The only option for magazines. Seriously it has everything all conveniently readable on your mobile device or whatever device you may enjoy I’m talking people, magazine, to barely legal and everything in between even good housekeeping I mean, God is there anything they don’t have I don’t think so. I’ve been looking for a minute now and haven’t come across anything cell. I’d say this is the way to go not to mention the cheap price only cost about two magazines maybe one nowadays and you get 50,000 check it out I dare you cause I bet you won’t delete the app!

Best mag app yet. Huge magazine fan since a kid. From going to the magazine shops, which I do still just because I love a fresh mag. I do have to say this is the best app yet. The best layout and best variety and the price can’t be beat. The only thing I wish they would do is add the page flipping animations, then it’ll be 100 percent.

The Best Out There. Seriously. There are several online magazine aggregators around now and I've tried most of them. Many have second rate content, knock off titles etc. For me, Zinio Unlimited was like discovering a treasure trove - the best titles, ones I'm actually interested in, and subscribing to even just one of them separately would cost me as much or more as *one month* of Zinio Unlimited with immediate access to literally 1000's! My only quibble is I wish there was more German content, so I still subscribe to Readly (also pretty good btw, especially for my German magazines not on Zinio) Anyway, 5 stars - love it!

ALL pages go blank. Please fix. Once you've activated the text mode in an issue, the PDF version of each page no longer works but go completely blank (it only works on first page upon opening, then stops working completely) No, removing the issues doesn’t fix it, even reinstalling the app doesn’t work either. This is absolutely ridiculous.

What happened?. As many have said, I had a fully paid up subscription to this pretty good value and decent range of magazines BUT, December 2019 changed and no more access allowed. Tired the log off log on the delete and re-install and even tried to subscribe anew (the app told me I already had a paid up subscription, but still wouldn’t let me in). I cancelled the service and Apple reffed me the month no problems. A bit of feed back from the developers would’ve been nice but to hell with this thing, don’t give them your money.

BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. Do not purchase this app. There is zero support from the developer to assist with system issues. The app suddenly will not open, which is frustrating given that I’ve spent over $100 on this subscription and have no way of accessing the publications I’ve downloaded. It’s unconscionable that they continue to seek this app when it does not work App is still not working but there is NO WAY OF CONTACTING ADMIN

Subscription problem. Each month my subscription renews, but each month I have to contact ZINIO to get it working again. This month after a couple of attempts to get them resolve the issue, still not fixed, and my subscription is paid in full. Very unreliable.

Doesn't recognize my subscription. I have had an ongoing problem where the app doesn't recognize my subscription. Happens on and off for months now. Frustrating as it's a paid service. Magazine choice is limited. Customer support slow to respond. Still waiting.

Great app when working 2. I Have the same issue as a previous reviewer. I have been unable to get the app to work for the last 2 months. Even removing and reinstalling as well as restore purchases has not worked. I have used this app for the last 12 months with no issue but it started occurring during the last couple of months so something needs to be done. I will be deleting the app and removing my subscription if it is not resolved in the next 2 weeks.

Wow! Great app. I'm really liking this app and now I am read lots of my magazines in one place. Text reading on mobile is a huge improvement over other magazine apps. I will be using this app for a long time!

Average unstable access. The app has a good range of magazines but frankly I got tired of being told that I had to renew my subscription when ZINIO had already taken the monthly subscription. Very good at collecting the subscription, not so good at providing consistent access, and as you can see from other reviews I’m not the only one. Also the fact that even though you download a magazine to your device, you still need to be online to begin to read something that was previously “downloaded”. One star may seem harsh but if you can’t consistently provide a service someone has paid for really you don’t deserve any stars, it’s not like you’ll refund me for the multitude of times you didn’t provide what was paid for and why should I continually have to advise customer service of issues with your product which, as I said previously noted, others have also notified you of.

Review submitted 1 month ago. Contacted but still NOT resolved. I’ve written. I’ve explained. Still my App is saying I need to renew the subscription when clearly I have renewed it. Please actually do something about the issue, people have been complaining for a year at least. This is appalling service.

App crashes shortly after opening. Just recently app is constantly crashing soon after opening. Disappointing as have many mags in library. Previously no problems.

Very slow. The app constantly crashes moments after opening. The app is very slow at displaying magazine covers, can be very slow to download issues and sometimes will not display covers at all. Downloads queue but sometimes do not start. Very good idea but poorly executed.

Average selection and shady practices. Apples News+ probably has a better selection and interface. Zinio is just packed full of old and low tier magazines. The developers promised a huge update but it turned out to just be a new logo and app icon lol. Cya later

App keeps having problems one after another.. Takes your money but regularly fails. Cannot even report the problems from within the app. Each time it fails they insist on the same old questions be answered. Becomes very tiresome and indeed expensive for me to be on the debugging team

Love it!!!!. Thank you Zinio, lovely clean looking app, easy to use, with all my favourite magazines. Been using for a few months now and simply love it!!!

This could be really good.. But the library needs to be increased. Also found the UI annoying as I had to exit the app to return to the main store page.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Like everyone else, subs come out every month without fail. Access to content however - consistently says sub has expired. Give this one a miss.

Crash on launch. Wow, Zinio. I would love to try your app. I am about to travel overseas and a subscription magazine service would be grand on long flights. However, as stated by a few other reviewers, Zinio crashes a few seconds after launch. Therefore, I cannot create an account to buy magazines from you. This seems like a problem for an app that relies on subscriptions for revenue. (Not an expert.)

I give up. Can’t access any thing. For the last 2 months I have been blocked out of accessing any of the magazines. The account is all paid up, subscription is up to date and yet I have grey looking magazines that I can not gain access too. I might as well cancel this subscription.

Can’t access my magazines. I have been enjoying ZINIO Unlimited for a long time with no problems until this month when I couldn’t access magazines anymore. My subscription is still valid until the end of this month and I haven’t missed a payment. I have been trying to find a way to contact the developer for help with no success so I thought that this way might work, so ZINIO.........PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Really great value!. Have to say this is an awesome way to read magazines. It has most of the popular ones you find in regular newsagents and it's super cheap compared to buying them one by one. (Especially considering the price of Aussie mags generally, this is a steal!) - Obviously with this monthly flat rate way of paying you can read anything that takes your fancy, it doesn't only have to be what you'd usually buy. Wish they had a few more magazines in other languages although they do have a few good US and UK ones but, all in all, a must have for avid readers like me!

Very good. One of the most comprehensive magazine app I have seen. You get to read all the magazines you want in one subscription so that makes it quite affordable. You can also pick and choose interests and get recommended articles in one feed. Quite good

No access. No access to my library of magazines, as with the other reviews. No contact advising of issues. A statement or email from the company explaining what is going on and what we can expect would be great. You would think a company of this size would respond professionally to this situation. Strange.

Great reading experience. What I like a lot about this magazine app is the unlimited reading for just one price. Also the format of articles is really well done. I would definitely recommend trying it

Not working again. As lots of people have said…. Once again I can’t access magazines despite having an active subscription. Happens every month. Needs to be fixed. Support request sent agin

Waste of money shonky. I can never read any magazines the app always has glitches and I’m paying for something I’m not getting have tried the help desk and they have said I don’t have a subscription but apple iTunes charges me every month so what’s that about I have evidence I do! Terrible app don’t waste ur money very angry.

Rubbish. This used to be an excellent app but the last 12 months has been nothing but trouble, current library all greyed out but new downloads not. No response from developers. Tried deleting and reinstalling, get mixed messages off app, first says subscription expired then when i tried to resubscribe says I have an active subscription. I highly recommend you stay away from this rubbish until they sort it out.

Best app for reading magazines on the go. Quite a good and affordable way to enjoy all my favourite magazines on my iPad. Plus the convenience of having access to as much as I can read even when offline makes my daily commute much more bearable.

Don't Waste Your Time. Got 2 months free subscription with McDonald's Monopoly but app only gave 1 month. Either way, after giving all my info incl credit card details, I could not open any mag. Restarted app & signed in multiple times. Cont'd to ask for free subscription. Waste of time. Deleted & not interested in my 2 month subs prize.

Great, IF IT WORKED..... Used this for quite a while. Then suddenly crashed constantly. Tried many attempts at contacting ZINIO. They eventually responded after 2 months to tell me they are updating program and that I stop subscribing until then. They then offered me 3 half price mags for their standard ZINIO, to compensate for subscribing to something that didn’t work. Loved the app until it stopped working and then disappointed that the support was so poor.

Worth it. I am overwhelmed with choice! It’s fantastic, thank you! I do wish I could send snippets or just single articles without having the other person have to sign up. If there is a way to do this, please let me know. Otherwise, brilliant, I have read so much fantastic information already and there is so much more that I can’t wait to read. Thank you.

Really good. I am using this app primarily for my studies and research as I can access and read all the news magazines I want for a cheap monthly fee. There is also a nice selection of women's magazines that I enjoy too!

Very convenient. I can read all my mags on my iPhone. The article view is really great, it fits the screen well. I have been using this app for a few months now and very happy with it and they keep adding new magazines.

Wont work with subscription. Buggy wont work properly subscribe still asking to subscribe again and again and again finally give and cancelled my subscription

Not able to manage subscription. I can’t see any subscription on the apple subscription page, but I have been charged monthly subscription for 4 months. Now don’t know where I can cancel it!

Good content, terrible experience. The content is impressivecand well worth the subscription fee. However, the app is really sluggish. Magazines take forever to download, the app crashes a lot and th reader feature doesn’t always work which means I need to open the same magazine multiple times for itto work. I couldn’t stand the app anymore and decided to switch to Apple News+ which offers less content at a higher price but with an elegant and fluid user interface that makes up for it. A faster and more practical user interface will definitely make me switch back in a heartbeat.

Love it. Subscribed to the free trial, really loving it. App is fast and slick and very nice reading experience. Hope they will be adding more magazines but overall excellent app and price quite reasonable

Account won't sync with app. I too received a two month trial with McDonalds Monopoly however, it keeps asking to sign up for a free trial in the app and there's no way to bypass and view magazines. Such a shame.

Super app. Truly great app for those who love reading. Very good value on the unlimited subscription.

Should be 4-5 stars. The price is right, the range of magazines available is really pretty good. The reading experience is ok, I wish they were better formatted for screen reading (i.e. like a responsive website would be), but I can live with it. So I would give it at least 4 stars, possibly even 5. But as many others have pointed out, it is SO slow to download the magazine thumbnails. I just did a test and I’ve now been waiting for 5 minutes and still all the magazines on the front page haven’t loaded, which is ridiculous. There is definitely something wrong with the app (I have 35mbps internet so it isn’t related to internet speed) and I hope it gets fixed soon otherwise I may have to cancel my subscription.

Subscription not recognised. My subscription has stopped being recognised I would also like to see sorting option in the search categories so that new magazines are at the top instead of scrolling through the different magazines to find new ones

Great magazine app. Really great magazine app with a nice selection of top titles. You can read as many as you want for one price which I think is a very good deal. Definitely looking forward reading more magazines now.

Okay Selection, Very Buggy. Selection is good for what you pay for. Half the magazines don't download though. When they do download and you try to delete them, the cover will still be stuck in your library. Support is slow to respond for simple tasks and don't answer all your questions.

Excellent. Works very well. Now I have my favourite mags on my mobile. Reading experience is quite good on the small screen with the text mode. Articles are also personalised to your tastes. Very happy with it

Great App when Working. Maybe my favourite app when it’s working. Unfortunately the app seems to loose its validation link and thinks I don’t have a subscription when I do. Currently working through re installing and re authenticating for a third time in 12 months. The suggestion would be to get the technical support crew to use the app and understand the frustration. It’s time to investigate if there is other options. Regrettably.

Not Working. I have a paid subscription however recently it blocked access to my magazines. I cannot resubscribe as the app says I already have a current subscription. I have tried to contact ZINIO but they will not reply. Hopefully this will get their attention.

Can not go back to change magazine !. It fantastic app for magazine , I am long time user of ZINIO. But recently after iOS 11 .I found an bug for ipad version. “You can. To go back to home screen after selecting and start reading a magazine.I always have to close app then relaunch to do that.”please fix it

Great but flawed. Amazing solution for readers like me who wants to go through a few publications every month. Downside is how the UX part misses certain things. I leave my app, come back in the morning and it is showing the main screen, forcing me to remember what I was reading and where. Zoom function is also quirky. All in all, though, I am happy
