Finally Real Balance news. After spending the last four years reading fake news from liberal and conservative news sources. I am so happy that finally I have real news source has been invented to show all sides. You can delete google news as well as ABC NBC CNN and Fox this app will provide you all the new sources and rate them on political biasness,And unlike Twitter and Facebook the fact checkers aren’t biased either.

Hear from All, not echo chambers. This is without a doubt the most important news platform to exist in these difficult times of biased and polarizing news. Not only is their vision great, their execution of delivering analysis of each side’s focus is truly superb. If I had a way to invest in this platform, i would 100%. Thank you for what you’re doing.

Great idea, but poor navigation in the app. I love the ability to compare right/left/center news however, there’s no back button?? Once you click on a story you can’t get back to the main page unless you close out the app completely and start over. This is something so basic, it’s kind of hard to believe this app is missing such a critical feature that every single app manages to have. Please fix this!! I probably won’t be very active on reading the news using this app if I have to shut it down every time to read a new article I want to be informed about.

Love the content, not the app. The content is great to get news from many sources and to know their bias. This is what I want but there needs to be a close button on the top right corner of an article. Also it could look a little cleaner but I can live with that if navigation is improved.

Just what I need!. I previously used Brief. which was bought by Twitter, and then another app that shutdown. Both those apps made news simple and only showed me the important parts without flooding me with opinions, ads, and less important stories. Thank goodness AllSides is here to save the day! It does the same thing, providing only the important news without all the fluff. Please don’t shutdown unexpectedly! (Oh also right now whenever I hit “refresh” the entire app crashes, but I don’t care, still 5 stars)

Balanced news = most informed take!. With the rising polarization and after hearing Jonathan Haidt’s Tedtalks, I committed myself to reading different takes to try to break out of my matrix (or echo chamber). All sides does such a great job of helping me accomplish this! I’ve been recommending it to friends. You should download it too!

Great Source. Bad design. Awesome news source that gives multiples views on news stories. However, the navigation inside the app is atrocious. Once you click on a news story there is no way to navigate back to the Home Screen. You have to close the app each time and re-open it to get back to the Home Screen. Seems like a simple fix…

App functionality stinks, good idea and source. Navigation is awful, it never seems to want to let you go back after selecting a story. The only way I have found is to shut down the whole app and start over. How hard is it to have a back button in the upper left hand corner? I like the idea and the content. It should be five stars, but come on, no back button?

This is what we need. It’s unfortunate that there needs to be an app to organize information that shouldn’t be biased to begin with but here we are. Thank you for being a thing.

Media fatigued. I am SO excited for this app! I follow the All Sides Now instagram account and view the website regularly, but this is much more convenient. I’m so tired of all of the opinion pieces out there published as reliable news (from both sides). I love the practice of calling out the bias from the outset. Seeing the same article from 3 differing view points side by side is so helpful. THANK YOU!!!

AllSides is almost the perfect solution to media bias. AllSides has made my daily quest for truthful news much more efficient and accurate. AllSides does a great job of presenting Left, Right and Middle views when they exist. I would also like to be able to see when there is coverage of a news story from one side but the other side ignores a newsworthy story.

Please make widgets possible!. I first heard of this company a few years back and loved it. While looking for a free news app that was a bit more balanced I remembered AllSides! Just really wish a widget was available for it.

Great News Source. Allsides is such a great idea, especially because ever since Covid I have no idea what new source is telling the truth, so this lays out every side based on their political bias and lets you make the choice. Also, I’m not having any issues navigating the app like others have claimed. Not saying they’re lying, just saying the app works great for me.

Excellent Tool. I have been using their website for a while and was pleasantly pleased to see that the app is available. The ability to see a headline and then read the left, center, and right perspective, or propaganda, as the case may be, makes for an excellent tool.

This should be number 1 in the news category. You shouldn’t be told what to think and that’s all news outlets seem to do anymore. All Sides gives you the news and let’s you expand on the left and right perspectives for each topic. Doing this helps each of us to make our own informed decisions. This should be the number 1 downloaded app in the news category.

News feed that will help save democracy!. For once we have a news platform that doesn’t take sides. Rather, it encourages us to listen to others perspectives. Democracy will prevail through civil discourse and our genuine interest in listening to what other have to say. Thank you!

Best News Source. AllSides is the best news app I’ve found. You get a synopsis of the three articles — comprised of one right wing, one center, and one left wing news source. You can read all three or whatever you want. I was the 47th download from the App Store. Y’all might want to give it a try.

Great app but has its issues. This is an great news site as it has unbiased news but the app itself has an issue when I click view more it just brings me to the site

Frustrating. I like the way the topics are posted and that I can select the Bias or centered articles I prefer. But it’s frustrating that with IOS18.1 I can’t get back to the home or previous page without closing and reopening the App. I submitted technical feedback about this already. 🫤

Best news source around.. I do not use any singular news source anymore, AllSides gives me all of them all the time. Since I started using it I have noticed that I am not so politically biased anymore. It made me realize just how bad media influence is on your political opinion. This is the greatest idea ever, 10/10 recommend.

Great perspective on news…app a little buggy. Love All-Sides summary of news and how the media is covering it. However, when I click on a story to read, I can no longer go back to the main screen without quitting and reopening the program. Hopefully they squash this bug soon!

Finally a real balanced news app. I really dislike where we are as a society and how the media across the board has made it worst. I want to stay informed but without all the opinions and spins. This app gives me the facts but also helps me understand other perspectives without the childish name calling. This app is a must if you want to be informed about topics without all the spin.

Balanced. In a world of growing echo chambers, it’s nice to read about the news and also to read about how the news was covered. Additional bonuses include a lack of intrusive, distracting ads and a lack of infinite scrolling/“doomscrolling”. Trust this app, or their website, for your news.

Bravo AllSides. Bravo to AllSides! Amazing concept and execution of idea. It shows left right and center articles for the same news and really helps readers see truth for themselves. No more echo chambers and falling into a pit of biased news sources. And their ratings are very on point - unlike politifact or social media fact checkers!

Promising. I’m happy with the app and find it helpful in getting a balanced view of our country and the world as a whole. The alerts don’t seem to work. I have them enabled, but after two weeks have never gotten an alert. I will give it five stars if this is ever fixed.

Like the News Info, App is Meh. Not a bad source of news. I like how AllSides writes a simple narrative of how each leaning news org writes their piece and highlights the difference between left and right news reporting. I have two problems though hence the 2 star review. First is opening an article is done internally through the app browser. I wish it would open via your phone browser because there’s so many ads. Second, I’m not longer able to access the app or the website in a foreign country. It says I’ve been banned but gives no specific reason. I travel a lot for work and this is extremely unfortunate.

Much needed for society. In a time where opinion and biased news dominates social media, this is much needed. It gives you the ability to step back and see your own biases and consume the news in a healthier way. Thank you!

Everyone should be using this.. It should be mandatory to get your news from this app. With increased polarization of parties, this group brings together all perspectives to make sure you are at your most informed. This is the greatest app to come out in the past 10 years...breath of fresh air. Ty for everything you do!

Great news and info—could use a few minor technical improvements. I love AllSides on the web for its balanced coverage and diversity of information. The iOS app is super convenient. That said, I have a few suggestions: - Make scrolling within news articles work with inertia like other apps. - Support content blockers within the WKWebView so that adblockers work like they do in normal Safari. Otherwise, this is a great app with great information. Thanks for making an iOS app!

Well done! I dumped all my other aggregate news apps. TY!. I’m done doom scrolling! This app is great bc it offers an assessment of the bias inherent in the source and it points out the language used to push their bias. If gives choices to read from other prospectives and makes it easier to read center based reporting. It is extremely useful for people to have more awareness around issues and more inoculation to the bias inherent on both sides of the political spectrum. The tools to discover your own bias where extremely helpful to me. Glad I can be more honest with myself about who I actually am and not who I think of myself as.

This app actively helps me get outside of my media echo chamber.. I recommend this to anyone who’s interested in learning as much as possible about the objective truth of the news, and challenging their own preconceptions and biases.

Finally found a balanced news feed. I don’t want to get all my news from a single source. But you can no longer trust big tech companies to curate news feeds. (Google being possibly the worst offender.) Their feeds only feature sources with an extreme left-wing woke bias. It’s all activism pretending to be journalism, complete with over-the-top name calling and editorializing on stories that should be just reporting facts. They only include sources that are in lock step with government censors who try to suppress any journalism that questions those in power. Or it’s all click-bait “outrage porn” that panders to your preferences. It took me forever to find a news app that tries to maintain some balance. I love that they prominently display the leanings of the news source, or feature multiple sources for each topic so you can get the bigger picture. My only critique is that the news feed is too short and prompts you to go to their website for more stories. I should be able to browse most if not all the content from the app itself.

Can’t Trust News - Mostly. Being able to cross reference different opinions of the same subject is highly useful. I don’t like reading news articles from singular sources due to the inherent introduction of biased information. This app helps you think for yourself.

I love this app but it stopped working :(. Hi! I love this app. I think it’s better than Ground News. But recently it’s had a bug where I don’t see the full stories anymore with the All Sides overview and the covering from different sources. All I see now are individual stories with their bias ratings. I think it happened with the last update. Please fix! I would give it five stars for sure if it was how it used to be!

No way back. I like many others like the app but once your in an article that’s where you live. How hard is this to fix? Honest question.

Incredible App & Mission - Here is some feedback. First off, I love this app and company. AllSides creates a headache free way to sift through the fog and determine what is actually going on in the world. It’s my favorite app on my phone, and I can’t wait to see where AllSides goes in the future. Feedback: I’ve noticed that the social channels and this app are not in sync. Sometimes I want to post something on my Instagram from the app, and I go to the AllSides Instagram and I find it hasn’t been updated to reflect the app. It would be nice if everything could be uniform across the board with news and updates.

Best fair/balanced new. AllSides is a well thought out fairly balanced source of news. They have a very unique approach to covering key news topics by sourcing news articles from left, center, and right leaning organizations. Their team is made up of personnel from both sides of the political spectrum. For key topics they provide a concise summary of the key facts as well as how the left and right leaning sources are covering the topic. Great idea and great app.

Application does not present “all sides”. I use several news aggregation applications and I am always on the lookout for an application which does not skew the news or selectively display their own perspectives. This applications algorithm is the worst I have seen so far at presenting a broad perspective. They are clearly inserting their opinions by only showing some articles. Once this application gets to a point where they present “all sides”, I would enjoy using interface like this.

Great app. Found All Sides on X, and I really like it. News outlets and aggregators have so much bias it feels more like political tabloids than news, so I appreciate this service. The articles are well curated and representative, and the app is easy to use. Highly recommend!

Amazing. Amazing app to be well informed about current events, and to learn about how news outlets use specific wording to sway your opinion. I value that this app provides their unbiased general overview of the current event and then provides links to news outlets so we can generate our own opinion and attempt to learn without bias

Buggy app, but functional. good content, I agreed with their assessments on what leaned where. App is buggy, a few places I could click into off the main screen, but then no buttons or ability to navigate anywhere else (including back to the Home Screen).

Outstanding!. We have to get used to seeing and understanding different viewpoints if we are interested in developing our intelligence and situational awareness. You can't do that by consuming news from a single source. All sides solves this.

Bad navigation. This is a review of the functionality, not the content of the app. Navigation is a problem. You click on some articles and there’s no back button so you can’t get back to the main housing of stories. You actually have to close the app and reopen it to go back. Navigation is a problem with this app.

Best and Most underrated News app available. Never once been prompted to review this app which explains why there may be fewer ratings. Hands down the best app for bigger news stories with valuable identification and analysis of the biases associated with each news group covering the story (left, center, right). If you appreciate gaining perspective and seeing just how different the same story can be told depending on who’s writing it, you will not be disappointed. *To the people behind the scenes of this app, great work and thank you!

Site itself is great but the app not so much. Site itself is great but the app not so much. Clicking on bias crashes the app and discuss and debate stays on a loading screen where nothing happens. Please fix.

This App is BIASED.. This app is supposed to help people assess the biased levels of different networks. Yet, it places Fox News at the same level on the right as CNN and MSNBC is on the left. Fox News is certainly biased to the right, but to compare it to CNN and MSNBC is ridiculous. Deleted.

Myopic. There are more views out there than left, right, center, and more news than US politics.

Same article posted for right, center and left. I like this concept but it doesn't help me to read the EXACT SAME ARTICLE for all three sides. That doesn't give me any different points of view. Pass.

It’s biased. Download app. Scrolling the homepage it was definitely pushing to the liberal left. Along with Trump bashing.

FINALLY!. AllSides is an amazing resource! The app is well made and easy to use. Very helpful for those trying to discern truth in a biased and polarized media landscape.

Great concept, bad UI. No way to follow certain news topics

Not balanced. It’s really not balanced at all. News from the ‘center’ is still very clearly left agenda news. And news from the right leans left too. It’s all cherry picked articles to make it seem like it’s balanced but it’s all left leaning. Still controlling the narrative with a false perception of choice and balance. Who owns this I wonder?

Not so balanced. Most of the top, featured stories lean to the left. I want a neutral platform, not a platform that prioritizes topics that lean left.

Can’t access articles. First of all I’ve been charged some unknown amount. Then the article links take me to sites that require a subscription. What good is that?

Not what they say. All Sides claims to present down-the-middle coverage of news. But when you look at their sources they are mostly presenting far right news compared to leaning left news. They are pushing an agenda. Don’t fall for it.
