Red Lobster is great!. Since signing up for the rewards program we have enjoyed appetizers and desserts we would never have tried. The food here is consistently excellent and we usually have enough left over for another meal. Prices are the best in town.

Some Issues. I cannot get the app to show up on my Home Screen on my iPhone. I always have to go to the App Store, do a search, and then open it from there. It recognizes me and I can do things from there but the extra steps I have to take are frustrating. Also, I consistently have issues when trying to add receipts to my rewards. After trying to scan the receipt I have to try to add it manually. Half the time, that doesn’t work. Either.

Red lobster is our favorite.. We have done a lot of take out in the last year. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is how we ordered. We have been frustrated though with trouble getting our points. Out of about 12 trips only 3 of them scanned. If I took the time to send a message with the info I would get my points but at least 5 times I forgot or lost my receipt with the info so I lost out on those points and rewards!! Last night, was our first time eating in for a long time. Our server Kiera was awesome and the food was great!

Outstanding Service & Delicious Food. My wife and I have been going almost weekly to the Rohnert Park Red Lobster for the past two years. Not only has the food been top shelf (delicious), but from the managers to the servers (Joseph, Jessica, and Andrea to name a few), they have been very professional, curtious, and friendly. They always have great value for what you pay. In summation, we really like it.

App is down. The app isn’t working spent 10 min trying to place a order that never got placed due to this corrupt app kept having me doing captchas that were right but the system didn’t recognize it. Then it kept saying connection not safe constantly. I can’t even look at the menu due to this app. Why in the world would a app have to link to a outside link to work. Red lobster as much as y’all make please invest in a better app this is ghetto

Disappointing. Waitress was great. I ask for extra sauce and it came out drier than normal. My husband has the same dish every time Then the manager tried act like when they cook it , it gets asorbed. Thus the reason for asking for extra sauce / juice. She told the waitress the extra juice was at the bottom of the bowl. The bowl was dry. Was not impressed with the manager. She made them make up some more sauce. When it came he had already eaten what he could. Thank goodness he tried the sauce before pouring it on his food. I also tasted it. Was the nastiest sauce we had ever had. So damned if you or damned if you don’t. So do you complain and get crap or do you eat it not the way you wanted it. And for the price they charge was not worth it because he didn’t eat it hardly any of it. We did give the waitress a great tip because she was nicer and more considerate than the manager

Endless shrimp. Love this red lobster in Corpus Christi TX. they had the best calamari ever. Some places tough and chewy last week they were melt in your mouth good. Waiter was on his toes service here is always top notch. The shrimp were so good tried like 5 different ways. Refills on shrimp were quick and cooked to perfection. My favs are the coconut shrimp. I can’t forget about the cheddar bay biscuits. Oh my goodness. Had to get a bag to go.

Happy customer. Oh how I love those garlic cheddar biscuits! And the date nite steak and lobster , that’s what we always go for .I love the low lights the atmosphere the vibe in there and the service is always great .Thank you red lobster for always being there for my family and all the happy moments .

In the business of selling your data.. We like their food so I got the app to make it easier to order. But apparently if you get the app they are in the business of selling your data. I think it’s smarter as a business and I own a business to be in the business I’m in. I don’t sell my customers information. I think it’s just trashy and lowlife to be in the restaurant business and sell your customers information. Federal and state need to pass laws and get everyone out of that business. There’s no reason for anyone to be in that business or put a big big sign on their main page hey come here so we can sell your information. So yeah it’s trash because they make it difficult to opt out.

Food and waitress was great!! Atmosphere not good. The Hoover restaurant in MI is where we had visited and when I arrived I was wondering from the beginning if I should have left. There were two young people smoking marijuana a male and female sitting on the bench outside the restaurant when I arrived in the rain to drop off my children at the door. I later learned they were both employees. Not good. The food and our waitress was excellent!!! Superb thankfully! The biscuits did take quite some time even longer for a refill and the restaurant was very cold. I noticed a male employee in the back eating from a plate as he was walking by. The atmosphere makes me not want to return. I may just order online but that makes me feel uncomfortable.

Red Lobster dinner review. My husband a s I have been going to Red Lobster since the 1980’s when we got married. We do enjoy the great seafood choices and specials. Our kids are grown and we now take the grandkids there! It’s also the “birthday place” for them to go to. Thank you for great food, service and special seasonal options. Love the all you can eat shrimp the most. However, lobster is my personal favorite! ❤️

Great food, fast service Excellent service Asian lady in Ames Iowa great server!!. We’re frequently at Red Lobster. we love seafood we just don’t cook it that often at home. the only issue that we’ve had that isn’t good 2 times now I’ve ordered the special lobster and steak and both times at two different locations the steak was well done and I asked for a medium steak there was no pink at all. otherwise the seafood is always fantastic, the kids meals are good and they love the strawberry smoothie too!

Soo Good!. We are going to our local red lobster on Walton Way in Augusta Georgia. All the staff is so very friendly and helpful. We came for the endless shrimp, and are so delighted! The shrimp was so delicious, and also the sides as well. Having a waitress that took care of us so well, meeting the manager, who went out of her way to help us was a breath of fresh air. This may be our new go to place. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s been great!!!!

Great Tuesday. Ordered the meal online, person who the call was very helpful and assured the food would be ready at 5:00. Upon checking I saw I had a reward available, which I showed to Fletcher at our Red Lobster, he immediately went back and made sure the shrimp were included with the order. While completing the payment with Gift Cards, the food was brought out. Everyone was so friendly & helpful, especially Fletcher. He is one Great Representative for Red Lobster.

Points. The app is great! My only complaint is that the points expire before I get a chance to use them. I don’t eat out that often and when I do it’s not always going to be red lobster. Once I earn the points I never get to use them because the expire before I get a chance to go back! It would be great if they didn’t. I would be more inclined to eat there if I had the points next time I went out to eat!

Doesn’t work. No one will help to fix. Local restaurant tried to help with no success was able to reach someone but they never got back to me. Red lobster shut down customer service line. Like so many company's they don't care about customer service. Update, Red lobster sent a response to this review. Clearly they didn't even bother read this review because they told me to contact their customer service. If they had read the review, They would have read that the customer service line is non operational. So I tried the restaurant and the manager talked to someone at corporate who was suppose to call me back but never did.

On the go. This is the 2nd time ordering on line whereas i get an email at the last minute cancelled indicating did not send to store This is not good for your business and will again write about it online social media I’m sure I am not the only customer!! Disappointed When talking to manager sated” we have no control” I should of just left but decided to reorder however will think twice in future

Our food was great. Our food was delicious but the service could have been a lot better. We arrived at 5:45 on Monday April 25th to our local Red Lobster and we were seated immediately and our server approached us rather quickly. From then on is when the problems started. We asked for a second round of biscuits because we ordered at 5:55 and by 6:20 we were still waiting for salads. We finally got extra biscuits but was made to feel like it was against the law to give us more. We even offered to pay for them. When salads finally came out at 6:30 our meals came out 5 minutes after that. We were celebrating my father’s 87th birthday and by the time we finished eating we ended up taking his cake home because he was tired and wears out rather quickly. I will go back because I love Red Lobster and hopefully I’ll have a much better experience next time. Lobster Lover, Kat

SOOOOOO FANTASTIC!!. Red Lobster has become one of my top favorite restaurants for so many reasons! Mostly because the food is exceptional and the prices are unbelievable. That along with the portions, selections, staff and of course, rewards 👍👍always keeps me coming back for more💕😋

Worthless app, fishy problems. I am logged into the app but when I try to order it takes me to a website? What is the point of the app if it’s going to redirect you? I also cannot login I’ve tried multiple times I know what my email and password are they are saved in my phone, but it says they’re not correct. Then I tried to send a password reset and it sent me one after many attempts, and when I tried to login with, and it said there was suspicious activity in my account, and it would be locked in to contact an administrator your app has serious issues. It’s the weekend and I cannot order with my Rewards, seems a little fishy. No pun intended.

Rewards. The rewards are great to have the only problem I see with it is that once you have earned rewards they should not expire after all you earned them by being a customer to begin with so why would you want to take them away from us

One little problem. The app works great for ordering curbside or pickup UNLESS you either forget to put in a pickup time or want to change your pickup time. If you’ve already made your selections and then want to change the time before you place the order, won’t happen. I had to remove everything from the cart. Still couldn’t get the order time to appear. Had to turn off my phone then when I opened the app, the time choice appeared and i could start again and complete my order. A little frustrating.

Excellent App. This is one of the best food apps - and I use them all. The UI isn’t the friendliest but the menu options are complete including specials and configuration aspect is excellent; you can get it exactly as you’d order it in person. They also offer excellent perks and promotions.

Best Waitress Ever. We encountered a Waitress today named Amanda in Merrit Island location. She is and was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever encountered! She has a smile that would probably take your breath away if you could see it through the mask. Her attitude was so uplifting it made our dinner taste better than It already was.. she was so efficient and waited on our table like it was her only table but was taking good care of 7 more tables at the same time. She made our visit an absolute pleasure.

From Sharon Applegate-. The restaurant in Texarkana, Tx is the best! We love eating there and appreciate the ‘Rewards’ as an extra bonus to eat at my favorite restaurant. Thank you to the staff for always making the experience above and beyond -from the hostess, to the waitress/waiters, to the chefs/cook staff!! The manager is absolutely wonderful! She made the effort talk to us♥️ I wish you had six stars or more!!♥️

Not really an app. This “app” isn’t really an app in the sense that you can order directly from it, or browse the menu. You can only view your points total and see what deals and rewards are loaded onto your account. It’s irritating to have to login to the website each and every time to place an order. All of the other restaurant apps I have allow me to order via the actual app without being redirected to the website. I honestly don’t even really understand why this app exists when you’re able to view the previously mentioned account info once logged into the website to place an order. It doesn’t make any sense to me.

Maria-Maria. Such a happy waitress made our lunch date absolutely fabulous. The food straight out of the tank lobster killers. Absolutely wonderful time all around talking with our waitress MariaWiling enjoying theBiscuits and food. Come inTo the Lakewood Red Lobster, ask for Maria and sit in her section and be a blessing to her as she blesses you with her happiness and joy overflowing.

The problem with the App Store. People don’t understand you’re reviewing the APP and NOT the establishment. Apps about the restaurant you went to or the dining experience you had ARENT helping to improve the app. It’s mind boggling how an app that just sends you to their website is ranked 4.9 stars. What’s worse is the website is so poorly laid out I purchased a side on accident not even knowing my dish came with one. They randomly delete your payment methods and they don’t have a way to store favorite meals. All of this is simple functionality found in almost every other restaurant app so again - what app are y’all using with a 4.9/5 rating?

I need to delete this app, it’s taking up space. What a waste of space on my mobile phone. I don’t even get to use the app before my “reward” for something I didn’t even want already expired, and I can’t even see what’s on the menu unless I am ordering to go. As a dine in customer, I’m not even bothering to go. The LobsterFest is probably way overpriced anyway. They email you with all these graphics, but there’s no way to see the prices or what’s on the menu without starting an order.

Two Stars. Honestly, Red Lobster has lost its touch. The app does not work as intended, i received no deals as promised, and i could not find the deals section of the app. It is my birthday and i didnt receive the birthday free desert deal, and my calamari was cold. I'm extremely disappointed at the quality of service i received today. When i went to the bathroom, i heard a terrible noise. It sounded like someone stuck their hand in the lobster tank and a few decided to clamp down. Furthermore the stall i was in ran out of toilet paper. Very discouraging. Would not recommend another visit.

Rewards are Great. I really like the reward system. Have used it at least twice I believe. The only issue is, I am 57, don’t play games and really don’t want game rewards, I really have no desire to play the games, so really would like them to be removed.

Good place to eat. I know restaurants can be hit and miss as far as service, the quality of the food, etc. I’ve always had good luck at the Clarksville, IN location. Service can be slow at times, sometimes they may get something wrong as far as what was ordered, but they are always quick to resolve any issue.

Absolutely poorly designed for people using voice over and who cannot see.. This app is definitely getting one star in the store, because things don’t do what they’re supposed to do when you use voice over. For example, when you go to the Rewards tab, if you’re using voice over, you cannot review what you rewards are and what you can choose with them. This is absolutely unacceptable, and is shutting a market out that relies on screen reading technology daily to use their phones. Until this problem gets fixed, I will be writing this one star and leaving that.

Exceptional service, and courtesy. We go to Red Lobster at least once a month, I am a Platinum rewards member, and the staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. The staff always does what it can to make our meal exactly what we want it to be. They always send us home with a bag of your delicious Cheddar Bay Biscuits, when we ask for some to go, and we are never charged for them.

One of my favorite restaurant. Have been going to this red lobster for over 20 years. Always treat as a guest. Kudos to so many of the employees: Vickie, Dennis, DB, Ms Tia to name only a few. They have always accommodated me whether I have a party of two or over 40 guest that I have brought in as I am event planner with my groups.

Family of 12. When we got there we was seated a little after five mins which was great with a party of 12. We then began ordering drinks and appetizers. Our bread came out after we got a freshly baked batch. We had an waiter name Josh he is and was the best we every had coming here for three years. We didn’t have to ask for anything everything was on point fresh nice and hot man when I tell you Josh gotten tips from more then half the party at the table he did . And when we din in again we’ll be looking for Josh and Josh only. Thank you for having someone so well put together. Have a blessed day😊

App didn’t work for me.. I could not enroll - the app states the user name already exists. I guess there are two of us out there. I tried adding my maiden name - since it is part of my legal name - still received the same response. Tried using my Facebook Account to enroll. That didn’t work either. I even emailed to reset my password - even though I never had a Red Lobster account - and never received an email. Even my nickname was taken to post this review!

Survey about app. I completed a very long and detailed survey about the app to receive a reward. The reward was received and expired within a month. I went to the restaurant a few days after expiration (unbeknownst to me that it had expired) to use it and realized it was gone from the app. When I reached out to customer service to ask for the reward back, or something equivalent, they advised the rewards expire in 90 days. Mine expired in 30. This was one of the points I made in the survey! Give the customer more time to use their earned reward! Customer service came back with a copy/paste response and did not address my request for the points back. Poor service.

Shrimp lovers Mondays. Thank you for Mondays!!! I loved the shrimp all you can eat on Mondays. I had Walt’s shrimp and grilled shrimp on a stick to start. Yummy!! My server was very nice and helpful. We were cold sitting by the window and she allowed us to move to another spot that was warm and toasty. My experience was lovely and the food served hot and salad cold. Thanks for the points.

Coconut Shrimp. I have had coconut shrimp many places as an hors d’oeuvre, and in almost every case it came burned way too dark. The coconut shrimp which the red lobster serves is done perfectly. It became my main course on the all you can eat shrimp Monday deal. I highly recommend that you try it as one of your choices if you decide on the all you can eat special.

Good food, Terrible reward system.. Through the whole time me and my husband dated up until the first two years of our marriage we came here for our dates like every other week and we’ve just now gotten our reward because the system is so sketchy, and their points expire in no time apparently. After all that wait the reward is so disappointing you have to choose between one specific dessert of two appetizers and if you don’t like any of those 3 options (like us) it’s useless. They won’t even let you swap it out for something of equal value. At Outback Steakhouse they give you 50 % off (max of $20) every 4th visit. Now they appreciate their customers lol. Please do something better for us

Worst day ever in Red lobster. Red lobsters endless shrimp I think not, it took an hour for them to bring a little batch of shrimp, for them to bring as much as I wanted it’ll take all day to the point where the restaurant is closing. I arrived with a small party of 5 and I arrived at exactly 8:50, it was a 20 minute wait and it took almost all night for the food to come, everyone is finished eating and I’m still waiting for my batch of my endless shrimp what a scam, it should be called endless wait.🫤

Dinner. Dinner was good, Waitr was Awesome 👏 but Cookers VERY SLOW!!! We kept ordering All you can eat Shrimp 🍤 but had to wait at least 20 minutes after each dish was served…. No excuse for that, bc wen she delivered each dish we reordered🥺 Can’t wait to see after today how they do since it is everyday all you can Eat Shrimp 🍤

Unsatisfied customer. Service was good but the food wasn’t the best. The biscuits were hard and over baked. We ordered the coconut shrimp and it was over fried. The rest of the food was delicious. Towards the end we couldn’t finish the shrimp skewer and the diablo shrimp so we asked for a container and our server said we couldn’t take it to go because we ordered endless shrimp. We said so you would rather throw it away he said yes that’s our policy. We asked the server to ask the manager and the server came back and said sorry you can’t take the food to go. I don’t understand the ridiculous policy. We spent over $50 dollars. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

Rewards. I wish it was the old way you could pick what dessert you wanted but you can’t no more only reason I like to pick is I can’t eat the brownie or cake I am allergic to wheat so I get the cake eat the icing and ice cream and leave the cake I wish it could be different. Bobbie Johnson

Basically a shortcut to your web browser.. Terrible app if you call it an app. It’s basically a shortcut to use your web browser. And I don’t use a standard web browser so I get all the way to pay now and it doesn’t work. Make a dedicated app that you don’t have to login every time like everybody else. Do it like the McDonald’s app where the darn thing knows you and you can order from it anytime you’re ready. I’ve spent two hours to get something done here and I had to call Lynn it’s just very frustrating.

The Red Lobster APP is the best. I’ve used the app and find it easy to use and user friendly. I can order to go or curbside, and when I come in to eat I’m able to review the food and service. Since the pandemic, everything has changed and some changes are not so good.

Great food and service. First time we had been there in 2 years due to meal and service issues then. We use to go every year for our anniversary. We decided to give it a chance again and we weren’t disappointed! Meal and service was incredible! Even the meal portion was great! It was also very clean! Looks like we will be making more trips now. So excited because we missed eating there!!!!! A++

Enjoy the rewards. We go to Red Lobster as one of our go to restaurants. So then we enjoy earning the rewards. Every few weeks we earn rewards that our family has fun picking from the list. So everyone gets to enjoy their favorite

Really impressive service by waiter.. Our waitress (Cassie) was a server we have had in the past when we have visited Red Lobster. I cannot say enough about her exceptional service. We came to try out the all you can eat Shrimp lunch on May 22, 2022. Cassie greeted us and started us with water, came back before we new it and had taken our order. Within a few minutes she had our salads, than our first entree. Then checking on us and ordering ahead so we did not have to ever wait for any order she had ordered for us. Oh yes we mentioned that today was our Anniversary and she brought us a ice cream Sundae. My wife Gabrielle and myself Jerry Connell had a wonderful time at Red Lobster and a great big thank you to Cassie.😋😋😋😋😋😋

Wonderful Dinner & Milieu ~. My friend and I enjoy our visits to Red Lobster. The staff is very warm, friendly, courteous, and professional. Our Server, Eva, was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. Eva is lovely. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee as Eva!

Great service. Our server was the best my husband and I both thought he must have come from an upscale restaurant. He would have passed my granddaughter’s critique and she works at a country club.

My Bornday 😁!. October 9th was my 49th Bornday and I chose to celebrate here at RedLobster, and boy did me and my party have a great time 😃😀. Needs to schedule more help.. It will be quite a while before we will try the Red Lobster on Maple Road, Amherst, NY. We went there on a Monday at 4:10pm and the wait was already 1 hour. There were many tables empty and I'm not counting the distancing tables. We will go to where we used to live and go to the one on Transit Road, East Amherst, NY. We rarely had a problem getting seated at a reasonable wait time. Nancy I

Nothing against food just the app. What’s the point of making an app if you can’t place an online order? Also, when you do “place an order” through the app…. it takes you to a website and ask you a whole bunch of questions and the Apple Pay feature does not work. Very annoying :/

App design. It was very well designed and pretty easy to use. Kudos to whatever team came up with it. 10/10 recommend anytime you eat at the high class version of long John silvers. Lol

I missed my sign up reward. I think this app is a great way to bring back customers. It is easy to navigate once familiar. It may encourage me to visit more often. I missed my sign up free dessert but that was my fault for letting it expire.

Great app. The only problem I have is I have been in twice and when scanning my receipts for points it seems to never work. I have spent $300 amd have not received one point I have scanned receipts and it never gives me credit

Love the customer service. All of the services were good every one were so welcoming to me and my family. Most definitely we will be back at red lobster.

We love Red Lobster. Red Lobster is our favorite restaurant. We never miss a chance to eat there. The service is wonderful. The food is great. I worked for them 13 years back when they were owned by General Mills. It is great they have held up the standards they started with.

St. Louis RL diner. My husband and I love the shrimp at RL. He lives Walters plate and I love the coconut shrimp. We usually eat at the South Co location but tried the Crestwood one on Valentine’s Day in early afternoon after lunch crowd was over but they were short on workers so the wait and service could have been better.

Rewards are lies, poorly app. They say if you download this app and scan your receipt you will have points to redeem for free items which if you spend 125$ you will get a free key lime pie(5$ worth) and than you will have a very short time to redeem it otherwise it will expire, and also you can’t order it online. You have to go inside store to order, So what’s the point of this app??? This app made very poorly. Shame.

KIOSKS ON TABLE IN RESTAURANT. There is clearly a problem with the kiosk payment / game machine software and it needs to be corrected. The kiosk is blatantly cheating servers out of their gratuity by re-creating a new gratuity amount based on a adjusted total. The gratuity amount does not default to the original amount. This is blatant theft. Also, previous complaints about this were shrugged off so I’m publishing a review of this theft with the Better Business Bureau and Florida State Attorney General.

Gotta go to Red Lobster. For the past few years been going for my birthday! I enjoy every time I go. I get the Strawberry Passion with an extra shot plus the meal. The rolls are to die for! The staff is always on time. Love it there🥰💯

Best restaurant reward app. This is an excellent app for the rewards “game” it’s self explanatory and fun to earn something while eating the best food while enjoying friendly company and just having a great time.

Loving Red lobster. I love my shrimp at Red Lobster & I love the atmosphere, the waitress, the way the bartender makes my. Margaritas. I love everything about Reb Lobster. Good app based in rewards. I like the app based in the Rewards. I wish I could order within the app. When I click ORDER, the app sends me to the Red Lobster website to order. The online order does link the account to rewards.

Food. I called the red lobster in 1960 in Cypress and tell them that I could not get out to get my order and they were not doing curb pick up but she brought my order out to me anyway and was very friendly

Employee Service. Dana B. Is an excellent employee and told us she started working with you at age 16. She appears to be in her early 50(s)! She deserves some kind of special recognition in this day and age. Who stays with the restaurant business after COVID????

Prices. I think with prices rising you should get extra points when you make a purchase and I have also noticed that the quantity of food is less and I will be glad when they have a full menu again

Great service. Today we went to the red lobster in Fort Pierce Florida. Our waiter Ben was awesome. We had the endless shrimp. He did his very best to continue keeping them coming as fast as you could and he was very polite

Special. I love the 1lb crab special. I’ve been here 2x this week. I order the butter garlic crab with side of the rice. I’m always scared to try seafood at a land lock state but talk about I’m happy. I’m very happy and full. Enjoy!!

Mrs. Easy to order online system. Adding a name to each item helps keep your order straight and not leave anyone out.

Rewards. I appreciate getting rewards. But I don’t like that you don’t get to chose yourself. It’s the same thing over and over. Why can’t you bundle to get something different

Slow slow slow. Great food when you finally get your food. Waited close to 15 minutes to get our food. My husband mother in law and my self had endless shrip. We ordered our second helping as soon as we got our food. We waited over 15 minutes for that. They definitely need more pep in their step.

Points. Only thing I have eaten there several times tries to scan receipt said it had been scanned but it had not so lost a lot of points. Thank you Dana Hallum

Love the food and the options. I use gift cards often to pay for the meal with my sister. The food is excellent and there’s a very good selection.

Best hostess and server ever. The server Corin was outstanding she was so nice and helpful. When I had ask a question she was so nice and helpful and gave me the information I needed plus more. Your hostess Kim was nice and friendly, she had sat us and greeted us with a smile and kindly voice.

Love our local Red Lobster!. We both love seafood and when we’re near the coast we get about the freshest seafood money can buy. But, when we’re not on the coast our local red lobster is the closest thing to it and the people they are great too!

Service. Most enjoyable experience, everyone is so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Food is always amazing, tasty and satisfying. We will be eating there more often.

Endless Shrimp. Had a great time 3 weeks ago with the endless shrimp choice. Great food and planing to go back. In fact it inspired me to get the Red Lobster App. Now I will enjoy it even more with some extra benefits. Thanks Red Lobster, and keep up the Great work!

Nice app. I wish they gave more discounts. Nowadays people are looking for a coupon when going out to eat. You need to make the rewards a lot better. Please People are struggling.

Delicious!. Delicious yummy lobster and shrimp. Had broccoli and coleslaw. All in all a stupendous meal. Have to come again! Our waitress Angelica was excellent! 😊Even though we had a long wait for our food it was well worth the wait!

Love Red lobster. We are seniors on a very strict budget. It is easier & sometimes more economical to take out from RL than cook it at home. This is a treat to go to the one on Rte. 10 in Succasunna, NJ. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Points. Like the app, but the rewards constantly expire before you can use them. Rewards should not expire or should at least last a year. Especially this past pandemic year!

Red Lobster Meals. I enjoy eating at Red Lobster & eating Red Lobster at home. The app makes it easy to eat at home by ordering ahead & having it ready when you pick it up. During the pandemic, it was so nice to have my favorite food to eat at home.
