Service is a scam!. My rating is a 0/10. Be careful before getting the service. Basically it’s a very expensive premium membership. The matches are very few, they don’t really look for what you want. It’s hard to get in contact with consultants. If you are not having a good experience with premium don’t buy this. It cost me 600 dollar for three months. The consultant gives 2 matches per week, they are standard premium and free members who you can see with and contact without getting vip. Also all the inner circle matches don’t even have pictures. The consultants try to sell you on what they think you should want, making you feel like your preferences are too narrow. Don’t let the consultant make you settle! You deserve to find what you are looking for!

This service fraudulent and is a scam!. Please don’t waste money on this service, I have been in this service for 6 months and I have received just 2 phone calls from prospects ! And they are not special profiles, they are just regular ones. They don’t do the due diligence that the profiles are compatible or real, there is no match happening at all. The employees/consultants are really bad!

Zero stars. Don't bother with this. Basically stealing your money. They don't do anything, do a horrible job selecting and screening people. I have gone to meet someone who wasn't the person in the profile, and they did nothing. Absolute waste of your time and money. Do not subscribe to this and do not pay them. Better off on any other matchmaking site.

THIS IS A SCAM. They only update in the app that they reached out to the prospect & there was no response. I am sending the requests myself & they don’t even schedule the call .. say that user was not comfortable with conference call. Consultant doesn’t even call me. So basically they don’t even want to know what I am looking for. Don’t fall into this trap!!

Poor customer service. They said they have a higher ratio of match making and all stuff. Higher price for membership but lower satisfaction for matches.

ZERO STARS - Total Scam. I have never written a review in my 8 years as an iPhone user but this awful experience compelled me. I was sold this “elite” experience under the pretense of plentiful “high caliber/quality prospects.” What I got (for near $600 for 3 months) was a total rip-off SCAM. Essentially, Shaadi assigns you a “relationship consultant” who suggests “matches” (completely random, non-VIP, picked from general population). It is a total racket meant to scam people who are seriously looking and want to ensure they are getting real (& quality) people.

Fraud.. Reporting the business as fraud this week. I would refrain from using this service

Poor service. I had uses this VIP Shaddi service. But, it’s not worth a penny. Please don’t spend your money on this VIP service. They don’t work anything for you. They just send you the weekly proposal sometime and sometimes not. They don’t get you update about the end result of that proposals. By the time you ask you probably forget which one you send to. They don’t care you will find your partner or not. They just care for that you keep renewing their services. It’s better to use free services instead. I had already renewed my service second time but, I did not even get the single proposal. Also, the second time renewed the advisor told me that I will get the refund with in 4 days it’s been almost 20 days no reply or follow up. Even the advisor won’t pick the call. Lastly, their customer service is even worse. I hope this review might help you in your decision making. Thanks

It’s a scam. It doesn’t work. Please don’t waste your time and money. I even got my VIP consultant changed thinking that might help but no use. They can not reach anybody. I just don’t understand how does that work. It’s emotionally exhausting.

Great Service!!. I don’t know why this service is getting so many harsh reviews, the client advisors you get are all kind and work hard to get you matches. Not only that but they take care of the hassle of reaching out/ getting you connected with the other party to see if they are truly interested.

Not worth it at all :) the premium recommends better profile. Consultants are definitely not trained, some random hires who are just multilingual, who send profiles purely based on filters. NO ADDITIONAL EFFORTS OR THOUGHT PROCESS.

SCAM !!!. Signing in for this useless app was the worst decision of my life. They do not care about the customers nor they care about their concerns, they just want the MONEY ! And do nothing.

This service is a scam .. This service is a scam - most of the recommendations never get back to you. It is also not clear how they select certain profiles for recommendations.

$600 For Nothing.. Waste of time and money, the consultant is least bothered after they sell you the service. They come up with profile suggestions which are totally not the criteria that you are looking for. The consultant hardly understands the requirements or knows anything about your profile. In simple words, waste of time and money.

Another scam company , not the first and never the last .. An absolute disaster and total scam . Lot of manipulation by the actual owners and top tier ( not the innocent consultants and counselor ) , sometimes it appears they themselves have created the “ non existent “ people ; it’s sad and unfortunate but greed has no boundaries . Again this fraudulent activity is from the top brass , not the poor and innocent counselor and consultants ( they are probably unaware and oblivious ) and one of these days it my feeling and intuition, some investigative journalist would expose them , by then the top tier and management or bosses would’ve moved to some islands. They have stereotyped response for all unhappy clients ; to be honest they don’t have any satisfied customers ; internet is full of unhappy customers and only reason they have slightly above 1 rating is the lowest rating out of 5 is 1 otherwise they will be close to zero . One other concern gathered from hundreds of reviews is they are selling the data ( like ID , passport etc which not only unethical but seriously illegal and more and more clients needs to report them to local law enforcement authorities ) as I’ve a feeling that they will be reported as one of the biggest scam of our times . At least I will be taking that precaution and reporting them to authorities that would be beyond their imagination ( an unpleasant surprise for them ). It’s time for them to pack up and before they move , all their data should be confiscated , accounts forfeited and all their wrongfully acquired wealth should be distributed among their poor employees ( as they have not done anything wrong ) . As mentioned earlier the fraud is at the top tiers. Initial investigation has shown that this company has several companies under the same umbrella and lot of hidden dark web business they are involved in . It would be cleared as investigation proceedings move forward . A class action lawsuit is just one of the few things they would be facing ( not in India ) but they have ripped off so many people in Europe and North America and probably they would be facing one outside of their safe havens . It’s time for them to face some music . Who knows how many poor innocent young boys and girls have suffered breakdowns and have attempted suicide and hopefully not but complete suicide . In essence in the foreseeable future they will be getting lot of surprises and this farce or drama would come to its logical end . Till then hang out tight and they would be baffled as mystery evolves . For the top management, they have made lot of lives restless and bad outcome but justice is on it’s way. Till then have fun !

Scam beware. Seems like a scam. They promise you the world and call you many times. Once your money is with them they don’t provide you the service and then ghost you once you ask for cancellation. Terrible service. Please don’t fall for this scam!

Worst service ever. They do not have profiles. The consultants are hard to reach and do not do their job. Communication is an issue. And they share fake profiles with you. Please don’t sign up.

Poor service. My first consultant handpicked profiles that didn’t match my partner preference and tried to convince me to change my preferences according to her. If they have a big chunk of data why would you do that? Secondly, it’s not your job to set preferences for your client. Second consultant said timings don’t match and by that time second week was over. Third week, it was better but by Sunday he got tired. There was no follow up on Sunday and then on Monday he didn’t pick up three profiles as promised by Shaadi. The overall experience has been poor. All of their employees don’t use VIP app to communicate with clients. This is because they don’t want to be tracked. Why? Because their work ethics are poor. No matter how much fake experience they tell you, they don’t even put efforts. They don’t ask about your relationship with your family or your upbringing or achievements in your career, what you aspire to become and what you’re doing to achieve your dreams or goals. Raj sold me VIP service by telling me that the discount code has been generated (without my agreement on purchasing the service) and if I don’t buy the service now, I won’t be able to buy it in future. I wish this rating was read by the owner. The employees are just passing the time by faking about work. Once a person says that customer service was helpful and consultant stops working. Waste of time, money and energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to BUY VIP SHAADI. They don’t know how to present a profile that’s the biggest reason and secondly they don’t take initiative to communicate. Their pitch is poor. You can use premium service and initiate conversations that’s much better. I did that and found better profiles and got better responses.

Worse app ever. Clearly don’t waste your time and money. They will lure you for your money and once they have it everyone vanishes. Consultant will never reach out to you and the scheduling and all features on the app are just for show ... the app takes so much time to load as well and it does not give you any rights to edit your own details and photos... please never ever fall prey to it!

Scam scam scam!! Don't trust these people. All they do is lie about their service to you... They will tell the subscription is 1200 n giving it for 600$. And will say the will dedicate a person to find a match for you. But they just shortlist 2 profiles from the pool and send them to you... You can do that by yourself... And they follow with thru email just for the sake... I paid for 6 months of service and didn't even talk to a single prospect.

Cheaters. Request everyone dont use there service waste of money and time you will not get VIP service and the are not answering call or message they are cheating only if will ask for refund they will make stupid story. I try to reach email Id which is mentioned but no response they don’t refund the amount its big amount has been paid forcing covert the members ship which I don’t want. Poor service be careful!!! Giving wrong information and rush you make payment.

Fraud service. The moment you accept any of the suggested profiles from the consultant, you can see a notification in the app that ‘I have connected with prospect’ irrespective of the time of the day. This clearly goes to show that these guys are cheating you by giving automated updates and make it look like there’s actually someone working on your profile. What an unethical behaviour! As far as the suggestions, they just apply all the filter criteria you give, and automatically send you some random profiles every week that may/may not meet the criteria. There is no concept of ‘personalised service’. Don’t fall for that trap! At this point it feels like I paid $$$ only to get notified by bots. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

VIP Shaadi is a scam- do not join. VIP Shaadi is waste of money and time. The guys working as advisors just kill the time by sending matches one or two a week that we do not like. Not worth to money we paid. Website may be ok and work yourself for appropriate matches. I’m the victim of these guys. I realized that this is waste and requested to cancel and refund. The advisor saying continuously that refund is in process for last 3 months, now his supervisor says refund is not in their policy. Why advisor saying for past 3 months refund is in process? Its a SCAM. I would like to give a rating of 0/5 and would advise users to not fall for these services as they are pathetic and you will be better off spending your time, money and effort in searching for yourself rather than relying on these consultants who don’t care about anything.

VIP Membership. 0/10 it is a big scam....they will run after you until you buy vip membership and then once u pay you will run after them for anything and everything and don’t be surprised if they doesn’t even respond. They will show you 2-3 profiles a week which are already available and can be seen by you with regular membership you have. Don’t fall on to this scam

Decent service, laggy app. The service itself is decent (though you need to be able to assert your boundaries at times since the VIP advisors can be aggressive about continually moving the matchmaking process forward, and this isn’t a process you should rush). The app needs some work; the chat function just loads indefinitely at times. If you’re familiar with standard Shaadi nothing here is going to surprise you; it’s better than the standard service, but you’d expect that for the money you’re paying. Worth it if the standard service is going nowhere for you, and you can afford it. In a few weeks I’ve connected with some promising people thus far. It remains to be seen whether this will lead to marriage. (I would have waited to write a review, but the app is insisting I write one now, so here you go.)

Scam - worth negative rating - money sucker. I called to cancel service and requested refund, instead 4 team members in one conference call insisted me to take VIP membership by upgrading the normal membership with all kinds of marketing and manipulative tactics and multiple follow up emails and phone calls. They promise big things, but nothing is delivered. My consultant was Minaz shaikh, I was being informed that the she is following up with the profile by connecting with them, but it was basically a failed attempt to connect with almost all of the profiles. It seems, they were showing that they are working in the background, but nothing actually comes out of it. Please be aware that this service is not for everyone, there will be no out of the way support or helpful suggestions. They are here just to make money by tagging you under VIP category. I wish I could have saved instead of wasting my money here.

Don’t use this. When you spend this much amount of money for match making, you would expect - someone who gives you good recommendations - someone who literally works along with you to improve your profile - someone who would refer you atleast 1 profile everyday I got following - 3 random profiles a week which barely match my criteria - 5 min call or text on WhatsApp whenever the consultant felt like reaching out to you - each consultant has 30/40 clients which would be fine if they are attentive enough - as time goes, you would expect your consultant to get better but don’t expect that here - I asked for 1 profile suggestion per day but consultants would point out they can’t do that etc Save your money by not signing up here. You are better off using that money somewhere else.

Very poorly designed app. The user experience is really poor and has very minimal features, its a complete waste of money trying to invest in these services. The sales executive try to over commit while making the sales and the consultant’s standard for providing the services is a pure contrast of whats been commited during the sales. I strongly recommend not wasting money into these tricks that they play as their normal app experience is much more better than going for these services as its completely useless.

Don’t buy. Highly recommend not to buy this service. Very poor service,nothing like what they promised. Neither they are ready to provide any refund after providing ridiculous service. If there would be any star in minus I would go in negative.

Rubbish Service. I’ve bought in the beginning for 3+1 months and I was said that agent personally takes care of our choice. Agent “ Pavani Yedanthi “ was newbie in there team and that lady did nothing for me! It was totally waste of my money! After service ends, they will keep bugging you for renewal by calling and making false promises. Not recommended at all 🤮🤮🤮

VIP Shaadi 1st month review. Been 3 weeks now. Rough start but management fixed the issue quickly and now the experience is much better.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. It’s a total waste of money There’s zero ownership, you won’t find what you’re looking for. The claims they make vs what they deliver are day and night. Save your money.

VIP service is a scam. They charge you with a large amount and then don’t respond for weeks. Show same profiles that are normally available, unable to connect with anyone and the consultant assigned disappear for days and weeks. Later, they say that refund is not applicable. So basically, you are spending a lot of money just to give headache to yourself as you end up wasting a lot of time following up for even small small things with no results.

Not worth spending money. Firstly, I changed three relation manager who were meant to work on my profile. Secondly, they don’t take your requirements seriously before sending profiles. They will make big promises like there are 75% hidden profiles which are VIP Members and my manager will help to match with them because they are also seriously looking for a good match. However, I didn’t receive a single VIP profile during my 3 months VIP membership. They didn’t even find a single match for me who was serious and was willing to talk. All I heard from them is that the profile hasn’t responded after multiple attempts. Not all profiles are serious on shaadi plus VIP shaadi is just a medium for them to earn money. I received better matches through regular or premium membership and they were seriously looking for a match. Please don’t opt for this service and waste your time.
