Not very useful. App would be so much better if I could change the relevant coding cost code. We use WBS numbers not cost codes for all expenses.

Hopeless and clunky. Even worse after 2 factor authentication

Not very user friendly. * spend wizard- too many screens to click through for something simple * expense templates - no way to search the list of expense templates. Have to scroll to find the one you want. * expense templates - no way to bulk delete expense templates. So not suitable for large corporations with forever changing expense templates. * selecting segments- would be better to be able to type in segments and validate against the charge codes in the system. * GST - can’t easily change GST when GST is not 10% of the transaction amount(some items don’t have GST) If issues above can be fixed would be 5/5

Coding. Good to have this app - better if full functionality is in app like website so I can code from my phone as I go. I’d never log in on my PC then. Error to submit as ‘you have not filled in enough fields’ is not helpful - I want to complete my coding before office admin are chasing me

Unlink Button. 2nd time I’m asking for this!!!! Super frustrating!!! The unlink button is missing (might be a bug/virus) and I can’t unlink an incorrect receipt attachment. Please rectify this issue, ty!

Great app, when it works. Works really well on occasion. But app is subject to frequent crashes, often fails to upload receipts despite giving the “upload success” message. It’s easier to just use the website. The app would be great if it was reliable.

It was good. The last update has taken away the ability to change users and now I’m locked out of accounts and locked into one account. I can’t access any others. It was a great app for the whole process and now it’s just junk app stuck on my phone and I can’t get any banking done and no one has answered any queries when emailed!

Not that useful. Why cannot I update the receipt status via the app? I thought this app would allow me to expense things on the go but I still have to login through the desktop to change the receipt status. If this app allowed me to process the expense in full then it would be 5 stars.

Still has some bugs. Can upload the docs and edit the description, but cannot change the expense coding from its default code.

Does whats needed but could flow better. Generally works well but - there are too many steps to take a pic of a receipt. Upload new receipt from camera could be an earlier option than it is. - the messages which slide down over the screen obscure the controls which makes going back much more time consuming. This is especially annoying when I have quite a few receipts to do.

OCR receipts cannot be unlinked. Hi FlexiPurchase - a persistent issue occurs when your software auto-attaches images from the receipt gallery after OCR and matching it to purchase data. Once linked automatically by software and attached to a purchase acquittal, it cannot be unlinked in the app, nor does it allow for further receipts to be added, requires log into web app to resolve. Please remediate.

Won’t accept new password. Can’t use the app at all since the update makes us create a new alphanumeric password. Can enter new password twice, but the OK button stays greyed out - even with the all criteria ticked.

App icon improvement suggestion. Is a handy tool when on the go. Would be good if a notification counter badge was visible on the app icon.

Function over form. The app does what it’s supposed to do but the design is not at all user friendly (tiny buttons down the bottom of the screen, too many steps per process) and it’s also getting increasingly slow. Works ok, but could be much better.

Always making me change password. I don’t know why but this makes me change my password and locks my account after trying to log in with the new password, every 3-4 times I use it. I don’t understand why and it is maddening.

Was working… now it isn’t. I had been using the app quite successfully for a couple of months. Recently I was asked to log in with the password… 1/ there is not a remind me of my password option 2/ after logging in I am not able to allocate expenses to cost centres

IOS 17.1.1 -App does not launch. Been running the app successfully for over 6 months However any devices that have upgraded to iOS 17.1.1 can no longer login and get a an error saying your network connection is not secure Issue has made the app unusable

Great app for attaching receipts. I give this app a 4 star just for the fact it saves me time from scanning, emailing, saving then uploading receipts on the desktop. 1 click and the receipt is attached. I can add the description too. Cost coding does need to be done on the desktop. But who cares! I've already saved an hour. If I can add the cost centres then it's a 5 star!

Someone has wasted time developing this. And now it won’t update……..

Constant Password updates. Why do you have to keep changing passwords when you use fingerprint or Face ID. Keep getting told to change my password. Can’t remember the old one and have to reset the whole thing again. Doe to this process my password is getting easier and easier for people to just guess. How about we get the option on wether we want to change the password or not. I’m often away for work and get locked out of this app because of this stupid feature and can no longer add receipts or link to banking info. Which then leads to just emailing the receipts. Can we please have the option to update “if we want to”.

Receipt status missing. Great to have the app so you can do expenses on the go however you cannot complete on the app as it doesn’t allow you to complete “receipt status”.

Possibly the most painful app and platform I have used. This application is bad enough to make me consider changing all our corporate banking to another supplier. The app is difficult to use. The ability for it to link receipts to charges rarely works. When you try to mainly attach an image, you can’t actually see the image so you are taking a stab in the dark. Would strongly recommend that if they are telling you this will make corporate travel easy then run!

Zero for user friendliness. Constant password updates. Who is going to hack my account to process my receipts? ——- Password reset needs to be through admin account. Thanks for that. ——- Sometimes doesn’t load photos. ====== On the positive- the receipt recognition- when it works- is handy.

Makes my job easier. It's super easy to upload receipts but it is currently taking up the most space on my phone. Does anyone know how to reduce this? Currently taking 1 gig of space.

Forced updates are not on. This app is general ok, poor user interface but it’s basic in what it does. I do hate the forced updates, just when I need to quickly snap a receipt I can’t, gotta update. Always happens at the worst time. This is the worse thing you can do to a user. Kinda wish there was an alternative.

Error. I get a error every time I try and code a purchase

Useless on IPhone. Works well on my iPad, current version for IOS on iPhone does not have the “next” button at the bottom of the screen after choosing type of expenditure, rendering it inoperable. Hopefully will be fixed with an update as this is my preferred device

Unstable. Constantly crashes while coding transactions. Frustrating user experience

No ability to code txns. Not much value if you can't code transactions. Might as well save space on the phone since you can already take photos of receipts without the app.

Update Please. This used to work really well and was very smooth an easy to use. Since last update. It has become clunky and harder to use. It automatically sends receipts to “pending approval” folder before I have finished adding descriptions which means you have to switch between To Do and Pending Approval which is time consuming!

More than on receipt.. Doesn’t seem to let you load another receipt easily when your admin staff requires you to add additional info

Useless. Only good thing is you can view them and add a description but am unable to code the expenses - still need the desktop (which is quicker).
