App not displaying. A great App initially but now tides are not being displayed on my iPhone 11. There is no visual reference regardless of changing my view options. Requests for input on 2 emails have been unaddressed by the company. You may want to consider another App for tides

Great App. Not totally intuitive, but with a little experimentation the features can be found, and they are extremely good. The geographic coverage is excellent with a breadth found in very few other apps.

Tides. I love this app. In Alaska it's all about the tides when you want to fish and this app is excellent. Not even going to try to check out a different app, this one has it all

Takes too long to load on Apple Watch. It’s great when it works, but far too often you get “Loading data” message for several minutes. Annoying.

Lots of promise but buggy Apple Watch data. Current version has problems with acquiring up to date information and feeding it to the Apple Watch compilations.

Useful!. Nice to have out on the water! Helps me make sure I’m not caught on the tough side of outgoing tides while coming home from kayak fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

CEO. This is the best tide app out there and it is accurate and user friendly. The clock part is great shows minutes to high and low.

Best Tide App Period!. Best current tide info layout, like a tide clock. Also best future tide info layout. Have had a dozen different tide apps. This one is in a class by itself.

Nice app. I like the Tides PRO app very much. I have it on my iPhone my iPad and my Apple Watch. I like being able to know where were at on the tide in the moon at a glance anytime while I’m fishing or in my chair at home the night before I’m planning a trip. I specially like being able to use it on my iPad.

How do I get a refund?. No instructions. I managed to type in a location; but cannot change it. Can not see two of the screens shown in the commercial. iPhone 13 pro; iOS 15.2 Junk on my phone

Essential. I paddle board in an area with extreme tides and having a complication on my watch is really important. Nice app.

Great app!. Really love this app. Not only does it let me know when water will be up enough to embark on a local tidal creek but it’s also great for finding out when king tides or particularly weak tides are headed your way.

Simple, good on watch. I am a sailor and I find this a simple resource on tides. What I would like to see is a watch graphic for currents (time/max ebb/speed, time/slack, time/max flood/speed), since it’s the speed and direction of current that really matters to me.

Weak and could not launch. Couldn’t launch this app due to it not able to find my Tide Station. It just keeps searching and never stops no matter what city I try. App doesn’t work on Watch either without a Tide Station. Have requested support... nothing. Reported to Apple and requested my $3.99 back. I’m happy to give update should this issue get resolved but otherwise DO NOT BUY!!

Can’t it to work on my watch. I can’t get it to show on watch face. It keeps telling me to put a location in the app which I have done. It’s great for the phone so I gave it 2 stars

Broken Apple Watch complication. As others have pointed out, the Apple Watch complication is broken and has been for a long time. Pity as otherwise it’s an excellent app.

Nice basics - would like some improvements. Easy to select tide stations. Graph is easy to read, but you really got to smooth the trace. What i would really like is to have the Apple Watch complication keep current. If I look at my watch face the indicator should show the tide in the state at that time. It is correct sometimes, but often when I tap on it, the app opens and I see the graphic update with a significant shift. Tide period is around 12 hours, so an update every 15min would be fine. I just recently saw the indicator in the complication jump from full high to dead low.

Loved this app. I really enjoyed this app until 2 days ago when all tide info went blank. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Same issue. So now I have a Tide app that gives zero information. Pretty bummed on this since I use it daily. Hopefully they fix soon. If they don’t fix I would like a refund...

New to this app. Still trying it out. I do like that it is staying current, previous app not so much. I will have to come back and do another review once I have figured things out. Do wish it was more intuitive.

Must Have app for boating!. I live in a coastal region with bridges. Having this app allows me to make sure my boat clears the bridges based on the tide with the tide height graph. Always on point and accurate.

Here is how to use the complications on watch. Took me a while to figure out. On the watch itself, push and hold on the watch face, then tap the edit button. Swipe to the left twice to the complications screen. Tap the complication you want to change. Then scroll to find the Tides Pro complication. For some reason it shows up in this place on the watch, but never shows up on the editor in the watch app on the phone. I hope this helps!

Fishing? A must have!. When ever I plan on going out on the boat, I always use this app to plan my trip no matter if it is fishing or just a day on the beach at the islands.

Best of the best!. There are some pretty good apps out there, but if you are graphically oriented in how you read and interpret data then this app is for you. The watch app is as good as it gets. Well done!

Been using for years. Yes I have been using Tides PRO for many years. I know of at least five years of use and it’s right on the money every time so if you need to know you’re tides this is the one program you need.

buggy Apple Watch Complication. this is a promising app, but presently its Apple Watch Complication has a bug which makes it incorrectly display the OPPOSITE tide position when tide reaches either dead high or dead low. (e.g., when dial finally advances to high tide position the needle spontaneously points to low tide position... and vice versa). bug present while running latest iOS 13.1.2 and watchOS 6.0.1 no response from developer thus far. will update review if issues are fixed.

Very accurate. I have been using this app for about 2 years now and so far it hasn’t let me down.

High and low tide prediction. This app is wonderful in predicting high low tides. I used it last week and it worked great.

Loading Data?. Apple Watch series 5 running 6.1 and iPhone 11xs max running 13.2.3. I downloaded this app last night and it works wonderfully on the iPhone. However on my Apple Watch (intended device for this app) it displays loading data. Would love to use this and update my review!

Text size. You really need make the text bigger. Way to hard to read!

Needs to be able to add as complication. Great App!!! Love it on my phone and it have so many international tide stations. I love this as a mariner that is constantly traveling. This app would be 5 stars on the watch if you could add it to your watch faces.

Accurate tides. Seems accurate and works well with my Apple Watch

Clunky. Difficult to use without going around in circles. No way that I can see to select the location closest to where you are. Map won't even show your location. And if you just want to open any tide station, you first have to make it a favorite. Surely there's a better way!

AppleWatch a winner. I bought this app so I could quickly see where we were at in the tide cycle for Pittwater in Sydney. The Apple Watch app opens showing an easy to read clock face with a count down to the next high and low tide as well as the tide level at the next high and low. Perfect. I have rated it 4 star but maybe it will become 5 star as I use it more

Questioning Accuracy. I am calling into question the accuracy of this app. Something didn’t make sense so I went to the BOM website and checked the official tide table (for Stony Point - Westernport), compared it to this app for the same day, and found that app was over an hour out. Not good. Visually, this is a nice app with data presented in useful ways. But I think most people would value accuracy over it’s visual appeal - after all, that is why you look at tides.

Australia Seriously lacking!!!. I like the app but the Australian east coast is absolutely terrible. And as most of Australia’s population is on the east coast this is a pretty major downfall. The app is a bit pointless as it is for the Aussies.

Jay. Not enough stations in my local area

Rubbish. DO NOT BUY . This app is useless in Australia . Only 3 tide times in Port Phillip Bay and 2 of them are at the heads . Useless . Will not respond after I requested a refund .

Perfect Tide App. I ignored all the negative Aussie reviews and bought this app anyway for NZ use. You only need to look at how many more tide stations NZ has to see why Australians feel hard done by. NZ has very detailed stations right around the country. As for the app itself it's exactly what I was looking for. The phone app displays a tide chart, tide clock and daily levels. The phone app displays the tide clock. This was a specific feature I wanted. A very useful feature is being able to select specific tide stations from a map. You can do a rough search near where you are, then select a station without any fore knowledge of it being available. A useful feature the developer might consider is allowing manual offsets from the nearest station. That way if you live or stay at a particular beach, you can time the tide exactly at that location which may vary anything up to an hour from the nearest station. Highly recommended.

Inaccurate. Tide predictions for Broome Western Australia are close but inaccurate and do not correspond with government data and actual tides.

Does not work on Apple Watch. As the title says, the app literally doesn’t work at all on the Apple Watch. Just shows ‘loading information’ when in the app and then question marks when adding as a widget to the home page.

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch: an update is required asap. Please fix as it doesn’t work with Apple Watch.

The best - tide app. Clear and easy to use. Two different formats and no trouble to easily look forward multiple days on the wave chart. Bar chart gives many days in one glance, handy when looking for King tide peaks.

Waste of money. I'm in Ipswich in Qld and this app DOES NOT WORK HERE! Apple should be sued for colluding with the developer of this app and allowing it to be sold in areas of the world where it doesn't work. DO NOT BUY IF YOU'RE IN AUSTRALIA. I would give this app a zero if I could but unfortunately I have to give it one star.

Mr. Rubbish app do not buy if you're in Australia it only has the capital cities no where else. I want my money back.

Great interface but times are wrong for our beach. Tide times for Apollo Bay (Vic Australia) are consistently wrong, sometimes by >3 hours

Rubbish tide app. Not accurate. Just rubbish. Words n times too tiny to read but wrong anyway.

Not great. Limited options. One tidal point Geelong for the whole Bellarine Peninsular and Great Ocean Road. $6 for an App that tells me not much. Disappointed!

Good...but. Could you please add info for Peregian Beach Qld, have added this to my iPhone and iwatch, but only gives me Noosa Heads...add Peregian Beach-my closest surf beach and you’ll get 5 stars!

Tide Pro. I wanted an app to give me accurate tide information on my Apple Watch. The display options on Tide Pro on the iPhone are great, so I chose to upgrade to get same display on my Apple Watch. All was fine until I needed to install Apple Pay on my watch, which requires the watch to have a passcode for security. Now the Tide Pro doesn’t work, displaying a never ending ‘data loading’ message. I have sought help from author, and have had no response. Very disappointing. Not even an automated response.

Great. It’s very simple to understand and it can put a tiny widget on my watch so I can always see it. A one off purchase that doesn’t want access to all your data.

Use this app almost every day. As a swimmer, I use this for Australian tides on the Pacific coast of NSW. The graphics are superb.

Don’t buy just for Apple Watch. Functionality is quite limited for watch and not very intuitive. Good enough for iphone but not worth the money in my opinion. If it was $2 that’d be ok

Excellent except for one thing... Love this app. Excellent in most respects. However there’s one thing that really bugs me! The display shows the time remaining to low or high tide in a prominent, large font whilst the current tide level as a smaller font. I would MUCH rather see the CURRENT TIDE LEVEL as the primary large font display along with a large red rising/falling indicator. This is especially true on the watch. When navigating unfamiliar waters the information I want to know immediately is the current tide level and whether it’s rising or falling. Please modify the app to show the time remaining to small font and the current tide level to large font (or even better, get rid of the time remaining altogether and make the current tide level and rising/falling arrows super large). This would make a much better user interface. Then the app would get 5 stars and I would recommend it to all my boating buddies. Thank you for your consideration and keep up the good work.

Love the layout and feel. However, it is wildly inaccurate for British Columbia. It indicates it’s using the same sources for information gathering that I use on my other app, yet is off by hours and tide lows and highs are way off as well. Why even offer the app here?

Good app. App looks great, very nice and very simple, I give it 3 stars because for what you get it’s a little pricey considering this is generally free informational and lots of free apps. It doesn’t allow for a widget feature, something it could easily do and you cannot do long term tide prognosis without cellphone service, something pretty rare in far away places from the shore if you’re boating. But it looks nice and does the job well enough.

Excellent Program. This program has tide stations all over the world is very flexible and I have been using the program very effectively for two weeks is very accurate and useful.

Current Table. All good except the Current Graph. I would prefer that the slacks are shown on the high and low points of the Graph.

Excellent app. Overall it’s a great app, highly recommend it to anyone.

Go to tide app. Wherever I travel, this is my go to app for determining current tidal conditions. The watch app is so useful.

Useless App. For this cost I would expect it to use the tide station closest to me but the closest one it finds is hundreds of miles away. Useless, don't waste your money.

Has no tide stations near me. What a waste of time, I live near Vancouver Canada and this app only has a few stations near me and there are probably 60 station in my immediate area

Works great!. Nice graphical interface. Provides information from my local tide station. I love the convenience of being able to easily pull up tide info on my Apple Watch. I had an issue with it working with my First Gen Apple Watch. Response from the Support team was excellent and resolved the issue.

So useful. I love this app. So good on an iPhone, but ridiculously good on the Apple Watch.

Doesn’t work with watchOS 5. No longer works with Apple Watch. Don’t believe the advertising. This product worked well until watchOS 5. Doesn’t Apple provide support for upcoming releases so developers can get it together & make sure they can fulfill their promises?

Won’t load on IWatch. It won’t load on my watch and will not give the area that I wanted the tide for. I wish I could get a refund. I gave it a try and am very disappointed.

Watch complication very poor. The watch complication will only display the tide station showing on your phone and you can’t scroll through multiple days. If I had known this I wouldn’t have wasted $3.99.

Nice screens, but High/low values are totally wrong. In the Charleston SC waterways, the high/low values should have a difference of about 5' today, yet this app shows a difference of 8-10 ft an more! We don't have tidal swings that large here!! What a waste of my $4.
