Great Journal App. This is one of the best journal app out there. I highly recommend it. The ability to set multiple journals in one app is great.

The tool that finally made me love journaling!. Great for ease of use. I have set up science type journals for my two hobbies and I can see the performance improvement. Only thing that would make it better is if it could store pictures outside of my camera roll so pictures in the daily entries were not necessarily part of my iCloud photo stream. Otherwise it is a perfect app.

Help. I have been using this journal for several years. Now I am unable to open it because it says it needs to be updated by the originator.

Journal is lost. I had 4 years of entry’s, now it’s all gone.

This app doesn't sync with DropBox.. I was very disappointed with this app. It doesn't sync my entries between the iPhone and the iPad.

Great way to stay organized!. I’ve been using Capture365 on my laptop for about 5 years now. I use it for work to take daily notes, almost like a diary so I can remember things I do daily. I also use it to keep track of open issues. Recently I’ve added the app to my phone and have begun to use it as a calendar. All my important meetings and appointments are added.

Awful. The most important feature for me was syncing between devices using iCloud. Does not even come close. I have had to reset sync settings on devices when I want them to sync. Sorry I wasted my money.

Nice app. A straightforward basic journaling app. Easy to use.

Perfect. Love this app for journaling. This is the only way I actually write in a journal. I wanted something I could add pictures too and export later and this app is perfect.

Hard to edit location. Really great app in every way except that map ... impossible to drop a pin, almost impossible to search a location (unless the location that you’re searching for is a major landmark it’s not in the database apparently). Would love to have the ability to simply “drop a pin” and make that the GPS location of the post. Maybe in a future update huh? Despite the map thing, I would recommend this app, really great app!

Won't sync over iCloud. Beautiful pictures, won't sync with Mac pro, had lots of tech help, yet no results, wish this app would have worked, it was costly and I am very disappointed.

Not worth the money. I paid the money for this app thinking it was beyond basic, but it's not. Nearly everything it does can be done in Notes. You can't control basic things like which journal is the default, so if you happen to be using one a lot (like for a trip), you have to manually switch the journal every time you open the app, which is slow and not conducive to easily and quickly capturing a moment and adding it to your log. If you make a video log entry you can't save or share that video unless you set the app to save every picture and video you ever take, which can take up a lot of local memory on your device. The UX for reviewing a day is clunky and not well designed. The designers behind this app need to put a lot more thought into use cases and UX/UI, and until then this app should be free.

CBee35. This app was pretty good, with all the needed features, until the update 3.0.6. Since the update it has been very buggy, failing to sync, and causing the Mac to have difficulty opening it (spinning rainbow wheel for nearly a minute). The fact that it was suppose to work on the Mac, the iPad and iPhone has kept me using it, and hoping the developers fix it.

Perfect.. Love it!

Upgrade. This app would be great if it worked with the ipencil

No complaints. I switched over from Day One after it's "upgrade" and hefty price hike. I did a lot of research on journaling apps, and this seemed to offer the best features for the best price. So far, I haven't been disappointed. The transfer of my Day One entries was easy and the interface is easy to use. I do wish the Dropbox sync among devices were faster and more seamless. I believe I need to have the app open on my computer and my tablet to sync, but this could be incorrect. I've only had one burp that caused me to lose one entry. A little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Recommended, especially after Day One's boneheaded move.

goooood. gooooooood

Can't sync with my laptop. It works OK on my iPhone but it says that you were supposed to be able to sync with your laptop your tablet all your devices I can't do it it won't do it. If they would fix that and make it to where I didn't have to buy the app on every single device I would give it five stars but until then it only gets two

Perfect for me. I’ve been using this app for 5 years. Easy to use. I love the “calendar” and “days” format. I also love that it is easy to export my entries to my computer so I have a back up.

Love but still an issue. Love that they fixed Instagram feed but still can’t get Facebook info from more than a couple months in past

Great apps with no support.. I love the design of all Sockii’s applications, I use 4 of them, their brilliant but,,,,,,,,, I’ve requested help and never get a response. Perhaps no one is at the wheel! If there was better support, the apps by Sockii would be the best but with no support, do some research, there are many other applications by other companies out there. The 5 stars are an attempt to get it listed near the top. I like support, without it you have nothing. Dan Y

Insufficient photo size on Journal page. I really want to like this app, as it gets many things right (sync between iOS devices, balance between photo resolution and storage size, gallery, etc.). However, the deal-breaker is the small and narrow photo display on the Journal page. I suspect that the photos used in the app screenshots were specifically formatted for this layout. The normal size of an iPhone photo doesn't fit well into this layout, resulting in areas at the top and bottom of the photo being cutoff. And, the layout is even worse in the iPad version, particularly if you close the side panel. This could be a 5-star app if it displayed photos better on the Journal page.

Perfect for me. Capture 365 does exactly what I need in a simple format. I primarily use it to upload video journals since it takes less time to talk it out as opposed to typing or writing it out. I love being able to go back and watch my old videos on the calendar format. Thank you, Capture 365!

Sync isssues. I have both the iMac and iPhone apps and syncing between the two is a frustrating and slow process.

Not bad.... I would love to see gif support and the ability to change the color of the background for entries.

Emailing does not work. When I hit the export button and choose that I want to email a PDF version, it gives me a weird message that says the PDF has been prepared and sent to iTunes. They have my money, I want a working app!!!

Capture 365. I just love this App, it's very easy to use and even easier to add events. I highly recommend this app

Someone finally gets it. I've been searching for a journaling app that could synch my phone and MacBook via wifi, WITHOUT USING THE CLOUD. Someone finally gets it that there are people who don't want their personal info in someone else's hands out in the cloud forever potentially at risk. In any event, after downloading and rebooting both devices, the apps appear to work very well as described. I've used this app on my new IMac, iPad and phone Xr, and I still works flawlessly. Three years and counting and it has never failed. My backup file is approaching 500MG and still no problems. Great app.

App not responding. I have not been able to launch this app on my iPhone 8+ for more than 3 weeks now, for unknown reasons. I also discovered that the app did not synchronise with the version I have on my iPad. I didn’t want to uninstall and reinstall the iPhone version for fear of losing my data. Please I need help on what to do. I thought this was the long awaited app when I bought it.

Sync issues. I have had this app for years and enjoyed it. But I struggle with sink issues always. I have a MacBook Air, a MacBook Pro and an iPhone and they never seem to be in sync. When I open the app on the computers the sink takes forever and never completes. I back up to the cloud. Long story short, this is a good program with great features but very glitchy.

This is the journal you've been looking for. Does everything a journal should do. Photos, text entries, video journal and connects to social media feeds. Also syncs across platforms. Highly recommend.

Doesn't auto save. This was my go to journal until I kept losing my writing when I would leave the app without pressing "done" to save it. I would leave the app to get a quote or to handle a message that popped up and would lose my writings. It's pretty good app but until it auto saves the content I will have to look elsewhere for a daily journaling app.

Great. Great app and has it all. So far no problems. It exports to PDF really well if you want to print out your journal periodically.

Review. I just hope that this super journal stay that way forever It’s very convenient and useful, I gotta say I luv it. 👦🏼👨🏼‍🦲

Great. Used a lot of dairy apps. This one is the best. It beats Day One because can store multiple photos, and VIDEO in the entry. It also gives you a map of all your entries. Pulls weather to the record. Interface is not as pretty, but it is correctable. Great app. Really all the features that you may want.

Great. Great app just wondering If you can have more then 1 journal

love this app. this is a great app i have been using it for over 3 years and is great

Journal. I am planning to use this app as a journal. So far in trying it out I am happy with the results.

Need to fix working with iPhone X Max. Since I updated phone the app is a little buggy? Please update soon

Capture 365. Capture 365 excellent daily journal! This is where I record my gratitude list my priorities for the day and also take a picture which is kind of fun. This app is also free which is amazing!

One star for one machine. This is a one machine app. An iMac and an iPad cannot be used together. If one is used the other will not sync. The only way to keep them together is to make frequent backups, copy them to the iCloud Drive and then to the machine that is behind. And then reload the machine that is behind. Not sure if they use the same file on iCloud for syncing, no way to now. Sync does not work on iCloud, or Direct "Sync".

Great app. A great app to keep your notes all together. Recommended!

Antipodes. I am an Ozzy. therefore biased, but we do need an alternative to Day One . I am an App nut, but the Apps should work. This means we all must join the war against Microsoft boring town, and help 365 improve , Please support this progressing Application, on the path to great programmes that supersede predicable right wing junk.

Like it. Nice interface and easy to use

Great useful app. Have used it for sometime now and have seen improvements to it. Have responded to author with problems and suggestions and have always got a quick response. Really enjoy using it.

Excellent app. The more I use this app the better I like it. It is understated, simple to use and syncs well. The main opposition is too clever and in your face.

Ian Norris. Really easy to use and has all what Day One has less the bugs. If you want a simple to use but powerful features this is the product you should go for.

Very Good. I have been recording my medical issues and notes that I need to keep for some years. All been good.

Awesome. So happy with this app. Best way to keep a journal and easy to use. Love how you can add photos for extra memories. Over and beyond what I was looking for.

Impressive. I am quietly impressed and have absolutely no reason not to give it 5 stars just now. I'm an avid writer and have been using the supposed premier journaling App, Day One, for a few years, but got sick and tired of the bugs, inattention and the conflicting feedback on issues by the Day One developers. Then I was treated to some very blatant and careless dishonesty, which I can't abide, so I gave it the flick - for good! I went to Penzu. It's okay, but not my cup of tea. I won't knock it. It's a matter of horses for courses. I found Capture 365 purely by accident. It was lacking in reviews, which doesn't help a lot in the decision department, but I liked what I could see and decided to give it a shot. I'm pleased I did - really pleased. I wouldn't say it's better than Day One, although in quite a lot of respects it is and it's not that far off, but I have confidence that in time - short time - it will be - much better! All the footings and foundations are there, the interface is terrific and already it's quite option rich. The aesthetics are very peaceful and pleasing. My prejudice aside, do I honestly prefer it to Day One? Yes, a big yes. I do! There's a few small enhancements (easily incorporated) that I know would make it much better and more 'user friendly' and I'll be in touch with the developers soon to see what their response and approach is to my good suggestions. This will be a test as far as I'm concerned about whether the developers are interested in making Capture 365 'The Premier Journalling App.' It certainly can be and I hope it comes to fruition. So far I am indeed impressed and pleased I made the change. Right now I'm in the middle of the laborious task of transferring data. I assure you I wouldn't be doing that without first having satisfied my myself of the functionality and stability of the App. In the short term I can only but heartily and honestly recommend Capture 365 to you. Purchase with confidence. And, well done the developers of Capture 365. Please keep up the very good work. You can be on a big winner! Addendum: I've been using Capture 365 for since early September now and my word count is up about the 160,000 mark, including my imported ramblings from another App namely Day One. The only real critique I have at the moment is the lack of a Word Count option. If that's all I have to complain about then it's testament to the way I feel about Capture 365. It's nigh on perfect. And now I'm going to say it, because I believe I'm qualified after usage so far, to say it....It's better and more stable, perfectly stable, compared to Day One. No, I don't receive any type of reward for my remarks, I'm just telling it as it is. Credit where credit is due. It's a big decision to make, but for those of you using Day One and experiencing difficulties, don't hesitate. Your move to Capture 365 will NOT equate to jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. You will have made a wise and pleasing decision. That's my honest promise. I've been in touch with the developers about a couple of very small matters. They're back in touch within about 48 hours and are very customer attentive and accommodating. Well done and thanks. I'll be in touch with them now about 'Word Count', but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Buy this App with confidence folks. Barry (Roo) Walden Brisbane Australia

Does everything well. Been using this for some years now. Works well and has good support, too. Wouldn’t want anything else.

Love it. Love this program plus being able to get swift replies when I have problems is fantastic, job well done

Crashing and sync issues. Since the last update I can't even open my journal, it keeps wanting to direct me to Dropbox and then crashing when I cancel. I have also had issues syncing it between by iPad and iPhone

Photo. J’essaye de mettre une photo sur mon journal et là tout bloque. Je ne parviens pas à revenir à tout ce que j’ai pu écrire

Great start. The foundation of a great app. Needs some tweaks such as allowing preferred diary to be set instead of always starting with the default

By a long shot the best. I've used a lot of diary apps from Day to Flava and Momento, MacJournal of corse and this is by far the best diary writing app out there. There are basically two flavor of Journaling apostle; the all day at a time approach and the moment by moment approach. I really prefer the mement by moment approach. This app has introduced it flawlessly and it runs on the Mac, iPad and and iPhone in perfect harmony. In a moment by moment approach you write indiscreet blocks of time as many as you'd like to record. This encourages journaling as you only need to write brief chunks. I find it a more fun approach. This is one nicer app.

Great app. Easy to use ...does everything I need it to do
