credit card page that first asked you to add to download the app then click add to wallet THEN open this app. Again it’s nothing more than a helper tool to add a credit card to your iPhone wallet. If it doesn’t work then you MAY have an issue with your iOS wallet settings or the cc company is having issues communicating with the app (I.e server is down). If so try it again later.

Don’t add to Apple Pay or wallet. When you do, you cannot see the card number and no way to register it either. And guess what it won’t work at any register and there’s no way to call or get support because guess what? You don’t have the account number! Better off not add to wallet at least that way you’ll have access to the account number and can use it to try to make an online purchase because shaving at the register just to be told it’s declined is humiliating!!!! And frustrating because things I was buying I budgeted to use this not my available cash in my account!!!! I’ve been trying for hours to figure out any other way to use this and there isn’t!!!!!

Awesome!. Works perfectly! I’d taken a screen shot if the card to face…just in case, THEN I saw where it CLEARLY stated below tge card, to write down your information from the card. Card #, Exp. date, etc. When doing so, there’s ZERO chance you won’t have it available when you need it, at the register, to call support, etc. I don’t “budget” per say, (Especially to the point of a $2.50 Coke destroying my day, and ruin my life, while bankrupting me. Now of course, IF I’d not done what the instructions said, I may be more bummed and inclined to gripe & say it didn’t work…if I couldn’t access my number. But, by following instructions, going to the wallet…..GUESS WHAT?!?!? THERE IS MY CARD!!!!!!!! AND, even if it wasn’t, since I followed directions, I had the number in case I needed to call customer support! THANKS for the program. Ease of use and a free drink!!

Bass reviews but good service august 2021. I thought maybe the good reviews were bots and I was going to have to uninstall this app immediately but I was able to add my card to Apple Pay just fine , perhaps they fixed the issues??

Easy process. The reviews are just misleading, the process was easy and everything worked perfectly.

Don’t convert to use in store. The app failed to load multiple times so I added the details into my Apple wallet manually, tried using the Apple Pay feature at multiple stores and all times it’s been declined when there’s a balance never spent on the card. I have no use to purchase things online and it’s $3 and 2 weeks to receive a physical card so seems like a sham, assuming you can only make online purchases with this card.

Scam. I agree completely with the negative reviews. There is no way to register this card, that’s there is absolutely no way to use the card. What an excellent method for the company to keep the money that they are supposed to send you. A prepaid debit card that you cannot use, and it is impossible to get a person on the one 800 number.

Awful! Horrible! Worthless! Run Away!. This app stinks. It loads to the Apple Wallet but then you cannot actually see any of the card info in the Apple Wallet!!! Print you card info and use that versus this POC app. Horrible product, seems like it’s designed to deter you from using your card, or make it so frustrating you give up. Or that you don’t catch the fact that the info doesn’t load to your Apple Wallet until you try to use it later, only to then realize there is a problem. Print your info and save the hard copies versus dealing with this junk. Hard to believe that printing and using a hard copy is the better solution in 2022!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad reviews are user error, not the apps error!. I normally don't write reviews but I've been scrolling through the reviews here hesitant to try this out but saw a couple positive reviews so I decided to tried it. This app works perfectly. The sole purpose of this app is to add a prepaid card to your Apple wallet (guessing for Android's wallet too.) This app is not a wallet itself, like I said, it just allows you to add it to your phones wallet.

Garbage. Moved the card to my Apple wallet only to not be able to use it all now. Needs a pin? No instructions stated that I needed to save the card info, if that was the case why would move it to the wallet. Looking for reviews on here to find out how any of the 5 stars made it work. And it looks like those reviews are written the same… so they’re bots. Garbage ap.

Worked for me. App worked fine for me to add to Apple Wallet and I took screenshot based on reading the reviews. However they should still email you the card numbers etc or otherwise have them viewable in the app easily, a person shouldn’t have to manually write it down or screenshot.

How to fix ERROR. i don’t know why but every time i try to “add card to apple wallet” i get an error saying i can’t add. It took me 30 minutes just to get it to work because of a bug. I had to restart my phone for this to work

Never get gift card from this company anymore. It shows ‘there was a problem retrieving your card information’ when I tried to spend my gift card in store. Have to call customer service for about 20 mins but the problem still hasn’t resolved. I’ve been told they need 3-5 working days to escalate my case. Totally waste of time and they do not refund! I will never spend any money in this company! Cautious!

App doesn’t even work yet. Downloaded the app, it said we need to go to the website where we activate our prepaid card (no menu, nothing). So I went to the website, guess what? The website said download the app and follow the prompt. Terrible design, useless app so far

Worst ap ever!. I bought a voucher 70 PAINFUL minutes ago. The ap says “there’s a problem retrieving your card information” so I can’t use this voucher I’ve paid for as it won’t load to my apple wallet and I can’t retrieve a barcode or anything. The website is just as useless and is taking me in circles. What a waste of more than an hour! Now I’ll have to try and ring someone which will cost me more time.

There’s there’s a 0 star!!. Unfortunately, there is no zero star, that I could choose from. Such a waste of my time, I still have a lot of credit, but when I download the app it says “there was a problem with proving your card”. So I can’t use it in store.

Worst app and gift cards ever!!!!. Can’t log into website even after changing password. Cards can only be used at selected retailers which constantly changes. Do not buy these cards for anyone except your worst enemy!!!!!

Unethical!. Received gift card. Months of going around in circles with links that don’t work, service that takes ‘3-5 days’ and no accountability for the money that has been lost on this card not being able to be activated or used. Of course, no one knows it won’t work until it’s already been purchased. This needs to be reported to the ACCC.

Doesn’t work from their own website. I have the app but when I click “add to wallet” from their own website it wants to send me an sms to download the app again. Nothing else I can do. Total fail

1 star to leave this review. Don’t use.. Received a virtual Visa card that is unusable anywhere (t&c say wherever visa is accepted online) so I rang Indue for assistance. Indue customer support suggested this app so I could link the visa account to Apple Pay, but that integration doesn’t work according to their own customer support. So this was installed & deleted immediately.

Does nothing. App opens to an instructions screen and does nothing else. Totally non-responsive.

Useless. Doesn’t work… Says contacting bank and then just times out.

Just a text to go online. The application informs you to go to the website where you activated your card to add it to your wallet on your phone. The app has nothing else than 2 paragraphs of text on it. It was version 2.0

Does nothing. When adding a card, it gets a spinning icon for several seconds, then times out with an error telling you to contact your card issuer

Why!?. This is a bull crap app!I got a $100 virtual MasterCard that expires in a few months When it was supposed to be a year. There is no way to reach this bank at all and this app was completely useless!

ehhhh. i had no issues using the card and i added it to my wallet manually with no problem. if you’re trying to add it to your wallet using the app it wont show the number. you have to type in the full cc number and expiration date etc. so honestly the app is pointless.

Smh. I have around $250 bucks I got from achievers app and was told to come to here and add it to my wallet but now I can’t do it because it keeps saying “oh we had a problem receiving your card information”. I’m going to try again soon but if it doesn’t work then ig I’ll figure out how else to get my money out

Add your card manually to Apple Wallet. There’s no need to download this app to add your card to your Apple wallet. So long as you have the card number, expiration date, and cvv number, you can go into your digital wallet and add the card details manually and add it on to your wallet. Cheers!

What a joke!!!. This app is a total joke! It never allows you to transfer money to your account and you spent hours waiting for it to respond to you! The $4.10 is not even worth my time anymore!

Does not work. Tried to add my tik tok settlement to my Apple Pay and it doesn’t work. Take pictures of your card before trying because you cannot access your card after this.

Useless and broken app. The sole purpose of this app is to add prepaid cards to apple wallet and it does not work. For anyone that has activated a prepaid card, you can still add it to your wallet manually, the same way you would add a debit card, through the wallet app. Understandably, it is stressful for people to see this not working and then come to find out you cannot easily reach support. This app should be removed from the App Store, and the companies that they host need to find a better provider. 0/10

Does not work. App does not work. Save the card to your photos showing the card number otherwise you are out the funds. It does not add the card to Apple Pay as advertised.

do not download - waste of time. This app is pretty much trash. You will be left with a useless giftcard that doesn't work on yout iPhone. It's not the iPhone (I have a 13 running the latest system). It's the gift card company.

Poor App design. Poor instructions. Got the sms and downloaded the app per web site instructions. Opened it and ... could not get past the first screen. No buttons... no info. My solution was to manually add the card number to my Apple Wallet. Probably don’t even need the app.

Follow the negative reviews. Followed instructions, app opened: There was a problem retrieving your card information. No support on website, no support over the phone, no surprise this app is garbage as well. What a waste.

Dogwater App. It’s clear that most of the positive reviews are fake. I tried for a really long time to add my prepaid card to my wallet and it does not work. Just take a screenshot of your card.

Buggy. Website gives me a lot of problems. I tried to login to my account many times but gave me a error message says to try again later. Like many others, card number doesn’t display on the wallet.

Do not download!. Useless. Tried to use this app to add my prepaid card to Apple Pay, and got a failure notification every time. I was able to manually add the card myself to Apple Pay. Skip the app, add the number yourself. Waste of space on your phone.

Didn’t Work. I had to use this app to claim a $5 rebate from Budweiser. The couldn’t connect to the rebate and add to my digital wallet. The rebate center’s email says the rebate was claimed. I guess this app got my $5. I wasted $20 of my time on this app to try and claim $5.

Avoid this company and app at all costs. Its only goal is to make sure you never use your cards and credit and it does so by making you jump through many many hoops. Total scam. You've been warned.

Useless. How do you add the bloody cards from the website? All that Add to Wallet link does is sent you a link to install the app…never shows the cards in the wallet..

Card and app issue. I can’t get the app to work and be able to get my card to work so this is pointless and no way to get a hold of the company to help with the issue

It worked for a while now it doesn’t. Now it tell me I’m unable to add my card to Apple Pay I pretty much can’t use it to buy groceries. Guess it’s online purchases only

Worthless. This is worthless!! My card wouldn’t work in the wallet, I deleted to try and re-add and it “couldn’t find” my account. I tried calling the “customer service #” and everything is a robot and you have no option to talk to an operator!! Most frustrating experience and can’t get to my $$!!!🤬🤬🤬

Dumbest App Ever. This app serves absolutely no purpose. It makes it literally impossible to track or use any of your gift cards. Not sure who created this app or why they did. It really is that terrible.

Garbage app that is broken. Broken workflow , followed the steps and literally nothing happens .. refuses to add the card to Apple Pay with no error message or anything . Shoddy development

Useless. Was feeling hopeful until I clicked “Add to Wallet” and am getting the error “Could not add card. Try again later or contact your card issuer for more information.” I’ve tried many times, still not working. Guess I’ll use for online only.

App does not work. This app is useless! Please update it! We are unable to use this card using virtual wallet because it is not working properly.

Can I choose negative stars. This company is a scam! Distributing it through the App Store makes Apple an accessory to fraud. $100 gift card from Visible wireless appears to have disappeared. App literally doesn’t even work.. It’s refuses to add the card to apple wallet. I had to manually add it when the whole point in it telling me to download the app was to add the card to the wallet.

This company is a scam. I have been trying to add my digital card to my app wallet for 3 months. Every attempt fails. Customer service isn’t helpful. Try again later. Can’t wait to be rid of this trash gift card that I got from my work.

Lawsuit. This bum As App Don’t Work I Tried adding My Card To Wallet It Kept Popping Up Can’t Retrieve card info. I only use this app for bite squad and they don’t want to refund my money or give me my money back so they’re getting sued and Errbody invested in them.

App adds to Wallet - but stores decline transactions. These prepaid card companies are nothing but scams. Added to apple wallet but it’s declined everywhere you take it, even after setting up a pin. Report these people to the BBB. Consumers have no recourse with this company.

Just Add to Apple Pay Manually!. The app didn’t work on my phone. Just had to type the information manually.

I don’t know why this exists. I does not even work, i am not sure what the point of this app even is if its not going to do the one thing its meant to do, stupid.

Manually enter into Apple Pay. Too many bugs. I was stuck on the screen that told me to push the button had already pushed. I recommend you skip the app and manually enter the debit card numbers into Apple Pay. This seems to be working for me.

Brand new Card declined with Apple Pay. Don’t even bother trying to use your card in the store. Adding a pin doesn’t matter. You will get embarrassed. Declined-Invalid Card

Not working. I added it to my wallet and said declined when I tried to make a purchase at the register, so I went back and added a PIN number, entered that PIN number and still was not going through, NOT GOOD

Card number disappears no way to get it back. The card number disappears and there’s no way to get it back. Do not click add to wallet or you’ll never get to use your card. This is absolutely ridiculous!!

The website took your money!. Used it only to get my Equifax settlement pay. Cannot load to my wallet. Cannot log into account. Cannot retrieve password. Totally scammed away people’s money!

The Worst Ever. The issuers do not support any sort of Apple Pay. Completely false advertising on the companies behalf. They then charged me to send a physical card $3, & told me it takes 15 days. If I wanted it in 3-5 business days it’s $20. I am so upset about this.

Won’t load the card to the wallet. I hate having to download a third party app in order to have a card work in my wallet. Especially when it still won’t work. Waste of time.

I followed the steps. I was able to follow all the steps to add to my virtual wallet and then Apple wallet - however, when I opened Apple wallet the card did not appear.
