Annoying!. This would be great if it didn’t have ads and games that keep popping up while I’m trying to use the whistle!!!!

Ads keep popping up. I wish I could actually try the app as intended, it the ads keep popping up and I can't play and stop the whistles when needed. Probably going to delete.. too bad wanted to try it.

Get the youngsters attention. Love this app. It even works on the younger generation. Lol they will stop what ever they are doing. Not realizing what is going on, I don’t have raise my voice to get their attention.

Worth it. I have a dog who barks a lot at night time. Downloaded this app and it makes a world of difference after about three whistle’s he stopped barking download it you won’t be disappointed

Dog whistle. This app works great!! I highly recommend it if you need to train your dog or if your dog is running away just tap the "play" button.

Works. It works, but the ads make it very difficult to either start or stop depending when the ad pops up. I’d buy it if there was an option for no ads.

Loved it. I have to babysit my cousins and they have a dog that's always barking. I played this a few times and they stopped barking.

Ads are intrusive and it constantly crashes. Clicking a whistle did nothing to the dogs but popped up an ad and once closed, it crashed over and over again.

TOO MANY ADS. The purpose of using a dog whistle app is to be able to use it when needed to help train my dog. Instead every time I need to use it, I have to wait for the ad to stop playing and then the moment is over. It’s SO FRUSTRATING. Do not recommend.

Great app!. I use this app a lot. It’s also fun to annoy people with. Greatly for me I can’t hear it. But it definitely works on animals, and most people. Used it on my dog and she would turn her head confused and get closer. Used it on my car and he ran away.

Ads Make it WORTHLESS!. You simply can’t control this app with its relentless, random ads popping up every few seconds. MIGHT be a good basic choice with a paid no-ad version, but as-is, it’s USELESS/WORTHLESS! Don’t bother…

Need more instructions !. Can’t really rate yet, need to use more. It might be a no brainer but I would like more instructions for each level. Ex. Effective distance, length of time, simple things.

Not sure what all for whistles do?. I recently downloaded this app but do not understand what the color system is. There are four whistles. Which is highest to lowest? Which one is best for barking/whining?

Annoying Loud Ad. As soon as I open the app, an annoying ad pops up out of nowhere. Also while the app is open, if I get a message and switch back and forth, the annoying ad pops up every time. I agree with the 10 year old- The pop up ad makes it too annoying to try to even use. I think the whistles work to stop barking, but not worth the annoyance.

Free. Except the ads pop up and play and the whistle keeps going you can’t stop it until the 5 second ads plays through. And the ads are more frequent than you get to use the actual whistle. Good idea though but I’ll be deleting the app.

Actually worked. Had stubborn dog wouldn't quit barking played the top one and gave command, he came running two thumbs up!

This is great! But the ads are. This app is great! It’s the ads that bother me, when I try to press stop or start an ad pops out of nowhere. Which makes this app harder to use I know lots of people complain over ads all the time, but to me it’s a big problem. I think if there were no ads I’d buy this app! I hope you find my review helpful. (Even tho I’m ten!)

Love Hate For This App. App works well for the neighbors dog but the ads get in the way to use it properly..

Garbage. This app is complete garbage. I literally wasted my time even attempting to try this app. The ads come nonstop and it doesn’t even work. I never write reviews. These people should pay you to download this piece of trash.

Dog whistle. Too many ads pop up during use. And pop up message to rate the app. Maybe once I rate the app the. One less thing will pop up during dog training.

Disappointed. Well this app was not very awesome because I took it to my dog and played one of the whistles and she didn't do anything she looked at me like I was an idiot

Far too many pop up ads!. The frequency of pop up ads almost render the app unusable.

Works. The ads make it hard to easily use when needed. Dog seems to respond immediately.

Intrusive ads. The ads are ridiculously constantly intrusive. It wouldn't be so bad if you can use it while an ad pops up but the ads take over the app and much of the time you cannot close the ad without going to the web site.

Ads defeat the purpose of the app. Why so many ads? Takes away from the purpose of the app.

Review. This really works well.. yes adds are irritating but acceptable for me to use. I have 2 Australia shepherds and it stops them in their tracks when they are getting into trouble.. I would recommend giving it a try.

Ads interrupt. I like this app, but it’s not very useful most of the time because I have to wait for the ads to run before I can use the whistle. It’s no help in training my dog for that reason.

The ad placements make this app useless. What I like: there are five whistle tones to chose from. At least I think so. I can hear the first two, so I am just assuming that 3-5 are different from each other. #5 seems right for my dog while one of the other 4 may be best for other dogs. Why I am deleting it anyway: you have to play an ad for at least 4 seconds before you return to the previous screen to play the whistle sound. So you cannot use the whistle as immediate reinforcement for whatever your dog’s behavior is. This makes the app useless. There is another ad after you press stop—this one is not a problem at all, but I guess they need twice the ad revenue they could get from just the “after” ad. If so, it would be much better if they double stacked the ads after you stop the whistle sound.

Dog Whistle. Works well in training my dog. Ads are really annoying if course and can interfere with using the whistle at times, but that's my only issue.

Ads make it dangerous. I walk and jog in my neighborhood which is somewhat in the country. Many of the neighbors leave their dogs out running loose which makes it difficult to do any exercising. I’d like to be able to count on the app to use the whistle to get the dog’s attention when it runs up barking at me, but I’m afraid that it sometime is going to just pop up an add (as it does quite often) but just at the wrong time when I really need it and I have to try to find out how to close it and turn it off and then to get the whistle going before the dog is on me.!

He got lose once and ran all over the yard leaving me, My mom and Dad screaming while we chased him. I grabbed my IPad and pressed the play button right before her ran in the road with a car coming! Thank you! But, you didn’t just save my dog you also saved my shoes, Before I went to try this app out I caught Puggles chewing up my shoes. Cannot even use it due to ads popping up!. Constant ads pop up time I try to use it, so it is worthless! The ads are much worse than the dog barking! Get rid of the constant ads!

Works with my Cocker Spaniel!. Wow, I wasn’t expecting anything to happen, but this app has been fantastic! Frank starts ruthlessly barking after a few normal barks and that’s when I open the app and say “quiet”. The ad pop-ups do affect the timeliness needed to optimally use the app, however, and I would pay for the app to not have ads, so I hope that will eventually take place (I’d pay $3-$5, anything more would need to have more features, like a clicking sound for training or a timed set of training exercises for positive behavioral routines to promote the importance of establishing boundaries (for both dog and dog parent(s)). My Story: I have a 4-year-old American cocker spaniel named, Frank. Frank has appointed himself as our 24-7 (excepting naps) security guard and it’s even worse when dogs walk by our home - he’s uncontrollable then and all bets are off. However, if he’s barking at neighbors, strange noises, squirrels, the changing wind, etc., the whistle app will snap him out of it, so to speak and allow him the attention span to hear me say, “quiet”. Does it work all of the time? No, but Frank is not a robot and I don’t expect it to be 100% effective, but it’s an efficient step in the right direction and is helping to form new habits. Hopefully eventually he will snap out of it when I just say, “quiet”.

Doesn’t work. My dog can hear a couple of them but he just turns his head then goes on about his business. The ones humans aren’t supposed to hear doesn’t get a reaction at all. I don’t know how this works but I wonder if phones can even make the right sounds? Gets one star for lack of effort, they must have tested on a single sensitive dog

Didn’t phase my dog. When I played all of the whistles my dog didn’t even acknowledge that it was playing. The ads made it impossible to even play one in time. The ads stop you from doing anything at all so this app is completely useless.

Dogs react. For effectiveness I did try it on my own dog. It was just for a quick little spurt and I did get a reaction out of him. Obviously he was bugged by it and walked the other way. He’s a little dog who reacted to the most audible whistle. I’m just afraid the ads will get in the way at the moment of truth when I really need it other than that it works

Useless. Not completely useless...my dogs hear the high pitched whistles, but the ads make it impossible to use!! Open the app - 5 second ad...try to start and stop the whistle - another ad pops up out of nowhere...want to switch frequency - guess what? Another ad. There’s no point to downloading this one because the ads prevent you from being able to use it.

Let me pay for an ad free version.. Too many ads. You can’t actually use the whistle effectively because ads pop up and interfere with the app. Would rather pay for an uninterrupted app.

Works great. This app is AMAZING. My friend holds my dog and I hide and play the sound and he always finds me. My dog stops fighting with anybody witch is good. He stopped barking on its sound

Advertising gets in the way of playing app. By the time you get through all the adds, the moment to play the app has passed

Wait....... Impossible to even try it properly... turn it on and wait 10 seconds for all the ads to play through enough for the ‘kill the ad’ button to appear. Moment has passed. Waste of time and space. How about a trial version without the ads for 7 days then you can introduce ads and we will buy the updated version if we know it works.

Free? yes, almost unusable due to amount of pop up ads?...YES. If your going to offer a free app, then offer a free app, dont make it so every time you try to navigate back or forward a page, you first need to “X” a pop up ad that renders the dog whistle silent and that’s even when your in the middle of using it too. It’s a real pain in the caboose!

Rubbish App. Just plays advert non stop

It might be useful with less adverts. So this app can play four tones of varying pitch, however, I find that when I need to play the tone adverts are all over the screen and hinder the playing of the tone at the crucial time. this renders the app next to useless. Don’t bother, with this app. I’ll be uninstalling it very soon.

Read and understand why it’s a waste. Imagine getting an app where you can blow a whistle and your dog suddenly pays attention. Honestly don’t even bother getting the app because all it does is make 0 noise. My dog has perfect hearing and didn’t even hear this. Same for the neighbours dog. So far okay.. The ad pop ups are annoying when I am trying to use the app right away. I have been using it a few days now when my dogs bark at the tv, they are seeming to stop bays bit sooner when I use the app.

The whistle works well but.... The ads pop up every time you want to change frequencies.

Doesn’t work. This doesn’t phase my dogs in the slightest and we have a trainer remote (not a phone app) that they are terrified of, so I was hoping this would work too.
