Problem in free connection??. Hi I've been using this vpn for free for months. Last month it said I'm using premium, but I hadn't chosen premium, or payed anything. And I didn't have an option to choose between that and free. Now it says my payment has expired. And now I can't even use it with ads. Like I charged my time with ads for 24h, and again it says my plan is expired. The "auto connect" and "accelerate" buttons are off. I really love this vpn. And I'm fine using it with ads. And you've said it's free with ads forever. Please help me switch it to free. Thanks

The best VPN ever. I have been using this app for like a month and I really love it! Because of the sanctions it’s not easy to get an international card to pay for apps and premium plans. Also some free VPNs really bother with popping up ads every time you want to connect and sometimes they don’t even work! But this app is really respectful to costumers and it’s easy to use. The ads. You used to be able to connect for a full day with 5 ads. But now it takes 10 and I have no problem with that, but each time I go to watch the ads I always get to 6/10 before the app crashes and I have to start all over again.

New version crashes. Please help, as soon as I updated to the new version, it crashes. I have iOS 12, please help I uninstalled and reinstalled, the same thing happening, as soon as I click on the app, it crashes. Before update it was working really good

Best vpn. So I have a struck family, so they got a special Orbi WiFi which blocks vpns.. So I have 1 that work on data and this one that works on WiFi. So I looked through like 7-9 vpns and this vpn is lit. Very nice. And it isn’t a personal vpn which can be blocked by WiFi. But this is different as seen in settings. 5:5 outstanding👌✌️💛

Update issue. Used to be free for Iranian and we appreciate so much but now it needs purchasing and thats impossible for Iranian We only can use limited time now

Not a free VPN. It bothers me a lot that this app is advertised as a free VPN but when I open it, it says that I have to purchase and pay money. And the weird thing is it happens once a week and sometimes I can use it for free and other times I can use it because I have to purchase it. It is especially advertised for Iranian people, during this hard time that we are going through and it is obvious that we are unable to pay for the app.

longer add free time. I wish I could obtain a longer VPN duration even I was not to pay for it but even without paying forit you should only expect an estimated 30 minutes of active VPN usage while using this specific application

VPN. Took me a few extra minutes to connect but finally figured it out.

Netflix. I thought this this was pretty good but I would try to use it for Netflix it would show all the uk shows but when I would to play them it would say that I couldn’t because I had vpn on. I say this is a great app just it didn’t work for Netflix

Honest Review From A Long Time User. I have owned this vpn for a little over a year and use it for better connection within school and other places for more things like movies and other things. I have tried both the normal and premium versions of this vpn. I will say that the 25$/month is very ridiculous and not worth it at all. Maybe 5$/month is more reasonable. Overall the VPN does the job most of the time just has struggles even with premium of time periods over a hour of it being on, it will lose connection rather quickly. I gave it 3 stars but it’s closer to 2.5 simply because it’s over priced for any type of good connection and even then still has many issues.

I like it but update has one major flaw. I really love this app it’s free easy and has premium if you find you really enjoy it, and as a jr high student I used this so I could unblock the school wifi but with this new update that no longer works which really upsets me. I think that if this isn’t fixed soon I will have to switch vpns which makes me quite sad because this one looks great and is free.

Great VPN, fast etc but one huge issue. Hello, I love using this VPN. The new UI update and advertisement system looks amazing. However the VPN will often drop connection even a few seconds after connecting. I would still be connecting, but wouldn’t have any connection. The only way of fixing this for a user is to restart/reconnect the VPN which gets very obnoxious especially when the VPN fails/drops after a few seconds of connecting.

Perfect. Since I am in Iran and we are banned, I use this program for free and I am very satisfied and I am grateful to the developers of this program.

Inconsistent. The inconsistency of this app is unbelievable. When if works, it’s probably the best app out there but when if falters it just stops working. And it fluctuates between the two far too often for my liking. Good app but please fix the consistency of it

Internet speeds are slow. I like the app so far I’m on my 2nd day using the weekly free trial however the internet speeds are kind of slow. Update. Yeah the app works good so far I’m happy with it

Too many ads. I used to love this vpn for the minimal amount of ads it had. Recently an hour of vpn service has increased from 4 to 6 ads and it takes at least 3 times longer to get connected. The ads have deterred me from this app and I would use it more with less ads. Don’t support this greedy behavior.

Used to work. I got the app about a week ago and I loved it, it worked all the time and was very fast to connect. Now whenever I go to click on the app it will exit out randomly and this happened with their other app also. It instantly kicks me out or when it does connect it stops working after a few minutes. The premium is way to expensive and they make the app bad so you will buy it.

Payment issue. I didn’t click on free trial but it still put me on it. It said I was a premium user but I don’t see a subscription on my Apple ID. I feel like I got scammed. I did enjoy the app but I didn’t click pay. I saw that you didn’t reply to the review mentioning payment issues... I’d like to see where I can cancel. The VPN doesn’t work sometimes but is good most of the time. I’d be nice if you could be more upfront about payment.

I like the update. With the new update my favorite feature so far is for the free version You can now select how long you want to have the vpn up for then watch the amount of ads it chooses instead of just watching ad after ad for 15 minutes of service

Vpn. This was the best VPN I ever had and it was working well, but for several days it has not connected at all. I don't know where the problem is. I am from Iran and I can't buy the premium version.

Dissatisfaction. It always asks me if l want a quick connect , more time , or for 24 hours snd i mostly choose for 24 hours but it never present enough adds. Not even enough adds so you could be connected for some hours. I live in Iran which unfortunately I can’t buy any of the obtains or apps.

Great But theres just one thing. Ive used this Vpn for running programs on my school laptop and the only problem is that i have to reinstall the software 3 to 4 times a day. it will freeze and not load, i have to force quit it and delete it. other than that great vpn.

Disappointing. I loved it when it worked. I had 2 accounts. One for my phone and my Mac. The Mac account started having problems first. I was paying and all of a sudden it says get new subscription. I tried refreshing store purchase. I even tried asking for help twice. I finally gave up on the Mac account. Yesterday the same thing happened on my iphone account after several months of no problems. I can’t refresh purchase and my subscription was still active. I am paying money for something that quits working. I would have stayed if they took me seriously and help me fix my problem. I canceled my iphone subscription today.

This is about connecting in iran. I downloaded this vpn from an ad that says it supposed to be free for iranian people to support them but recently it keeps notifying me that I should buy a license for being able to continue using it! But it still connects sometimes but much slower and harder than before I just want to know that if is it about iran’s government or it is related to the app?and what can I do to make it work if it is possible?

Slower than a turtle with three legs amputated. As stated in the title the connection is extremely slow even when connected to the “fastest” option. Another issue with the app is that the built in browser just doesn’t work. You can search for something but can’t click on anything or load anything. An epileptic with a strobe light in front of them could create a better VPN app.

I want my money back. I got this vpn for school and went premium but every time I go to turn it on, it doesn’t connect and it gives me an option to become a premium member even though I already paid. I wanted to cancel before my free trial ended but I don’t see anywhere where it would let me. I want my money back, this app doesnt work :/

God it’s good. I found this as the best vpn service in my phone with how cheap it is for weekly is crazy but does kill your battery but so worth using for personal crap but not only it’s so good that I think I’m protected from hackers! New Design. I used to use this and loved it! It just updated a second ago so I decided to drop a review. The new build is cleaned up a lot and it’s really good and I prefer it so much more to the old layout! I will say, however, I preferred the old app skin. That’s about all I have to say! Overall, it’s an amazing VPN! It’s free at the expense of a few ads and now it even has a paid version without ads! Of course, it’s entirely optional. But yeah, my only complaint is the new app skin. I’d like it if it could be reverted. It really stands out among my phone which I don’t enjoy and it’s pure black and white logo looks rather plain compared to the old design.

The access of the website is stil slow. I browsed vpn apps on my computer and found this one with high rates, so I downloaded it in order to test how the vpn went. I connected it, but when I want to google something, the loading speed is very slow. It makes no difference between connecting the vpn or not. I am going to have online class soon and I am still looking for which vpn to use the best. This one would not be my top choice.

It’s ok. When I’m at home and my cell service drops to 2 bars, this vpn makes my phone unusable. Will not load any pages I try. Also when I watch the ads and get the vpn hours, if I go back to app to maybe watch more ads or disconnect, I can’t. I have to go to settings and turn off vpn from there. When I’m on work wifi, I auto disconnect seems like within 15 mins and every 15 mins. On an iPhone 7 Plus running newest iOS 13.2.2

They are crypto scams,PayPal scams,or like…just obvious regular scams. So yeah. Use it,watch the ads to support it…just don’t download any of them.

Bad VPN. This VPN is terrible it makes you wait 2 minutes to connect then it doesn’t even connect and uses the VPN time limit while the VPN isn’t even working or on so you have to watch even more ads.

Meh. I would use it pretty frequently, but in last few days the app has been messing up. I try to watch ads to gain time and it just keeps ignoring the fact that I’m watching ads

Great VPN but new ads plague the experience. I used this VPN all the time and works great. The main issue is that the new ads they have on the app cause the app to lock up and become unusable. One add is asking to gather personal data for a VPN service which causes you to lock the app. Please look into this issue.

Not good. This app does keep track of your history with no option to erase said history. I submitted a complaint to customer service and received an email with jumbled letters. Just goes to see the lack of support they have. Absolutely do not download!

Works great when it works.. This app will run fine for a while and then I’ll spend several days at a time where my subscription is not recognized. This interrupts my VPN abilities for days at a time before the app magically begins working again. Currently looking for a new VPN provider.

Works on IBOSS. Im from america and the thing called iboss thats used to block sites and stuff cracked down on vpns, because this is an obscure one nobody uses- perfectly fine.

Keeps crashing. Upgraded to 3.840 by mistake. App opens then crashes 2 seconds after launching. The app worked great before the update but now it’s totally useless on my phone.
