What Is "Joan Junior"?. Awesome game! But when I enter a boss every time its says Joan Junior, I thought it was just the name of the first boss but it was for every boss and I was like what the heck is that? I thought it would change after beating all the bosses and it still hasnt changed! Just because im confused, I have to give this game 1 star. Its fun, but "Joan Junior" ruined everything. I hope you guys are ashamed of yourselves. Goodbye.

Awesome. Imagine you put together Metal Slug, Contra and the game mechanics of Jetpack Joyride all together. It is one of the best games I've ever played on my iPhone. Simply awesome, 5 stars all the way.

Nostalgic. I played this game when I was in middle school and now that I have my own iphone I can play it😁

The game is to easy. The game is broken screw the light saber and get the electric gun and max out the stats trust me my longest runt time was a hour and 30 mins just use that weapon!! and refill with the ammo boxes it destroys everything in sight nothing is safe it's the demonic gun on steroids plus buy the flamethrower as back up that also destroys everything!! Also make the game longer I hate fighting the same bosses 8 times in one run it gets boring

Bloody amazing. The game is fast and fluid and every addicting and has a great balance of power ups. The only thing that blows about the game is its very bizarre crashing. Maybe cause it's not on part yet with the new update apple put out. All I know is that it's an inconvenience for a game as amazing as this

Crashed. The app crashes suddenly after just opening, often multiple times. I often have items I have used and I'm on a killer run and it just shuts down. This game is awesome, I just would like the unexpected crashing to stop.

Fast and fun. This game has a great pace and feel to it. The controls are solid and responsive. Each of the level ramps up in difficulty at a nice pace. The weapons you can unlock are great as well, with the very strong ones having limited ammo so the stages don't become way too easy. I've played this for a good while now and can say the best run I've had is going through to the final boss twice in one go. Perfect game to have while you have a few minutes to burn. Doesn't need online and loads up smooth.

Good game but crashes way to often. Good game great time killer. Fun animation and all. Only issue is it crashes randomly at the worst possible times. Please fix. Had an amazing run (highest score) and it crashed. So it was all for nothing. Such disappoint bruh

Outstanding. I still don't understand why you would make another game for the same concept when you could've just updated the game... Don't make a series, just keeping updating when necessary... However, this game is still as amazing as the first version; just has more!

Bloody cool! By Cdawg. This game is the best of all! It is violent and bloody and makes the game interesting! There are a ton of weapons and they each do something different!! I would definitely recommend this😃 it can be difficult though

Some bugs. - muting sound effects in the settings doesn’t actually mute them - music will randomly turn back on even though reflected in settings as off - random deaths in a run when collisions aren’t made

Joan short mad run. It’s a good game to just pass the time. Great graphics and fun weapons you can potentially play it for a while but after you defeat the final boss it just repeats again no change in difficulty. I would have given it 5 stars if the game was longer.

Great, but with needs a shield/counter ability. I really enjoy the game. The controls are responsive, the graphics are nice, the music is catchy, and the Joan is awesome. However, I feel as though the enemies are too much of a hassle to handle. You see, whenever a cop tries to shoot me, I have a two options that don't work. I could try shooting him, but his bullet will still get me. I could swipe up or down, but then either an obstacle or an enemy will hit me. It feels cheap whenever they do that. I can swipe down to a safer direction, but with the games fast paced design, I can't think about my other options. My solution to this is to add a shield or a counter you can use when you hold/tap your left thumb on the screen. The shield's time will be limited and it will make you unable to move. I think that will fix the issue I had with the game. Either way, great game, wish it had a shield.

Great side scroller. 500 free coins: After you die, click "earn 500 coins". Immediately after doing so, press your home button. Video stops and coins are added without watching full video.

Honestly a great game. As a hardcore mobile player I can guarantee that you will LOVE this game because of its replay ability, bosses, and variety of guns which is all you need in a game especially to pass the time.

This game is Broken! But I like it.. Here's a few hints for the players. You can hit the video money thing to play the video and then exit the app it cancels the video and still gives u a ton of money. Then u can start games and quite to make the video icon reaper. This is an awesome fast way to get infinite money. Also the lightsaber is basically invincible if u spam the Melee attack because it cuts down enemy's and reflects bullets. I love this game well done.

Outstanding game, but it needs an inventory system. This game is fun, nerve-wracking, and takes you on a dazzling pixelated journey. The only thing is that it needs some type of inventory selector or at least a better one. It's very frustrating having to swipe through guns to get the one I want as I have all of them. Maybe a check or uncheck box above or under the gun in the upgrade menu to select the guns you want to use on the next run. It is definitely needed and maybe also some more guns. You could add a flamethrower, a shield (I the secondary hands) maybe also a paint gun or a machine gun. Wonderful game!

A Bloody good time!. Love this game so far! The controls are responsive and very easy to use! The graphics are pretty amazing and the gameplay is solid and keeps me going after that high score and coins! The grind for new weapons and power ups is not bad impaired to other games like this! The enemies are cool and I think the mini-boss parts are interesting and fun and offer challenges other than running! The gore is awesome and adds so much more fun to this game! Overall this game is fun and easy to play and it's also an excellent time-killer for being a mobile game! Please! Add more weapons, power ups and enemies in the future! This game is great and the content is fun so far! I'de love to see more content added later as I just cannot get enough of this game!

Great Game! (Some Additions). First of all, I love this game for many reasons. It runs smooth, is easy to control, the weapons are awesome, and is all around a fun game. One thing that I think could add a little pizzazz to the game is skins. Similar to Jetpack Joyride, I think it would be cool if you added a couple of skins that would be purely cosmetic, and not affect the game’s mechanics. Also I think you should be able to buy some sort of shield power up before you play your next run. That’s all I have to say. Thanks for reading!

Awesome. This game is really cool, well thought out, and overall amazing! I love the development in the game, as well as the cool references. Also it's fun to try and beat your high score and defeat the bosses ahead in the game. I also find it cool that each weapon has its on unique ability(s).

Addictive and fun. So much fun!!! Getting coins isn’t some excruciating and tedious task like in some games. Good pace, bosses occasionally, and cool weapons. So. Much. Fun.

Best from the Developer. This is a surprisingly good game. The controls are responsive, gameplay is well-balanced, it doesn't try to force you into buying coins (which are plentiful enough if you stick to the three guns and the lightsaber like I do), graphics are nice, the theme is simple and it's fun to play. Also a strong female protagonist is always good. It seems to have an end, which is a good motivator once the initial appeal of the game wears off. There's an apparent goal–something for me to work towards–and that sets it apart from other endless runners. It also gives a fair amount of challenge. It isn't as unforgiving as Into the Dim, and it's not as tedious as Tomb of the Mask (which I feel was ruined by its last update). Tldr: Fun, balanced game. 4/5 because it could be just a little bit better, as long as they keep what makes it great.

Worthless. Tap games are worthless, waste of time, and too simple to be complex. They are made my money hungry developers that want a quick buck with iap's. I guess now we will see the App Store fill with these worthless, useless apps just like it did with town building, gem games, turn based games, and endless runner games. The developers care nothing about the people! iPhone games use to be fun and there was some sort of wow factor but now they are horrible. It's all about money to them and they are ruining gaming, stand up people voice your opinion!

Wow!. I have both John and Juan Mad Run and I must say! Juan Mad Run is a great improvement! I first got John Mad Run because I figured that this one would be harder. In a way, it is a little tricky with the bosses but I enjoy the challenge. Also, the new weapons make it a lot easier! Great game guys!

If deadpool were a girl.. Joan is a badass. She don't mind gettin her hands dirty and will stop at nothing to reach her goal (whatever that may be). Seriously though, get this game, it's so much fun buying and upgrading all the way over the top weapons and cutting bad guys in half! GET THE GAME!

Amazing, but needs work. This game is a very cool 2D game, but I think that there are some things that you should add, such as -other playable characters -weapons that theme the map -character customisation

BEST PHONE GAME !. If you were a kid who was into Sonic the Hedgehog type games this is the game for you! It has variety of weapons to choose from and buying a new weapon has become a great joy of mine. Overall very well designed and will spice up your boring day to day life. Also, really like the retro aesthetic of it.

Game ideas. This game is great I can pick up and play it any day of the week I just have one problem. I get hit camped and stuck in bad areas so I die immediately because there is no invincibility frames. Would love to see it added to make a great game greater

Really Good. I really like this game and it is a fun way to pass some time and get into some crazy game play with all the interesting weapons and challenging level/boss design. The game mechanics are so smooth and flawless the soundtrack and voice overs are awesome and the power ups and weapons are all so unique and diverse. The developers truly aced this game and I am so glad I stumbled upon this little gem in the AppStore. I definitely think it could be more then this though you guys have awesome skills and should use your talents to create bigger and more adventurous titles or just maybe some major updates to this game to make it more of an RPG kind of theme so it had more replay value and can get you guys the credit you deserve. I understand this sequel to johns mad run might just be still a test as such for you guys but I would really like to see some more games from you. Very well done.

Joan is super cool!. This game has such a cool feel and I love the setting and cool enemies and weapons! There are so many and most have unique animations for when they hit an enemy (like the buzz saws, OUCH!). The health meter being Joan's face is really cool and immersive (like in original DooM) and the sprites have a lot of character and personality.

It was good then it wasn't. It was good and then it wasn't. I first played it and it was cool and I liked it. Then I realized that I couldn't shoot fast even though I was tapping and tapping. Which really dampens the game play and leaves your frustrated. 😢👎🏽💔

Pretty fun and nice animations. Just downloaded this while looking for new games to play and I'm loving it. I really like how here portrait changes depending on how much damage she's taken or what power up she currently has. Just looks so cool.

I loved it but needs work. This game app needs check points it feels too exhausting going through the whole course again after beating one monster and trying to make your way to the new monster and then you die before you even get there it's not worth a download

Better than Windows. Not quite as good as a Mac but, 16x better than Windows. I prefer the red mac and cheese better then their soft serve ice cream.

Brilliant platform runner. Amazing graphics, near perfect response & gameplay, great weapons balance and no nag-ware for purchases. Lots of fun - took me about 2 weeks to beat the whole run through and I still haven't powered up all the way.

Terrible. After being almost 2 years late, it almost seems as if they just gave up and released the unfinished version of the game they had 2 years ago. There is almost nothing different about this game than John Mad Run. It is boring, monotonous, and ridiculously difficult early on. And I am in the top 5% on every game I play. Very disappointed.

Poorly Balanced Economy. Shhhhh...Listen closely. I'll share with you the secret of how to get loads of coins. This method will get you 5,000 coins in just over 10 minutes...eaaaasyyy... Three steps. Here we go. 1. Start the game 2. Die ASAP 3. Watch an ad for 500 coins This is no contest the best and fastest way to earn coins in the game. Those who play for progression will hardly end up playing the game at all. Rebalance costs or earning rate. It's a little silly.

I used to play contra on new. and it's like that but on a rail system so I love this game but I've also only been playing for 2days...time will tell but I really enjoy this for now

I'm terrible at this game but it's still fun. This is sort of like a "flappy bird meets 8-bit side scrolling shooter." It's fun, but very easy to die. I recommend what other users have suggested: get the light saber-type weapon.

Awesome!👌👌👌. Super cool game, awesome music, weapons and bosses. I love Joan, her character model and health icon are so cool. Some glitches (game crashing, invisible character, black screen) but they are pretty rare. Common enough for me to take off a star.
