Boss. This app is very very good and very quick…. After the initial set up it is confident and within minutes the money is transferred to your recipient …information stats on phone and you get fee information for the amount you are sending right away… I wouldn’t use anything else like ria or those other international apps. This app is hassle free and I stumbled upon it and have used it every since .. you can do a bank or a cash pick up …best international app BOSS!!

Ethiopia Unable to Receive $ from USA??!. This app functions FANTASTIC and I thought I finally found relief sending money to Ethiopia. Unfortunately I’m unable to send money to Ethiopia. I keep getting a response to “check my payment details,” which as far as I see is accurate. I even tried a different card and I wasn’t able to send money to Ethiopia. I can see the Ethiopian recipient is verified to receive money but somehow, the badly needed send money transaction is not going through. Can you please tell me whether this app sends money to Ethiopia?

The app is a lifesaver!!. I hardly do reviews but I must confess am happy using this app. This app has been a lifesaver ever since I discovered it. Firstly, their rates are the greatest, especially since this pandemic. I like the way, it gives you details about your transaction on how your money goes and when the money has been deposited into the individual's account. Now I don't have to go and stand at the line waiting to send me to somebody. I can literally send money anytime without any worry!!

Easy to Use - good solution to regulations. They have a good solution to the newish money transfer regulations, which disrupted the way I used to send $. Now I send USD for my people to pickup at any large bank branch, with only $1 service fee for access bank. They then have to trade the USD into Naira after cash is picked up but that is inevitable with the new transfer rules. I see they have also added the option to send directly into dom accounts if your recipient has one.

Pre-Good. As a customer of 2yrs I will say using the app has been good I did what it had to do as ensuring that all my transactions get to my family or direct recipients. The reason am giving it pre-Good is because for some months now, I have not be able to send any money to family cause anytime I try the transactions will be cancelled for reasons I don’t understand…the only good thing is your money still remains even when the transaction is cancelled.I thought maybe my account was hacked or something so I called it took forever for support to talk to me and when support finally came I explained the issue but got no tangible response and said they checking 🤦🏽‍♀️. I said maybe it’s the app I erased it, redownload the app changed the card I was using still nothing…. I recently tried to send money it didn’t work. I mean as a customer I needed to at least get a notification to tell if my account was blocked or banned? Cause it’s frustrating when you can’t help your loved ones and trust an app you have been using.

He intentado enviar dinero a Colombia 4 veces, la transacción siempre pasa a un proceso de verificación del cual ellos no te notifican sino que después de días de espera decidí llamar a ver q pasaba, después de un largo proceso de verificación en el que hasta “conectan la llamada con tu banco” para verificar datos y te piden enviar tu pasaporte y ID por correo me dicen que todo está bien que en 20 minutos liberan el dinero y el resultado es que cancelan la transacción, no quise darme por vencido e intenté 3 veces más y el resultado fue el mismo. En definitiva es una pérdida de tiempo.! NO USAR English: I have tried to send money to Colombia 4 times, the transaction always goes through a verification process which they do not notify you of but after waiting days I decided to call to see what happened, after a long verification process in which up to "they connect the call with your bank" to verify your data, they ask you to send your passport and ID by email after all they tell me that everything is ok and that in 20 minutes they will release the money but the result is that they cancel the transaction, I did not want to give up and I tried 3 times more and the result was the same. It's definitely a waste of time! DO NOT USE

Decent app. First of all I wanna say that I rarely submit a review, I felt I had to do it since this Company seems fair with their services fees and second of all, maybe they do listen to their users. There are multiple things I like about the app, one is the design and two is its intuitiveness. This tells you they really wanna make it easy enough for anyone to be able to use it, why not? Is cheaper than its competitors (at least for me sending to DR). Back to the app. I think the app design is nice for the most part so I know that many people like the design and another thing I really like is its simplicity, they want your $$$ I mean your satisfaction, jokes aside, they’re pretty fair with their pricing, I can tell based on this particular service (Money transfer). Now I wanna talk about some areas of improvements. When I was signing up or logging in (Will discuss this point too), I got an error “Invalid number”. I had to go back and re-enter the same # I had entered previously, same one that got this invalid number error. This is really nothing major but it’s just something that shouldn’t be happening, other than that the app is intuitive enough for anyone to be able to use and do the intended purpose. Always remember that user experience is key to the success of any company!

Easy to use and cheap. I used RIA for at least 4 years, but I tried this app and not going back to RIA money, this is way better, the receiver gets more than the competition, and the fee is also cheaper. The App Is very easy to use, simple, straight of what you need to do. I recommend this App, if I could give them more stars, I could give them.

Poor customer services worst first time experience. I downloaded the app last night hoping it will be the best and fast way to send money internationally only to be disappointed. I made my first transaction last night with a fee even though they said it was free up to $300 and it’s been 14 hours already no money has been received. I called customer service money transfer and the lady wasn’t nice so I ended the call. 3 hours later I had a voicemail from the verification office to give them a call and has been calling them and leaving voicemails. till now I haven’t been called. I use this service for international calls and it’s good but the money transfer system is bad. please fix it. I hope the money is sent or I get a call because this money is for a very important reason and I thought this service will be good. I’m really really disappointed. 14 hours and the transaction isn’t still successful.

Bad money transfer ever. When you use the platform to send money they will be good to you at the beginning later your money will never get to the destination you sent it, when you call them they will be transferred you back and front and you will be stocked, your money will be on hold for days or weeks if you don’t know what to do,this happened to me, also they may take more than what you send, a friend of mine sent $300 they took out $1000 out of his bank, he was asking me how did I got my money back, I said call your bank tell them the story they will file dispute again them, and your bank will give you your money back immediately, be careful of this platform to send money. Not good for you. Very bad.

Quick, inexpensive, trust. I’ve been using this app over two years now to send money abroad. I’m sure there are cheaper app with lower fees, high exchange rates. But I’m not interested in having my banking information on every platform. This app is efficient, and fair. My family receives their money straight into their bank account most times within 15-30 minutes of me sending it.

Boss revolution app. It is not very easy like other money sanding apps I have used. I did not get an opportunity to add bank account, these days transmitting via debit/credit cards are very expensive.. I wish you can offer that option. I am sending here for the first time after downloading the app- it’s been over 5minutes I do not have the recipient Pin for pickup yet- why the delay? Perhaps you want to improve on that as well

Update. The app was perfect the way it was, the new address configuration messes everything up for countries where people don’t go by street names and numbers, before I could detail exactly where the money was being delivered to, now the app wants me to type in an exact address, try that in Dominican Republic. Fix ASAP please! Edit: NO it doesn’t ask for an exact address when the recipient is picking up, it always does, just put it back to normal please.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Boss revolution is CRAP!! I used this App multiple times to send money to my family. I tried today and it didn’t work after multiple attempts. I checked my bank account thinking my card was hacked only to see that they took the money out for each attempt I made. I called to have my money back and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to send money anymore. I asked why and the representative said he didn’t know. NO REASON GIVEN at all!!!! I don’t understand how they can just ban people for no reason. I’ll stick with Western Union and MoneyGram at least I am guaranteed that the money will be received and I won’t have any banning issues. Don’t waste your time with this app!!!

Happy customer!. BR has not disappoint me with their great service! I call and send money to my parents in Peru. With this pandemic that is happening is very easy for them to just go to any agency and cash the money so they don’t have to go to the bank where is a hassle to do any little transaction nowadays. Thank you BR! PS the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I recommend my sister and I’ve never got the $20 referral fee they promise. Maybe I am missing a way off how to claim it?

Please kindly fix to accommodate blind persons using apple’s voice Ova screen reader. Accommodation for blind persons:The last page where it says “slide to submit” is not accessible for screen reader users. The actual button to perform the task is not labeled and makes it arduous frustrating to complete that last task for blind persons, I seek the help of a sited person for just that final slide to submit. Please kindly fix this issue with a labeled button accessible with screen readers like apple’s voice Ova, such that with a double tab on the button, one could still actualize the goal of submitting and completing the transaction.

Very user friendly, very convenient, very fast and reliable. I have used this app for years now and i have seen so much improvement done since they launched the money app. This app will get your money to any part of the world in minutes. It’s so user friendly and always stores the right amount of information so you do not have to repeat anything every time. Highly recommend. The calling app is also very cheap to make calls to Anywhere in the world.

A few thoughts. This app requires access to your location data every time you try to make a transaction which in my opinion is a bit invasive but I can understand how one might justify it. What really ticked me off was after getting me and my bank on a conference call to verify banking info, I was then required to send photos of my gov’t issued photo ID (license/passport) over unsecured email just so I can send a few hundred bucks home! I had to cancel my order as a result. I find it pretty disturbing that any company would require a customer to send very sensitive personal information over email in 2022. In fact, I think it’s kind of disrespectful to be treating people like that. Yes, I do believe that any person is inspeparable from their personal data and I really wish we would all stop buying goods/services from any entity that mistreats us and/or our personally identifiable data!

Even if you made an error of any kind, all you need to do is a call to the customer service who will guide you through the process and your money will be refunded without hassles. Good. I would like to share my opinion on the BOSS Revolution application. As many have already written, it is cool, and also very honest app. Unlike other apps, BOSS Revolution really fulfills its obligations and treats users responsibly. This is manifested in the prompt resolution of the problems encountered by the application users. Personally, I like the design of BOSS Revolution, the application interface, functions and regular promotions, in which all users can participate, respectively, each person has a chance to win. I won two contests. There are promotions in which a reward is given for performing certain actions. This action includes inviting new users through a special link. By the way, I've been using the app for 5 months and I'm happy with everything. All cash transactions are easy and fast for me, and I have never had any problems using the application. When comparing the BOSS Revolution App to other apps that offer the same services, the BOSS Revolution App is the best among the rest.

1st time user. I was a little skeptical of using this due to some negative comments. However, I noticed that the majority of negative comments or bad ratings were old so decided to give it a go. I am very pleased with the results. I used to use Western Union for the convenience of not having to go to a store but today Boss Revolution has earned my business. Having the ability to send money to my love ones in a matter of seconds and directly into their bank accounts...it’s awesome. Keep up the good work!

Terrible app, CS# does not exist.. It has cancelled my money transfer three times just because it cannot recognize my mother’s neighborhood name, is not like I can just change the name! No other app or store has give this much problems before just to send a couple box. I used this app because I thought it will be quick transaction, it’s been four days and I haven’t be able to send anything yet! Also they said they will give me the fist money transfer for free, it fail so I thought it won’t charge me again if I attempt because the first time didn’t work... WRONG! It charge me four dollars and it still failed again! Plus you have to wait a whole week to get your money back. Terrible experience. I tried to contact customer service and apparently the number doesn’t exist. Useless.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!. It’s all fine & affordable until there’s a problem. They canceled my transaction and after 6 business day(they said give them 2-5) still haven’t got my money back. They claimed receiver’s name & bank account didn’t match. This is after having completed several transactions with the same information. I even used a different company with the same receiver’s name & account # and it went FINE!! I’ve called & have spoken with even a supervisor(Paula) & get rude, unfriendly customer service giving useless information about refund process, but nothing gets done. 10 days have passed & still no money back!👎🏼

Worst customer service. First time using this app. It was recommended to me so I could send money to Honduras .was sending money to a church. After I filled out the app registered and sent the money. I got a confirmation that the request was on. Hold for review. A day later customer service calls me has the representatives speaks , broken English asked to verify the account, my name my address, where I was sending the money to who is sending the money to. What was the purpose of sending the money. Then the question got weird. Do I have family in that country? I stated that the money was going to church . After that she hung up 15 minutes later I got the my transaction was canceled or service waited over two hours finally spoke to a representative who told me I am in eligible to use this app. Could not give me any explanation as I could not use the app. When I tried to log into the app it says I am eligible to access and it gives me an error forbidden access. This is the worst app ever. Not sure what their gripe is they didn’t believe the truth or they don’t like churches. BEWARE you

Money transfer.. I’m actually very surprised of the way I can’t send money to my grandma in a easy and convenient way for both parties. Before, I used to go to a liquor store that was like 15 min away from my home and now I don’t need to do that anymore. I can just grab my phone and in less that 10 min it will be sent. I’m happy with the app. No complaints until now. Thank you.

Love it. I love this app, im able to send money to help people in challenging situations who live in areas that it would be really hard to get money to without an app like this! It is Simple to use, and very user friendly! I have been able to help literally thousands of people in Cameroon and in Peru because of this app!! It has helped build soccer fields and bring safe drinking water to children, it has helped pay for schools and for funerals.. it’s been an absolute answer to prayer.

Something wrong with the payment. I was using the app por a couple months, I was so happy with this because when you send money is really fast, but since January I can’t send more money, always when I put my card and send for pay and send the payment it say that something is wrong with the payment try again, and I try multiple times and always is the same, I remove my card and put again but isn’t work, and this is not just happened to me, I have a friend that she also send money to Colombia (just like me) and since January appear the same when she try to send money, and we tired to try so many times and we tried send money in other ways but is not easy and we really like the app, but we don’t know what happened, hopefully someone can help us

Saved money! But lost time. For the first time I make use of this app because of the great free charge deal they have goin on but really ended up paying 4.00 dlls because I sent more than 300 dlls and also the receiver couldn’t pick up the money because they said: the first and second last names were wrong: I went over it a couple of times before paying of course! And giving my card info.. please! I know I put the names correctly! I’m not dumb like the guy I called to get my money back , not Helping but instead making me wait even more!.. finally got my money back but have to wait 5-7 business days or so said the operator . ;;;;;; Bottom line; don’t try to save up money if it means you'll lose time with such low quality applications. Sorry not sorry

Difficulty legal form. before I used this app for how easy and comfortable it was to send money from my work or from my house, now it is a headache, I have canceled almost 10 shipments and I have not been able to complete them due to the difficulty of their legal form, work for make that easier, if the person decides to send money from his cell phone is to facilitate things not to have a disagreement about the slowness and complications that are occurring.

Excellent app to send money.. The best app I ever used. I send money to my family in The Dominican R. And they receive it almost immediately. So far, I haven’t have any issues sending money or family receiving the money. The rate they pay me for my hard working dollar is excellent. Better than the competition here and there. Log in issue. I have been using Boss Revolution for more than 12 years and the money App since it was lunched, I have never had any issue logging in to my account like I’m having now. I updated my money App yesterday, and I have been trying to sign in with my email but it won’t let me sign in. It keeps sending a link to my email to click to log in, the link directs you to the website instead of the App, then it’s send another link to my email, and we I click on the 2nd email link, it say “something went wrong”. I have called customer service, they couldn’t help me. They said someone in the technical department will reach out to me, but I still have heard from anyone. I don’t wish to give this review a one star, I just need someone to help fix this problem. Thank you.

Easiest faster money transfer. I have no complaints since I started using this app. The first time when I started using it was a bit slow due to verification process but after that it’s very fast and within minutes the money is received. Please Stay Away. I have been using Boss Revolution for a while. In the beginning, everything was great and I even convinced all my family members and friends to start sending money with Boss Revolution. However, last month I sent money for one of my family members back home (who is sick) and they cannot receive the money because, according to them and the customer service rep in my country, the pick up number is incorrect. I called Boss Revolution 4 times and they keep saying the money has been received and they are still waiting for proof of payment. It’s been over 6 months since I sent the money and I am still waiting. Now, the transaction cannot be cancelled and the money cannot be received. Over 6 months! I’ll never use their services again. I Just deleted the app on my phone and I’m considering a legal process and social media campaign against this company.

Found by fluke, keeping it forever!!. I stumbled onto BOSS Revolution® by getting a calling card to talk to my husband and Uganda. Now I use it as a mobile top up as well as money transfer to my family there. Very straightforward with reasonable fees and even better exchange rates than xoom by PayPal. Great speed and great customer service as well. I definitely recommend!

Waste of time & poor customer service. I tried to send money home , the transaction kept failing upon each attempt. So I called their customer service to see what’s going on, after 30 mins waiting an agent finally answered, hung up without giving me a call back , I tried for the second time , spoke with an agent , she said it was held for verification and she hung up again without giving me a call back , Again ? . I went ahead to try after each call attempt to see if the problem has been fixed and I kept on getting that same error. I decided to give it another shot ; I called again at 11pm and the agent told to call back again the following morning because the right team for my issue isn’t working at that time . I called the following morning and the agent told me I can’t use boss revolution and then she hung up again . Don’t waste your time with this app . DON’T !

Very Good (Honest review). Guys I know you’re probably wondering if this app really works to send money abroad or overseas and the truth is for me it worked. I’ve been using this app to send mobile money real cash to certain African countries such as Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana etc as long as they have MTN Mobile money account set up or any registered mobile money account it should work. After sending my first transaction, I waited about 30min and they alerted me that the money has finished processing and is ready for collecting. I will be using this app now 100% rather than using WesternUnion, WorldRemit or MoneyGram to quickly beat time n make sure my money arrived quickly, no questions asked no need to phone call your bank for verification of transfer as other services do. I love this app so much. Thank you.

Good conversion rates and low fees. I been using the Boss Money app for a year now and I really like it. They don’t have the best customer service but you can do most of the things on the app so I don’t have to call them much. They have a good conversion rate for my country and their fees are very affordable. I used several other online money transfer services in the past but this is my favorite one so far. I highly recommend it if you send money to Africa. They have a variety of local companies that they work with so it is easy for people to pick up the money you send.

Takes time for transferred fund to heat account. It takes quite a long time for transferred funds to hit recipient's account eg the fund transferred a couple of days ago is still in PENDING status on the app. That is not acceptable when you promised to get the fund at no time basically within 30 minutes. I don’t like that because the only time I am guaranteed that the fund hit the recipient account is by monitoring the app.

Amazing. I’m shocked to see some complaints about this app. I’m not sure if people are using the right way. I have never gotten any issues with it. I send money. Minutes deposits etc and specially canceled and get refunded with even the need to reach customer services. This app is simply brilliant. I could go on about how great it is but it’s only my personal opinion. For those out there who are having issue I’ll say the app does what it’s suppose to be doing. Nothing more nothing less.

Sending money made easy. Before boss revolution money, the option were limited and the hassle of driving to agent location, waiting in line to send few dollars to loved ones, was 😒. Thanks to the new ways to sending money through boss revolution app. Now I can use my time that I use to waste driving and waiting in line for something important. Sending money has never been this easy. And now I am like 😄✌️

Rude Customer Service. I’ve used this company for years now but I’ve never had to reach out to their customer service till recently. The guy Brian is a very rude individual. He wouldn’t let me talk. kept talking over me and telling me to keep shut while he makes his explanation. Not one single apology or empathy. Where do you guys find people like this? Ignorant and arrogant are no traits for a good customer personnel. Anywhere I’m done with this company. I wish for the sake of Brian I could give this zero star. First Company I know when don’t give refunds when they mess up! y’all be careful with this one.

Amazing. Boss money may be a bit trickier to use than other applications but by far it has the BEST conversion rates and NO service fees so to me it’s the best way to send funds internationally. In life we have to work for the things that we want and this is Proof from God that shows me to be a good steward over my money by working for what I want- to send money to someone I love deeply in another county. Boss money is part of the story of how God arranged and wrote my love story ! Thank you Boss money!

Worst costumer service. Very rude costumer service representatives, they will not give you answers nor solutions to your doubts. They canceled a transaction and called me to inform me I asked why and they said I don’t know I’m just in charge of calling and notifying you and they hanged up. Contacted them and they said it was canceled and that’s all they could tell me. Will never be using this app ever again. Teach your staff manners. Cancelaron una transacción y me llamaron para informarme pregunté por qué y me dijeron no sé yo solo me encargo de llamarte y avisarte y colgaron. Los contacté y dijeron que estaba cancelado y eso es todo lo que pudieron decirme. Nunca más usaré esta aplicación. Enseñe modales a su personal.

Unbelievably horrible app. I’ve tried using just about every version of this app and have never successfully transferred any money using this app. It’s quite obvious that whoever developed this app is more interested in making it pretty than making it actually work properly. This latest go around asked me to take a pic of my driver’s license, which required access to the camera on my iPhone. And guess what. There’s no way to give this app access to the camera on my phone. Totally useless. Makes me wonder if anyone bothers to test the app before they release it. I’ve officially given up on Boss. They used to be awesome. Not anymore. And there are way too many alternatives out there now to continue putting up with this nonsense.

It works!. It is easy and fast. Keep up the good work. And I have a suggestion; can you make it possible for airtime to be sent from for instance the US to Cameroon? Update: it’s so cool that you guys listen to your customers suggestions and work on them. I am glad you guys added the airtime option, it made the app even easier to use. Kudos! 👏🏾

Great app. This app is amazing, i came over from Xoom which is another good app but i kept getting into little stupid problems with them mostly on their part. Anywaays this app is GREAT!! i send my wife money over seas all the time and it never fails. Wish it was quicker on transfer times to pick up the money, but it really isn’t that bad. (Just those last minute fast transfer) Anyways great app, hassle free & I haven’t had a problem yet (1Year Strong)

Móvil app not working properly lately. I have only one star because I’m very disappointed with boss revolution móvil app. 2 weeks ago I couldn’t make a transaction, I tried several times and even called customer service many times and nobody was able to help me. I had to wait 3 days until I was able to complete the transaction. And today June 21th it happened same thing again, since 7:00 am I have been trying to send money and I couldn’t until just now at 4:11pm this is ridiculous and frustrating. I even called customer service 3 times this morning and nothing could be done. I tried different things like removing and reinstalling the móvil app and nothing worked. Until just now.

When you call you have to wait for about 45 minutes to be able to speak to a representative, and the chat does not work. Please, fix this issue as soon as possible if you want a 5 stars.

It works. So far out of all the others this app works for me in the right manner. I had been using it for some time now and I’m happy and my family overseas are happy too, the time frame is promising as well although I’m not happy with the fee but thank for this app makes everything easier

Do not use this is app. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before sending money through this app. I sent my family money and they never recieved it. I had to constantly call them to see what was taking so long every single time they said that I day I called just so happen the day they would receive the money which was a complete lie. I had my family member call her bank and they had absolutely no trace of the money ever being sent or deposited. So to be quite honest it was very frustrating and I could’ve easily sent it through western union and had it delivered the same day

Yesss Finally I can send money without getting ripped off. I have been getting ripped off and having to go to a location to get a better deal for so many years. Now I can do it from my phone to a bank account instead of having to have someone pick up at a location. You just made this process so much easier I love it!!!!

More like trash revolution. They interrogate you as if you’re a criminal for your own money you’re trying to send and after they interrogate you they get your bank to interrogate you too and then ask you for your bank account number he’ll no I’m not giving my bank account number to no one how am I even sure the person you’re connecting me with is my bank because I call my bank all the time for different reason and they never once ask for my account number don’t use them it’s trash.

Simply the Best. Boss Revolution has been wonderful for me especially sending money home a lot! Someone in my church recommended when I was always having to go to western union or money gram BUT now I do it laying on my bed😄 Occasionally there are some glitches, maybe a system breakdown or an error in name and account number, but it takes a lot of time for refund to get back to you which could be annoying , as I a speaking 3 refunds are still being processed. Their customer care also takes FOREVER to answer which is disastrous if there were to be an emergency and that’s really terrible. But I still do appreciate their works, they good outweighs the bad a lot, just make sure you get your details right and you’re good

Worst Transfer money App. I gave it a try on this app and sent a small amount to see if it would work fine and had no issues at all. I was confident until I tried the second time to send a bigger amount and it’s been a week and my family has no receive their money yet. Really disappointed, I haven’t even received the refund. My first time took less than 30 minutes for the money arrive and now it’s been one week without any response from this app. I RECOMMEND to use another type of money transfer better than this app.

Good. App works with the features. I like that I’m able to delete transactions that I made an attempt to transfer. Also I’m able to choose from different banks where my transfer should be received. Even though I wish the pick up number was same for every bank so that cash pickup could be done at any bank associated with this app. App make you aware of delivery time frame. From processing to ready and cash pickup. I get notified both on my iPad notifications and sms notifications transaction details, when ready and cash pick up. Exchange rate feature on this app is great. It compares other forex transfer apps rates so you know the best rate for your transfer.

Most efficient way to transfer money. They are the greatest. Money is deposited within 20 minutes or less, tops. Don’t have to wait a day like with some money transfer companies. Another great feature is you can transfer as many times as you want. No screening or putting holds on your account. I would recommend this app. 10 stars

More than you think …. I’ve been using this app almost 2 years ago. Is more thank you think. At the begging I was worry because it was not too famous and I thought it’ll be like a scam app but it won’t. Don’t be scared about using this app. I love it now.

Do not send your money. I will never ever send again money from this app they take your money never paid to the sender, I send money to Guatemala paid extra so my mother can get US dollars stead of quetzales the money never was paid by the bank I call boss revolution and they where really unprofessional and rude the supervisor who refuse to identify only give me a name Luisa she was so upset and hand up the phone in my face she cancel my order says the money will be credit back such a lie that never happen I’m still waiting I will report this company as fraud used other companies like money gram or WesternUnion stay away from this people

No text notifications to recipients. I like the good rates (better than the competition). My only complaint is that the recipients don’t get a text notification when money is received on bank account or when available to pickup. The other companies send these notifications to recipients.

Love it. Just a amazing app but the only thing i would like to see its when im in the Caribbean that i can transfer money to my account but unfortunately when im in Dominican Republic the app doesn’t work so hopefully you guys can fix that but other than that i love it .

Money transfer. The money transfer process went almost flawlessly. My information and the recipient information was automatically filled in as I commenced. However, I had to submit the request, at least, 3 times due to error message that flashed with a red banner atop the screen. The message flashed so fast that I couldn’t read it before it disappeared. I had to review each section of the entries before I discovered a missing required field ‘STATE’ in the recipient information. I entered it before I resubmitted the request the 4th time and it went through. Suggestions: 1. Allow error message delayed long enough to be read. 2. Be more specific about the error to ensure quick resolution. HA.

The best app. So far honestly, the best app to send money, i used to go in person to the stores and be there for over 10 or 15 minutes, besites the rates also more expensive than this app!!! Never fails you!. I like this app a lot. It’s the only app I use to transfer money to my offshore account because it’s fast and convenient. I don’t like that you have to put recipient’s address all the time tho because some times most them don’t even know what address the used in setting up their account or didn’t spell it correctly to you. RESENDING OF CANCELLED ORDER. Wish that when Transfer fails there should be a possibility of Cancellation and Resending the money immediately rather than a Refund 5 to 7 days later when the money might be needed immediately and there is no means of coming by another amount of money to Replace the Cancelled Order. Thanks.

Review. The reviewer l read before is absolutely right. What they usually do they charge with low fees but once you have trouble withdrawing the money, they won’t pick up your call or they can hold you for an hour. They know a lot about our information and we don’t know anything about them. They’re not even able to tell you the location where your money had been pick up. The y should be able to call you back when you have some issues with your money specially when their is problem. But they won’t. Anyway be careful with this service. Like I said they know a lot about you.

Racist Company. This company after delaying my transaction despite providing all my documents as required to them refused sending my money. Their reason being that my company Acct is not bearing my name in the account statement I sent to them, and I even had to send them my Company license certified as requested by them, and all other documents they requested, they have my Driver’s license, after holding onto my money for two days, they cancelled the transaction stating the company statement of Acct does not have my name on it. I was in shock to know these people could be this racist.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I’ve been using this app for a while, but have been having issues and customer care is terrible, they don’t care about customers needs. It is just a bunch of people that seem to be working for free, and that’s why they don’t care. Their compliance department doesn’t have a phone line and everything has to be through email. I tried to send money five times and didn’t work, when finally did, they requested the compliance form to be filled out, I did, and still emailed me saying that I had submitted docs with erasures and my transaction would remain on hold, I got frustrated and really upset, and requested my money, their email response was: “transaction cancelled as requested, we have issue a full refund that could take within 1 up to 5 business days to complete Regards Sincerely, Hansell Magarin” Absolutely useless people.

Best app to use. Best way you send money internationally and has a good rate too but the charging fee sometimes kills me 😅 but I will recommend this to anyone. They’re over charging people during this pandemic. I am a regular customer of Boss revolution however, these people are over charging fees during this pandemic! A few days ago it cost me $4.99 to send $200 dollars to DR and my family can get the money after 1 hour. Now they are taking advantage of this situation that we’re living in and are charging more fees to send the same amount of money and on top of that, they are taking about 1-2 days in order to deliver the money. They should be ashamed of themselves! Instead of doing something to help everyone, they’re screwing us up.

Easy to use and they worry about us!. The interface is very easy to use. Sent money about a month ago but the receiver wasn’t able to go to a bank and receive it. They refund my money automatically without me required to do anything! I don’t usually write reviews but I really love how easy it is to use this app.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would!. I downloaded the app and tried to send money for the first time and was denied! When I called the company, they said I wasn’t approved by their financial team! I’ve never come across anything like this in my life!!! I send money several times a month through another company. No explanation was given just that I was denied. If my account has the money, I’m not sure why you would deny someone the ability to send money! I’m still confused and will NEVER try to do any business with this company. I will also discourage my friends and family members from using them as well! RIDICULOUS!!!

Satisfaction. I truely appreciate the service provided here. Fast convenient and secure. The only thing is that i still don’t if you have a limited amount to send every month or week. Sometime a transaction is denied without a message stating the reason. Overall i love the service which has the highest rate and lowest fee. Thumb up.

Unreliable. All of these sending sites advertise themselves as easy ways to send money to friends. If you legitimately have a friend in Africa though you can forget most of them because they will turn you down. And they think they know better what to do with your money than you do. They called me to verify all my payment information and then verified my information related to my recipient, and after all that they denied the transaction. Don’t waste your time with these people

Easy, reliable and great rates. Prior to this I was sending money through a third party who would not provide the same transfer rate as BOSS Money provides. However, at that time I didn’t see a better option... until now. I am very pleased with the speed, ease and exchange rate that this app provides.

Horrible service. I had made a transaction and cancelled it right away, the cancellation never went through after me cancelling it within seconds and the money went to the account of the other person. Which the other person stated that they never received the money! Which made me lose $1000 and when I called customer service they said that they couldn’t do anything even though they saw that I cancelled it within seconds. Worse app ever I will not be using it again!

Love it!!. Very simple and easy way to send money. They do verify your identity which was a little aggravating lol but a god thing. I’ve used this several times to send money to El Salvador and it’s faster than the stores. Money is ready for pick up in a few hours instead of days. I definitely recommend using this!

Stay on the line till i the customer hang up, otherwise nice app to use, the rate exchange is a bit lower than others, why is your rate always lower than Sendwave? Too long to receive. It takes too long to receive the transfer.... forget about the home delivery that could take on averages three days to receive it if not more ... the service is bad... the only good thing is customer service.... but they are powerless.......

Excellent app, need a couple fine tuning within the app like for example saving previous name and address before sending Incase you want to continue after, swapping out between exchange at the finalization of the transaction without having to go back and input the contact info again, anywho amazing app!!

5 Stars for sure!. Boss revolution works extremely well. It took a few days to get set up initially but part of that was because of a holiday weekend. Once set up I have been extremely happy with it! It is so effortless to use! I have no need to ever look for another app to do the same thing. I highly recommend it!

Worse customer service ever.. I made a transaction of 300$ and the recipient never received the money. I have been going back and forth with customer service. My money has not been refunded, the intended recipient never received the money and boss revolution eventually blocked me from performing other transactions when I tried to reverse the transaction from my bank. I sent them evidence of the intended recipient mobile money statement. Yet still nothing has been done. My simple question is boss revolution a scamming app? Cos $300 is a lot of money to throw away.

Best service but !!!. So easy and seamless to use just need to double confirm all the recipients information is all correct otherwise they will have trouble retrieving there funds and you will have to cancel your transfer order and your funds will be on hold for about 7 days waiting for funds to back into your bank account.

Excellent. This app is easy, and you don’t have to struggle looking for a store to send money. Anytime, and everywhere you can send money, plus I like the fact they give you different options such us bank deposit which others app don’t have.

I had my reservation 😌. I wanted to wait a little longer to see if they mess up. Almost all the money transfer app are garbage. The make you go through a degrading process of verification like you are a criminal and then end up denying you. However, Boss revolution is made me smile a kept a high customer satisfaction.

It could be a little better. Some 3rd country recipients don’t really have an actual street number and address, try to change some things around to make it easier for poor people in those countries to receive the money.
