Can't log in on phone app but can log in on laptop. This is dumb. I'm inputting the exact same thing on my laptop into the app on my phone and I even tried typing it slowly to make sure I put everything in correctly and it keeps telling me I have the wrong information. I deleted the app. Please fix. Thank you.

TERRIBLE. This app is so hard to navigate. Looks like it’s in desperate need for an update. One star is too generous.

Six Flags Employees. If you work for six flags don’t use this app. Go to sixflags.team on your mobile device and scroll to the bottom. There should be a link to download the correct app which should work.

Can't log in. It keeps saying I have the wrong username or password when I put in the right username and password. Please fix.

Can't even log in. Won't let me log in, says user name or password is wrong, which makes no sense as it lets me log in on the site.

too confusing. this app just doesn’t make any sense. I don’t know how to find anything or how to work any of it. there was no walkthrough of any type

Confirming that app can't log in. I can log in with my Six Flags Fiesta Texas credentials at the web portal, but the same credentials fail in this app. Don't waste your time downloading until this is fixed.

Useless. Says the password and username is wrong but it works when I sign into the website. This really needs to get fixed.

Bad App. Whenever I log in, I have a blank white screen and I can’t do anything. I’ve tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing works.

THIS APP ISN’T IT AND NEEDS TO BE DELETED!. I think it’s an absolute joke that this is even a “professional” scheduling app. Everything’s confusing and there are points in time where the app glitches and freezes up. I can’t do a simple task such as dropping a shift and picking shifts up isnt as easy as other scheduling apps such as When2Work. An app that was made by some kid in his basement most likely, shouldn’t be used in any workplaces that genuinely care about their employees well being. Opening the app for hours trying to figure out how to use this app which looks like an old computer gave me a headache!!! If you don’t want people quitting your company, wouldn’t recommend.

WORST APP IN HUMAN KIND. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s straight up ZERO. I swear it’s a joke. Like how in anyone’s right mind that designed thought it was ok. I swear a drunk college kid will do a better app

Sign in issues. I can login through my computer but not the app. Even when I put in the same information

Horrible. The grievance I have when writing this message is not for any of the superficial issues and bugs that ruin the user interface, but the integral components of the software. Inherently, this app is ineffective, rudimentary, and most likely was designed by a high schooler. Absolutely gross, when2work is superior.

Terrible. I used to use when2work and it was fantastic. Optim8 glitches i cant even look at the schedule without the app closing out and the scheduling is not accurate

Extremely outdated and unresponsive. App is difficult to operate and should not be that way. We moved from different platforms and this is a huge downgrade and hoping that an update or something can be pushed out to have usability to become better

Can’t Log In. I try inputting all of the information and directions given by the company that hired me, and it’s telling me that I have the wrong username or password. It’s difficult when I don’t have access to it via a tablet or smart phone.

This app is terrible. You can’t even put in your availability in the app. Its just a blank screen with no prompts. It’s confusing to navigate through and when2work is so much better. Don’t punish your employees like this.

Good Features behind a Poor Interface. Compared to apps like When2Work the interface is archaic, but it is nice and simple to set your availability and see messages from managers. If the UI got a nice overhaul I would bump my score up much higher.
