Great app. I have been using this app daily since I downloaded it. It has a sharp, clean look and is very informative.

Please fix bug. Dear daylight. I don't know any other way to reach you. The local time of most cities in Washington state is off by an hour and thus all of the sunset and sunrise times are wrong. Can you please fix this please. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting the phone, and I have the latest version of iOS. I've typed in other cities and everything is ok except for all cities in my state. Thank you.

DayLight. Great app, clean, simple and educational !!!

Unable to see entire screen on iPhone 6+. This would be a cool app if I could actually see it. Half the app is off screen and I can do nothing to minimize or readjust. Please fix this or I will have to delete 😞

Inability to edit location order is bogus. Every time I open the App I get an error message because I don’t allow its use of location services. I have to tap OK on the error message to dismiss it, then I have to swipe to the location I inputted, where I will use the App 98% of the time. An ability to edit the order of locations should allow me to put my location first on the list and eliminate the error message. It is a lovely GUI and, otherwise, just what I wanted, but for a paid App this annoyance is bogus. Save your money and get a free app.

Bugs. Share menu causes the app to crash. Otherwise a decent and simple wysiwyg app.

Not showing the right date. The app was great prior to the recent update. It's off by one day. I'm surprise no one has said anything. Otherwise the app is nice... When it was working

A lot of info elegantly presented.. There is no substitute for well done.

Locations. Can’t add locations. Once I start typing in the search box, it disappears. Otherwise, good app.

Lost Hour. It appears to be perpetually one hour off in Kalamazoo. Sun does NOT set at 4:27 PM today!!

Very beautiful and comprehensive. This is a really nice app. There are a number of apps that display sunrise and sunset information. I like this one for the amount of detailed information provided in a well organized way, and the very attractive interface. I earlier wrote a critical review because the date was not correct. This issue has been solved, and the developer sent a message to let me know! So, check the date on any reviews complaining of this problem, it might be an older review and the person may not have updated their app or their review. I am on a iPhone 6s running iOS 10.2.1.

interesting. Interesting but I wish it had a HELP menu somewhere, there is no explanation of what is meant by the indications "Astronomical", "Nautical", "Civic".

Delighted with Ver 1.2 on iPh6+. Beautiful now that it fits right on iPhone 6+, and simple to use. Great for planning for light availability at home or away. Thank you!

beautiful but cluttered. A beautiful app, but it sure would look better if there was a way to hide the massive amount of detailed information detailing every conceivable measure of sunlight, length of night, length of day, etc. The core graphic is beautiful, but there should be an option to see if just by itself because it’s basically self-explanatory.

Date. Date off by one day. To correct you have to go forward two days. Once the program is close it returns to being one day behind.

Clear straightforward. Nice app. Does the job visually and simply. Only thing that would make it ideal is if it had widget access as well.

Time is wrong for several cities in USA. Time is ahead by one hour. I live in central time USA. Is correct for Chicago, but wrong for Dallas, TX and Birmingham, AL

Nice Concept. It looks and sounds like a cool tool, but the time being wrong and the fact there are spelling errors makes me feel it would be better to wait a few updates before considering a purchase.

So far so bad. The app is not showing correctly on my screen, iPhone 6+, the word light is cut off the numbers run over each other and the clock isn't showing up completely. Tried reinstalling, nope.

wbr. This app is off to an ominous start. The concept isn't new but the layout is quite well done. However the current time is incorrect which, I presume, would necessarily need to be accurate in order to correctly determine the sunrise/sunset times and durations of daylight and darkness. Duh. Additionally there is no place to input comments in the " contact support " page; just for your name and email. Nothing puts me off more quickly than a developer that does not provide or makes it very difficult to obtain direct access to support. I do not recommend this app at this time. Perhaps they will step up to the plate and make good. Perhaps not. Best regards to all. I am now modifying my review. This is as of 25 July 2015. The app is now functioning perfectly and renders flawlessly. Looks like these guys are serious about their work. This app is really very useful and I will be referring to it often for various reasons. Now if they will make contacting support simple and effective they will have a 100 percent winner! A good thing to have. It is clear and informative, well worth having!

Almost perfect.. Useful but still requires thinking and calculating on my part. Would be truly helpful if it had an option to highlight (different shade of yellow) the actual golden hour before sunset/sunrise.

Cannot add new places. Waste of money. Only shows one day at a time in the location where you are. When you try to add a new place, it just tosses you to your current location only. Pointless.

Display is messed up. Tried running this on a 6 plus and the display is all messed up and doesn't fit the screen so can only see part of the information. As a result can't comment on the content of the app itself.

DOES NOT WORK ON IPHONE 6 PLUS. The app is apparently made for an iPad. The formatting and text all overlap each other on the 6 Plus so it's unusable.

Text needs improvement.. The light blue on orange background is unreadable. Please change it to bold white or black or a user preference.

Glitch on locations. Used to be my favorite app. Now I can’t add new locations. Boooo

Major bug update. Fixed. Updated. Annoying date bug finally fixed. Now a great app. ------ Very strange that the date is one day off after developer released update to fix it specifically months ago. It is not fixed and a major bug that should be easy to fix.

Monthly update. Cool app. Too cool for the date to be wrong. Even when I'm not using the app … my OCD self wants it to be correct. Please! Please! Please!

What a great idea!. I love this interesting & beautiful app! 1-hand clocks are rare to find. This one adds some extra touches: a "24" on the dial & differentiated shadings for civil, nautical & astronomical twilight. The data table with detailed times can be very helpful for planning purposes & the icons & fonts are to me very aesthetically pleasing. I have 2 suggestions: 1. What about adding a option to hide the data table? Sometimes I want to know the exact times, but sometimes I just want the sense of calm that only a 1-hand clock can provide. 2. What about adding a widget, perhaps as an in-app purchase? Thanks, Michal & Hana, for your efforts on this app - it really shows!

Spelling error. App looks ok so far but under the meter "daylight length" is spelled with "lenght".

Use this frequently. I love this app. I use it before my evening bike rides to know when to get back home before it's too dark. When I'm traveling how much daylight for sightseeing. It determines my location automagically!

Great but inaccurate. Concept is awesome and helpful but it's giving me inaccurate information Hopefully a hotfix will resolve it.

Terrible app. Unable to see the entire screen as it appears to extend way beyond my iPhone 6+ screen. Can only see half the clock and only a portion of the times. Screen needs to be shrunk down in order to see everything. Free but not worth it cause you can't see the full display. Hold off on downloading until they fix this.

Very Disappointed. The app does not appear in my widget list and I cannot figure out why. I tried to get “App Support” but when clicking on the link the url is “not found”. Doesn’t work and no support. Can’t think of anything worse.

Not formatting correctly in iPhone 6 Plus. This app does not format correctly on my iPhone 6 Plus whether I am in portrait or landscape the text over runs and I do not get the full image as shown on the App Store page photos. Update: Thank you for the iPhone 6 update it fixed the formatting problem and now looks great. I like the layout so far.

Almost perfect. I love the idea behind this and the clean visual presentation! The only thing stopping me from giving 5/5 is the lack of a timer (which I’ve seen in other, less-polished apps) for when different events (e.g. astronomical dawn, civil dusk, etc.) begin or end. Otherwise, a very nice, helpful app!

Nighter. Nice app but the default date is still off by one day, despite several updates to attempt a fix. Though this problem can be fixed manually, it is a pain to manually correct the date each time the app is opened.

Great app!. I'm a fan of knowing when dawn/dusk times are, along with knowing how long twilight will last. This app is easy to use, responsive and very elegant. Also, it's $0.99! What more do you need? :)

I really like this app. I live in Alaska. When I travel I often get asked about the day light in summer and winter. This is an easy way to show what it’s like. I also use it to plan when I travel, it’s good to know what the sky will look like and when.

Very Nice Presentation. Quick correct information at a touch. One error: Night ends at 11:59 PM, not 12:00 PM (which is noon)

Doesn't work on iPhone 6+. Everything is enlarged on the iPhone 6+ so you only get half of the dial and you can't see all the data, only about one half. Can't tell what is what. Could be a good app if all were visible

a serious problem. I have a serious problem using it. I live in China. The app works perfectly in showing the daylight hours of cities in China, but it can not show cities of other countries. For example, if I search for Paris in the searching bar, and tap the city Paris, Paris just will not show up in the Places list. What is this problem?

Needs internet connection. Will not work without internet connection, eventually says does not know where you are and is then just a clock

Does what it says in an elegant but simple display. I was always very fond of an old app called 'Darkness' but it now seems to have disappeared from the App Store. It allowed me to specify a place and a date to determine when the sun would rise and set, and the hours of daylight, twilight and darkness. For me this information is useful when planning a trip or when friends or relatives are on the other side of the world. I have tried other apps but they were either difficult to use or did not completely fit the bill. This app does it perfectly. I love it.

Great for planning astrophotography sessions. Quick and easy app to help plan exposure sequences so that I’m not running telescope time into dawn. It barked that it could determine my location when I first opened it but has worked reliably since This is a key resource for planning astrophotography sessions now.

Looks pretty, requires internet. Well designed app, but does not function unless it has data access. One would imagine an app like this would cache local data for future use. Doesn't function in airplane mode. Contacted the devs. No adequate response thus far.

Seems to always be a day behind. Title says it all 09/12/2015. Today date still a day behind.

Unusable on 6 Plus. Totally useless as is.
