Enjoy using the app. I really enjoy using Zinio for reading magazines. I have several magazines that I receive this way: PC Magazine, iPhone Life, and Automobile. PC Mag has just done a bang up job of delivering electronic content! It is an interactive magazine with ways to rotate images to get a 3D view of something, scroll up and down a page, links, etc. The scrolling allows you to read more about something if you are interested in it but you can easily skip those pages if they don't provide value to you. So, instead of having 4 pages in a row about something, you have 1 horizontal page and 3 more pages that you scroll vertically. That is very nice! I like that Zinio shows when a magazine hasn't been downloaded. I would like to be able to tell if I have partially/completely read the magazine because I want to download the magazines on wi-fi but read them later. I don't have a way to mark them as just being downloaded and not read at all or just partially read.

Ugly and ad-infested. Zinio always wakes up to ads for more magazines. Then an ugly pop-up occurs, trying to sell you even more of them. There is no option to avoid this. This could be forgivable if we weren’t paying them a bunch of money already for the magazines, but we are. There’s no option for it to wake up showing your library. Then, when you finally are able to display your library, it’s an ugly white-background display with no option for customization. Come on, Zinio, treat us better. And users of Zinio, stop giving this app five stars and encouraging this arrogant behavior. Edit: the developer explained below how to remove the most irritating pop-up ads (turn off notifications—but since when are ads euphemistically called notifications?). Unfortunately, Zinio still necessarily opens to the “home” page, which is entirely ads, and I still get pop-ups. So it’s still ugly and ad-infested—even when we tell it not to be. We pay more money to Zinio than to most apps, which remove ads when you pay them. Zinio is still treating us badly by forcing us to see ads simply upon opening the app, and the alleged fix doesn’t work. So I’m changing my rating to one star. By the way, I notice that the “most helpful reviews” are five stars and are years old, and my actually helpful recent review and others like it are way way down on the “helpful” list. I’m guessing that Zinio has invested heavily in “reviewers”. If only they’d invested in improving their product...

A MAGAZINE READERS DELIGHT. Almost all the major magazines are here in one place. Far lower cost than subscribing to just as few of the major magazine. You can even get tons of back issues. Need to read on the plane or train without internet - no problem load to your device come back and read later without an internet connection. Want to save an article for later - great clipping ability to review again later. Only thing I would like to see is more Apple Computer related magazines for iPhones, iPads & Mac computers. Especially some of the magazines from the United Kingdom - they have best iPhones, iPads & Mac computer magazines.

Good reader with technical challenges. I have used Zinio on Windows for years and prefer digital content (it saves trees and is not bulky to carry around). This app brings that desktop experience to the iPad. It works well. Navigating media content is simple. However, it would be nice if I could queue up multiple items for download. So far my experience is that only one download can take place at a time with no way to specify multiple (to queue up). When I start downloading one item and then select another, the first one stops and the more recent selection is downloaded. I have noticed the app has had numerous user interface changes. It is a little too early to comment on the recent updates. But, I am frustrated by the not-so user friendly interface. It is not intuitive. Plus, I seem to have lost the local copy of a number of items and have had to spend the time to redownload them. This occurred again when I moved to iOS 5. It is quite annoying. I dropped my rating a point today as I have been having problems downloading some publications. Zinio has not been overly speedy to respond to my concerns. I have paid for the content and it is not available through this channel. Many improvements in the app have made it much more friendly. I have raised my rating to a 5 as it runs pretty smooth and has good navigation. Now, if you could allow for background downloads, it would round out the app fully.

WORST UPDATE EVER!!. This is a classic case of trying to fix something that wasn't broken. This update erased 7 years of magazines that now have to be re-downloaded. For someone who is remote and has a slow connection this is a real problem. What's really frustrating is the library screen doesn't show which issues have been downloaded and which not. The previous versions had an icon up front that told you which were resident on your device and which needed to be downloaded. This new version doesn't have that. Now you might click on a cover and the app spins for 10 or 15 seconds and then starts downloading. You can't even read while its downloading. They should have just left well enough alone.

Improving, but not great. The Zinio experience has improved a lot recently but is still unreliable. Does a poor job of keeping in sync across multiple devices and showing you download vs read progress (nice to know I have downloaded a magazine, better to know if I have read it... take a look at comic readers like Chunky which do a better job of that) Support seem not to understand or use their own product when you email them, and more annoyingly expect you to act as an unpaid salesforce to convince publishers to bring titles to the platform. Recently realized a new frustration... doesn’t warn you (or give an option to renew) when a subscription is coming to an end

Almost there. The idea of being able to keep previous issues of mags without taking up space is great. I have already subscribed to a couple of mags where I already have paper subs. Main complaint is those providers who think we would be silly enough to subscribe at the same cost as the paper sub. Does anyone actually pay $6.99 for a magazine which they can buy on the newsstand for, wait for it, $6.99? Update 2018, things move on, whilst Zinio haven’t. Still ridiculous pricing for many titles, meantime Readly offers hundreds of magazines for a modest monthly subscription. Suspect that Zinio will go the same way as Blockbuster, great idea which failed to keep up with progress. PS Zinio also do something which is very sneaky, presumably to reduce bad reviews. Click on the invitation to review, inside the app, if you click on ‘great app’, you are taken to the review page. Click on ‘needs work ‘ and you are taken to an email page..Sneaky.

Best Magazine App So Far!. Most of my favorite publications have begun offering digital versions. Zinio is by far my favorite, mainly because the app and publications are not such space hogs on my IPad. Occasionally I have to remove a few issues, but they are easily restored when I want them back. Many of my pubs are craft magazines that have continuing value. Zinio offers great value. And once in a while when something goes wrong, customer service is very good to help find & fix the problem with prompt response & follow-up.

Love you. I absolutely love ZINIO I was born in Spain and when I was 11 moved to Denmark. My dad was from Spain and my mom from Denmark. Here I can purchase and keep in touch with what is going on in my countries culturally, fashion and gastronomic. Danish, English, Spanish even German magazines. I can find favorite recipes, gossip magazines and fashion styles. I love ZINIO..please get more magazines from Denmark, Spain and South Korea. I am trying to learn Korean. Reading magazines helps keeps my languages fresh and not loosing the ability to speak, read and write them.

4.5.3 update introduces many awful “features”. I’ve used this app for about 4 years and though it had some bugs, it was a decent way to read magazines on my iPad. At this point, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. The most recent update deleted all the magazines off of my iPad and in fact the app wouldn’t even start because it couldn’t connect to the Internet. (I guess Zinio product development teams never travel anywhere? Or don’t think their customers do...) Now it appears the magazines that I’ve paid for are stuck in “the cloud” forever unless I re-download all of them. Also it seems everything that I’ve ever looked at is in my library with no way to remove it. Since I’ve already paid for some subscriptions I’ll probably use it until those run out, but after that, I don’t see any reason to continue. They’ve made it very clear people like me who download and read magazines are not their target market.

Great app that just needs small improvement. For the most part it works well and places all your magazine subs in one app that is very convenient. The flow through is very easy and it stays on the last page you had open. Never had it crash on me even once! My only gripe - and it is minor- is that I have had a problem getting my magazine to show the latest edition despite it being available. A quick email to Zinio fixes it quickly...but still shouldn't have to go through that. It has happened three times.

Still the best magazine reading experience on the Internet. I have always liked the Zinio functionality for reading magazines: there was one standardized method for traversing and reading the issues regardless of publisher. Now with the tablet age upon us -- ushered in by the ingenious and innovative Apple iPads -- Zinio now offers two different repertoires for reading and traversing magazines: the original (in which pages can be stretch-enlarged), and a newer one for magazines that want to offer videos and more sophisticated interactions (but where pages cannot be stretch-enlarged). And having all of one's purchased editions available in the Zinio cloud means that one can read issues on different devices depending on one's location. At home I enjoy reading my Zinio magazines on the big iMac desktop, but when traveling on an airplane, the iPad or the laptop are the way to go. Sometimes I've even read articles in Zinio's Text mode on my iPhone when in doctors' or dentists' waiting rooms. The back-lit photography in magazines on these devices is always stunning. Bravissimo!

Customer Service. I had trouble downloading a magazine and contacted CS by email. I got the expected auto response but heard from an individual within hours. They told me the problem was on their side and would pursue problem. I heard back within a couple of days that the problem was fixed. I forgot to check my app and therefore did not respond. A few days later, I wrote back because the item had still not appeared in my library. CS wrote back almost immediately and helped me solve the problem. That is great customer service.

Finally!. This app had gone through so many terrible changes recently that I was getting ready to give up on it even though it’s what my library uses to get readers free magazines. This most recent update finally moved the archived magazines to a different tab so when you click on a magazine, you only see the recent and downloaded issues. Now when I want to read a magazine, I don’t need to see every single issue I’ve ever owned, only the most recent and unarchived issues. ZINIO, you’ve finally done it right. Please don’t change again

Subscription issue. Zinio remains a great way to read magazines, especially from the local library, but I've experienced significant problems trying to renew subscriptions online. I've had real difficulties trying to change credit card expiration dates on several cards, had multiple charges for one magazine renewal, and had to get one card company to dispute and block further charges. Zinio customer service has no option for actually talking to a human being rather than multiple and frustrating chat sessions or emails so I have just let a number of subscriptions expire. I may have to seriously consider changing services and limit Zinio to free library magazines. Zinio - please fix this renewal problem.

App frustratingly deletes magazines. I am currently in a country where the internet speed is very slow. I am constantly receiving messages from Zinio that the iPad is too full and that magazines will be deleted unless I free up space - or that the iPad is full. But when I check my storage, it seems like I should have plenty of space, and no other apps are giving me problems. It's really frustrating to have to spend hours re-downloading magazines I had already downloaded. Why is there no way to turn off the "automatic delete" feature? The iPad has its own notifications and procedures when storage is ACTUALLY getting dangerously low.

Used to Be Great. . . But Now. . .. Zinio is adequate as a place holder for the 5 or 6 subscriptions I currently have through this app. In that respect Zinio is better than having paper pile up in my house and then have to be recycled. However, for account questions and management, Zinio could not be any worse than it already is. Not only is is cumbersome or impossible to make account changes easily, but also if you DO manage, after MUCH difficulty, to connect with a so-called service rep (possible only online, not by phone), he or she has very limited skills to override any Zinio deficiencies. As just one example, I want to stop all my automatic sub renewals, but there is no easy, obvious way to do that. Zinio was GREAT when it started—intuitive and easy. Now, after perhaps an AI robot got involved, it is an impenetrable nightmare for account changes.

My favorite reader. I subscribe to several magazines. Unfortunately each uses a different reader app with its own style to get used to. Of all of them ZINIO is my favorite. What I like about it is the way the articles are laid out. I swipe vertically to read through one article, or swipe horizontally to change to the next article. No other reader allows this very handy format. I have never had any issues with crashing or other bugs, ZINIO is a very solid app. My only complaint with ZINIO is the confusion between Deleting and Archiving, and the awkwardness of retrieving an archived article.

Frustrated longtime user. This platform has been around for over 15 years, and was once the best for digital magazines. That hasn’t been true for awhile. If it weren’t for my large library and a few titles that are only available on Zinio I’d switch. Nearly every version has had trouble switching between portrait and landscape on iPad, often hopping to a completely unrelated spot in the issue and sometimes getting navigation in the table of contents so badly out of sync with what’s being shown that a force quit is required. Over time, my library of content I’ve already bought or subscribed to has become deeply buried. One of the benefits of subscribing to a magazine is the ability to enjoy a new issue without having to dig through the shelves to see when it’s available. Not here. I had to turn off notifications for Zinio entirely because they started pushing so many ads, eliminating the last smooth way to see when a new issue was available. The entire experience is obnoxious.

They don't get zoom!. This a review I thought I sent years ago but looks like it was stuck in the app. My iPad zoom issues seem to have disappeared and most magazines accommodate my aging eyesight. I’ll submit my earlier complaint to show how much they have improved. Good job Zinio! I love being able to carry a library of magazines on my iPad. And with my aging eyesight, I love being able to enlarge the text. But apparently these guys have perfect eyesight. I was an early adopter and have complained for years about a major bug that, when you zoom in on a page, results in suddenly moving several pages backwards or frontwards through the magazine. It can take a half dozen attempts to zoom in before getting the desired result. happens all the time. I have complained about this for years, but I've gone from the original iPad to the Air without them having addressed the problem. Worse, their more recent and imaginative presentation formats don't allow zooming in at all. They may have perfect eyesight, but they are quite myopic about serving some segments of their market.

NatGeo on Zinio: Good - but not great. Have been using Zinio to read NG for 8 years now. Current version is reasonably good... but it ain’t great. Recent update introduced long overdue feature. You can now read NG in ‘PDF-like’ format. In other words, no multimedia, no 3D layouts, just pages of content and pictures that you can flip and read. Just like a paper magazine. Very nice! Except for one thing... Every time you scroll to the next article, a popup floats in. ‘Good news! Text view is available!’ Text view is their 3D layout with videos and other fluff. By the time I finished reading that issue of NG, I was treated to the ‘good news’ announcement over 70(!) times. Do you, guys, think 10 popups might be enough for an average reader to comprehend the ‘good news’? I know you worked hard on that ‘text view’ but still... We are not that dumb, really... Another huge annoyance is a flood of crappy titles that Zinio shoves into your personal library. Previously you could choose the titles you want and save them in ‘Read’ layout. Not any more! ‘Library’ is the new ‘Read’ and every time I open it, I find dozens of helpful new titles from WebMD to VIV and ‘Car and Truck’. Guys, pls stop it. Have your new titles in your marketplace. I’ll go there when I want to. But leave my library alone, don’t dump your junk there. It’s not cool.

Use it every day …. When all I had was my computer, I never thought I'd get involved reading a digital copy of a magazine, but the combination of my iPad and the Zinio App is a match that finds me reading digital magazines throughout the day, every day. Hint: check your public library to see if they subscribe to digital magazines that Zinio can download and utilize for free. The Zinio app provides both an intuitive means of means reading digital magazines and a sane method of maintaining your library. After my email app, this is my second-most used app on my iPad.

Years Later still buggy. I get 16 different magazines some on the ZINIO platform some not. The only ones I have issues with are ZINIO. They don’t download or download then disappear and in all cases I have to contact support and they do something on their end and it works again. Then they bug the heck out out you to see if it worked. I travel for work so sometimes it may be a day or two before I can back to it to check. Meanwhile the emails are piling up. The latest was I got a new issue of Eating Well. Started to read it. Went back in the next day to continue reading and it was gone. So I contacted support ( thinking here we go again) and the initial return comment was there was indeed an issue and it was being turned over to production to see what happened. I got an email this morning saying “Sorry that issue is not included in your subscription.” So they took it back. ON CHRISTMAS EVE NO LESS. I really don’t like the fact that they can go into my iPad and remove things. using another analogy if you bought a new piece of electronics and they gave you an extra HDMI cable, for example, “by mistake” if it was ZINIO they would come to your home and rip it out of your hands...

REVISION UPDATE!!!. ******BEWARE******* Let me start out stating that ZINIO used to be an outstanding app. Have had it for a few years now. Having said that, there was an UPDATE regarding the app last week. The update screwed up my PDF feature. I would try and use the PDF and all the pages would be black. I tried an experiment, I did the update on my iPhone first and it was screwed up. I went to my iPad. Before I did the update on my iPad, everything was fine. Did the update, screwed up my iPad. I sent a report to customer service regarding this issue. Basically after several emails to customer service, they stated they could not find anything wrong and gave me these 8-10 steps to do on every single magazine in my library. I I have a boat load of them. So, me the customer, now have to go through every single one of my magazines, do these 8-10 steps to fix the problem cause by their update. Not real happy about that and their lack of concern is a bit puzzling. After I get finished updating and fixing my library of magazines that I have purchased over the years, I will not be make anymore purchases from ZINIO.

I love My ZINIO Library BUT.... How can you beat having your magazine subscriptions hang around for years? The only issue I have is as a knitter. I cannot print the pattern page I want to carry in my bag with my knitting!! I mean, if I carefully document the pattern and yarn and item I’m making—and that it is using a ZINIO magazine—I might be able to find the pattern again if I lay my knitting down for a week. But usually I’m not that careful and don’t recall where that pattern came from. My question is, WHY can’t I print even a limited number of pages from the magazine I purchased?? If I bought a physical magazine I could put the mag in my knitting bag. I can’t sell one article...or at least I don’t know where. But I really have to limit my purchases to magazines I will only read. Give me the ability to print my patterns—labeled and documented as ZINIO mag patterns if you want—and I’ll love you even more.

Smooth interface but no way to delete magazines anymore. I really like everything about the app except that my delete button is grayed out no matter how I try to troubleshoot. Online searches have given me a couple of options on deleting unwanted magazines but nothing has worked. The “Go to library> magazines; select magazine you wish to delete and tap on the 3 (verticals) dots to remove from library” doesn’t work because the only selections are Archive or Download- there is no option to delete there either. Also, I logged off and logged in several times, hoping it may refresh my library. The last time I did this, some random Japanese magazine appeared in my library and of course, I am unable to delete it. I am really disappointed. I’ll be looking for another platform for subscriptions.

Best and favorite app. I love my Zinio. I use it for just about every magazine subscription, except for a few that I can't find on the app, but prices are reasonable and I have all my art, jewelry, and knitting magazines in one place. Love, love, love it. Pics and font easy to enlarge, and illustrations stay very crisp when zooming. I buy subscriptions and single issues. I have even called some magazine subscribers to switch me over so that I don't have extra paper in my trash. Reduce the carbon footprint. They are stored to read off line. I wish you carried all artist magazines though!

Another app that takes your money. This is another app in a disturbing trend that is designed to milk you for cash. Any time you subscribe to something, it automatically sets you up to auto renew at rack rates without notification or confirmation. There isn't any information on the website of how to get a refund, and you only know that the magazine is set up for auto renewal if you go into your account and look at the subscriptions. If you clear the payment information, it wipes out everything in your profile, including purchase history. I like the idea of having my magazines on my iPad Pro, but not if I have to give up control of my wallet. Find a different company to get your content from.

Crap in a app!!. When I payed for my subscription I was able to save my PDFs of the magazine I payed for not have to be stuck to some app to access what I payed for!!! Now after my subscription is up I will redue my magazine and pick a digital service that lets me save my files that I pay for. I don’t like being forced into something half way through a subscription this is in fact wrong if not boardline illegal. Now to have the rest of my pdf magazine together I have to go back and repurchase my PDFs that I can not get from your app but of course can go re pay for something. This is wrong and the greedy ceo of this app knows it I would give s zero star if I could I hate that I’m stuck with this crap app half way into my subscription!!!

Bad Version. I have had Zinio for years and loved it until now! This new version has managed to lose every purchase I have ever made including tonight's. Zinio should never have rolled out a new version of their app that people had no choice in getting (it was included in the last ios update). I have subscriptions that I look forward to reading but now I cannot access them and there appears to be no one to complain to, or get direct help from. I am extremely disappointed!!!

Don't use this site. You will get screwed. Magazines subscribed to for a year will stop working with Zinio partially into the subscription. Zinio won't notify that the subscription publisher stopped working with them. Zinio reps have even said the publisher stopped publishing the magazine which isn't true the publisher just stopped working with Zinio. Then Zinio will offer back issues - who needs back issues of a news magazine focused on event listings? Zinio will give you the link to iTunes help so you can try to get a refund through iTunes knowing its near impossible when the subscription is already over 90 days. iTunes. Drop this awful app. I definitely will be changing the accounting policy for a few of the business I work with to disallow any Zinio subscriptions to publications and won't be using Zinio or iTunes for the education programs I am involved with or for personal use.

What Is Going On?. I have tried the app today in multiple versions of iOS and all I get when I try to open the app is “The current version is no longer available. Please go to the AppStore and download the latest version” All the AppStore presents is your app listing with an open button. The app however WILL NOT OPEN. It only presents the same error. My updates page shows no available ZINIO updates and that this version is only about a week old. I am not even able to access downloaded content. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE! Provide solution ASAP or refund every penny I have spent with you over many years as what I paid for has been taken away. Until this latest disaster and the fact there is zero way to contact directly I viewed your company as reputable and worthy.

Easy to use. Updated Nov 11, 2018: still wishing for the ability to view my account info in my app. Updated: March 12, 2016. I have no bugs to report or problems or issues I'd like to see addressed. The program/app works exactly as it should. Thanks for listening to and fixing all my issues, Zinionians. I won't give any app a 5 star rating so this is as good as it gets. Update: Feb 2, 2015. All is well and I have no issues with Zinio! Thank u for listening to me! Update: Sept 19, 2014: I updated my iPad to iOS8 and now when I open my (one and only) magazine, the app closes completely and brings me to my desktop! PLEASE FIX! I have always found this app to be very easy to use. I take Soap Opera Digest. I would up the rating to a 5 star IF they would get a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER so we could speak to them live. And, allow us to change our email addresses. Other than those 2 things, I really like this app and would recommend it to you.

ZINIO App needs improvements. Loved this idea and early versions of this app. Over the years, I frequently have to re-download content and find myself frequently trying to read something I’ve previously downloaded while on a plane w no WiFi but not being able to do so. When WiFi returns, instantly without downloading, I can return to content. Finally, please remove or provide an option to turn off hot links to external websites. Noting more frustrating that to constantly be redirected to an external website simply trying to turn pages. This is especially a pain when on a plan and all it does is launch safari to a website that’s not available. This feature is too sensitive to a touch and totally frustrating.

Used to love. Now I hate. Ive used this app for many years. I used to love it, but with the most recent update (totally unneeded), it is all but worthless. With no issues with my internet (which can be crappy at times) the app is slow to download. In fact, it won’t download at all. I tried yesterday and again today. What crap! There’s a good saying “If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.” They fixed it alright and seem to have broken it. So stupid, Sadly, I’m heavily invested from over the years, but for new potential users, find something else.

Garbage support. Ok, support solved my problem. It took much coordination between the magazine publisher and ZINIO. I’m sure the issue was due to transition from a publisher app, the subscription itself, and transferring that subscription from publisher to ZINIO. This shouldn’t have required the amount of personal effort to solve. They seem to have decided to not support customers whose digital subscription was forcibly transferred from another digital subscription app. Their support seems totally dependent in information unavailable to the poor subscriber of previously good companies who mistakenly fell for their sales pitch. They admit on their website that some features they used to support no longer work, so you no longer have access to issues you have rightfully own and should have access to. If you are considering getting a subscription from these people, find another way.!

Great Platform For Reading. I have had very few problems with Zinio. Sometimes there were magazines that I bought that didn't download, but support always resolved it quickly and efficiently, and were very knowledgable and upbeat. Any problems in the past are just that. The programmers have been awesome about keeping up with updates and technology, so kudos to them. I love reading magazines online. They are usually cheaper, but not always. My only complaint is that they don't offer some of the magazines I want, but I am getting them on other apps. I love the surprise sales and discounts which make the magazines an even better deal. I have access to all the French and English language magazines I could ever want. I love being able to keep magazines and not have to worry about clutter. This is a big win for me because I love magazines and books, and I like to keep them. Epic win.

Pretty OK/ Love It. So far (1yr user) this app seems to be very good. I like being able to delete issues of mags that I'm not currently reading so they aren't just sitting there taking up space on my iPad. However, recently I've been noticing a degrading of the print/type quality; such as being fuzzy or blurred. Most of the time I am able to get that to clear up by closing the magazine & then re-opening. New review as of Dec 19,2016 - I love Zinio. It just works. Nothing complicated. If I can get a magazine that I like on Zinio then that's the way I will always subscribe. It saves paper/trees, gets rid of the clutter problem in my house (I save all my back issues), & can download several issues to read when traveling & may not have internet access. Also how slick is it to be able to carry around 5-10 magazines on one little lightweight iPad. This is just the BEST.

Love Zinio!. What more is there to say about an app which allows you to carry your magazines around with you. I currently subscribe to 5 electronic magazines and they are all right there when I want them. No more lost magazines or looking all over the place for them. I always check to see if there is an electronic version when renewing a magazine. Is it perfect? No because all my magazine don't come in electronic form. Hopefully they will eventually. There are a few enhancements I'd like to see. I'd like to be able to bookmark my position with a label and possible underline things. When you read a great article in an computer magazine it would be nice to find it some months later without reread several magazines and then having to reread the entire article for two lines. Until that happens, I still keep the paper copies that subscription provides me. I currently use Zinio on my iPhone and iPad. It gets the most use on my iPad, but I have several smaller magazines which are perfect on my iPhone when it needed.

Great app to read magazines!. I have been using Zinio software on PCs to read my magazines for a long time. The iOS apps are just an extension of a great way to read. I try not to subscribe any magazines in paper form. If they are available in Zinio, then I subscribe them. I can read magazines anywhere (most of my reading is on the planes) and I do not have to carry stacks of them. It also contributes to the environment. Plus, I can always look up a past issue very quickly from my iPad. The app is for the most part very stable. When I have had crashes, I believe it is due to iPad memory issues than the app itself. The current version has been very stable. I run it on my iPad Air2 iPad Mini2 and 4 and iPad Pro 12.9" and iPhone 6 Plus. I hope Zinio updates the app to take advantage of the higher resolution. Great job!

Updated. Frustrated with repeated syncing issues. Update: Issues resolved with coordination of tech support. I hope permanently, but I expect not. Long time, many years, user of this app. I’ve purchase several subscriptions. My problem is with borrowing. Most libraries use it for checking out magazines and this has been challenging. Over the last year or so, I have had continual issues with magazine that are checked out, but do not appear in the App Library. So, no way to read them. Using the support contact within app, most times it has been resolved. But it’s happening again now and it’s tedious. Back & forth low level support messages reminding me to sync 🙄 update (of course I wouldn’t have already done that 🙄) and me finally asking to escalate the issue. Magically, it gets resolved then. I’m stuck because I have no option if I want to use all the services my local library provides. I should add that with browsers, there’s no problem. But I like to read magazines on my iPad. I think they excel at that!

Corrupted Device Limit. I have updated my rating to four stars because Zinio support responded fairly quickly and reset my login. If/when Zinio implements a method for logging out of unknown devices without having to log in, the app would be worth another star. I’ve always appreciated Zinio’s interface and reliability, but there has to be a way for the customer to do this without having to contact customer service and wait for a response. I have other apps, like McAfee’s, that will allow me to do that. Previous review follows. I am logged into Zinio on exactly one device (my iPhone), yet I cannot access my library on this device (it states that I have no subscriptions). I tried logging into my account from my laptop, but it informs me that I have exceeded my device limit. If there are no tools available to correct this error, then this service is useless. I rated two stars because I have had literally hundreds of subscriptions through Zinio over the past decade or so. I can still use my Zinio Unlimited subscription, but what about my past issues? I am extremely frustrated by this bug/issue, and Zinio’s “Help” is no help.

Another horrible update!. Every time Zinio updates its app, ALL old deleted issues, even those that go back many years, show up again in my library!! And this silly update doesn’t even allow a user to remove/delete unwanted issues from the library like the previous version. After the last update, I spent A LOT of time deleting/removing old issues, ONE AT A TIME, but they are all back again! I have been a loyal customer for over NINE years with many subscriptions, but I am seriously considering deleting the app permanently soon. I cannot go through this silly effort every time Zinio updates its app! And now, I cannot even delete 9-year old issues at all. The new filter option does not solve this problem at all!!

Buggy, annoying, magazines repeatedly gone after downloading. Can't say how many times I've donwloaded all my magazines, sit down on a plane, and they all show as in the cloud and have to be downloaded again. Some of the ones on my iPad at the moment I've downloaded a dozen times. They used to have something called a Zpass, which there is no way to really configure without great frustration via the web site or the app. I usually have to chat with a support person to make changes to it. The interface is idiotic in that you view by year, instead of just showing everything. So every year from November to February I have to keep switching between 2 years to even see what I have on my iPad. This has been going on for years and it's inexcusable. Magazines should be an amazing experience on the iPad, but they actually make me long for the simple days of paper issues.

Latest updates/version broke the app for me. Hello, been using ZINIO for the better part of a decade, since the whole new redesign I’ve had several annoyances about zooming in and quality of the picture/touching the images and zooming in/lack of ability to touch certain things and zoom in... I look past it and continue using the app and subscribing to magazines because it’s convenient... but since the last update, I can not open the app. I tried all kinds of bs, wifi, no wifi, vpn, no vpn, force close, restart iPhone blah blah blah... nothing works, I really don’t want to delete the app and reinstall as I would need to download hundreds of magazines -again- since the big update but i seem to have no choice. Please fix this, and do something about the quality of the scans/picture, it can’t be that hard to make it look good on a tiny iPhone.

Slow to see new issues. I like reading my subscriptions on my ipad, but it seems like it takes too long to update with new issues. For example, I have received my printed Sky & Telescope December 2018 issue about a week ago, but it has yet to update in my library on Zinio. Same for my Astronomy magazine. Also, Sky & Telescope previously allowed download of pdf versions, which could be read without internet access. Although Zinio can be read offline, this access is limited to what has been recently accessed. This is a little inconvenient when you wish to refer to back issues. Overall, this is a good first step, it just needs the ability to force subscription updates and allow more full issues to be stored on my reading device. Perhaps they could allow a way to select this on an issue by issue basis as long as local storage is sufficient.

Great alternative to the paper mountain. I have a problem: I love words, and I have a terrible time parting with books and magazines. "But it has something really interesting in it! I can't recycle that one!" Now Zinio has come along and promises to keep all my back issues, makes the new issues available immediately (no more waiting for the postman), and allows me to access them wherever I am. As I write this, I'm setting up a new device. In moments, the back issues of magazines that interest me will have downloaded and be ready to read. In short: it just works.

Great app for magazines!. I've been reading Macworld for over a year now using Zino on my iPhone & it's extremely easy to use. The main quibble dropping it to 4-stars is the I can't get the full width of a single page on the iPhone when I turn it sideways. Sometimes this would be very useful. Also, to switch from print view to text view you need to be at the beginning of the article you're reading. Again, it would be helpful to switch back and forth midway through the article at times. Otherwise it's a very well thought out and intuitive app.

Terrible customer care and app upgrade bugs. I wish I could upload the lengthy email customer care sent me when a magazine purchase failed to load in my app. Purchase made on the app and of course like all apple purchases, through apple. Zinio now tells me stories when I had previously purchased subscriptions using this same method. Zinio if you’re serious please and please let me have my subscription because I’ve seen that there is no refund. You can’t send me to keep asking apple for something that should be from your end

Auto-removal of magazines. The app itself is fine...but I HATE the fact that issues are automatically deleted “to save space”. I downloaded an issue for reading later, only to see its “in the cloud” once again...where I do NOT have access to wi-if to download it. Why can’t this auto-removal of magazines be the choice of the user instead of the app itself? I’m tired of redownloading issues over and over again...sometimes on the exact next day! You lose two stars from me because that “feature” hurts the experience for those that don’t have access to wi-if all of the time.

How to unsubscribe on an iPad. I use Zinio on my iPad. It is excellent for reading magazines, and the text and images are very nicely rendered. However, having subscribed to a few magazines I wondered how to unsubscribe. There appears to be no way to do so on the iPad itself. On the zinio website it fails to recognize my email and / or send me an email with a new password. So does that mean I am stuck with these publications until my credit card runs out of date? So. I would recommend being a little wary.

Great way to get my reading fix!. I've been using this app for a few years now. Very simple to use. Email notification tells me when a new magazine is available. Magazine downloads quickly to my phone/ipad so I can read it later without a wireless connection. Very happy with this app.

So far still not happy with this app. When I downloaded my first magazine thru this app a few weeks ago the initial download was really annoying because the screen would go black then flash white when I changed pages. Then I discovered it in my "Reader" section and the problem was solved. I have just now purchased another issue of the magazine and it hasn't gone into my reader section. It's intolerable reading it when the pages flash. Adding to that Zinio is not accepting my sign in. I'm getting a "NSXML Parser error" when I attempt to sign in. AND I would like to contact Zinio customer support DIRECTLY instead of having to go through a very long list of possible answers to my enquiry. Who's got the time for that?!!!!!

Much better now. It is much better now, that you can browse through the magazine with the small pages at the bottom of the screen and also that you can pick up where you were reading and not have to go through the whole magazine to find where you were up to, every time you leave the app

I absolutely HATE the new version!. Zinio was my saviour. I absolutely loved this app. Could not wait for Monday mornings for my weekly magazines to ‘turn up’. Soon as I clicked on the app my magazines were right there to read instantly and I could see immediately the new ones to download. It was fast and convenient. Unfortunately, my positive Zinio experience disappeared into thin air with the new version. My magazines stacks are no longer my landing page. I have to go trough the shop or home page to press ‘read’ every single time. Plus I have to wait my library to sync again every single time .. I lost all my downloaded magazines. It is annoying enough to download my already downloaded mags again but it also takes foreeeevvveeeer. The bright white background is terribly taxing on the eyes. I thought releasing new versions are about improvements! Where is it??.? If you can’t improve don’t make it worse.

Bad Service. I bought a achieve 2015 “Smart 智富“ magazine (No. 199_Mar- 15) from ZINIO app, but I received nothing. I contacted the customer service, they did not check carefully then simply told me to sync your library. I did this lots times for many days, the magazine did not show in my library. As it is an old version issue, I couldn’t see it. I relied the email to support team, but no one to solve the problem and rely my email again. I am very upset this purchasing experience. This is my first time to buy in Apple store. I will never buy anything in the future.

Do not download the latest upgrade. Zinio was a great app. Easy to use. Not now. It is terrible. Here in Australia it takes a long time to load each issue. Deleted issues stay on the home screen. Why? I’ve deleted it. I don’t want to see it. Every magazine that I have borrowed or bought over the last four years and DELETED is now back on my home screen - 3,000 issues. I’ve asked Zinio to delete these. They are unable to do this. Why???? Their solution is for me to delete my account (losing all those issues I want to keep), set up a new account and start again. Did they test this new version? It is ponderously slow, clunky and awful to use. No stars from me.

A great way to read magazines. Zinio is a great way to read magazines - it doesn't make them wonderfully interactive, but does make them highly portable! Australian magazines aren't much cheaper then print versions but USA mags in particular seem far cheaper than print subscriptions.

New update, no new magazines appear on app. I have a problem, where my new magazines are in my library (ie if I log in to ZInio on a webpage) but they don’t appear in the app, since the recent awful update. A few days ago I contacted Zinio to notify them of this- they didn’t bother to read my contact form and just responded with an automatic reply about why we have to download mags again - there are no mags to download! I wrote straight back telling them of this and have again since then chased them but they don’t even bother replying, telling me they are looking into the issue. I have no idea what is happening. Anyone else not getting the connection between the app and their library now?

Easy and user friendly. This app is easy to use. You can set and forget. It will email let you know your new fave issue has landed and if there is a special offer you are notified. A lot easier to use that others.

Very good app. This app makes it very easy to move from mag title to title. Navigation between and within titles is excellent and consistent, unlike titles outside of ZINIO. The layout of the library is simple, clear and logical. My only issue is I can’t group all my non-ZINIO titles inside ZINIO to take advantage of the excellent easy to use filing. It’s a please to use!

This is what a magazine app should be like. PERFECT.. I love this app have tried others and nothing rates as good as this one. Perfect app. Feel like it's easy to organise and love layout. As long as no updates come along to change the platform I will stay forever and shop shop shop. 5 stars for me out of 5 :)

Absolutely appalling app. Have had ZINIO for years and over time it has become more and more frustrating. I cannot download any magazine without having to try numerous times. It just stalls constantly. Have tried downloading one magazine for a couple of hours now. Not sure why I continue with the subscriptions I have currently. What a shame as it was at one stage a very reliable reader. Bitterly disappointed!!!! Oh, and to make this even worse, lost all of my previous bookmarks when it was updated. Surely this should have been taken into account when developing the upgrade.

Tedious re downloading. After the update I am having to re download all the content I have collected over the years which in its self is fine, however the download process is tedious. You have to queue up each magazine individually and if you close the app it does not start downloading again when it is re opened, even though the magazines are listed as queued. There is one magazine that says error and won’t even start downloading. Some sort of download manager screen would be helpful. I also use this app on both my iPhones and iPad and the bookmarks don’t sync across both devices which would be handy.

Missing purchases -(solved). I lost most of my purchases due to unknown error, it was dated back to 2012, but Pablo and the team helped me restoring them without delay. Best customer service experience I had, an now I’m able to dig into the old gems ! Thanks !

Pretty good way to save trees. Love that my local library subscribes as I get to read mags from all over the world. There are a few bugs with the navigating pages & downloading the mags themselves as it continually asks me to download the appropriate reader despite it already installed. Get to read stuff I would never buy like architecture & Tec stuff or fashion where only 3 pages are worth reading!

Magazines Anytime, Anywhere!. This is probably one of the most used apps on my iPad. I love the fact that I can have a stack of magazines, from all round the world, with me where ever I go & my husband loves that my magazines are piling up in the living room. Brilliant on holidays & long trips, I don't have to drag a bag of reading material with me. If only I could pin to Pinterest from it & then it would be perfect.

Needs heaps more work. As a Zinio user I find this app leaves a lot to be desired. The menu is hard to find and totally illogical. There should be clear menu choices available at the home page. Currently a user can not differentiate between magazines that have been purchased, ie subscribed to, and those on offer. Every time I use the app I struggle to find what I’m looking for, which are just simple choices, like all my magazines that I’ve paid for , what I’ve archived etc. I actually dread using Zinio because I never find what I’m looking for unfortunately. The solution is I think for Zinio to do a new app product testing, and allow 50 plus brand new, genuine, “never before used Zinio” people to subscribe to a magazine via Zinio, save their purchases, find new magazines to purchase etc. This way they would identify issues immediately and this will inform a new much easier to use app. I also suggest that a new app adopt some features of the Overdrive app, used by millions of Public Library users. It’s obviously doing a lot right.

Now a very good magazine reader. I've been using Zinio for several years and its performance has been up and down. With Version 4.5 it seems to deliver its true potential. Library management is MUCH better. It is now much easier to show ALL your "downloaded" magazines not like the previous way where they were shown in some crazy Year/Month grouping. PDF document quality is good (not excellent) but that is probably the fault of the individual magazine publisher (Zinio can only show what it's given). The really great improvement is in the "text" view of magazine content. The article layouts and text quality are infinitely better than previous versions. Well done Zinio! I really like this app now!

Downhill after update. This used to be the best magazine reader available. But since recent updates the magazines donot appear after checking them out via the email. Even hours later they do not appear in Zinio. The only way to get the latest check-outs is to re-instal the app. Don’t want to be doing this every time.

So convenient. I love to open my iPad to find a new issue of a magazine I subscribe to on my ZINIO is waiting to be downloaded and devoured. Magazines are costly, not environmentally-friendly and leave you with the problem of what to do with them all, they seem to mount up so quickly. Magazines on-line have been my salvation. Also, the team at ZINIO are so helpful and quick to respond to questions or queries Love ZINIO!

Has improved a lot. This new generation of the reader has been pretty good all things considered. The only thing I would like to see that I think it desperately needs is a sync engine so that I can keep my library sunk across devices. There is nothing worse than loading the app on a new device and having 15 years worth of magazines listed.

Flaky. Update: I can’t run the app at all. Starts for about a second then terminates. Every single time, even after a full iPad restart. Zinio!?!?! Seriously!?!?! I just want to be able to read the mags I’ve paid for! Can’t seem to cope with getting the screen orientation right on an iPad. Pages seem to shrink if you switch away then reopen the app. Would be nice to *not* have to look at the covers of a whole bunch of mags I never want to buy when the app opens. Randomly crashes and now I can’t get it to start up at all so I can’t read the magazines I pay for.

Terrible support and difficult to navigate. This is good app if everything is working and all you do is flip through mags. The minute you need to do something beyond that, say update your email address, review your subscriptions etc. it goes into meltdown. Support is by email and not really helpful, menu is illogical both on website and app so takes lots of time without really getting anywhere.

Not working on my iPad anymore. This app used to be good but since recent updates it does not work correctly. If I search for a magazine and click for the latest and back editions the app shuts down. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no difference

Far & away superior to RB. Many of the Australian public libraries have swapped from Zinio to an alternate reader, which is a shame as this is VASTLY superior in all respects. The bookmarking feature is great and the apps reliable. Lobby your library to change back to Zinio - please !! The good news is that magazines checked out via RB remain available via the Zinio app so the need to suffer through RB is thankfully reduced.

Awkward and annoying.. This app varies. It is constantly sending advertisements for more magazines, slow to download and tricky to set up if you do decide to take up an offer. You have to allow emails so you know when your magazine (s)will be ready to download. So you will have daily offers cluttering your inbox. The colouring books on offer cannot be printed so it is impossible to use them without making a screen shot. All in all if you can subscribe to a magazine another way, I strongly recommend you do that instead.

Unwanted content!. I’ve loved and used Zinio for years. But lately, I’m finding that I’m falling out of love with it. Firstly, I had problems with the wrong magazine downloading. When that was finally fixed, the quality of the file was so poor that I couldn’t read any of the text. Support suggested that I read the magazine on a PC, but that kind of defeats the purpose being able to take a magazine with me. Today I logged on to read an old issue of a magazine I bought ages ago. My library is cluttered up with magazines that I didn’t buy and have no interest in, but I’m unable to remove them. And banners for magazines on sale keep flashing up on the screen. If this is the new Zinio, I’ll be canceling my subscriptions and reverting back to hard copies.

Latest IOS Zinio App update lost all my downloads :(. The recent update to the Zino App lost all my previously downloaded magazine images....several years worth. NOT HAPPY. I have had download all of them again on the same iPad they were previously on. There was no option to download the lot, they had to be done one by one. This is abysmal app design.

Fast, friendly and comprehensive. Why buy or subscribe to printed magazines when a sustainable, instant service is available? Zinio is the e-magazine Apple should have bought...it's far superior to Newsstand. I have downloaded magazines from both and the only discernible advantage of Newsstand is a very slight increase in resolution of images in Newsstand, but that is at considerable sacrifice in speed of downloads. No long waits; you can begin reading the first few pages while the rest downloads. The interface is simple and efficient, in most magazines, selecting a text-only version of the page enables distraction-free reading. You can preview sample pages of much of their inventory for free, so you can try before you buy, and Zinio is often cheaper, but for us in Australia, government duties kick in which make magazine purchase more expensive proportionally than elsewhere. My local public library enables free access to Zinio editions to try out...an excellent service! The range of magazines is enormous; I highly recommend this over other e-magazine providers.

Easy and quick. Very easy to navigate. Also easy to switch between read mode and magazine mode so that you can read any text without trying to navigate around photos etc

Great app, horrible update. I have had this app for years and loved it! New update is horrible in every way. Does not open to the read section now why? It does not send me my new issues I have to change multiple filters that bring up every issue I have ever purchased. Nothing is done automatically like it used to. I had a new issue today took me about ten minutes to get it because I could not find it. Unreal how bad this update is. Happy to change rating if fixed as ZINIO support is awesome. 15/6 update, app now not loading my new issues, crashing saying issue with my internet and to try later. This is amazing how bad this app is, I now no longer will use it and will cancel all my subscriptions. The support of ZINIO is so good, a shame the app has come to this

Terrible update. Tried to persevere as I’ve loved the app until now. Just hate this update though. The default to ‘Shop’ is so unbelievably annoying I’m almost about to stop using Zinio & go back to hard copies! No preference option to set to ‘Read’ (or anything else). Previous version looked better, Library was nicer to use & easier to organise. Updated graphics arrangement of magazines really annoying & visually clunky. Hate the updated filtering options. Why change the ‘Year’ option which was previously visually clear & easier to navigate than update. Option to choose either a black or white background too please. PS if developer responds please do not thank me for ‘reaching out’. I’m not. I’m ‘contacting you’ to give you feedback. PPS Apologies for being so cranky.

Great until the latest update. Annoyed with the latest updates to the app. The app NEEDS the option to open in the "read" pane by default, instead of the "shop" pane/view. The app seems quicker to load mags. If you had a "read offline" collection, the update deleted it. I'm not going to bother reloading any except some of the latest releases. The update coincided with a ZINIO server planned maintenance outage - an advance email would have been helpful. Love the app though, so have to live with the occasional/rare outage. March 21: Unable to see new mags in the library view. WARNING: if you re-download your mags, DON'T logout - your downloads will be wiped!! from the device. March 22: Mags not in the library can be opened in shop view, after a lot of clicks to get to it. The app is more prone to crashing while reading mags in "shop". Will it work better on a newer(and faster) iPad? Mine is just an iPad 4 from 2012. March 23: Mags no longer missing from library. Support suggested deleting the app and then reinstalling. That seems to have fixed the missing Mags issue. You'll loose any downloads, but that's a feature of updating to the new version anyway.

Good magazine reader with a few annoying quirks. Well, the app just harassed me about 12 times in half an hour to rate, so here you go. (This is annoying and needs to be changed) I've been using Zinio for years, and overall it's a great reader. Lots of magazines are available. Another plus is that the customer service has always been friendly and quick when I've contacted them. On the downside: lately I'm often finding that pages in the shop don't load. PayPal used to be available as a payment method, now it's credit card only. Another irritating bug is that sometimes when you zoom in on a page, the app jumps several pages forward. Edit: I've just bumped up my rating due to two reasons. First, I used a different magazine reader which was clunky and terrible and made me realise how nice Zinio is to use in comparison. Secondly, I had a problem with the Zinio website and thus wasn't able to take advantage of a special offer, and Zinio customer service immediately fixed it for me. Yay!

Could be perfect. This app is great except for two easily fixed flaws. 1) The app doesn’t use the full screen of the new iPad Pro 11. There is a black border on all 4 edges, which means you are wasting precious screen real estate that is crucial when reading in landscape orientation. 2) My old national geo interactive magazines are now static PDFs..... it is like a backwards step for no reason. Would otherwise be a five star app.

Interface. The format of text and photos in “Text Mode” are at times very glitchy. I think the app just uses an algorithm which formats the articles in a preset layout, which I think is fine, but doesn’t always work very well. I understand it may be cumbersome to process all the magazines one by one to ensure that the layout in text mode are properly displayed, but it just ruins the entire experience. I feel like I’m reading my content from a bogus website.

Very capable magazine reader, with a rich library. Zinio has come a long way over the last few years, improving their app constantly to its current highly refined state. Adding the magazine title search function some months ago was the last missing piece to make it a 5 star app. Magazine prices are also very attractive, as is the extensive range of titles. Very highly recommended.

Latest version. Once again, a change in version does not give any improvement, just a load of troubles. I was quite happy with 3.4.6. This latest version means all mags have to be reloaded, thus taking time and megabites. Also, each mag takes longer to load and seems unstable - pages go missing and one has to wait for them to reload. The fact that there have now been about 5 versions in so many days implies it is not working well. Put us back to the old version until you can get it right!!

Useless as can’t change forgotten password. Most useless app ever. Have just created an account as given gift subscription for Christmas. App won’t open as it won’t recognise the password. When try to reset it sends a password reset email that only takes me to the home page - not the reset password page. So I tried to change the password on the regular change password page but you have to enter your old password!!! *&$#&4 useless!!! Have deleted and my friend is now asking for a paper subscription.

Fraudulent business practices. Ok. Be careful. If a magazine ceases they will not refund. They will not offer credit. Their customer service is HOPELESS. They do not honour their agreements with customers. They don't honour or acknowledge the agreements reached via email support. With regards to developer response below- I spent hours emailing customer support and on chat support and received a consistent response - we do not provide credit. Adamantly requesting credit and asserting my consumer rights for items I had paid for on chat support led to the "customer service" individual ending the chat. I spent the best part of day emailing back and forth and the constant stream of different "customer service" bots offering canned responses and inconsistent information was infuriating, especially for a simple issue. I am waiting to see if they do something or whether I need to report them to Apple and to consumer affairs. The advice they were providing was certainly outside of consumer law where I am located. The app is good but the paper subscription is still better, and considering the customer service I am weighing up paying the premium for a hard magazine and the associated benefits that provides.

Long time user and love it. I've been using the app for magazine purchases for about 6 years now, I recommend it to everyone. Quick loading, great range available, excellent customer service. Only downside is not getting an email reminder when subscriptions are due, even those on auto renew. And the stupid ratings pop up in app.

Great Digital Read. What a great app. Used to buy many magazines but then over time they ended up just cluttering my work bag or the coffee table at home. Now I am reading again with these digital mags ... great content and an absolute purpose built app for the 12.9 iPad Pro .... AWESOME APP that has me reading again … and saving trees and the planet too

Depressingly buggy. I’ve been using ZINIO for a few years now and it just seems to go backwards in terms of stability and usability. Almost every publication I open just shows the loading symbol on page after page long after the entire magazine has downloaded. Once a page has shown the loading icon then it will never display unless I unload the entire magazine and re-download. I don’t know if the dev team reads these reviews but it needs fixing NOW!

Love Zinio. I've been using Zinio for my magazines for 7 years now. I travel a lot so it means I don't have to lug around a pile of magazines with me. Love the interactive magazines, an experience you just can't get with good old paper. I get my magazines from a couple of libraries where I live as they all have different titles.

Latest Update. I was really annoyed at having to reload all the content again after the latest update. I had bought a new iPad and had just finished reloading all the zinio content so the timing couldn’t have been worse. The help desk were very responsive to my complaint, I still have to reload everything but at least they were understanding. I do like the new version, seems to load more quickly and is less clunky. It is a great way to collect magazines without taking up bookshelf space.

It would be even better if.... I’d love it if the app would open the last publication I was reading at the page I was looking at. I’m sure it used to do this, but now I have to click Library and then the publication and issue I want to look at. Only then does it open at the last read page.

Good, but did not retain previous downloads. The magazine reader is very good. New titles appear as icons showing they are ready to download, and can be read when downloading. I would have liked an option to start in the reader view, however, if you leave the app running this is not an issue. I hope ZINIO might try to avoid clearing all content when updating this version. Nice app and support is very good.

New Version Disaster. This was a wonderful app...until this version.... Over 6 years I’ve purchased over 600 magazines and had about 100 articles bookmarked. With the introduction of the new version, I lost all bookmarks and told to go back through my magazines and re=bookmark them. I also had no idea of what I had read and hadn’t read as everything was in one big bucket. And this is customer service! So much for loyal customers. Appalling, I must say.... I also lost features such as the filtering by year that I used constantly..... So much for new and improved....

Great minimalist/environmental solution!. I love that I can get the magazines I want to read without the inevitable waste and am able to easily select an article, product or contact and search the net for details or similar examples in my area. Great work! No longer do I need to carry a rucksack for my magazines when traveling! 😁

Simple and practical. Zino is a simple app with no glitch that let you carry your all library of magasine with you anywere.

Pretty straight forward but missing 1 feature. I like the app but it needs a feature to track my subscriptions so I can see renewal dates etc…

bugs. your recent bug fixes just made the bugs bigger pests When I pressed the text mode everything seemed fine. But then I couldn’t revert back to the previous mode or go back to my other magazines. I tried closing the app and nothing changed. I deleted the app and reloaded it and lost everything. Even had trouble signing in.

Opening a page to read. I keep getting a black screen

You will need bandwidth. ZINIO only seems to work when you have reliable and substantial wifi bandwidth. Do not expect to cache a bunch of magazines to read on a long flight...unless you’re willing to pay for the wireless. Ditto for anyone going camping and wanting to take along some light reading.

Various. All of the magazines that I read on ZINIO are easily accessed and download quickly. Any issues I’ve had have been dealt with very quickly by the best tech department that I have ever dealt with. Fantastic app, fantastic service.

Glitchy. Often has downloading issues, but is an ok app.

Zinio.

Magazines not displaying correctly. Since the latest update some magazines, but not all, are not displaying correctly, they just display as a black screen, I hope this is fixable.

Micro simulateur. Le numéro 344 n’est pas encore téléchargé en date du 19 septembre

Won’t load. Why can’t I open Zino on my iPad? I have magazines to read on there but it won’t open 😢

ZINIO is the best!. I’ve been a Customer for about 10 years - still the best and easiest to use Magazine reader with the absolute best in Customer service. I’ve always had a very positive experience whenever I’ve needed to call - which is not often.

Love it. I can read my favorites magazines everywhere (iphone, mac and pc)

Downloading issues. It seems like the app/site is getting slower over the years. At one point I could download and be reading within minutes, now I press download go to bed and hope that the mag is there when I wake up.

Needs PDF export ability. Not too bad of an app, but it really needs the ability to export to PDF so that one can use the native “Books” app to read one’s magazines.

Varié. Facile d’utilisation. Varié dans les sujets. Un peu de français.

ZINIO. I gave you one star for now because it doesn’t work - just downloaded it the last Zinio there. Suppose to run on the IOS platform. Doesn’t open, nothing for time being… I am using iPhone 12 since last Christmas.

I love ZINIO. I look forward to my flock of magazines that drop down at the first of the month, of course I have my favorites and I read them first, but then hurry along to all of them. Particularly in this pandemic when we are not going out in to the community this is a real pleasure you can give yourself.

Best to worst. This use to be my fave app. Now I have months of magazines backlogged because nothing downloads. My connection is fine and every other app works just fine but it’s takes hours/days to download a magazine on this app now IF it ever does. I have canceled all my subscriptions and just letting them run out. So disappointing as it was the best app out there

All in one. Convenient, easy to use. Been using this app for years!

No way to freeing up space even after deleting .... After reading and deleting a number of publications, the occupied space will not free up even after deleting the read items. I also reported the problem to the customer support and they suggested to delete and re-install the app to free up the space!

Need option between read by page and scrolling. It’s a great app now but two new feature needed. One is read by page in text mode and remember which page you left off.

Slick. Super easy to use and love having my fav mags at my fingertips

Lost magazines. ZINIO has lost countless magazines and have not responded to my help request. Up to that time, they were excellent.

Super service!!. J’ai eu un problème d’association de mon abonnement et ils ont réglé ça en 5 minutes.... merci!!

All your favourite mags in one place.. I have stopped receiving paper subscriptions a long time ago. Zinio is a great tool to have all your favourite subscriptions in one place. No more heavy bags full of paper. iPad and zinio to travel light. Dr. Guido De’Medici

Excellent platform. I love this app, awesome.

ZINIO. I received the wrong magazine and tried restore purchases then sync account. It didn’t work. I do enjoy this app over all.

Magazines won’t down load. Can’t seem to access any of my magazines.

Won’t allow links to work in my Inspirations magazine subscription. The magazine has links for patterns in the digital magazine. They don’t work in the app. When I get the same digital magazine out of the library the links work. Won’t be resubscribing to anything.

I want my texture back. Not quite like the old texture app that was perfect. This is per magazine subscription. The only way if you want to be paperless.

Huh?. Looks like my favourite magazines need to pay money, while some of the others are free. I just download another app then 😒.

Good app, excellent customer service. It’s reliable, works offline. I ran into a problem and customer service fixed everything.

Not updating. The app says to download an updated version. Tried to but on the apple App Store it only says “open” no new download available. Any ideas, anyone?

Magazine. Love when l receive notification that my magazine is in. A great way to read and browse thru your favourites

SLOW. Very slow all magazines take days not minutes to download!!

Keeps kicking me out on my iPad mini. Ugh. I can only flip a few pages and the app shuts down. What’s the problem?

Slow as hell to download. It takes a long time (hours) to download a magazine, and it is not my internet being too slow. I often download videos of several hundred megs each which takes only minutes.

It just works. I had a e subscription on an other system and I tried multiple times with assistance from their help desk to download and only managed a couple of times to get my magazine, I finally just gave up it wasn’t worth the effort. I then signed up with ZINIO and it works perfectly every month.

Mise en vente déficiente. Pourquoi publiciser un numéro alors qu il n est pas disponible. Nous sommes le 11 janvier et comme premier numéro on me sert l édition de décembre ?? La publicité indique clairement que c est l édition de janvier-février.

have you code promo for j-14. have you a code promotion for j-14?

Merci.. I J aime la simplicité de votre. Page. Et surtout le mot de passe demeure. Et les mises à jour. Sont silencieuses. ,bravo

Terrible and no response to emails. The app has updated and i have lost access to thousands of dollars of magazines.

iOS only?. No app for Mac makes no sense, fine to have it on my phone and iPad but would rather read some of my magazines on my larger Mac screen. Also, website instructions for deleting issues don’t work as described.

Me encanta ZINIO app ❤️. Es la mejor app para leer tus revistas favoritas en cualquier parte del mundo 🌎

To long to load. I have down loaded the magazine read for a while and want to open when I have a few minutes to read and it take forever to reload.

ZINIO. Crashes way to much for my liking.

App crash when trying to register. App keeps on crashing when I try to register. I am with iPhone X on the newest iOS. Please fix it.

No update. The App keeps telling me that it is unable to update.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL NOTICE. Would be nice if ZINO gave notice to subscription renewals. Also be able to buy subscriptions for more then 1 year.

Great app but upgrade fail. The publications on this easy to use app tend to be very well digitized with high resolution picture that allow easy and clear zooming. Unfortunately after one of the upgrades it has become impossible to open the app in your library as a default page. It insists on sending you to the store which is touting irrelevant mass consumer publications in which I have zero interest. They should fix this annoying issue.

Love it!. My eyes aren't what they used to be. Being able to buy digital magazines that I used to read as printed copies has helped me continue to enjoy them. Prices are great and I like the option to buy a single issue if desired. In addition, having all my magazines on my easy to carry iPad rather than a bundle under my arm or in a book bag is a big plus.

Latest update a bit wonky. I really enjoyed the experience of reading on Zinio until this latest update. Now I cannot reas in dark mode (only the outer edges change but the page/text itself doesn’t) and the other format changes no longer work, such as increasing or decreasing the size of the text. Essentially there is no difference between their “text mode” or as a PDF. Lastly, the app glitches and after a few taps you are unable to “close” what you’re reading.

I must recant my negative review of the latest zinio update.. I have decided to change my negative review to a positive one for a very good reason. The support department contacted me with regards to my issues downloading and seeing past purchases. They not only responded in a reasonable amount of time but showed me step by step how to access my magazines. Thank you zinio, you are again my favorite way to see my magazines.

Poor customer service. I have had ZINIO for about a year. The latest update removed every one of my subscriptions. In talking to ZINIO, they have not solved the problem and don’t seem to be in any hurry to restore the number of subscriptions and magazines that I have paid for and cannot access. I’m pretty angry about having my money stolen in this manner. Use another subscription provider. These people just steel your money. Update: At least a week later and I am still getting the run around from this company, meanwhile, it’s been almost a month since I’ve been able to read magazines that I am paying for yet cannot access. It’s too bad one cannot leave minus stars on a review.

A little bit frustrating. The search for magazines was fine. The downloading of them was a bit more challenging as it would hang and would require a restart to start again. However once the magazines are downloaded the pages are so slow to render, and mostly just don’t, even when switching from PDF to mobile friendly mode. The mini page thumbnails show up quickly at the bottom of the screen but when you choose one you tend to just get the spinning ball. I’m up to date on the app version, iOS, and I’m using a iPad Pro 11 so I’m not sure how this is possible.

ZINIO is great except-. When I stop reading a magazine and then try to go back to finish it later, ZINIO doesn’t remember where I was. It actually goes back to the book shelf so I have to pick the right magazine. It does remember where I am if it’s only a few minutes between readings, but even then it doesn’t go to the part of the article I had just read. It goes to the beginning of that article. So it takes a good minute to get back to where I was and sometimes I only have a couple of minutes to kill.

Deleting. Agree with most of the longtime users. It seems like they have a perfectly working simple to use app and then every time they update it becomes more complicated and flawed. Like many commenters I simply want to delete forever without anything appearing in archived or anywhere my magazines from 7 or 8 years ago. Have been a longtime user but seriously getting so frustrated that I have to continually archive (and the multiple select option doesn’t work). I just want them gone. At least when I bin my my paper magazines the rubbish man doesn’t keep bringing them back. Look at other options

Lack of imagination. UPDATE: Thank you you fixed the issue and giving an additional star. Pls keep improving the app. This app could be much more but the developers choose to be average. Hope they improve search and categories. Moving back and forth when searching (I have a very large library from many years actually since the service began.) instead of going to the same spot where you found the magazine, it resets to the top making it frustrating to scroll back down to find what you where looking for.

Love Zinio but ..... Needs important magazines & journals ..... Scientific American Nature Nature Nanotechnology Aviation Week Foreign Titles: Der Spiegel Paris Match Etc These are available elsewhere but Zinio is better reading experience Needs to be to added: capability to 1 ) archive or 2 ) delete multiple titles ( magazines ) with two steps: absolutely 1 ) select multiple titles to archive then touch to archive 2 ) select multiple titles to delete then touch to delete also ....... should have printing available for articles ....... even if there is a cost ...... EG ....... buy subscription with or without print capability ..... BIG PROBLEM: To automatically add all publications when buying at new device!! EG: in February I purchased a new Ipad .... updating al pubs is a night!! NOT SURE I WILL DO THAT AGAIN!!!

Great reliable app and support. I love Pro Wrestling Illustrated and use their dedicated app which is made by Zinio. I recently bought a Cigar Aficionado issue on the zinio app and it was the same exact layout I was used to. Plus whenever I’ve needed help from Zinio, their support team has contacted me right away and fixed those issues. You’re in great hands with this company!

Great product, room for improvements. I love using Zinio to read my magazines, but I miss some of the features in Kindle or HOG Magazine apps. Would love to print specific articles or pages. The auto-renew feature for at least two of my subscriptions haven't worked - my account says I have 6 or more issues left, but I experienced a long gap in service on each magazine. How does this happen with auto-renew feature selected? If for example my credit card on file didn't work, why didn't Zinio inform me so I could update it?

Great layout but popups are annoying. I love the layout and customization options this app gives you. Being able to change font size and background color is really nice. I also like having my page saved until next time. The app loses a star because of constant popup notifications about sales. Get rid of those and it’s an easy five star rating from me.

Last Update So Bad it Prompted My First Ever App Review Since IOS Lanched. The last update (March 2018) is just a dreadful user experience. It broke everything. Hundreds of dollars and almost 10 years of magazines are gone. I have start over. But I can’t because it’s so slow. And I don’t want archived covers to be hidden. I want to see them alongside downloaded issues with an icon notifying me they’re archived. I want to stack titles by date again but I can’t. I hate it all and I’m a little sad about it all. I think I need a safe place. One where I can read by myself. Oh wait... I can’t because my favorite magazine app is broken. 😔

Zinio, my go to online magazine stand. Originally I was skeptical, years ago a little slow on the downloads. Not a lot of selection. Now, faster downloads, larger selection, broader category selection also. My go to online magazine stand. When buying back issues of magazines, I'd like to pick a block of them though. Currently I have to pick one at a time. Other than that, love Zinio.

Excellent app. Good organizer for subscriptions, easy to sort through months and years. Display of pages can be in various formats. Only feature I would like to see added is a search function for previously placed bookmarks. Either a global search by magazine subscription or if that can't be done, then for a particular month. Otherwise a very good app.

Appreciate that this company offers this to city libraries. I have enjoyed the opportunity to subscribe to some of my favorite magazines through my local library. I hope in the future the libraries will continue to offer this great service. Also I would like to see more choices in the technical side of magazines such as Servo, Make, MIT Technology, etc

Depends & disappointing. Great selection & great format for reading however it lacks the ability in any passages from my magazine purchases that give audio examples- I.e. total guitar & guitar technique- it would be great if they could figure this out because it has forced me to go directly to those mags listed above to purchase another subscription to hear examples- disappointing

Not as good as the old ZINIO app. The old app used to automatically download my subscriptions each month. When they went to the new app not only did I have to manually download all of the magazines again I also have to manually search for the new issues and manually download them each month. The app also has the irritating habit of sending me unsolicited magazines that I don’t want.

Minor UI Annoyance. Love the app overall, but there's one UI annoyance that can easily be fixed. When reading magazines that have the text-version option for their pages, the "text" button always is visible on the magazine page, obscuring text or content behind it, when I'm just wanting to read the full page as-printed. Please show the full page without the text button, and make the text button appear with the rest of the menu once we tap in the middle of the page. Thanks for listening!

Still has Annoying Features. It’s a great app for reading a magazine, but there are still two long standing issues they will not fix. First, when launching the app, it can no longer be set to start in the Library. Second, and a bigger issue, there is no way to completely delete a magazine from your account. Since magazines showed up in my account that I didn’t request, it would be nice to be able to get rid of them.

Best magazine app!!!. I have been using Zinio since it started and love it!! The variety of selections is getting better and better, the design is also easy to use with lots of functionality. The part that I like most is the international store which allow me to buy magazine from other country, that is a great feature especially for people who are bilingual or trilingual.

Used to be good, but now.... This used to be a great app, but their quality control has gone from mediocre to poor. Recently all of the Zinio magazines that I've downloaded have suddenly become *not* downloaded. This has now happened three times. I had about 25 issues downloaded, then opened the app one day and none of them were downloaded. I spent an hour or more to re-download them, and everything was fine for a few days. Then - boom, the same thing happened again. Suddenly nothing was downloaded. All of the issues still appear, but I once again have to re-download then. Extremely frustrating.

Love the convenience offered by Zinio.. In addition to the great magazine titles offered on line by Zinio I like that all of my reading material is available in one simple app. All of the photography magazines that I once subscribed to in paperback form are now available on line at Zinio. This is particularly great since I travel a lot and like to have access to my mags. A great service. Keep up the good work.

Last Major Update. Ugh.. Why did you have to mess with it? Seriously. Yet another app redesign that severely comprises functionality for a slight aesthetic upgrade. You deleted all of the downloads and then put a list of years and years worth of magazines. I don’t necessarily remember what I have read or haven’t, so I would have to redownload each issue to know for sure. I wish there was an easier way to bulk delete or archive than to click the tiny icon in the corner. Slightly missing the icon adds several additional steps to an already clunky way of removing the issue. I also miss the darker background from the last design too.

The worst update ever!. With the latest update, you'll need to re-download, re-archive and re-bookmark all your magazine, again. Now I have to re-download and flip through each magazine to see if I have read it before. That's 5 years and 15 different magazines every month. And with the cold shoulder you get from the customer support Mike... Good luck!

Glitchy and worsened new interface. I love Zinio and have been a user since the days of the PC before moving to apps. The new interface, although might look as a nice idea, it actually isn’t and it is very glitchy. Mags don’t download fully and u need to restart the download again and again. When you select several mags to download, those in the queue don’t start downloading automatically. U have to restart it again. Even if the magazine has downloaded, some pages seem to be missing and seem to need to download again. Also, overall, it seems slow even on my iPad Pro 9”

Super app but some annoying tech problems. This is one of the best functional apps around. Has some technical deficiencies however. Cant download in batch or multiple magazines at a time. Have to click on each magazine. Cant easily by subscriptions for others. Cant easily merge subscriptions you have purchased over time to get a clear picture of how many you have left.

What did u do!?!?. I have been a user for multiple years and your latest update is HORRIFIC. The issue dates are a mess based on formatting so I have no idea what is new and what is not. I can no longer select based on month, etc. I have been an exec in the same industry for 25 years and totally get when u think a good release should go but this one has gone horrible wrong. One point of view but roll it back ASAP. No ones fault but the us is terrible!

Upgrade Degrade. I have been with ZINIO from the beginning. Now I can’t access my magazines from years ago; there’s no information about purchases or anything before the “new” app; the “enhanced” layout options are jumbled and nonsensical; I am being charged for zinio pass which they discontinued without notice AND am not receiving my e-mags. Now I have gone to read logged in which wastes my data and I can’t access my mags although. Can see them. They also admit e-mags from the library are unavailable. I absolutely am going to find an alternative because this arrogant attitude toward the customer during this overhaul is symptomatic of more to come.

Love it!. I've been a Zinio customer for many years and I love their application. I just wish more of my favorite popular paper magazines would give me the option of purchasing through here. I've gotten to the point that I don't even buy any other digital magazines unless they're offered through Zinio because I want all my magazines to show up in the same place rather than in a bunch of separate apps. That's just ridiculous to me.

Best way to view magazines. I use Zinio through my public library. I can check out magazines, including back issues, for FREE. I like the ease of use and the simple layout of the book shelf. I can download dozens of magazines to read on the plane and all I need is my iPad! If my public library didn't have Zinio, I would pay to subscribe to my favorite magazines.

Works well!. Title says it all. I have no complaints, and have been using it to some time now! The only thing they could improve on is the model used to manage subscriptions.... Can be a bit frustrating. (I.E. Having to go into your apple account rather than directly from Zinio) Functionally, I have no issues otherwise.

New is not better. I preferred the app where I could access my downloads without an internet connection. I have now to redownload my magazines from 2012 - I find this frustrating as this is also a waste of data. I feel as if this is regression instead of progress.

Good for magazines it supports. Works great but you still have to subscribe to the magazines. I like that there's an option to bookmark pages (I use it for my fitness magazines to bookmark recipes and workouts.). You can keep multiple magazines in one spot without having all the clutter of actual magazines! The platform is easy to use and intuitive with options that make it easy to read.

Lives up to my expectations. Downloading your latest read is fast. Each loaded page is ready to read while the subsequent pages are still downloading. The quality is beautiful, and I can shrink or enlarge a page on my iPad with finger squeezes or spreads. I can follow links in the articles and magazine ads, too. I use bookmarks, they're very helpful. I recommend the Zinio app.

Like it. Works well most of the time and your purchases aren't tied to a given platform. Over the past two years though, they’ve twice done an “upgrade” which delete my most precious stored data. The data in question was which magazines and issues I had read and archived and which I hadn’t and my position in each periodical. The second time mad me give up. I’ve been able to find the periodicals I want in Apple Newsstand and that is working much better for me for the same titles.

Less clutter and now at my fingertips. Everything I need is one touch away! I no longer have to look through stacks of magazines or stand by the mailbox anxiously awaiting my latest issue of the magazine. One touch and I have the newest issue and patterns ready for my enjoyment. Thank you for making my life so much more technologically friendly!

Version 4.5.3 is a disaster. After downloading the issue the pages stall. If you try to flip through too fast you get a spinning blue pinwheel. I know the magazine is fully downloaded by the blue bar under the cover page. I even deleted the app and reinstalled. It’s obvious this app wasn’t debugged. Apple should pull this version and have Zinio go back to the previous version. I sent a complaint to Zinio and they told me to wait for the next version. There was absolutely nothing wrong with app to begin with. My iPad is ME906LL/A with the latest iOS and almost 59gb of space so memory is not the issue. If others are having similar problems post a review.

Unfair ratings. In the app, I got a window, showing 5 stars, and a message asking that I rate it 5 stars. The only link was ‘tap to rate’. When I clicked that, it apparently gave it an inadvertent 5 star rating. If that’s how they are getting 5 star ratings, that seems fraudulent to me. The app is challenging to use. Navigation within publications is not intuitive. For some reason, deleted publications remain on the My Magazines screen, even though they have to be redownloaded to be accessed. The reader screens are clear, but navigation and usability could be much improved.

Slow page loading. I'm not sure what's happened to my favorite reading app. For the last several months I have been having issues with turning pages on downloaded magazines. Every magazine I try to read is the same thing. The first two or three pages work just like usual every page after that it looks like the page is made up of 9-12 squares that load one at a time. Sometimes it takes 2-3 seconds to turn the page and wait for it to be fully displayed. Another new issue is the occasional blurry page that seems to take a few seconds to fully sharpen. I have a current generation iPad pro, my wife has an older iPad air 3 and we both have the same issues.

A must have app for magazine lovers!. I've been using the app for 5 years and highly recommend it. Had to contact customer support a few times and they get back to you quickly. Wish they sold books also. Great way to keep your digital mags organized and I've always got something to read with or without an Internet connection. Keep up the great work!!!!

Extremely buggy - over and over and over again. Hard to imagine a developer releasing successive updates that progressively degrade the performance of an app. But here it is. After fixing the crash problems from the last major update, the app has again started to crash, take minutes to open, close without warning, etc. 09 Mar 2018 update: Zinio strikes again. Yesterday’s app update has removed ALL downloaded magazines from my iPad, and returns only an error message when I attempt to download again. So now I have a nice user interface that actively prevents me from accessing my paid content. Negative star territory here.

The APP for anyone who reads magazines electronically. Love it! Prior to finding Zinio the only publication which was perfectly configured for my iPad was Barron's. All other magazines just didn't convert properly. Enter Zinio and now ALL magazines are easy to read. Easy to purchase, download read / sort articles. GREAT APP!!!! Also....magazine subscription prices are comparable to hard copy....but Zinio runs specials which offer discounted special rates

New Issue Not Downloading. I have a paid subscription for a magazine that uses Zino as the platform for digital viewing/reading. 1st issue downloaded and now no other. The downloaded issue is easy to navigate yet 1 star given since the auto download & notification did not work & no way to contact Zino. I sent a message on their contact section with no reply.

Tied of turning off advertisement. So I love this app - use it all the time - but constantly suffer the frustration of ZINIO’s way of treating users. I spend money for several magazines every month, zinio you already got paid stop spamming me. Developer is going to post a message below saying, turn off the notifications, I already did, also per the developer previous notes, I also already called support and asked to be removed from advertising. Yet advertising keep coming back. Zinio grow up. If I did not have so much content I love on your platform, I would have deleted it long ago.

Been using Zinio since they launched.... Best magazine app. Huge selection of magazines at better prices than hard copy and more fun. A lot of the mags have active live links that you easily can transfer to and come back to where you left off in the mag. Zinio archives your old magazines and you can go back to them at anytime, even a couple of years later! Buy one issue or a subscription. Zinio is really well done. Kudos to the programmers and designers. TY

Great app. I don't know what problems every one else has, I haven't had any, it works great, way better than stupid i stand crap, you can zoom in everything is in focus, you can read the article with just words, newsstand if you zoom in its stays blurry you have to zoom in to read it, and on. This you can sign in on line on a computer and read it, you don't have to use an app!!!

Around the world with Zinio. I've been using Zinio for several years now, and I can't imagine a more useful and smartly developed app for it's kind. I not only have all my magazines with me anywhere I go, but I can even get publications from around the world without leaving my living room. Either for work or leisure, I can find the magazine I need in an instant, from anywhere around the world. That is priceless to me!

Sync issues. I am having issues with my magazine selections never getting to the app. I have only been able to get one out of five requests. I have plenty of space and try to request the magazine again and re-sync to no avail. My wife has a similar iPad and her device works most of the time. I have been forced to read my selections online on the selection page. I am using the current iOS version and current app version. I have deleted all magazines that I have read and even archived several old magazines to no avail. I wish I could use the app again.
